It's important to wear comfortable shoes. Don't forget to bring something to secure your hat, as it can get blown away. Feeding the seagulls was fun.

I thought it would be difficult to tour with two children in the middle of summer, so I joined this tour. More than half of the participants were foreigners, and I was able to listen to an English guide, which was a good learning experience. In one day, we visited all the main spots, had lunch without waiting, and it was a tour with no wasted time. I would like to join another tour.

真夏で子ども2人を連れての観光は、大変だと思いこのツアーに参加しました。
半分以上は外国の方で、英語のガイドも聞けて、よい勉強にもなりました。
1日で、メインどころを回れ、お昼待たずに食べれて、無駄な時間がないツアーでした。
また別のツアーに参加したいです。

The weather was cloudy with light rain, but the bus was full, with reserved seating, and there were many seniors on board. Perhaps to match the clientele, the guide had a Showa-era style of guiding. The lunch I was looking forward to was just a seafood bowl since there was no sea urchin catch that day. The taste was average. Walking to the tip of the cape is hard, but I recommend going as far as you can within the time you have. Although the weather wasn't great, the sea's transparency was high, and the views of the cliffs and coastline were beautiful. Feeding the seagulls from the sightseeing boat was fun. I would have preferred to visit a different sake brewery in Otaru. Since there can be cancellations of sea urchin and sightseeing boat operations due to weather and tidal currents, it's appreciated that the cancellation policy is flexible.

お天気が曇り〜小雨でしたが、バスは満席、座席指定、シニア層の方が多かったです。客層に合わせてか、ガイドさんは昭和な感じのガイドをされていました。楽しみにしていた昼食は、その日のウニ漁が無かったので海鮮丼のみでした。お味は普通でした。岬の先端まで歩くのはハードですが、時間的に行けるところまで行くことをお勧めします。天気はイマイチでしたが海の透明度が高く、断崖と海岸線の景色は良かったです。遊覧船でのカモメの餌やりは楽しかったです。酒蔵見学は、小樽の別の場所が良かったです。天候や潮の流れでウニや遊覧船の運航がない場合があるので、キャンセルポリシーが柔軟なのは有り難いです。

I was able to see the most amazing starry sky and take some wonderful photos, and I am very satisfied! If I come back to Miyako Island, I would like to request the starry sky tour here again!

I was satisfied with the ability to visit three islands in one day. Although it was hot and humid due to an approaching typhoon, I was able to go to places I usually can't visit: Iriomote Island, Taketomi Island, and Yufu Island.

On Taketomi Island, I used a rental bicycle and enjoyed exploring even while getting a bit lost. The water buffalo cart ride was relaxing, and the mangroves were rich in nature and enjoyable.

Next, I want to explore the mangroves by canoe. It's not easy to visit three islands on my own, so I'm glad I was able to join a tour.

一日で3島巡りができ満足でした。　
台風接近中で蒸し暑かったけど西表島、竹富島、由布島と普段は行けないところに行けました。
竹富島ではレンタサイクルを利用しましたが迷いながら楽しみました。水牛車ものんびりでき、マングローブも自然豊かで楽しめました。
次はカヌーでマングローブ巡りしたいです。
個人で3島巡りはなかなかできないのでツアーに参加できよかったです。

I participated in a Beltora tour for the first time. I traveled from Yokohama to Sapporo for a 2-night, 3-day trip, and I joined the Beltora tour for one day in between. Before participating, I was worried that 2 hours at Asahikawa Zoo might not be enough time, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. At the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, the tour guide provided various sightseeing explanations, which made it enjoyable. The lunch buffet was also delicious. Renting a car to explore at the travel destination is nice, but I realized that participating in a tour is also fun and efficient. The driver and the tour guide were kind, and their attention to detail was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

初めてベルトラツアーに参加しました。
横浜から札幌に2泊３日の旅行で中1日をベルトラツアー参加しました。参加前は旭川動物園に2時間滞在では時間が少ないかな？不安でしたが、十分楽しめました。青の池、白髭の滝では添乗員のお兄さんが色々観光説明をしてくれ、楽しめめました。お昼のバイキングも美味しく頂きました。旅行先でレンタカー借りてまわるのもいいけど、ツアー参加も楽しいし、無駄がないんだなと思いました。また運転手さん、添乗員のお兄さんも優しく、気配り最高でした。楽しい旅行をありがとうございました。

