We used the service with three generations, including small children. The driver was a gentle Chinese man. My usually shy child immediately warmed up to him upon seeing him, and although it might have been a bit of a bother, he was very kind. Even now that we are back home, my child keeps saying they want to see the big brother again (laughs).

Due to bad weather on the day, we changed our plans and were guided to indoor attractions like the botanical garden and American Village, where we had a great time despite the rain. When picking us up, the driver brought an umbrella to the car because it was raining, and at the botanical garden, he also acted as a guide. When we stopped by the market, he even helped carry our heavy bags. I never expected such kindness and assistance.

If we have another opportunity, I would appreciate your help again. Thank you so much for everything this time.

三世代、小さな子ども連れで利用させていただきました。運転手さんは物腰柔らかな中国の方でした。普段人見知りする子どもが見た瞬間から運転手さんに懐き、ご迷惑だったと思うのですが、とても優しくしてくださいました。帰った今でもまたお兄さんに会いたいと言っています（笑）。当日は悪天候だったため、予定を変更して雨が降っても楽しめる場所として室内メインの植物園やアメリカンビレッジなどにも案内していただけて、十分楽しめました。お迎えの際には雨が降っているからと車のある場所まで傘を持ってきてくださったり、植物園ではガイドもしてくださり、市場に寄った時には同行して重い荷物まで持ってくださって、こんなに色々親切にしていただけるとは思っていませんでした。
またお願いすることがありましたら、その際はどうぞよろしくお願いします。今回は本当にお世話になりました。

I made a reservation for a session at 10 AM in mid-December, and I think the temperature was slightly lower than usual for Miyako Island, around 18 degrees. For the first few minutes, I felt a bit cold, but the water temperature wasn't too low, and I was able to swim comfortably without it bothering me. I definitely felt that a wetsuit was essential.

The cloudy sky began to clear up, and luckily, we encountered a sea turtle right away. The water clarity was outstanding, and it was a truly wonderful experience. My companions, who were snorkeling for the first time, were kindly taught how to enjoy it, and we had a great time together.

I've experienced this kind of activity several times, but the photos and videos taken were exceptionally beautiful, and I was moved when I saw the pictures that were sent to me. I definitely want to make a reservation here again when I visit Miyako Island! Thank you very much!

12月中旬10時からの回で予約、気温は宮古島にしては少し低めの18度前後だったかと思います。入って数分は少し寒さを感じましたが、水温もそこまで低くなく、最後まで気にならず泳ぐことができました。ウェットスーツだけは必須と感じました。
曇り空から晴れ間も見え始め、運のいいことにすぐにウミガメにもすぐに出会え、透明度が抜群に良く、とても素敵な体験が出来ました。シュノーケリング初めての同行者にも優しく教えて頂き、一緒に楽しむことができました。
何度かこのような体験を経験していますが、抜群に写真や動画を上手に綺麗に撮って頂けて、送って頂いた写真を見て感動しました。
また宮古島に行った際には必ずこちらで予約したいと思いました！ありがとうございました！

The reason I chose this tour was the richness of the course. I thought it would be difficult to go on my own, and I was a bit anxious about being alone, but I decided to sign up. There were a few other solo travelers as well. On the bus, the guide provided clear explanations about recommended sightseeing points, photo spots, and souvenir information, which were very helpful. Shirakawa-go in late autumn was incredibly beautiful. For lunch, we had mountain delicacies. The sweet simmered river fish, wild vegetables, Hida beef grilled with miso on a magnolia leaf, and pickles were all delicious. Also, the old streets of Takayama felt like stepping back in time to the Edo period. I enjoyed tasting sweet sake, Japanese sake, and dumplings. I plan to participate again in a different season.

このツアーを選んだ理由はコースの充実さです。なかなか個人で行くのは難しいと思い、1人で不安でしたが思いきって申し込みました。自分以外にもお一人様の方が数人いらっしゃいましたよ。バスの中ではガイドさんからお薦めの見学ポイント▪写真スポット▪お土産情報など分かりやすく説明して下さりとても参考になりました。晩秋の白川郷はそれはそれは美しかったです。昼食は山の幸。川魚の甘露煮や山菜▪飛騨牛の朴葉味噌焼き▪漬物など美味しかったです。また、高山の古い街並みは江戸時代にタイムスリップしたかの様。甘酒▪日本酒の試飲▪お団子を頂きました。季節を変えてもう1度参加するつもりです。

I was able to visit many places at once, which was great. Also, the tour guide was very kind, and I had a lot of fun during the tour. I really appreciate the driver for their safe driving. Thank you very much.

