I visited Sapporo for the first time. Since I wasn't used to walking on snowy roads, choosing a bus tour was definitely the right decision! Although there were mostly foreigners, the guide was considerate and explained everything in Japanese first, providing detailed and enjoyable explanations, which allowed us to make the most of our sightseeing schedule! Although lunch wasn't included, I tried the guide's recommendations and was able to enjoy sightseeing within the limited time. Thanks to the timely progress made by the driver and the guide, it was a fun day. I highly recommend it!

札幌に初めて行きました。雪道慣れないのでバスツアーにして大正解でした！
外国人ばかりでしたが、ガイドさんが気をつかって日本語を先に説明してくださり、とても詳しく楽しく説明してくださったので、スケジュールを有効につかって観光できました！昼食なしでしたが、ガイドさんのおすすめを食べて、限られた時間を有効に観光できました。雪の中、時間通りに進めてもらって、運転手さんガイドさんのおかげで、楽しい１日でした。おススメです！

I was not used to driving on snowy roads and was too scared to do it, so I searched for various bus tours. The reviews were good, and the plan included places I wouldn't normally be able to visit, so I decided to participate, and I was very satisfied. The female guide was kind, and the driver drove safely, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed ride. It became a fun memory, and I’m glad I participated. Thank you very much. On the way back, I leisurely returned to the hotel while enjoying the recommended illuminations.

雪道は慣れてなく運転する事が怖くてできないのでバスツアー色々探しました。
クチコミもよく自分では中々いけないプラン内容だったので参加してみましたがとても満足でした。
女性のガイドさんも優しく運転手さんも安全運転で乗車時間もゆったりと過ごせました。

It was really great. I also entered the waterfall basin, and the view from directly below was amazing. Just keep in mind that the rest is at your own risk (>_<). The subsequent visit to Yufuin was also nice, and there are historical displays near the entrance, which were quite moving to read before going. The gelato inside was rich in flavor and delicious. 凄く良かったです。滝壺にも入りましたが真下からの眺めは最高です。ただ後の事は自己責任で(>_<)。その後の由布島も良く入り口付近に歴史が展示されてますが、読んでから行くと感慨深いものがありました。中のジェラートが味がしっかりしていて美味しかったです。最後にガイドのえりさん有難うヾ(*＞∇＜*)ﾉ

On the day of the experience, the weather was not favorable, and due to strong winds, the blue cave snorkeling was canceled, leaving only the mangrove kayaking experience.

It was my first time kayaking, but the instructor guided us patiently on how to paddle and get on the kayak, so I was able to start without any anxiety.

Every group was able to keep up without feeling left behind, and we enjoyed a relaxed pace while learning fun facts about the mangroves, making it a wonderful day and a great memory in Ishigaki Island! At the end, they recommended a restaurant in Ishigaki Island, and after the experience, I actually had lunch there, which was incredibly delicious and impressive!

They also mentioned that they would refund the cost of the canceled snorkeling experience, which I think is an excellent response.

Experiencing the mangroves up close while listening to the sound of the flowing river and the chirping of birds is something unique to kayaking.

体験日当日は天候状態が思わしくなく、強風の為に青の洞窟シュノーケリングは中止でマングローブのカヤック体験のみでした
カヤックに乗るのは初めてでしたがインストラクターガイドの方がパドルの操作から乗り方を丁寧に教えてくださったので不安なく始める事が出来ました。

どのグループも置いてきぼりにならずゆったりとしたペースでマングローブの豆知識などを交えながら楽しい体験となって石垣島での良い思い出の1日になりました！
最後におすすめの石垣島の飲食店を教えていただいて、体験後に実際にお昼ご飯にそこお店を使わせていただいたのですが、とても美味しくて感動しました！

シュノーケリングが中止になった分の体験代の返金もしてくださるとのことで、そういった対応も申し分無いと思います。

川のせせらぎや鳥の鳴き声を聞きながら間近でマングローブを観れる体験はカヤックならではだと思いました。

On my first trip from Hokkaido to Kyushu, there were only my sisters and me, but the tour guide was very considerate, and I made wonderful memories. It was a lot of fun.

