I participated in a mangrove canoe and Blue Cave snorkeling tour! The weather was perfect, and I was healed by the great nature of the mangroves, caves, and sea✨
I had experienced canoeing before, but it had been a while, so I was worried about how well I could paddle. However, the wind was calm, making it very easy to paddle, and most importantly, the guidance and instructions from the guides were precise, allowing me to enjoy the experience with great peace of mind!
The Blue Cave, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, didn't quite match the colors I had imagined due to the cloudy weather, but inside the cave was very mystical, and I had a wonderful experience!
There were many different fish while snorkeling, and it was a lot of fun. I tried free diving while wearing a life jacket, but it was definitely harder than it looked for the guides.
The guides took many photos of each moment of today's various experiences, allowing me to look back on the wonderful memories of the trip!

All the guides were kind and handsome, and they shared delicious places and ways to enjoy Ishigaki Island, making me feel that choosing this tour was a great decision✨

マングローブでカヌー＆青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーに参加しました！お天気にも恵まれて、マングローブと洞窟、海の大自然に癒やされました〜✨
カヌーは以前も体験したことがありましたが、だいぶ前だったので上手く漕げるか不安でしたが、風も穏やかでとっても漕ぎやすく、何よりガイドさん達のレクチャーと先導が的確でとても安心して楽しめました！
ずっと行きたかった青の洞窟は、お天気が曇っていたのでイメージの色とはいかなかったですが、洞窟の中はとっても神秘的で、素敵な体験ができました！
シュノーケルでもいろんな魚がいてとても楽しかったです。ライフジャケットを着たままでの素潜りに挑戦しましたが、ガイドさんのようにはやっぱり難しかったです。
今日のいろんな体験の一コマ一コマを写真でたくさん撮影してくれて、素敵な旅の思い出を振り返ることができました！

ガイドのみなさんも皆優しくてイケメンで、石垣島の美味しいお店や楽しみ方を教えてくれたりして、このツアーを選んで良かったなぁと思います✨

The driver was very polite. During the ride, he shared the history of our destination and recommended nearby spots and lunch places, which allowed us to explore options beyond our planned itinerary.

We were not constrained by sightseeing time and could take our time, making the trip less hectic. If I have the opportunity to visit Kumamoto again, I would definitely like to use this service.

At the sightseeing spots, he also helped with directions and took photos for us. I wondered if it was okay to rely on him so much, but I took full advantage of his assistance.

I highly recommend this for those who are not good at driving. While there are buses and other transportation options, the travel distances can be long, and you might face time constraints and crowds. If you're considering it, I encourage you to use this service.

運転手さんがとても丁寧でした。車中でも向かうところの由来であったり周辺のおすすめスポット、昼食場所など私たちが決めたプラン以外にも当日提案していただき行くことができました。

観光時間に縛られることもなく、ゆっくりと時間をかけることができたので慌ただしい旅行にならず、また熊本の方へ遊びに行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思いました。

観光場所では道案内や写真撮影もしていただき、こんなに甘えて良いものか、と思いましたが存分に甘えさせていただきました。笑

運転が苦手な方は絶対におすすめです。バスなどの交通機関もありますが移動距離がどうしても長くなるのと時間に縛られたり混雑もあるので検討されてる方がいましたら是非利用していただきたいです。

I signed up for a bus tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu during my trip to Sapporo. Since I'm not able to drive, I really enjoyed being able to visit multiple sightseeing spots.

The bus guide's explanations were clear and interesting. There were no rude passengers on board. People of all ages participated, and there were more foreigners than Japanese attendees.

If I have the opportunity to go to Sapporo again, I would like to join another tour.

札幌旅行に行った際に洞爺湖・支笏湖バスツアーに申し込みました。
ペーパードライバーで運転できないので、複数観光スポットに行けてとても楽しめました。

バスガイドさんの話も分かりやすく、おもしろかったです。
同乗したお客さんもマナーが悪い人はいませんでした。
老若男女参加していて、日本人より外国人の方が多かったです。

また札幌に行く機会があれば、別のツアーに参加したいと思っています。

We departed from Sapporo, but the expressway was closed due to an accident, causing a significant delay in our start. However, thanks to the driver's quick thinking and experience, along with the guide's adjustments, it turned into a wonderfully memorable day.

