The weather was nice, and I enjoyed the islands around Ishigaki. I think it's a great tour with excellent cost performance and time efficiency. However, due to my own lack of confirmation and time constraints, I was unfortunately unable to visit the star sand beach that I was looking forward to.

天気も良く、石垣周辺の島々を楽しむことができありがとうございました。
コスパ、タイパにも優れておりお得なツアーだと思います。

They carefully taught us the basics of snorkeling, allowing us to participate in the tour with peace of mind. Additionally, the provision of changing areas, well-equipped showers, and towel rentals made it easy to bring fewer items. シュノーケルの基本から丁寧に教えていただき、安心してツアーに参加することができました。
また、着替えの場所の提供や充実したシャワー設備、タオルの貸し出しなど、持ってくるものが少なく済んだのも良かったです。
生き物の説明なども詳しくしてくださり、とても勉強になりました。
2匹のカメと一緒に泳いだり、様子をじっくりみることができました。
海からあがってからは、寒く感じましたがペットボトルの暖かいお湯を用意してもらえたのも、とてもありがたかったです。

Due to various restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic, I wasn't in the mood to go out and travel. However, starting around this summer, many of those restrictions have been eased, so I participated in a day trip bus tour with Veltra. The tour was well-organized, with ample time for sightseeing, allowing us to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. Additionally, the tour guide, although inexperienced, worked very hard, which made the day enjoyable.

コロナ禍による様々な制限があり、観光へ出かける気分ではありませんでしたが、今年の夏ごろから、いろいろと緩和されてきたので、ベルトラさんの日帰りバスツアーに、参加させて頂きました。バスツアーの内容としては、時間配分も余裕があり、ゆっくりと観光が出来ました。又、同乗した添乗員さんの方も不慣れながら、一生懸命に頑張っていたので、一日を楽しく過ごせて良かったです。

At the reception, I was told to wait outside in the building, but while waiting inside, the tour started outside, and I almost got left behind. By the way, if you're inside the building, you can't hear the sounds from outside. If you're busy on your smartphone, you might not notice, so be careful. Please ensure that the guidance is communicated clearly.

帰りの飛行機が夕方だったので、午前中のツアーに参加しました。行きたい所に効率よく連れて行ってくださいました。ほかの方も口コミにも書かれていますが、時間があっと言う間で楽しかったです。今度、自分達で行く時の参考になりました。
受付で、外に出て建物の中で待つようにと言われましたが、中で待っていたら建物の外で案内が始まり危うくおいて行かれるところでした。ちなみに、建物の中にいると外の音は聞こえません。スマホをいじっていたら気がつかないので注意です。案内は共通認識を持って案内して下さい。

As a beginner with little mountain climbing experience, I was anxious about the long trek to Jomon Sugi, but thanks to the precise pacing and guidance, I was able to reach the summit with peace of mind. As a result, I didn't feel much fatigue the next day.

During the climb, I enjoyed learning about Yakushima cedar trees, plants, and received many explanations, which made the experience very enjoyable. Additionally, I had many photos taken at various spots, and those photos were sent to me later. It turned out to be the best Jomon Sugi trekking experience. I am truly grateful to the guide.

I highly recommend this tour.

Audio guide? I had a strong image of a bus tour with a guide, so I wasn't quite sure about the benefits of an audio guide. However, after experiencing it, I found that the pre-recorded audio guide played in sync with the locations the bus was passing, allowing me to learn detailed historical information. When I put on the headset type earphones, I could plug them into the tuner at each seat and choose the volume and type of narration, and there were clear displays and user manuals available. The day I participated had wonderful weather, and combined with the beautiful autumn leaves, I was enveloped in emotions I had never experienced before. The ice cream at the jump ramp was tastier than the one at Hitsujigaoka.

As a note, when I searched for the bus stop on Google, it directed me to a different location, so I aimed for the Mister Donut instead.

注意ですが、バス乗場をGoogleで検索すると、別の場所に案内されたので　ミスドを目標に向かいました。

It was a cloudy day, but I participated in a calm and windless day. I was prepared for the possibility of getting wet, but there were no waves, and the ferry between Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island was comfortable without any rocking. Inside the ferry, there were also sales of simple rain gear or raincoats, so it seems you can purchase them on board depending on the weather.

During the Nakama River cruising, coinciding with high tide, we saw the mangrove forests along the banks of the river, which were so large that it was hard to tell if we were in a river or the sea. The guide provided detailed explanations about the types and characteristics of the mangroves while skillfully maneuvering the boat, and he made sure to stop at good spots for taking photos.

