On the day of the activity, due to reports of rough seas near the Blue Cave, we opted for canoeing and beach snorkeling, both of which turned out to be wonderful experiences. The guides shared their knowledge about the location and the marine life, which made it even more enjoyable. They also checked on our well-being closely, and when there were concerns about swimming, they helped us with floaties, allowing us to have a carefree time.

Personally, I was particularly enchanted by the adorable clownfish and the shaded spots during the mangrove canoeing, which left a lasting impression on me. If anyone is hesitating, I highly recommend giving it a try!

当日は青の洞窟付近の海が荒れているとの情報により、カヌー&ビーチシュノーケリングとなりましたが、どちらも素敵な体験ができました。
場所や生き物の知識を教えてくださるので、より楽しめました。
また、細かく体調の確認をしてくださったり、泳ぎの心配がある時は浮き輪で引っ張っていただいたりなど、何不自由なく楽しむことができました。

個人的には、可愛いハマクマノミと、マングローブカヌーでの日陰ポイントがとても素敵で記憶に残りました。
迷っている方がいらしたら、是非体験してみてほしいです。

This experience turned out to be a very enjoyable trip.

In particular, the snorkeling in the sea was so much fun that I didn't have enough time. The crystal-clear water was filled with so many fish that I couldn't even count them, and I really felt connected to nature.

Also, the guides who led the tour were very kind, which made me feel safe participating! They were especially gentle with the children who were not good at swimming, and I felt their warmth.

とくにシュノーケリングの海は時間が足りないほど楽しかったです。
真透明な海に見つけきれないほどたくさんの魚が泳いでおり、とても自然を感じることができました。

また、ツアーを先導いただいたお兄さんお姉さん達はとても性格の良い方で、安心して参加することができました！
一緒に参加していた泳ぎが苦手な子供にもこれでもかと思うほど優しく接しておられ、温かさを感じました。

I used the service on the day I traveled from Chubu to Naha city. With a lot of luggage and children, having a hire car that allowed us to move freely without being restricted by location or time was very convenient. It was also reassuring that it came with a child seat. The driver was calm and kind.

After being picked up from the hotel, I was taken to a delicious Okinawa soba restaurant for an early lunch. After that, we went to the Churaumi Aquarium. On the way back, we stopped by a supermarket and were dropped off at our hotel in Naha. I really appreciated not having to worry about my child being fussy and not having to drive myself while feeling tired.

中部から那覇市内への移動日に利用させていただきました。
荷物も多く子供もいたので、場所や時間に囚われず自由に回れるハイヤーは大変便利でした。また、チャイルドシート付きだったのも安心できてよかったです。
運転手の方も穏やかで親切でした。
ホテルに迎えに来てもらってから少し早めのお昼に沖縄そばの美味しいお店を教えてもらい、そこに行きました。その後、美ら海水族館へ。帰りにスーパーマーケットなど寄り道してもらいながら那覇のホテルに送ってもらいました。
子供がぐずっても気にしなくてよいことや、疲れている中で自分で運転しなくてよいことなど、利用して本当によかったと思いました。

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to experience the water buffalo and see the mangroves! It ended in the early afternoon, so even though it was the last day, I was able to enjoy it until the very end! The mangrove tour was fun, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand, allowing us to see various plants. We crossed to Yubu Island by water buffalo, where we could touch them and take photos! We even got to hear folk songs sung by the water buffalo, which created a fantastic atmosphere. Visiting Iriomote Island and Yubu Island made this tour really great! Since it was sunny, I was able to take lots of beautiful photos.

水牛体験とマングローブが見たくてこのツアーを申し込みました！お昼過ぎに終わるので最終日だったのですが最後の最後まで遊べて充実できました！マングローブツアーはガイドの方の説明がわかりやすくいろんな植物が見れた楽しかったです。由布島まで水牛で渡り触って写真も撮れました！水牛の中で民謡を歌ってもらい雰囲気も最高でした。西表島と由布島に行けてこのツアーはすごくよかったです！
晴れてたので素敵な写真もいっぱい撮れました。

On the last day of my two-night, three-day trip to Ishigaki, I chose a morning-only plan. We saw the mangroves from the boat, and it was very mystical. The guide explained everything clearly, which made it easy to understand. The boat was designed so that we could see the mangroves up close from both sides, making for a beautiful view.