It was a tour in the rain. As expected, the Okinawa Islands can be expected to have good weather until October. From November, there are hardly any sunny days, so be careful.

雨の中のツアーでした。やはり、沖縄諸島は、10月までが天気が期待できます。11月からは、晴れる日がほとんど無いので、気を付けて。

The bus was clean. It was a pity there was no USB power. The bus guide was very easy to listen to. There was an umbrella rental service. I was able to check in my suitcase.

バスが綺麗だった。USB電源がなかったのは残念。バスガイドさんは、とても聴きやすかった。傘貸出サービスがあった。スーツケースを預けられた。

Unfortunately, the weather was very rough. The bus driver on Iriomote Island and the staff on the mangrove cruise were very kind. I think it would have been a wonderful experience if it had been sunny.

On Taketomi Island, I had applied for a rental bicycle, but the person who came to pick me up was very unfriendly and had a cold attitude. I think it's better to skip the rental bicycle.

あいにく大荒れの天気でした。
西表島のバスの運転手の方やマングローブクルーズのかたはとても親切でした。
晴れてたら素晴らしい体験になったかと思います。

竹富島ではレンタサイクルを申し込んでいましたが、迎えに来られた方はとても愛想なく、冷たい対応でした。
レンタサイクルはやめたほうがいいと思います。

I participated in a day trip to Shirakawa-go on December 23rd. There was a news story on the 21st about the first snowfall in Shirakawa-go, and I was surprised to learn that there hadn't been any snow until then! I had assumed there would be snow, but thanks to the heavy snowfall on the 21st and 22nd, I was able to see that beautiful scenery.

12/23に白川郷日帰りツアーに参加しました。
21日のニュースで白川郷の初雪の話題が出て雪今まで無かったのか！当然雪はあるものだと思っていたが21.22の大雪であの風景を見る事が出来ました。

It was a cloudy trip to Miyako Island with strong north winds in December. I participated in a tour with my middle school and high school sons! We started with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It was our first experience, and I was a bit anxious due to the cold, but we received thorough instructions, and my kids and I fell into the sea multiple times, laughing non-stop, which made us forget about the cold. After that, we moved to a different location for snorkeling. Unfortunately, we couldn't see any turtles, possibly because they had gone out to sea with the high tide, but we were able to see clownfish and various colorful tropical fish. They provided detailed explanations and took many photos, making it a memorable experience. I plan to challenge myself again in the summer. I felt safe with the preparations for hot water after coming out of the sea, so I will definitely ask Pipi-san for the next tour!

12月の北風が強く吹く曇りの宮古島旅行になりました。
中学生と高校生の息子と3人でツアーに参加！
まずはSUPから。初めての体験で寒さもあり不安でしたが、丁寧にレクチャーしてもらって、子どもたちも私も何度も海に落ちては笑いが止まらず、寒さは吹き飛びました。その後は場所を移動してシュノーケル。満潮でカメは沖に出て行ってしまったのか？残念ながら会うことはできませんでしたが、クマノミや色とりどりの熱帯魚を見ることが出来ました。詳しい説明付きでサポートしてくれたり、写真もたくさん撮ってもらって、記念に残る体験ができました。次は夏にチャレンジしようと思います。
安全面や海から上がった後のお湯の準備など、安心してお任せ出来たので、次もピピさんにお願いします！

We took a 2-night, 3-day mother-daughter trip to Miyako Island for the first time. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't favorable, and we couldn't participate in any sea activities, so we were glad to join this night tour.

The tour takes you through complete darkness, relying on the light of flashlights. It was so dark that we couldn't have progressed without our guide, and I think it's an experience you can't have in everyday life.

Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any coconut crabs, but we were able to learn about the plants as we walked and see spiders and bats that we had never seen before.

Since it was cloudy, we couldn't see the beautiful starry sky, but it was a valuable experience.