The water buffalo cart to Yubu Island was larger than I expected, and I didn't get wet here either. Depending on the weather, it seems you can participate in light clothing and sandals. The 90 minutes of free time, including lunch on Yubu Island, requires careful time management to see everything. We spent more time than expected waiting for our turn to touch the water buffalo, Louis, and unfortunately, we could only leisurely explore the butterfly garden. However, I was able to purchase a commemorative photo with Louis, so I was fairly satisfied.

曇り空の日でしたが風もなく穏やかな日に参加。もしかして濡れるかも？と覚悟していたのですが、波もなく石垣島と西表島行き来の船も揺れることなく快適でした。船の中には簡易雨具？レインコート？の販売もしていたので天候によっては船で購入も可能のようです。船を乗り換えての仲間川クルージングは、満潮と重なったこともあり川か海かわからないくらいの大きな川の両岸に生息しているマングローブ林を見学しました。その種類や特徴をガイドさんが船を操りながら事細かに説明してくれて写真撮影のポイントにもしっかり止まってくれました。由布島へ渡る水牛車は思ったよりも大きくて、ここでも水に濡れることはありませんでした。天候にもよるのかもしれませんが軽装サンダル履きでの参加可能です。由布島での昼食を含めての90分の自由時間は時間配分を考えないと全部回ることができません。私達は水牛のルイ君に触るための順番に思ったよりも時間を取られてしまい他は蝶々園しかゆっくり回れず残念でした。でもルイ君との記念写真も購入できてまずまず満足です。青い海と青い空ではありませんでしたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Seeing the mangroves on Iriomote Island up close, riding a water buffalo cart across the sea to Yubu Island, and experiencing the old landscapes of Okinawa or Ryukyu that still vividly remain in the villages of Taketomi Island… These were all things I had wanted to see and experience for a long time!

The blue sky and white clouds, the clear sea extending to the horizon, and the wild appearance of plants that are sold as houseplants in Tokyo were all breathtaking sights. The explanations from the female guide during the mangrove tour were easy to understand and very good. The water buffalo cart tour allowed us to feel the cute and resilient nature of the island, as well as the relaxed flow of time. The beautiful bougainvillea blooming in the red-tiled village and the sound of the sanshin were wonderful.

The day we participated was very hot, but we were able to visit three islands in one day without any time loss, and the guidance was smooth and stress-free. Our hotel provided pick-up and drop-off service both ways, and I truly felt that joining the tour was a great decision! It can be quite challenging to arrange everything and hit the key points of sightseeing if you're not familiar with the area.

I would like to join another tour with Veltra in a different location. Thank you for the enjoyable experience!

どれも、ずーーーと昔から見たい！体験したい！と思っていた事でした。
青い空と白い雲、沖まで続く澄んだ海、東京では観葉植物として売られている植物の野生の姿、どれも感動的な光景で、マングローブ遊覧での女性のガイドさんの説明もわかり易くとても良かった。
可愛く逞しく、そしてのんびりした時間の流れを感じる事が出来た水牛車観光も島でしか体験出来ないこと、美しいブーゲンビリアの咲く赤瓦の集落と三線の音色が素晴らしかったです。

参加日はとても気温が高く暑くて大変でしたが、1日で3島も巡れて時間のロスなど全く無くストレスフリーでスムーズに案内して頂き、私たちの宿泊していたホテルは行きも帰りもホテルまで送迎もしてくれて、やはりツアーに参加して良かった！！とつくづく思いました。
慣れていないと手配もポイントを押さえての観光も大変ですから。

また別の地でもベルトラさんのツアーに参加したいです。楽しい体験をありがとうございました！

Due to time constraints for returning to Ishigaki Island, I chose this tour instead of the three-island tour that included Taketomi Island. I was disappointed not to visit Taketomi Island, but I was still very satisfied.

During the transfer from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island, I was able to sit in a premium seat (second floor) for an additional 500 yen after boarding. There are indoor seats available, but the outdoor seats offer a beautiful view of the blue sea, and the breeze felt amazing. Premium seats may be limited on some boats, but I recommend them if you have the option.

After arriving at Iriomote Island, we first enjoyed a Nakama River cruise. The scenery seems to change significantly depending on the tide. When I participated, it was close to high tide, but I would like to see the scenery during low tide as well.

The highlight I was most looking forward to was the water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island. It was my first time riding one, and I was surprised at how much it swayed. In contrast, the return trip was quiet, and it seems that the personality of the pulling water buffalo comes through.

I think this tour offers various experiences depending on the timing of your participation.