On the way to Yubu, we rode on a water buffalo cart. On the way there, a young lady played the shamisen and sang, which really gave us a taste of Okinawa. The buffalo was also adorable. It was great that we could take free photos with the water buffalo at Yubu.

It was a quick half-day, so I thought I would like to do a full day of sightseeing next time. It was a truly wonderful experience!

石垣旅行二泊三日の最終日に行きました！！
午前のみのプランを選びました。船からマングローブを見たのですが、とても神秘的でした。ガイドさんが一つ一つ説明してくれてわかりやすかったです。船も両方の座席からマングローブが近くで見れるようにしてくれていたので綺麗に見えました。
由布に向かう際、水牛車に乗りました。行きはお姉さんが三味線を弾き語りしてくれて、沖縄感を感じさせられました。牛も可愛かったです。由布で無料で水牛と写真が撮れるところも良かったです。
あっという間の半日だったので、次回は一日中観光したいと思いました。
とても素敵な体験ができました！！

In about an hour, you can receive a local guide that includes the history and geography centered around the buildings along the route. Since there are no stops at photo points, those who want to take pictures might be disappointed. It started to rain along the way, and the canopy was put up, blocking the view above, but since it was after Abeno Harukas, it didn't have much impact overall. I was able to see the manual setup of the canopy, so it might have been a nice experience.

１時間で概ね、沿道の建物を中心に歴史や地形なども含め、地域のガイドを受けられます
撮影ポイントなどで停車するわけではないので、写真を撮りたいと思っている方には、不満かもしれません
途中で雨になり、天井に幌がかかり、上空の展望が望めなくなりましたが、あべのハルカス以降であったので、とりあえず、ほぼ影響なしで終えることが出来ました
手動で幌をかけるところを見れましたので、いい体験だったかもしれません

It was a cloudy day, but by reading the flow of the clouds, I was able to capture some very beautiful photos.

I was anxious about what to see in Kyoto for the first time, but from the pickup, I appreciated the concern for traffic and the meeting place, and the guidance around Kyoto was excellent! I will definitely use this service again next time.

I am Japanese, and my husband is American, and we participated in this tour. Our guide, Ichiro, was very knowledgeable about history and fluent in English, so we both made wonderful memories. I personally learned a lot as well. I think the attentive service, which happily accommodated various requests, was truly excellent.

Visit to ANA Blue Base after a year
Having wrapped up my work for August, I used my points from VELTRA to visit ANA Blue Base for the first time in about a year.
I had a lovely conversation with a wonderful flight attendant. Both of them were bright like ANA's symbol flower, the sunflower.

8月度のお仕事もひと段落ついたので、VELTRAでのポイントを利用して約一年ぶりにANA Blue Baseを訪問し見学をしてきました。
素敵なCAさんと色々なお話をさせていただきました。二人ともANAのシンボルフラワーである“ひまわり”のように明るいCAさんです。

I encountered four sea turtles and enjoyed the breathtaking views in the clear, beautiful ocean. The support from the instructor was excellent, making it a safe and enjoyable experience for beginners and those who are not very good at swimming. They also shared interesting facts about sea turtles and coral, making it a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

4匹のウミガメに出会え、透明度の高いキレイな海での絶景を楽しみました。インストラクターのお兄さんのサポートも手厚く、初めての方・泳ぎがあまり得意ではない方でも安心して、楽しむことができると思います。ウミガメやサンゴに関する豆知識も教えてくれて、とても素晴らしい体験でした。おすすめです！

We gathered on-site and took several photos in recommended poses and our favorite poses. The staff's hospitality and the atmosphere they created were also great.

Going into the jungle with just a flashlight was incredibly thrilling, and the kids were really excited. We were able to see coconut crabs and various other creatures, and each one was explained clearly, which made it easy to understand. I was very moved to see stars that you can't see in the city.

ジャングルの中に懐中電灯一つで行くのはすごくスリルがあって子供らがすごくよろくんでいました。
ヤシガニも見れていろんな生き物がいてその一つ一つ説明してくれて分かりやすかったです。
都会では見れない星が見れてとても感動しました。

I saw photos from a friend's trip to Okinawa and thought they were amazing. This time, I traveled to Miyako Island, and despite making a same-day reservation, I was grateful for the courteous service I received. I was able to create wonderful, memorable photos, and I am very satisfied!

