I have a hobby of visiting World Heritage sites, and I have already been to 90 of them in Japan and abroad. I count each site as one, so it's quite challenging when a site like Nara has eight components. Not only was I able to efficiently visit them all in one day, but the knowledge about the sites was incredible, and my satisfaction level was 200%. I am grateful for the flexibility in accommodating various difficult requests.

私は世界遺産を回るのが趣味ですでに日本と外国で90回ってます。構成する全ての遺産を回って一つとして数えてますので、奈良のように構成遺産が8もあると大変です。これを1日で効率よく回れただけでなく、遺産に対する知識が半端なく、満足度200%でした。いろいろ無理なリクエストにも臨機応変に応えていただき感謝です。

I wanted to go to Furano, so I joined this tour. Both the guide and the driver were wonderful, but I thought it might have been okay not to visit anything other than Furano Farm and the Blue Pond in Biei. Unfortunately, it was rainy, but the Blue Pond was truly blue, magical, and beautiful. I chose this tour because I could quickly have lunch with a bento, and the bento was very delicious, so it was the right choice. I definitely want to participate in another tour in the future.

富良野に行きたかったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。ガイドも運転手も素晴らしかったですが、富良野ファームと美瑛の青い池以外は行かなくても良かったかな、と思いました。あいにくの雨天でしたが、青い池は本当に青く幻想的で素敵でした。数あるツアーからこちらを選んだのは、お弁当で手早くお昼を済ませられるから、でしたが、お弁当がとても美味しく、選んで正解でした。今後また別のツアーも是非参加してみたいです。

My first trip to Miyako Island. Due to the typhoon, we couldn't get into the sea for a while, but I wanted to fulfill my children's dream of seeing a sea turtle, so I signed up during our trip. Although the typhoon had passed, the waves were still high, and I was worried we might not see any sea turtles. However, the staff worked hard to find them, and I was so happy that we got to take pictures! The staff was very safety-conscious and provided careful instruction even for beginners, which made me feel reassured. Thank you very much!

初めての宮古島旅行。台風の影響でなかなか海に入れず、でも子供たちのウミガメに会いたいという夢は叶えてあげたい！と旅行中に申し込みました。
台風が逸れたとは言え波は高く、ウミガメに会えないかもと不安でしたが、お兄さんが一生懸命探してくれて見つかり、写真も撮れて嬉しかったです！
スタッフの方はすごく安全に配慮してくださり、初心者でも丁寧に教えてれるので親切で安心しました！ありがとうございました♪

I signed up for a two-night stay in Hakata while attending a relative's memorial service in Fukuoka. I took a flight from Haneda at 7 AM, arriving in Fukuoka at 9 AM. I chose this tour because they offered a pickup at the airport at 10 AM. However, I applied in January and received no communication by July. When I got on the bus, I asked about what to do with my checked luggage, but the response was confusing, saying it would be held at Hakata Station. In the end, the day I booked was canceled, but the tour would run the next day, so I could go then. I only found this out after contacting them three times right before the trip.

I canceled my planned hot spring visit for the next day and went to the "Kozushima Bridge + Motonosumi Shrine," which I had been looking forward to. I was told to cancel and reapply for that as well, which was a hassle.

Karakura Market was not good. You can skip it; it's much better to eat convenience store rice balls. While this is not your company's fault, I was disappointed because it was really delicious the last time I visited.

The highlight I was most looking forward to, "Kozushima Bridge + Motonosumi Shrine," was disappointing. We were supposed to have 15 minutes to sightsee at Kozushima Bridge, but we crossed without stopping. When I asked the driver, "Aren't we supposed to stop here?" he simply said, "We don't stop." We went to a lighthouse shortly after crossing the bridge, but only for 8 minutes. The person at the lighthouse said it takes 10 minutes to climb, and you can look around up there...

The only part that was truly good was Motonosumi Shrine. The driver even asked me the day before, "Are you free tomorrow?" Everything felt precarious, and I will never use this service again.