To ensure we returned on schedule, they included a route with beautiful scenery in place of the places we couldn't visit.

Mr. Ito, who safely delivered everyone without any accidents, was fantastic. Catherine, who attended to the multinational participants, was also wonderful.

札幌を出発してすぐ高速道路が事故で通行止めになりスタートが大幅に遅れたため、行程が変更になったのですが、運転手さんの機転と経験、ガイドさんの調整によって、素晴らしく大変思い出深い1日になりました。

I participated in a bus tour alone for the first time, and thanks to the tour guide and the driver, it turned out to be a truly fulfilling and enjoyable day! I wasn't confident about visiting four places on my own, so I'm glad I joined the bus tour! There were many foreign participants as well, so the tour guide's explanations in both Japanese and English were fantastic and enjoyable to listen to! I want to join another bus tour again.

It's a good idea to order lunch. The yudofu was delicious!

There were a lot of sea turtles, and I was able to take many photos. I also got to meet clownfish, and they took some stunning pictures. Kometchi was easy to talk to, just as the reviews said. I walked more than I expected, and with the temperature exceeding 30 degrees on the day, I was very tired. However, Maria's bright and fun explanations, along with her gentle demeanor, were really great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in a different course in the future. For those who will be participating, I recommend being prepared for more walking than you might imagine, as there are many ups and downs, and since the lingering heat can be intense, make sure to stay hydrated and wear comfortable shoes.

思った以上に歩くのと、当日の気温が30度越えでとても疲れましたが、マリアさんの明るく、楽しい説明と優しい感じがとても良かったです。
機会があれば、今後は違うコースに参加したいと思います。
これから参加される方は、想像以上に歩くのと、上り下りの道が多く、残暑厳しいので水分補給と歩き慣れた靴で参加されるのを、お勧めします。

Of course, we visited Heart Rock, Kouri Island, the Churaumi Aquarium, and the Okashi Goten, but I also received great recommendations for other restaurants, making for a very fulfilling trip. The person was truly kind, lending us towels when we went to the beach and showing us unique local spots, which was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

予定していたハートロックや古宇利島、お菓子御殿、美ら海水族館は勿論ですが、他にもおすすめのご飯屋さんを教えていただいてとても充実した旅行になりました。本当に親切な方でビーチに行った際はタオルを貸してくださったり、現地の方ならではの場所も案内して下さりとても楽しかったです。本当にありがとうございました。

The multilingual guide was wonderful.
The weather was decent. A scorching summer in Hokkaido.

Since I was deeply impressed by the Furano course I took previously, the combination of mountain roads, rocky mountains, lakes, and the sea felt monotonous.
The bear ranch had both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and I visited the latter. The bears screaming from their cages were tough for me to handle.

The price is justified.
The Furano course was just too good.

The guide was truly a wonderful person.

天気はまずまず。猛暑の北海道。

以前回った富良野コースが大感動だっただけに、山道と岩山と湖、海…の組み合わせは、単調に思えました。
クマ牧場は登別と昭和新山があって、行ったのは後者。数頭の檻の中から叫ぶ熊は、私には酷でした。

料金には見合ってます。
富良野コースが良すぎるのです。

ガイドさん、本当に素敵な方でした。

The guide was very friendly and easy to talk to. Even during the drive to the location, they shared interesting facts about Ishigaki Island, tourist spots, and delicious places to eat, making the round trip enjoyable without any dull moments. The area was a jungle beyond my imagination, so dark that it was difficult to move without a light, but as we made our way through the jungle together, we learned about animals, insects, and plants that can only be seen there. In the end, we were greeted by a stunning starry sky, which was truly moving. It was a wonderful experience and became a fantastic travel memory.