I really wanted to visit Takachiho Gorge within my limited schedule, so I joined this tour. I was initially filled with anxiety as I was the only one among the inbound travelers, but the guide was kind and always considerate, allowing me to enjoy the tour without feeling isolated. The explanations of the sightseeing spots were also very well done and easy to understand. I definitely want to join this guide's tour again when I come to Fukuoka. However, one thing I found a bit unclear was the location for purchasing souvenirs; it would have been better if it had been noted in the itinerary.

限られた日程で、どうしても高千穂峡に行きたい！とこちらのツアーに参加しました。インバウンドの方達の中にポツンと1人だけで、最初は不安でいっぱいだったのですが、ガイドさんが親切で常に気遣ってくれたので、疎外感を感じることなくツアーを楽しむ事が出来ました。また、観光名所の説明もとても上手で分かり易かったです。また福岡に来た時は是非、今回のガイドさんのツアーに参加したいと思いました。ただひとつだけ、お土産を購入できる場所が口頭では分かりづらかったので、日程表に記載があればもっと良かったと思います。

帰りの港までのバス便は現地でしっかり確認が必要です。
突然のスコールに備えて雨具は準備しておいた方がいいです。

We participated as a family. Around the Wilson stump, my mother decided that it would be tough to continue all the way to Jomon Sugi, so we suggested that she wait there while the rest of us either went to Jomon Sugi, turned back the same way, or climbed a little to the nature observation course and returned to the Wilson stump.

We decided to go to the nature observation course together, and there we were able to see many magnificent Yakusugi trees. Even though we didn't make it to Jomon Sugi, it was great that my mother could see the impressive Yakusugi trees as well.

During the journey, we talked about various things, which helped distract my mother, and she was very grateful for that. Thank you very much.

家族で参加させていただきました。
ウィルソン株を過ぎたあたりで母はこのまま縄文杉まで行くのは厳しいという判断になり、このままここで待っててもらい、残りの人で縄文杉まで行くか、みんなで同じ道を引き返すか、少しだけ登って自然観察コースへ行ってウィルソン株へ戻るかという選択肢を提案していただきました。
みんなで自然観察コースへ行くことにしましたがそこでたくさんの立派な屋久杉を見ることができました。縄文杉まで行かなくても母も一緒に立派な屋久杉を見られてよかったです。
道中も色々な話をしてくださり、母は気が紛れてとてもありがたかったそうです。

The staff in charge of the guidance (public relations) are current flight attendants, so their support and consideration were top-notch. I believe both aviation enthusiasts and those who aren't as interested can have a great time. It was a tour that makes you want to go again!!

I apologize for the inconvenience caused when my partner made a mistake with the meeting time during the time-sensitive tour around the many attractions near Mount Aso in Kyushu. Wendy, the crew member, and the driver were very kind to us. I am grateful for that. The other tour participants were warm-hearted, making it a very enjoyable trip. Wendy personally spoke to me in Japanese after explaining everything in Chinese on the bus. She is a kind, attentive, and personable tour guide, and I would recommend her 100% to others.

九州阿蘇山の周辺の沢山の名所を、一日で回る、時間厳守のツアーの中、うちのパートナーが待ち合わせ時間を間違えてしまいご迷惑をおかけしました。乗務員のウェンディさんと運転手さんから、とても良くしていただきました。感謝しています。一緒になったツアーのお客様たちに暖かい人が多くて、とても楽しい旅になりました。ウェンディさんは、一人だけバスの中で日本人の私にも、全てのガイドを中国語で説明した後に、個人的に話してくださいました。親切で丁寧で人情のあるツアーガイドで、他の方にも100%お勧めします

まず最初に、ツアーガイドを見つけることができたのは出発の10分前で、遅いと思います。次に、バスの中で強い匂いの食べ物を食べないように、ツアーグループ全体に警告してください！匂いに敏感な人もいます。

ツアー自体はまあまあでした。同じ目的地に戻る場合は、別のツアー会社を探すと思います。

First off, I couldn't locate the tour guide until 10min prior which I think is late. Second, please warn the entire tour group not to consume strong odor food in the bus! Some people are sensitive to smell.

The tour itself was meh. If I go back to the same destination I'd look for a different tour agency.

I made a reservation and participated a week ago. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many other participants, and I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace.

