It was my and my daughter's first time snorkeling, but they taught us carefully, allowing us to experience it with peace of mind. We got to see sea turtles up close and even took pictures together, which was absolutely amazing and overwhelming! I was worried about how things would turn out due to the typhoon, but it was truly a fantastic experience with the beautiful sea and adorable sea turtles! Thank you, Miyako Island! ⭐︎

シュノーケリング自体私も娘も初めてでしたが、丁寧に教えてくれて安心して体験できました。
ウミガメにも会えて近くで見ることができ、一緒に写真まで撮っていただき最高過ぎて感無量でした！台風の影響でどうなるかと思いましたが、綺麗すぎる海に可愛いウミガメに本当に最高な体験でした！宮古島ありがとう⭐︎

You can see a realistic training session of ANA. You can also understand the thoughts ANA has regarding their training. However, 1500 yen seems a bit expensive.

You can see Tokyo Tower from the bottom to the top, and the view from the Shuto Expressway to the Rainbow Bridge feels like riding a roller coaster—it's exhilarating! It was a fun bus ride, feeling the wind on my body.

It was great to be able to visit both places, which I had never seen before, in a short amount of time. I think it's a very good tour for those who don't have a car or have just arrived in Sapporo and want to sightsee.

どちらも観光した事のない場所でしたので一度に両方、しかも短時間で観光できて良かったです。
車を借りていない人や札幌に着いたばかりで観光したい人にはとても良いツアーだと思います。

I had a wonderful experience on a private taxi tour in Kyoto with a maximum temperature of 37 degrees. The driver's thoughtfulness was exceptional, and I truly had a great trip. When he realized that two out of our group of five only spoke Chinese, he provided explanations in Chinese using Google Translate. He guided us clearly at the sightseeing spots, recommended delicious dining places, and suggested additional places to visit when we had extra time. He also advised me on suitable waiting spots since I couldn't walk for long periods. Despite the heat, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing. Thank you very much.

最高気温37度の中の貸切タクシーでの京都ツアーでお世話になりました。
ドライバーの方の心配りが素晴らしくほんとにいい旅ができました。
一行5人中2人が中国語しかわからないとわかるとGoogle翻訳で中国語の説明をしてくださったり、観光したところではわかりやすくガイドしてくださったり、美味しいお食事処を紹介してくださったり、時間が余ったら他にも行くところお勧めしてくださったり、長時間歩けない私のために適切な待つところを教えてくださったりとほんとにうに心配りに溢れておられ、暑い中でしたが楽しく観光できました。ありがとうございました。

It had a sense of openness and was guided all around, and after seeing everything, I decided where to go. I think it depends on the weather, but I had a great time with my hat and sun protection in place.

The guide accompanied us from the meeting point and provided various explanations during the移動中, which made it easy to enjoy sightseeing even in a place I was visiting for the first time. Since the Asahikawa Zoo tour was relatively short at 1.5 hours, I felt that it would have been better to focus on viewing the exhibits closer to the entrance (meeting point) rather than trying to see everything.

集合場所よりガイドさんが同行し、移動中に色々な説明をしてもらったので、初めて訪れる場所でも安心して観光できました。
旭川動物園は1.5時間の短めなツアーだったため、全てを見て回る余裕はありませんでしたので、遠い場所から入口（集合場所）に向かって見学した方が良かったと自分なりに感じました。

Due to strong winds associated with the approaching typhoon, the snorkeling at Barasu Island was canceled, and we only experienced the mangrove tour. However, there are views in the mangroves that can only be seen on Iriomote Island. During the tour, we had a wonderful guide, Shotaro, whose love for Iriomote Island made us forget about the changes to our original plans, and we had a fantastic time!

