I participated in this trip alone. I was worried since there were many families, but at each destination, the guide was there waiting for us, so I could join without getting lost. When I arrived at Taketomi Island, I was able to choose the course I wanted to experience. It was a very satisfying trip to Okinawa. Thank you very much.

It was so much fun! The sea turtle was so focused on its meal that it didn't pay us any mind. The sea turtle was, of course, adorable, but I also enjoyed the coral and Nemo. I think it's a safe option for beginners and small children since you don't have to go too far out with the beach entry. I thought the suggestion to change days based on the tide conditions was wonderful. Thank you, guide! (I had someone pulling my float the whole time.)

I participated in a tour of Kiyomizu-dera and other sites on September 19. The tour guide was a wonderful person. Most of the participants were from English-speaking countries, but there were a few Japanese people, including myself, and I think it was challenging for her to explain in both English and Japanese. She always maintained a smile and worked hard to provide clear and thorough explanations, which was very good. As the tour was coming to an end, everyone erupted into applause, almost like a standing ovation. Of course, we couldn't stand up since we were on the bus, but I felt that everyone was filled with gratitude. Thank you very much for a truly enjoyable bus tour today.

9月19日に清水寺他のツアーに参加しました。
ツアーガイドの方はとてもステキな方でした。殆どが英語圏の人でしたが
私を含めて数人の日本人がおり彼女は英語と日本語での説明して大変だった
と思います。常に笑顔を絶やさず一生懸命に丁寧にわかりやすくてとても
良かったです。ツアーも終わりにちかづき皆があたかもスタンデイング
オべシヨンのような拍手が湧き上がました。
もちろん走行中でしたので立ち上がる事は出来ませんが皆が感謝の気持ちで
いっぱいであったと感じました。
今日一日楽しいバスツアーを本当にありがとうございました。

I participated on the day I arrived at Ishigaki Island Airport at 6 PM. I wanted to enjoy activities even with an evening arrival, and the meeting time was set for 7:30 PM, which was a bit late, so that was my motivation to join. In the end, it was definitely the right decision to participate!!

Here are some specific details:

- You can borrow rubber boots (you can go without socks if you don't mind).
- It was late September, but I didn't get too sweaty. My clothes didn't get very dirty as long as I didn't fall.
- I think long sleeves and long pants are better, but I didn't get bitten by bugs thanks to the insect spray provided.
- The guide explained various creatures and terrains, which was very enjoyable!
- The chance of encountering a coconut crab was said to be 50%, and I was able to see one towards the end!
- It was a crescent moon night with few clouds, so I could see many stars and the Milky Way, which was beautiful.
- On the way back, we arrived at the remote island terminal around 10 PM, and it was also possible to have dinner at an izakaya in town afterward.

The staff were very pleasant as well! I plan to participate in other activities too!

18時石垣島空港着の日に参加しました。
夕方着でもアクティビティを楽しみたく、集合時間が19時半と遅めだったのが参加したきっかけです。
結果、参加して大正解でした！！

以下、具体的な情報です。

・長靴は貸していただけます（靴下は気にならなければなしでOK）
・9月下旬でしたが、汗だくにまではならなかったです。服装も転ばなければすごく汚れはしませんでした
・長袖長ズボンの方が良いとは思いますが、貸し出しの虫スプレーをすれば虫には刺されませんでした
・ガイドさんが色々な生物や地形の解説をしてくれ、とても楽しいです！
・ヤシガニは遭遇率50%とのことでしたが、最後の方に見れました！
・三日月で雲の少ない日だったので、たくさんの星や天の川が見え、綺麗でした
・帰りは離島ターミナルに22時くらいに到着し、その後街の居酒屋で夕飯を食べることも可能です

スタッフさんも感じが良い方でした♪
他のアクティビティも参加しようと思います！

The weather was perfect, and the views were amazing, making this my best memory in Miyako Island! The instructor was very kind, and I felt safe during the experience! I was able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling! The clownfish, in particular, was cute and left a strong impression on me. The scenery while paddleboarding was wonderful, and falling into the sea from the paddleboard felt refreshing because the water was cool. Everything was just fantastic! I want to experience it again when I come back to Miyako Island! ☺️☺️☺️

