I joined this tour, feeling excited by the beautiful sea and sky of Miyako Island.

During snorkeling, I encountered a sea turtle as soon as I entered the water! It was shallow, so I couldn't take a photo with it, which was a bit disappointing, but I was able to see its cute face up close! The underwater world was like an aquarium, and I was completely captivated by the colorful little fish. My daughter, who isn't a strong swimmer, seemed to be able to observe the sea comfortably thanks to the lifeguard. The guide explained about the fish and took many photos for us, including commemorative shots.

Before I knew it, it was time to move to the SUP location. The board was more stable than I expected, and I was able to sit down easily. However, when I tried to stand, the board wobbled, and I ended up laughing as my legs shook and I fell into the water. But with the guide's advice, I was able to stand up. They also carefully taught us how to operate the board, and my daughter seemed to enjoy paddling.

Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I recommend this tour for first-timers! Thank you for the fun memories! I would love to visit Miyako Island again!

宮古島の美しい海と空にテンションが上がりながら、こちらのツアーに参加しました。

シュノーケリングでは、海に入ってすぐにウミガメさんに遭遇！浅瀬だったので一緒に写真を撮る事が出来ずに残念でしたが、とても近くで可愛いお顔を見る事が出来ました❣️海の中はまるで水族館の様で、カラフルな小魚達にすっかり見惚れていました。泳ぎが得意ではない娘も、ライフガードのお陰で安心して海の中を観察する事ができた様です。ガイドさんはお魚の説明をしてくれたり記念撮影等たくさんの写真を撮って下さいました。
あっという間に時間になり、次はＳＵＰの場所に移動です。ボードは思っていた以上に安定感があり、サクッと座る事が出来ました。しかし、立つ時はボードがゆらゆらして足がプルプルするのに笑けてきて海に落ちてしまいましたが、ガイドさんのアドバイスで立つ事が出来ました。操作の仕方等も丁寧に教えて頂き、娘も楽しそうに漕いでいました。

全体的に満足の出来る内容で、初めての方におすすめのツアーです！

I was torn between chartering a taxi or taking a regular sightseeing bus, but I was able to achieve all my goals and it was very efficient. In the end, it was definitely the right choice to book the regular sightseeing tour. The guide was captivating in their storytelling, and they were very skilled at singing and playing the sanshin.

タクシーをチャーターして回るか、定期観光バスか、どちらにするか迷ったが、目的はぜんぶ果たせた上に、とても効率よく回れて、結果的には定期観光を申し込んで正解だった。ガイドさんの話しぶりには引き込まれるし、歌も三線もとても上手。

We had planned our first trip to Miyako Island as a family of three, but suddenly our daughter couldn't go, so it turned into a trip for just me and mom! Before we left, we were worried about the impact of Typhoon No. 9, but the weather was nice! We experienced snorkeling to see sea turtles! The water clarity on the day wasn't great, but I thought it was beautiful enough, so I was very satisfied!! I will definitely be a repeat visitor!

初の宮古島旅行を家族3人で予定してましたが、急遽娘が行けなくなり、ママと二人旅行！
出発前は台風9号の影響を心配してましたが、ナイスな天気でした！
ウミガメに会いにシュノーケルを体験！当日の海の透明度はイマイチのようでしたが、本人的には十分綺麗だったので大満足です！！
間違いなくリピーターになります！

It was more difficult than I expected. The ascent on the way there was particularly tough. I was saved by the guide's words about doing three sets of 15 minutes. I'm glad I was able to complete it somehow. Thank you very much.

I was very surprised and flustered because the schedule on the website was different from the time announced on the day, and I had to return to the airport. I really wished the information had been updated consistently.

The tour itself was very good. The tour guide was also very dedicated and left a good impression!

Most of the participants were foreigners, but everyone had good manners and kept to the schedule.

ウェブ上のタイムスケジュールと、当日アナウンスされた時間が異なり、空港に帰らなければならなかったので、とても驚き焦りました
常に情報は更新して欲しかったです。

It was disappointing that the glass boat in Shakotan didn't set sail. The seafood bowl for lunch wasn't as good as I had hoped, and the sake brewery in Otaru (Tanakaya) was also a bit disappointing. However, the bus driver and the bus guide were really enjoyable. That was a saving grace.

