I participated with my child.
We were blessed with good weather, and the guide's explanations, which included local dialect, made for a travel experience that couldn't be enjoyed alone.
We were also able to stop by the airport in Ishigaki, which helped with moving our luggage.
Kabayama was great.

天気にも恵まれ、ガイドさんの方言を交えた案内もあった為、個人では味わえない旅になりました。
石垣島の空港への途中下車も出来た為、荷物を持っての移動も助かりました。
川平良かったです。

The trainee bus guide with a name tag provided good explanations during the tour. However, the way they interacted with the guests was not pleasant. After returning from the sightseeing, there was a child on the bus who was vomiting, and the parent was attending to them, but the guide completely ignored the situation and did not offer any words of comfort. Usually, at the end of the tour, they would collect the trash, but that did not happen. When I handed over a large plastic bottle, I was coldly told to dispose of it at the airport.

The local guide was very friendly, and their explanations were enjoyable and easy to understand.

研修生と名札をつけたバスガイドさんで、案内の説明などはよかったです。
しかし、お客さんへの対応の言葉かけなどが気分よくなかったです。
観光から帰ってきて、バスの中で吐きまくっている子供さんがいて親が対応していましたが、それにたいして全く知らぬ顔、声かけもなかった。
観光終わり、普通はゴミを回収してくれるのに、
それもなく、こちらからペットボトルの大きいものを渡したら、冷たく、空港で捨てるように言われました。

現地でのガイドさんはとても、人当たりのよい、
案内も楽しくわかりやすくよい人でした。

When we arranged a similar trip on our own before, we struggled with time adjustments and various other issues. This time, since it was a tour, everything was organized for us, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend this tour.

以前同じような内容を、自分達で手配して回った際には、時間調整など色々と苦労しました。今回はツアーなので全て手配されており、ゆっくり安心して楽しむ事が出来ました。おすすめのツアーです。

I couldn't land on Gunkanjima. It was explained from the start that if the wave height exceeds 50 centimeters, landing would not be allowed, so it couldn't be helped, but I was still a bit disappointed. However, I was really able to hear various explanations and learn about the history, so in that sense, I am satisfied. It was a tour that makes me want to try again.

軍艦島に上陸できませんでした。波の高さが50センチを少しでも超えるとルールで上陸できないことは出発時から説明があったので、仕方がなかったのですが、やはりちょっと残念でした。それでも本当にいろいろと説明が聞けて歴史を知ることができそういう意味では満足しています。リベンジしたくなるツアーでした。

We took a leisurely bus ride around the island from our accommodation in Miyano-ura to the souvenir shop near Miyano-ura Port. I think you could also go by rental car, but it was nice to relax and listen to the guide's stories. The Chihiro Falls and the Okawa Falls have impressive rock formations. I highly recommend seeing them when you visit Yakushima.

On the day of our participation, we were flying back, but the souvenir shop at the airport was small and expensive, so it was great to get off the bus in Miyano-ura and choose from a variety of souvenirs in a larger store. The guide also talked about Yakushima souvenirs on the bus, which was helpful. We wanted to take our time looking at souvenirs, so we took the local bus to the airport, but if you prefer, you can also get off at the airport to match the afternoon tour schedule. If you don't have much time before your flight, that would be a better option.

宮之浦の宿泊場所から宮之浦港近くのお土産屋さんの前まで島をぐるりと一周しました。
レンタカーでも行けると思いますが、ガイドさんの話を聞きながらのんびりバスに乗られてよかったです。
千尋の滝も大川の滝も岩が迫力あります。屋久島に行ったらぜひ見てほしいです。
参加日は飛行機で帰る日でしたが、空港のお土産売場は狭くて高かったので宮之浦でバスを降りてお土産を広い店でいろいろ選べてよかったです。ガイドさんがバス車内で屋久島土産の話もされていたので参考になりました。私達はゆっくりお土産を見たかったので路線バスで空港に行きましたが、希望すれば午後ツアーの時間に合わせて空港で降りることも可能でした。飛行機の時間に余裕がなかったらそちらの方がよいと思います。

Due to scheduling conflicts, I participated in the afternoon and morning tours on separate days. The afternoon tour included only Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Sugi, but it seemed like a challenging drive to get there by rental car due to the high elevation and narrow mountain roads, so I was glad to take the bus.

