Thanks to our guide's attentiveness, we were able to take a lot of photos and enjoy a pleasant climb. However, while the group members were nice, the age differences led to a rather leisurely pace, which was a bit disappointing. (Since I don't usually hike, this might be due to the pre-trip categorization.) There were fewer detours compared to other groups, and sometimes those with more stamina were placed at the back, making it hard to hear the explanations. I think it would have been better to be with others in their 20s. That said, it was definitely better than struggling and feeling rushed while climbing, and I believe we were able to conserve our energy for sightseeing.

ガイドさんが色々と気にかけてくださったおかげで、写真もたくさん撮れ、気持ちよく登ることができました。
ただ、グループのメンバーが人柄は良かったのですが、年齢層が異なりかなりゆったり目の登山となってしまったのが少し残念でした。
(普段登山をしないので、事前申告での振り分けかもしれません。)
他のグループよりも寄り道が少なかったり、体力がある人が後ろに回されるので解説が聞こえないこともあったため、同じ20代同士が良かったなと思いました。
辛い思いをして焦りながら登るよりはずっといいですし、観光に体力を回せたと考えます。

I was anxious about whether I could reach Jomon Sugi, but with breaks and various explanations along the way, I was able to enjoy the walk and take many photos. The long and challenging trolley path with similar scenery was tough, but the knowledgeable guide's stories were interesting, which kept me engaged. Thanks to the guidance, I learned a lot about not only Jomon Sugi but also other attractions of Yakushima.

I researched appropriate hiking attire and wore clothes that were easy to move in and breathable. Since I would be sweating and needed stamina, I was glad I did my research beforehand. The weather changed frequently, with rain coming and going, so the rented hiking boots, raincoat, and backpack with a cover were very helpful.

After arriving in Yakushima, both the person delivering the rental items and the guide provided detailed explanations over the phone about the schedule and what to bring, which allowed me to spend two days in Yakushima with peace of mind.

縄文杉までたどり着けるか不安でしたが、休憩を挟んだり、色々な説明をしたりして進んでくださり、写真を沢山撮ってくださったりして、楽しく歩ききることができました。似たような景色が続くトロッコ道がとても長く大変でしたが、知識豊富なガイドさんの話が面白く、飽きずに歩くことができました。案内していただいたことで、縄文杉だけで無く、その他の屋久島の魅力をたくさん知ることができたので良かったです。
服装は登山の服装を調べ、動きやすく通気性の良い服装で行きました。汗をかくのと、体力が必要なので、調べてから行って良かったです。天気がよく変わって雨も降ったり止んだりしていたので、レンタルした登山靴やレインコート、カバー付きのリュックが役に立ちました。
屋久島に着いてから、レンタル品を届けてくださる方もガイドの方も、日時や持ち物などの詳細を電話で丁寧に説明してくださったので、2日間安心して屋久島で過ごすことができました。

I participated alone, but I was seated at the very front of the bus, next to an empty seat, which was comfortable. I think the tour was a fulfilling and perfect half-day course. It started with a visit to Hokkaido Shrine, enjoyed the stunning views at Okurayama Observatory, had snacks at Shiroi Koibito Park while strolling through the cute park with a rose garden, and finally enjoyed a seafood bowl at the outer market. It was a very satisfying tour. Thank you very much.

1人での参加でしたが、バスは1番前で、隣が居ない席で快適でした。
ツアー内容は半日コースで充実した完璧なコースだったと思います。
北海道神社の参拝から始まり、大倉山展望台での絶景を堪能、白い恋人パークでオヤツを食べながら、薔薇園もある可愛い公園を散歩して、最後は場外市場で海鮮丼をいただき、大満足のツアーでした。

The weather was great, and the bus guide was very attentive and made the tour in Yoichi a lot of fun. I truly enjoyed my day. I strongly want to participate in another tour!

I would like to highlight the driver, who was friendly and kind, and I would recommend him to my friends. I think the places to visit were limited due to the rain, but as a guide, he skillfully adjusted the schedule while taking us to various sightseeing spots, making the day enjoyable with interesting explanations. I definitely want to request him again next time.