石垣島へ戻る時間の都合で、竹富島を含めた3島めぐりではなく、こちらのツアーを選択。竹富島へ行けなかったことは残念でしたが、それでも大満足でした。
石垣島から西表島への移動では、乗船後に500円の追加でプレミアムシート（2階席）に座れました。室内シートもありますが、屋外シートの方が海の青色がきれいに見え、風も最高に気持ち良かったです。プレミアムシートがある船は限られているかもしれませんが、もし選択できるのであればオススメです。
西表島到着後、まずは仲間川クルーズ。潮位によってだいぶ景色が異なるようです。私が参加したときは満潮に近い時間帯でしたが、干潮時の景色も見てみたいと思いました。
最も楽しみにしていたのは由布島への水牛車。初めて乗りましたが、こんなに揺れるものかと驚きました。一転、帰りは静かで、どうやら牽引する水牛の個性が出るようです。
参加するタイミングによって、様々な感じ方ができるツアーではないかと思います。

Since I was unfamiliar with the area during another trip and had to rush around without knowing the bus routes, this time I chartered a taxi and was able to fully enjoy my time. The driver was warm and shared information about the sights, food, buildings, and Okinawan history on the way, which kept the kids entertained and well-behaved until we reached the Churaumi Aquarium. Upon arrival, the driver informed us about the aquarium's features, the beach, and the dolphin show schedule. It was such a relaxing experience. The driver also advised us about crowded areas in advance, allowing us to postpone some places we planned to visit to the next day. We spent a leisurely day at the Churaumi Aquarium, played a lot, and I felt a bit guilty for falling into a deep sleep on the way back.

I had some concerns based on reviews mentioning "guidance mostly in Chinese," "seats next to foreigners," and "very few Japanese participants." Additionally, since the tour fee was prepaid and there was no tour desk number to consult, I was left wondering until the day of departure whether it would really happen or if I was being scammed.

However, to my relief, the day of the tour went smoothly, and I was able to enjoy the experience. The guide spoke fluently in three languages, providing explanations of each landmark and entertaining us with jokes. Surprisingly, even though it was in a different language, it felt comfortable and pleasant.

Regarding seating, while there were foreigners in front and behind me, the row next to me had Japanese participants, and the manners of everyone involved were excellent. Since I’m not fond of noisy environments, this aspect significantly contributed to my enjoyment of the tour.

The tour was a bit busy, and we couldn't fully savor each location, but for those who want to see a lot while visiting Hokkaido, it seemed ideal. The meal at Lake Toya was shorter than expected, and when I contacted a soup curry restaurant while walking, I was told there were eight groups ahead of me, so I gave up. However, the scallop sashimi I had at a place called Marche Shokudo was the most delicious food I experienced on this trip. I highly recommend it.

Despite the unfortunate rain, the guide was considerate, reminding us not to forget umbrellas, suggesting good restroom stops, and offering to take photos. I was moved by their thoughtfulness.

I would like to try another tour in the future.

ガイド案内は3カ国を流暢にマイクにて、各名所の説明や楽しませてくれる冗談を交えながらのトーク、不思議と別の国の言葉なのに心地よく不快無く過ごすことができました。
座席についても前後は外国の方でしたが、横の列は日本の方であったり　なにより参加されていた方々のマナーが素晴らしく良かったです。騒がしいのが苦手だった為、この点は大きく、ツアーを楽しめた要因が大きかったのだと思いました。
　ツアー内容はやや忙しく、1ヵ所1ヵ所を堪能まではいきませんでしたが、せっかく北海道に来たなら沢山観光をしたい方には最適かと思われます。洞爺湖の食事は思っていたより時間が無く、歩きながらスープカレー屋さんに連絡した所、8組待ちですと言われ、諦めましたが、マルシェ食堂？にて食べたホタテの刺身は、今回の旅行にて一番美味しいと感じた食べ物でした。おすすめです。
あいにくの雨でしたが、ガイドさんが傘を忘れずとか、トイレ先がいいね、写真取ります！など沢山みなさんを配慮し、気を遣って下さる心意気に感動しました。
　また、別のツアーも利用してみたいです。

The tour company was like "Kkday," and there was a bit of a mishap during the gathering time, but I managed to participate somehow.

The group consisted of a big family from Indonesia, several groups of Taiwanese, and me (a Japanese), so the guide communicated in English and Mandarin, while details like the meeting time were conveyed individually in Japanese. Since I understand a little English, I didn't feel alienated without Japanese; in fact, I found the perspective from foreigners to be interesting.

The itinerary was efficient and well-planned, but the lunch buffet was disappointing. I wanted to get a second helping, but I gave up because other groups arrived and formed a line.

The driver was Japanese, skilled at driving, and very friendly. The guide was a wonderful Taiwanese man (with a Japanese wife) who was very knowledgeable about Hokkaido. He provided a lot of helpful information, such as the best positions for photos and recommended shops.

