It was the off-season, but I was able to enjoy a night walk. It felt like walking on a pathless trail, which was thrilling. The path was steep and rocky, so it's dangerous if you're not wearing comfortable clothes and non-slip shoes! I was lucky to accidentally find a coconut crab. Despite its small size, it was tenaciously clinging to the cliff.

After passing through the forest, we arrived at a beautiful beach... Thanks to the good weather, we were able to see a stunning starry sky! The starry sky, which you can't see in the city, became a wonderful memory!

オフシーズンでしたが、夜の散歩道を楽しむことができました。道なき道を歩くと言った感じでドキドキでした。道が険しく岩もゴツゴツしてるので動きやすい格好、滑りにくい靴でないと危険です！
ヤシガニも偶然見つかりラッキーでした。小さいながらもたくましく崖にくっついていました
森を抜けた後はきれいな海岸へ…
天気が良かった事もあってきれいな星空が見えました！都会では見れない満点の星空は素敵な思い出となりました！

I participated with my elderly mother.
We were able to efficiently tour Ishigaki Island, and it was convenient to drop off at Ishigaki Airport at the end.
It was a bit disappointing that the rice for lunch was cold.
In the end, we were able to listen to songs accompanied by the guide's sanshin, which became a wonderful memory.
I would recommend this tour to acquaintances who are going to Ishigaki Island.

高齢の母と参加しました。
効率よく石垣島を観光でき、最後は石垣島空港で降りれて便利でした。
昼食の、ご飯が冷めていたのが、ちょっと残念でした。
最後はガイドさんの三線と共に歌を聴けて、良い思い出となりました。
知り合いが石垣島に行く時は、お勧めしたいツアーです。

The bus meeting point was crowded with other buses, making it hard to find.
I couldn't listen to the audio guidance on my smartphone, so it would have been nice if it had been played inside the bus.
It would have also been helpful to be informed about the travel time to the destination.
I was very satisfied with the cost for the Churaumi Aquarium tour and dinner.

バスの待ち合わせ場所が他のバスと混雑しており、わかりづらいです。
スマホで音声ガイダンスが聴けないかったので、車内で流していただけたら良かったです。
また行き先までの所要時間なども伝えてくださればよかったです。
ちゅら海観光、ディナーまでの金額で大変満足しました。

It was wonderful to see the view from a high position and to observe the changes in color. It might not be suitable for those who want to take their time taking photos since there are no stops, but experiencing the scenery and announcements on the way to Namba, as well as riding on the highway in an open bus, was quite a unique experience. Haha! I also appreciated the provision of blankets and hand warmers!

高い位置から見ることができ、色の変化などを見れたのが素敵でした。
下車が無いのでゆっくり写真を撮りたい人には向いていないかもしれないですが、難波までの車窓やアナウンス、高速道路をオープンバスで走るのはなかなか出来ない体験でした。笑

With a one-day unlimited ride ticket, my goal was to enjoy the night view! On December 16, the weather was cloudy with a temperature of 21°C, so the open bus tour was pleasant with a nice breeze and a panoramic view. Most of the participants were foreigners. Thanks to the prompt support from the guide, we were able to enjoy two courses, adding extra value to our experience in a short amount of time. Since it was a Saturday, it was fully booked, and I shared a seat with someone from Mexico. We communicated while searching on our phones, and I had a wonderful experience, fully enjoying the beautiful night view of Tokyo!

I participated with my 7-year-old son. It was rainy and windy on the day of the event, and the ground was muddy. At first, my son was scared, but a kind staff member held his hand and spoke to him. Each time we found a bug or a crab, my son's fear diminished, and he was very excited when we found a coconut crab! Although it wasn't the season to see many coconut crabs, we managed to find three. The weather was bad, so we couldn't see the stars, but we received explanations about not only the coconut crabs but also bugs and plants, making it a very valuable experience.

