I participated alone, but the reception was smooth, and I enjoyed the tour itself. The guide was very communicative, and it was fun to chat along the way. I hope to find another opportunity to join again.

It was my first solo trip. During a two-day, one-night business trip to Nagoya, I decided to extend my stay a bit and signed up for a day trip to Shirakawa-go. Being able to see the scenery I had only seen on TV or in photos in person, as well as being able to explore inside the buildings, became a lifelong memory.

一泊２日の名古屋出張で　せっかくなら少し足を伸ばそうと　白川郷の日帰りツアーに申し込みました。TV越しや写真で見てきた風景を実際に見ることができ、また　建物の中の見学もできたことは一生の思い出になりました。

It was a tight schedule, but the explanations were thorough, so I was able to complete everything without hesitation. The ship was also cleaner than those of other companies, which was great!

過密スケジュールですが丁寧に説明頂けたので迷わず完遂出来ました。他社さんより船も綺麗で良かったです笑

I observed the trainee cabin crew members as they practiced evacuating from a simulated aircraft to a life raft (emergency escape slide) floating in a pool, and I watched them detach it from the aircraft. Even in the glass-walled observation corridor, where sound is blocked, loud instructions could be heard, creating a sense of tension despite it being training.

There are various types of training available for observation, so it's a must-see for anyone aiming for a career in the aviation industry! One suggestion would be to have a merchandise shop similar to the one at the maintenance factory tour.

ちょうど訓練中のCAさん達が、模擬の機体からプールに浮かべた救命いかだ(緊急脱出スライド)へ脱出して、機体から切り離す所まで見学しました。ガラス張りで音声を遮断している見学通路でも、大声の指示が漏れ聞こえて、訓練とはいえ緊迫感がありました。
他にも多岐にわたる職種の訓練を見学できますので、特に航空業界を目指す方は必見！
1点、整備工場見学の売店と同じ位のグッズ販売があると良いですね。

I participated on January 1st. I am grateful to have been able to join the tour, especially since there aren't many options available during this time. We visited Nakayama Pass, Lake Toya, Hell Valley, and Showa Shinzan. Thank you for safely guiding us through the poor road conditions due to the snowstorm.

The tour guide, Sachi, provided announcements in both Japanese and English, which made it feel like an overseas trip and left a strong impression on me. It was our wedding anniversary that day, and I truly felt happy to have participated, creating wonderful memories.

The driver must have had a tough time navigating the large bus in such bad weather, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the tour guide, who took photos and succinctly shared points of interest. I would love to participate again.

I recommend that anyone joining during the winter snow season be well-prepared for cold weather (shoes, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.).

吹雪で道路状況が悪い中、安全無事に回っていただきましてありがとうございました。
添乗員のさちさんの車中アナウンスは、日本語と英語の二通りを駆使されており、海外の旅のような気分も味わうことができてとても印象深いです。
当日は結婚記念日で、心から参加して良かったと思える楽しい思い出になりました。
運転手さんは吹雪の悪天候の中、大きなバスの運転も大変だったでしょうし、添乗員さんは写真撮影をしてくださったり、見所を端的に教えてくださったりと、プロの仕事ぶりに感心させられました。
また参加させていただきたいです。
参加される方は冬の雪の季節であれば、防寒に関して万全にしていくことをお勧めします。(靴・マフラー・手袋・帽子など)

I participated with my 7-year-old son and my Australian husband. We were guided by a driver named Mai, who spoke English and was truly polite and kind. It was our first time doing a taxi tour, but it was very convenient and reassuring as they picked us up from the hotel, took us directly to the observation deck, and adjusted to our child's pace. I highly recommend this experience! Thank you so much, Mai! It became a wonderful memory!!!

