Our guide, S, was very kind, and we were able to enjoy the experience even with our small children. He always answered the children's simple questions, making it a wonderful experience. I would definitely like to request the same guide next time.

It was disappointing that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the rough waves, but we went snorkeling in a different location and were thrilled to see such beautiful fish. The guide was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The mangrove kayaking was also relaxing, with the gentle flow of the river and the scenery being very soothing.

波が荒れていて青の洞窟に行けなくて残念でしたが、違う場所でシュノーケリングをしましたが、とても綺麗な魚達が見れて感激しました。
ガイドのお姉さんも気さくな方で楽しめました。
マングローブのカヤックも穏やかな川の流れと景色に癒やされました。

This time, I booked a private taxi tour for the first time with three foreigners I brought from Canada. I chose a six-hour course, but it was just enough time to visit four to five famous spots in Kyoto. If I were to make a reservation next time, I feel that around eight hours would be recommended, considering the lunch time as well.

As for the driver, he had studied English well and provided thoughtful explanations at key tourist spots, as well as engaging small talk during the drive, which was considerate for the foreigners. The three foreigners were satisfied after the tour.

I also appreciate how he helped with taking photos at various scenic spots. This was my first time booking with Yasaka, and I could feel the high level of training among the staff. The six-hour duration allowed us to enjoy the tour comfortably and safely, which was the best part. I would definitely like to request this again next time.

今回は、カナダから連れてきた外国人３名と共に、初めての貸切タクシーツアーを申し込みました。
６時間というコースを選択したのですが、京都の名所を４－５ヶ所周るには、ギリギリ時間でした。次回予約するのであれば、昼食時間もありますので、８時間ぐらいがお勧めかと感じました。
運転手さんですが、しっかり英語を勉強されており、要所要所の観光名所での気の利いた説明及び移動中の雑談も、外国人が受け入れる話し方に気を使われ、しっかり対応頂き、ツアー後の外国人３名も満足しておりました。
また名所の周る度に、写真スポットでの撮影手伝いもサラって対応いただき感謝しております。今回初めてヤサカに申し込みを致しましたが、
社員の方への教育の高さも感じられ、６時間という時間が、楽しく・安心してツアーができたことが何より良かった点であります。
次回もぜひお願いしたいです。

Four years ago, I participated with my husband, and at that time, there were illuminations at Nakanoshima Park and projection mapping at the Central Public Hall. The view from the highway was amazing, and I wanted to show my elderly father the beautiful illuminated scenery, so I made a reservation.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get a reservation for that timing this time, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. However, unlike last time, the weather was mild, so I could hear the guide's explanations clearly without being drowned out by the wind, and my father was very happy to see the beautiful illuminations that were different from usual.

I wonder if I'm the only one who feels it's unfair that the price is the same during periods with and without projection mapping at the Central Public Hall? Perhaps it's because I've experienced it multiple times at different times that I can notice the differences, but I couldn't help but think about that.

4年前に夫と参加したのですが、その時は中之島公園のイルミネーションや中央公会堂のプロジェクションマッピングをやっていた時だったので、高速道路から見下ろす景色も最高で、高齢の父にもキレイなイルミネーションの景色を見せてあげたいと申込みました。
残念ながら今回はそのタイミングでの予約が取れず、私的には少し物足りなかったのですが、前回と違って穏やかな気候だったので風の音にかき消されることなくガイドさんのお話もよく聞こえましたし、普段とは違ったイルミネーションの綺麗な景色を観ることができて父はすごく喜んでいました。

中央公会堂のプロジェクションマッピングなどをやっている時期とそうでない時期が同じ料金なのを不公平に感じるのは私だけでしょうか？
違うタイミングで複数回乗ったからこそ違いがわかるのかもしれないのですが、そんなことを思ってしまいました。

Since you often have the opportunity to ride on boats and there can be swaying due to rain, it's better to have motion sickness medication even if you usually don't get sick! One person felt nauseous and had to drop out, but the staff informed them that they couldn't return immediately.

The weather forecast for Okinawa is unreliable. It's better to have rain gear. There were also people lining up to buy raincoats that looked like they were worth less than 100 yen inside the boat.