福岡の親戚の法事に行くついでに博多で２泊し、観光しようという事で申し込みました。羽田を朝７時の飛行機、福岡着９時。
このツアーはちょうど10時に空港ピックアップという事で選びました。
が、1月に申し込みして７月になっても何の連絡も無し。
バスに乗った時飛行機の預け荷物はどうするのか？連絡するも、博多駅で預かるとか、わけわかりません。
結局、申し込んだ日は不催行で翌日だったら催行なので行けると。
これも３回も直前に連絡してやっと得た情報。
翌日予定していた温泉はキャンセルし、念願だった「角島大橋＋元乃隅神社」に行きました。
それも、一旦キャンセルしてから再度申し込みするようにと。面倒です。
唐戸市場は不味いです。食べなくっていいです。コンビニのおにぎり食べた方がよっぽど美味しい。まぁ、これは唐戸市場の責任で、貴社の責任ではないのですが。以前　行った時は本当に美味しかったのに、残念です。
1番の楽しみにしていた「角島大橋＋元乃隅神社」角島大橋は15分観光出来たはずなのに、停まることなく橋を渡ります。
運転手さんに「ここは停まるはずじゃあ？」と聞いても「停まらない」の
一言。橋渡ってちょっと行った灯台に行きました。しかも８分だけって。
灯台の人に聞いたら、登るのに10分。上でぐるっと見て回って。。。。と。
元乃隅神社だけは本当に良かったです。
運転手さんも前日、急に「明日空いてる？」って言われたとか。
本当にすべてが綱渡り状態で、二度と使う事はしないです。

During my stay in Kanazawa, I participated in this tour. The content of the tour was as described, and the guide provided specific and easy-to-understand recommendations for spots and souvenirs, which were very helpful. It was my first visit to Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, and I believe the enjoyable time I had was thanks to participating in this tour. I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much for this experience!

As a half-day tour on the day of departure, it's excellent. If it fits your flight schedule, it also serves as airport transportation, making it cost-effective. If it's your first time in Okinawa, I recommend Okinawa World.

帰る日の半日観光としては、秀逸です。フライトに合っていれば、空港送迎も兼ねるから、コスパも良い。初沖縄なら、おきなわワールドがオススメ。

Every place was new to me, and I was thrilled. It was hot, but I was glad the weather was nice. The Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond in Biei were amazing. I wish I had spent a bit more time at Shikisai no Oka. The bento was delicious. It would have been perfect if it had come with a drink.

どこも初めての場所で感激でした。
暑かったけど天候に恵まれて良かったです。
美瑛の四季彩の丘と青い池が最高でした。四季彩の丘の滞在時間が少し短かったです。
お弁当に美味しかった。飲み物が付いてたら100点でした。

We participated as a family of five, including our youngest child who is six years old. We encountered sea turtles right away. During the two hours, we were able to see about five or six of them. When we met a sea turtle, we were allowed to observe it closely for as long as we wanted, making the slow passage of time very precious.

Not only did we get to see the sea turtles, but we also enjoyed looking at corals and tropical fish at our leisure. This location is shallow and relatively small, so we felt no anxiety and it was very comfortable.

Our youngest had never gone snorkeling before, but they had no problems and enjoyed it thoroughly. During the transitions, the tour guide pulled us along, allowing us to safely watch the sea turtles. The explanations from the tour guide were clear and helpful.

Additionally, they focused on helping our family take natural photos with the sea turtles. Thanks to them, we got some wonderful pictures. The two hours flew by.

Thanks to this experience, I now have memories that make me want to visit Miyako Island again. Thank you very much!