特筆すべきは感じが良く親切で友人にもすすめたいドライバーさんでした。
雨天で観光出来る場所も限られていたと思いますが、ガイドさんとしても、上手に時間を調整しながら観光地を回り、その都興味深い説明で一日を楽しく過ごせました。

I used this service for the first time. I thought they would just take us to the tourist spots, but the driver also got out of the car and provided various explanations. They made my trip to Kanazawa very fulfilling. Thank you very much. Especially since it was summer, it was great to be able to tour the sights comfortably in the cool weather.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my late arrival. I was worried about being late and forgot which tourist spots I requested, and I’m sorry for the trouble I caused the driver. I appreciate that the time allocation for the places I wanted to visit was good. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't much explanation, and compared to other regional sightseeing taxis, I didn't feel very satisfied. Since it was the children's first time in Okinawa, I hoped to hear stories about the museums we visited from a local perspective.

到着が遅くなってご迷惑をおかけしました。遅くなった事が気になって、何処の観光をお願いしたか忘れて、運転手さんにはご迷惑をおかけして
申し訳ありません。ほぼ希望する場所の時間配分も良かったと感謝しています。ただ、あまり説明がなくて、他の地域の観光タクシーに比較すると、満足感が得られなかったのが残念です。
子供たちにとっては、初めての沖縄だったので、訪れた資料館の話しなど、地元の人ならではのお話しが聴けたらと思いました。

Since we were with small children, we chose this tour because the travel time was not too long, and there were breaks, allowing us to spend a good amount of time at the zoo. Aside from the meeting point being a bit hard to find, it was a very good tour. The guide's explanations during the trip were very clear, and the driving was very careful. As mentioned, we were able to relax at the zoo, which made our family very satisfied. Although this isn't about the content of the tour itself, I did notice that the café space at the ranch on the way back was not very large, and some participants had to eat their gelato standing up. Additionally, there were participants who did not adhere to the meeting time, which was a bit concerning.

小さい子供連れだったため、それほど移動時間が長くなく休憩時間も設定され、かつ動物園で長く過ごせるこちらのツアーを選びました。
集合場所が少しわかりずらかった点を除けばとても良いツアーでした。
道中でのガイドの方の説明はとても分かりやすく、また運転もとても丁寧でした。
上記のとおり動物園でゆっくり過ごせたため、家族の満足度も高かったです。
ツアーの中身自体の話ではないですが、帰路の牧場のカフェスペースが大きくなく、立ったままジェラートを食べざるを得なかったツアー参加者がいたことと、ツアー参加者の中で集合時間を守らなかった方が居た点は気になりました。

I made a reservation for my mother, and she participated in the tour. Although she has visited the area several times, she said it was great to explore efficiently with the tour. The water buffalo cart ride to Yufujima seemed particularly special. She also mentioned that it was nice to relax on the island. There were various customers, from young people to regulars.

母のために予約し母がツアー参加しました。
母自体は何度か訪れたことがある地ですが、ツアーで効率的に回れてよかったと申しておりました。水牛車で渡る由布島は格別のようです。島でゆっくりできたのもよかったといっていました。お客さんは若い人から恒例の人まで様々だったということです。

The glass-bottom boat had murky water due to the typhoon, so I couldn't see the beautiful sea as I had imagined. However, I was able to see various fish because they fed them.

On the water buffalo cart, I was able to hear various explanations about Taketomi Island. There was an introduction to a charming ice cream shop on the street, but I didn't have time to go, and there were also introductions to various shisa statues, but we moved quickly on the water buffalo cart, so I couldn't take my time to enjoy them. If you have the energy, I think it would have been nice to choose a free plan and enjoy searching for shisa on a bicycle, eating ice cream, or watching the running water buffalo cart.

ガラスボートは台風後だったため水中に濁りがあり、イメージしてたほどキレイな海を観ることは出来ませんでした。でも、魚に餌をあげてくれることでいろいろな魚を観ることができました。
水牛車では竹富島のいろいろな説明を聞くことができました。ただ、通りの魅力的なアイス屋さんの紹介がありましたが行く時間がなく、また、いろいろなシーサーの紹介などもありましたが、水牛車でどんどん進むためゆっくり観ることができませんでした。体力があるならフリープランにして自転車でシーサー探しをしたり、アイスを食べたり、走ってる水牛車を観るなどして楽しむのもアリだったかなと思いました。

Since I didn't have a car, I joined this tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium. The announcements on the bus were also good. Additionally, there were some places included in the tour that I wasn't very interested in, but I was satisfied overall.