オススメのツアーです♪

I found a bus tour from Osaka to Kyoto and decided to participate. The deciding factor was that it seemed like a great way to efficiently and comfortably explore the hot summer in Kyoto. During the sightseeing, I walked a lot, the temperature was high, the sun was intense, and I was drenched in sweat, but a cool bus was waiting for us. After rehydrating, I could take a nap on the way to the next sightseeing spot. Thanks to that, I was able to conserve my energy and enjoy the tour until the end.

This time, lunch was also included. When we headed from the parking lot to the lunch venue, everything was already prepared, so we could eat right away without wasting any time. The tempura was delicious and crispy, even though it had cooled down.

There were many foreign participants, but the guide was Japanese, and the Japanese explanation was given first, so I had no worries at all. The guide also provided explanations about the sightseeing spots and was kind enough to take photos for us.

大阪発着の京都バスツアーを見つけたので、参加しました。
参加の決め手は、暑い夏の京都を効率よく、かつ涼しく観光できそうだったからです。観光中は、歩くし、気温も高く、太陽は熱く、汗だくになりましたが、涼しいバスがまっていました。水分補給したら、次の観光地までひと眠りできます。おかげで、体力温存できたので最後まで、楽しむことができました。
今回、昼食もつけていました。駐車場から昼食会場に向かうと、すでに準備ができており、すぐに食べることができたので、時間を無駄にすることがなかったです。天ぷらは、冷めていてもサクサクしておいしかったですよ。
参加者は、外国の方がたくさんいましたが、ガイドさんは日本人だったし、日本語の案内が一番最初にあったので何も不安はなかったです。
また、ガイドさんは観光地の説明もしてくれたし、写真も撮ってもらったり優しかったです。

The weather was great, and I was able to enjoy the stunning views. The guide mentioned, "It's called Shakotan Blue, but such beautiful days only happen a few times a year," so I felt lucky! The stories about Kamui Cape's prohibition for women and the Nishingoten were very informative.

■ Kamui Cape… It requires a 50-minute round trip walk, which is tough, but it's worth it!
■ Shimamu Coast… I was surprised to see a sign warning about bears just a few days ago, but the view of the sea from the observation deck was truly beautiful.
■ Glass Boat… It was optional, but most people participated. The view from the sea was nice, and I enjoyed feeding the seagulls.
■ Lunch… The seafood bowl for lunch was average. I ordered sea urchin separately. It was cash only.
■ Tanaka Sake Brewery, Kikkogura… I don't drink alcohol, so it wasn't particularly appealing to me.

It was a weekday in late August, and the place was almost full. Since there were three of us, one person had to share a seat. It was nice that we could choose from several drop-off locations on the way back. I got off in Otaru.

とても天気がよく、最高の景色を堪能できました。
ガイドさんが、「積丹ブルーと言われてますが、こんなにきれいな日は、年に何回かしかありません」って言ってて、ラッキーでした！
神威岬の女人禁制の話とか、ニシン御殿の話とか、ガイドさんの話もとても勉強になりました。

■神威岬…往復50分歩かないといけないので、大変ですが、歩く価値があります！
■島武意海岸…つい数日前に熊が出たと看板がありビックリしましたが、展望台からの海のいろはホントキレイでした～。
■グラスボート…オブションでしたが大体の人が参加してました。海からの景色もよかったですし、カモメのエサやりも楽しめました。
■ランチ…ランチの海鮮丼は普通でした。ウニを別で頼みました。現金オンリーでした。
■田中酒造　亀甲蔵…お酒は飲まないので、いまいちでした。


8月下旬の平日で、ほぼ満席。
3人参加だったので、1人は相席でした。
帰りは下車場所をいくつかから選べるのも良かったです。小樽で下車しました。

I was given information about a photo spot a little distance away, and I was able to take wonderful pictures. Thanks to the guide's prior briefing, we were able to efficiently explore despite the heat. I love visiting souvenir shops while sightseeing, so while Gokayama certainly has the beauty of nature, I felt like something was missing.

