The mangrove cruise felt just like a real jungle cruise. The boatman skillfully navigated the increasingly narrow waterways due to the tides, pointing out flying birds and small fruits as we spotted them, which was impressive.

During the bus ride, the locals we usually encounter while sightseeing in Okinawa only used a slight dialect, but the driver spoke a little in Okinawan (Uchināguchi), which was easy to understand. It sounded almost like a spell!

The bus ride was short, but the scenery was very nice. We crossed to Yubu Island on a water buffalo, and I was amazed at how calm and intelligent the buffalo were. The buffalo I took a photo with was named Rui-kun. I was drawn to his expression, and the photo we took together became a wonderful memory.

The village on Taketomi Island had such an atmosphere that when viewed from the observation deck, it felt like I had entered another world. It was truly beautiful.

マングローブクルーズはさながらリアルジャングルクルーズ、干満の差でどんどんと狭くなって行く航路を上手に切り抜けながら飛んでる鳥や小さな木の実まで、見つけたら次々に指差しながら案内してくださる船頭さんがすごかったです。
バス移動では普段、観光で触れ合う沖縄の人達はちょっとした訛程度の方言しか使われていないのが運転手さんが沖縄弁（うちなーぐち）で少しだけ喋ってくださってよくわかりました。呪文の様でした!
バスでの移動は短い距離でしたが、景色含め、とてもよかったです。
由布島には水牛に乗って渡りましたが、とても穏やかで賢い牛さん達で驚きました。一緒に写真を撮った牛さんの名前はルイくん。彼の表情に惹かれて一緒に撮ってもらった写真は凄くいい思い出になりました。
竹富島の集落は展望台から見てみると異世界に来てしまったのではないかと思うほどの雰囲気があり、とても素敵でした。

All the tour participants were adults. If it were a group of children, an introduction to jobs like this might be sufficient, but when the participants are adults, I believe the tour would be more worthwhile if it included specific stories unique to each profession, such as the challenges faced at work and how they overcame difficulties.

The content of this tour consisted mostly of information that could be learned without going out. I think it would be better to communicate more with people from various professions and gather interesting anecdotes in advance.

　ツアー客は全員が大人だった。子供相手ならば、今回のような仕事紹介で十分かもしれないが、ツアー客が大人の場合、もっと各職種ならではの具体的なエピソードや仕事での苦労、仕事上の困難にどのように立ち向かったのか等の話があれば、ツアーが参加費に見合った深みのあるものになると思う。
　今回のツアー内容ではわざわざ出かけなくても知り得ることばかりだった。もっと各職種の人とコミュニケーションを取って、ネタを仕入れておくべきかと思う。

From the day before yesterday, they provided detailed information about what to bring and asked if I had any questions, which made me feel at ease for my participation.

Instead of guiding from the entrance, they started guiding us from the moment they picked us up, sharing information about Yakushima while we were in the car. They took a lot of photos and skillfully captured panoramic shots according to the situation, and their engaging storytelling made for an enjoyable time. We even got to enter the river, creating wonderful memories.

前々日から、持ち物なども教えてくださり、わからないことがないか、など細かく聞いてくださり、安心して参加に臨むことができました

入口からのガイドではなくて、送迎に来てくださったときから、車の中からガイドをしてくださって、屋久島のことから教えてくださりました。
写真もたくさん撮ってくださるし、パノラマ撮影など状況に応じて上手に撮ってくださるし、説明も引き込まれる話術で楽しいひと時を送ることができました。川に入ったりして、いい思い出になりました。

I had wanted to go for a long time, but my schedule never aligned, and I finally made it!

I was able to catch a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes of the airline.

There was a surprise at the reception that really excited my inner enthusiast.

I think opinions about the tour company and the guide can vary. Compared to another tour that contacted us the day before and the day before that, providing detailed information about what to bring, the meeting place, and the time, we did not receive any communication regarding the Jomon Sugi trekking until the day before. Since we were scheduled to participate in the Shiratani trekking that afternoon, there was a possibility that we wouldn't have reception, so we had to reach out ourselves.

