It was very hot, but they kindly guided us in various ways. When we were sightseeing from the car, they stopped for us to take pictures and also made stops to shorten the walking distance in the heat, which was very considerate. It was truly a hot day, and being not so young, I really appreciated it. Also, when we walked around, they took pictures for us, which became wonderful memories of the trip. Thank you very much.

車窓から見学のときも、写真をとるときは停車していただいたり、暑い中歩く距離が短くなるように停車していただいたり、非常に配慮いただきました。本当に暑い日で、若くないのでとても助かりました。

I was able to visit many places in one day. The wait times were short, and I think it was efficient. Since there are many foreigners, I recommend it if that doesn't bother you.

1日でたくさんの場所を回れました。待ち時間も少ないし、効率よく行けたと思います。外国の方が多いので、気にならなければお勧めです。

After making the reservation, I didn't receive a response (I think I should have confirmed as well), so I called several times on the day to check, but it was always going to voicemail. The bus stop was also very difficult to find, but when I finally arrived and asked, I found out that my reservation had been accepted and that I could board, which was a relief. The bus tour was a wonderful memory.

予約した後、返信がなかったので(確認しなかった自分も悪かったと思いますが)当日確認の為に何度かお電話させて頂きましたが、常に留守電。バス乗り場も大変分かりづらく、なんとか行き着いて尋ねると予約が受け付けられていて、乗車出来ることがわかって一安心しました。バスの観光はとても良い思い出になりました。

It was disappointing that we couldn't board the boat due to the weather, but the views of Cape Kamui and Shimamui Coast were incredibly beautiful and moving. Especially Cape Kamui, which is truly a spectacular sight; I would have loved to take my time to enjoy it if we had a bit more time. The guide was kind and provided various explanations, which were interesting.

天気により船乗れなかったのは残念でしたが島武意海岸と神威岬の景色めっちゃ綺麗で感動しました。特に神威岬は本当に絶景で、ゆっくり眺めたいのでもう少しお時間があれば嬉しいです。
案内の方は優しくて、いろいろ説明していただき面白かったです。

The captain's guidance was polite and interesting, which was great. The crew took photos for us and stopped at beautiful scenic spots, making it a fun experience.

船長のガイドが丁寧で面白くてとても良かった。船員さんが写真撮ってくれたり、綺麗な景色の場所では停泊してくれたり、楽しませてくれた。

- I wanted to climb to the top of Fushimi Inari Taisha. A round trip in two hours is impossible due to physical stamina and sightseeing time.
- Kiyomizu-dera is indeed great. The Otowa Waterfall was crowded, and I had to wait 30 minutes.
- Kinkaku-ji looks beautiful from the outside, but it's disappointing that you can't enter the building, especially since the entrance fee is high.
- Arashiyama has many places to see, eat, and souvenir shops, so there wasn't enough sightseeing time. I want to cool my feet in the Katsura River and relax more.

This time, there were many participants, and the "meal included" option was not available (two groups including myself), but I hope that everyone who wants it can choose the "meal included" option. Considering age and cultural customs, it would be nice to have a choice of meal types (price increase acceptable). Also, for me and my wallet, it's difficult to fill up on street food; there weren't any proper restaurants at the current sightseeing spots (only shaved ice shops). Additionally, there are no places to eat in the Kyoto Station building for those returning home after sightseeing (I couldn't find any), so I would appreciate an option for a dinner-inclusive course.

・伏見稲荷大社は山頂まで登りたかったです。
　往復２時は体力と観光時間のため無理ですが。
・清水寺はやはり良いですね。音羽の滝が混雑で30分待ち。
・金閣寺は外観綺麗ですが建物中に入れず残念、
　拝観料が高いのに。
・嵐山は見るところ、食べるところ、お土産屋等が沢山あり
　観光時間が足りません、桂川で足を冷やし、もっと涼みたいです。

なお今回参加者多くて「食事付き」選択不可（私を含め２組）でしたが
希望者全員が「食事付」選択できるようにして欲しいです。
年齢や国風習等もあり、食事種類を選べるとうれしいです（金額Up可）。
また私もおサイフも、食べ歩きでは満腹困難、今の観光地は、ちゃんと食事の
できるお店がありませんでした（飯屋は皆無、かき氷屋ばかり）。
また京都駅ビル内は、観光終了後に自宅に帰る人向けに食べる場所が
無いので（見つけられない）、夕食付オプションコースもあればうれしいです。

The visual experience was better than I expected. The auditory experience was open, so it couldn't be helped, but I wish there were individual speakers in front of the seats to make it easier to hear. As a local, I understood most of the content, but I wondered how others who came from outside would feel. It was an interesting experience.