We were able to visit the places we wanted in a comfortable chartered large sightseeing bus with designated seats, accompanied by a very kind and easy-to-understand guide, which was great. Despite the road congestion, we had a skilled driver and a guide who spoke fluent English, thank you very much. The only disappointing part was the lunch after visiting Kiyomizu-dera. It was very different from the photos, and I can't say it was delicious by any means. Since most of the guests were foreigners, I hope they don't mistakenly think this is Japanese food. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

自分達が行きたかった所に、乗り心地の良い貸切大型観光バスの指定席で、とても親切で分かりやすいガイドさん付きで観光出来たので、とても良かったです。
道路渋滞ながらも運転の上手な運転手さん、英語ペラペラのガイドさん、ありがとうございました。
唯一残念だった事は、清水寺の後の昼食でした。写真とは大違いで、しかもお世辞にも美味しいとは言えませんでした。大半が外国人の方でしたので、これが日本食だと勘違いして欲しくないと思いました。

I was staying at a hotel in Naha City, so I was looking for a day trip tour that would allow me to visit distant sightseeing spots.

The two key points that made my decision were that it included the must-visit Churaumi Aquarium and that I could enjoy drinks while looking at the ocean at the Hoshino Resort café.

Since it was a tour, it was definitely more economical than renting a car and going individually, and the duration of the stay was just right, allowing for an efficient visit.

The bus was clean and comfortable.

Although the meeting time was early, I was able to enjoy the scenery from the window or relax and sleep on the way to Churaumi Aquarium.

The stay at Churaumi Aquarium was two and a half hours. I leisurely watched the whale sharks and enjoyed some taco rice while looking at the ocean from a food truck.

I prioritized taking my time to see the whale sharks, so I didn’t watch the dolphin show, but I think planning in advance how you want to explore can lead to a more fulfilling experience inside the aquarium.

水族館から浜辺にも行けるので、日中の沖縄の海をここで体験することもできます。


琉球村では、エイサーが見れる時間帯だったので、ゆっくりと昔ながらの家やエイサーを見ることが出来ました。

万座毛の景勝地を眺め、星野リゾートのカフェでは好きな席で海や眺めたり、浜に出たりとのんびり出来ました。

しっかりとご飯を食べるタイミングは、美ら海水族館のみなので、ここでしっかりとご飯は食べた方が良いです。
車内は、飲み物以外は禁止なので、お腹が空かないようにしっかりと食べたほうがよいです。

1日使ったツアーですが、それぞれがちょうど良い滞在時間なので、バタバタすることも、時間が余ることもなくちょうどよかったです。

ガイドツアーさんの距離感もちょうど良く、沖縄旅行の思い出がより楽しく濃厚となりました。

旅行の計画に困ったり、免許の有無に関わらず、快適でおすすめです。

I booked this plan because I really wanted to include Takachiho Gorge in my solo trip. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so it wasn't the best experience. On the day of my reservation, the sky was cloudy with light rain, and the beautiful scenery of the Aso grasslands that I was looking forward to was completely shrouded in fog, which was disappointing. However, on the way back, it cleared up in Kumamoto City, and I was lucky to see the rice mound. I used Kumamoto Taxi, and the driver was very considerate and engaging, making the visits to Takachiho Gorge, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Shirakawa Springs very enjoyable. According to the driver, it's easier to access Takachiho Gorge from the Kumamoto side. The lunch they recommended, consisting of daikon and takana rice and dako soup, was also delicious. They even stopped the car to explain about the Aso Ohashi bridge that collapsed during the Kumamoto earthquake. As for clothing, it's advisable to bring something to wear over your clothes, as there is a temperature difference between the city and the mountain areas.

一人旅でどうしても高千穂峡を入れたくこのプランを予約しました。お天気が悪かったので最高とまではいきませんでした。予約日はあいにくの空模様で小雨気味で楽しみにしていた阿蘇の草原の景色は完全に霧の中でそれだけが残念でした。帰りすがらに熊本市内方面が晴れて米塚が見れたのは幸いでした。熊本タクシーさんでしたがドライバーさんが色々気を遣って下さりお話も楽しく高千穂峡峡や天岩戸神社、白川水源はとても良かったです。ドライバーさん曰く高千穂峡は熊本方面からの方が行きやすいそうです。お昼に案内して頂いただいこんやの高菜飯とだご汁も美味でした。熊本地震で落ちた阿蘇大橋も車を停めて説明していただきました。
服装は山の上の方は市内と気温差があるので羽織るものはあったほうが良いです。