ちょっと離れたフォトスポットを教えていただき、素敵な写真が撮影できました。添乗員さんの事前のお話のおかげで、暑い中、効率的な見学ができました。私は、観光でお土産屋さんを見るのが大好きなので、五箇山はもちろん自然の素晴らしさはありますが、何か物足りない感じはしました。

I participated alone before the Hokkaido Marathon. I had a great time even by myself. The Shikisai no Oka was wonderful.

Before the tour, the parking was smooth to use, and we were able to take a stroll on the beach. The tour guide, who was very handsome, first took us to a spot where we could see Nemo and some cute little fish. After that, we got to see the main attraction: the sea turtles! They were very friendly and didn't change their pace even when we got close, so we were able to see their adorable expressions while they were taking a breath. It became the best memory for us. Thank you very much! I appreciate the kind and attentive service!

We planned a trip to the Higashiyama area in Kyoto to celebrate my birthday as a couple. I've visited Kyoto several times, but this was my first time taking a taxi tour, so I made a reservation. The driver was very familiar with the roads in Kyoto, so he smoothly guided us through the congested areas. He listened to our requests and, despite the limited time, took us to three places: Ginkaku-ji, Eikando, and Bishamondo. Eikando was really quiet, possibly because it was the off-season, so we were very satisfied. The taxi ride was comfortable. Thank you for your service in the heat! If we have another opportunity, we would love to do this again. Next time, I would like to explore the Nagaoka area or any recommended spots you might suggest.

誕生日のお祝いで夫婦で京都の東山方面を計画しました。
京都は何度か訪れてるのですが初めてのタクシー旅行をしたくて申し込みました。
京都の道に詳しい運転手さんでしたので混雑の道もするするとスムーズに案内して下さいました。
要望を聞いてくださり限られた時間内でしたが銀閣寺、永観堂、毘沙門堂、3箇所連れてって下さいました。
シーズンオフか永観堂さんはすごく空いてましたので満足でした♪
タクシーでの移動は快適でした。

Our family of three took our first trip to Hokkaido.
Planning for the second day was challenging, so we decided to sign up for a bus tour.
It was a very efficient day, allowing us to visit many places and have a fulfilling experience. The guide spoke Japanese, Chinese, and English, sharing a lot of information during the bus ride and kindly took photos for us at the sightseeing spots. I am truly grateful for the wonderful memories we created. Although the time at each location was limited, I highly recommend this tour for those who want to explore various places. I would love to join another tour if the opportunity arises again.

家族３人で初めての北海道旅行。
２日目の計画が難しく、思い切ってバスツアーに申し込んでみました。
とても効率よくたくさん回れて充実した１日でした。ガイドさんは日、中、英語を駆使して、バスの中でたくさんお話をしてくださり、観光先でも写真を撮って頂いたり、本当に親切にしてもらいました。思い出深い1日になり感謝です。それぞれの滞在時間はあまりありませんが、とにかくあちこち回りたい人にはとてもおすすめです。今度また機会があれば他のツアーも参加したいと思います。

I had never swum in the ocean before, so I was anxious until just before, but my guide, Yamachan, pulled me along with a float and checked on me several times during the experience, which allowed me to enjoy the ocean with peace of mind. It was my first ocean activity, and I made the right choice by asking for their help! Of course, I also got to see a sea turtle. I was thrilled to see the sea turtle, but I was also grateful for the care taken to help me enjoy the ocean. I definitely want to request their services again next time. Thank you very much for this experience.

海で泳いだことがなかったので直前まで不安でしたが、ガイドの山ちゃんさんが浮き輪で引っ張ってくれたり、途中途中で何度も大丈夫か確認してくれながら体験できたので、安心して海を楽しむことができました。

I have almost no mountain climbing experience and am not very active, so this course was quite tough for me. It's not a place to approach with a casual walking mindset, and I recommend that those who don't exercise much prepare their stamina in advance. However, the scenery was amazing, and the guide was very nice. The moss was also incredibly beautiful, and I'm glad I came.