I finally made it to Takayama and Shirakawa-go. I was able to visit both places without worrying about transportation, which was a relief. I would have loved a bit more time in Takayama, but it can't be helped. In Shirakawa-go, I was taken to the observation deck, so I didn't have to worry about that either. It was a fulfilling day. The fact that the second person was free as part of the monitor participation was the deciding factor for my final decision. There were also people from overseas. I had a great time.

念願の高山・白川郷へ。交通手段を気にせず安心して二ヵ所を巡ることができました。高山はもう少し時間があれば嬉しかったですが、仕方がないですね。白川郷は、展望台まで連れて行ってく
れたので、これまた心配せずにすみました。充実した１日でした。
モニター参加で、２人目は無料というのも、最後に申込む決め手となりました。海外からの方もいらっしゃいました。楽しみました。

In Takayama, I ate Takayama ramen, visited the Jinya, and walked through the old town. The ginjo soft serve was delicious. I got a blister on the way, but the staff at the town's pharmacy were very kind. The scenery of Shirakawa-go was breathtaking. If I have the chance, I would like to visit during the snowy season as well. It was the best day that will remain a lifelong memory. Thank you very much.

高山では、高山ラーメンを食べ、陣屋を見学し、古い町並みを歩きました。吟醸ソフトクリームが美味しかったです。途中靴擦れになりましたが、町の薬局の方がやさしかったです。白川郷の景色は感動的なものでした。機会があれば雪の時期にも行ってみたいです。一生の思い出に残る最高の1日になりました。ありがとうございました。

I wanted to visit Shirakawa-go, but it was far from Nagoya and driving ourselves would be difficult, so we used this bus tour. The two hours of free time in both Takayama and Shirakawa-go was just right. It was helpful to receive recommendations for spots to visit before getting off the bus. It turned out to be a very enjoyable day, thank you.

白川郷に行ってみたかったのですが、名古屋から遠く自分達で運転するのは大変なので、こちらのバスツアーを利用しました。
高山と白川郷それぞれ2時間のフリータイムというのが、ちょうどよかったです。
バスを降りる前におすすめのスポットを教えてもらい、助かりました。

Shodoshima is difficult to explore without a car or bus, and since I wasn't familiar with the area, I recommend using a tour. The bus guide was experienced and provided excellent guidance, making the experience enjoyable.

小豆島は車か、バスでないと観光がしにくく、土地勘がないので、ツアなどを利用するのが、お勧め。バスガイドさんもなれており、うまく案内してくれるのでいろいろと楽しめました。

⚪︎ Positive Aspects
Everywhere was a breathtaking view, and it was very soothing. I think it's a place that's not easy to reach by car, so being able to visit various stunning spots in one day was fantastic. There were detailed guides along the way, and I learned a lot of things I didn't know before.

⚪︎ Disappointing Aspects
① On the way to the lunch venue, the guide mentioned that this place can be quite strict, so we should be careful. It seemed like everyone felt intimidated, as other customers were mostly silent and eating without chatting, which didn’t create a fun atmosphere. The staff didn’t even greet us with a simple "welcome." It was unpleasant to overhear the staff's personal conversations. The taste wasn’t great either. The tuna was dark in color, indicating it was not fresh, which was disappointing. Also, it seemed that the relationship between the bus company and the restaurant owner wasn’t good (we could hear the driver and guide talking on the bus), making me wonder why we went to this restaurant. I think everyone would be happier if we changed the restaurant. Well, I guess there are various considerations.

