They came to pick me up at the hotel, and from there, they listened to my requests and took me around for sightseeing. They provided explanations and took photos at each stop, and I’m really glad I made this request.

Set ticket with the Gunkanjima Museum. The museum is an interactive experience, and I was impressed by the powerful 3D projection mapping. There’s also a VR experience that makes you feel like a bird. We couldn't land on Gunkanjima due to the waves, but I was able to witness an overwhelming sense of another world.

軍艦島ミュージアムとのセットチケット。ミュージアムは体験型で迫力ある立体プロジェクションマッピングに感動。鳥になった気分のVRも。メインの軍艦島は波で接岸出来ず残業でしたが圧倒的な異世界感を見る事が出来ました。

A trip to Hokkaido with my elderly father and mother! However, we wanted to cover as many places as possible, so we joined a bus tour. We boarded at the TV Tower, but it was already fully booked. We ended up sitting on the last bench seat. I realized once again that boarding from the departure location is the best! Since it was a microbus, it was a bit cramped and narrow.

The guide was a young person whose Japanese was a bit hesitant, but they spoke fluent Chinese and English. Their expressions were so funny that I couldn't help but laugh. We explored the magnificent nature of Hokkaido! ✨ There were many breathtaking views, and I was continuously moved. We had lunch at Lake Toya, and the driver introduced us to a soup curry restaurant, where we enjoyed an incredibly delicious meal.

One of my companions forgot their backpack on the bus, but the next day, the young guide delivered it to the designated location. Their kindness made the tour feel even better. Thank you very much; I would love to join again!

高齢の父と母を連れての北海道旅行！
ですが、あちらこちらを網羅したい❗️という事でバスツアーに参加しました。
テレビ塔前から乗車しましたが、既に満席状態。1番最後尾のベンチシートに座りました。
出発場所からの乗車が良いと改めて実感！
マイクロバスだったので、狭くてちょっと窮屈でした。
案内人は、日本語が辿々しい若者でしたが
中国語と英語はペラペラ。表現が面白いのでついつい笑ってしまいました。
北海道の大自然をピンポイントで回る！✨絶景が望める場面が何度もやってきて、感動の連続でした。洞爺湖で昼食を取りましたが
運転手さんに紹介をしていただいたスープカレー屋さんに案内をしていただき、最高においしい食事もいただけました。
連れがバスにリュックサックを忘れましたが翌日、案内人の若者が指定の場所までしっかり届けてくれました。その好青年ぶりにツアーが尚更良く感じられました。ありがとうございましたまた乗りたいです。

It took about 30 minutes by car from the terminal. During the ride, our guide Gin-chan shared stories about the island and provided a fun tour, making the journey feel quick and enjoyable. When we arrived at the pitch-black jungle, we were each given a flashlight, and with excitement, we ventured into the jungle under Gin-chan's guidance. We encountered many coconut crabs, rare crabs, and spiders. It was incredibly fun. Although we didn't get to see the beautiful starry sky, I want to try again. The thrill of searching for creatures was exhilarating, and I had a blast. I highly recommend this experience! On the way back, we also encountered Ryukyu wild boars and frogs, which added to the value of the trip!

ターミナル集合から車で30分ぐらい移動。車中　ガイドさんの銀ちゃんが、ツアー案内から島の話から楽しい時間で飽きることも無くあっという間の移動でした。真っ暗なジャングルに着くと・・1人1人懐中電灯を渡されドキドキで銀ちゃんの案内の元ジャングル内へ突入。沢山のヤシガニ、珍しいカニ、蜘蛛・・との出会い。めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。唯一素敵な星空には逢えませんでしたが、リベンジしたいです。生き物探しのワクワク　久々きゃーきゃーわーわーほんと楽しかったです。めちゃくちゃおすすめです♪帰り道　琉球いのししやかえるにも逢えてお得感満載でした♪

The staff was very accommodating, and especially the bus driver provided a thorough and friendly commentary on the history of Iriomote, its nature, and the current situation of depopulation, all while mixing in some jokes. The boat was large and comfortable.