登山経験ほぼなし、運動不足の私には、かなりきついコースでした。散歩感覚では行ってはいけないところだし、普段あまり運動しない方は事前に体力作りをすることをお勧めします。ただ、景色は最高でしたし、ガイドさんもとてもいい方でした。苔もとってもきれいで、来てよかったです。

We decided to use this service for our honeymoon, as it was both of our first experiences with snorkeling. I was nervous about swimming in the ocean and had many worries, but the guides were very kind and taught us thoroughly, which made me feel at ease to participate! I thought it would be lucky if we encountered a sea turtle, but we actually did, and I was so moved to see it up close! They also took many wonderful photos for us, creating great memories! Since we don't usually go to the ocean, I was hesitant about snorkeling, but I'm really glad I participated!

普段海には行かないので、シュノーケリングをするかも迷っていたのですが、参加して本当によかったです！

Just as the tour was about to start, my 6-year-old daughter became upset and said she didn't want to see the sea turtles. However, the staff members were all very kind and spoke to her gently! They encouraged her to go see the sea turtles, but at that moment, she was still in a bad mood. Later, after some time had passed, she decided to join us and was very happy to take pictures! Even though there was a schedule for the tour, they made sure to consider the other guests while treating our family with the same care, which made us feel very comfortable participating. The photos we received were beautiful, and the shots with the sea turtles were amazing! Thank you very much.

これからツアー開始というところで、6歳の娘の機嫌が悪くなりウミガメ見に行かない〜と言い出してしまいましたが、そんな娘を見てもスタッフのお兄さん達は皆んな優しく娘に話しかけてきてくれました！どうにかこうにかウミガメを見に行こうと促してくれましたがその時は娘の機嫌なおらずだったけど、時間をおいて後からついて行ったにも関わらず、とても喜んで写真を撮ってくれました！ツアーの段取りもあったはずなのに、他のツアー客への配慮も忘れずに私達家族にも変わりなく接してくださりとても安心して参加できました。出来上がりの写真もとっても綺麗でウミガメとのショットも最高でした！！ありがとうございました。

I was informed in advance that while there would be a starry sky, depending on the season and time, there might be moonlight, so we would focus on shooting with the moonlight. On the day of the shoot, I was worried because it was cloudy, but the stars appeared just in time for the shooting, which was a relief. The actual shooting took about 30 minutes. I was asked if I had thought about the poses I wanted, but I hadn’t thought of anything... However, the photographer gave clear and prompt instructions on poses and positioning, allowing the shoot to proceed smoothly.

星空とありますが季節や時間によっては月明かりがあるので、月明かりを中心に撮影を進めます、と事前に連絡をいただいていました。当日は曇り空のため不安でしたが、撮影の時間には星空があらわれ一安心。撮影自体は３０分程度、とりたいポーズを考えてきましたか、と聞かれましたが、何も考えておらず・・・。しかし、カメラマンさんがポーズや位置どりなどの指示をテンポよくしてくださりスムーズに撮影を進めてくださいました。

I attended with my middle school daughter, who is interested in becoming a cabin attendant. The current cabin attendants provided thorough and easy-to-understand explanations, and they personally answered questions, making it a meaningful visit. Personally, I felt that I wanted to see things a bit closer. Also, I completely forgot that the souvenirs exclusive to the blue base could only be purchased with electronic money or credit cards, so I missed out on buying them, which was disappointing. It would be great if cash could also be accepted for those of us from the analog generation.

CAさんに興味がある中学生の娘と参加してきました。
現役のCAさんが丁寧に分かりやすく説明してくれたり、個人的に質問をして色々教えてくれたりと有意義な見学になりました。
個人的な感想ですが、もう少し近くで見てみたいという思いはありました。
また、ブルーベース限定のお土産は電子マネーやクレジットカードでしか買えない事をすっかり忘れて、現金では買えないので買いそびれたのが残念でした。
アナログ世代には現金も対応していただけたら嬉しいです。

I was very satisfied after spending a whole day visiting famous tourist spots in Okinawa! We had two elementary school children (a fourth grader and a first grader) with us, but there were restroom breaks along the way, and the guide provided explanations about our current location, so we were able to enjoy it without getting bored! It was a hot day, but the bus was comfortable, so the kids mostly slept during the ride.