② The guide started the tour by saying, "I have something to say. I am very dissatisfied today because the best seats on the bus (the front row) are empty. These seats are the best, so I’m unhappy that they are left open." It didn’t feel good to hear such negative comments right at the beginning when we were looking forward to the tour. The passengers just sat in the assigned seats. If the empty special seats were such a concern, the guide could have discreetly asked passengers to move. It was disappointing, especially since the other guides were detailed and very good.

③ The voice of the guide at Tanaka Sake Brewery was too quiet, and I couldn’t hear 90% of what was said. I wish they would adjust the number of people so that everyone could hear. It seemed like there were other bus tours overlapping, and the inside of the brewery was very crowded, leaving no time to leisurely taste the sake. It would be better to skip Tanaka Sake Brewery and increase the time at Cape Kamoi.

どこも絶景でとても癒されました。車でもなかなか行きにくい場所だと思うので、一日でいろんな絶景を回れるのは最高でした。道中も細かいガイドがあり、知らなかったことばかりで大変勉強になりました。

⚪︎がっかりしたところ
①昼食会場に向かっている道中にガイドさんから、ここのお店は色々うるさいから気をつけてと言われた。みんな萎縮したのか、他のお客さんもほぼ私語なしで黙々と食べてて、楽しい雰囲気ではなかった。店員さんからは、いらっしゃいませの一言もなし。店員さんの私語が丸聞こえなのも不愉快。味も美味しいとは言えない。マグロの色が黒く、鮮度が落ちていてがっかり。また、バス会社と店主の関係性も上手くいっていないようなので（バスで運転手とガイドが話しているのが丸聞こえでした）なぜこのお店なんだろう？と思った。お店を変えればみんなハッピーになると思う。まぁ色々兼ね合いがあるんだろうが。

②ガイドさんがツアーが始まって早々に今日は、最初に言いたいことがあると言って、「私は今日とても不満があります。バスの特等席
（最前列）が空いているからです。ここの席が一番いい席なのに何故開けたのか、それが不満です。」って仰っていて、こっちは楽しみに来ているのに初っ端からマイナスな発言で、いい気はしなかった。乗客は指定された席に座っただけなのに、、。そんなに特等席が空いていることが気に入らないなら、乗客にこそっと声かけをして、移動して貰えばいいと思う。その他のガイドは細かくてすごくよかっただけに残念。

③田中酒造の案内人の声が小さく、9割聞こえなかった。全員が聞こえるように人数を調整して欲しかった。他のバスツアーと時間が被ったようで店内は大混雑で、お酒をゆっくり試飲する時間もなかった。田中酒造なしにして、神威岬の時間を増やしたらいいのになぁ。

This was my first experience exploring remote islands. We went to the ticket counter at the island terminal ourselves, received our tickets, and boarded the ferry. There was no tour guide, but there were staff members at each destination, so we didn't get lost. If you want to see the mangroves, it's better to check the tide schedule since low tide is ideal. We were close to high tide, which was a bit disappointing. The lunch bento was not aimed at children, so picky eaters might find limited options. The price included lunch, round-trip ferry fare, round-trip water buffalo fare, mangrove sightseeing, and scenic views from the car, so I was satisfied.

離島巡りを初体験。
自分達で離島ターミナルの窓口まで行き、
チケットを受取り、フェリーに乗ります。
添乗員さんはいませんが、行き先ざきで係の方がいるので迷うことはありません。
マングローブを見るなら、干潮がよいのでプランスケジュールを確認してほうがいいです。
私達は満潮に近いので少し残念でした。
お昼のお弁当は、子供向けではありませんので
好き嫌いがある子は食べるものが少ないと思います。
料金は、お昼付、フェリー往復代、水牛往復代、マングローブ観光代、車窓観光代なので満足できました。

It was a hot day, but I really enjoyed the scenery in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. The blue sky and clouds over the mountains were beautiful, and Takayama was beautifully decorated just before the Tanabata Festival.

Since it was a larger, multinational tour, the guide skillfully used English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese to share recommendations and efficient routes for each group during the travel time. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy tea and meals, which made it easier to manage my energy despite the heat.

I also appreciated the care shown, like asking, "Isn't it hot?" from the meeting time. I think it would have been difficult to explore this area on my own in one day, so joining the tour was definitely the right choice. Thank you for your assistance.