On the day of the tour, after getting off the shuttle bus, while other guides were calling out names to gather participants, our guide did not call out names, leaving participants to search for the guide. While it’s good to be cautious for safety during the trek, the way it was communicated was harsh and rude. At the very least, we are customers, and although we did not argue at the time and complied, we were criticized despite not being slow or unprepared.

I still feel upset about it. If they want to project professionalism, they might consider developing a more engaging way of communicating.

ツアー会社、ガイドによって賛否が分かれると思います。
前日、前々日から連絡をくださって、持ち物、待ち合わせ場所、時間など、丁寧に教えてくださった別のツアーに比べて、翌日の縄文杉のトレッキングでは前日になっても連絡がこなくて、その午後から白谷のトレッキングに参加予定だったので、電波が届かない可能性もあったもので、こちらから連絡をしたくらいです。当日も、シャトルバスを降りて、ほかのガイドさんは名前を呼んで参加者を集めている中、私たちのガイドさんは名前も呼ばず、参加者がガイドさんを探す始末。
安全のために道中で注意をされるのはよいのですが、言い方がきついし、口が悪い。少なくとも私たちは客ですし、その場で反論はせずに、従っていましたが、もたもたしていたわけでもないのに、文句ばかり言われた。
今も気分が悪い。プロ感を出すなら、もう少し、楽しませるような話術も身に着けてもよいのでは。

Before the tour started, I was able to experience various activities in the waiting room, and during the tour, I got to see actual training sessions, making it a more enjoyable experience than I had imagined. I mainly use ANA for my travels, and I could feel the employees' efforts, which made me even more excited to use ANA next time. 😊

ツアーが始まる前の、待合室？でもいろいろな体験ができますし、ツアー中も実際の訓練中の姿などを見ることができて、想像以上に楽しいツアーでした。
旅行ではANAをメインで使用してますが、社員さんの努力が伝わってきて、次回ANAを利用させてもらうのが、更に楽しみになりました☺️

Am I being too greedy trying to visit four places? There wasn't enough time at any of them. There are many facilities on the vast grounds. I guess it can't be helped. Next time, I want to take my time exploring. Thank you very much.

We came to Okinawa for our honeymoon. Given that it was the rainy season and we were unsure of what to expect, as well as feeling scared about driving on unfamiliar roads for long periods, we chose a tour.

Bus
It might depend on the number of participants and COVID-19 measures, but there were no other customers in front, behind, or beside us, which made it comfortable.

Tour
It was very packed with activities, and we were extremely satisfied. There were places we wouldn't have been able to visit or would have given up on if we had gone on our own!

Guide
On the bus, the guide shared information about Okinawa, the climate, delicious food, and fun places to visit! The meeting times were clear, and they informed us about how far we were from the bus, which allowed us to move around without any anxiety.

新婚旅行で沖縄旅行に来ました。
梅雨時期で、どうなるか分からないという点と、知らない道を何分も運転するのは怖いという点から、ツアーを選びました。

バス
申し込み人数やコロナ対策にもよるのかもしれないですが、他のお客様が前後左右にいないようになっていて、快適でした。

ツアー
とても盛りだくさんで、大満足でした。自分たちで行けば、回りきれなかったり諦めてしまったりするところもしっかり見ることができました！

ガイド
バスの中で、沖縄のことや気候のことをはじめ、美味しいものや楽しいところも教えてくれました！集合時間も明確で、バスまでどのくらい離れているかなども伝えてくれたので不安なく行動できました。

During our trip from Onna Village to the airport, our only destination was American Village, and we left everything else up to the driver. We had interesting experiences everywhere we went. Even during the car ride, the driver explained the places we passed and entertained us with quizzes, making it a fulfilling time for our family of five without any boredom.

Although our sightseeing the day before was quite limited, the driver on that day was a humorous guide, which was a pleasant surprise compared to the quiet driver we had previously.

We even talked as a family about wanting to request that same driver the next time we visit Okinawa. We considered renting a car ourselves, but choosing a sightseeing taxi this time was definitely the right decision.