台風接近に伴う強風の影響でバラス島シュノーケリングがキャンセルになり、マングローブツアーのみの体験でしたが、マングローブも西表島でしか観れない景色があります。ツアー中はガイドしょうたろうさんの西表島愛を感じるステキなガイドで当初の予定が変更したことも忘れるくらい楽しい時間を過ごせました！

Since the stay in Takayama coincides with lunchtime, if you have a meal, the sightseeing time becomes limited, and you end up running out of time after a quick tour of the main street. I felt that if you want to secure sightseeing time, you need to forgo lunch. I thought next time I would like to stay overnight and enjoy it more leisurely.

As for the stay in Shirakawa-go, I think it was almost sufficient unless you extend your visit to the observation deck.

In any case, I feel it's a "must-see at least once" kind of place, and if you like it, it’s a good trial for a future leisurely visit in terms of cost.

About 90% of the participants were foreigners, and the tour guide was a young Chinese person, but they did a great job, and I had no worries at all.

高山での滞在が昼食時間と重なるので食事をすると、観光の時間が少なくなり、主な通りを一周して時間切れとなります。見所は多いと思いますので観光時間を確保したい場合は昼食は取らないと割切る必要があると感じました。次回は宿泊してゆっくり楽しみたいと感じました。
白川郷の滞在は展望台まで足を伸ばさなければ、ほぼ十分かと思いました。
いずれにせよ、「一度は行って見るべし」的な感じで、気に入れば再度ゆっくり行くためのお試しには費用的にも良いかと思います。
参加者は9割？が外国人の方で、添乗員さんも若い中国の方でしたが、しっかりやって頂いて全く不安もありませんでした。

I'm really glad I was able to efficiently visit the places I wanted to in Itoshima. The weather was nice and the scenery was beautiful. It was great to see the Akuyadai Gate from the sightseeing boat, and I was also happy to see the Meoto Iwa, Shiraito Falls, and Ippudo Forest.

糸島の行きたいところを効率よくまわれて本当によかったです。天気も良くて景色がきれいでした。遊覧船にのって芥屋大門が見れたものよかったし、夫婦岩も白糸の滝も一蘭の森も見れてよかったです。

My trip to Kyoto became a memorable experience thanks to the guidance of our taxi driver. We had visited Kiyomizu-dera before, but since one of our friends had never been, we asked to go. From the moment we started walking on the stone pavement from Kodaiji, the driver shared interesting stories and suggested we take photos at various spots. I was surprised and impressed to learn about the significance of places we had just passed by during our last visit. When we got close to the parking lot, I realized I had lost my phone, and my friend called it, only to find out it had been delivered to a tea house at the temple. Remarkably, the driver navigated through the crowd and climbed up and down the hill to retrieve it for me. I am grateful to Mr. Katayama. For lunch, we were taken to a delicious and charming restaurant, and the seven hours flew by in no time.

タクシーの運転手さんの案内で　思い出深い京都旅行になりました。私達は　清水寺は行った事がありましたが仲間の一人が　行ったことがないと言うのでお願いしました　高台寺より　石畳を歩き始めた時より　興味深い話をしてくださったり　ここで写真を撮りましょうと言ってくれたりしました。前回　ただ通り過ぎてしまった場所に　そんないわれがあることを知り　驚いたり感心したりでした。駐車場近くになった時に私の携帯がないことに気づき　友達が　かけるとお寺の茶屋に　届けられていました　なんと　ものすごく暑い中　人混みをかき分け坂を登り降りしながら　運転手さんが　取って来てくれました　片山さんに感謝です。お昼は　美味しく　風情のあるお店に連れて行ってもらい　ほんとにあっという間の７時間でした。

Thank you for your assistance during the tour. The weather was great on the day, and I appreciate the support from Yuen Lin, who has been in Japan for less than a year and communicated in three languages while always smiling.

However, I had one concern and dissatisfaction. The meeting place was only indicated as the TV Tower, which was unclear for travelers from other regions. I ended up searching for it late into the night before and even consulted a nearby police station. I regret not confirming the exact location in advance, and on the morning of the tour, I arrived before 7 AM to look for other participants.