積丹のグラスボートが出向せず、残念でした。昼食の海鮮丼も、期待していたほどではなく、小樽の酒蔵（田中屋）もちょっと残念。
バスの運転手さんやバスガイドさんはすごく楽し方でした。そこが救いかな。

I participated in a girls' trip. I wasn't able to make it for the departure on my own, but I appreciate the arrangements made for me to join in along the way. This time, I toured Taketomi Island with the water buffalo, and I was healed by the adorable water buffalo. The wonderful scenery was also impressive.

女子旅で参加しました。一人出発に間に合わなかったのですが、途中から合流出来るよう対処していただき感謝です。
今回竹富島を水牛観光しましたが、愛らしい水牛に癒されました。素晴らしい景色にも感動です。

The weather was wonderful, and it was a very comfortable taxi tour. The course was adjusted considering lunchtime, and there was a good degree of flexibility in the time allocation, which gave a nice "Customer First" feeling. At the crater, we could see a little hot spring, and at Kusasenri, I rode a horse (for the first time in 50 years!), and the view from Daikanbo was an unexpectedly breathtaking panorama that moved me!

Above all, the driver (I forgot to check her name, but she was a woman who moved to Aso last year and became a driver) was very pleasant. Even though the exploration was free, she went out of her way to come to the photo spots and took pictures for us. Her explanations about the sights were comfortable and easy to talk to, which made the tour very relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you, driver!

お天気にも恵まれ、とても快適なタクシー観光でした
コースも　お昼時を考慮し、順番を変えて下さったり、時間配分もある程度自由があり、Customer First な感じがよかったです。
火口では　ちょびっとだけ湯たまりが見え、草千里では　馬に乗り（50年ぶり！）、大観峰は　予想以上の大パノラマ絶景で感動的でした！
何より、ドライバーさん（お名前をちゃんとチェックしなくて忘れてしまいましたが、昨年阿蘇に移住してドライバーになったという女性の方）が　とても感じのいい方で、散策は自由なのに、Photoスポットまで　わざわざ来て、写真を撮ってくださったり、観光説明のお話も心地よく　話しやすいん感じの方で、とてもリラックスして観光楽しめました！

I visited Jomon Sugi, Shiratani Unsuikyo, and Mount Miyanoura, and I was able to see all the other highlights of Yakushima, including Chihiro Falls, Okawa Falls, the Gajumaru tree, and Yakusugi Land, all in one day. The detailed guidance from our guide helped me understand and enjoy Yakushima even more. The lunch featuring flying fish cuisine was also great.

縄文杉、白谷雲水峡、宮之浦岳には行ったので、それ以外の屋久島の見どころ、千尋の滝、大川の滝、ガジュマルの木、ヤクスギランド等など、もれなく1日で周ることができました。ガイドさんの詳しいガイドでより屋久島のことがよくわかり楽しめました。とびうお料理の昼食付きもよかったです。

Not only did they provide a manual-style presentation, but an active flight attendant guided us, allowing us to hear about their true feelings, memories from training, and unique insights that only that flight attendant could share. It was very educational.

Additionally, when I participated, it coincided with the training of Peach's flight attendants, which indicated that it is an excellent training facility used even by other companies.

The title was said to be ANA's slogan, and I believe that ABB encompasses all the words of this slogan. There is reassurance in the extensive training they undergo for various scenarios.

While taking photos at the entrance, a returning pilot kindly gave me a sticker, which was a warm gesture (I was lucky!). The brightness with which they gently answered questions from children while making eye contact was heartwarming. Their energetic responses were refreshing.

It seems that it was such a good experience that it sparked an interest in the aviation industry for the children as well. I was very happy about that.

ただマニュアル通りの話をするだけでなく、
現役CAさんが案内してくれるので、実際の心境とか、訓練時の思い出とか、そのCAさんにしか話せないことを聞けて、とても勉強になりました。
また、私が参加したときはLCCのPeachのCAさんの訓練のタイミングなのもあり、他社も利用するほどの優れた訓練施設であることも伺えました。

タイトルはANAのスローガンとのことでしたが、
このスローガンのすべての言葉をABBは網羅していると思います。
様々な想定で訓練を重ねていることへの安心。
入り口で写真を撮っていたら、訓練帰りのパイロットさんがシールをくれた、あたたかさ(ラッキーでした！)。
子どもが駆け寄って質問しても、目線を合わせて優しく回答してる明るさ。
はつらつと回答する元気のよさ。

子どもにとっても、航空業界に興味が湧くほどいい経験だったようです。
とっても嬉しかったです。

また来たいと思います。

The bus seats were narrow and my body started to hurt. The guide was Chinese and provided a trilingual guide, so it was busy listening, and the Japanese was sometimes a bit shaky.

