It rained, but the guidance from our guide was incredibly helpful. I would like to thank Lisa (Yang) for her assistance. Also, it was enjoyable to see bears, visit Hell Valley, and take in the scenery of Lake Toya. If possible, I would definitely like to travel again in the winter.

雨が降りましたが、ガイドさんの案内いただき、すごく助かりました。ガイドのLisa（楊さん）に感謝致します。また、熊を見たり、地獄谷を行ったり、洞爺湖の風景を見ますことが楽しいでした。都合が良ければ、ぜひ冬の時に二度と旅行に行きます。

The blue pond was very beautiful. At Tomita Farm, it was a bit disappointing that there was only a little lavender left since the harvest had already finished. However, the lavender soft serve was delicious. Ningle Terrace, with its lodges scattered throughout the forest, was lovely, but it was a bit unfortunate that some of the lodge shops were closed depending on the timing of the visit (those shops were the most interesting). Shirahige Falls looked beautiful because the weather was nice. The tour guide was kind, and the plan allowed us to choose our own lunch, which suited my needs. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

青い池がとても綺麗でした。富田ファームは、ラベンダーの刈り入れが終わった後だったので、少ししか無かったのがちょっと残念でした。でもラベンダーソフトは美味しかったです。ニングルテラスは、森の中にロッジが点在する様子は素敵でしたが、訪れたタイミングによって、ロッジの店が閉まっていたり(そういう店ほど興味深い)するので、少し残念でした。白髭の滝は天気が良かったので、綺麗に見えました。添乗員さんも親切で、ランチも各自、自由に取るプランだったので、私のニーズに合っていました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

Miyako Island is famous for its sandy beaches. Today was sunny with strong sunlight, and the sandy beach beneath the water was very beautiful. At Shinjo Beach, you can almost 100% encounter sea turtles. The sea turtles are friendly with humans, so you can easily approach them and swim together. Matsuura was kind and guided us. I made great memories.

宮古島は砂浜として有名です。
今日は晴れて日差しも強くて水面下の砂浜が広がっていてとても綺麗でした。
新城海岸では海亀とほぼ100％会えます。海亀さんも人間と親しんでいるので、近づいて一緒に泳ぐことが完全にできます。
松浦さんは親切に案内してくれました。

I go to Miyako Island 2 to 5 times a year. This time, I participated with two adults and three children (ages 11, 9, and 7)! Our guide (Komecchi) was very kind and always looked out for our 7-year-old child. It was the most fun I've ever had!

The ocean is incredibly beautiful, and we even got to see sea turtles, as I mentioned in the title, it's the best!!! I think this is the perfect plan for those considering a tour to see sea turtles.

Mr. Katayama, our driver, arrived on time at Kyoto Station. We had a four-hour free course, and it was really fun as he took us to places we wanted to go and even some we didn't know about. Additionally, Mr. Katayama is fluent in English. My husband is British and doesn't understand much Japanese. Mr. Katayama conversed with him in English and shared information as we walked slowly around. Both my husband and I were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

運転手さんの片山さんは時間通りに京都駅前まで迎えに来ました。４時間のフリーコースですが、私たちの行きたい所や知らない所まで連れてってもらってほんとに楽しかった。それから片山さんは英語も堪能です。主人はイギリス人で日本語はあまりわからないです。片山さんは英語で主人と会話し、ゆっくり歩きながら至る所を話してくれた。私も主人も大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

Many people seem to misunderstand that you can explore Shodoshima by rental bicycle, but it's actually the second largest island in the Seto Inland Sea after Awaji Island, and one of its highlights, Kankakei, is quite high up in the mountains.

As a result, since I don't drive, the only option I had was this bus tour, which efficiently took us to the sights, and I felt reassured by the experienced bus guide's commentary. The seating on the large tour bus was also comfortable.

Although the popular Angel Road was not included in the stops, when I requested it, they dropped me off in front of a nearby international tourist hotel, allowing me to fully enjoy Angel Road during low tide on my own. Of course, I had to make my way to the ferry terminal by myself, but the bus driver kindly provided the phone number for a taxi company, making it easy to arrange a ride (it seems that if you push yourself, you can reach the ferry terminal on foot in about 30 minutes).