1. The area under the TV Tower was crowded with tents and stalls for the Autumn Festival, making it difficult to know where to stand.
2. The TV Tower was too large, and I couldn't find my location.
3. There was no sign indicating "Vectra" for the accompanying staff.
4. When I asked the bus driver if it was a Vectra tour, he didn't understand.
5. There were many buses from various tour companies, and I got tired searching for ours before boarding.

We also reflect on our experience, but aside from the above issues, it was a fun day and a memorable trip to Hokkaido.

ツアーお世話になりありがとうございました。
当日は天候も良くまた、一日、帯同頂いたユーエン　リンさんは来日一年足らずの中、3カ国語をずっと続けら終始笑顔で対応頂きお疲れ様でした。
一点だけ不安と不満が有りました。
集合場所、事前案内時、テレビ塔の表記のみでは地方からの旅行者に取っては不明瞭で前日夜遅くまで現地で検索し付近派出所にも相談した経緯あり。
事前にもっと詳細場所を確認して置くべきと反省し当日朝も7時前に行き同じ様な参加者を探してました。

①テレビ塔下はオータムフェンスタでテント張りや出店で死角が、多く何処に居れば良いか不安
②テレビ塔は広すぎて居場所が分からなかった
③帯同者ののぼりにベクトラと表記無かった
④バスドライバーにベクトラのツアーかと聞いても通じ無かった
⑤各社バスツアーの車両も多くて探し続けて、バスに乗るまでに疲れました。
私たちも反省しますが上記以外は一日中楽しく北海道旅行の記念になりました。

Due to work, I was in Sapporo and had some free time on the last day, so I participated alone. The guide provided information through earphones, and the guide managed the time efficiently. I didn't eat at the outer market, but I bought souvenirs and sent them home. It's also nice that meals weren't included, allowing me to choose for myself.

仕事の関係で札幌、最終日だけ自由時間ができたので一人で参加しました。
ガイドの内容はイヤホンから、時間の管理はガイドさんがしてくれて効率良かったです。
場外市場では食事はしませんでしたが、お土産を買って自宅に送りました。
食事はついていないので、自分で選べるのもありがたいです。

The guidance from the knowledgeable guide was impressive at key points. It was fun for my spouse and me to play the game of finding hidden characters like the corner demon. We were moved by the art that has been passed down for over a thousand years.

深い知識をお持ちのガイドさんの案内が、要所要所で感激しました。隠れキャラみたいな隅鬼など、見つける遊びは夫婦で楽しかったです。1000年以上も前から伝わる芸術に感動しました。

It was a bus tour to Asahiyama Zoo, but an hour and a half was surprisingly not enough time.

I think we need to focus on just one activity, like feeding the animals, or else there’s no point in coming here. I would have preferred at least three hours.

I wanted the bus guide to provide necessary information, like what time we would arrive and how to efficiently navigate the zoo. There were times when I confused what was on the left side with the right side while viewing from the bus window, and it felt very unfamiliar.

The stop at the Blue Pond was good.

The buffet was in a large dining hall, but there wasn't anything particularly delicious.

自分達で餌やりなと1つに絞って見ないと、ここへ来た意味がないと思います。
せめて3時間は欲しかったー

バスガイドさんが必要な情報をくれないというか、何時に到着するとか、動物園での効率の良い回り方など、そうゆうのを聞きたかった。
車窓から観覧する際左手にあるものを右手と何度も間違えたり、不慣れ感が半端なかったです。ま

青い池などの工程は良かったです。

バイキングは広い食堂で、これといって美味しいものはないです。

There were other English tours available, so I mistakenly thought this one was exclusively for Japanese people and chose a non-English tour. However, it seemed to be mainly a tour for Chinese participants. (laughs) The guide was also Chinese, and the order of the explanations was always Chinese → Japanese → English (English!?). The Chinese explanation clearly took much longer... In comparison, the Japanese explanation was quite short. The guide did their best to explain various things, but it felt a bit lacking. I think if they organized a tour exclusively for Japanese participants, it would attract more attendees.