バスの席が狭く体が痛くなった。　中国人のガイドによる3か国語のガイドであったので聞いていて忙しい、日本語が時々怪しい

It was an incredibly fulfilling tour! I'm grateful to the friendly staff and the hardworking water buffalo. If you want to visit the remote islands, I definitely recommend using this service, as it's something you wouldn't be able to arrange on your own. Each of the three islands has its own charm, so I recommend a tour that visits all three!

The air conditioning during the trip was amazing! The guide was friendly and kind, introducing us to recommended spots from a local perspective, and we were able to see wonderful places like Sanenzaka.

I was able to visit various places in a short amount of time, and it was great to hear the stories as well. I think the timing was just right. I believe it's convenient for tourists.

短時間でいろいろな所に回れて、お話しも聞けて、良かったです。時間も、調度良いと思います。観光に来たら、便利だと思います。

I participated with my first-grade daughter. It was her first time snorkeling, and they carefully taught her how to put on the goggles and how to breathe using the snorkel.

They frequently checked in with us, and it was reassuring that they pulled us along with a float.

Not only could we see the turtles up close, but we also got to see clownfish and many beautiful fish, and we received plenty of wonderful photos, which made us very satisfied.

I participated in shorts and a long-sleeve shirt, but I thought long pants would have been better since the sun was strong. The sun in Miyako is formidable.

小学1年生の娘と参加しました。
娘は初シュノーケルでしたが丁寧にゴーグルの付け方やシュノーケルを使用した呼吸方法を教えていただきました。

頻繁に声かけもしていただき、浮き輪で引っ張ってくれるので安心でした。

カメの息継ぎをとっても近くで見れるだけでなく、クマノミやたくさんの綺麗なお魚、素敵な写真までたくさんいただけて大満足です。

短パン、長袖で参加しましたが、日が強いので長ズボンの方がよかったなーと思いました。
宮古の太陽恐るべし。

The children were delighted to encounter creatures and a large coconut crab. The parents were moved by the perfect starry sky.

Due to other tours being present and the limited time, there were only a few places where we could leisurely search for creatures, which seemed a bit unsatisfying for the children.

Also, since it can get quite sweaty, it's better to prepare plenty of water for peace of mind.

There was some trash washed up from neighboring countries, which left us with mixed feelings. I thought it would be nice to have a tour that involves picking that up as well.

The guide was friendly and cheerful with the children, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Thank you!

子供は生き物探しと大きなヤシガニと数匹会えたことに喜んでいました。親は満点の星空に感動。
前後に他のツアーがいたり、時間もあるので、ゆっくり生き物を探せる場所は限られていました、そこが子供は少し物足りなかったようです。
あと汗だくになるので水分は多めに準備していったほうが安心です。
隣の国から流れ着いたゴミもところどころあり、複雑な気持ちに。それを拾いながらのツアーなんかもあるといいな、と思いました。
ガイドさんは子供達にも気さくで明るく接してくださり、安心して楽しめました◎

I participated in this tour with a foreign friend. It's been a long time since my school trip to Kyoto, so I couldn't guide, which is why I signed up for this tour. The schedule was tight and it was tough, but going around on my own would have been impossible. I'm really glad I signed up. Since we listened to the announcements on the bus before exploring, I was able to have some knowledge while going around. Moreover, I was surprised that despite the many international participants, everyone was very punctual. My friend asked me to take them on a different tour next time.

外人の友人を連れて二人で参加しました。修学旅行以来の京都なので、案内は無理だから、このツアーに申し込みました。時間はキツキツで大変でしたが、自分でまわるのはやっぱり無理でした。申し込んで本当に良かったです。バスの中のアナンスを聞いてからまわるので、多少知識を持ってまわれましたし、なにより、海外の参加者が多いのにしっかり皆さん時間厳守でびっくりしました。今度は違うツアーに連れて行ってほしいと頼まれました。

I made a reservation for the day of travel from the hotel near Okinawa Arena to a hotel in Naha, and while discussing a few places I wanted to visit, such as the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, I was taken to the hotel in Naha.
I was able to chat with the driver the whole time and received some great local tips, which made it very enjoyable.
The rafute soba I had at a restaurant that only locals go to was truly delicious.
I tried eating it again at the airport on the way back, but the flavor of the soba, the broth, and the rafute were completely different, and the price was about two-thirds. Thank you very much.