7才の息子と参加しました。当日は雨、風が強く地面がぬかるんでおり、初めは息子も怖がっていましたが、お兄さんが優しく手を繋いでくれ声もかけて頂けました。虫やカニを見つけるたびに子供の恐怖心が薄れ、ヤシガニを見つけると大興奮でした!ヤシガニが多く見れる季節ではないそうですが、3匹見つけることができました。天気が悪く星は見れませんでしたがヤシガニだけでなく、虫や植物の解説もしていただけたので大変貴重な体験となりました。

You can receive a numbered ticket in the order of arrival at the reception. Arriving early allows you to choose your preferred seat based on that order. Indoor seats allow you to open the windows. Outdoor seats will get you splashed by the waves.

I felt that there wasn't much difference in the view from either side of the boat.

The boat isn't brand new, but the captain, who is very familiar with the course, personally navigated while providing explanations, so the time passed without any boredom. It was an area that is usually hard to get close to, and I was able to enjoy it with all my senses, not just sight, but also smell and heat. Thank you very much!

屋内席は窓を開けてOK。屋外席は波でしぶきを浴びることになります。
左右どちら側の席もあまり差なく景色が見られた印象です。

船は新しくはないですが、コースを熟知している船長が自ら操縦しながらずっと解説してくださるので全く飽きることなく時間が過ぎました。
普段はなかなか近づけないエリアで、
目だけではなく匂いや熱さなど、五感で楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました！

The autumn leaves in Kyoto after 30 years were absolutely wonderful. I thought it would be extremely crowded with inbound tourists, so I boldly signed up for a one-day bus tour, and it was the right decision.

Despite the large number of tourists, we were able to stick to the schedule, and I was satisfied with every stop. The guide was kind and even took photos for us, making it a fun day.

30年ぶりの京都の紅葉　とても素敵でした。
インバウンドでものすごく混雑すると思ったので思い切って一日バス観光に申し込み大正解でした。

観光客が多い割には時間通りに回れて、どこも満足できました。
ガイドさんも親切で写真も撮って頂けて楽しい一日になりました。

We participated as a family of three, including my husband and daughter. In the morning, we enjoyed snorkeling, and in the afternoon, we had a plan to fully experience the nature of Ishigaki Island with SUP. We were excited about it from the day before! On the day of the tour, we gathered at Ishigaki Island Port at 9 AM. During the 30-minute transfer, we had a communication time with the instructor. When we arrived at the location, the weather was great, and we quickly changed into our wetsuits! Even though it was December, the water was warm once we put on the wetsuits! The instructor explained that we could visit the rare "Blue Cave" due to the seasonal weather changes, which really got us pumped up.

We were able to walk to the Blue Cave. While filming a video, the three of us jumped into the sea from a rock together! I was a bit scared, but my husband and daughter jumped in confidently and seemed to be having a great time. I was a little scared, haha. The videos and photos taken at that moment turned out beautifully, and I've watched them many times.

Finally, we went underwater! When I put on my goggles and looked into the sea, I could see beautiful fish and corals. Miraculously, we encountered a baby sea turtle, and everyone was thrilled! In the afternoon, we paddled through a mangrove-lined river on the SUP. The mangrove roots formed a tunnel, and it was a very magical experience as we lay on the SUP and enjoyed the scenery.

As we got more comfortable, we spontaneously held a "dive festival" by jumping into the river from the SUP. My husband, even in December, jumped in multiple times without feeling cold at all. It was such a fun and free experience! At the end, we were guided to a free shower room. Both instructors were bright and charming, which kept the atmosphere enjoyable throughout the day. During the tour, the instructor filmed points with a GoPro, which was greatly appreciated. Despite their busy schedule, they sent us the footage that night, giving us many wonderful memories.

This was my third time in Ishigaki Island, and once again, we had a fantastic experience, making it the best family trip ever.