恩納村～空港までの中でアメリカンビレッジしか目的がなく、それ以外はおまかせしたのですが、どこもおもしろい体験をすることができました。
車の移動中も通る場所の解説をしてくれたり、クイズを出して楽しませてくれたりと、家族５人での旅行でしたが飽きることなく充実した時間になりました。

前日の観光はかなり限られた時間内でお願いしたこともありますが、物静かなタイプの運転手さんだったことに比べ、この日はガイドに慣れたユーモアのある方で本当に当たりだったなと思います。

次回沖縄に行った際は、その方を指名したいねと家族で話しているくらいです。自分たちでレンタカーを借りるかも悩みましたが、今回は観光タクシーにして大正解でした。

Even after arriving at the meeting point for the tour I signed up for, there was no one with a tour flag, and when the meeting time came, ultimately no one showed up. The other people who had signed up for the same tour were also worried and troubled as time passed without anyone arriving. When I called, it went to voicemail and I couldn't get through, and even though I wanted a refund, I couldn't reach anyone despite trying multiple times. This was my first experience with such a company, and it completely disrupted my travel plans, leading to a very difficult situation.

当日ツアーに申し込んで待ち合わせの集合場所に着いても、ツアーの旗らしき方もいなく集合時間になっても結局誰も来なかったです。
同じツアーを申し込みしてた方たちも時間が過ぎても来なく不安になって困ってました。
電話をしても留守電になって繋がらないし、返金してもらいたくても電話も留守電だから何度かけてもだめでした。
こんな会社は初めてでせっかくの旅行も予定が狂って大変な思いになりました。

I don't usually exercise, so I was a bit anxious, but I went to see Jomon Sugi.

About an hour into the hike, my shoulders started to hurt, but after the guide helped me with the fitting of my backpack, the pain surprisingly went away, and it felt lighter, allowing me to walk comfortably.

Trekking while listening to various stories was really enjoyable.

普段運動をしてないので、少し不安でしたが、縄文杉に会ってきました。

歩き始めて１時間くらいで肩が痛くなったのですが、ガイドさんにザックのフィッティングをしていただいたら、驚くほど痛さもなくなり、また軽く感じられて、楽に歩くことができました。

色んな話を聞きながらのトレッキングは、ホントに楽しかったです。

If you love airplanes, be sure to stop by at least once. The content is not too niche and is aimed at the general public. There is a curriculum that trains various safety professionals. Haneda Airport is just three train stations away, and Anamori Inari is a five-minute walk. There are also plenty of ramen shops along Route 8!

飛行機好きなら是非一度お寄りください。
中身は少しマニア寄りではなく一般向け。
色々な安全のプロを育てるカリキュラムがそこには有りました。
羽田空港も電車で3駅。穴守稲荷も徒歩5分。
環八沿いのラーメン屋もしこたま有る！

It had been a while since I visited Hokkaido. Since I no longer have a driver's license, I made a one-day reservation here. It was easy and relaxing without having to drive. The tour guide (a person from China) provided clear explanations. The driver also seemed experienced, so I felt safe during the ride. Including myself, I would definitely consider using your company's tours again.

久しぶりの北海道、免許返納したため、フリーながら、こちらを１日予約しました。運転もしないで、楽チンでした。ツアーガイド(中国の人)さんも、分かりやすい案内でした。運転手さんもベテラン(?)らしく、安心して、車中出来ました。
自分も含め、貴社のツアーを再度の利用するレベルでした。

It was great that I could go to Sapporo from New Chitose Airport by JR and do city sightseeing without walking by taking the bus. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was wonderful. Thank you very much.

I joined the tour because I wanted to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island. I stayed in Naha City and, since I didn't have a rental car, it was great to be able to visit various facilities. However, it was a shame that I couldn't take my time to enjoy everything due to being pressed for time. In particular, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium has a parking lot that is quite far away, so the time spent there was a bit shorter than I would have liked. Additionally, the group of Chinese tourists sitting behind me was very loud, which made it uncomfortable for the people I was with. At the beginning of the tour, the guide asked everyone to speak quietly, but perhaps because they didn't understand Japanese, they continued to be noisy.