車がない為、美ら海水族館に行く手立てが無くこのツアーに参加させて頂きました。バスの中のアナウンスも良かったです。その他、あまり興味のない場所もツアーに含まれていましたが満足でした。

The staff were very friendly and we had a great atmosphere for snorkeling as a group. Although the sea was a bit murky that day, we were able to see sea turtles, which made for a wonderful experience. I also appreciated how they took many creative photos for us. On our way back, they recommended some great spots and restaurants in Miyako Island, which was very helpful. ✨

スタッフの方も凄く気さくに話してくれて、グループで雰囲気良くシュノーケリングを体験出来ました。
その日は海が少し濁っていましたが、ウミガメにも会えて素敵な経験になりました
また、写真も沢山工夫して撮って下さるのも素敵だなと感じました。
帰り際には宮古島のおすすめなスポットやご飯屋さんなどを教えて下さりとても助かりました✨

Shirakawa-go, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, was amazing and full of history. I took a lot of photos while being completely absorbed in the experience. The bus guide was also very pleasant and did a great job guiding us in English.
I enjoyed a delicious lunch as well.
I highly recommend this tour.

I went on a commemorative trip with my friends.
On the first day, the weather was bad, so we postponed it to the next day, and the weather was nice then, with a beautiful Milky Way.
I quickly showed the photos to the kids who were curious about them, and I even learned some tips on how to take beautiful pictures of the starry sky with my own phone.

1日目は天候が悪く次の日にずらしてもらい次の日は天気も良く天の川が綺麗でした。
撮れた写真が気になる子供達にすぐ見せて頂いたり、自分の携帯で星空を綺麗に撮るコツまで教えて頂きました。

I decided to travel to Yakushima right after the typhoon passed, and although it was only half a day, I was looking forward to it. Due to landslides, I couldn't go around the island, but I was glad to see the impressive waterfalls up close. I was also happy to unexpectedly see the Yakuzaru. When the departure point for Toppy was changed due to driftwood, they kindly took me to the port since it was nearby. I was very grateful for their help.

台風通過直後に屋久島への旅を決行して、半日でしたが楽しみにしていました。
土砂崩れで道が寸断され、島一周は叶いませんでしたが、迫力のある滝を間近に見る事ができて良かったです。偶然にもヤクザルにも見る事も叶い嬉しかったです。
トッピーの出航先が流木で変更になった時、近くを通るからと港まで送って下さいました。
とても助かりありがたかったです。

Shimamukui Coast and Cape Kamoi were beautifully clear. Since the waves were high and we couldn't board the boat, we returned earlier and got off the bus in Otaru, where we explored Otaru on our own.

島武意海岸と神威岬は晴れていたので最高に綺麗でした。波が高くて船に乗れなかったのでその分早く帰ることになり帰り小樽でバスを下ろしてもらい小樽観光も自分達でしました。

I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to see many stars in the city area. It was dark and a little scary on the way there, but once I arrived, the staff member was friendly and funny. The forecast said it would be rainy and cloudy, but the weather in Miyako Island changes quickly, and we were able to see a perfect starry sky! It was truly beautiful and moving, and it became a wonderful memory. I was really glad I captured so many stars with my own eyes and took photos! I wish I had thought more about the poses I wanted to take, and I think it would be nice to wear cute clothes and have a nice hairstyle for the occasion!

市街の辺ではあんまり星がなくて本当に見えるのかなぁと少し不安でした。笑
行くまでも暗くて少し怖かったですが、ついてみたら担当のお兄さんが親しみやすく、面白い人で
予報では雨から曇りだったらしいのですが、宮古島の天気はコロコロ変わりやすく、晴れて100点満点の星空が見られました！本当にすごい綺麗で感動しましたし、いい思い出になりました♡肉眼でもあんなにたくさん見れて本当に写真に残して正解です！
撮りたいポーズをもっと考えていたらよかったなと思ったのと、髪型も服も可愛い服でいくのがいいと思いました！

I took motion sickness medication just in case before boarding, but it turned out to be unnecessary. I probably would have been fine without it.

