It was my first time using a sightseeing taxi. Since I had already visited the main tourist spots during my previous visit, I thought there might be other places I didn't know about and hadn't visited yet. I joined without a plan, but the driver was very nice and made many suggestions, moving flexibly with us. The conversation was really enjoyable, and despite the unfortunate cloudy weather, I had a truly great time. Thank you!

We used a sightseeing taxi with two cars.
We visited Higashi Chaya District, Kenrokuen, Kanazawa Castle, Oyama Shrine, and Nagamachi Samurai District (the last one was viewed from the car).
It was a typical rainy day in Kanazawa, and the group mainly consisted of alumni from the Kanto region.
I currently live in Kanazawa, but I had never really done any sightseeing, and I was truly impressed by the charm of Kanazawa during this visit!
The driver was also very kind, and although it was a short time, we were able to go around to various places, which was a lot of fun.
If I have the opportunity again, I will definitely use this service.

東茶屋街・兼六園・金沢城・尾山神社・長町武家屋敷（これは車窓観光）
時々雨が降る金沢らしい日で、主として関東からの同窓会メンバーでした。
私自身は現在は金沢在住ですが、まともに観光したことがなく、今回参加して金沢の魅力ってすごい！と感動しました。
ドラーバーさんも親切で、短時間でしたがあちこち回っていただいてとても楽しかったです。

I applied to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I didn't have high expectations for Nago Pineapple Park, but the leisurely ride on the cart around the park was enjoyable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flowers, butterflies, and dinosaurs in the park.

The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium has three hours, so if you're just visiting the aquarium, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy it. We had tacos from a food truck for lunch, which gave us some extra time, but if you use a restaurant, you might need to be mindful of the time. Also, since the park is large, you'll need to plan your time and route for visiting other facilities besides the aquarium.

The sea at Kouri Island was incredibly beautiful and moving, and although we couldn't see the sunset at Manzamo due to the clouds, we enjoyed it without getting caught in the rain.

We were efficiently taken to the highlights, and the tour guide's stories were interesting, making it a very good trip.

美ら海水族館に行きたくて申し込みました。
名護パイナップルパークはそんなに期待していませんでしたが、カートに乗っての園内巡りはのんびりとして良かったし、園内もお花や蝶や恐竜がいて思いの外、楽しめました。
美ら海水族館は3時間あるので水族館だけなら十分堪能できます。お昼ご飯は私たちはキッチンカーでタコスを食べたので時間に余裕がありましたが、レストランなど利用されると、時間を気にしつつの行動になるかもしれません。また園内が広いので、水族館以外の施設を回るのは時間配分や周り方の検討が必要です。
古宇利島の海もとてもきれいで感動しましたし、万座毛は曇って夕日は見られませんでしたが雨に降られる事なく楽しめました。
効率よく見どころに連れていってもらえ、添乗員さんのお話も面白く、とても良い旅となりました。

As a first-time hiker wearing climbing shoes and returning to Japan after four years, my long-time dream of traveling to Yakushima was the highlight of my trip, so I wanted to be fully prepared for the hike and booked a tour. Before the tour, I had various concerns, but thanks to our guide, Satoyan, I had a day filled with smiles from start to finish.

Climbing in unfamiliar shoes for long hours, battling the anxiety of possibly falling while navigating the steep rocky and wooded trails, and the seemingly endless trolley path covering over 11 kilometers, there were breathtaking views everywhere that made me want to stop and take photos. The joy and excitement far outweighed any feelings of fatigue.

Our group consisted mostly of beginner hikers, including those who usually work in offices and lacked confidence in long hikes, as well as individuals with concerns about their backs or knees. However, everyone managed to complete the hike successfully. Satoyan taught us how to support each other during the climb and provided motivational items throughout the tour, sharing stories about Yakushima's history and nature, which were very encouraging, especially when fatigue set in during the latter part of the hike. When we returned to the trailhead, we all high-fived each other, experiencing an indescribable sense of exhilaration. Immediately after getting off the bus on the way back, I was hit with intense muscle soreness that made going down stairs difficult until nightfall, but strangely, the pain disappeared by the next morning, and I felt so energized, as if I had received power from Yakushima.

Thank you so much, guide Watanabe (Satoyan). This tour, lasting about 12 hours, was packed with rich content, hospitality, and the beauty of Yakushima's nature. The sense of achievement that comes from participating in this tour is something you can't fully grasp unless you experience it yourself, and I highly recommend it.

If you're renting gear, larger rental climbing shoes may not be available, so if you have big feet, like size 29 cm, it's best to check in advance and make a reservation. One person in our group didn't have the right size and seemed to be in quite a bit of pain towards the end.