美ら海水族館と古宇利島に行きたくて参加しました。
那覇市内に宿泊、レンタカーなしだった為、色々な施設に行けて良かったです。
ただ、時間に追われてゆっくり見れなかったのは残念でした。
特に美ら海水族館は駐車場から遠い為、滞在時間はもう少し短いです。
また、後ろに座っていた中国人の集団がとてもうるさくて、一緒に参加した人に嫌な思いをさせてしまいました。ツアーの最初にガイドさんが大きい声で話さないように言っていましたが、日本語が分からないせいかずっとうるさかったです。

It was an amazing experience to see what goes into the training at ANA, the staff that hosted us were so beautiful and their wonderful hospitality was very much appreciated by us. I will definitely recommend it to other Travellers visiting Tokyo.

I was overwhelmed by the guide's abilities throughout the day. Without someone like them, it would have been impossible to manage a tour with so many foreigners. I had a great time even with the other tourists.

I have just one request. Since it was my first time in Kyoto in 50 years, I would like a map of the meeting place. I left early to allow for some extra time, but the bus wasn't stopping, and I almost ended up being late.

ガイドさんの能力に圧倒された1日でした。あのような方がいなければきっと外国人の多いツアーは無理でしょう。外人さんと一緒でも楽しく過ごせました。
お願いは一つだけ。京都市が50年ぶりでしたので、集合場所の地図がほしいです。余裕をもって早めに出たのですが、バスが止まっていないので、危なく遅刻するところでした。

I have always wanted to visit Yakushima at least once in my life, and I finally made my first landing! I also participated in the trekking to Jomon Sugi, which was more challenging than I imagined, and it turned into a climb in the rain. The sense of accomplishment when I reached the top was incredible!

Since we were trekking while listening to the guide's extensive knowledge, it was very stimulating for me, who knew so little. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience.

I also managed to get into the izakaya I wanted to visit and was able to enjoy delicious fish. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat the "kubore saba" during my stay, so I definitely want to come back again!

人生で1度は屋久島に行きたいと思い続けやっと初の上陸をしました！
縄文杉のトレッキングも参加しました、想像以上に過酷で雨の中の登山となりました。到達した時の達成感は素晴らしいものでした！
ガイドさんの豊富な知識を聞きながらのトレッキングでしたので知らない事だらけの自分にはすごく刺激になりました。素晴らしい体験をさせて頂きまして本当にありがとうございました。
行きたかった居酒屋も何とか入れてもらい美味しいお魚も食べる事が出来ました。首折れサバは残念ながら滞在中食べる事が出来なかったのでまた必ず来たいと思います！

I had always wanted to go trekking to Jomon Sugi in Yakushima while I was still able to walk, and I finally made it happen. I usually walk a lot, so I thought I would be fine, but it was quite the challenge. I was out of breath from the aerobic exercise. Unfortunately, it rained that day...

During our descent at the Wilson stump, we took some photo time, and I still vividly remember the excitement when the guide took our pictures. That heart-shaped photo made all the fatigue disappear!

I'm really glad I participated this time.

歩けるうちに屋久島の縄文杉トレッキングに行ってみたいと思っていてやっと実現しました。普段歩くことには慣れていたので、大丈夫かと安易な気持ちで参加しましたが、とんでもなかったです。有酸素運動で息があがってしまいました。その日は生憎の雨。。。
ウイルソン株で下山時に撮影タイムを取っていただき、ガイドさんに撮影していただいた時の感動は今でも鮮明に覚えてます。あのハート型の写真は今までの疲れが吹っ飛びました！
今回参加して良かったと思ってます。

You can observe the training content of the ANA staff that you usually interact with. It's impressive to see that they train in ways beyond what you see on TV. Additionally, there are exclusive tour merchandise available for sale, making it a must-see for ANA fans.