プランで前日からウキウキしてました♪
当日は9時に石垣島港集合。約30分の移動中は、
インストラクターの方とコミニケーションタイム。
現地に到着すると天気も良く早速ウエットスーツに着替えました！
海の中は12月なのに、
ウエットスーツを着れば全然暖かい！
今の季節は天候の変化でなかなか行ける事がレアな
「青の洞窟」に行けますよとインストラクターの方から説明がありテンションアップ⤴︎
青洞窟までは歩いて行く事ができました。
動画を撮ってもらいながら岩の上から3人で一緒に海に向かってジャンプ‼️
私はちょっと怖かったのですが、主人と娘は全然平気しっかりジャンプして楽しそうでした。
私は少しだけ怖かったです笑
その時撮ってもらった動画・写真はとても綺麗で
何度も見返しています．
待ちに待った海中へ！ゴーグルを付けて海の中を覗くと、きれいな魚やサンゴを見る事ができました。
なんと奇跡的に子供の海亀に遭遇でき、
参加者皆、歓喜してました♪
午後からのSUPはマングローブのしげる川をを進んでいきました。マングローブの根っこがトンネルのようになっており、そこをSUPに寝そべりながら進んだり、
周りの景色を見たりしてとても幻想的な体験でした
慣れてくるとSUPから川へ飛び込むドボン祭り❓勝手に開催❓石垣島は12月でも全く寒くないのか主人は
何度もバカになり飛び込んでました。
※自由な体験ほんと楽しかった‼️
最後には無料のシャワー室を案内して頂きました。
インストラクターの方は、2人とも明るく、チャーミングなので、一日中良い雰囲気で楽しませて頂きました。
ツアー中はインストラクターの方がポイントをGoProで撮影してくれてましたので、大変それも有り難かったです。忙しい中、当日夜には送って頂き、思い出を沢山いただきました。
石垣島は3度目ですが、今回も素敵な体験ができ
最高な家族旅行になりました。

We took a glass-bottom boat, but it seems that our child got seasick and couldn't enjoy it fully. However, while we had a fun time on the water buffalo cart, it seems the seasickness wore off.
On the glass-bottom boat, the engine noise is quite loud, so if you want to hear the explanations, it might be better not to go too far in. (We could hardly hear anything.)

グラスボートに乗ったのですが、こどもは酔ってしまって十分には楽しめなかったようです。ただ、水牛車で楽しい時間を過ごしている間に、酔いも覚めて？来たようです。
グラスボートでは、エンジンの音が結構大きいので説明を聞きたい方はあまり奥に行かない方が良いかもです。(我が家はほとんど聞けませんでした)

I was able to see various places, and I enjoyed the main Churaumi Aquarium at a leisurely pace, which was great. I think it's recommended for those who want to visit some well-known spots in a day.

色々な所を見られるし、メインの美ら海水族館もゆっくり楽しめて良かったです。１日である程度有名な場所を観光してみたい人にはおすすめかなと思いました。

If the tour had been a day earlier, there would have been a 2,000 yen discount and a 2,000 yen coupon, but due to scheduling issues, I ended up participating in a 12,000 yen tour feeling like I lost out.

I was surprised to find the bus already arrived at the meeting place 10 minutes before the gathering time.
1. The tour guide told us to fasten our seatbelts for safety while standing and talking, which I found to be an unacceptable attitude. It would have been better if they had sat down and talked while wearing their seatbelt.
2. I made a purchase of 1,500 yen for 5,000 yen on the bus. Normally, a Japanese person would give back 3,500 yen in change, but the tour guide exchanged it for a 5,000 yen bill and five 1,000 yen bills, then gave back 500 yen. It felt disrespectful towards the elderly.
3. At the photo point for the Great Buddha, the guide told us to prepare our cameras but passed by the location without saying anything, so we couldn't take any pictures.
4. I understand asking us to take our trash home, but wouldn't it be okay to throw it away at rest areas along the way? After the tour, I couldn't stand walking around the city with plastic bottles and trash. I wished they had indicated places where we could dispose of our garbage.
5. The guide referred to me as Mr. H. My name is K. I wanted to ask if they couldn't read the furigana.
6. The audio guidance ran out of battery twice in a row. They should have checked it properly!
7. After arriving at the drop-off location, the guide told me that if I was going to the airport, it would be better to get off here. I hurriedly got off and panicked about whether I had forgotten anything. I wished they had informed us a bit earlier.
8. After the speech, the guide spoke in a condescending manner, almost like a chuckle. I felt a sense of superiority from their fluent English.
9. During lunch, the guide was busy serving and clearing tables. If they had that much time, I wished they had done more photo opportunities and provided better sightseeing guidance.