スタッフの対応も良く、特にバスの運転手さんは西表の歴史、自然や今の過疎化の現状、冗談も交えて丁寧なうんてんとガイドでした。
船も大型で快適

Despite the light rain, I was thrilled to visit Nara for the first time. The pagodas and temple complexes of Hōryū-ji, Yakushi-ji, and Tōshōdai-ji had a charming atmosphere as they were wet from the rain, and the national treasure statues were amazing. I wished I could have spent half a day relaxing in the garden viewed from the tea room at Jikō-in if I had more time.

あいにくの小雨でしたが初めての奈良に感激です。法隆寺•薬師寺•唐招提寺の塔と伽藍が小雨にぬれた趣のある雰囲気、国宝の仏像が最高でした。慈光院の茶室から眺める庭園は時間があれば半日でもゆっくりしたかったな。

If you're going to Ishigaki Island, I recommend this for those who want to efficiently explore the island. The guide and driver from Iriomote Island has a gentle tone and provides a very detailed explanation of Iriomote Island. The guide on the cruise also gave a great explanation about the mangroves.

Additionally, riding the water buffalo across the sea is not just about the ride; during the journey, they share stories about the water buffalo and Yubu Island, and even play the sanshin and sing, which is a lot of fun.

On Taketomi Island, I chose to go cycling. In 90 minutes, since I’m not good at reading maps, I was focused on visiting three famous spots, and it ended in no time.

せっかく石垣島へ行ったなら、効率よく島を巡りたい方にはお勧めです。
お迎え、西表島のガイド兼ドライバーさんの口調も穏やかで、とても細やかに西表島の説明をガイドをしてくれます。クルーズのガイドさんのマングローブの説明もよかったです。
また、海を渡る水牛もただ乗車するだけでなく、乗車の間に水牛や由布島の話し、三線を弾いて歌ってくれて大変楽しめます。
竹富島ではサイクリングを選択。90分では、地図を読むのが苦手だったため、有名なスポット3つを巡るのに必死で、あっという間に終わりました。

The weather was great, and the conditions were perfect. This tour around Ishigaki Island offers excellent value for money. The veteran bus guide's narration was enjoyable, and the course ended in no time. I would like to join the tour with my family next time.

天気がよくて最高のコンディションでした。石垣島を一周めぐるこのツアーはコスパ最高です。ベテランのバスガイドさんの案内も楽しくあっという間にコースが終了してしまいました。今度は家族と一緒にコースに参加したいと思います。

Out of the 40 people on the tour, there were two groups of Japanese participants, and the tour guide, Mr. Oh (from Taiwan), spoke to us in three languages and provided information about souvenirs. I joined from Sapporo, and since I wasn't familiar with the souvenirs, I definitely want to buy some.

If lunch had been included, I think it would have been the perfect day trip tour. I would love to participate again.

４０人のツアーのうち日本人は２組でしたが添乗員のオーさん（台湾の方) の方が3か国でお話してくれお土産情報もおしえてくださいました。札幌から参加させていただきましたが知らないお土産でしたのでぜひ買ってみたいとおもっています
お昼ご飯もついてたらサイコーの日帰りツアーだったとおもいます

It was so much fun! It was a bit scary because it was a pitch-black jungle, but the guide's easy-to-understand explanations and the presence of coconut crabs and sea snakes made it enjoyable. I was also able to see the North Star beautifully by the seaside, which was great.

めちゃめちゃ楽しかったです。真っ暗なジャングルなので、少しコワイけど、ガイドのお兄さんの分かり易い説明とヤシガニや海ヘビがいて楽しかったです。海辺の北極星もキレイに見られて、良かったです。

The rental of shoes, raincoats, and backpacks was handled efficiently upon arrival at the airport, and the Mizuno raincoat fit well. The shoes also fit my feet perfectly, and I was quite satisfied. (The waterproofing of the raincoat was a bit lacking, though!)

You can also arrange for a bento in advance, so you can enjoy the day without worries.

I was confident in my physical strength and considered going alone, but in the end, I think it was the right choice to have a guide. The guides were attentive, making sure to move aside when faster people were coming from behind on both the trolley path and the hiking trail, but there wasn't much space to avoid others, and it felt like we couldn't really shorten the time that much. Additionally, the number of buses to the trailhead is limited, so going with a tour seems to be the safer option.