登山靴を履くのも初めてレベルの登山初心者だったのと、4年ぶりの日本帰国で長年の夢だった屋久島旅行がハイライトとなっていたので、万全な状態で登山したいと思いツアーを予約しました。ツアー前は色々不安な事もありましたが、ガイドのサトヤンのおかげで始めから最後までずっと口角上がりっぱなしの1日となりました。

慣れない登山靴、長時間の登山、いつか転ぶんじゃないかという不安と戦いながら登る険しい岩や木が敷いてある登山道、終わりの見えないトロッコ道、片道11キロ以上ある道のりでしたが、立ち止まって写真に収めたくなる風景が至る所にあり、気分アゲアゲポイントも沢山あるので、疲労感より楽しさや感動が圧勝していました。

私達のグループはほぼ全員登山初心者で、普段はオフィスワークで長時間の登山に自信のない人や腰や膝に不安がある人もいましたが、無事にみんな歩き切ることができました。サトヤンが登山前にどうやってみんなで歩ききるかを伝授してくれて、ツアーの間にもいろいろモチベーションを上げるアイテムを出してくれたり、所々で屋久島の歴史や自然の話をしてくれたりと、後半は疲労が溜まったり、足が痛かったりする中でとても励みになりました。登山口まで戻って来た時には全員でハイタッチして、なんとも言えない高揚感を味わう事ができました。帰りのバスを降りた直後に、ものすごい筋肉痛で階段降りるのが夜までしんどかったですが、不思議と次の日の朝は痛みも消え、その後も元気過ぎるくらいで屋久島からパワーもらえたような気がしました。

ガイドの渡辺さん(サトヤン)、本当にお世話になりました。12時間くらいのツアーでこの内容の濃さ、おもてなし、そして屋久島の自然の素晴らしさ、このツアーに参加しなければ伝わらない達成感など盛りだくさんなツアーで、かなりおすすめです。

宿などで借りる場合、大きめのレンタル登山靴がなかったりするので、29センチとか足の大きい人は事前にサイズがあるかどうか確認して、予約しておいた方がいいです。1人サイズがなくて、最後の方かなり痛そうでした。

Thanks to the guide's appropriate response, we returned to Kyoto Station from Arashiyama by JR. Considering traffic congestion, I think it's necessary to allow about three hours of extra time, but we managed to make it just in time.

ガイドさんの適切な対応で嵐山からJRで京都駅に戻った、やはり交通渋滞等を考え３時間程余裕が必要だと思う、なんとか間に合う事が出来た。

The mangrove tour on Nakama River was well-explained and easy to understand, allowing us to learn about mangroves in a fun way! Additionally, during the bus ride, the driver's commentary was excellent, making the journey enjoyable, and we were fortunate to have a great storyteller on the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. It seems there are many good speakers on Iriomote Island. Thank you very much for enhancing the tour!

仲間川のマングローブ遊覧では、説明が上手でわかりやすく、マングローブについて楽しく学べました！
また、バス移動では運転手さんのドライブ説明が上手で道中も楽しめましたし、由布島に渡る水牛車でも話上手な人に恵まれました。
西表島には話上手な人が多いのでしょうか。

In November, I participated in a tour of Ise Jingu and Meoto Iwa. We were scheduled to have lunch around Oharai-machi, but since I have underlying health conditions and didn't want to eat in a crowded place, I consulted with our tour guide, K, asking, "Is it possible to have a meal in the less crowded area around Geku? I will cover the cost of traveling from Geku to Naiku myself." K agreed and said, "I will let you know the bus departure time later, so please join us by then." I had Ise udon at Geku and was able to sightsee at Naiku, joining the tour before the bus departure time. I am truly grateful for K's consideration. Thank you very much.

11月に伊勢神宮と夫婦岩のツアーに参加しました。昼食はおはらい町通り周辺を予定していましたが、私は基礎疾患持ちで人混みでの食事をしたくなかったので、添乗員Kさんに「人が少ない外宮周辺で食事をすることはできませんか？外宮から内宮までは自腹で行くので」と相談すると、Kさんは「あとでバスの出発時間を伝えるのでそれまでに合流してください」と了承してくれました。私は外宮で伊勢うどんを食べ、内宮も観光できバスの出発時間前にツアーに合流できました。Kさんの配慮には本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございました

I had a great time participating in the tour. Since most of the participants were Chinese, the guide provided lengthy explanations in Chinese, while the Japanese explanations were quite brief. I was considering downloading a Chinese translation app halfway through the tour. But overall, it was fun!

