I am a bilingual Japanese person. I participated in the tour because it was conducted in English and Chinese. Even though I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the planned duration of the stay and explore various places. The highlight was that the guide (Christy) provided information in advance and answered questions, which was satisfying. This tour may not be suitable for those who only understand Japanese, but for those studying English, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk with people from different countries and have fun. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers. At Oshino Hakkai, there is spring water from Mount Fuji, so if you bring a plastic bottle, you can fill it up for free.

Cape Kamui on the Shakotan Peninsula was very beautiful. I was able to eat freshly caught sea urchin just as the sea urchin fishing in Shakotan began. I didn't think the seafood bowl was that delicious. I was glad that the weather was favorable.

I planned a trip to Kyoto for my daughter, who couldn't participate in her school trip due to poor health. We wanted to visit many places in two days, including Byodoin, Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji, Rokuharamitsu-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Hokan-ji, and Gion, so we decided to hire a private taxi. It was definitely the right choice. The driver was absolutely fantastic. He acted as our guide and provided detailed explanations, giving us information that we couldn't find in guidebooks. My daughter was very satisfied and enjoyed it even more than her school trip. Although we toured in the extreme heat, the air-conditioned car made for a comfortable journey, and we are grateful for that. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it as we didn't waste precious time. I highly recommend hiring a private taxi.

体調が悪く、修学旅行に参加出来なかった娘の為に京都旅行を計画しました。2日間で平等院、金閣寺、銀閣寺、六波羅蜜寺、清水寺、伏見稲荷大社、法観寺、祇園巡りと欲張り観光したかったので、貸切タクシーをお願いする事にしました。やはり頼んで正解でした。とにかく運転手さんが最高でした。運転手さんがガイド、しかも詳しく説明して下さり、ガイドブックでは知り得ない情報を得る事が出来て、娘も修学旅行よりも楽しめて良かったと大満足でした。連日猛暑の中の観光でしたが、エアコンの効いた車内で快適旅行になり、感謝です。お金は掛かりましたが貴重な時間を無駄にしなかったので良かったです。貸切タクシーお勧めです。

I was looking for a tour that would take me to several major tourist spots since I had no local knowledge and no means of transportation, and I came across this tour.

It seemed to be primarily aimed at foreign tourists, and we were the only Japanese people, but perhaps because the foreign guests were wealthy enough to travel abroad, they were quiet during the journey and had good manners, which made it enjoyable and安心!

However, there was one disappointing thing...

The restaurant we stopped at for lunch also seemed to cater to bus tour guests from overseas, and there were many people from China. Unfortunately, the restrooms were very dirty. More than half of the stalls were broken and out of order. Perhaps because they couldn't flush, used toilet paper was overflowing in the stalls and left unattended. I wonder if they couldn't keep up with the number of guests or if there were just too many customers...

Other than that, I was very satisfied! With lunch included, this price is a great deal!

The guide was also very kind, thank you so much!

I will definitely use this service again when I travel!

主に海外の観光客向けのﾂｱｰのようで日本人は私達だけでしたが、海外旅行ができるような裕福な外国の方だからか、移動中も静かで、ﾏﾅｰもよく、安心して楽しめました！

ただ1つだけ残念なことが…

昼食で立ち寄ったお店も、やはり海外からのﾊﾞｽﾂｱｰ客向けらしく、おそらく中国の方がたくさんいたのですが、ﾄｲﾚが汚いこと汚いこと。
半分以上の個室が壊れていて使用禁止。流せないからか、使用済みのﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが個室に溢れんばかりに捨ててあり、放置してありました。
受け入れ体制が間に合っていないのか、それ以上にお客さんがきてしまっているのか…

それ以外は大満足でした！
昼食もついて、この価格はお得です！

ｶﾞｲﾄﾞｻﾝにも、とても親切にしていただき、本当にありがとうございました！

On the way to Churaumi Aquarium, someone asked, "Have you already purchased your tickets?" and if we hadn't, they would have taken us to a discount ticket sales location, which I appreciated (we had already purchased ours online).

However, there was a moment when we almost hit the car in front of us while stopping at a red light, which was quite nerve-wracking...

Other than that, I was very satisfied. On our way back, my two daughters received cute Hello Kitty stickers. Thank you very much!