沖縄アリーナ近くのホテルから那覇のホテルへ移動する移動日に予約をして、一度行きたかった美ら海水族館や古宇利島を中心にいくつか相談しながら回って那覇のホテルまで送っていただきました。
運転手さんから穴場情報を教えてもらう等、ずーっとおしゃべりできて、とても楽しかったです。
地元の人しか行かないお店で食べたラフテーそばは、本当に美味しかったです。
試しに帰りに空港でも食べてみましたが、そばの味もだしもラフテーも全く違い、かつ値段は２／３程度。ありがとうございました。

It had been over 20 years since I last visited Osaka.
It has completely changed... I was surprised.
There was no heavy rain, and riding the bus while feeling the wind was enjoyable.
The view from high up was exceptional.

20数年ぶりの大阪でした。
すっかり様変わりして…びっくりでした。
豪雨もなく、風を切って走るバスは楽しかったです。
高いところから見る風景は格別でした。

This time, I visited Lake Toya, Noboribetsu Hell Valley, Showa Shinzan, and Cape Chikyu for the first time. It was a Sunday, but perhaps due to the heat, the bus and the places we visited weren't crowded.

At Cape Chikyu, the tour guide mentioned it might rain or be foggy, but it turned out well. We could see Mount Komagatake, though it was far away.

I was unsure about what to eat for lunch, but I decided to take some photos first, so we went to the lakeside of Lake Toya. After taking pictures, we went to a soba restaurant where the handmade soba was delicious, and the dipping sauce had a rich flavor. However, they didn't serve soba-yu.

It drizzled at the Silo Observation Deck. It poured heavily until we reached Lake Shikotsu, but the rain stopped after we arrived. The tour guide helped us find good photo spots and even took some pictures for us, which was really helpful. I was hesitant at first, but I'm glad I participated. Thank you very much.

今回、洞爺湖、登別地獄谷、昭和新山、地球岬すべて初めて行きました。
日曜日でしたが、厚さのためかバスも行ったところも混雑はしていませんでした。

　地球岬で雨か霧と添乗員さんが言っていましたが、良い方向に外れました。駒ヶ岳は見えました。遠いですね。

昼食に何を食べるか迷いましたが、とりあえず写真と言うことで、洞爺湖湖畔へ行き、写真撮影後に蕎麦屋さんへ手打ち蕎麦で、蕎麦つゆは出しがきいていて美味しかった。
　そば湯は、出ないんですね。

　サイロ展望台で雨がぱらつきました。
　支笏湖へ行くまで土砂降りでしたが、到着後は雨も上がりました。
　添乗員さんから、写真撮影スポットを教えて貰い、またシャッターも押して貰ったので、すごく助かりました。
　迷ったのですが、参加して良かったです。
　ありがとうございました。

I had decided that I would definitely take a photo with sea turtles when I came to Miyako Island. A handsome young man kindly guided us, and the children were able to participate with peace of mind. It seems that swimming with the sea turtles is the most memorable part for them. I was truly moved by the beautiful sea and the many fish we encountered. Thank you very much!

宮古島に来たら絶対ウミガメフォトしようと決めていました。
イケメンお兄さんが優しく案内してくれて子供達も安心して参加できました。ウミガメと一緒に泳げたことが1番思い出に残っているようです。

I think this is the best tour for those who want to visit Sapporo's attractions in a short time. If you were to do it on your own, it would take a lot longer. Everything was great, but especially when I took the lift down from the Okurayama Observatory, I felt a bit like a jumper. The view of Sapporo's cityscape below was very beautiful. At the Shiroi Koibito Park, I was able to buy limited edition sweets. Although time was limited, it was actually nice not to have to worry about getting lost. The bus guide's instructions and smile were also great, and I was able to take photos, creating wonderful memories.