他に同内容の英語ツアーがあったので、敢えて日本人だけかと勝手に勘違いをして、英語ではないツアーを選択しましたが、こちらはどちらかというと中国人メインツアーのようでした。（苦笑）
ガイドさんも中国の方で、かならずガイドの順番は中国語→日本語→英語（英語！？）
中国語のガイドはあきらかに時間が長い。。。
それに比べて日本語ガイドの短さ。
一生懸命に色々説明してくださりましたが、うーんと言った感じでしょうか。
日本人だけのツアーも企画すると、もっと参加者が増えるような気がします。

I wanted to do some sightseeing the day after the concert, so I searched for various tours and found this one. I understood from the beginning that it was a tour for international travelers, so I decided to join.

The tour guide explained the tour in English and Chinese to the group, and since we were the only Japanese participants, they kindly provided detailed explanations in Japanese, which made us feel at ease and enjoy the experience.

Although it rained on and off due to the typhoon, we were able to enjoy a very magical atmosphere.

On the way back, there was heavy traffic due to an accident and the holiday rush, but thanks to the driver's safe driving, we arrived at the drop-off point on schedule. This allowed us to have a delicious dinner before boarding the Shinkansen.

If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to participate.

ライブの翌日に観光したくて色々検索していてこちらのツアーを見つけ、最初から海外の方向けのツアーと理解して参加させて頂きました。

添乗員さんは英語、中国語で参加グループの方にツアーの説明された後、日本人参加者が私達だけだったので個別で日本語で丁寧に説明してくれて安心して楽しめました。

台風の影響で雨が降ったりやんだりでしたが、とても幻想的な雰囲気も楽しめました。

帰路の高速道路では事故渋滞や連休での移動車が多くて渋滞していましたがドライバーさんも安全運転で予定通り解散場所まで送り届けて頂いたおかげで新幹線に乗る前にしっかりと美味しい晩御飯食べる事も出来ました♪

また機会があれば是非参加させて頂きます。

Compared to tours operated by other travel companies, the tour guide (Lisa Yang) and schedule were below expectations.

We stopped at Showa Shinzan at noon and had lunch at Lake Toya at 1 PM. When we arrived at Lake Toya, although lunch was scheduled from 11 AM to 1 PM, many restaurants were closed. In the end, we had to buy bento at a convenience store.

The tour guide mostly introduced souvenirs rather than the history and highlights of the tourist spots. It was difficult to understand her pronunciation of the tourist sites (both in Japanese and English). It was clear that she could not speak Japanese and could not pronounce correctly, and her English was also hard to understand. I speak Japanese and English and can understand a little Chinese, so I noticed that she shared more information in Chinese than in other languages. I wanted to hear more about the history and highlights of the lake, but she only provided very basic information about Noboribetsu, and some of the information she shared about Noboribetsu was actually inaccurate. It felt like she had only read a brief introduction from Baidu or Xiaohongshu and did not verify it on Japanese websites.

他の旅行会社が​​運営するツアーと比較すると、ツアーガイド(Lisa Yang)とスケジュールは期待以下でした。

ツアーガイドは、観光地の歴史や紹介よりも、お土産の紹介がほとんどでした。彼女は観光地の発音（日本語や英語も）は理解しにくいです。彼女が日本語を話せず、正しく発音できないことは明らかで、彼女の英語も理解しにくいです。私は日本語と英語を話せ、中国語も少し理解できるので、彼女は他の言語よりも中国語で多くの情報を共有してくれたことに気づきました。湖の歴史や紹介についてもっと聞きたいのですが、登別についてはごく基本的な紹介しかしておらず、登別について彼女が共有した情報の一部は実際には正確ではありません。彼女は百度や小紅書の簡単な紹介を読んだだけで、日本のウェブサイトで確認しなかったように感じます。

I went snorkeling. A typhoon was approaching and the wind was strong, but there were large rocks nearby, so the waves didn't affect us too much. I was able to take photos with sea turtles and clownfish! I was shocked at how different the photos I took were from those on the web. Next, I want to try stand-up paddleboarding. I have difficulty walking, and I was very scared about going sightseeing. However, using this chartered taxi changed my perspective. The driver who assisted our family was very considerate of my condition and parked at the closest parking lot to the tourist spots, and even moved the car closer for us. He also paid attention to my children, and although they usually shy away from strangers, they really warmed up to him.