楽しくツアーに参加できました。
ツアー参加者がほぼ中国の方なので、ガイドツアーさん中国語での案内は長々としてくれるのに日本語での案内は簡潔にまとめた感じだったので、ツアー途中から中国語翻訳アプリをダウンロードしようか悩んだとこでした。
でも楽しかったですよ。

I had been looking forward to this tour for a long time. Especially on the day of the tour, it happened to be the day of the Tanetori Festival on Taketomi Island, so I was very lucky to see the island's traditional culture up close.

前々から楽しみにしてたツアーでした。
特に当日の竹富島は、たまたま種子取祭の日という事で、島の伝統文化を目の前で見ることができとてもラッキーでした。

I signed up for a day trip to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, which I had never visited before. I was efficiently guided by boat and bus, making for a fulfilling day. Initially, I considered renting a car, but since I was traveling alone, I appreciated not having to deal with the fatigue of driving, and I found the bus trip surprisingly enjoyable. In particular, deepening my knowledge of mangroves and the experience of the water buffalo cart tour on Taketomi Island was invaluable.

これまで行ったことがなかった西表島・由布島・竹富島を日帰りで行けるということで申し込みました。船・バスで効率よく案内してもらえて、充実した１日となりました。当初レンタカーも考えてましたが、1人旅でしたので、運転の疲れもなく、バス旅行も意外といいなと思いました。特に、マングローブの知識が深まったことや竹富島での水牛車観光は貴重な体験となりました。

The round-trip cable car ride, including lunch, allowed us to enjoy the experience for 10 hours, and it was a great value. The automatic audio guide via earphones was available in multiple languages, and it was convenient to just remove the earphones when we didn't want to listen. The mushroom soup and lunch were satisfying as well. The views at all the sightseeing spots were fantastic. Although it was sunny, the snow from a few days prior made the snowy scenery very beautiful. I'm glad we visited the bear ranch too. The guide took a lot of photos for us. Thank you very much.

ロープウェイ往復、昼食代も込みで、10時間かけて楽しむことができ、コスパ最高でした。イヤホンによる自動音声案内も多言語対応で、聞きたくない時はイヤホンを外すだけなのでよかったです。きのこ汁や昼食も満足でした。どの見学地も景色が最高でした。晴れの天気でしたが数日前の降雪のため、雪景色がとても綺麗でした。クマ牧場も行ってよかったです。ガイドさんにたくさん写真を撮ってもらいました。ありがとうございました。

I was unsure about what to do since the rain forecast meant we wouldn't be able to see the starry sky, but I'm glad I went.

It was raining, but thanks to the leaves on the trees during the night tour, we surprisingly didn't get too wet.

Starting with the frogs I saw for the first time, I was able to see various creatures, including a light green gecko, beautiful purple crabs, and red crabs. The satisfaction of finally spotting the wild coconut crab that everyone was looking for was quite high.

The two guides were friendly and easy to talk to, and I had a great time exploring with the other tour participants.

If I come back to Iriomote Island, I would love to join this tour again and hopefully see the Milky Way next time.

雨予報で星空は観れないのでどうしようか迷いましたが、行って良かったです

雨は降ってましたがナイトツアーでは木の葉っぱのおかげで思いの外濡れませんでした

初めて見るカエルから始まり、薄緑のヤモリから紫色の綺麗なカニ、赤いカニと色んな生き物を見ることが出来て、皆んなが探していた野生のヤシガニをついに見れた時の満足度はかなり高かったです

ガイドの方2人も気さくで話し易く、他のツアーの方とも楽しく散策できました

また西表島に来たらこのツアーに参加し、次は天の川も観てみたいです

今回雨でも楽しい旅になり、ありがとうございました。

The bus guide was kind, and the driver drove safely, so I was able to ride with peace of mind. If I could wish for something, it would be great if the time at the sightseeing spots could be set a little longer, even if the return time is later. Also, since the guide only spoke Japanese, foreign visitors might have had some trouble understanding the explanations.

バスガイドさんも親切で、運転手さんも安全な運転だったので、安心して乗車できました。欲を言えば、帰る時刻は遅くてもいいので、観光地の時間をもう少しだけ長めに設定して頂けると良かったです。また、日本語オンリーのガイドさんだったので、外国の方は説明がわからず少し困ったかもしれません。

I was more than satisfied beyond my expectations. The guide's wonderful explanations and efficient guidance, along with the driver's thoughtfulness and kindness, made me feel the warmth of the best qualities of Japanese people that I haven't seen recently. The course content was probably the best in Nara. I have become hooked on bus tours. Thank you very much.