丸一日かけて沖縄の有名観光スポットをまわれて大満足でした！
小学生2人（小4と小1）参加しましたが、途中トイレ休憩もあるしガイドさんによる現在地の説明などがあり飽きることなく楽しめました！暑い日だったのですが、バスの中は快適だったので子供達は移動はほぼ寝ていました。

It was hot, but it was not crowded, so we could take our time to look around. The time management was also good. The guide's accurate recommendations and explanations allowed us to move efficiently.

The active flight attendant explained the training environment in detail, and it was very enjoyable. You receive a sticker as a memento of participating in the tour.

We participated as a family of four with two elementary school students.

Initially, we were looking for a stargazing tour, but this was a jungle night tour plus stargazing, so we booked it right away.

As we ventured deeper into the jungle, we encountered various creatures. Among them, discovering the rare coconut crab was definitely thanks to this tour.

The beautiful starry sky was breathtaking. Walking along the sandy beach, I also became engrossed in collecting beautiful seashells.

The guide was so knowledgeable about the area that I felt completely at ease participating.

Thanks to our friendly guide, we also became friends with the other family who joined us, and we had a wonderfully enjoyable two hours together.

小学生2人を連れて家族4人で参加しました。

当初、星空ツアーを探していましたが、こちらはジャンングルナイトツアー➕星空だったので、すぐに予約しました。

想像以上のジャングルを進むと、様々な生き物に出会えました。中でも、珍しいヤシガニを発見したのはこのツアーで行ったからこそ、と思います。

生涯一綺麗な星空には圧巻でした。砂浜を歩くと、綺麗な貝殻集めにも夢中になりました。

ガイドのお兄さんは、プライベートで現地を訪れる位現地情報を網羅していて、安心して参加者できました。

人懐こいガイドさんのおかげか、一緒に参加したご家族とも仲良くなり、2時間たっぷり、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。

I decided on my travel itinerary because I wanted to join this tour. I participated in Shirakawa-go at my wife's request. We had plenty of time to enjoy both Shirakawa-go and Hida Takayama. The driver and the tour guide were friendly, and I was impressed by the guide's use of both Japanese and English during the trip. The only disappointment was the lunch in Shirakawa-go. Considering the tour price, I hoped for something a bit better. I remember that a foreign couple barely touched their food and left their seats early.

このツアーに参加したくて旅行日程を決めました。
白川郷は女房の以前からのリクエストがあり参加しました。
白川郷、飛騨高山も滞在時間も多く満喫出来ました。
運転手さんも添乗員の方も気さくで、添乗員の日本語&英語使った道中のガイドは感激しました。
唯一残念なのは、白川郷での昼食でした。
ツアー価格からしてみると、もう少し考えて頂きたいと思いました。
外人のカップルも、殆ど手をつけず早々に席を外していたのが記憶に残りました。

The tour took place during an extremely humid heatwave in late August 2023. The participants were three people: my parents and my high school-aged child.

First of all, since we had hotel pick-up, we had more time both going and returning compared to a bus tour, and it was very convenient. Additionally, our driver provided detailed guidance around Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, sharing information about delicious dining spots, souvenir shops, and famous dessert stores. This helped us thoroughly explore places we might have overlooked if we had visited without prior knowledge. We were also able to visit an observation deck with a panoramic view of Shirakawa-go, where we took some great photos.

Since Shirakawa-go is a well-known tourist spot, the dining places were very crowded during lunchtime. The first restaurant we were guided to had a long wait, but thanks to our driver's quick thinking, we were taken to a second restaurant right away, allowing us to enjoy a delicious lunch smoothly.

On the way back, the driver also shared recommendations for dining spots in Kanazawa, which were very helpful. There were places we couldn't visit this time, but I definitely want to check them out on our next visit to Kanazawa.

I truly appreciate all the help we received. Thank you very much. Thanks to you, we had a very enjoyable trip.

P.S. The next day, we walked around famous tourist spots in Kanazawa, such as Kenrokuen, but due to the heat, we couldn't explore as much as we wanted. Even for city sightseeing, I think a taxi tour is very valuable during hot periods like this year or when you want to efficiently visit tourist spots.