最高の天気、最高の景色で宮古島に来て1番の思い出になりました！
インストラクターさんもとっても優しく、安心して体験が出来ました！シュノーケリングではたくさんの魚を見ることが出来ました！特にクマノミは可愛くて印象に残っています。サップでは素敵な景色が見ることができ、またサップから海に落ちるのは海が冷たくて気持ちよかったです。とにかく全てが最高でした！
また宮古島に来たら体験したいです☺️☺️☺️

This time, I wanted to ride a water buffalo cart that walks on water, so I joined a plan that included Yubu Island. On the day of the trip, the weather was clear, and the boat ride to the island was fantastic with a pleasant breeze. During the mangrove tour, the staff provided detailed explanations, making it very easy to understand. While riding the water buffalo cart, I enjoyed various explanations and even live performances on the sanshin. Upon arriving at Yubu Island, I was able to enjoy delicious bento boxes. The stay on Yubu Island was 90 minutes, which I thought was a bit short to explore leisurely, but I still had a great time. Traveling to each location was smooth by boat or bus, so I was very satisfied with my experience on both islands.

今回は水の上を歩く水牛車に乗りたくて、由布島が含まれるプランに参加しました。
当日は晴天で、島に向かうまでの船も風が気持ち良くて最高でした。
マングローブ遊覧では、スタッフの方が詳しく解説してくださるので、とてもわかりやすかったです。
水牛車に乗っている際もいろんな解説や三線の弾き語りまで満喫できました。
由布島に着くと、どれも美味しいお弁当を食べることができました。由布島の滞在時間は90分なのですが、ゆっくり色々見て回るには、少し短いかなと思いましたが、それでも十分満喫できました。
どの場所に行くにも、船やバスなどスムーズなので、二つの島を存分に楽しめて大満足です。

Since it was a tour with foreign participants, there were many explanations in English and fewer in Japanese, which was a bit disappointing. It was difficult to walk while looking at the map to keep to the meeting time, and I was scared of getting lost. I wished the map was a bit clearer and that it showed the walking time as well.

外国の方と一緒のツァーだったので、説明が英語が多く、日本語が少なかったのが、少し残念でした。
待ち合わせ時間を守るために、地図を見ながら、歩くのが大変で、
道に迷うのが怖かったです。
地図をもう少し分かりやすく、歩いてかかる時間も、表示してほしかったです。

I signed up for a tour of Osaka with my elderly mother, wanting to make the most of our limited time! Riding on the cute double-decker bus while listening to an easy-to-understand and enjoyable guide made for a very meaningful experience. Both the driver and the guide were very kind, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. I highly recommend this for tourists with a little extra time, as well as for locals looking for conversation starters! Next time, I would like to try the northern route if I have the chance!

高齢の母と限られた時間で大阪観光をしたくて申込みました！可愛い二階建てバスに乗ったままで、名所をわかりやすく楽しいガイドを聞きながらの観光はとても有意義な時間でした。運転手さんもガイドさんもとても親切な方で快適に楽しませていただきました。少し時間が余った観光客の方、また地元の方も話のネタに是非お薦めです！
次回、機会があれば北ルートも利用したいです！

The guide hurried the driver to make up for the late start, which was very scary. The exploration time is tight, but we spend a long time at the partnered souvenir shop.

スタートの遅れを挽回するためにガイドが運転手を急かして非常に怖かった。散策時間はタイトだが、提携のお土産物屋には長くいる。

Seeing the factory from the seaside, which is usually not accessible, was amazing! The captain's commentary was full of entertainment, and the hour and a half flew by.

普段見れない海側から見る工場は最高でした！船長の解説がエンタメ性溢れていて、1時間半の時間はあっという間。

I hadn't planned a solid route, but on the way back from the main Churaumi Aquarium, I was able to stop by the famous Kouri Island and the Blue Seal Ice Cream shop, and I received help with taking photos, which was really nice.

Additionally, I was given recommendations for local specialties, souvenirs, and delicious izakayas near the hotel, and everything was spot on.

The driver was very friendly, and even though it was a long drive, we had great conversations, making it a wonderful memory.