At Yakusugi Land, I walked slowly on the 30-minute course while listening to explanations. It was perfect for a preview since I had planned to go trekking the next day. It had rained in the morning, so the moss was sparkling with water droplets, making it beautiful.

スケジュールの都合で午後と午前の各ツアーを別日に参加しました。
午後ツアーはヤクスギランドと紀元杉のみですが、標高が高く狭い山道でレンタカーで行くのは大変そうな道だったのでバスに乗ってよかったです。
ヤクスギランドは30分コースを説明を聞きながらゆっくり歩きました。翌日トレッキング予定だったので予習に丁度良かったです。
その日は朝に雨が降っていたので苔に水滴がつきキラキラして綺麗でした。

They took beautiful photos of the stars. Looking at the pictures, the stars feel so close and it's wonderful. I definitely want to ask them again when I go back!

The photos turned out exactly as I had hoped, and I am very satisfied. I was moved to see a perfect starry sky and the Milky Way with my own eyes! The staff were also kind and left a good impression.

During low tide, there were sea turtles everywhere within reach, and the kids were super excited. I've met sea turtles many times in Okinawa, the Kerama Islands, and Miyako Island, but this was the first time I got to see them up close! The staff was also very friendly and it was the best experience.

干潮ですぐ手が届く所にウミガメがあちこちにいて子供も大興奮。今まで沖縄本島や慶良間諸島、宮古島で何度もウミガメに会いましたが、こんなに近くで会えたのは初めてです！お兄さんもとても親切で最高でした。

I had a wonderful day with my friend on our trip to Okinawa. We visited popular tourist spots like the beach and the aquarium. The service was excellent.

I participated on July 31. The check-in process at the counter was smooth. The guide on the Iriomote Island cruise was skilled, and they showed us the tidal flats during low tide, which kept things interesting. The bus driver was also kind and provided a tour of Iriomote Island. We crossed to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart. The stay on Yubu Island was just the right amount of time, allowing us to explore the island leisurely. As others have mentioned, I think it would be nice if there were alternative lunch options available. On Taketomi Island, we took a larger water buffalo cart than on Yubu Island and enjoyed a relaxed tour around the island. It was fun to ride the water buffalo cart three times. I opted to stick with just the water buffalo cart and spent the rest of the time walking around the island, buying souvenirs, and enjoying smoothies. The weather was very nice and hot that day, so this way of spending time suited me well. I chose the 4 PM boat to return. I think this is a great tour for those who want to efficiently visit three islands within a limited itinerary.

7/31に参加しました。カウンターの手続きは、スムーズです。西表島クルーズのお姉さんは、ガイドが上手で、干潮になった干潟も見せてくれて、飽きることがありませんでした。バスの運転手さんも親切な方で、西表島を案内してくれました。水牛車で由布島へ渡ります。由布島は、ちょうど良い滞在時間で、ゆっくり島を周れました。他の人も書かれていますが、ランチのお弁当は、別メニューも選べるといいと思います。竹富島では、由布島より大きな水牛車で、のんびり島を周りました。3回も水牛車に乗れて楽しかったです。オプションは水牛車だけにして、あとは島をゆっくり歩いて周り、お土産を買ったり、スムージーを飲んだりしました。この日はとても良いお天気で暑い日だったので、こういう過ごし方が私には良かったです。16時の船を選んで帰りました。限られた旅程の中で、効率よく3島を周りたい方には、とても良いツアーだと思います。

The night sky was filled with stars, and it was so beautiful that I was able to capture it in photos, creating wonderful memories. I saw shooting stars and the Milky Way, and it was the first time I had seen such beautiful stars. It's definitely worth experiencing.

夜空一面に星が広がり、とても綺麗に写真に収まることができ、良い思い出になりました。流れ星も天の川も見れて、こんなに星が綺麗に見れたのは初めてでした。やってみる価値ありです。

It was so noisy that I felt sick and fell asleep. Did you not wake me up even when we arrived at the destination? Because of that, I couldn't do any sightseeing. The optional glass-bottom boat also turned into a rescue for a broken boat, so it wasn't sightseeing at all. Give me my money back!