英語の話せる、まいさんというドライバーさんに案内していただき、本当に丁寧に、親切にしていただきました。
タクシー観光は初めてでしたが、ホテルまで迎えにきていただいたり、展望台までそのまま乗せて行っていただいたり、子どものペースに合わせていただいたり、とても便利で安心して観光ができるので本当におすすめです。

We traveled as a family of five. Since we had elderly members and small children, the bus tour was very convenient. For our first trip to Hokkaido, if you want to visit many sightseeing spots, I definitely recommend the bus tour. We were able to take breaks on the bus, making it a gentle journey for the elderly, children, and those with lower stamina. The guide was kind and introduced various attractions and local specialties. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't see Mount Yotei due to the heavy snow in the morning, but the snowy scenery was beautiful in its own way. The lunch was at a small restaurant, but the taste was excellent. The views of Lake Toya and Hell Valley were incredibly beautiful and moving. The biggest advantage is the efficient way to get around. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use this service next time.

家族5人で利用しました。年寄りや小さな子ども連れなので、バスツアーは大変便利でした。初めての北海道旅行、できればたくさんの観光名所を巡りたいなら絶対バスツアーがおすすめです。途中はバスでひと休憩できるので、年寄りや子ども、体力が弱めの方に優しい旅でした。ガイドさんは優しい方で、名所や名物、いろいろ紹介してくれてました。あさ大雪で羊蹄山が見えなかったのは少し残念でしたがその分雪景色が美しいでした。昼ごはんは小さなお店でしたが味は最高だった。洞爺湖と地獄谷の景色はあまりにも美しく感動しました。効率良く回れるのは一番のメリットです。また機会がありましたら次回また利用したいと思います。

I visited the Yaeyama Islands for the first time, and it was unusually sunny for January. The high-speed ferry was very comfortable, and I was able to enjoy the emerald sea. On Yubu Island, I rode a water buffalo cart for the first time in my life. The ride was pleasant, and there was a performance of the sanshin along the way, making it the best experience of this trip. Additionally, the Nakama River cruise on Iriomote Island was a valuable experience, as I was able to see the mangroves with my own eyes. It was cloudy on Taketomi Island, but I was drawn to the island's quietness and the slow passage of time. I would like to visit again when it's sunny.

初めて八重山諸島を訪れましたが、1月にしては珍しく晴れていました。
高速船はとても快適で、エメラルドの海を堪能することができました。
由布島では水牛車に人生で初めて乗りましたが、乗り心地がよく、途中の三線の演奏もあり、今回の旅の中で最高の体験となりました。
また、西表島での仲間川クルーズも、マングローブをこの目で見ることができ、貴重な経験でした。
竹富島では曇ってしまいましたが、島の静かでゆっくりと時間が流れている点に惹かれました。次は晴れた時に再訪問したいと思います。

On the day of the event, I was waiting in the hotel lobby, but when the scheduled time came, there was no pickup. I contacted the emergency contact and was told by the first woman I spoke to that there was no reservation! Until now, I had used Veltra for both international and domestic travel without any issues, and it was always very good.

In the end, I found out it was a mistake on the taxi company's part, and the driver arrived late. The substitute driver was kind and courteous, so I was able to enjoy my sightseeing. Although I felt nothing but frustration with the phone response, the driver was excellent, so I decided to give an average rating.

当日、ホテルロビーにて待っていましたが予定時間になってもお迎えが来ず緊急連絡先に連絡して最初に応対した女性から予約されていない！とのお返事。
これまでもベルトラさんで海外、国内利用させて頂いていてなんのトラブルもなくとても良かったのですが。
結局、タクシー会社の手違いだったとわかりドライバーさん遅れて到着。
代打のドライバーさんが親切丁寧でしたので気持ちよく観光することが出来ました。
電話応対に腹立たしさしか感じなかったものの、ドライバーさんが最高でしたので普通の評価にさせていただきました。

The response to inquiries regarding changes in the number of reservations was both polite and prompt. On the day of the visit, not only was the service courteous, but they also engaged in friendly conversation (not overly intrusive, maintaining a comfortable distance), which made me appreciate ANA's hospitality.