一度にたくさんの場所を訪れる事ができ、良かったです。また、添乗員さんも大変親切で、ツアー中、大変楽しく過ごす事ができました。運転手さんも、安全運転でとても感謝です。ありがとうございました。

I participated with a friend. The forecast predicted a change from rain to snow on the day of our visit. It was raining in Kanazawa, but it started snowing on the way to Shirakawa-go, and Shirakawa-go had a light dusting of snow. Perhaps due to the weather, it was quite empty, and we were the only ones at the observation deck. The town also had few people, allowing for a pleasant stroll.

The tour guide was excellent, sharing various stories during our travels, and on the way back, they minimized conversation, understanding that everyone was likely tired. Their thoughtfulness was evident.

友人と二人で参加。ちょうど当日雨から雪に変わる予報でした。金沢は雨でしたが白川郷への途中から雪になり、白川郷はうっすら雪化粧でした。天気のせいかガラガラで、展望台も我々だけ。街も人は少なく、良い感じの散策ができました。
添乗員さんが非常に良く、移動中もいろいろな話をして下さり、帰りはみんな疲れているだろうということで最小限の話にしたりと心づかいが伝わってきました。

The service attitude of the tour guide, You You, was very polite. Even though many people returned late from the first sightseeing spot, he didn't get angry and simply asked for everyone's cooperation.

Along the way, one guest had to stop the bus twice due to stomach pain, but overall, he was able to manage the schedule adjustments well.

You Youという添乗員の接客態度はとっても丁寧だし、最初の観光地で遅れて戻ってきた人々たくさんいたのに、怒らずただみんな様のご協力を求めただけ。

途中で、ある客は腹痛のため、バスが２回も止まらせざるをえなかったのですが、トータル的にはスケジュールの調整を上手に把握できていただきました。

My first visit to Shirakawa-go in the snow was a wonderful memory. I was surprised at how close it was to Kanazawa. Both the tour guide and the driver were very pleasant, making the sightseeing experience enjoyable. They pointed out great photo spots, so I was able to take some lovely pictures. Joey Lee, a tour guide from Hong Kong, is humorous and great at time management, ensuring everyone can take perfect photos. He speaks English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Chinese, so I'm already looking forward to the next trip.

香港出身のツアーガイド、ジョーイ・リーさんはユーモラスで時間管理も上手で、誰でも完璧な写真が撮れますし、英語、日本語、広東語、中国語も話せるので、すでに次が楽しみです旅行。

I have visited Yakushima several times and have participated in activities with Veltra alone on a few occasions! I really appreciate that there are options available for solo participants.

This time, we trekked in constant bad weather and got completely soaked, but the other participants were all great people, and we were able to help each other finish the trek! Comparing sunny days to rainy days, I personally felt that there was about a threefold difference in physical stamina. On rainy days, our speed inevitably suffers, so we took shorter breaks and opted for steeper shortcuts to make it back on time!

I really wanted to take more photos, but I think I’ll save that challenge for a sunny day!

I was advised in advance that the summit might be frozen in December, so I brought a shell trainer for snowy mountains and a rain suit that cost around 10,000 yen. However, the shell trainer was too hot, and the rain suit was pointed out to be of poor quality and inappropriate. To avoid trouble, I think it’s preferable to rent equipment!