2泊3日母娘の２人旅、初めての宮古島です。
あいにく天候に恵まれず、海のアクティビティーには参加出来なかったので、こちらのナイトツアーに参加出来て良かったです。
本当に真っ暗な中、懐中電灯の灯りを頼りに進んで行くツアーです。ガイドのお兄さん無しではとても進めない暗さで、普段の生活では体験出来ない事だと思います。
残念ながらヤシガニには出会えませんでしたが、歩きながら植物の説明をして頂いたり、見た事のない蜘蛛やコウモリを見ることが出来ました。
曇天でしたので、きれいな星空も見られませんでしたが、貴重な体験が出来ました。

楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。

The weather wasn't great and it was cold, but the staff were kind and I had a lot of fun. It would have been perfect if the weather had been better.

天気が良くなくて、寒かったですが、スタッフの方が親切でとても楽しかったです。天気がよければ最高でした。

This time, I went to Kyoto to enjoy the autumn leaves and temple stamps. It was my first solo trip, so I was a bit nervous, but the driver accompanied me and provided guidance, so I didn't get lost or walk unnecessarily after arriving at the temple. They also shared recommended spots, making it a very fulfilling trip. I would like to use this service again.

今回は紅葉と御朱印を楽しみに京都へ。
初めてのひとり旅だったので少しドキドキでしたが運転手さんが一緒に付いてガイドもして頂けるのでお寺に着いてからも迷わず無駄に歩くことがありません。おすすめの場所なども教えてもらえるので、とても充実した旅になりました。また利用したいと思います。

It was November, but I participated in a night tour. Our guide, Misaki, provided thorough explanations. We went to a night jungle that we couldn't have accessed without a guide, and I was able to see the coconut crab I was hoping to spot! There were also fireflies here and there, which made it really fun.

11月でしたが、ナイトツアーに参加しました。ガイドの美咲さんの説明も丁寧。
案内無しでは行けない夜のジャングル？に行き、目当てのヤシガニを見ることが出来ました!
ホタルもチラホラで凄く楽しかったです。

The guide spoke very little Japanese, and there was a lack of information. Communication was difficult due to their broken Japanese, which caused a lot of trouble. They mostly explained things in Chinese and spent a lot of time on their Instagram and talking on the phone with friends. The worst part was that the driver was completely exhausted from driving back and was dozing off, making it feel like we were about to have an accident. Even when I told the guide, they didn't do anything or seemed to understand the situation well. I believe this tour will become a major problem in the future. It wasn't just me; other customers felt the same way. It's disappointing because both the guide and the driver were really nice people. It’s probably the company's fault.

ガイドさんが日本語をほとんど喋れず、インフォメーションが足りません。カタコトの日本語なのでコミュニケーションが取れずに大変困りました。ほとんど中国語で説明していて、社内でガイドさんはずーっと自身のインスタ制作と友だちとの電話に時間を費やしていました。最悪だったのは、運転手が完全に帰りの運転に疲れ果てていて、コックリ運転で、事故に会いそうだったことです。ガイドさんに言っても、何もしてくれないと言うか、よくわかっていませんでした。きっと、将来的には大問題になるツアーだと思います。私だけではなく、他のお客さんも同意見でした。ガイドさんも運転手さんもとてもいい人だったので、残念です。多分会社が悪いんですね。

Since my flight back to Narita was at 20:30, I had a free day. After staying in Takamatsu the previous night, I took a high-speed ferry to the island early in the morning and signed up for a tour to see the beautiful autumn foliage at Kankakei. I had previously spent a similar free day exploring the island alone, but this time I enjoyed the benefits of a guided tour. The tour guide was thorough and easy to understand, and there were also some recommendations from the guide that I didn't expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could enjoy nostalgic "fried bread school lunch" at the "Movie Village," so I decided to have lunch there instead of at Kankakei, and I was very satisfied with that meal.

One inconvenience I experienced was due to the tour being on a Monday; the restaurant at Kankakei was closed during lunchtime, so I could only eat at the snack corner and ended up with a longer free time without a meal. This is why I chose to have lunch at the Movie Village, but the time allotted for lunch was short, so I couldn't enjoy my meal leisurely. Additionally, the departure time was tied to the high-speed ferry schedule from Takamatsu. The recommended bus departure was too early, and the next option was cutting it close, leading to an explanation that felt like special treatment. However, it seemed like there was enough time on the next bus as well. If there had been a normal explanation without the special treatment, I could have enjoyed breakfast at my accommodation in Takamatsu more comfortably, which was disappointing.