ガイドの方がすごく気さくな方で話しやすく
現地に移動中の車中でも石垣島の豆知識や観光地、美味しい食事処等を教えてくれて往復の車中は暇を持て余すことなく楽しい移動でした。
現地は想像以上のジャングルでライトがないと進むことも難しいくらい真っ暗ですが、みんなでジャングルを進み現地でしか見ることのできない動物、虫、植物を教えてもらいながら進んで最後にはすごく綺麗な星空が広がっていて感動しました。とてもいい体験が出来て最高な旅の思い出になりました。

This time, we were blessed with good weather and were able to fully enjoy Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo. On the first day at Jomon Sugi, we walked over 20 kilometers nonstop. There were many times when I felt like giving up, but looking around, I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery, the pleasant air, and the delicious water, which made the experience less tiring. This time, we had a slightly larger group of eight people, including the guide, which fostered a sense of camaraderie and made it enjoyable to participate.

On the second day at Shiratani Unsuikyo, we started feeling the fatigue from the first day, but more than anything, I was able to walk while being healed by the scenery. It was a walk along the streams, feeling the love for Yakushima and the charm of old Japan from our guide.

Overall, it was a wonderful place just as I had imagined. I would like to visit again in a different season, and also on a drizzly day.

今回は天候に恵まれ、縄文杉と白谷雲水峡を堪能できました。1日目の縄文杉では20km以上をひたすらに歩きました。何度も心が折れましたが、周りを見れば素敵な風景や気持ちの良い空気や美味しいお水を頂いたりとそこまで疲労感なく過ごせました。今回はガイド含め8人とやや多めなパーティーでしたが、仲間意識も高まり楽しく参加できました。
2日目の白谷雲水峡では、1日目の疲れを感じながらのスタートでしたが、何よりも風景に癒されながら歩けました。ガイドさんから屋久島愛、古き良き日本を感じながらの沢歩きでした。
全体を通しても、思った通りの素敵な場所でした。また季節を変えて、あとシトシト雨の日にも行きたいと思いました。

I booked a Kyoto tour at my daughter's request. We opted for a meal at Kiyomizu-dera, but the portion was larger than I expected, so I think it's better to skip the meal if you want to try various foods. Both the tour guide and the driver were really nice, and we had a wonderful day! Thank you very much.

清水寺で食事付きにしましたが思ったより量が多かったのでいろいろ食べ歩きしたい方はなしの方が良いと思います。
添乗員の方も運転手の方も凄く良い方で、楽しい１日を過ごすことができました！

I was able to see various creatures: frogs, centipedes, owls, bats, coconut crabs, hiding rock crabs, adult fireflies, hermit crabs, and about three types of crabs.

At first, I was asked which creatures I wanted to see, and I was able to see all the ones I hoped for! The coconut crab, which is a national treasure and an endangered species, was a juvenile, but it was adorable with its bubbles! We passed through a jungle without lights, which felt inaccessible for amateurs. I've been to Ishigaki Island many times, but I couldn't go there on my own, so it was great to join the tour and hear the excitement of my two boys.

Finally, under the starry sky, I saw adult fireflies that looked like shooting stars; they were more vibrant and lively than the fireflies I've seen before. Also, the owl on Owl Street was cute as it left after pooping!

The guide was very kind as well! Thank you very much!

見れた生物、カエル、ゲジゲジ、フクロウ、コウモリ、ヤシガニ、隠れ岩カニ、ホタルの成虫、ヤドカリ、カニ（3種類くらい）

最初に観たい生物の希望を聞かれたのですが、期待した生物を全部見れました！天記念物で絶滅危惧種のヤシガニは子供でしたが、泡をはいていて可愛かったです！途中、灯りのないジャングルを通ってくので、素人にはいけない感じ。石垣島は何度も来たのですが、あそこは自分では行けないので、ツアーに参加して子供（男の子2人）の歓声が聞けて良かったです。

最後に見た、満天の星空の下、流れ星のような蛍の成虫、、見たことある蛍より元気で明るかったです。
あとはフクロウ通りのフクロウ、、うんちをして去っていって可愛かった！

The day before, we visited Jomon Sugi, and our guide made sure to engage us in enjoyable conversations to lift our tired spirits. The moss-covered forest we explored in the afternoon was stunning, especially with the beautiful play of light—it was truly moving. (We also visited the hot springs that appear during low tide at the time you advised us. It felt like it relieved the fatigue in my legs. How wonderful!)