I’ve listed various complaints, but these are just my personal impressions. I did enjoy the sightseeing overall.

ツアーが１日前であったならば２千円の割引があり、クーポン２千円が付いていたのに日程の調整が付かず１．２万円のツアーとなってしまい損した気分で参加した。
集合時間の１０分前には集合場所に行くと既にバスが到着していて驚いた。
①添乗員は我々客には危険防止のためシートベルトを締めよと言いながら、自分は立ったままで話しているのが最初に気に食わない態度であった。シートベルトをして座って話した方が顔を見せなくても良い。
②車内販売で５千円で１，５００円の買い物をした。日本人なら３千５百円のお釣りをよこすのが普通だが、添乗員は５，０００円札と千円札5枚を交換して、それから５百円を交換した、欧米か！老人を馬鹿にした態度にしか感じられなかった。
③大仏様の写真撮影ポイントです。カメラの準備をしてくださいと言っておきながら、添乗員はその場所を通り過ぎたのに何も言わず、撮ることが出来なかった。
④車内のごみは持ち帰ってくださいと言うのは解りますが、途中の道の駅等で捨ててもいいのではないか？ツアー後、ペットボトルやごみを持って街中を歩くのは邪魔で耐えられなかった。ごみを捨てても良い場所を示してほしかった。
⑤添乗員から私の名をＨ様と呼ばれる。Ｋである。フリガナを振ってあるのに読めないのか？と言いたくなる。
⑥音声ガイダンスの電池切れが２回続けてあった。点検位ちゃんとやれ！
⑦降車場所に着いてから、添乗員に空港に行くならここで降りた方がいいよと言われた。慌てて降りて、忘れ物が無いか慌てふためいた。もう少し早くいってほしかった。
⑧スピーチの後に少しせせら笑いのような話し方をする。英語がペラペラで上から目線を感じられた。
⑨ランチでレストランの配膳と片づけをやっていた。そんな暇があったら、写真撮影や観光ガイドをもっとやってほしかった。
色々文句を並べましたが、個人の感想です。観光は十分楽しめました。

There were about 20 participants, including myself as the only Japanese, a Korean parent and child, and the rest were Chinese (including the guide). Instead of a sightseeing bus, we departed in three HiAce vans from a taxi company. We were informed that there would be no restroom breaks for the first two hours, so we headed towards Kumamoto Castle. Once we arrived, there was immediately a restroom break, and after receiving our entrance tickets, we had free time. Overall, everyone seemed to share similar impressions as the reviews suggested. Indeed, compared to Japanese travel companies, they might be slightly less efficient, but considering the public transportation is inconvenient around Aso, if you view it as transportation and lunch costs, I had no particular complaints.

By the way, since the participation date was just before a holiday, we returned an hour late due to heavy traffic. (Later, when I spoke with other travel companies, they mentioned that the traffic on that day was quite severe.) If you have a flight to catch, please be cautious.

参加は、日本人は自分だけ、韓国人親子、あとは中国人(ガイドさんも)の約20名。観光バスではなく、タクシー会社のハイエース3台で出発。2時間まではトイレ休憩なしとのことで、熊本城へ向かいました。着いたら、すぐトイレ時間があり、入場券をもらったら、その後は自由行動。概ね、皆さんが口コミ通りの感想です。たしかに、日本の旅行会社と比較すると、若干手際が悪いかも知れませんが、阿蘇のあたりは公共交通機関が不便なので、交通費+ランチ代と割り切っていれば、特に不満はありません。
ちなみに、参加日が祝日前で帰りがすごい渋滞で1時間遅れの帰着でした。(後日、他の旅行会社さんと話したところ、この日の渋滞はすごかったと話題になっていたそうです。)飛行機の時間がある方などはご注意を。

I went sightseeing in Kyoto on November 20th. Since I was accompanying four elderly people, I reserved a sightseeing taxi in advance. The driver was introduced as someone who would accompany us as much as possible, so I was curious about who would be with us. Mr. Kato was very friendly and pleasant, and he provided a thorough guide, which made my parents very happy. The day flew by in no time. Thank you for your assistance. I would like to request your services again when I travel to Kyoto.