He was very knowledgeable about Kyoto's history, and my husband and children, who love history, had a wonderful time.

I believe that the reason I found sightseeing enjoyable again was because of this driver. Thank you very much.

私は足が悪く、観光に行くのがとても怖いと思っていました。
ただ、今回この貸切タクシーを利用して、考え方が変わりました。
私達家族をアシストしてくれた運転手さんは足の悪い私の事を気遣ってくれて、観光スポットの一番近い駐車場に停めてくれたり、車を近くまで移動してくれたりしてくれました。
子供のことも気にかけてくれて、いつもなら人見知りするのに、運転手さんにはとても打ち解けていました。
京都の歴史にもとても詳しくて、歴史好きの夫や子どもがとてもとても楽しんでいました。

観光はやっぱり楽しいと思えたのは、この運転手さんだったからだと思います。

Number of people: The large bus was almost full.

Time: There were many tour companies gathered at the meeting place. It was helpful that there was a photo of the flag attached to the itinerary. Additionally, the schedule included information about the departure time, and the bus guide provided updates on the timing as we went along, which was great. We planned to visit two locations for two hours each, so we had enough time to enjoy ourselves.

Impressions: Almost everyone else was Chinese, and the announcements were made in Chinese by the guide. At first, I was very anxious, but when I mentioned that I was Japanese, the guide kindly explained recommended places in Japanese while distributing maps, which made me feel more at ease as the tour progressed. Since there were only two locations on this tour, that might have been a good thing. I learned that it can be challenging to follow a tour in an unfamiliar language when visiting many places.

I also realized the importance of knowing which members will be on the tour, as we had to wait for those who were late at the meeting time. Although there was a significant delay at first, we departed almost on schedule afterward, which was good.

人数:大型バスがほぼ満席状態の人数でした。

時間:集合場所には沢山のツアー会社が集まっています。旗の写真を日程表に貼ってあったので、助かりました。また、事前に何時に出発をするのかなど工程表に記載があり、細かい時間に関してはその都度バスガイドさんから言っていただけるので良かったです。２箇所を２時間ずつ回る予定でしたので、時間にゆとりがあり楽しめました。

感想:私達以外はほぼ中国人でアナウンスはガイドさんが中国語で行っており、最初はすごく不安でしたが、日本人ということを話すと、地図などを配る際におすすめの場所などを日本語で説明してくださり、途中からは不安なく過ごせました。今回はツアーで周るところは2箇所でしたので、それも良かったのかもしれないです。たくさんの場所を周るツアーで知らない言語の解説は厳しいと勉強になりました。

集合時間になってもツアーメンバーが現れない人がいると待たないといけないので、どのメンバーでツアーに回るのかも重要だなと勉強になりました。最初こそ大幅に遅れが発生しましたが、その後はほぼ予定時刻での出発でしたので良かったです。

The morning rain had almost stopped, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I only got caught in the rain at the Blue Pond, but you can't book the weather, can you? There was no traffic, and everything went smoothly, almost as if it weren't a holiday. Next time, I would like to visit in July when the lavender is in bloom. Sapporo is cooler than Honshu, and Furano and Biei are even cooler. A light jacket is a must!