暑い日でしたが、飛騨高山も白川郷も景色を楽しめてとても良かったです。
山の青空と雲はとても美しく、また高山はちょうど七夕祭の前で街の飾りがきれいでした。
人数多目、多国籍のツアーだったので、
移動時間中にガイドさんが英語、中国語、ハングル、日本語を駆使して、参加グループごとに、オススメポイントや、効率よく周れるルートを教えてくれました。
おかげで、ゆっくりお茶や食事をすることができて、暑い中でも、体力的に余裕ができました。

また、集合時間の時から「暑くないですか？」など、気遣ってくれているのがありがたかったです。
自分でこの場所を1日で周るのは難しいと思うのでツアーに参加して大正解でした。

I was quite anxious until the day of the event because the meeting place seemed suspicious, but in the end, it was very good. There were one person, two people, and three people mixed in, and everyone was Japanese. The bus was very clean, and there was plenty of space between the seats, making it comfortable. We followed the formal worship flow from Meoto Iwa to Geku to Naiku, and there was ample free time. I opted not to have lunch and instead enjoyed some street food, which was great because I could eat what I liked. I would like to use this service again.

集合場所が怪し過ぎたので、当日まで不安でしたが、結果、とても良かったです。
1人の方、2人の方、3人の方が混じった、全員日本人でした。バスもとても綺麗で前の席との間隔も広くてゆったり。
夫婦岩→外宮→内宮の正式参拝の流れで、しっかり自由時間もありました。昼食なしにして、食べ歩きをしましたが、好きなものが食べられて良かったです。また利用したいと思ってます。

I was worried about the rain forecast, but it didn't rain, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing and create wonderful memories. The guide's stories were very interesting, and I had a great time. If I have the chance, I would like to use this service again.

Most of the participants were from overseas, and the explanations were in Japanese and Chinese. The male tour guide (I think his name was Sho) was very knowledgeable and occasionally included jokes while guiding us. It was forecasted to rain, but it turned out sunny, so we were lucky to have a great view. I had a wonderful day for 6,800 yen.

参加者はほぼ海外の方で日本語と中国語での説明でした。
添乗員の男性（しょうさんだったかな？）の知識が豊富で時々ジョークも交えながらガイドしてくれました。
雨予報でしたが晴れたので景色もよく見えラッキーでした。
6800円でお得な1日を過ごせました。

It seems they grouped us into small teams of the same age and gender, ensuring there were no significant differences in physical ability. We were able to enjoy ourselves at a good pace without getting too tired.

I learned a lot from the detailed explanation of Ishigaki Island's history. Since it was a hot season, the air-conditioned bus tour was incredibly comfortable.

石垣島の歴史的など丁寧に説明していただきとても勉強になりました。暑い季節だったのでクーラーの効いたバス観光が最高に快適でした。

I was able to observe a CPR training session conducted by an active flight attendant. I also had the opportunity to experience a simulator and participate in emergency evacuation training.

現役CAさんのCPR研修を見学出来ました。　他にもシミュレーターや緊急脱出時訓練に触れる事が出来ました。

My first factory night view cruise was very enjoyable thanks to the captain's fun and easy-to-understand commentary, as well as the flexible course.

Since I went with a friend, I would like to go with my family next time.

You can clearly see the steady and tireless efforts of the staff to deliver peace of mind, warmth, and brightness, making it a facility that everyone from adults to children can enjoy! If I had to wish for something, it would be great if there were a few more merchandise options available.

あんしん、あったか、あかるく元気を届けるために、社員の皆さんが地道で弛みない努力を積み重ねられている事がよく分かる施設で、大人から子供まで楽しめます！欲を言えばもう少し販売グッズの数が増えると嬉しいです。

I chose a dedicated tour for my first trekking experience in Yakushima because I wasn't confident in my physical strength. Our guide, Fujiyama, kindly said, "Let's take it slow and not rush," and shared enjoyable stories about the moss and flowers while taking photos for us. We enjoyed a leisurely pace and the experience of forest bathing.
The view from Taiko Rock was amazing and will be a lifelong memory! Thank you! ✨