I appreciated the discount coupons at the souvenir shop, which is perfect for passing the time at the ferry terminal, as well as the limited-time gift of hand-stretched somen noodles.

However, it was disappointing that lunch was not included, and the only options at Kankakei were simple snacks (like olive beef croquette burgers).

Although it was a Japanese-language bus tour, there were many customers from China, Taiwan, and South Korea, and important information like the bus departure times was shown by the guide on a handwritten board, so no one was late, making it a comfortable experience.

I've heard that during the autumn foliage season, they even operate two large buses due to its popularity.

小豆島はレンタサイクルでも周遊できると勘違いしてる方も多いようですが、淡路島に次いで瀬戸内海では2番目に大きい島ですし、見所の一つである寒霞渓はかなり山の上にあります。

結果的に、車を運転しない自分には、このバスツアーしか選択肢が無かったのですが、効率よく見所を回っていただき、またベテランのバスガイドさんの観光案内にも安心できました。大型観光バスの座り心地も良かったです。

立ち寄る先に、今話題のエンジェルロードが入っていないのですが、リクエストしたら近くの国際観光ホテル前で降ろしてくれたので、個人で干潮時のエンジェルロードを存分に楽しむことが出来ました。もちろん、フェリー乗り場までは自力でたどり着かなければいけないのですが、バスの運転手さんが系列のタクシー会社の電話番号を教えてくれたのでスムーズに配車もできました（頑張れば30分くらいでフェリー乗り場に徒歩で辿り着くことも可能なようです）。

フェリー乗り場で時間つぶしに最適なお土産売り場での割引券、期間限定の手延べそうめんのプレゼントも有り難かったです。

但し、昼食が含まれておらず、寒霞渓で簡単な軽食（オリーブ牛コロッケバーガーなど）しか選択肢が無かったのが残念です。

日本語のバスツアーですが、中国・台湾・韓国のお客様も多く、バスの出発時間など大事な情報はガイドさんが手書きのボードで見せて回っていらしたので、誰も遅刻する方などおらず快適でした。

紅葉の季節は大型バス二台まで出すほど人気だそうです。

I was able to observe the training of ANA employees, which was a rare experience. Since it's a paid event, it's easier to make a reservation compared to the factory hangar tour, which is great. I'm also happy as a fan to be able to buy exclusive merchandise here.

I realized this was a multinational tour just three days before it started! I participated with some anxiety. I was the only Japanese person; the rest were Westerners and Chinese. However, the guide explained the tour details and the places we would visit in Chinese, and then came to each seat to provide thorough explanations in English and Japanese for the others. I was impressed by their cheerful and energetic demeanor, and I really appreciated it! Thank you.

Since it was a long holiday, they changed the order of our itinerary to consider the traffic. They took us to Aoiike first, so we were able to stick to our schedule time-wise, which was great.

連休だったので、渋滞を考慮してまわる順番を変えてくれました。青池を先にしてくれたので、時間的にも予定どおりまわれて良かったです。

I was impressed by the ease of communication and the attentiveness of the tour guide (ACO). I participated with my grandchild, and we had a great time. Traveling individually would take a lot of time, but the sightseeing bus was excellent. It was a nostalgic trip to Kyoto after 20 years, and it will remain a memorable experience. My friend was looking for a tour that I could join alone on the last day of our trip due to other commitments. After checking reviews, I decided on this half-day tour that visits Saijo-ji and the Valley of Gandala. It was very convenient that they took care of my suitcase on the bus and I could get off at the airport!

Since I was participating alone during the Obon season, I had many concerns, but during the trip, the experienced bus guide shared interesting stories, and since the bus seats were assigned, I was able to participate without stress. There were also several other solo participants, which made me feel more at ease.

Saijo-ji and the Valley of Gandala were incredibly mystical and beautiful places that are hard to describe in words. Since there is a lot of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers and, if possible, long pants and insect repellent for bug protection. It's essential to prepare for sweating as well! I thought about whether the beach would have been better since it was summer in Okinawa, but I’m really glad I went. The tour guide accompanied us in the Valley of Gandala. At Saijo-ji, I could explore at my own pace. I had a little extra time, so I enjoyed some sata andagi at the shop and even went to Chinen Misaki, which was very close by.