It was a private taxi service for a trip with three female friends. Although we all have licenses, we decided to leave it to the professionals since we were inexperienced drivers.

It was definitely the right choice.

I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises!

しっかりルートを決めていなかったのですが、メインの美ら海水族館の帰りに有名な古宇利島やブルーシールアイスの店舗によっていただいたり、写真撮影のお手伝いをしていただいたりと、本当によくしてもらいました

また、地元の名産やおすすめのお土産や、ホテル付近の美味しい居酒屋さんを教えていただき、全部が外れがなかったです。

運転手さんがとても気さくな方で、長距離の移動でしたが会話も弾み、とても良い思い出になりました。

I used this service because I wanted to efficiently visit places like Kouri Island and the Churaumi Aquarium. The driver recommended beautiful sightseeing spots along the way, and we were able to stop by them. I was moved to see scenic spots like Cape Zanpa that aren't frequented by many tourists. It was also a lot of fun to take photos and chat about Okinawa during the trip. Since I was traveling with children, the charter was very convenient and helpful. The driver was also well-versed in avoiding traffic jams. I would like to use this service again the next time I come to Okinawa!

古宇利島と美ら海水族館など、効率よく回りたかったので利用しました。
ドライバーさんにも道すがらの綺麗な観光スポットをお勧めされ、寄ることができました。
残波岬や、あまり観光客が行かない絶景スポットも観ることができ、感動しました。
写真も撮っていただいたり、途中で沖縄の話などもしていただき、とても楽しかったです。
子連れ参加だったのでチャーターはとても便利だし、助かりました。渋滞を避けた道も熟知しておられました。

My mother, who is in her 60s and not very familiar with smartphones, participated. She started contacting us 20 minutes before the meeting time because she couldn't find the meeting place. We tried searching on Google and guiding her, but she still couldn't make it. However, thanks to the staff member I called in advance, she was able to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes late and was able to switch to the next bus.

お台場とスマホに不慣れな母60代が参加しました。
集合場所がわからないと、集合時間20分前から連絡がきていて、グーグルで探したり案内しましたがたどり着けず…
でも係の方に電話をしておいたおかげで、10分遅れで集合場所に着くことができ、次の便に振り替えていただけました。
こちらの落ち度であるにもかかわらず、丁寧に対応頂きありがとうございました。

It was my son's first snorkeling tour! I was also looking forward to seeing a sea turtle for the first time, but I didn't expect to see it up close, so I was very excited. It was super cute. My son also seemed satisfied, saying he had fun seeing lots of fish. The guide was very attentive and made us feel at ease during the tour!

I had a great experience taking photos with my boyfriend against the starry sky. The stars turned out beautifully in the pictures! The person who took the photos was also knowledgeable about delicious restaurants and tourist spots in Miyako Island, and I was happy to learn a lot from them. The recommended izakaya was very tasty! We participated as a group of four, with our two sons aged 4 and 6, along with two parents. We took a microbus from the meeting point along a mountain road. During the ride, our guide shared information about Ishigaki Island.

Once we were in the mountains, it was pitch dark when we turned off the lights! It felt a bit scary, but it was a great adventure. We were soaked in sweat. The mountain path was steep, but our 4-year-old son was able to manage it without any issues as long as we held his hand.

It seemed like the weather was perfect on the day we participated, and we could see an incredible number of stars. It was truly moving. However, the time we had to gaze at the stars was a bit short, and I wished we could have spent more time looking at them.

This is a place you definitely can't visit without joining a tour, so I'm glad we participated. I also had a fun conversation with a young man who was on the same tour. Thank you very much!

集合場所からマイクロバスで山道を進みます。その間もガイドのお姉さんが石垣島のこと等を教えてくれます。
山の中は、ライトを消すと真っ暗！少し怖いくらい冒険感があり良かったです。汗びっしょりになりました。険しい山道ですが４才の息子も、親が手を繋いであげれば問題なく進めました。
私たちが参加した日は、とても天気が良かったようで、めちゃくちゃ星が見えました。感動しました。星を眺める時間が少し短かったので、もう少し見たかったです。
ツアーでなければ絶対に行けない場所なので、参加して良かったです。
同じツアーに参加していたお兄さんとも楽しく会話できました。

I signed up for a day trip bus tour from Nagoya to Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go during the middle of the three-day weekend. I received an immediate "Tour Confirmation Email."