ただ、途中赤信号で停止する際、前方の車にぶつかりそうな場面があり、かなり焦りました…

それ以外は大変満足するものでした。
帰り際に娘2人に可愛いキティちゃんのシールもいただきました。

Initially, we thought about exploring on our own, but since we had no familiarity with the area and the local bus service is limited, we decided to rely on this tour. It turned out to be a great decision! During the ride, the bus guide provided detailed explanations of each area, and we enjoyed readings from "Twenty-Four Eyes" (without a script!!) and beautiful songs, so there was never a dull moment. This tour, which covers each spot in about 40-50 minutes, was ideal for us in terms of cost-effectiveness and time efficiency. It might not be suitable for those who want to explore each spot in depth, but I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a general feel for Shodoshima and visit the main attractions. We also received souvenirs, making it a delightful tour.

初めての小豆島を家族三人で参加しました。
当初自分たちだけであちこち行ってみる考えでしたが、土地勘が全くないことと、ローカルバスの本数も限られることから、今回こちらにお世話になることにしました。結果大正解！搭乗中もバスガイドさんが各エリアの詳しい説明をしてくださったり、二十四の瞳の朗読（台本なし！！）や、情緒たっぷりの歌を披露して下さったりして退屈する時間は全くありませんでした。各スポットを40−50分程度の駆け足で回るこちらのツアーは、私たちにとってコスパ良しタイパ良しの理想ツアーでした。各スポットをじっくりと見てまわりたい方には不向きかもしれませんが、とりあえず小豆島の雰囲気と王道スポットをざっくり見て回ってみたいという方にはおすすめです。お土産もいただき嬉しいツアーでした。

During the trekking, I experienced all kinds of weather (including a thunderstorm!) and was able to meet Jomon Sugi safely. The size is overwhelming in a way that photos and videos can't convey! Although my body was exhausted, it was a day filled with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. I had a wonderful trekking experience, bonding with the guide and the other participants while supporting each other. The guide's explanations at key points added even more satisfaction to the trek. I was grateful for the shuttle service to the accommodation and the direct bus to the trailhead!

トレッキング中、すべての天気を体験しながら（雷のどしゃぶりまで！）無事に縄文杉に会うことが出来ました☆写真や映像では分からない体験的に感じる大きさ！に圧倒されながら、身体はしんどかったけれども何とも言えぬ充実感で一杯の一日でした。ガイドさんもご一緒したツアーの皆様とも仲良く労り合いながら素敵なトレッキングが出来ました。ガイドさんの要所要所の説明はトレッキングに更なる満足感を与えてくれます。宿までの送迎と登山口までそのままのバスで行けるのはありがたかったです！

I was worried since I made the reservation from Kyushu. On the day of the tour, I was surprised by everyone’s punctuality, arriving 15 minutes early. I tend to be a bit early myself, but when I went to check in, I was almost at the end of the line. However, thanks to that, both the departure and return times were early, and I was very satisfied.

The tour guide's explanations were enjoyable, and I took thorough notes to fully appreciate Shirakawa-go. My favorite café was closed. The guide was fluent in English, which made foreign guests feel at ease. It seemed they were very considerate even for solo travelers, especially regarding lunch seating.

The lunch was delicious, and the driver was safe. It was a very enjoyable trip to Shirakawa-go. Thank you very much.

私も大概気が早いですが、受付開始に行くとほぼ最後のほうでしたね。でもおかげさまで、出発時間も帰りの時間も早くて、とても満足でした。
ツアーガイドさんの説明が楽しくて、しっかりメモして白川郷を堪能しました。お気に入りの喫茶店は、お休みでした。英語も堪能で外国人の方も安心でした。一人旅でもすごく気を遣っていただけるみたいでした。昼食の席など。
昼ごはんも美味しかったです。運転手さんも安全運転でした。

I was able to meet a sea turtle this time! After entering the sea and receiving a brief lecture, we set off right away. I was able to see the sea turtle sooner than I expected (about 15 minutes after entering the water). It seemed to be accustomed to humans, allowing us to observe it slowly. It even came closer when we approached. Our guide, Kometchi, was lively and friendly, which was great. I was a bit anxious because I had experienced seasickness while snorkeling before, but he reassured me, saying, "Don't worry. If it seems like you're not okay, I'll take you back to land." 海に入り簡単なレクチャーを受けてすぐに出発。思っていたよりはすぐにウミガメに会えました(海に入り15分位)。人間に慣れているのかゆっくり見られます。近付いても来てくれます。担当のコメッチさんは元気で気さくな配慮のある人で良かったです。私はシュノーケリングで海酔いした経験もあるので不安でしたが「大丈夫。ダメそうだったら途中で陸まで送り届けます」と言ってくれて出発。ウミガメに会えたので予定の半分位の時間で私だけ引き返させてもらいました。陸まで送り届けてもらい「お子さん、ちゃんと見ますね」と言ってくれ、とてもありがたかったです。親切な対応でとても良い思い出になりました。
(今回は新城海岸の朝市のツアーでしたが駐車場がとても混んでいます。私は朝市なので停められましたが。早目の行動が必須です。)

Kuroda-san, our guide, was amazing! I appreciated that there was no pressure from the guide and that we were allowed to explore independently. I think it must have been challenging to engage with such a diverse group of international tourists. They also pointed out great photo spots. Thank you very much!