成田への帰りの便が20:30発であったので空いた1日です。
前日の高松宿泊から、早朝に高速船で島に渡り、紅葉のハイシーズンの寒霞渓を見たいとツアーに申し込みました。
以前は同じような日程で空いた1日を一人で島巡りをしたことがありますが、
今回はガイド付きのツアーで、そのメリットを充分楽しめました。
所謂、観光ガイドは丁寧で判りやすかったのですが、その他に所々に入るガイドさんのお勧め！今回はあまり期待をしていなかった「映画村」で昔懐かしい「揚げパン給食」が食べられるとのことで、寒霞渓での昼食時間は我慢して映画村での昼食にしてその食事に大満足です。
不便を感じたのが月曜日のツアーであったせいか、寒霞渓の昼食時間でレストランが開いていなくて、軽食コーナーでしか食事をすることが出来ず食事なしで長めの自由時間を持て余したこと、これがあったので映画村での昼食にしたのですがここは昼食にしては時間が短くゆっくり食事を楽しむことが出来ませんでした。
それと、主発の時間が高松からの高速船の時刻に関係付けられていますが、
お勧めの便ではバスの出発の時間に早着過ぎ、次の便ではギリギリなので特別扱いのような説明がありましたが、次の便でも余裕があったようです、何も特別扱いせずに普通に説明があれば、高松の宿での朝食が余裕をもって楽しめたのに残念です。

It was very educational to revisit the birthplace of Japanese Buddhism. In particular, it was great to be able to take my time and see everything at Hōryū-ji.

日本仏教の始りのの地を改めて訪れ大変勉強になりました。
特に法隆寺は全てをゆっくり見ることが出来良かったです。

Since there were no other participants besides us, we had a trekking experience where adjustments were made to the meeting place and walking pace. While walking, we enjoyed explanations about Yakushima's history and nature, as well as time for taking photos and having our pictures taken. Thank you very much for the wonderful time.

私達以外の参加者が、たまたま居なかったので集合場所の変更や歩く速度の調整をしていただきながらのトレッキングとなりました。歩きながら、屋久島の歴史や自然などを説明していただいたり、写真撮影の時間を取ったり、撮影していただいたりと楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。有難う御座いました。

The water buffalo cart crossing the sea to Yubu Island was absolutely wonderful, and the water buffalo cart course on Taketomi Island, where bougainvillea blooms, was very soothing. The leisurely water buffalo made me feel warm and fuzzy. There are still many places on Taketomi Island that I haven't seen, and I feel a bit regretful about that. I already want to live there. Next time, I want to visit Yonaguni Island as well. I want to go again! ^_^

由布島へ海をわたる水牛車もめっちゃステキでしたし、ブーゲンビリア咲く竹富島の水牛車コースも癒されました。
のんびりやさんの水牛が、ほっこりしました。
竹富島はまだまだみてないところもあり心残りです。
もはや住みたいです。今度は与那国島にもいってみたいです。
また行きたいです^_^

It was a journey where I could truly feel that the topography, agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, as well as the flora and fauna of Okinawa, are thanks to the Ryukyu limestone. Since Okinawa aims to be a tourist nation, the level of the guides and facility staff is high. This was my fourth visit, and each time I gained new insights and resolved questions. However, new questions have arisen, and it seems I will be visiting again. The sightseeing bus tours, in particular, are excellent value for money and highly recommended.

沖縄の地形、農林水産物、動植物は、琉球石灰岩のおかげということが実感できる旅でした。沖縄は、観光立国を目指しているだけに、ガイドさんや施設担当者の方々のレベルが高い。今回で4回目の訪問でしたが、毎回新たな知見と疑問の解消を果たせました。ところが、また新たな疑問が生じ、またまた訪問することになりそうです。
特に観光バスツアーは、コスパ抜群でおすすめです。

The tour was not affected by the weather and covered everything. It rained quite heavily, but I felt very satisfied. I would like to participate again when I travel to Okinawa. Both the guide and the bus driver were great!

It was a visit to Hōryū-ji on a very cold day, but the beauty of the blue sky and the dignified presence of the temple made it a valuable experience. Thanks to the knowledgeable guide's explanations, it became a memorable experience.