It was amazing to be slowly transported to Yufu Island on a water buffalo. The lunch was delicious too. The mangroves were beautiful. The bus guide on Iriomote Island shared many interesting stories. I want to go again.

水牛の上でゆっくり由布島まで運んでくれて、最高でした。また昼食も美味しくて。マングローブも素敵でした。西表島内のバスガイドさんが面白い話をたくさんしてくれました。また行きたいです。

A bus tour that takes about 10 hours, covering Noboribetsu Onsen, Cape Chikyu, Showa Shinzan, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu, all delicious tourist spots. The bus on this blessed Sunday was nearly full, with 11 Japanese passengers and others from China and Southeast Asia... The male guide, who spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese, and the driver were both full of service spirit.

約10時間で、登別温泉〜地球岬〜昭和新山〜洞爺湖〜支笏湖と、オイシイ観光地を回るバスツアー。
天気にも恵まれた日曜日のバスは、ほぼ満席で、日本人11人、あとは中国、東南アジア・・・
日英中3ヶ国語を操る中国人の男性ガイドさん、そしてドライバーさんは、サービス精神の塊だった。

Without worrying about transportation times, we took a direct bus from Toyama Station to Murodo! It was surprisingly easy on the body, to the point where I want to do it this way again next time. Although the weather wasn't perfectly clear, the stunning panorama of the snow walls and the Tateyama and Tsurugi mountains blew that away. The impressive snow walls towering far above the bus were truly a case of "seeing is believing." If you head towards Mikurigaike on the snowy path… you'll be greeted by a rock ptarmigan! Spreading out our lunch on a snow table while gazing at Toyama Bay and the Noto Peninsula was also a delightful experience. The experience of this extraordinary space and time was truly rare. I listened to a curator's talk at the "Tateyama Caldera Sabo Museum" near Tateyama Station, but I felt that this place deserved more time to explore. It would be a shame to rush through it!

乗り物の時間を気にすることなく、富山駅から室堂までバスで直行！
次の機会もこの方式にしたいと思った程、予想以上に身体に楽だった。
快晴ではなかったものの、それを吹き飛ばすような雪の大谷と立山・剣岳のパノラマは素晴らしかった。
バスの車高を遥かに凌ぐ雪の壁の迫力は、まさに「百聞は一見に如かず」
雪道を、みくりが池方面へ行けば…雷鳥までお出迎え！
富山湾と能登半島を眺めながら、雪上で雪のテーブルにお弁当を広げるのも、また乙なもの。
非日常的空間と時間の体験は、得難いものだった。
立山駅近くの「立山カルデラ砂防博物館」で学芸員さんのお話を伺ったのだが、ここは、もっとじっくり時間をかけて良いと思った。駆け足ではもったいない！

I thought it was quite a good deal at 4,700 yen for a half-day tour that included lunch. It was great to be able to efficiently explore places that are difficult to get around without a car. As for the meal... well, it was okay. I thought maybe something like soba instead of a hamburger would have been nice.

半日観光で昼食が付いて、4,700円でかなりお得だと思いました。
車がないと周るのが難しい所で効率良く観光でき、良かったです。
食事は…まあ、あんな感じかな。ハンバーグではなく、そばとかでも良いかな…とも思いました。

We requested a private guide for just the two of us, a couple in our 40s. We usually do light strength training about once or twice a week, but we hadn't been doing much exercise, so we practiced a bit by walking around 8 km, anticipating some light hiking and the trolley path. I had a lot of concerns about my physical stamina, especially since I was looking forward to seeing the Jomon Sugi. However, thanks to our guide, Ando, we were able to go and return safely!

His precise advice on when to take breaks, use the restroom, replenish with salt and sugar, and do stretches was very helpful. The conversation flowed without interruption; we talked not only about Yakushima and the Yakusugi but also about work and dramas, making it feel like we were spending time with a friend.

We were also able to see Yakuzaru and Yakushika, making for a very fulfilling Jomon Sugi trekking experience. Thank you so much, Andy!