If I had to suggest something, it would be great if the members could be arranged to have similar levels of physical strength and walking speed.

靴・レインコート・バックパックのレンタルは、空港到着時に手際よく渡してもらえましたし、ミズノのレインコート。靴も足にしっかりフィットしていて十分満足です。（レインコートの防水はやや甘さがありましたが！）

お弁当も事前に手配できるので、心配なく当日を迎えられます。

体力に自信があったこともあり、一人で行くことも考えましたが、結果的にガイドさんに案内いただいたことは正解だったと思います。
トロッコ道も登山道もガイドさんたちが後ろから早い人がくると避けるよう気を配ってくれていますが、それほど人を避けられるスペースはなく、そこまで時間を短縮できない気がしました。
また、登山口まで行くバスの本数や時間は限られているため、ツアーで行った方が間違いない気がしました。

強いていえば、メンバーは同じ体力・歩行スピードが同じレベルになるよう工夫いただけると良いかと思いました。

It had been several decades since I last visited Nara. I had planned to explore on my own by obtaining a sightseeing map in advance, but since I only had one day, I decided to use a bus tour. I was determined not to miss any of the guide's extensive explanations. We efficiently visited famous temples, and the historical stories and backgrounds were explained in a way that kept me engaged throughout. I'm glad I participated in this tour. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to take my time exploring the attractions I haven't visited yet.

奈良観光は数十年ぶりでした。
事前に観光マップを取り寄せ自力での観光を考えていましたが、
限られた1日でしたのでバスツアーを利用してみることにしました。
ガイドさんの幅広い説明を聞き漏らすまいと必死でした。
有名なお寺を効率良く回り歴史的な話、背景を飽きることなく説明してくださりこのツアーに参加して正解でした。

I participated in a trekking tour during my first visit to Yakushima. Both the Jomon Sugi trekking and the Shiratani Unsuikyo trekking were blessed with great weather, providing the perfect time to be healed by nature.

Although I haven't been hiking regularly and have been working from home, I was able to enjoy walking for two full days without any issues.

The guides were experienced and knowledgeable, providing not only safety support and advice to complete the trek but also explanations about Yakushima, the plants, and the animals that inhabit the area. They even entertained us with quizzes, making the experience enjoyable. Gaining knowledge about Yakushima through firsthand observation was very meaningful. If you're planning to go trekking, I highly recommend joining this tour!

この度、初めての屋久島観光でトレッキングツアーに参加させて頂きました。
縄文杉トレッキングも白谷雲水峡トレッキングも、どちらも天気に恵まれ、自然に癒される最高の時間でした。

定期的に登山をしていない上に在宅勤務が続いていて、体力に不安があったのですが、楽しく2日間歩き切ることができました。

ガイドの方々は経験も知識も豊富で、安全面や歩き切るためのフォローやアドバイスはもちろん、屋久島、生息する植物や生き物について、説明頂いたり、クイズを出していただき、楽しませて頂きました。実際に目で見て屋久島に関する知識を得られたことがとても有意義でした。トレッキングをされるのであれば、こちらのツアーに参加されることをお勧めします！

I don't think I could have visited this many spots in one day on my own. The guide's explanations and guidance were great, and I would like to use this service again.

We made a reservation for a commemorative photo with four people: a couple and friends! On the day of the shoot, it looked like it might be cloudy at the scheduled time, so they suggested we take the photos earlier, and we did. I was surprised by how beautiful the starry sky in Miyako Island was, but when we checked the photos right there, I was even more amazed at how stunning they turned out! We didn't have any specific ideas about how we wanted the photos to look, but they offered various shooting patterns and concepts, making it the best photos and memories! It was an unforgettable experience! Thank you very much!!