前日　縄文杉に行き　体お疲れモードの私たちを　楽しく　お話も前日から広がるように　いろいろしてくださいました。
午後からの半日でついた　苔むす森は光の加減も素晴らしく　感動ものでした。
（教えていただいた　干潮の時間に干潮時に出てくる温泉にも行きました。足の疲れが取れた気がしました。不思議　！）

I climbed with the guide and two other people. The guide was experienced and knowledgeable about plants, teaching us various things. We also experienced the unique rain of Yakushima, making it a very interesting and valuable tour. Thank you very much.

This is a tour that takes you from Sapporo to Furano and Biei, running from morning until night. It's a bit intense, but I was very satisfied with the included lunch. The flower fields were filled with a variety of colorful flowers and were very beautiful. The hamburger lunch included in the tour was freshly made and delicious. The pudding at the Blue Pond is highly recommended.

朝から夜まで、札幌から富良野、美瑛を巡るツアーです。ハードですが、ランチ付きで大満足でした。
お花畑は、色とりどりのお花が咲いており、とても綺麗でした。
ツアーに含まれる、ハンバーグランチが出来たてで美味しかったです。
青い池のプリンはおすすめです。

It took about four and a half hours to climb from the trailhead, and I finally reached the Jomon Sugi. Meeting the world's oldest Yakusugi was truly moving!

The guide was very kind, and we took some great photos at the scenic spots! They captured some wonderful angles for us!

During lunch, the guide treated us to miso soup, which was a great way to replenish the salt after sweating so much. This is definitely an experience worth having at least once in a lifetime!

登山口から登ること、約4時間半。目的の縄文杉にたどり着きました。世界最古の屋久杉とご対面でき、感慨ひとしおです！

昼食時には、ガイドさんよりお味噌汁をごちそうになり、汗だくの身体にいい塩分補給になりました。

Day 1: Jomon Sugi
The journey to Jomon Sugi was long, but I enjoyed walking while the guide provided explanations. If time allows on the way back, they adjust the pace to match the participants. Along the way, you can fully feel the vitality of nature. There is a beauty that cannot be expressed in photos.

Day 2: Shiratani Unsuikyo
We had a later departure than the previous day, allowing us time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. I felt a bit tired from the previous day's activities. The moss-covered forest was, of course, mystical, but the sense of liberation I felt when climbing Taiko Rock left the strongest impression on me since I had already been walking in the forest the day before.

Notes: There is an entrance fee for Shiratani Unsuikyo.

The sights I saw with my own feet left a deep memory along with a sense of accomplishment.

縄文杉までの道のりは長かったですが、ガイドさんに解説いただきながら楽しく歩けました。帰りに間に合う範囲であれば、参加者に合わせたペースで案内してくれます。道中では自然の生命力を存分に感じることができます。写真では表現できない美しさがあります。

前日より遅い出発で、ホテルの朝食を楽しむ時間がありました。前日の疲れがあったため多少しんどかったです。苔むす森ももちろん神秘的ではありましたが、前日から森の中を歩き回っていたこともあり太鼓岩に登った時の開放感が1番印象に残っています。

特記事項：白谷雲水峡に入る際にお金がかかります。

自分の足で歩いて目にした光景は、達成感と共に深く記憶に残りました。

Although there are local buses on Yakushima, their frequency is very low, making it impossible to get around without a rental car in a short amount of time. However, this tour was great because it covered hard-to-reach attractions on the island without a car. I was able to make the most of my day before my evening flight to Kagoshima. The guide shared many interesting insights that I wouldn't have known if I had explored on my own, making it both enjoyable and informative. When I participated, some roads were closed due to a typhoon, so we couldn't circle the island, but we were able to reach areas like the western forest road, which had been inaccessible just days before, and I got to see a group of Yakuzaru monkeys. The guide also took us on a 50-minute walk through Yakusugi Land, where the paths are well-maintained and you can see many cedar trees, which might be better than Shiratani Unsuikyo if you're short on time (there's a discount if you visit both Shiratani Unsuikyo and Yakusugi Land, so be sure to keep the ticket from the first one you visit).

For those returning to Kagoshima on the evening flight, if you plan to be dropped off at the airport after the tour, you might find yourself with some awkward downtime before your flight (the airport is small and lacks places to pass the time). However, the hotel right in front of the airport has a hot spring that accepts day-use visitors, so I recommend spending your last moments relaxing in the bath. It's clean and beautiful, and there’s a space to rest, similar to a super sento.