船に乗る機会が多いし、雨で揺れることもあるので普段酔わなくても酔い止めあった方が良いです！
1人気持ち悪いと脱落しましたが、すぐには帰れないことをスタッフから言われてました。

沖縄の天気予報あてになりません。
雨具あった方が良いです。
船の中で、見た目が100均以下のカッパ買うために並んでる人もいました。

The captain's thoughtfulness, enjoyable stories, informative talks, beautiful night views, and the impressive flames of the power plant made for a quick 90 minutes. My 10-year-old child also had a great time. We were able to experience an extraordinary atmosphere, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

船長さんの、お気遣いと楽しいお話、ためになるお話、美しい夜景、迫力ある発電所の炎、あっという間の90分でした。10歳の子どもも楽しんでいました。非日常の雰囲気を味わえ、良い体験ができました。ありがとうございました。

I don't know which country it is, but I received about ten phone calls from the back, and each time it turned into a long conversation. I was fed up. I wish they would include etiquette in the contract at the time of application if possible.

After gathering, we took the train to Fushimi Inari Taisha. After the visit, we walked to the bus parking lot. We had lunch right after arriving at Kiyomizu-dera (before noon) ⇒ Kinkaku-ji ⇒ Arashiyama. Those returning to Osaka took the bus again after the visit. People going to Kyoto Station received tickets and could do as they pleased afterward. The guide said they would take us to photo spots. Even though I received a ticket, I accidentally used my Suica! Ahhh!

どこの国か分かりませんが、後ろの方に10回くらい電話がかかってきて、その度に長話。うんざりしました。出来たら申し込みの時点で、マナーも契約の中に盛り込んでくれたらいいな、と思いました。
集合後、稲荷大社までは電車。見学後にバス駐車場まで徒歩。清水寺に着いてすぐに昼食(12時前)⇒金閣寺⇒嵐山。大阪まで帰る人は見学後にまたバスに乗車。京都駅の人はチケットもらって後は好きにして良し。ガイドさんは映えスポットまで案内してくださるとのこと。チケットいただいたのにSuicaをうっかり使用してしまった！あーー

I was a bit concerned about my physical stamina since I was with my elderly parents, but we used boats, water buffalo carts, and buses, so there were no particular issues. We were able to ride the water buffalo cart twice; the first time we were at the back, and the second time at the front, which was quite enjoyable. Personally, I would have liked a bit more time to explore Yubu Island rather than just the mangrove tour. Overall, I was satisfied with the efficient visit to the three islands. Thank you very much.

高齢の両親と一緒だったので体力的に不安がありましたが、船や水牛車、バスを利用したので特に問題ありませんでした。水牛車も2回乗れて、1回目は最後尾、2回目は最前列と充分楽しめました。
個人的にはマングローブ遊覧より、由布島の散策にもう少し時間が欲しかったです。
効率的に3島巡れて概ね満足です。ありがとうございました。

This was not just a simple Gunkanjima tour; it was a highly valuable experience where I learned about Nagasaki's history and important figures related to the Meiji-era industrial revolution and modernization in Japan. The stories shared by our guide, Hamaguchi, who specializes in research on Glover, were very interesting. He was knowledgeable not only about Gunkanjima but also about Glover's contributions to Japan and Nagasaki's World Heritage sites, and I was truly impressed by his expertise. I am grateful for the valuable insights he provided. The tour of Gunkanjima was fantastic, and the presentation on the boat was memorable, keeping my interest piqued throughout. He guided us through many aspects of Nagasaki. We were also able to disembark, making for a truly fulfilling half-day experience. Thank you so much, Hamaguchi, for providing a time that was worth more than the tour fee!

ただ単なる軍艦島ツアーではなく、明治日本の産業革命遺産や近代化に関する長崎の歴史や重要人物についても学べる非常に価値ある内容でした。グラバーに関する研究をされていらっしゃるという浜口ガイドのお話がとても面白く、軍艦島はもちろん、グラバーが日本にもたらした功績や長崎の世界遺産など幅広い分野にお詳しく、その学識に圧倒されました。貴重なお話をしていただき感謝です。軍艦島の見学はもちろんですが、船内でのプレゼンが印象深く、最後まで興味をそそられる内容で、長崎の多くをガイドしてくださいました。上陸もでき、本当に充実した半日を過ごすことができました。ツアー料金以上の価値ある時間を提供してくださった浜口ガイド、本当にありがとうございました！

The explanation was detailed, and I was able to land safely. I'm very satisfied! The digital museum is also recommended, so please be sure to visit! The ice cream sold on board was delicious as well.