In the same tour group, there was a lively and energetic crowd, and when I tried to see, I was pushed aside even though I was already in front, making it difficult for my short second-grade son to view the exhibits. I think the comfort of the visit really depends on the members present at that time.

During the actual training session, very little was conducted in the early morning slot; it was mostly explanations and videos. It began with impressive visuals on a 180-degree screen, introducing each training facility by job type. We progressed by looking down through glass at the actual training locations, and there was a section in the pilot's booth where participants could experience a simple flight simulation video.

Finally, there was a booth where we could freely interact with sets like the cockpit, passenger cabin, and airport counter. After that, we watched a video on a tunnel-shaped screen to conclude the visit. I attended with my fifth-grade and second-grade children, and they seemed to have a fair amount of interest and listened to the explanations.

Since the airport was nearby, we visited the airport after the Blue Base tour. Perhaps because we had just finished the Blue Base tour, they seemed particularly interested in not just airplanes but also various vehicles and facilities.

予約人数に変更があった際の問い合わせにも丁寧かつ素早く対応してくださりました。また当日も丁寧な対応だけでなく気さくに話しかけてくれたり(ガツガツではなく程よい距離感で)、これがANAのおもてなしかと感心しました。
同じ見学グループに元気で賑やかな集団がいて、見ようとすると先にいても押されて前に立ちはだかられてしまい、背の低い小2の息子は展示を見るのに苦労していました。快適に見学できるかはその時のメンバー次第かな、というところです。
実際の訓練は朝イチの回ではほとんど行われておらず、説明と映像のみでした。
180度スクリーンの迫力ある映像から始まり、各訓練施設を職種別に紹介。実際に訓練を行う場所をガラス越しに見下ろす感じで進んで行き、パイロットのブースでは簡単なフライトシミレーションを摸した映像を参加単位で味わえるコーナーも設けられていました。
最後に操縦席、客室、空港のカウンターなどのセットに実際に触れられるブースで自由に体験。その後トンネル型スクリーンで映像を観て終了でした。
小5、小2の子どもと参加しましたが、それなりに関心を持って話も聞いていました。
空港が近いので、ブルーベース見学後は空港を見学。
ブルーベース見学後とあってか、飛行機だけでなくいろいろな乗り物や施設を興味深そうに見ていました。

Thanks to the tour guide, I was able to participate alone and had a great time. At the Oishi Forest Park, which I had always wanted to visit, I was given recommendations for the best course and enjoyed the stunning view from the observation deck. With the guide's assistance, I was also able to see a large banyan tree.

For lunch, I was very satisfied with the delicious sashimi and fried dishes at a popular restaurant. Each sightseeing spot had ample time allocated, allowing me to explore various attractions.

添乗員さんのお陰でひとり参加でしたがとても楽しめました。ずっと行ってみたかった大石林山ではおすすめコースを教えてもらい、展望台から最高の景色眺めました。また添乗員さんの案内で大きなガジュマルを見に行くことができました。
お昼は人気のお店でおいしいお刺身やフライをいただけて大満足でした。
ひとつひとつの観光地でしっかり時間が確保されていて色々見学できました。

The tour was comfortable with a free shuttle to the hotel. The mangrove cruise was more impressive than expected, and the guide's explanations were enjoyable. The lunch on Yufu Island was delicious, but the 90-minute stay felt a bit short. Next time, I would like to visit on my own.

ホテルへの無料送迎もあり快適なツアーでした。マングローブクルーズも期待以上に迫力があり、ガイドの方の説明も楽しかったです。由布島でのランチも美味しかったのですが、滞在時間が９０分では物足りなく思われます。今度は個人で訪問したいです。

I participated on January 6th (Friday). The bus guide was very pleasant and seemed to be in their element, which was lucky for us. During the bus ride, we received a lot of interesting information about Okinawa's history and National Route 58, which was great. The tour was packed, starting from Ryukyu Village, then to Manza Beach, and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. We departed from the Prefectural Office at 8:20 AM and returned around 7 PM.