I would definitely like to participate again if I have the chance!

友人が別の用事のため、旅行最終日に1人で参加できるツアーを探していました。レビュー等参考にし、半日で斎場御獄とガンダラーの谷を回れるこちらに決めました。スーツケースもバスで預かっていただき、空港で下車でき、大変便利でした！

お盆での1人参加ということもあり不安なこともたくさんありましたが、移動中は経験豊富なバスガイドの方のお話や、バスの座席も指定だったこともあり、ストレスなく参加できました。他にお一人参加の方も複数おられたので安心しました。

斎場御獄とガンダラーの谷、言葉で良い表せないくらいとても神秘的で素敵な場所でした。たくさん歩くのでスニーカー、できれば虫対策に長ズボンや虫除け、とにかく汗をかくのでその対策も必須かと思います！せっかくの夏の沖縄だし海の方が良かったかなと思いましたが、本当に行ってよかったです。ガンダラーの谷はツアーの方が同行してくださいました。斎場御獄は、自由に自分のペースで回ることができます。少し時間が余ったので、売店でサーターアンダギーを食べたり、すぐ近くの知念岬まで行ったりしました。

また機会があればぜひ参加したいです！

On the last day in Okinawa, I visited the Sefa Utaki, which was smaller than I imagined, making it easy to explore. After just a short climb from the ticket office with a beautiful view of the sea, I was surrounded by greenery and could experience a sacred atmosphere.

I was worried about not having enough time at Okinawa World based on reviews, but I was satisfied as I had time to enjoy the Eisa show and Gyokusendo Cave, as well as do some shopping. I was also concerned about possibly being late for my flight during the long holiday, but the guide and the other participants were wonderful, and we were able to arrive at the airport by 1 PM.

In the end, I was pleased to have a compact tour that I could never have done alone. Thank you very much.

斎場御嶽は、想像よりこぢんまりとしていて難なく回ることができました。
綺麗な海の望める券売所から少し登っただけですが、緑に囲まれて神聖な空気を味わえました。
おきなわワールドは時間が足りない、との口コミを見て心配していましたが、見たかったエイサーショーと玉泉洞を堪能して買い物する時間もあったので満足です。
長期休暇の際中で飛行機に遅れたらどうしよう、とこれも心配していましたが、ガイドさんと参加者の方が素晴らしく、13時には空港に着くことができました。
結果、コンパクトに、一人ではとても回れない観光ができて満足です。

It was a sunny day, but there were plenty of shady spots, and with natural water sources available, I was able to take breaks as needed. Even though I participated alone, I was able to keep up with my group. The guide shared stories about the island's history and lifestyle, and also took photos at various points, which became great memories. I walked about 24,000 steps on the flat trolley path and around 14,000 steps on the well-maintained mountain trails.

晴天でしたが基本的に木陰が多く、天然の水場もあり、適度に休憩を入れてくれたので、体調を崩すことなく1人参加でしたが同班メンバーに遅れず付いてゆけました。ガイドの方には島の歴史や生活の話はもとより所々で写真を撮ってくれ記念になりました。平坦なトロツコ道24,000歩、整備された山道14,000歩位でした

I requested an 8-hour tour with plans to visit Nago Pineapple Park, the Churaumi Aquarium area, and Kouri Island. When I asked the driver for recommendations on beaches, he shared about some hidden gems that are not well-known to tourists. We decided to visit those beaches before heading to Kouri Island, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.

As he mentioned, there were hardly any tourists, and it felt like a private beach—such a wonderful place! I have visited Okinawa several times, but this was by far the most beautiful scenery I've seen, and the water's clarity was breathtaking! I only dipped my feet this time, but it seems swimming is allowed, so if I have the chance next time, I would love to swim there.

Additionally, we were able to visit all the places I wanted to go and try different shops, which made me very satisfied.

The driver also helped me plan for the next day's itinerary and recommended a great Okinawa soba restaurant, which I appreciated. Above all, I was comforted by the driver's kind personality. Traveling in Okinawa without a rental car with my elementary school daughter made me quite anxious, but it turned out to be an incredibly enjoyable trip that created lifelong memories.