朝の雨もほぼ止んで、綺麗な景色を堪能できました。青い池の時だけ雨に降られてしまいましたが、お天気は予約できませんからねー。渋滞もなくスケジュール通り、連休中とは思えないほどスムーズでした。
次回は、ラベンダーが咲いている7月に行ってみたいと思いました。
本州よりも涼しい札幌、さらに涼しい富良野、美瑛。羽織もの必須ですね。

Gokayama Ainokura is small in scale, but there were few tourists, allowing for a leisurely stroll. Since it was the middle of a three-day weekend, there was a huge traffic jam in front of the Shirakawa-go parking lot, but tour buses were allowed to enter preferentially, so there was no waiting time. It was crowded, but I was still able to enjoy it.

五箇山相倉は規模は小さいですが観光に来られている方も少なくのんびり散策することができました。3連休中日だったので白川郷駐車場前は大渋滞でしたが観光バスは優先的に入れるとのことで待ち時間はありませんでした。人人人でしたがそれはそれとして楽しむことができました。

Visiting the Aso crater is not possible by large bus, so you have to walk quite a distance. This time, we were able to go all the way up, and since the wind was blowing in the opposite direction, there was no distinctive odor, allowing us to focus on taking photos. It also depends on the weather, but I believe that, along with that, is part of the charm of traveling, and it made me feel like the experience was elevated to a whole new level.

阿蘇の火口見学は、大型バスだと上まで行けず、かなりの距離徒歩になるとか。
今回は、上まで行けて、風向きも逆だったので、独特の臭気もなく、写真撮影に専念出来ました。
お天気次第、というのも有りますが、それも含め、旅行の醍醐味だと思え、それ自体でワンランク上になった気分でした。

I have been to Sapporo a few times, but since I didn't have a car, I hadn't visited most of the famous spots. This time, I was able to do a half-day tour and visit several places in a condensed manner, which was great.

札幌には何度か行ったことがあるものの、車がないため、名所といわれるところは、ほとんど行ったことがありませんでした。今回、半日観光で、ぎゅぎゅっと凝縮して、何ヶ所か観光でき、よかったです。

The one-day tour this time was truly wonderful. We enjoyed delicious beef in Takayama and saw old buildings. After that, we headed to the UNESCO World Heritage site Shirakawa-go. We had two hours there. At first, I thought it might not be enough time, but surprisingly, we managed to see everything. I believe the scenery changes with the seasons, so we chose to go in the summer this time. It felt like entering a dream world. I had so much fun. The driver was also very experienced, and since it was a three-day weekend, we returned without much traffic. The Chinese staff were very kind as well. Thank you very much. I'm considering going again in the fall and winter.

今回の一日ツアー本当に素晴らしかったんです。
高山市で美味しい牛肉食べて、古い建物をみました。
その後、世界遺産白川郷に向いました。時間は2時間がありました。最初は足りないかなと思っていましたが、意外に全部回ってきました。
四季の景色も違うと思いますので、今回は夏にしました。本当に夢みたいな世界に入りました。すごく楽しかったんです。
後運転手さんもすごくベテランで、三連休なので、ほぼ渋滞しないまま、戻ってきました。中国人のスタッフも優しくしてくれました。ありがとうございます。今度秋と冬の時、また行くと考えています。

It was disappointing that we couldn't take a boat ride on Lake Shikotsu due to the strong winds, but we were able to spot some cute fawns from the bus. The guide's stories and the audio commentary were enjoyable and made the experience better.

For lunch, I didn't have high expectations based on the photos, but it turned out to be luxurious and very delicious, unlike what I had imagined.

The next day, my mother had the national chorus competition, and I was worried about feeling tired, but the comfortable bus journey left me refreshed.

風が強くて、支笏湖での乗船はできなかったのは残念だったけれど、バスの中から可愛い子鹿を見つけたりできました。ガイドさんの話、そしてイヤホンによる案内も楽しくて、よかったです。
お昼は写真からあまり期待していなかったのに、写真とは異なり豪華でとても美味しかった。
次の日に、お母さんコーラス全国大会の本番を控えていたので、疲れが残ると嫌だなと思っていたのですが、快適なバス旅で疲れませんでした。