In January, Okinawa often has bad weather, but fortunately, it didn't rain that day, making it just right for sightseeing. On rainy days, outdoor sightseeing can be quite challenging. In any case, the guide provided insights into the highlights of each tourist spot, and I was able to buy various souvenirs, making it a highly satisfying tour.

1月6日（金）に参加しました。
バスガイドさんの方が、とても感じがよく、天職につかれたような方で、
ラッキーでした。
バス移動中は、沖縄のこれまでの歴史だったり、国道58線のことだったり、
プチ情報が多い点も良きでした。
観光については、琉球村から始まり、万座毛、美ら海水族館と、てんこ盛りなツアーでした。朝8時20分に県庁前出発から19時県庁前着の感じでした。
１月の沖縄は、天候が悪い日が多い中、たまたま、雨も降らず、観光するには、丁度良かったです。雨の日だと、外での観光も多いので、大変かもしれませんね。
いずれにせよ、観光スポットの見どころを都度案内してくださり、お土産も色々買うことができましたし、満足度の高いツアーになりました。

We gathered in front of the red post at the remote island terminal at 7:30 PM and drove for about 30 minutes on a mountain road. After arriving, we changed into rubber boots and walked along a narrow mountain path that was just wide enough for one person, listening to the guide's explanations. After about 15 minutes of walking, we reached the beach for stargazing. During my visit, the moon was full and too bright, so I couldn't see many stars. We visited about four caves in search of coconut crabs, but unfortunately, we didn't find any. I really wanted to see them! After that, we returned by car along the same route and dispersed. During my visit, the guide was a young man who talked to us continuously while driving. He kept the conversation going without interruption. I really wanted to see the coconut crabs!

19時30分に離島ターミナルの赤いポスト前に集合、車に乗って30分くらい山道走りました。
到着後長靴にはきかえてひとり通れるくらいの細い山道をガイドと一緒に説明聞きながら歩きます。15分くらい歩くと浜辺に出で星空鑑賞。私の時は月が満月で明るすぎて星があまり見えませんでした。ヤシガニ探しに洞窟4箇所ほど回りましたが残念なことにいなくて見れませんでした。見たかった！その後来た道を車で戻り解散です。私の時はガイドさん若いお兄さんで車の運転中ずーっと色々な話をしてくれました。途切れることなく話をしてくれました。本当にヤシガニは見たかった！

It was more fulfilling than I had expected. Mr. Kamijou, who guided the tour, kindly answered all my questions, and I learned a lot. It was a wonderful hospitality. Thank you very much.
During the boarding announcement and the final in-flight announcement, I wished they could have been in English as well as Japanese. This is my only regret.
For those who will participate in the future, you can enter the building 30 minutes before the tour starts. Until boarding begins, there is a corner where you can take a photo of yourself online dressed as a captain or cabin crew with a mirror-like screen. If you arrive just before the tour starts, you won't have time to look around or take photos. It is essential to arrive exactly 30 minutes before the tour begins. If you happen to arrive early from a distance, you might spend time drinking coffee at a café near Anamura Inari Station. I used to work as a hotel staff in Tokyo during my active years, serving many domestic and international guests, and I always admired ANA's customer service attitude. Even now in my 60s, as a passionate listener of NHK's modern business English by Professor Sugita, I am striving to achieve my long-held goal of obtaining the Eiken Grade 1 this year while teaching English online to my American friend once a week. I hope to rely on ANA for my last overseas trip in life, specifically to Munich on an ANA international flight. Please take care of yourselves and do your best at work, especially during these challenging times with COVID-19. Thank you for your support.