The guide spoke very well, and I enjoyed it.
The view of the illuminations from the open-deck bus was great.
Thanks to the guide's advice, I was able to capture a miraculous shot of the illuminations on Midosuji, and I was so moved that the cold didn't bother me at all.

Although I was the only participant, my guide was very accommodating and taught me a lot about Yakushima. They were knowledgeable and experienced, and had a rich sensibility, allowing me to fully enjoy the forest.

The mystical forest, with its damp, dark moss-covered trees and rocks after the rain, was enchanting. At the moment when light streamed in at an angle, a mist that floated like a haze emerged, and steam rose gently from the moss, making it feel alive and breathing. The leaves of the trees created swaying shadows on the green rocks, and raindrops on the moss sparkled like transparent orbs of light. In an instant, it seemed like a playful prism of light, as the droplets shimmered like red and blue jewels.

The scenery was truly a gift from the forest, woven together by the weather conditions of temperature, humidity, and the interplay of light.

参加者が私一人だったのに、快くガイドしていただきたくさん屋久島について教えていただきました。
知識も経験も豊富で、しかも感性の豊かな方で、森を堪能することができました。
雨上がりのしっとりした薄暗い苔むす木や岩の神秘の森。ふっと光が斜めに差し込んだ瞬間、浮かび上がる霞のような漂うミスト、苔からは水蒸気がふわふわと立ち上り、生きて呼吸をしているようです。。緑の岩の上に木々の葉が、さやさやと揺れる影を作り、苔に雨の雫が透明な光の玉となって煌めきます。刹那、光のプリズムのいたずらか、雫が赤や蒼の宝石のようにきらきらと輝くのです。
気温や湿度、光の差し加減といった気象条件が織りなす、まさに森からの贈り物のような景色でした。

I visited Shirakawa-go, which I had wanted to see for a long time. It was rainy in Kanazawa, but the weather was nice at the site. The mountains were covered in snow, and combined with the autumn leaves, it was absolutely stunning.

一度行ってみたいと思っていた白川郷に行って来ました。金沢は雨模様でしたが、現地は良い天気｡
山は雪化粧で紅葉と相まって最高でした。

I used it for the first time this year. Although they provide blankets and heating pads, it was very cold. However, there were many highlights of the illuminations to enjoy from the bus, so I think it's worth experiencing at least once for those who are unsure.

今年初めて利用しました。
カイロやブランケットの配布はあるもののとても寒いですがバスで味わえるイルミネーションの見所がたくさんあったので、迷っている方は1度は経験する価値はあると思います。

The passenger ratio was about one-third Japanese, with the rest mainly from China and South Korea. The guide was from China and spoke alternately in Japanese and Chinese. I thought I would get tired from the long bus ride, but the guide's skillful storytelling and the beautiful winter scenery outside made the time fly by. If I had to mention one thing, the exploration time was short, and I wished we could stay longer, but it seems unavoidable since the days are shorter in winter in Hokkaido. The guide mentioned that summer is more enjoyable. The snow-covered Hell Valley and Showa Shinzan were really beautiful, so I’m glad I visited in winter. The plan was well thought out, especially with the timing for sunset at Lake Shikotsu. I would like to book a different tour next time I visit Hokkaido.

乗客の割合は、日本人が1/3、その他は中国や韓国からが主でした。
ガイドさんは中国の方?で、日本語と中国語を交互に話してくださりました。
長時間バスに揺られて疲れるかと思いましたが、ガイドさんの巧みな話術や、外の冬景色に気を取られているとあっという間なように感じました。
ひとつ言うなら、散策時間が短いのでもっと滞在したいと思いましたが、冬の北海道は日が暮れるのが早いので仕方なさそうです。夏の方が楽しめるとガイドさんは仰っていました。雪の降った地獄谷や昭和新山がとても素敵だったので、私は冬に行ってよかったと思います。
日没に合わせた支笏湖など、とても考えられたプランでした。
また北海道に伺った際は、違うツアーを申し込みたいです。

I had the opportunity to observe the training of ANA staff! On that day, I was able to see the training for cargo transportation. I witnessed the development of professionals who transport goods accurately while battling against time.

When I heard that the captain simulator training continues without breaks, I actually saw the changeover and realized how much effort the captains are putting in.

Towards the end of the tour, they were preparing for an award ceremony for the cleaning staff. I learned about the efforts to enhance employee motivation.

I discovered that they handle all tasks sincerely and carefully. It was great. Thank you!