The concrete was deteriorating over time and starting to crumble, so I’m glad I was able to experience the ruins up close while I had the chance.

On the way there, the ship's projector was malfunctioning and didn’t work, so I deducted a point for that. The guide provided thorough explanations, but I believe having visuals would have deepened the understanding.

念のため酔い止めを飲んで乗船しましたが杞憂でした。たぶん飲まなくても大丈夫だったなと。
コンクリートが経年劣化で崩落してきていたので、上陸して今のうちに廃墟を近くで感じられてよかったと思います。
往路で船のプロジェクターが不調で映らなかったので、ひとつ減点しました。ガイドさんはしっかり説明してくださいましたが、やはり映像もあった方が理解が深まると思うので。

It was a very enjoyable and educational tour. Not only did we learn about Gunkanjima, but we also received information about the surrounding World Heritage sites and history. I participated in a wheelchair, but thanks to the great support, I was able to have an amazing time. Thank you!

On the day of the visit, heavy rain made the Shiratani Unsuikyo area inaccessible. Instead, we went to the Yayoi Sugi course. The guide had explained the change in plans due to the heavy rain in advance, so it was accepted without any issues. Yakushima is said to have "35 days of rain in a month," so avoiding rain might not be possible. We can't complain about the natural environment. The Yayoi Sugi course also offered a wonderful world of spirits with its walking paths, streams, and moss-covered forests. I was slightly limping from the trekking the day before, but the guide helped by walking slowly while explaining the scenery. Thank you very much.

当日は大雨で予定していた白谷雲水峡は通行禁止でした。
代わりに弥生杉コースになりました。
大雨の時の予定変更は、ガイドの方から事前に説明があったので問題なく受け入れられました。
屋久島は“1カ月で35日雨が降る”といわれているので雨は避けて通れないかもしれません。自然環境に文句は言えません。
弥生杉コースも遊歩道、渓流、苔むす森など素敵なもののけの世界でした。
前日のトレッキングで少々足を引きずっていましたが、ガイドさんが景色を説明しながらユックリと歩いて下さり助かりました。ありがとうございました。

It felt like an overseas trip while being in Japan, as most of the participants were from abroad.
The places we visited were ones I had been to before, but I was able to understand things I didn't know through the guide's explanations.
Kyoto can be challenging with limited parking and traffic congestion, but it was nice to feel secure while visiting.
The only disappointment was that lunch was more disappointing than I had expected.

海外の方がほとんどで日本居ながら海外旅行の感覚でした。
また、訪問先は過去に行った事のある場所ですが、ガイドの説明で知らなかった事を理解する事ができました。
京都は駐車場が少なかったり、渋滞したり大変ですが安心して行けた事も良かったです。
残念なことは昼食が思ったより悲壮だった事です。

The day started with a mangrove tour, followed by a leisurely ride on an ox cart to Yubu Island, and then exploring Taketomi Island by bicycle. It turned out to be a day filled with beautiful scenery and enjoyable experiences.

マングローブの遊覧から始まり、のんびり牛車で由布島へ、その後竹富島では自転車で島内散策。素敵な景色と楽しい体験ができた1日になりました。

The driver guided us while teaching us various things. It was raining, but it was a very nice trip. We only saw Futamigaura from the car, but we also had some time to get out. Overall, I was very satisfied!

I received two confirmation calls beforehand, which made me feel at ease for the day of participation.

It rained a little, but it wasn't enough to put on rain gear, which made me realize how the weather is in Yakushima.

I took the shuttle bus near the airport around 4:30, stopped by a bento shop along the way, and arrived at the trailhead around 5:20.

After eating my breakfast bento, I started the hike at 5:50. The bento was prepared individually from the hotel, the bento shop, or the supermarket.

There were three groups participating, and we had a total of seven people, including the guide, for the trekking.