名護パイナップルパーク→美ら海水族館近辺→古宇利島と北部の観光予定で8時間お願いしましたが、運転手さんのオススメビーチをお伺いしたところ、地元の方ではないとなかなか知らないようなビーチのお話を聞かせて頂き、美ら海近辺から急遽そちらを回ってから、最後に古宇利島にしました。
お話通り、観光客はほとんどおらず、まさにプライベートビーチのような素晴らしい場所でした。
何度か沖縄に来てはいましたが、今までで一番景色が綺麗なのはもちろん、水の透明度も高く感動しました！
今回は足元だけつかりましたが、一応遊泳も出来るようなので、もし次回機会があれば、泳ぎに来たいと思います。
それ以外にもやりたいことや行きたいお店をしっかり回って頂き、大変満足でした。

又、車内でも次の日の予定などのご相談にのって頂いたり、オススメの沖縄そば屋さんなども教えてもらいありがたかったです。
そして何より運転手さんの優しいお人柄に癒されました。
今回小学生の娘と二人でレンタカーなどのない沖縄旅行でかなり不安だったのですが、一生の思い出になる程楽しい旅行になりました。

We chose this tour because it was our first time in Okinawa. Since it was peak season and the roads were crowded, I think taking the bus was a good choice. Both adults and children enjoyed visiting attractions like the Pineapple Park and the aquarium, as well as the beautiful ocean! I felt that the 2.5 hours we spent at the aquarium was just right. During the bus ride, the guide provided explanations and information that helped us learn things we didn't know before. I'm glad we participated in the tour and created wonderful memories during our limited time on this trip.

私達は初めての沖縄だったのでこのツアーにお願いしました。ちょうどハイシーズンの沖縄で道路も混んでいたのでバスで良かったと思ってます。子供が楽しめるパイナップルパークや水族館、綺麗な海を見て大人も子供も楽しみました！水族館に2.5時間の滞在でちょうど良かったと感じました。バスの中ではガイドさんの説明や案内があり知らなかった事も理解できて勉強になりました。限られた時間の旅行の中でツアーに参加していい思い出ができてよかったです。

I participated with my two sons, who are a middle schooler and a high schooler. I was glad that we could explore areas that are difficult to access without a car in just one day. We didn't have enough time at Lake Shikotsu and the Mushroom Kingdom where we had a free lunch, while we felt we had too much time at Lake Toya, so I think it would be better to reconsider the time allocation. Even though it was during the Obon holiday, there were no traffic jams, and it ended on time, which was great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in another course as well.

中学生と高校生の息子二人と参加しました。
車がない個人ではなかなか回れないエリアを一日で回れてよかったです。
支笏湖と自由昼食を取ったきのこ王国では時間が足りず、一方で洞爺湖では時間を持て余す感じだったので時間配分を見直すとなおよいと思います。
お盆の時期でしたが、渋滞などもなく、定刻通りに終了したのもよかったです。機会があれば、また別のコースにも参加してみたいです。

As mentioned in other reviews, this was a tour aimed at Chinese visitors. I signed up knowing it would be crowded during the Obon holiday, but there were only 10 people in total (with 3 groups being Chinese), which was quite few. Since we traveled in a large tour bus, we were able to sit comfortably without worrying about the people behind us, and I could fully recline my seat and sleep during the journey, which was great. The guide, Mr. Chou, spoke in Chinese first and then in Japanese, and his smile was wonderful. At Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, we were able to hear explanations that we wouldn't have known if we were on our own, which was nice. At Kamado Hell, we also received explanations unique to the tour, which was great.

お盆で混んでるのを覚悟で申し込みしましたが、
５組で１０人だけ（中国系の方が３組）と少なかったんですが、大きな観光バスで行けたので、とてもゆったり座れて後ろの人のことも気にせずにリクライニングも全開に倒して移動は眠れたので、良かったです。
ガイド（チョウ）さんも中国語の後に日本語を

Thanks to our guide Yazaki, we had the best time. The journey to Jomon Sugi is quite long, so as a beginner, I might have given up without the guide. The guide provided explanations and engaged in casual conversation at just the right moments, which made the hike enjoyable.