当日は貨物運搬のトレーニングの場を拝見することができました。時間と戦いつつ正確に運ぶプロフェッショナルの育成を見学しました。
機長シミュレーターは、休み無くトレーニングが続くと聞いていた時、正に交代を目にして、機長は凄く努力されていることを実感しました。
ツアー終盤には、清掃スタッフの表彰式の会場作りをされていました。職員の意欲向上の工夫も知りました。
全ての業務に真摯に丁寧に対応されていることを知りました。

I was able to visit four main tourist attractions in one day, including lunch. After searching various options, I thought this was the best and made a reservation.

About 30% of the participants were Japanese, but our guide Maria provided a thorough tour of Kyoto in both English and Japanese. Visiting the main attractions in one day with lunch at this price is very affordable. Thanks to Maria's kind and heartfelt service, I created wonderful memories of Kyoto. She was such a lovely guide that I took a commemorative photo with her at Fushimi Inari.

1日でメインの観光名所が4ヵ所もまわれてランチ付き、いろいろ検索しましたがこちらがベストだと思い予約しました。

日本人は3割ほどでしたが、ガイドのマリアさんが英語と日本語で丁寧に京都案内をしてくれます。
メインの観光名所を1日でまわれてランチ付き、このお値段はとてもお安いです。
ガイドのマリアさんの親切で心のこもった対応で、素晴らしい京都の思い出ができました。

The driver assigned to us was a woman, and she showed thoughtful consideration in many ways. Even on a weekday, Kamakura was crowded, but we were able to navigate efficiently.

ご担当頂いたドライバーさん、女性で細やかな配慮が随所にありました。
平日でも人が多い鎌倉、効率的に回ることができました。

It was a cold day in mid-November, but with a lap blanket and a heat pack, it felt like no time at all.
The open ceiling made it impressive to see the buildings right in front of me at the station.
The street trees along Midosuji were beautifully lit with colorful illuminations, and the view from the highway was also lovely and enjoyable.
I highly recommend the night view from the double-decker bus.

11月中旬で寒い日でしたが、ひざ掛けやカイロがあり、あっという間に感じました。
天井が空いているので、駅前のビルが目の前まで迫ってきて感動しました。
御堂筋の街路樹は、色とりどりのイルミネーションでとてもきれいでしたし、高速から見下ろす景色も綺麗で楽しめました。
２階立てバスから見る夜景は、おすすめです。

I was disappointed with lunch. Of course, it is clearly stated that the restaurant changes, but even considering that, it was not at all appealing.

The food was cold, the dishes were terrible, and while the meat was served, it didn't make up for it.

It was a group with many foreigners, but Kim was a very skilled guide. The explanations were kind, thank you very much.

外国人の方が多いグループでしたがキムさんがとても上手にガイドしてくださいました。説明も親切でした、ありがとうございました。

The weather was favorable, and it was a wonderful drive. The cold wasn't too harsh, and I didn't even need to use the hand warmers that were provided. The guide's explanations about the cityscape and the illuminations added to the enjoyment.

天気にも恵まれ、素敵なドライブでした。寒さもそれほど厳しくなく、用意されていたカイロも使うことなく、すみました。

We participated as a couple in our 60s. We joined a day trip to Shirakawa-go as an extension of our Kanazawa trip. Since we had to move to Tokyo after the tour, I emailed to inquire if it was possible to store our suitcases, and I received a quick reply confirming it, which was reassuring. It was great that we could use Wi-Fi on the bus, and there were about five or six foreign travelers, so the tour guide's fluent English explanations were refreshing. The lunch was even more delicious than I expected, and the foreign guests were going for seconds. Although it was unfortunately rainy, we still made some good memories. I had prepared one umbrella, but it seemed there were some guests who hadn't brought one. Was there an umbrella rental available?

ツアー参加後に東京への移動があったのでスーツケースの預かりは可能かメールで問い合わせをしたら直ぐにOKの返信をもらえて安心しました
バスの中ではWi-Fiが使えて良かったし　海外の方も5、6人程おられてツアーガイドの方の流暢な英語での説明が新鮮でした
お昼ご飯も思ってた以上に美味しく頂き外国の方はご飯のお代わりをされてました　あいにくの雨でしたがそれなりに思い出ができました
傘は一本用意してましたが　用意してないお客さんもいたようです　傘の貸し出しはあったのでしょうか？

It was a fun trip after a long time. The autumn leaves were beautiful, and although I was a bit disappointed about the rain before going, I ended up enjoying the mystical scenery created by the mist and the foliage. 久々の楽しい旅行になりました。
紅葉も綺麗でしたし、雨模様で行くまでは少し残念だと思っていたのですが、逆に霧と紅葉とで幻想的な景色を楽しめました。
ガイドさんのお話もとてもお上手でおすすめされたお土産、食べ物も好評でした。
レンタカーも考えたのですが、観光バスで正解でした。