大変寒い日の法隆寺参拝でしたが、青空の美しさと凜とした寺の佇まいが相まって貴重な参拝になりました。

I extended my trip to Kanazawa for the crab. With limited time, I aimed to experience the best of Kanazawa. Although it was rainy, I was able to see the highlights through a professional's eyes. It was a time that money can't buy.

金沢には蟹目当てで足を伸ばしました。観光は限られた時間で金沢の良いとこどりを狙った。
雨模様でしたが見所をプロの目で押さえてくれた。とてもお金では買えない時間でした。

I participated in a mangrove canoe tour!

I was worried about the cold since it was said to be the coldest day of the year, but once I joined, the water was cold but not freezing.

I was also concerned about whether I could paddle the canoe, but once I got on, it was smooth sailing!

Throughout the journey and during the tour, we talked a lot about the island, nature, and food, so even though I was there alone, I had a great time.

Since I came to Iriomote Island knowing almost nothing about it, I learned a lot and my appreciation for the scenery changed.

I think if I come back in the summer and join the same tour, I might see a different view, so I want to come again!

マングローブカヌーツアーに参加しました！

今年1番の寒さということで寒さが不安でしたが、参加してみると水は冷たかったですが、凍えるほどではなかったです。

カヌーも乗れるか心配でしたが、乗ってしまえばスムーズに乗れました！

移動中からツアー中まで、島のこと、自然のこと、食事のことなど、たくさん話をして頂いたので1人参加でしたが、楽しく過ごすことができました。

また西表島のことをほとんど知らない状態で来たので、いろいろ教えてもらって景色の楽しみ方が変わりました。

また夏にきて同じツアーに参加したら違う景色が見れるのかなと思うので、また来たいです！

I had certain expectations for the ANA training facility tour, but I was very satisfied to see even more than I anticipated. The flight attendant who guided us provided explanations that were very polite and easy to understand. It's a tour that never gets boring, no matter how many times you participate!

ANAさんの訓練施設見学ツアーと言うことで、それなりに期待をしていましたが、期待以上のものを見ることが出来てとても満足です。
案内役のCAの方もとても丁寧且つ分かり易く説明をして戴きました。
何回参加しても飽きないツアーです！

The departure location was easy to find, and it was helpful that there were enough umbrellas provided for everyone, even in the rain. I recommend this for those who want to efficiently circle the island without renting a car.

出発場所も分かりやすく、雨でも人数分の傘が用意されていたので助かりました。レンタカーではない旅行で効率的に島を一周したい方にオススメです。

I participated alone as a woman, and I had a great time. People from all over Japan and even from overseas joined, and it was so lively that I felt reluctant to leave. The captain was wonderful, skillfully creating a fun atmosphere and being very considerate.

The factory night view was, of course, beautiful as shown in the photos, but the cruise itself was also fantastic, with the exhilarating feeling of speeding through the port at night. I definitely want to participate again in the summer!

女性1人で参加しましたが、大変楽しめました。日本全国各地、海外の方も参加されていましたが、大変盛り上がり帰るのが名残りおしい気さえしました。盛り上げ上手で細やかに気遣いされる船長さんが素敵でした。
工場夜景はもちろん綺麗で写真の通りですが、クルーズ自体も夜にスピーディに港を走る気持ち良さが何とも言えず最高でした。また、夏にも参加したいです‼️

Captain Nagai's detailed explanations and the well-timed stops at key photo spots made for a dynamic experience. Thanks to him, it was a very satisfying tour. I was able to participate without any issues as a solo traveler. The timing was just right, and the guide was polite and did a great job of keeping everything organized.

1人参加でも問題なく過ごすことができました。時間は過不足無く、ガイドの方も丁寧でしっかりと場をまとめていて素晴らしかったです。

Since it was December, the outdoor wind was cold and strong, which made me look down.

Please consider measures like transparent fields for the windows. Foreign visitors also seemed to be cold. In summer, it must feel nice in contrast.

季節柄12月だったので野外の風が冷たく強く

まどに透明なフィールドなど対策をお願いします。
外国の方も寒そうでした。
夏は反対に気持ちいいんでしょうね。