何度か屋久島には来ており、何度かベルトラのアクティビティに1人参加しております！
1人でも参加可能なものがあるのは大変ありがたいです。

今回は終始悪天候でずぶ濡れになりながらのトレッキングでしたが、参加メンバーは良い方たちばかりで、助け合いながら終えることができました！
晴れの日と雨の日を比べると、個人的には体力3倍くらい差があるなと感じました。
雨の日はどうしてもスピードが劣るので、晴れの日よりも休憩は短く、緩やかな道より険しめな近道を通り、爆速で進んでやっと時間内に終わる事が出来ました！
本当はもっと写真撮ったりしたかったですが、それは晴れの日にチャレンジしようと思います！

12月で山頂は凍結しているかもと事前にアドバイス頂き、雪山用のシェルトレーナーと、1万くらいのレインスーツを持参したのですが、雪山用は暑すぎるし、レインスーツは粗悪で不適切だと指摘されてしまったので、トラブルを避けるためにも装備はレンタルが好ましいと思います！

I’m from Hong Kong. It was raining heavily on the day of the tour, but it was great that this tour took us to various scenic spots. The guide and the driver were kind. Thank you! Since I’m a tourist, I don’t have much time in Kanazawa. If there are tours like this on weekdays, I think it would be more suitable for tourists.

香港からです。当日は凄い雨降ってたけど。このツアーが、いろいろ絶景スポット連れって、良かったです。ガイドさんと運転師も優しいです。ありがとうわたしは遊客ですから、あまり時間が金沢にいません、平日もこんなツアーがありますれば、遊客にもっと似合うと思います。

I thought it was great that the seats on the bus were already assigned before boarding. Also, the bus route allowed us to get an overall view of Shirakawa-go, which made it efficient for us to explore freely. The tour guide also pointed out recommended photo spots, and I was able to take the best pictures. The lunch was very delicious as well. We were blessed with calm weather, and I felt that having a slightly longer free time was nice.

Since we arrived back a bit earlier than scheduled, thanks to the tour guide's arrangement, we were able to disembark first, which allowed us to catch an earlier train to our next destination and avoid about an hour of delay. I regret not being able to thank the guide properly at the end.

バス内の席が乗車前に既に指定されていたのはとても良かったと思います。
又バスルートも、まず白川郷の全体を見渡せ「全体像」を把握していた為効率良く自由散策が出来ました。お勧め写真撮影スポットも添乗員さんに教えて頂き最高の写真が撮れました。お昼もとても美味しかったです。風も無い天候に恵まれ、気持ち長めの自由時間でも良かった気はします。
帰路到着時間が予定より多少早まった為、添乗員さんの図らいで優先的に下車させて頂いたおかげで、次の目的地への電車に一便前に乗れ、およそ一時間のロスを回避できました。最後にゆっくりお礼を言えなかったのは心残りです。

This was my first time booking a tour with this company, so I was honestly a bit anxious. However, the guide was incredibly attentive, and it truly became a wonderful memory. The driving was safe, and I felt at ease during the ride. The driver was cheerful and very kind.

I lost something on the bus, but the guide, the driver, and everyone participating helped look for it, for which I am very grateful.

I had considered going without a reservation and renting a car, but I think this tour was great because we didn't have to wait for meals and had plenty of time.

I know I’m being repetitive, but the guide this time was really amazing. The introduction of recommended spots, suggestions for souvenirs, and consideration for everyone were outstanding.

初めてこちらの会社のツアーを申し込んだので、正直不安でした。
でも当時、ガイドさんはすごく丁寧で本当に素敵な思い出になりました。
運転も安心して乗っていられる、安全運転。
運転手さんもにこやかで、とても親切な方でした。

私がバスの中で落し物をしたのですが、ガイドさんはもちろん、運転手さんも、参加の皆さんも探してくださったり、感謝感謝です。

予約せず、レンタカーで行くことも考えていましたが
食事も並ばす、時間にも余裕がありとてもいいツアーだと

I prepared for snow and rain, but contrary to expectations, it only drizzled under a cloudy sky, and I didn't need to use an umbrella. The rice crackers I didn't expect were very delicious, and for lunch, perhaps due to the local flavor, everything had a rather high salt content. Departing from Kanazawa Station at 9:32 AM and arriving back at 3:28 PM was great because I arrived while it was still light out, allowing me to go sightseeing in Kanazawa afterward. I was satisfied with the many photos I took of Shirakawa-go.