Since our group had many young people, we started a bit earlier and walked at a faster pace to capture Instagram-worthy photos. Thanks to the guide's pacing, we were able to take our time at photo spots like Wilson's stump and Jomon Sugi when there were fewer people around. Because we maintained a slightly faster pace, we even had time to cool off by dipping our feet in the river on the way back.

The guide was flexible and adapted to the group's needs. It was the best experience; thank you very much!

縄文杉までの道のりはとにかく長いので、初心者の私はガイドさんなしでは挫折していたかもしれません。ガイドさんが適宜ご説明や雑談を挟んでくれ、盛り上げてくれたおかげで楽しく完歩することができました。
私たちのグループは若者が多かったため、インスタ映えするような写真を撮れるようにと、少し早めに出発したり早めのペースで歩きました。ガイドさんのペース配分のおかげで、ウィルソン株や縄文杉などの写真スポットでは他の人が少ない時間帯にゆっくりと写真を撮ることができました。少し早めのペースだったため、帰り道では川に足をつけてクーリングする時間もありました。

I traveled with two families, including relatives from overseas, and we had a wonderful time. The Aso area alone is full of attractions, and we also enjoyed Takachiho, making it a luxurious trip. These were places that are hard to reach for amateurs. Along the way, we were surrounded by vibrant and lush greenery, which was truly soothing for the soul.

The driver's hospitality was exceptional; he flexibly suggested plans, recommended dining spots, and shared stories about the tourist sites. It was a thoroughly attentive experience. Everyone in the family was deeply moved by the grandeur of nature, as well as the local history, culture, and traditions. Not only that, but the whole family became big fans of the driver, making it an unforgettable journey. Thanks to the driver's experience, knowledge, and skills, we had a safe and comfortable trip. I'm really glad we chose this journey.

For those planning to use this service, I recommend considering lunch timing and narrowing down the spots you want to visit. Each attraction is quite far apart, and it takes a considerable amount of time to move between them. Additionally, at crowded tourist spots, if you take time to take photos and enjoy yourself, you will quickly run out of time. Most dining places in Takachiho close at 2 PM, so I think it's best to plan ahead considering waiting times and eating.

Note: For those planning to visit the Aso volcano crater, please be aware that volcanic gases (sulfur dioxide) can pose a danger to life, so individuals with respiratory conditions cannot enter. The same applies to those who are not feeling well. Even those who are generally healthy but have concerns are advised to wear masks.

海外から遊びに来た家族と共に、2家族、子連れで参加しました。阿蘇エリアだけでも見どころが満載な上に、高千穂まで堪能し、贅沢な旅になりました。どこも素人ではなかなか辿り着けない場所でした。道中、見渡す限り鮮やかで豊かな緑に包まれて、眩しい緑の世界に心癒されました。
　運転手さんのおもてなしの心が素晴らしく、臨機応変にプランを提案してくださったり、お食事処を教えてくださったり、観光地にまつわる話を教えてくださったり、、、至れり尽くせりでした。家族もみんな、壮大な自然の美しさや、地域の歴史、文化、伝統を知ることができ、とても感動していました。それだけでなく、家族みんなが運転手さんの大ファンになるという、忘れがたい旅になりました。運転手さんの経験、知識、技術のおかげ様で、安全で快適な旅でした。この旅をお願いして本当に良かったです。
　これから利用される方は、ランチの時間の考慮、周りたいスポットを最小限に絞ることをおすすめします。見どころのロケーションのひとつひとつに距離があり、移動にかなり時間がかかります。また、観光客で溢れる観光地で、写真を撮ったり、ゆっくり楽しんでいると、すぐに時間が足りなくなります。高千穂では、ほとんどのお食事処が14時に閉店します。順番待ちと食べる時間を考慮して早めが良いと思います。
備考: 阿蘇山火口に行かれる方は、火山ガス（二酸化硫黄）が生命に危険を及ぼすため、呼吸器疾患をお持ちの方は入場できません。体調が優れない方も同様です。健康に自信がある方でも心配な方は、マスクの着用をおすすめします。

The guide's explanations were easy to understand and enjoyable! I was able to see the long-awaited freshwater crab, took photos together, and saw a sky full of stars. I am extremely satisfied! It was so much fun! Thank you very much!