短時間で札幌の名所を巡りたい人には最高のツアーだと思います。自分達で回ると時間がかかるコースだと思います。どこも良かったのですが、特に大倉山展望台からリフトで降りる時に少しジャンパーの気持ちが味わえました。眼下に広がる札幌の町並みがとても奇麗でした。白い恋人パークでは限定のスィーツも買えました。時間が限られましたが、かえって迷わなくてよかったです。バスガイドさんの案内も笑顔も良かったですし、写真も撮って頂きいい思い出ができました。

The path to Taiko Rock was quite challenging, but our guide adjusted to our pace, allowing us to persevere until the end. During our lunch break, we were taken to a recommended spot where we rested, and it was such a lovely place that left a strong impression on me. I was also happy to have taken many photos.

太鼓岩まではなかなか厳しい道で大変でしたが、ガイドさんが私たちのペースに合わせてくれたので最後まで頑張ることができました。
お昼休憩の時にはオススメスポットに連れて行ってもらえて、そこで休憩しましたが素敵な場所でとても印象に残っています。
写真もたくさん撮っていただき嬉しかったです。

I toured with Mr. Suzuki from Hattori Taxi, and no matter where we went, his explanations and guidance were very clear, making for a fun day.

服部タクシーの鈴木さんの案内で観光しましたが、何処へ行っても非常に分かりやすく説明、案内頂き楽しい１日でした。

Thanks to this tour, I was able to make meaningful use of the morning on the last day. Both the Sefa Utaki and the Ganagari Valley had a mystical and solemn atmosphere, and I was glad to visit them.

Since the roads were clear, we arrived at Sefa Utaki earlier than expected and had to wait until the ticket booth opened. I spent the time enjoying the surrounding scenery.

最終日の午前中をこのツアーのおかげで有意義に使うことができました。斎場御嶽もガンガラーの谷も神秘的で厳かな雰囲気で、訪れることができてよかったです。
道路が空いていたため斎場御嶽への到着が早くなり、チケット売り場が空くまで待つことになりました。周りの景色をみて過ごしました。

I was anxious about getting around an unfamiliar area by rental car or public transportation, so the bus tour, which allowed us to visit tourist spots on time, was very efficient and great. Additionally, the explanations of attractions and points of interest during the journey allowed me to appreciate places I hadn't researched beforehand. Since subways and buses tend to be crowded with many foreign tourists, I think this is highly recommended for those visiting Kyoto for the first time.

慣れない土地をレンタカーや公共交通機関で回るのに不安だったため、時間通りで観光地を回れるバス観光はとても効率的で良かったです。
また移動中に見所や観光のポイントを解説して頂き、下調べしてない場所も興味深く見ることができました。外国人観光客が多い中、地下鉄やバスは混雑していることが多いため、初めての京都旅行の方はおすすめだと思います。

I took a bus from Umeda to Namba, and from there I went to Fushimi Inari Taisha. Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama require a bit of walking after getting off the bus, but the bus schedule was set perfectly, so there was no need to rush. Everyone returned to the bus on time, which was a relief.

Sightseeing in the heat was made much more comfortable by being able to cool off on the bus. It was also enjoyable to receive a brief sightseeing explanation while on the bus.

梅田発のバスで難波に移動、そこから伏見稲荷大社に行きました。
清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山はバスを降りて、少し歩きますが、ちょうどよいバスの集合時間に設定されていたので慌てることはありませんでした。
皆さんきちんと時間までにバスに戻ってこられていたので助かりました。

暑い中の観光で、バスの中で涼めるのがとても快適でした。
バスで簡単な観光説明もしてもらえて楽しかったです。

I enjoyed the wonderful scenery while listening to Nakama's easy-to-understand explanation; it was a fantastic four and a half hours that flew by. The lunch was delicious as well.

On the glass-bottom boat in Kabira Bay, I was thrilled to see sea turtles, clownfish, and rays. On the last day of my trip, I was able to experience something truly moving that was worth more than the price. I'm really glad I participated. Thank you very much.

The tourist attractions had just the right amount of time, not too short and not too long. I participated alone, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The pricing was reasonable and felt good. The tour guide was available in several languages, which I think makes it easier for people from different countries to join. However, it was disappointing that the audio from the headphones cut out at times, making it hard to understand.

観光地は丁度良い時間設定で短すぎず長すぎずでした。
一人参加でしたが存分に楽しめました。
価格設定も手頃で良い感じ
観光案内は数ヶ国語に対応していたのも色んな国の方が参加しやすいと思います
ただイヤホンの声が所々途切れて話がわからなかった時があったのが残念