雪と雨を覚悟して参加予想に反して曇り空のままパラパラと降りましたが傘は使わず済みました　期待していなかった煎餅はとても美味しく昼ご飯は土地柄もあるのか全てかなりの塩分高めなラインナップでした　金沢駅９時３２分出発金沢駅１５時２８分到着　明るいうちに到着しその後金沢観光に行けるので良い時間帯でした　白川郷の写真がたくさん撮れて満足です　

I traveled to Shirahama with three friends. Since I had been to Shirahama many times before, I didn't have high expectations for the taxi tour, but we were able to visit places we had never been to before, with detailed explanations. Even the places we had visited previously felt fresh. The driver was also kind, and everyone was satisfied.

友人3人で白浜旅行、今まで白浜には何回も行っていたのでタクシーでの観光も、それほど期待して無かったのですが、今まで行った事の無い所まで、丁寧な説明付きで観光でき、前に訪れた事のある所も新鮮でした。運転手さんも親切で、みんな満足でした。

All the bus seats were taken, and I wished they could have at least seated us together as a family. They said we could borrow umbrellas at the zoo, but the place to borrow them was quite far away. There were many such issues.

バスの席は全部埋まり、せめて家族でまとめてほしかった。動物園は傘が借りれると言ってたのに、貸してくれる場所まで、かなり距離があった。もうそんなのがやまほどありました。

The guide's explanations were great, kind, and the best. It was my first time seeing the Great Buddha in Nara since my middle school field trip, and I was really moved. Nara was healing, and I was able to relax and it was very nice.

ガイドさんの説明が良くて、優しいし最高でした。
奈良の大仏さまも、中学の修学旅行以来で、なんか感動しました。
奈良は癒やされて、ゆっくりできてとてもよかった。

It was my first time in Okinawa. The weather wasn't great, but it turned into such a wonderful trip that I forgot about it. I definitely want to go again!

I visited Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley.
The power of nature is incredible!
I was easily taken to these two places by bus.
I recommend that those participating in this tour wear comfortable shoes because you'll be walking in nature! It's not paved, and you'll be walking quite a bit.

こちらのツアーに参加される方は歩きやすい靴で行くことをオススメします。なぜなら両方共自然の中を歩くから！舗装されてないし結構歩きます。

The guide was amazing! It was great that there were only two small groups of solo travelers and that there were fewer climbers that day. The guide was a local and shared so much about Yakushima, including stories about the ancient cedar trees, moss, and plants. They also took many photos for us, making it a truly enjoyable day.

It required a lot of stamina to reach Jomon Sugi, but the sense of accomplishment became an unforgettable memory. Thank you for a lifetime of memories!

ガイドさんが最高でした！ひとり旅×2組の少人数・登山客が少ない日だった事も良かったです。ガイドさんが地元の方で、屋久島の話や屋久杉の話はもちろん、苔や植物の話などたくさん教えていただき、写真も撮っていただき、本当に楽しい一日になりました。
縄文杉までは体力が必要でしたが、達成感は何にも変えられない思い出になりました。一生の思い出をありがとうございました！

I signed up for the tour because I was worried about the snow conditions and the path. It's true that you can climb without a tour, but I really enjoyed hearing the guide's stories about Yakushima's history, geography, plants, and animals.

雪の状況と道筋が不安でツアーに申しこみました。確かにツアー無しでも登れますが、ガイドさんの屋久島の歴史や地形、植物や動物について沢山のお話しを聞くことができとても楽しかったです。

The limestone cave was mysterious and a wonderful place. I couldn't see any traditional Okinawan houses from the sightseeing bus, which was just filled with buildings, so I was thrilled to finally see the Okinawan houses on TV.

We participated as a family. Our guide, Mr. Kuroda, was very kind and provided detailed explanations. Overall, we are very satisfied. We were also very fortunate to encounter Shirakawa-go covered in snow. The scenery is very beautiful. I highly recommend it.

家族で参加しました。ガイドの黒田さんはとても親切で、詳しく説明してくれました。全体的に非常に満足しています。また、雪に覆われた白川郷に出会えてとても幸運でした。景色はとてもきれいです。とてもお勧めです。

It was more affordable than going individually. The lunch was not just a small bonus; it was substantial, but it might have been a bit small in quantity for younger people.

個人で行く費用よりお得に行けました。昼食もおまけ程度では無くしっかりしたものでしたが若い人には量が少なかったかも。

We participated in a tour of Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo for two days as a couple. Both were very enjoyable, and the guide was kind, which made us very satisfied. We would like to participate again if we have the opportunity.