　2023年8月中下旬にかけての非常な湿度の猛暑中のツアーとなりました。
　参加者は両親、子供（高校生）の3名です。
　まず、ホテル送迎だったので、バスツアーに比べて、行きも帰りも時間に余裕があり、更に融通もきいてとても良かったです。
　また、ドライバーさんから五箇山、白川郷内の細やかな案内（美味しい食事処、お土産情報、有名なスイーツ店舗情報も教えていただきました。）をしていただいたので、よく知らずに訪れたらスルーしがちな場所をしっかり観光することができました。（白川郷を一望できる展望台にも行くことができ、いい写真が取れました。）
　白川郷内は有名な観光スポットであることもあって、お昼時の食事処は大変混雑しており、案内していただいた一軒目は長時間並ぶことは必至でしたが、ドライバーさんの機転で直ぐに二軒目に案内していただき、スムーズにおいしい昼食を食べることができました。
　帰りの車中でも、ドライバーさんから金沢市内のおすすめの食事処の情報を教ええいただき、大変参考となりました。今回の旅行では行けなかったお店も次回の金沢訪問の際に是非行きたく思いました。

　翌日、金沢市内の兼六園などの有名観光スポットを徒歩で回りましたが、やはり暑さのため思うように回ることができませんでした。市内観光であっても、今年のように暑い時期や効率的に観光スポットを巡りたいとき等は、タクシーツアーはとても価値があると思いました。
　
　

I had no experience with serious mountain climbing and was quite anxious, but thanks to the favorable weather, I was able to visit a place I had always wanted to go, and I had a wonderful time.

Our guide, Ishikawa, taught us many things, and we enjoyed the journey both to and from the destination!

On the second day at Shiratani Unsuikyo, I was able to climb while being healed by the gentle aura of our guide, Minida!

Both of them shared a lot about Yakushima, and thanks to their insights, which I would have never known or noticed if I had gone on my own, I developed a strong affection for Yakushima by the time I left. I would love to come back in a different season!

本格的な登山まったく経験がなく不安でしたが、天候にも恵まれてずっと行ってみたかった場所に行くことができ、とっても素敵な時間を過ごせました。

２日目の白谷雲水峡はガイドの箕田さんの柔らかいオーラに癒されながら登れました！

お二人とも屋久島のことを色々と教えてくださり、個人で行っていたら絶対に知らないこと、気づかないことをたくさん教えてくださったおかげで、帰ることには屋久島にとっても愛着が湧きました。
季節をずらしてまた来たいです！

I requested a private guide for this tour and was extremely satisfied! I was worried about walking a long distance, but the guide continuously shared various stories about Yakushima's history, geography, and flora and fauna while we walked. They were very articulate, making the long hiking trail feel shorter. The pace of walking and rest points were thoughtfully considered based on our condition, and of course, at the highlights, the guide provided thorough explanations and took plenty of photos, which made me very happy. Towards the end, we had some extra time, so being able to rest with our feet in the river became an unforgettable memory. There are many guided tours available, but with larger groups, it's hard to hear the stories while walking, and the pace tends to get disrupted. Therefore, even though the price is a bit higher, I’m really glad I chose this tour with a private guide, as it’s not a place you can visit many times in a lifetime.

こちらのツアーで専属ガイドでお願いしましたが大満足でした！長い距離を歩けるか不安でしたが、歩きながらもいろいろな屋久島の歴史や地理、動植物の話を終始してくださり、とても話上手だったので長い長い登山道も短く感じことができました。歩くペースや休憩のポイントなども私達の状態を見ながら無理なく考え、もちろん見どころポイントではしっかり説明していただき写真もたくさん撮っていただき大満足です。最後のほうでは時間に余裕があったので川に足をつけながら休憩ができたのも忘れられない思い出です。多くのガイドツアーがありますが人数が多いとやはり歩きながらの話は聞こえませんし、ペースも乱れがちになりますので、料金は多少高くとも一生に何度もこれる場所ではないのでこちらのツアーで専属ガイドでお願いして本当によかったです。