We participated as a family of four, including two boys aged 1st and 5th grade. Along the way, our 1st grader got tired and started to complain, saying he wanted to go home, but the staff patiently handled the situation. Thanks to being able to rest on a float, he revived and enjoyed the experience until the end. The staff constantly engaged with our two children, allowing the whole family to have fun. The recommended places in Miyako Island that you shared later were very helpful, and we were able to enjoy delicious Miyako soba the next day, which made us very satisfied. Minato Shokudo was incredibly delicious. Thank you, Matsuura-san.

小学1年と5年の男の子2人含む家族4人で参加しました。途中、1年生の次男が疲れてグズグズして、もう帰ると言い出したりしたのですが、辛抱強く対応してくださり、浮き輪に乗せてもらって休憩できたからか、復活して最後まで楽しめました。子供2人にずっと話しかけて気にかけてくださり、家族みんな楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

I saw such a beautiful starry sky for the first time in my life! The photographer was kind, and we took pictures in a great atmosphere while listening to music. The photos they took were incredibly moving! I want to go take pictures again!

人生で初めてこんな綺麗な星空を見た！カメラマンさん優しくて、音楽を聴きながらいい雰囲気で撮影しました。撮って下さった写真すごく感動！また写真撮りに行きたい！

It started off a bit nervously, with the number of old buses and lights being slightly insufficient. However, once we got going, the guides' love for nature really lifted the participants' spirits, and we ended up very satisfied. They found a small scorpion just a few centimeters in a crack in the rocks and showed it to the kids, creating an atmosphere that kept the little ones excited until the very end, wondering if they would find something else. It was fantastic.

When animals and insects appeared illuminated by the lights in the dark, it really boosted our excitement. The guides had a wealth of knowledge about constellations, entertaining not just the children but the adults as well. Perhaps the greatest charm lies in the guides' knowledge and character rather than nature itself! Thank you very much!

年季が入ったバスやライトの数がわずかに足りないとか、少々不安に感じるスタートではありました。
ですが、始まってみるとガイドさん達の自然大好きオーラが参加者の気分を大いに盛り上げてくれて大満足で終えられました。
岩の隙間の数センチの小さなサソリを見つけて子供に見せてくれたり、小さな子供達を最後の最後まで、何かまた見つけられるのではないかとラワクワクさせてくれる雰囲気作りは素晴らしかったです。
暗がりをライトで照らした先に動物や昆虫がいるとめちゃくちゃテンションが上がります。

星座も知識が豊富で子供のみならず大人も楽しませてもらえます。
自然よりも、ガイドさんの知識とキャラクターが1番の魅力かもですね！

Yamachan told us a lot of stories about turtles and even taught us how to swim, making it the best tour ever! We were able to take great photos with the sea turtles too! When I come back to Miyako Island, I hope to join again.

One of my memories from Miyako Island is participating in a night photo tour. I was moved by the starry sky that can only be seen in Miyako Island. With that beautiful starry sky as a backdrop, I was able to take wonderful photos and enjoy a romantic time. The background music and the sound of the waves were also fantastic! The shooting time flew by because it was so much fun, and thanks to the warm encouragement from the staff, I felt at ease during the shoot. This year, I was able to create another summer memory in Okinawa. Thank you very much!

宮古島での思い出の一つとして、ナイトフォトツアーに参加させていただきました。
まず宮古島でしかみれない星空に感動しました。
その星空をバックに素敵な写真を撮っていただいて、ロマンチックな時間を味わうことができました。
BGMと波音も最高でした！
撮影時間は、楽しくてあっという間でしたが、スタッフの方の温かい声かけもあり、安心して撮影することができました。
今年も沖縄での夏の思い出を一つ増やすことができました。ありがとうございました！

I participated as a memory for my honeymoon. I was able to see the most beautiful starry sky I've ever seen in my life, and the photos turned out really beautifully, so I am very satisfied. It became a very memorable time, perfect for the last day of our honeymoon! The photographer was also very kind and even taught us about recommended spots in Miyako Island, which was very thoughtful! I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

The food was not good.
Perhaps because there are many foreign guests, the announcements were just loud.
It was noisy inside the vehicle.