I have a fear of heights, and the bridge without handrails was a challenge, but I was able to cross it easily by holding onto the guide's backpack. I didn't have to retire, and I'm grateful to the guide.

The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the conversation was enjoyable. We also got to take many wonderful photos.

When we reached Jomon Sugi, all my fatigue disappeared, and I was moved. Everyone had such wonderful smiles.

I highly recommend doing the Jomon Sugi trekking with a guide for first-timers. I think it will be many times more enjoyable and moving.

事前確認の電話が2回あり、安心して当日参加を迎えられました。

少し雨に振られましたが、レインウエアを着る程ではなく、これが屋久島の天気事情なんだなあと。

４時30位頃に空港近く送迎バスに乗り、途中お弁当屋さんに立ち寄り、5時20分頃に登山口に到着。

朝食のお弁当を食べて5時50分に登山開始。
お弁当は、ホテルのお弁当やお弁当屋さん、スーパー等て各自で準備。

3グルーブの参加で、ガイドさん含め７名でのトレッキング。

高所恐怖症で手すりなしの橋が難関でしたが、
ガイドさんのザックを掴ませてもらい、なんなく渡れました。リタイアにならず、ガイドさんには感謝です。

ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすく、お喋りも楽しく、素敵な写真も沢山撮影していただけました。

縄文杉に到達した時は、疲れも吹き飛び、感動しました。
みんなとても素敵な笑顔でした。

初縄文杉トレッキングは、ガイドさん付きがオススメです。何倍も楽しく感動できると思います。

It was a long bus ride, but with the audio guide, I was able to pass the time without getting bored. There seemed to be some foreign travelers as well, but the bus was surprisingly quiet (perhaps the explanations were thorough).

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many beautiful landscapes. The highlight was Farm Tomita. Although the lavender season was over and I couldn't see it, I love the scent, so I bought various items at the souvenir shop. I recommend the potpourri that can be placed in a pillow; it has a lovely fragrance that is very soothing.

I was a bit disappointed that the lunch break was only about 50 minutes, which made me conscious of the time while eating. I might not have needed to order wine.

Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would like to use this service again next time.

長時間のバス移動でしたが、音声ガイドもあり退屈せずに過ごせました。外国人の方もいらっしゃったようですが、車内はびっくりするくらい静かでした。（説明が行き届いているのかも）
天気もよく、素敵な景色を沢山みることができてよかったです。一番よかったのはファーム富田です。ラベンダーの時期は終わっていてみれませんでしたが、香りが大好きなので、お土産ショップでは色々と買わせてもらいました。おすすめは枕にしのばせるポプリで、いい香りで癒されます。
お昼の時の休憩時間が50分位しかなく、時間を気にしながらの食事だったのが少し残念でした。ワインは頼まなくてよかったかも。
でも全体的に満足度の高い内容で、次回も利用したいと思いました。

From the moment we departed on the tour, the setup reminded me of an airport, filling me with excitement. Although it was an evening tour, we were able to see trainees sliding down the escape chute and participating in AED training. There were about 15 people on the tour, and they answered everyone's questions thoroughly, which led to many surprising moments. At the end, there were displays of the cockpit, passenger seats, galley, carts, apron, check-in counters, towing vehicles, and airplane tires, where we could take photos while pretending to be in those roles.

ツアーに出発のところから、空港を思わすような作りになっていて、ワクワクでいっぱいになりました。
夕方のツアーでしたが訓練生が脱出シューターから滑り出るところやAED訓練をしているところがみることができました。
15人くらいのツアーでしたが、皆さんの質問に丁寧に答えてもらえるので、そーなんだ！と驚く事が多かったです。
最後コックピット、客室のシートやギャレイ、カートやエプロン、チェックインカウンター、トーイングカー、飛行機のタイヤなど展示があり、そこでなりきって写真も撮れます。

It was a smooth and great tour from start to finish. There were no particularly awkward moments. It felt good overall.