One downside was that while I learned a lot about the charm of Shirakawa-go, I felt a bit lost regarding the spots in Takayama. If possible, since this is not a place we can visit multiple times as tourists, I would appreciate advice on the following:
1. Must-see places (locations, food, history) for this tour
2. Places (locations, food, history) to visit next time, even if we couldn't go this time
3. Photo spots

I would love to join you again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Thank you for joining our tour. The weather was surprisingly cool, and there was a brief moment of rain, but overall it was a comfortable day. I believe you were able to take many memorable photos in Shirakawa-go. I don't know everything about Shirakawa-go; there are still parts I am unfamiliar with. I'm just sharing my favorite spots and personal recommendations. Conversely, I've learned quite a bit from tourists as well.

We participated as a family of four, including a fifth-grade boy and a third-grade girl.
We saw turtles! They were munching on seaweed up close and coming up to the surface for air!
We also got to see many beautiful fish! There were clownfish, and they were so cute!
The guide was a kind young man who explained everything clearly and thoroughly about the sea turtles, corals, and Miyako Island, and he was very considerate towards the children, making the time spent outside of snorkeling very enjoyable as well.
I think even those who aren't used to swimming will be fine in the shallow waters. For those who still feel unsure, the guide reassured us by saying, "I'll pull you with a float!"
Also, during snorkeling, my daughter complained about her head and eyes hurting from the unfamiliar goggles, but the guide kindly adjusted them and gently encouraged her to take it easy, which helped her persevere until the end.

We were honestly surprised by how many photos of the turtles, corals, and fish we received. They were all beautifully taken!
I usually don't write reviews, but I hope this can serve as a reference for others considering snorkeling.
The guides were so great that I felt comfortable leaving everything in their hands!
Our whole family was very satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory!

小5年男子、小3女子含む4人家族で参加させて頂きました。
カメさんいました！間近で海藻バクバク食べてたし、息するのに海面から顔出して息継ぎするし！！
たくさんのキレイな魚も見れました！クマノミもいてかわいかったです！
ガイドの方は優しいお兄さんで、ウミガメのことはもちろん珊瑚のこと、宮古島のことなど終始わかりやすく丁寧に説明してくださり、子供達にも優しく気遣ってくれてシュノーケル以外の時間もとても楽しく過ごすことができました。
思ってたより浅瀬で泳ぎになれない方でも大丈夫かと思います。それでも自信ない方はガイドの方が「浮き輪で引っ張りますよー」って声かけてくださるので安心ですよ！
また、シュノーケル途中でうちの娘が慣れないゴーグルで頭が痛い、目が痛いなど訴えてしまいましたが、ガイドの方が丁寧に調整してくれたり「無理しないで」と優しく声掛け接してくれたおかげで娘も最後までがんばれました。

写真もウミガメとの写真、珊瑚や魚たちの写真をすごくたくさん送っていただき正直驚きました。もちろんキレイに写ってます！
普段は体験談など書かないのですが、、シュノーケル考えている他の方への参考になればと思います。
それに書きたくなるぐらいとても良い感じの兄さん達なので安心して任せられます！
家族全員とても満足で、とてもいい思い出となりました！！

Lake Toya was mediocre, but everything else was good. Especially Lake Shikotsu. It was beautiful. I do not recommend the bear ranch.

I felt that about half of the visitors were foreigners, particularly from China, and I think the guide was also from China. It felt a bit strange to be guided by someone from China, but they explained everything properly in Japanese, Chinese, and English, so there were no issues. The Chinese visitors were not noisy, and I was able to rest soundly on the bus between tourist spots.

洞爺湖はイマイチですが、その他は良かったです。特に支笏湖。綺麗でした。クマ牧場はオススメしません。
利用客には外国の方、特に中国の方が半分くらいだと感じましたし、ガイドさんも中国出身の方と思います。中国の方にガイドされるのも変な感じですが、きちんと日本語、中国語、英語で説明してくださり不都合は無かったです。中国の方々も煩くなく、観光スポット間のバス中はぐっすり休めました。