The walking time on Yufu Island was about an hour, with no elevation changes, which was just right. I participated with my husband, who is not good at group activities, but the guides on the boat, the bus, and the water buffalo were all very skilled at storytelling, so we were never bored and had a great time.

On the day we participated, the ferry from Ishigaki to Iriomote Island offered an upgrade for 500 yen, allowing us to enjoy the view from the second floor and see the crew operating the vessel, which was very satisfying.

Next time I come, I would like to participate in other tours as well.

一週間前に予約して参加しました。平日でしたので他の参加者の方も多くなくゆったり楽しめました。
歩くのは由布島の自由時間1時間程度で、高低差もなくちょうど良かったです。
集団での行動が苦手な旦那と参加していましたが、船のガイドさんやバスのガイドさん、水牛のガイドさん皆さんお話が上手で全く飽きることなく楽しめました。

私たちの参加した日は、石垣〜西表島の船が500円で席をグレードアップできるタイプで、2階からの景色や操縦しているクルーの方を見ることもできとても満足です。

次回来た際は他のツアーにも参加してみたいと思います。

The tour guide's stories were really great! We were able to see more than five coconut crabs, including baby coconut crabs! The starry sky was beautiful, with the Milky Way and the stars of Orihime and Hikoboshi visible. We also saw many other creatures, so I was very satisfied! They take you to spots that are not easy to reach. However, the tour itself takes about three hours, so I recommend it for those who have the time. It mentions wearing long sleeves and long pants, but in September it can be hot, so I suggest just wearing long pants. The tour was a lot of fun, so I would like to try a different tour when I come back to Ishigaki Island.

ツアーガイドのお兄さんのお話がとても 良かったです！
ヤシガニは５匹以上 、赤ちゃんヤシガニまで見れたり！星空は天の川や 織姫と彦星が見れたりしました。他にも沢山の生物を見れたりと 大満足です！
なかなか行けない スポットに連れていってくれます！
ただ ツアー自体３時間はかかりますので、お時間がある方にオススメです。
長袖長ズボンと記載されてますが9月だと暑いので 長ズボンだけにするなどしてはしい。
ツアーはすごく楽しかったので また石垣島に来たら違うツアーにも行ってみたいです。

On my first trip to Hokkaido, I participated in day trip bus tours to Showa Shinzan, Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and more. Hokkaido is vast, and I was worried about driving myself and the time it would take, but by joining the tour, I was able to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots without the stress of driving.

初めての北海道旅行、昭和新山、洞爺湖、支笏湖、他の日帰りバスツアーに参加させてもらいました。広い北海道、自分達の運転では不安もあり時間もかかりそうだったのですが、ツアーに参加することで、運転で神経を使うことなく効率よく観光地を回ることができました。

The bus tour of Iriomote Island and the mangrove cruise allow you to see plants that you wouldn't normally encounter, and the guides provide a lot of explanations about the plants and the animals that inhabit the area, making it very educational.

On Yufu Island, I was able to see water buffalo in the pond and there were places to take photos with them, which was a lot of fun.

Traveling by water buffalo cart is soothing with its leisurely pace.

Due to the schedule, lunch is a bit early, but the bento is delicious, making this a highly recommended tour.

バスでの西表島観光、マングローブ遊覧は普段見ることが出来ない植物を見ることができ、植物のことや生息している動物のことをいろいろ説明してくださるのでとても勉強になります。
由布島では池に入っている水牛を見れたり、水牛と一緒に写真撮影が出来る場所があり楽しむことが出来ました。
水牛車での移動はゆったりとしたペースに癒されます。
スケジュールの関係でお昼が少しだけ早めですがお弁当も美味しくてとてもおすすめのツアーです。

There were 9 participants in the tour, and surprisingly, many people joined alone. Originally, we were supposed to just view Futamigaura from the car, but since we had a little extra time, we were able to get out of the car for 5 minutes to take a look!

Additionally, thanks to the driver's suggestion, we changed our lunch location to Akua, allowing us to have an early lunch after the boat tour and then walk to Totoro's Forest for sightseeing.

We were able to efficiently explore Itoshima, making it a wonderful trip. It seems there are other tours available, so next time I come, I will join a different tour!