うるさいので気分が悪く寝ていたら、目的地に到着しても起こさない？おかげで観光もできず。

It was a trip with my child, and it had been four years since we were forced to cancel due to COVID-19. I couldn't make a reservation for a rental car, so I planned to spend time at the hotel, but since I wanted to go to the aquarium, we joined a tour. This was my child's sixth time and my tenth time in Okinawa, but the guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and I learned a lot of new things, so it was really enjoyable. At the end, we all sang a song together, which was quite moving. Since there was a set meeting time, it can be quite challenging with kids, but the tour was packed with activities, and even repeat visitors like us had a great time. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend it!

子供と2人での旅行でしたが、コロナでキャンセルを余儀なくされてから4年ぶりでした。レンタカーの予約が出来なかったので、ホテルで過ごすつもりでしたが、水族館は行きたかったので、ツアーに参加しました。子供は6回目、私は10回目の沖縄でしたが、ガイドさんの説明がとても分かりやすく、初めて知ることも多かったので、とても楽しかったです。最後に、みんなで歌を歌ったのが、うるっときました。集合時間が決まっているので、子連れだとなかなか大変ですが、ギュッと詰まった観光で、リピーターでも楽しめました。値段もお手頃でおすすめできます！

Thanks to the new moon in midsummer and the favorable weather, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations.

My child is in elementary school, and all three of us were beginners at canoeing, but there was a thorough briefing at the beginning, so we had no problems.

綺麗なサンセットや、真っ暗な中で漕ぐカヌー、夜にしか見られない生き物や幻想的な景色を見られて忘れられない思い出が出来ました！

真夏の新月でお天気に恵まれた事もあり、参加前に期待していた以上の体験でした。

子供は小学生で、親子3人共カヌー初心者でしたが最初に丁寧な講習があり問題ありませんでした。

I was able to fully enjoy the sea of Miyako Island! My wife visited Miyako Island for the second time, and since she couldn't see any sea turtles during her first snorkeling experience, she wanted to try again this time. As a result, we were able to see two sea turtles!! The photos were taken beautifully, and we received a lot of data, so both my wife and I are very satisfied! Thanks to the kind and friendly staff, we had a very meaningful time. I hope to come back and ask for their services again next time.

宮古島の海を満喫できました！
嫁は2回目の宮古島で、1回目に来た時にシュノーケリングをした際はウミガメに会うことができず今回リベンジしたいということで申し込みしました。
その結果2匹のウミガメに会うことが出来ました！！写真もとても綺麗に撮ってもらいデータもたくさんもらうことが出来て私も嫁も大満足です！
優しく気さくなスタッフさんのおかげでとても有意義な時間を過ごせました。また来た時はお願いしたいなと思います。

My first solo bus trip. I participated from Okinawa in my 50s.
The initial nerves disappeared, and I had a great time!

I was worried about going to Okinawa due to the typhoon, but the flight operated safely and I arrived in Okinawa.
The weather was still unstable and I had various concerns, but it didn't rain during my trip except while I was on the bus.
During the journey, the guide taught us various things, such as the pronunciation of place names and personal names in Okinawa, Okinawan folk songs, and the Okinawan language, which was great.
I was anxious about driving a rental car in an area where I didn't understand the traffic conditions, and I wouldn't have gained knowledge about Okinawa otherwise.
If I have the opportunity, I would like to use this service again next time.

台風で沖縄に行るか心配していましたが、飛行機が無事に運航され沖縄に来ました。
まだまだ不安定な天気でいろいろと心配しましたが、バス乗車中以外は雨が降ることなく旅ができました。
道中ではガイドさんの沖縄の地名や人名の読み方、沖縄民謡、沖縄の言葉など色々なことを教えていただけたので良かったです。
自分でレンタカーで移動となると交通事情の分からないところを走る不安があったし、沖縄に関する知識も得られることがなかったから。
機会があれば次も利用させていただきたいと思います。

Asahiyama Zoo was as good as the reputation suggests! The guide was also entertaining.

The lunch menu recommended by the guide was great, but everything else was just average.