屋久島内は路線バスがあるものの本数がとても少なく、レンタカー無しで短時間であちこちを回るのは不可能なのですが、このツアーは島内の車無しでは回りにくい名所をポイントを抑えて回ってくれるのがとても良かったです。夜の鹿児島行の飛行機まで１日をとても有効に使えました。ガイドさんのお話も自分だけで回っていたらわからないようなことがたくさんで楽しくためになりました。自分が参加したときは台風の影響で一部道が通れず、島を一周というわけにはいかなかったのですが、数日前までは行けなかったらしい西部林道のあたりまで行くことができて、ヤクザルの群れも見ることができました。ガイドさんに案内されて50分ほどヤクスギランド内も歩きましたが、歩道が整備されてたくさんの杉の木が見られるので短時間の場合は白谷雲水峡よりも良いかもしれないと思います（白谷雲水峡とヤクスギランドは両方行くと割引があるので先に行った方の半券はなくさないように持っていってください）。
夜の飛行機で鹿児島に帰る方は、ツアー後空港で降ろしてもらう予定にしていると、飛行機の時間まで中途半端な時間ができてしまうのですが（空港は狭くて待ち時間を潰せるような場所がない）、空港目の前のホテルの温泉が日帰り入浴を受け入れているので最後にお風呂で過ごすのがおすすめです。清潔感があって綺麗ですし、スーパー銭湯的な感じで休憩できるスペースもありました。

I was moved to see sea turtles up close, and the photos really captured the clarity of the water and the turtles' expressions. It had been quite a while since I last went snorkeling, but the guide was kind and explained the techniques and precautions clearly, which made me feel at ease. This became one of my best memories in Miyako Island.

近くでウミガメに会えて感動しましたし、写真でも海の透明度とウミガメの表情がよくわかりました。
かなり久々のシュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドさんは親切で、やり方や注意点をわかりやすく説明してくれて安心できました。宮古島での最高の思い出の1つとなりました。

I was concerned about being a lunch refugee, so having lunch included was very helpful, and I enjoyed it deliciously♪

Everything in Iriomote and Yufu Island was fresh, and the guidance was great. I would like to go on the same course again.

The captain was very good at storytelling, and I had a great time. Since it was Sunday, there were fewer lights from the factory, but he shared interesting trivia, and the night view of Yokohama was beautiful. I'm glad I participated.

日曜日なので工場の光は少なかったのですが、
豆知識を話してくれたり、横浜の夜景は綺麗で、参加して良かったです。

I often use airplanes without thinking much about it, but seeing the various professionals, from behind the scenes to the front stage, who undergo rigorous training every day to ensure a safe and comfortable journey in the sky gives me a new perspective. Next time I fly, I feel like I will appreciate how many people work together from the moment I arrive at the airport until I disembark.

While there are areas where photography is not allowed, the attendants are current cabin crew members, and if you prepare questions in advance, they will share various insights about the aviation industry that you might not know. Depending on the timing, you might even see emergency evacuation training taking place over a pool. Occasionally, it seems that group companies also use the training facilities, with visits from Beach and Solaseed Air.

Before this facility was built, it seems that the work environment was quite siloed by job roles, but now, even though the training areas are separated into booths, it feels closer to other professions, creating a sense of Team ANA.

There is a small merchandise corner at the entrance, featuring items like blue flight tags and gloves that are exclusive to ANA Group employees, so it's worth checking out. The facility is new, clean, and massive. You can truly feel the essence of ANA here.

日頃に何げなく利用している飛行機ですが、裏方から表舞台までイロイロな職種の人達が安全、快適に空の旅が出来るように日々厳しい訓練をされている姿が高い位置からですが見れて次回に乗る時に空港到着から降機するまでに何人の方々が連携して飛行機が飛んでいるのかを改めて見る目線が変わる様な気がします。
館内は写真NG区域もありますがアテンドしてくれる方は現役のＣＡであり質問などは事前に用意して行けば知らなかっ航空業界の話しやらイロイロしてくれます。訓練はタイミングにより緊急脱出訓練がプールの上で行われるのが見れたりします。たまにグループ会社も訓練に利用するみたいでビーチやソラシドエアが来るみたいです。
この施設が出来るまでは担当職種毎に縦割り的な職場環境だったみたいですが、訓練施設はブースに別れているが他の職種が身近に感じられチームANAが感じられる様になったらしいです
入口に少しだけグッズの販売コーナがありますが、青いフライトタグや軍手などANAグループ社員で参加しな買えない限定グッズなどもあり要チェックですね、
施設は新しく綺麗で巨大です