　搭乗開始と最後の機内放送を日本語でしていただいた場面で、できれば日本語だけでなく英語でもお聞きしたかったです。これが唯一心残りです。
　これから参加される方へ。ツアー開始３０分前から建物に入れてもらえます。搭乗開始までは、鏡のような画面で手を添えて、自分が機長かキャビンクルー・グランドスタッフの制服をオンライン上で着た姿を自分で写真どりできるコーナーがあります。ツアー開始ギリギリに行くとそれらを見学したり、写真とったりする時間がありません。ただ、必ずツアー開始30分前きっちりに
行くことが鉄則です。遠方からで万一早く現地に着いた場合は、最寄り駅の穴村稲荷駅周辺の喫茶店などでコーヒーでも飲んで時間をつぶすことになります。私は、現役時代は都内でホテルマンをしておりました。沢山の国内外からのお客様のおもてなしをしておりましたが、常にＡＮＡ様の接客姿勢を見習い

It was a three-island tour in one day. The mangrove forest cruise in Iriomote Island had a guide whose explanations were very good, and I learned a lot of new things. The round trip by ox cart to Yubu Island was a pleasant experience, as we progressed step by step through the sea, making me forget the passage of time. The songs played on the sanshin by the cowherd were also very nice.

On Taketomi Island, we toured the town by ox cart, and the ox was very smart, skillfully navigating sharp corners.

The ox cart ride is an absolutely wonderful experience. I think it's more enjoyable than the price suggests.

The day before, I had a mangrove canoe experience on Iriomote Island, but the mangrove tour by boat was also fantastic because it included explanations from the boat captain. The transfer to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart had a leisurely atmosphere, making it an indescribable experience. The plan was incredibly efficient, and I was very satisfied with the activities!

前日に同じ西表島でマングローブカヌー体験をしたのですが、遊覧船でのマングローブ遊覧は船頭さんの解説付きなので、こちらのアクティビティもサイコーでした！
水牛車での由布島への移動ものんびりな雰囲気でなんともいえない体験です。
ものすごく効率的にプランが組まれており大満足なアクティビティでした！

I traveled with my mother, who is turning 74 this year.

**Pros**
- I felt that the cost performance was very good because we could smoothly visit various points. This tour can be summed up in one word.
- It was reassuring to have a bus guide. This time, we had a Japanese guide who provided information in both Japanese and English. It seems that sometimes a foreign guide (from China?) may lead the tour.

**Cons**
- There is a possibility that the points may be limited due to weather conditions. This time, we couldn't go to Cape Earth. However, I think we just have to accept this as part of the experience.
- The shops were extremely crowded. Mainly tourists from China and South Korea were buying a lot, and the lines at the registers were quite long. A cream made from horse oil was popular and selling quickly. My mother also purchased one.
- Due to scheduling, the time limits were a bit strict, which might be somewhat tough for older individuals.
- About 70-80% of the bus passengers were foreigners. I wouldn't recommend this for those who are not comfortable with that kind of atmosphere.

I mentioned quite a few cons, but as I stated at the beginning, it was "a very cost-effective tour." I think I will use it again when I visit Hokkaido next time.

今年74歳を迎える母親との旅行で利用しました。

【メリット】
・ポイントポイントをスムーズに回れるので非常にコスパが良いと感じました。このツアーはこの1言に尽きます。
・バスガイドさんがついていて安心でした。今回は日本人の方で日本語と英語でのガイドをされていました。場合によっては外国（中国？）の方がガイドをすることもあるようです。


【デメリット】
・天候によってポイントが絞られてしまう可能性があることです。今回は地球岬にいくことが出来ませんでした。ただし、これは運と思って割り切るしかありません。
・売店はめちゃくちゃ混みます。主に中国・韓国の観光客の方たちが爆買いをしておりレジの列が半端ではありませんでした。馬油というクリームが人気で飛ぶように売れていました。母も1つ購入していました。
・スケジューリング上、制限時間がやや厳しくなっており年配の方にとっては多少辛いかもと思いました。
・バスの乗客は7〜8割が外国の方でした。そういう雰囲気が苦手な方にとってはあまりオススメしません。


デメリットを多く挙げてしまいましたが、冒頭にも記載したとおり「非常にコスパの良いツアー」でした。次回、北海道に行った際はまた利用すると思います。

Shirakawa-go covered in snow was beautiful, and the experience at the rice cracker shop was great. I was satisfied with everything, including the guide's information, explanations of the spots, and the sense of distance with the tour participants.