I used Ikuta Taxi for a tour around the Shakotan Peninsula. It turned out to be a very satisfying trip, as they efficiently guided us through valuable experiences that we could never have done on our own in such a short time. In addition to the tourist spots we wanted to visit, they also shared hidden gems known only to locals, and their kind and enjoyable explanations about the area were a lot of fun. I would definitely like to have them guide us again. Thank you very much!

積丹半島めぐりに生田タクシーさんを利用しました。自分たちでは決してできない貴重な体験を、短時間で効率よく案内していただき大満足の旅になりました。行きたかった観光スポット以外にも、地元の人しか知らない穴場スポットなども教えていただいたり、親切で楽しい土地の解説もとても楽しかったです。また是非案内していただきたいです。どうもありがとうございました。

Each of the three islands has its own unique charm, and I was very satisfied with the tour as I got to experience the different atmospheres of the islands! On Yufu Island, it poured rain, but I had so much fun that I forgot about the rain and enjoyed getting soaked! The water buffaloes persevering in the rain and the beautiful shamisen performance by our guide were truly wonderful! Above all, Taketomi Island felt like time was flowing slowly, which brought me great peace of mind.

After exploring the island on a water buffalo, I also recommend renting a bicycle! It turned out to be an incredibly fulfilling day. Thank you for a fantastic day! 😊

3島それぞれに違った魅力があり、さまざまな島の雰囲気を味わえてとても満足したツアーでした！由布島では、土砂降りの雨が降ってしまいましたが、雨なんて忘れるくらい楽しくて、ずぶ濡れになって楽しんでました！雨でも頑張る水牛さん、そしてガイドさんによる三味線での演奏はとても素敵でした！なんといっても竹富島は、時がゆったりと流れている感じがしてとても心が安らぎました。
水牛に乗って島巡りした後に、レンタサイクルもするのがおすすめ！すごく充実した1日になりました。

I visited Otaru, Yoichi, and Cape Kamui. I wanted to go to the Yoichi Nikka Whisky and the Shakotan Peninsula, and I chose taxi sightseeing for its flexibility. At the Yoichi Nikka Whisky shop and Kakizaki Shoten, I was able to make some great purchases and was very satisfied. Cape Kamui was also sunny, with no strong winds, and the Shakotan Blue was truly breathtaking. The breeze was refreshing and pleasant. Mr. Ikuta was very calm and kind, with a wealth of knowledge and great storytelling skills! He took photos at various landmarks and even brought me to places not listed in guidebooks. Looking back on this trip to Hokkaido, it has become my best memory, and I truly feel that using Mr. Ikuta's taxi was a great decision. I would love to use Mr. Ikuta's taxi again on my next trip to Hokkaido. Thank you very much!

小樽～余市、神威岬を回っていただきました。
余市のニッカウヰスキーと積丹半島に行きたかったのと、タクシー観光の方が融通が効くので利用しました。
余市のニッカウヰスキーのショップ、連れていってもらった柿崎商店でお買い得な買い物ができとても満足です。
神威岬も晴れて風も強くなく、積丹ブルーは本当に感動しました。風が涼しくて気持ちよかったです。
生田さんはとても穏やかで優しくて、知識も豊富でお話上手！名所名所で写真も撮ってくださり、ガイドブックに載っていない場所にも連れて行ってくださいました。
今回の北海道旅行を振り返っても１番の思い出となり、本当に生田さんのタクシーを利用して良かったと思っております。
次回北海道に行くときもまた生田さんのタクシーを利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました！

It was impressive to see the ground staff testing at the counter and the pilots conducting boat escape training in the pool.

グランドスタッフの方がカウンターのテストしていたり、パイロットの方がプールでボートの脱出訓練をしていたりと、見応えがありました。

It was a fun trip with delicious meals, Instagram-worthy spots, and famous landmarks, despite the extensive travel. Thank you to the driver! There were many foreigners as well.

I had a very enjoyable day.
My husband and I planned a trip to Kyoto, which we hadn't done since middle school, but we struggled with using public transportation to get around. At that time, I came across this tour and thought it was perfect, so I signed up right away.
The tour guide provided us with a lot of information, making it a wonderful trip.
It brought back memories of our school trip in middle school, and we had a great time.
I also thought it would be nice if there were more tours for places we haven't visited yet, but that might be difficult.
If there's another opportunity, I would like to request it again.