11/20に京都観光に行きました。年寄り４人を連れての観光でしたので、事前に観光タクシーを予約しました。運転手さんが出来る限り付き添って案内してくれると紹介してあったので、どの様な方がついてくれるのかと思っていました。加藤さん、とても気さくで感じの良い方で、案内もしっかりして下さって、父母達も大喜びでした。1日、あっという間に過ぎてしまいました。お世話になりまして有難うございました。京都に旅行の際はまた、お願いしたいと思いました。

I enjoyed the magnificent nature with the snow-covered mountains in the background. The food was delicious, and thanks to the driver's safe driving and the guide's professional explanations and attentiveness, I was able to relax and have a great time. I would like to experience this again in another season.

雪化粧の山々をバックに雄大な大自然を満喫しました。食事も美味しく、運転手さんの安全な運転、ガイドさんのプロの説明と気遣いもあり、ゆったりとした気分で楽しめました。また他の季節に利用してみたいです。

I was guided very kindly and enjoyably. I am very satisfied with the advice regarding the course. My friend who accompanied me also expressed gratitude for enjoying Kyoto. It felt just right in terms of timing. It would be even better if we could make a quick stop at the Himeyuri Monument. The humid limestone cave was a first for me.

I participated in a night tour of Miyako Island with my sister for the first time.

On the day of the tour, the wind was very strong, and it was raining on and off, resulting in fewer creatures to see and no stars visible, but we still had a great time.

Perhaps due to the weather, there were no other participants, so we were able to enjoy the experience at a leisurely pace. It was very helpful to learn about poisonous plants and other information.

The guide was kind and very good. I appreciated receiving photos of creatures we couldn't see on-site and recommendations for great places to visit.

初めての宮古島のナイトツアーに、姉妹で参加しました。

当日は風が非常に強く、雨も降ったりやんだりで生物が少ない状態&星は見えない状況でしたが楽しめました。

天候の関係か、他に参加者がいなかったのでゆったり見れました。
毒のある植物など教えて貰えるのでとても助かりました。

ガイドの方が親切でとても良かったです。
現地で見れなかった生物やきれいな写真を送って頂いたり、おすすめのお店など教えて頂けてよかったです。

Yakushima, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, was even more wonderful than I imagined. The guide's stories were very interesting and captivating. I tend to be more of an indoor person (outside of travel), but I am thinking of challenging myself to try hiking and experience nature from now on.

ずっと訪れたかった屋久島。想像以上に素晴らしい所でした。ガイドの方のお話しが非常に興味深く、惹き込まれました。インドア派（旅行以外）ですが、これからは自然を感じられるハイキングにも挑戦しようかと思っています。

I participated alone, but I was able to safely and enjoyably reach the Jomon Sugi, which had been my dream, thanks to the guide and the other participants. The guide also took many photos for me.

1人で参加しましたが、ガイドさんや他の参加者と安全に楽しく夢だった縄文杉まで行ってこれました。ガイドさんに写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。

The meeting place was easy to find (I think other tours have similar locations as well), and the time allocation afterwards was just right. The steak wasn't delicious, so I think it was unnecessary.

集合場所もわかりやすく（他のツアーも同じような場所とは思う）　その後の時間配分もちょうどよし。　ステーキは美味しくなかったので不要かと思います。

I made a reservation on a heavily crowded holiday, so I was worried that the roads would be jammed, but everything went smoothly, and there were extra buses in the morning. On the way back from Kiyomizu Temple, I went to the bus stop earlier than planned, but there was a 30-minute delay, and I missed several city buses. The Sky Hop Bus had various types of buses, and it was fun to get on and off at different stops.

激混みの祝日に予約したので道が動かないかなと思いましたが、スムーズで朝も増便がありました。清水寺からの帰りは予定より早い便でバス停に行きましたが30分遅れで、市バスを何本も見送りました。スカイホップバスも色んなタイプのバスがあって色々乗降りできて楽しかったです。

After checking in at the remote island terminal, I just had to follow the local staff's instructions at each destination, like "get on that boat" and "take that bus," which made things easy and relaxed. I was considering exploring on my own, but I was glad I joined the tour because of its efficiency.