We participated as a couple! The explanations were easy to understand, and we got to see several sea turtles and even Nemo! The ocean and coral were beautiful, and we were truly moved. We enjoyed it for longer than we expected and definitely want to participate again!!! It was a wonderful honeymoon! Thank you very much.

I applied to capture memorable photos on my anniversary with my partner. The service satisfaction is at its maximum! The stars were truly beautiful, and it was the best night sky of my life.

The shooting spot is very close to the parking lot; it's dark, but they illuminate the area, allowing for safe movement. Once you arrive at the shooting spot, you receive an explanation of the precautions for the shoot, and it starts right away. The person in charge was easy to talk to and left a very good impression.

The shooting conditions can be affected by the weather and other environmental factors, but they inform you about such situations in advance via email, which is reassuring. I highly recommend giving it a try!

星が本当に綺麗で、人生で一番の夜空でした。
撮影スポットは駐車場からすぐそばのところで、暗いですがライトで照らしていただき安全に移動できます。撮影スポットに到着したら撮影時の注意点の説明を受け、すぐに開始します。担当していただいた方は話しやすい人で印象がとても良かったです。
天候などの環境に撮影状況は左右されますが、そんなときの対応も事前にメールで知らされているので、安心です。ぜひ一度応募してみてください！！

The guide's talk was very easy to listen to, filled with information I wanted to know, and it was a comfortable bus trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the zoo and was very satisfied.

For our family trip after about 30 years, we made a reservation through Veltra and used a sightseeing taxi in Kyoto since my parents are elderly. At Togetsukyo Bridge, we received a brief explanation, and I thought I understood what a sightseeing taxi was. However, when we arrived at Tenryuji Temple, we were told that the guide would accompany us, and as soon as we entered the temple, we experienced an amazing guiding performance! Both of my parents were captivated by the stories, and even the tourists around us started listening in; it was an outstanding guide.

The interesting and historically informed guiding continued, and the guide even pointed out photo spots, providing a perfect experience. On the way back, the guiding continued along the route, and we were informed about attractions near our hotel. Thank you, Mr. Kato from Koshin Taxi!

30年ぶりくらいの家族旅行で、両親が高齢の為ベルトラで予約し京都の観光タクシーを利用しました。
渡月橋で軽く説明して頂き、観光タクシーとはこういうものなのかと思ったら、天龍寺で一緒についていきますと言われたため場所の案内かと思いきや、寺に入ったとたん素晴らしいガイドぶり！両親ともにじっくり話に聞き入り、周りにいた観光客まで一緒に聞き始めるほどの素晴らしいガイドでした。
そのあとも面白く歴史も踏まえたガイドぶりは続き、フォトスポットまで指示してくれる完璧なガイドぶりでした。
帰りのタクシーでも通り道でのガイドも続き、ホテル近くの観光地の見所まで教えて貰いました。

The day I participated, the weather was unfortunately bad, but I was able to visit all the sightseeing spots I wanted to and had an efficient tour. There were many participants who came alone as well. I was able to relax while listening to the audio guide. The lunch was delicious too. Since the weather was too bad, I would like to go again when it's sunny!

参加した日はあいにくのお天気でしたが行ってみたかった観光名地を全て回れて効率良い観光が出来ました。一人参加の方も多かったです。音声ガイドを聴きながらのんびり出来ました。お昼ごはんも美味しかったです。天気が悪すぎたので今度また晴れている時に行きたいです！

The sky was filled with stars as if it were a planetarium, and the weather was so nice that we could even see the Milky Way. The photographer was kind and played music while shooting, which made it a lot of fun!

一面がプラネタリウムかのように星が見え天気もよかったので天の川まで見えました。カメラマンさんも優しく音楽をかけながらの撮影でとても楽しかったです！