主人と中学以来の京都旅行を計画しましたが、
自分達で、交通機関を使い見学するのに苦戦していました。その時に、このツアーを目にして、これだと思いすぐに申し込みをしました。
添乗員さんも、色々な情報を聞かせて頂き、とても良い旅行となりました。
中学の修学旅行での思い出にも花が咲き、とても楽しかったです。

As mentioned, we gathered at the "North Gate Building Highway Bus Terminal" at Osaka Station. However, since the highway bus terminal is quite large from one end to the other, I asked a ticket sales staff nearby, and they said, "Today it's platform 7." It might be different each time! While waiting at platform 7, about 10 minutes before the meeting time, a red double-decker bus arrived!

I told the guide my name and went to the designated seat on the second floor. It was a hot day, so I received a cooling patch. There was a mist spray from the front, but it barely reached me, who was sitting in the fourth row from the front. Since it was a tour at 4 PM in the height of summer, the west sun was intense, so I highly recommend that anyone planning to join at the same time prepare hats, towels, sunglasses, etc. Also, don't forget to stay hydrated.

The tour itself was satisfying as we were able to circle around the city of Osaka with explanations. As a first-time visitor to Osaka, I was already impressed just by seeing Dotonbori and Tsutenkaku. It really makes a difference to hear local explanations while exploring. Thank you very much!

　記載どおり、大阪駅の”ノースゲートビル高速バス乗り場”で集合でした。…といっても、高速バス乗り場が端から端まで広いので(^-^; 近くにいたチケット販売の駅員さんに尋ねると、「今日は7番乗り場だよ」とのことでした。毎回違うのかもですね！7番乗り場で待っていると集合時間の10分ほど前に、赤い2階建てバスがやって来ました！
　ガイドさんに名前を伝え、指定された2階の座席へ。暑い日でしたので、冷えピタくんをいただきました。前方からのミスト噴射(?)がありましたが、前から4列目だった私のもとへも届くか届かないかくらいのσ(^_^;) 真夏の16時のツアーだったので、とにかく西日がすごく、同じ時間帯に参加希望の方は、ぜひ帽子・タオル・サングラス等ご自身で準備することをおすすめします！あと、水分も忘れずに。
　ツアー自体は、大阪の市街地を説明とともに一周でき、満足でした。初大阪だった私は、生道頓堀、生通天閣だけで、もう感動でした。笑　やっぱり現地の説明を聞きながら巡ることができると、なるほど〜となりますね。

It was my first tour of Shirakawa-go, and it was truly amazing! The driver was very adaptable, using back roads during heavy traffic, and I appreciated their safe driving. Additionally, our guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided very detailed and interesting commentary. Following the guide's advice, I enjoyed sightseeing and visiting cafes, making for a really fun day. I already want to go back in winter!

初めての白川郷のツアーでしたが本当に最高でした！ ドライバーさんは、大渋滞の中、裏道を使うなど臨機応変でしかも安全運転に好感が持てました。さらにガイドの黒田さんのお話は、大変丁寧で細やかで大変面白かったです。ガイドさんのアドバイス通りに観光&喫茶巡りをし、本当に楽しい一日でした。
また、冬に行きたくなりました。

I've been to this place many times, but since I was traveling with my elderly parents, I appreciated the consideration for the slopes and walking areas. My husband is a smoker, so it was helpful to be informed about the smoking areas. They also shared information that the guide didn't know, which was great.

I requested to visit two places and left the remaining time to them. They took us to Okazaki Shrine and Heian Shrine, and we were able to collect many goshuin, which was very nice.

They dropped us off at Kyoto Station, and we were guided for the entire time, which made me very satisfied. Thank you very much.

何度も行ってる場所ですが、年配の両親を連れての旅行でしたので、坂道や、歩く所の配慮、主人は喫煙者だったので、喫煙コーナーを教えて頂いたり、ガイドでは知らなかったことも教えて頂き、よかったです。

二箇所を希望して、余った時間をお任せして、
岡崎神社と平安神宮を回ってくださり、御朱印も沢山回れてとても良かったです。

京都駅まで送っていただき、時間内一杯で案内くださり、大満足でした。