初屋久島トレッキング。体力に自信がないため専任ツアーを選びました。ガイドのフジヤマさんは、「焦らず、ゆっくり行きましょう」とおっしゃってくださり、苔や草花など楽しくお話をしてくださったり、写真も撮っていただきながら、ゆったりペースで森林浴を楽しみました。
太鼓岩からの見晴らしは素晴らしく、一生の思い出になりました！ありがとうございました✨

This time, I requested an English guide, and the guide was truly wonderful. It seems that they studied English as a result of working in this field, and I was impressed by their ability to communicate without any issues. They had a wealth of local knowledge, and the conversation was very interesting and enjoyable (they were also good at telling jokes in English).
Tourists from various countries participated in the tour.
Lunch was included, and the price was reasonable.
I was very satisfied that I could easily take a day trip from a tourist city like Kanazawa to see a World Heritage site. I would like to visit again with friends if the opportunity arises.

今回、英語でのガイドをお願いしましたが、ガイドの方が大変素晴らしかったです。英語をこちらのお仕事をされることがきっかけで勉強されたらしいのですが、全く支障なくコミュニケーションが出来るレベルで感服いたしました。地域の知識も豊富で、お話も大変興味深く楽しかったです。（ジョークも英語でお上手でした。）
ツアーには、世界各国からの旅行客が参加されていました。
お昼ご飯もついていて、値段もリーズナブルでした。
金沢のような観光都市から気軽に日帰りで世界遺産を見に行くことが出来て、
大変満足でした。また機会があれば、友人等と訪れたいと思いました。

Guide Tamaki was amazing!!! They kindly showed us around, and we made wonderful memories. 50 minutes at Ryukyu Village and 2 hours at Churaumi Aquarium were just right! We had a short stay at Kouri Island and Manzamo, but we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The tour went smoothly.

ガイドの玉城さんは最高でした！！！優しく案内してくれて、素敵な思い出ができました。琉球村で50分、美ら海水族館で2時間は十分！古宇利島と万座毛は短く滞在したけど、綺麗な景色を拝見しました。ツアーはスムーズに行われました。

I was wondering how to explore Yanbaru National Park when I found a great tour to join. I learned about the mangrove forests that can't be seen in Honshu, as well as natural sites like Cape Hedo and Daishirinsan. I also gained insight into the current situation of the Okinawa rail. The view of the Okinawa sea from Daishirinsan will surely be a memory I won't forget for a lifetime.

やんばる国立公園をどう見て回るものか悩んでいたところにいいツアーがありましたので参加しました。
本州では見られないマングローブの林、辺戸岬や大石林山などの自然
ヤンバルクイナの現在おかれている状況なども勉強になりました。
大石林山から見た沖縄の海はきっと一生忘れられない景色になると思います。

Gunkanjima, where landing is not possible if the waves are higher than the regulations. Although I was anxious because a typhoon was approaching, I was able to land safely, and the temperature was bearable. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the commentary at the museum was provided by a former resident. While it wasn't cheap, overall, it was a satisfying tour.

規定より波が高いと上陸できないという軍艦島。
台風が近づいていたので不安がありつつも、
無事上陸できたし気温も耐えられる程度だったし、
上陸ガイドの方の話も聞きやすかったし、
ミュージアムでの解説は元居住者の方だったし、
安くはないですが全体的に満足なツアーでした。

There were many tourists from overseas, and I was a bit confused at first, but the guide's brightness made it all go away! I was able to spend a fulfilling day while skillfully navigating three languages.

We were blessed with good weather and were able to meet the Jomon Sugi safely. With the guide's help, we managed to walk the way back and forth while learning various pieces of knowledge. They also pointed out many great photo spots. The miso soup they prepared for us during lunch was very delicious. Thanks to the guide's pacing and consideration, I was able to go trekking with my parents in their 60s, creating wonderful memories. I am very satisfied.

天候に恵まれ、無事縄文杉に会うことができました。
ガイドさんに色々な知識を教えていただきながら行き帰りの道を頑張って歩くことができました。
写真を撮るスポットもたくさん教えていただきました。お弁当を食べる時に準備してくださっていたお味噌汁がとてもおいしかったです。
ガイドさんのペース配分や配慮のおかげで、６０代の両親とトレッキングができ、最高の思い出ができました。大満足です。