I did some research beforehand, but the meeting place was easy to find, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing with a diverse group of participants.

Our guide was from China, but was fluent in Japanese and had a very kind personality that shone through.

I appreciated their wonderful attitude in answering questions very politely within their knowledge.

The bus driver was also experienced, adapting to traffic conditions with flexible driving, allowing us to stick to the schedule.

I read all the reviews on Veltra, and my elderly parents were able to enjoy the trip wholeheartedly, so I think doing a little research beforehand can make the experience even more enjoyable.

We had two hours in Hida Takayama and two hours in Shirakawa-go, which I felt was just the right amount of time, not shorter than expected.

Above all, even after buying a lot of souvenirs, we could leave them on the bus, and they made sure to count everyone, so no one was left behind. The travel time was also a big advantage, as we could chat or take a nap and relax.

I would like to participate in another tour next time.

三連休の中日に名古屋発、飛騨高山、白川郷の日帰りバスツアーを申し込みました。
すぐに「催行決定お知らせメール」が届きました。

下調べはしましたが、待ち合わせ場所も分かりやすく、国際色豊かな参加者の皆様と、とても楽しく観光することができました。

ガイドさんは中国の方でしたが、日本語が堪能で、とても優しい人柄がにじみ出ている感じでした。

分かる範囲でとても丁寧に質問に応えて下さる姿勢が素敵でした。

バスの運転手さんもベテランなので、渋滞に合わせた臨機応変の運転で、スケジュール通りに回ることができました。

Veltraの口コミも全て見ましたが、年老いた私の両親も心から楽しんで行ってくることができたので、少し調べて行くと、より楽しく過ごせると思います。

飛騨高山２時間、白川郷２時間の滞在時間でしたが、思ったよりも短くなく、丁度よい時間配分だったと思います。

何より、お土産沢山買ってもバスに置けるし、ちゃんと人数確認してくれるので、置いてきぼりにもなりません。
移動時間はおしゃべりしたり、居眠りしたりと、リラックスして過ごすことができるのも大きなメリットでした。

次回も別のツアーに参加してみたいと思います。

I was a bit worried because there were few Japanese participants, but everyone was punctual, and during the travel, they spoke in a respectful tone, so there were no issues at all. We were able to explore Kamikochi for a solid four hours and returned home earlier than planned. I would like to participate again! ♫

日本人の参加が少なく不安でしたが、参加者皆さん時間厳守で、移動車中も周りに節度ある話声で、まったく問題ありませんでした。
上高地はしっかり4時間散策でき、予定より早く帰途につきました。
また、参加したいです♫

We left the hotel at 4 AM, and the rain stopped partway, allowing us to see the beautiful stars in the night sky. Arriving at the Arakawa trailhead while it was still dark, we had our breakfast bento and set off before 6 AM. Among the tour participants, I was the oldest. With concerns about my back and knees, I joined the tour prepared to retire if I became a burden.

We proceeded along the long trolley track. The river was clear, and the morning sun was shining down, making it feel wonderful. I was worried about needing a restroom, so I brought a portable toilet, but I didn't end up using it. The guide provided thorough explanations about the restroom situation.

Finally, the steep ascent began. After walking for over two hours, I wondered if my legs could keep up. But I pushed myself to climb, as I had been training for this. After a good climb, the guide said that up to this point was just warm-up, and now the real challenge begins. We were told to push ourselves for three sets of five minutes with breaks in between, and everyone worked hard to keep up. If we could get through this, there would be plenty of sights to see, and the Jomon Sugi awaited us at the finish. We took breaks along the way and finally came face to face with the impressive Jomon Sugi! We admired it from various angles and took many photos.

Due to the guide's decision, we headed straight to Jomon Sugi without having lunch, allowing us to meet it when there were fewer people around. On the way back, we had our bento at a water source and enjoyed warm drinks. The guide took as many photos as we wanted and provided excellent explanations about Jomon Sugi, Yakusugi, and the formation of Yakushima. By the time we returned along the trolley track, it started pouring rain, but that too became a good memory. Thank you for the amazing experience. Thanks to everyone on the tour as well. I would love to visit Yakushima again and participate in another tour.