雪化粧の白川郷、煎餅屋さん体験も良かったです。
ガイドさんの情報、スポット説明、ツアー参加者との距離感など、すべて満足です。

A sightseeing course that takes you around Yakushima in one day. It was very efficient, and I was able to enjoy touring the island with explanations from the guide. I had rented a car, but there are many narrow roads on the island, so I was really glad I participated in this tour and had a veteran driver take me around.

一日で屋久島をぐるっと１周する観光コース。
とても効率よく、しかもガイドさんの説明付きで　楽しく島内を観光することができました。
レンタカーも借りていましたが、島内は道が狭い箇所が多く、自分で行かずにこのツアーに参加して、ベテランの運転手さんに連れて行ってもらって本当に良かったです。

My wife and I participated together. Since it was a bus tour, we were able to enjoy it without any worries about transportation or sightseeing spots, which was great. The admission fees for the Churaumi Aquarium and Ryukyu Village were included in the tour price, and they can be quite expensive if purchased separately, so it was a very good deal. The guide was also a very nice person and provided a lot of information, so we never got bored. I would like to use this tour again the next time I come to Okinawa.

美ら海水族館や琉球村の入館料がツアー代に含まれていましたが、普通に買ったら結構お高いので、かなりお得なツアーだったのではないでしょうか。
ガイドの方もとても良い人で、たくさんガイドしてくださったので、飽きることがありませんでした。
次沖縄に来た時にも利用したいと思いました。

I participated with a friend. I had been looking forward to seeing the stunning views of Tsunoshima and Motonosumi Shrine for a long time. Since there were nine participants, we traveled by microbus, and the driver provided thorough explanations and had a wonderful smile, making for a pleasant journey.

角島，元乃隅神社の絶景は以前から見たいと思い楽しみにしてました。
参加者9人だったのでマイクロバスで移動でしたが運転手の方は丁寧な説明，また笑顔も素敵で気持ち良い旅が出来ました。

I was glad to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots in Okinawa. With a rental car, it's hard for the driver to take breaks, but traveling by bus allowed me to rest during the one-hour trips, which was really convenient! 効率よく沖縄の観光名所を巡れて良かったです。
レンタカーだと運転手が休憩をとりにくいですが、バス移動のため1時間程度の移動の時は眠れたりするので楽チンでした！
参加させていただいた日は天候にも恵まれて、とても海も綺麗でラッキーでした。

Many of the participants were foreigners, so I was surprised, but I was able to enjoy myself without any inconvenience. Since it's Hokkaido, I think this bus tour, as well as others, may have the same situation, but please be aware that in winter, due to weather conditions, there is a high possibility of arriving later than the scheduled time.

The guide in both Japanese and English was very helpful. The guide's personality was also great, and there were laughs throughout, making it a fun trip. The driving was smooth, and the bus ride was comfortable. I think it's very valuable for trips with limited time, as it allows for efficient touring.

The vehicle had a malfunction, and I had to return home with the warning sound ringing in my ears. Rather than feeling anxious, it was just quite loud. I also stumbled on the step in the bus aisle and ended up with a bruise. It was disappointing that the vehicle was old.

車両に不具合があり、警告音が鳴る中での帰路となりました。不安というより、警告音が耳についてうるさかったです。バスの通路の段差につまづいて打撲もしました。車両が古いのは残念でした。