夫婦と友達の4人で記念フォトで予約してました！
当日、予定してた時間が曇りそうなので、早めに撮った方がと提案して下さり、撮影してもらいました。
宮古島の星空が綺麗でびっくりしましたが、撮ってもらった写真をその場で確認して、綺麗すぎて更にびっくりしました！
どんな感じで撮りたいとか特に決めてなかったのですが、色々撮るパターンやイメージも提案してくれたりで最高の写真と思い出になりました！

I was looking forward to a starry night, but since our travel schedule turned into a moonlit night, we focused on photographing the moon. Even with the moonlight, we were able to take wonderful photos, and both my girlfriend and I were very satisfied.

星降る夜を期待してましたが旅行日程が月夜となったため月をメインとした撮影でした。
月夜でも素晴らしい写真ができて私も彼女も大満足でした。

The view from Taiko Rock was amazing. It was very enjoyable to walk slowly while talking about animals and plants. I was worried about being able to walk since I went to Jomon Sugi the day before, but I was able to walk comfortably.

太鼓岩からの景色は最高でした。動物や植物の話をしながらゆっくり歩けてとても楽しかったです。前日縄文杉までいったので歩けるか不安でしたが、気持ちよく歩くことができました。

I visited the training facility that I had been curious about! There weren't too many participants at the same time, which made it easy to get around. It was an interesting tour where I could see the training in action from above.

気になっていた訓練施設の見学行ってきました！
同じ時間の参加者も数人と多くなくまわりやすかったです。実際に訓練している様子が上からみることができ、おもしろいツアーでした。

I think it would have been difficult to visit the three islands individually, but since it was a tour, we were able to use our time effectively. I felt it was good to have come all this way. If possible, I would have liked to explore Taketomi Island a bit more leisurely. I wanted to see all the stunning beaches.

3島めぐりは個人ではスムーズに行けなかったと思いますがその点、思い切ってのツアーでしたので時間が有効に使えここまで来たのだから良かったと感じました。出来ればもう少し、竹富島をゆっくりと周りたかったです。絶景ビーチを全部見たかったです。

I participated in a water buffalo cart tour on Taketomi Island. I was a bit anxious about taking my one-year-old child on the tour, but the ferry from Ishigaki was very spacious and comfortable. Also, the sightseeing on Taketomi Island while riding the water buffalo cart was fascinating for both my child and me, and it ended in no time. My child is usually not very quiet, but we were able to enjoy this tour without causing any trouble, so I highly recommend it.

竹富島にて水牛車ツアーに参加しました。
1歳児の子供を連れてのツアーで不安でしたが、石垣からのフェリーは大変広く余裕があり、また、水牛車に乗っての竹富島観光も子供も私も興味津々であっという間に終わりました。
うちの子供は大人しくできない方でしたが、このツアーは何も迷惑かけることなく楽しめましたのでおすすめです。

The first stop on the tour, Sefa Utaki, was my second visit as I had been there during a previous trip to Okinawa. It gives off an impression of a mystical and sacred place. I visited Miibaru Beach for the first time, and it seems to be a hidden gem that even locals don't know much about. The water is crystal clear and quite spacious, making it enjoyable for a stroll. It seems they also operate glass-bottom boats, so if you sign up, you can see tropical fish as well.

ツアーの最初にある斎場御嶽は、以前沖縄を旅行した時に訪れたので、二度目でした。神秘的な聖なる場所という印象です。みーばるビーチは、初めてでしたが地元の人もあまり知らない穴場のようです。海が透き通っていて結構広いので散策を楽しめます。グラスボートも経営しているようなので申し込めば、熱帯魚を見ることも出来てるようです。

The weather was sunny and perfect.
I think the snowy scenery would be even more beautiful.
I want to try going in winter next time.

It was my first time in Okinawa, and I was able to visit the famous spots in just one day. During the bus rides, the tour guide shared information about the facilities, history, and culture, so I was never bored while traveling. The time spent at each facility was a bit short, so it might not be suitable for those who want to take their time and explore leisurely. However, for those who want to see as much as possible during a limited stay in Okinawa, I think this is a great tour.