2日間の日程で縄文杉と白谷雲水峡のツアーに夫婦で参加しました。
いずれもとても楽しく、ガイドさんも親切で満足しました。
また機会があれば参加したいと思います。

I participated in the tour as a birthday present for my mother. Seeing her happy smile made me very happy as well. The exhilaration of riding on the Hanshin Expressway in a double-decker bus was the best.

阪神高速を二階建てバスで走る爽快感は最高でした。

I was able to enjoy mangrove kayaking even in the rain! The instructor provided detailed explanations about the mangroves and guided us carefully, allowing us to have a fulfilling experience!

インストラクターの方がマングローブを細かく説明してくれたり、マングローブを丁寧に案内してくれたりして、充実した時間を過ごす事ができました！

First, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the town from the observation deck. After that, entering the town, I was truly healed by the time-slip atmosphere and the crisp, clear air. It made me forget about worries regarding infections. Following the points shared by the guide, my satisfaction level was at its MAX.

最初に展望台から町の全景が楽しめます。その後に町に入ってタイムスリップした雰囲気とキーンと澄んだ空気に本当に癒されました。感染症の心配も忘れさせてくれます。
ガイドの方に教えて頂いたポイントを辿って満足度もMAXです。

I'm glad I was able to go on the long-awaited Jomon Sugi tour. Even though I thought I would be physically okay, it was quite tough. Perhaps because it was December and the sunset comes early, it was a pretty demanding schedule. If you're not in good shape, I recommend opting for a private tour, even if it's more expensive.

The guide was also a disappointment. Although he claimed to be a veteran with 22 years of experience, he was not enjoyable at all. I participated with friends in a group of seven, and we were told it was a low-energy group that was difficult to engage with.

Everyone felt the same way, but we managed to connect well as fellow travelers, taking photos and chatting a lot, which was fun. I was really tired, but Jomon Sugi is a place I wanted to visit at least once. I wish I could have seen it up close, but I was satisfied with being able to see and touch the cedars along the way.

念願の縄文杉ツアーに行けて良かったです。
体力的に大丈夫だと思っていても　かなりきつかったです。　12月で日没時間が早いからか　かなりの強行軍でした。体力が無いと行けないか、そうゆう方は高くても貸切ツアーにする事をお勧めします。
ガイドさんもハズレでした。22年のベテランだそうですが　全然楽しくない人でした。友人との参加で他に５人の７人グループでしたが　テンションが低くてやりにくいグループだと言われました。
みんな感じる事は同じだったので、客同士は息が合い仲良くでき、写真を撮りあったり、お話が沢山できて楽しかったです。
本当に疲れましたが、一度は行きたい縄文杉。もっと近くで見れたら良かったのですが、途中の杉達を近くで見たり、さわれたり出来たので満足でした。

I couldn't drive, so I joined the tour. There were two tour guides, and both were very nice. Especially the female guide, Ms. L, was a charming person who was very considerate. Thank you very much. We changed our schedule and visited Lake Shikotsu first, and because it had just stopped raining, the lake was sparkling and very beautiful. It was also great that all the snacks introduced by the guide, Mr. S, were delicious. This is a highly recommended tour with good cost performance.

車の運転ができないのでツアーに参加しました。
添乗員が2名いて御二方とも良くしてくれました。特に女性のLさんは気遣い上手な可愛らしい方でした。ありがとうございました。
支笏湖は予定を変更して最初に観光しましたが、雨上がりだったこともあり湖がキラキラしてとても綺麗でした。
添乗員のSさんが紹介してくれた軽食がどれも美味しかったのも良かったです。
コスパの良いお勧めツアーです。

During the 90-minute tour, I was able to engage deeply with ANA employees and history, making it both enjoyable and educational. The flight attendant in charge of the tour was cheerful, polite, and great to talk to.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the souvenir payment method did not accept cash, so I would like to see cash payment options available.

90分というツアーの中で実際にANAの社員の方や歴史にじっくり触れることが出来て、楽しくも学べました。ツアー担当のCAさんも明るく丁寧でお話もよかったです(*'ω'*)
しいていえば、お土産の支払い方法が現金払い不可でしたので現金払いでも
対応可能にして頂きたいです。