Seeing the uniquely shaped mangrove trees up close and riding a water buffalo with gentle eyes but great strength were wonderful memories unique to Okinawa.

However, although the morning tour included a bento box, I had a feeling it wouldn't suit my taste, and unfortunately, it didn't. I wish there had been an option for a plan without a bento box so I could stay longer on Yubu Island.

離島ターミナルで受付をしたら、あとは行く先々で現地の係の人があのボート乗って、次はあのバス乗ってと指示してくれるので流れに身を任せるのみで気が楽でした。個人でまわろうかとも思っていましたが、あまりの効率のよさにツアーに参加してよかったと思いました。
おもしろい形のマングローブの木を間近で見れたこと、優しい目をしてるけどとても力持ちの水牛に乗ったこと、沖縄ならではのいい思い出です。
ただ、午前発でお弁当が付いていまたしたが、なんとなく想像はしてましたが個人的には口に合わず…。由布島に長く滞在できるプランでお弁当なしが選べたらよかったのにな、と思います。

It was bright at the time of departure, and I was able to fully enjoy the illumination at the end. The guide explained various buildings along the streets, and even as a resident of Osaka, I learned many new things, which was enjoyable.

出発時は明るくて最後ちゃんとイルミネーション楽しめた。ガイドさんがいろいろ通りのビルについて説明してくれて大阪在住でも知らないことが多くて楽しかった。

I had always wanted to visit Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. I hesitated to plan it myself due to time and transportation, but during my stay in Nagoya, I was able to go there for a day trip and enjoyed it efficiently.

飛騨高山にも白川郷にも一度行ってみたいと思ってました。自分達で予定するには時間や交通手段でちゅうちょしてましたが、名古屋滞在中に日帰りで行くことができ、効率よく楽しめました。

I was able to fully enjoy the World Heritage site of Shirakawa-go, which is difficult to access individually, including my free time. I would like to come again during the snowy season!

個人ではアクセスしがたい世界遺産の白川郷を自由時間を含め、満喫することができました。今度は雪の積もった時期に来たいと思います！

It was a cloudless day, and I was able to see fine stars that are usually not visible to the naked eye, which was wonderful! I was able to make a reservation the day before since the forecast looked promising for clear skies. If you're going to Ishigaki Island during a period close to the new moon, definitely check it out! (I think during a full moon, the moonlight is too bright to see the finer stars.)

If you usually have poor eyesight even without glasses, it's better to bring them along! The galaxy (Milky Way), which looked beautiful as small stars, appeared blurry without my glasses, making it hard to tell if it was clouds or stars (laughs).

The exploration felt like half a cave, and it was fun to see scenery that is usually not visible! Since the weather had been clear, I managed to find a coconut crab, but it was a great tour where you could enjoy the starry sky on clear days and exploration when the weather was bad, making it enjoyable regardless of the weather!

雲一つない日で、普段見れない細かい星も肉眼で見れて素晴らしかったです！こちらは前日予約ができたので、晴れそうな予報だったので前日に急遽予約させてもらいました。新月に近い期間に石垣島に行く人は是非見てください！（満月だと月の光が明るすぎて細かい星が見れないと思います）
普段裸眼でも視力が悪めの人は眼鏡を持っていったほうがいいです！きれいに小さい星として見えていた銀河（天の川）も眼鏡をはずしたらぼや〜っとして雲か星か分からない状態でした（笑）
探検も半洞窟のようになっていて普段見れない風景で楽しかったです！晴れが続いてたのでヤシガニはなんとか探し出したかんじでしたが、晴れてる日は星空を、天気が悪いときは探検を楽しめて、天気がどちらでも楽しめる良いツアーでした！

I'm glad I was able to visit various places. The weather was nice for November, and I was able to see a beautiful sea. The guide's attentiveness was wonderful, and it was great that they were flexible with changes to the drop-off location. Thank you for the enjoyable time.