初めての沖縄だったのですが、1日で名所を回って頂けるとともに、バスでの移動中もバスガイドさんが随所で施設や歴史、文化のことを教えてくれるので移動中も暇なく過ごすことができました。
各施設の滞在時間は短めなので、時間を気にせずゆっくり巡りたいという人には向いていないかもですが、限られた沖縄滞在の中で、折角なら色々見たい！という人にはとても良いツアーだと思います。

From what I observed, it seems that you can visit the famous spots in Kyoto in just one day. However, the guidance is in English. If you have a bit of listening ability, I definitely recommend it. I participated with my elementary school daughter. Despite the crowds during Golden Week, we were able to efficiently visit four places, which left us very satisfied. The traffic wasn't a major concern either.

Since there was a limit on the time spent at each location, I did feel a bit torn, but it was a tour that connected to what we want to do next time.

More than half of the participants were from overseas, and the guide explained everything in English, making it feel like we were on an international trip. It was also helpful that explanations were provided in Japanese (laughs).

I recommend this for beginners in Kyoto sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

小学生の娘と二人で参加しました。GWの混み合う中でしたが、京都初心者には効率良く4箇所も回れて、大満足です。渋滞も気になる程ではありませんでした。
1箇所の滞在時間に限りがある為、後ろ髪引かれる思いはありましたが、次回はこうしようと次に繋がるツアーでした。
参加者の半分以上海外の方で、ガイドの方も英語で説明され、海外旅行に来たかと勘違いしそうなレベルでした。日本語でも説明頂いたので、助かりました(笑)
京都観光初心者の方に、おすすめです。

We used it for six hours on our first family trip to Naha with five people.
The course included Shuri Castle → Okinawa World → glass boat → local supermarket.
The glass boat exceeded everyone's expectations, and we were able to see many fish (clownfish: Nemo) and sea turtles resting in the coral.
Above all, our driver, Mr. Kinjo, had a great personality, and everyone had a wonderful time.

初の那覇で5人の家族旅行で6時間利用しました。
コースとしては、首里城→おきなわワールド→グラスボート→地元スーパーでした。
グラスボートは家族全員期待以上で、たくさんの魚たち（カクレクマノミ:ニモ）やサンゴの隙間で休むウミガメも見ることができました。
何より運転手の金城さんの人柄が良くて、みんな楽しく過ごせました。
お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

There were four participants in this tour, including myself. Since it was a small group, I was lucky to hear the tour conductor, a cabin attendant, speak up close. We were able to see various training category areas from the aisle, and in some areas, we even got to observe actual training scenes. Not only did we see training for ANA, but we also got to see training for Peach staff, as they conduct group training as well. The tour lasted about 75 minutes, but it ended in the blink of an eye. I would like to participate in the hangar tour next, but it's quite difficult to make a reservation for that. I guess I just have to do my best to secure a spot.

今回のツアー参加者は、私も含め4名でした。少人数であったため、ツアーコンダクターであったCAさんの話を間近でお聞きすることができ、ラッキーでした。通路から様々な訓練カテゴリーのエリアを見ることができ、いくつかのエリアでは実際の訓練風景も見ることができました。ANAだけでなく、グループの訓練も行っていることで、ピーチのスタッフの訓練も見ることができました。約75分のツアー時間でしたが、あっという間に終了してしまいました。次は格納庫のツアーに参加したいのですが、こちらはなかなか予約が取れません。頑張って取るしかないですね。

We used this service on our last day in Ishigaki Island. We were very satisfied as they shared various stories about the island's events and customs while driving. As a couple who struggles with driving, this was a much-appreciated service. We would like to use it again when we visit Ishigaki Island.

It was very administrative, and nothing was found, so it ended quickly. I was hoping to see things like coconut crabs, but there was no effort to search for them, and we just followed the same course at a certain distance from other tour groups.

事務的で何も見つからずすぐに終わった。
ヤシガニなど期待していたがそれを探す気配もなく他のツアーのグループと一定の距離で同じコースを通るだけだった。

The boat tour on Nakama River in Iriomote Island coincided perfectly with high tide, allowing us to reach areas that are usually inaccessible. We were able to observe a variety of mangrove species, making it a valuable experience.

西表島の仲間川遊覧では丁度満潮と重なり普段行けないところまで行きひるぎの種類も多く観察でき貴重な体験でした。