ツアー参加人数が9人で、意外と1人で参加されている方が多かったです。
本来、車窓での観光であった二見ヶ浦では、少し時間があったため5分間だけ車から降りて見ることができました!
また、運転手さんの提案でお昼ごはんも芥屋へ変更したため、遊覧船後に早めに昼食を食べて歩いてトトロの森へ観光出来ました。

効率よく糸島を観光できたため、とても素敵な旅行になりました。
他にもツアーがあるみたいなので、次に来たときは別のツアーに参加します!

The first half was a thrilling tour where we moved forward in the dark with our lights on. After being guided through various wonderful local creatures like giant coconut crabs, sea snakes, crabs, and frogs, we were able to see a stunning starry sky and the Milky Way in the second half. I was moved to have photos taken with the starry sky as a backdrop. I also appreciated the guide's spirit of service. It was absolutely fantastic. If I come to Miyako Island again, I plan to use this service once more. Thank you very much.

前半は暗闇の中でライトを照らしてドキドキしながら進むツアーでした。巨大ヤシガニや海蛇、カニ、カエルなどのさまざまな素敵な現地の生物を案内していただいたあと、後半は満点の最高の星空や天の川を見ることができました。星空をバックの写真も撮ってもらえて感動しました。ガイドさんのサービス精神もありがたかったです。めちゃくちゃ良かったです。宮古島に来ることがあれば、また利用するつもりです。ありがとうございました。

This was the best experience of my trip!!

We participated in a luxurious SUP and snorkeling tour with five people because we wanted to fully enjoy marine activities in Miyako Island.

I hadn't been in the ocean for several years and was anxious about marine activities, but the staff were very supportive, and everyone ended up loving the sea.

<SUP>
We received thorough instructions in the beautiful sea, and everyone was able to enjoy it without falling in. We also took a lot of stunning photos.

<Snorkeling>
Some members had difficulty breathing through their mouths, but with appropriate breaks and careful instructions, we were able to enjoy it. The staff worked hard to find sea turtles, and we were able to encounter them that day!!

<Overall>
The staff treated us kindly with just the right level of warmth, making it a very good tour. When I asked for recommendations for lunch, they told us about a really delicious place. I would like to participate in another tour next time.

今回の旅で一番最高な経験でした！！

宮古島でマリンアクティビティを思いっきり楽しみたいということで、豪華なSUP+シュノーケリングツアーに5名で参加しました。

数年海に入っておらず、マリンアクティビティが不安でしたが、スタッフの皆さんの対応が手厚くみんな海が大好きになりました。

口呼吸が苦手なメンバーもいたのですが、適度な休憩時間や丁寧なレクチャーで楽しめました。
スタッフさんが一生懸命ウミガメを探していただき、当日出会えることができました！！

スタッフさんが、適度な温度感で優しく接してくれて非常に良いツアーでした。おすすめのお昼ご飯を聞いたらすごく美味しいところを教えてくださいました。今度また別のツアーに参加したいと思います。

In the morning, we had a snorkeling experience at Balas Island where we encountered a sea turtle swimming close to us—a truly precious experience! In the afternoon, we canoed through the mangroves and tropical plants, culminating in canyoning at the waterfall. Every moment was extraordinary and unforgettable. Additionally, Kengo's guide about Iriomote Island was very interesting, making the travel time enjoyable. Thanks to this, our long-awaited Iriomote Island tour turned out to be amazing.

午前のバラス島でのシュノーケリングでは、浅瀬でウミガメに遭遇、自分達の近くをウミガメが泳ぐ‼️といった貴重な体験を。午後はマングローブ、南国の植物たちの間をカヌーで進み、ゴールの滝までキャニオニング。どこを切り取っても非日常で忘れられない体験ができました。そのうえケンゴさんの西表島に関するガイドがとても興味深く…移動時間も楽しく過ごせました。おかげさまで念願の西表島ツアーが最高なものとなりました。

All the spots were great, but I was surprised that there were hardly any Japanese people. While the necessary information like the schedule was explained in Japanese, the descriptions of the spots were mostly in Chinese. Even though I was sightseeing in Japan, it felt like I was traveling abroad.

スポットはどこも良かったが、日本人がほとんどいなかったのでびっくりしました。スケジュールなど必要なことは日本語で説明がありましたが、スポットの説明は基本的に中国語などでした。日本で観光しているのに、海外旅行気分になりました。