末っ子6歳の子を含む5人家族で参加しました。
ウミガメにはすぐに遭遇。2時間の中で、5,6匹は会えました。ウミガメに会えると、満足いくまで帯同しながら観察させてもらえるので、ゆっくり流れる時間がとても貴重でした。
ウミガメだけでなく、サンゴや熱帯魚も好きなように見ることできました。こちらの場所は浅くて比較的狭いエリアで完結できるので不安もなく、とても快適でした。
末っ子はシュノーケリングは初めてでしたが、全く問題なく楽しんでました。移動時はツアーの方が引っ張ってくれるので、安心してウミガメを眺めることができました。
ツアーの方の説明はわかりやすくてよかったです。
また、家族が自然体でウミガメとの写真を撮れるよう注力してくれます。お陰で素敵な写真をいただきました。
あっという間の2時間でした。
おかげさまで、宮古島にまた行きたくなる思い出ができました。ありがとうございました

This is a very good bus tour that chooses popular tourist spots that are difficult to reach by local buses or trains. The guide explains in Japanese, Chinese, and English. Although the departure time is early, I think it was great because we could sightsee in various places before other buses arrived and it got crowded. It would have been better if there were charging outlets at the seats.

路線バス・電車では行きにくい人気の観光場所をチョイスしている、非常に良いバスツアーです。ガイドさんが日本語・中国語・英語と３つを駆使して説明してくれます。出発時間が早めですが、そのおかげで他のバスが来て混雑する前に、あちこちを観光できて良かったと思います。座席に充電用のコンセントがあればベターでした。

I considered checking the schedules for the local buses and trains to visit Hitsujigaoka and Okurayama Jump Stadium, but taking a guided bus tour seemed like a better option when I thought about the waiting times and the hassle of figuring everything out. The tour included an audio guide with headphones, and there were power outlets at the seats, so it was great to be able to charge my devices while sightseeing. I recommend it to both foreigners and Japanese people. Since the bus departs around 2 PM, if you can arrive at Sapporo Station early, you can do some sightseeing within walking distance from the station before joining the bus tour (that's what I did).

自分で路線バス・電車のダイヤを調べて、羊ヶ丘や大倉山ジャンプ台に行くことも考えましたが、待ち時間やいろいろと探す手間暇も考えると、お任せのバスツアーが良いと判断しました。イヤホンでの音声ガイド付きで、座席にはコンセントもあったので充電しながら観光もできて良かったです。外国の方にも日本人にもお勧めです。バスの出発時間が１４時ぐらいなので、早めに札幌駅に到着できる場合は、札幌駅から徒歩圏観光をしたのち、本バスツアーという形も可能です（自分はそうしました）

The plan itself was very good. However, perhaps the food photos were too appealing... for those who came from overseas or for those who think of this as a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Kyoto, it may be hard to recommend due to personal preferences.

Additionally, since Kiyomizu has many attractions, if you choose a plan that includes meals, having a bit more free time would allow for more enjoyable exploration, which would likely increase satisfaction (it might be good to allocate some time for the next visit to Kinkaku-ji as well...).

For the final stop at Arashiyama, if there were a note stating "JR time to the disbanding location at Kyoto Station is free for each person," those who want to leisurely explore Arashiyama could plan their own itinerary, which would add even more enjoyment to the tour.

It's a good plan, and I hope it gets even better.

プラン自体はとても良かったです。
ただ、食事写真が良すぎたのか…わざわざ海外から来られた方や、一生に一度の京都と思って食事を楽しむつもりの方には、好みはありますが、おすすめしにくいです。
また、清水は見どころが沢山あるので、食事をつけるプランにするなら、もう少し自由時間が長いほうが散策も楽しめて、満足度は高まりそうです(次の金閣寺散策時間を少しあてても良さそうですが…)。
最後の嵐山も「解散場所の京都駅へのJR時間は各自自由」の文言があれば、ゆっくり嵐山を散策したい方は各自でみたい場所の計画をたてられそうなので、さらに楽しみが増えそうなツアープランだと思います。
良いプランなので、さらに良くなるように祈ります。

You can quickly see the highlights in a short amount of time, and they can also hold your large luggage, making it perfect for the last day. They will also take you to the airport on your way back.

短い時間でサクッと見どころを観れるし、大きな荷物も預かってもらるので最終日にピッタリです。帰りは空港まで送ってもらえます。

The water buffalo and mangroves were both very good. I learned a lot, and it became a great memory. The children were also happy.