One thing… I was supposed to receive detailed departure time information the day before, but when it didn't come by night, I contacted them after 8 PM. Even while having dinner at the hotel and after my bath, I waited for the call, but I was informed of the departure time without any apology. That left me feeling disappointed.

朝４時ホテル出発、途中から雨が止んで、夜空の星がキレイに見えました。まだ暗い中、荒川登山口に到着。朝食のお弁当を食べ６時前に出発。ツアーの中では私が最年長。腰と膝に不安を抱えながら、迷惑をかけるようなら、リタイアも覚悟で参加しました。
長く続くトロッコ軌道を進みます。川が済んでいて朝日が降り注ぎとても気持ちがいいです。トイレも不安で携帯トイレを持って行きましたが使いませんでした。ガイドさんがトイレ事情もキチンと説明してくれます。
いよいよ急な上りが始まります。２時間強歩いた後に足が着いていくのか？でも根性で登ります。その為に筋トレを頑張ってきたのですから。いい登りだったなぁと思った後、ガイドさんから、ここまでは準備体操、ここからが本番です。５分×３セット、休みを入れるので５分は頑張って着いてくるよう言われ、皆必死になって頑張りました。ここさえ乗り切れば、後は見所もたくさんありますし、ゴールには縄文杉が待っています。所々で休憩を挟んで、感動の縄文杉にご対面！あらゆる角度から眺め、写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。
ガイドさんの判断で、昼食を取らずに縄文杉まで向かったので、人気が少ない内に縄文杉に会えました。帰りに水場があるところでお弁当を食べ、暖かい飲み物もご馳走になりました。写真を気が済むまで撮って下さり、縄文杉、屋久杉の説明から屋久島の成り立ち等々ガイドの内容も素晴らしかったです。帰りのトロッコ軌道の頃にはどしゃ降りの雨となってしまいましたが、それもいい思い出です。最高の経験をありがとうございました。ツアーの皆さまもありがとうございました。また屋久島に行ってツアーに参加したいです。
一つだけ…前日に詳しい出発時間の連絡が来る事になっていましたが、夜になっても来ないので、20時過ぎにこちらから連絡しました。ホテルでの食事中もお風呂の後も連絡を待っていたのに、詫びる事もなく出発時間を告げられました。それだけは残念な気持ちです。

I was taken to Shuri Castle, Okinawa World, and Kokusai Street on a 7-hour course. The taxi driver was kind and provided various guidance. They also took photos for me. It started to rain along the way, but they lent me an umbrella, which was a great help. It was the last day of my trip to Okinawa, but I arrived at the airport without delay and was able to return safely. It became a memorable day. Thank you very much!

7時間コースで首里城、おきなわワールド、国際通りに連れて行っていただきました。
タクシーの運転手さんが優しく、色々案内してくださいました。写真も撮っていただきました。
途中から雨が降ってきましたが、傘を貸していただき、大変助かりました。

Overall, I was able to enjoy the trip.

However, the person in front of me on the bus reclined their seat too much, making my own seating space feel cramped the entire time.

It might be difficult to address this, but since we have to stay in the same place for several hours, I hope this can be considered as one of the areas for improvement.

ただ、バス中で前の方が席を倒しすぎて、自分の座るスペースが常に窮屈な思いをした。

是正するのは難しいかもしれませんが、何時間か同じ場所にいなければならないないので、改善点の一つとして参考にしてほしい。

I wanted to visit Takachiho Gorge within my limited schedule, so I joined this tour. The guide provided helpful explanations about the meeting time, which was appreciated. Most participants were from China. I think there were few Japanese participants, but since lunch was served in a style where everyone shared a grill, I felt it would be considerate to arrange for a separate group for Japanese participants in the future, if possible. For those studying languages, I believe this is a great opportunity.