This time, I had the opportunity to take some guests from the United States on a sightseeing tour in Kyoto, and we used your services. The explanations at various locations, the responses to sudden questions from the guests during the trip, and your thoughtfulness were all wonderful. You provided detailed assistance with the order of the places we wanted to visit, suggestions for lunch (you informed us that the restaurant we planned to go to was closed that day and quickly offered alternatives), and guided us according to the time allocations at each location.

We had a mix of guests, some who were visiting Japan for the first time and others who had been to Kyoto several times, but everyone was quite satisfied and expressed that it was the best experience. Thank you very much to Ichiro, who guided us that day (I apologize for using a nickname out of respect for privacy). If the opportunity arises again, I will definitely request you! (Even when there are no foreign guests, I would like to ask for your assistance in Kyoto).

今回は、米国からのお客さんを京都観光にお連れすることになり、利用させて戴きました。各所でのご説明、道中で突然ゲストから出る質問への回答、お気遣い、全て素晴らしく、訪問希望先の順番相談、昼食場所の相談（予定していたお店が当日は定休だと教えてくださり、急遽代案もご提示戴きました）、各所での時間配分に合わせた案内等、細やかに対応戴きました。
日本が初めての方、京都にも何度か足を運んだことがある方、色々入り混じったゲストでしたが、いずれの方もかなり満足されており、最高だったと口々に言われておりました。 当日ガイドしてくださった、イチローさん（プライバシーあるかと存じますのでニックネームで失礼致します）この度は、御対応くださり、ありがとう御座いました！また機会があれば、必ず指名させて戴きます！（外国の方がいなくても、京都でアテンドが必要な際は、お願いしたいところであります）。

On the night of the supermoon, I participated in my long-awaited factory night view cruise. The captain's stories were enjoyable, and the flexible course allowed us to move slowly and stop at great photo spots, so I was able to take fantastic pictures. It was a very worthwhile cruise. The night view of Minato Mirai from the boat was also amazing. I would love to participate again in a different season.

スーパームーンの夜、念願の工場夜景クルーズに参加しました。
船長さんのお話も楽しく臨機応変のコースどりと撮影スポットはゆっくり動いたり停まってくれたりするので写真もバッチリ撮れます。とても見応えのあるクルーズでした。船から観るみなとみらいの夜景も最高でした。
また違う季節に参加したいです。

I proposed enjoying our favorite scenery on a bus tour with my family, feeling excited about trying a different tour company. However, I never want to use this company again. The driver's driving was reckless and rough, showing no consideration for the passengers. They seemed Chinese... I’m relieved we arrived without an accident, but the sightseeing content was wonderful, even if the time for sightseeing was short, so I was very satisfied despite the disappointing driving.

I was astonished by the reviews being accurate. The lunch buffet was terrible, and the women's restroom was unacceptable; it always seemed to need someone in charge of cleaning! The cleaning was insufficient, toilet paper was not flushed, there was a mountain of trash, and the water was not running for foreign guests... I stopped using the restroom. It was not hygienic at all. I was glad it was only 60 minutes. I wished there had been a Japanese guide so I could express my opinions... It was so dirty that I forgot to take pictures; I should have posted them. Given the surge in tourists during the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope they improve hygiene completely.

The only thing I enjoyed was buying lavender soft serve ice cream, which was delicious.

I really wanted to eat at Asahiyama Zoo without a meal. There were others who had similar experiences as described in the reviews. I felt that I wanted to avoid tour companies with bad reviews.

運転が　乱暴で荒く、お客様が乗ってる事を考えていない、中国人には見えるが...事故なく着いて安堵してますが観光内容は素晴らしいので、時間内での観光も短くも

お手洗い女性用がありえない常にトイレ担当か必要！清掃がおいついていない、トイレットペーパーを流さない、ゴミの箱の山、水も流さない外国人の方々..お手洗いはやめました。衛生的にも良くない。
60分で良かった。日本人のガイドさんがいてほしかった。意見を伝えられるので...汚すぎで，写真を撮る事も忘れて、掲載すれば良かったですね。コロナ禍のインバウンドで、観光客が激増してる訳ですから、衛生面は完璧にしてほしい。
ラベンダーソフトクリームだけは自分で購入し美味しかった。

食事なしで　食事は本当に旭山動物園で食べたかった。