水牛もマングローブもとても良かったです。勉強になったし、いい想い出になりました。子供たちも喜んでくれました。

I heard that the tour for the next day was canceled due to high waves expected from the approaching typhoon. I'm glad it was today—what luck! Moreover, since the waves were a bit higher, there was some rocking on the return ferry, and the kids were so excited, it was like they were on a roller coaster! The staff were all very friendly, and it was a tour that left us completely satisfied.

台風接近予想が出ており、翌日のツアーは波が高く中止になったとお聞きしました。　今日で良かった〜！ラッキーでした。
しかも波が少し上がっていた為、帰りのフェリーでは多少の揺れがあり子供達は絶叫マシン体験したかのようにテンションmax！
係員の方もみんな親切で何もかも大満足のツアーでした。

It was tough because the rain was really heavy at times, but the moss changed from a deep green to a vibrant green, and it was very beautiful. I enjoyed hearing various stories.

途中から雨がすごかったりと大変でしたが、苔が深い緑から鮮やかな緑に変わりとても綺麗でした。
色々とお話が聞けて楽しかったです。

I signed up with my wife and our 6-year-old beginner child. The guide was very polite and infused with humor, making it a lot of fun. A sea turtle even came right up to us, and we got great photos. I wholeheartedly recommend this for beginners and families with children!

妻、子供(6歳)の初心者3人で申し込みました。
丁寧且つユーモアを交えたガイドで非常に楽しかったです。
ウミガメも目の前まで来てくれて記念写真もバッチリ。
初心者の方や、子供連れには無条件でおすすめします！

I visited Iriomote Island (Mangrove sightseeing) and Yubu Island (crossing by water buffalo)!

- They provide pick-up service to the hotel.
- The tour duration was just right.
- I was able to experience various activities!
(Riding a boat, crossing the island by water buffalo, having free time to explore Yubu Island, and touring the mangroves.)

Overall, it was very good! I would like to use this service again.

西表島(マングローブ見学)と由布島(水牛で渡る)へ行きました！

・ホテルまで送迎してくれる
・ツアーの所要時間丁度いい
・色んな体験ができた！
　(船に乗ったり、水牛で島を渡れたり、由布島自由散策の時間があったり、マングローブを見て回れたり)

Due to circumstances, I was unable to go to Taiko Rock, but thanks to the guide's accurate judgment and safety considerations, we were able to reach the mossy forest. I am truly grateful to the guide for continuously supporting my mother, who has weak stamina and leg strength.

Although it was my oversight and the tour company is not at fault at all, during the final confirmation registration, I received information about the accident insurance and registered for it, but I forgot that I had registered. As a result, I had to confirm it through the guide at the time of payment at the end of the tour. If possible, I would appreciate receiving a confirmation email regarding the registration (accident insurance enrollment) after the registration.

事情により太鼓岩まで行くことはできませんでしたが、ガイドさんの的確な判断且つ、安全配慮により、苔むす森まで行くことができました。また、ガイドさんには終始、体力・脚力が弱い母のサポートをしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。
私の忘れでツアー会社さんにまったく否はないのですが、最終確認の登録において、傷害保険の案内をいただき登録させていただきましたが、自身が登録したことを忘れてしまい、ツアー終了時の支払い時にガイドさん経由で確認させていただくことになってしまいました。できれば登録後の確認メール（傷害保険加入）をいただければと思います。

Due to the impact of the typhoon and concerns about the weather, we had to change our schedule. As a result, we were unable to participate in the tour to Taketomi Island, but we were blessed with good weather and were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly.

台風の影響もあり、天候不安があったため、
急遽日程を変更。
その為、竹富島には参加できないツアーとなってしまいましたが、
天気にも恵まれ、充分に楽しむことができました。

Although the stay is short, you can experience a lot of natural beauty. You can also enjoy delicious food, and even if you indulge a little, you'll still manage to fit it all in!

I was thrilled to watch the jump practice live at the Okurayama Jump Stadium. The bus guide's commentary was fantastic.

大倉山ジャンプ競技場でジャンプの練習が生で見学出来て大興奮でした。
バスガイドさんのトーク最高でした。

The service from the company was just terrible...