限られた予定の中で高千穂峡行きたいと思い、こちらのツアーに参加しました。インバウンドの中で、ガイドさんも集合時間などは、説明をして頂き助かりました。中国の方が大半です。
日本人の参加は少ないと思いますが、昼食は、一つの網で焼いて食事をとるスタイルでしたので、今後、可能であれば、日本人の方だけでまとめるなどの配慮があったらと感じました。
語学を勉強する方なら、絶好の機会かと感じます。

Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island can all be visited in one day, making it quite efficient. I think it's a good idea to quickly explore and then decide which island you want to relax on during your next visit.

Personally, I recommend renting a bicycle on Taketomi Island (I chose a cart). I think it's more interesting to watch the cart from the outside. I believe it's better to freely explore with a rental bicycle (I chose the cart because I had already cycled around Taketomi Island the day before).

西表島、由布島、さらに竹富島を1日で回れるのでかなり高効率。ざっと回ってゆったりしたい島を決めて次回にそちらでゆったりするのがよいと思います。
竹富島は、個人的にはレンタサイクルがおすすめです（私は牛車にしましたが）。牛車は外から見ている方が面白いと思います。レンタサイクルでいろいろ自由に回るのがよいと思います（私は前日に竹富島でサイクリング済みだったので牛車を選んだのもあります）。

It was my first time participating in a bus tour and visiting Ise Jingu, and it was wonderful. It was crowded due to the holiday, but I was relieved to arrive at Nagoya Station as scheduled on the way back.

There were timely bathroom breaks, and the free time was just right—not too short or too long—making it a comfortable experience. Additionally, the guide and the driver were both very nice, which made for a pleasant journey. It turned out to be the best day. Thank you very much!

バスツアーに参加するのも伊勢神宮も初めてでしたが、とても良かったです。連休で混雑していましたが、帰りは予定通り名古屋駅に着いて安心しました。
タイミングよくトイレ休憩もあるし、自由時間もちょうどよくて時間が足りないことも長過ぎることもなく、快適でした。また、ガイドさんと運転手さんがとても良い方で気持ち良い旅になりました。最高の1日になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

I participated in the tour that departed at 9:30 AM. I thought it might be a bit cooler than Kanazawa, but it turned out to be quite hot and humid that day. The decision to take National Route 304 up to a certain point, anticipating traffic on the highway, was a nice judgment call.

Since there were foreign guests on board, it was great to hear explanations in English during the trip. After arriving in Shirakawa-go, I was surprised that lunch was served so soon, but it was very delicious. The bus stop to the observation deck was also very close to the dining area, and I was able to secure a seat on the last bus of the morning, which was excellent.

Before arriving in Shirakawa-go, the guide shared information about places that don't attract many tourists, but it was a pity that we couldn't go there; however, I would like to try again next time. There was plenty of free time, and the guide was friendly, making it a satisfying tour. I recommend that those participating in the tour during summer bring water, a hat, and, if possible, a parasol. If I have the opportunity, I would like to join again.

9時30分発のツアーに参加しました。金沢より少しは涼しいのかと思いましたが、当日はかなり暑く、蒸し暑い日となりました。高速道路が渋滞するであろうとの予測から途中まで国道304号線を通る判断はナイスジャッジでした。
外国人の方と混乗であった為、道中英語での説明も聴くことができてとても良かったです。
白川郷到着後に直ぐの昼食で、えっもう昼食？と思いましたがとても美味しくいただけ、食事処から展望台行きのバス乗り場へも至近距離で、午前最後のバスの席が確保できとても良かったです。
白川郷到着前にガイドさんより余り観光客が訪れない場所を教えていただけましたが、そこまで行けなかったのは残念でしたが、次回チャレンジしたいと思います。自由時間も充分あり、ガイドさんはフレンドリーで満足できるツアーでした。夏にツアー参加される方は水と帽子、可能であれば日傘をお持ちいただいて参加されることをオススメ致します。機会があれば、また参加したいと思います。

We were guided by a knowledgeable veteran guide, and we enjoyed the scenery from the bus without getting bored. We had plenty of time at our destination, Asahiyama Zoo, so my 4-year-old son and our family of three had a great time.

知識豊富なベテランのガイドさんに案内され、バスの中も退屈することなく車窓を楽しめ、目的地の旭山動物園でもたっぷり時間があったので４歳の息子と家族３人で十分に楽しめました。