40代夫婦2人で、プライベートガイドをお願いしました。
普段は週1〜2くらい軽い筋トレをする程度。
運動という運動はしていなかったので、軽い登山や、トロッコ道を想定して8kmほど歩いたりと、少しだけ練習してから臨みました。
憧れの縄文杉でしたが、とにかく体力的な不安が大きかったです。
ですが、ガイドの安藤さんのおかげで、無事に行って帰ってくることができました！
あとどれくらい歩いたら休憩します、トイレです、塩分糖分補給しましょう、ストレッチしてくださいなど、的確なアドバイスが良かったのだと思います。
話も途切れることなく、屋久島、屋久杉の話はもちろんですが、仕事やドラマの話まで、まるで友達のように楽しく過ごす事ができました。

ヤクザルやヤク鹿も見ることができ、とても充実した縄文杉トレッキングになりました。
アンディ、本当にありがとう！！

Shirakawa-go in the rain
On the bus ride there, the guide provided helpful advice, allowing us to explore Shirakawa-go efficiently.
Even before arriving at Shirakawa-go, we enjoyed hearing stories about the areas we passed through.
Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant.
There were many participants from Europe and America, and the explanations were given in Japanese and then in English, which was enjoyable as well.

The time allocation between Shirakawa-go and Takayama was also well managed.

I participated in a course that circled Yakushima in the morning, and I was able to efficiently experience the wonderful aspects of Yakushima. The two waterfall tours and the walk along the World Heritage-listed Western Forest Road provided invaluable emotional experiences that I couldn't find elsewhere. The bus guide was also very experienced and provided thorough explanations, making for an enjoyable time. However, it was a bit disappointing that we passed by several stunning scenic spots, possibly due to time constraints and the bus's stopping locations.

午前で屋久島を一周するコースに参加しましたが、屋久島の素晴らしさを効率的に十分体験できました。
特に二つの滝観光と世界遺産西部林道歩行は他で得られない貴重な感動体験でした。
バスガイドさんも経験豊富で懇切丁寧に色々説明されて楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ただ少し残念だったのは時間やバスの停車場所の関係からか、数カ所の素晴らしい景観場所を素通りしたことでした。

I usually don't get photographed, so I was really nervous. The path to the shooting location was completely dark, and I wondered if I would make it, but I arrived safely without getting lost and had some really beautiful photos taken. I was surprised to see not just my shadow but also my face and the color of my clothes in the pictures! My favorite photo is the one where the sea is shining.

普段撮影される事なんてないので、ガチガチに緊張してしまいました。
撮影場所までの道のりは真っ暗で辿り着けるのかと思いましたが、無事迷わず行け、凄く綺麗な写真を撮って頂きました。
影で映るのかと思いきや、顔を服の色も写っていてビックリ‼️しました。
海が輝いて写っている写真がお気に入りです

I headed to the meeting place with quite a bit of extra time, but since it was the boarding location, I had trouble finding the museum. I would have preferred a map instead of just a description.
However, the guide's explanation was excellent, and I was thrilled when we landed on Gunkanjima. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

かなり時間の余裕をみて集合場所に向かいましたがそこは乗船場所だったのでミュ—ジアムがわからなくて困りました。説明文ではなく地図を載せて欲しかったです。
でもガイドさんの案内はとても素晴らしく軍艦島に上陸した時はワクワクしました。また機会があればいきたいです。

Positive points:
- The ability to explore each facility for 90 minutes (other tours only allowed 60 minutes).
- Since lunch is not included, I appreciated the freedom to eat whatever I wanted at my own time (I don't like eating the same thing at the same time as a group).
- The tour guide and driver were both great.

I would like to search for tours here again next time. Thank you very much for your assistance.

・昼食はついていないので、自分で好きなものを好きな時間に食べれるので自由度が高くて良かった。（団体で同じ時間に同じものを食べるのが好きでない為
）
・添乗員、ドライバーさんが良い方であった。

次回もこちらでツアー探しをしたいと思います。大変お世話になりました。