There may have been some mistakes on our part when making the reservation, but we are just ordinary travelers.

I don't even want to remember this anymore.

I am a bilingual Japanese person. I participated in the tour because it was conducted in English and Chinese. Even though I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the planned duration of the stay and explore various places. The highlight was that the guide (Christy) provided information in advance and answered questions, which was satisfying. This tour may not be suitable for those who only understand Japanese, but for those studying English, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk with people from different countries and have fun. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers. At Oshino Hakkai, there is spring water from Mount Fuji, so if you bring a plastic bottle, you can fill it up for free.

バイリンガルの日本人です。英語、中国語での
案内ということで、参加しました。
時間は、遅れて到着しても、予定通りの滞在時間
がもらえて、各地楽しく散策できました。
ポイントは、ガイドさん(Christy)が、事前に教えて
くれるし、質問にも答えてくれるし、満足でした。日本語しかわからない方は、不向きなツアーですが
英語を勉強している方には、色んな国の方と
お話できるし、楽しめると思います。
かなり、歩くのでスニーカータイプがお薦め。
忍野八海では、富士山の湧水があるので
ペットボトルを持って行ったら無料でお水が
汲めますよ。

Cape Kamui on the Shakotan Peninsula was very beautiful. I was able to eat freshly caught sea urchin just as the sea urchin fishing in Shakotan began. I didn't think the seafood bowl was that delicious. I was glad that the weather was favorable.

Along the way, they stopped the boat at photogenic spots, let us enjoy the speed, and the captain's talk was entertaining. It was great to see how much effort they put into keeping the guests entertained.

途中、写真が映える場所では船をとめてくれたり、スピードを楽しませてくれたり、船長さんのトークもおもしろくて、お客さんを楽しませようといろいろと工夫してくださってるところがとてもよかったです。

The time allocation at Pineapple Park is long. It would be better if we could increase the time spent on Kouri Island, as it was the best part, and have lunch there.

パイナップルパークの時間配分が長い。一番良かった古宇利島の時間を増やしランチできたらもっと良しかと。

I was tired, probably because it was hot. The water buffalo was able to relax, but it was hectic. I kept thinking about not getting seasick because the boat was rocking. The glass-bottom boat was hot without air conditioning. I wish the inside of the boat was cooler.

暑かったせいか疲れました　水牛はゆっくりできましたが慌しかった　船が揺れて酔わないようにとずっと思っていました　グラスボードが冷房のない船で暑かったです　船の中は涼しくして欲しい

久しぶりの熊本でしたが、とても丁寧な案内で阿蘇五岳の成り立ちまでご説明いただきありがとうございました。

I planned a trip to Kyoto for my daughter, who couldn't participate in her school trip due to poor health. We wanted to visit many places in two days, including Byodoin, Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji, Rokuharamitsu-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Hokan-ji, and Gion, so we decided to hire a private taxi. It was definitely the right choice. The driver was absolutely fantastic. He acted as our guide and provided detailed explanations, giving us information that we couldn't find in guidebooks. My daughter was very satisfied and enjoyed it even more than her school trip. Although we toured in the extreme heat, the air-conditioned car made for a comfortable journey, and we are grateful for that. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it as we didn't waste precious time. I highly recommend hiring a private taxi.

体調が悪く、修学旅行に参加出来なかった娘の為に京都旅行を計画しました。2日間で平等院、金閣寺、銀閣寺、六波羅蜜寺、清水寺、伏見稲荷大社、法観寺、祇園巡りと欲張り観光したかったので、貸切タクシーをお願いする事にしました。やはり頼んで正解でした。とにかく運転手さんが最高でした。運転手さんがガイド、しかも詳しく説明して下さり、ガイドブックでは知り得ない情報を得る事が出来て、娘も修学旅行よりも楽しめて良かったと大満足でした。連日猛暑の中の観光でしたが、エアコンの効いた車内で快適旅行になり、感謝です。お金は掛かりましたが貴重な時間を無駄にしなかったので良かったです。貸切タクシーお勧めです。