When I got on the bus, I was given a printed QR code at the reception. I have to show it when getting on and off, but I need to be careful not to let it get crumpled. Traveling hands-free is not recommended, haha. At places like Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera, there are a lot of people, so it's better to arrive at the bus stop a little early.

バスを乗る時受付してプリントアウトされたQRコードを渡されました。
乗り降りするときそれを見せるのですが、ぐちゃぐちゃにならないように気をつけ付けないといけません。
手ぶらの旅はオススメ出来ませんね笑
金閣寺、清水寺辺りでの乗り降りはとにかくたくさん人がいるのでちょっと早めにバス停いた方が良いです。

It was a wonderful time, after all. Despite the last-minute reservation the night before, they accommodated us. Since it was our honeymoon, we wanted to do poses related to marriage, but I wasn't sure what to do. When I spoke to the staff, they taught us some poses, and we ended up with really great photos. Thank you for the wonderful memories. I would like to request your services again when I visit Miyako Island.

The level of the Jumbo Tours guide is too low. Do they think it's okay just because they're dealing with foreigners? I will never use them again!

With a touch of humor, you pulled me along and pushed my weary back, allowing me to finally see Jomon Sugi. I am filled with joy and emotion as my long-held dream has come true. As someone who is not good at flying, I have loved the power of an airplane taking off and its ascent towards dreams since I was a child. Today, I finally had the chance to participate in an ANA tour, and I learned about the history of airplanes and how many expert teams work hard every day to keep them flying.

The attendant in charge of the tour was wonderful, and everything felt like a dream. I now have the desire to try flying on an airplane. Thank you to everyone at ANA for your hard work every day. Please continue to do your best.

飛行機に乗るのは苦手な私は飛行機が離陸する推進力、夢に向かって飛び立つ姿が子供の頃から大好きでした。
本日、やっとANAのツアーに参加出来て飛行機の歴史や、どれだけ飛行機を飛ばすのに多数のエキスパートチームの方々が日々、努力をしているか伝わって来ました。

ツアー担当のアテンダントの方も素敵で何もかも夢の様な時間でした。

The guide was kind, and the Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and the Christmas illumination at American Village were all fantastic.

It was my first time visiting Shirakawa-go and Hida Takayama.
I was able to take great photos of the village from the recommended spots by the tour guide.
The lunch was delicious and just the right amount.
In the second half at Hida Takayama, I enjoyed walking around tasting dango, Hida beef croquettes, and Hida beef sushi.
It would be nice if the tour price were a bit lower.

初めての白川郷と飛騨高山でした。
ツアコンの方のおすすめ写真スポットから良い集落写真が撮れました＾＾
お昼ご飯も美味しくて、多過ぎず、
後半の飛騨高山でお団子や飛騨牛コロッケ、飛騨牛鮨の食べ歩きが出来ました。
もう少しツアー料金がお安めだといいかも。

I participated in a hotel transfer from Onna Village. It was very helpful since I didn't have a rental car. The driver, who drove safely, kindly greeted us with "thank you for your hard work" every time the bus stopped for passengers to get off, and when we returned, he said "welcome back." It was very pleasant. The bus guide was a veteran, and he was great at speaking; his voice was easy to hear, making for a wonderful guiding experience throughout the day.

We visited Manzamo in the rain and then proceeded to the Pineapple Garden. As the guide mentioned, they made efforts during the COVID period, and I could see their creativity, making it more enjoyable than I expected. By the time we headed to Kouri Island, the rain had stopped, the sky was blue, and the sea looked beautiful. It was just around lunchtime, and unexpectedly, we were served delicious sandwiches, which was a delightful surprise. Since we were at a roadside station, we could buy local watermelon and have lunch.

After that, the weather cleared up, and we arrived at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. We had about two hours, so we took the ¥300 internal shuttle bus, which took an hour to go around. The vast grounds were pleasant, with a nice breeze, allowing us to appreciate the beautiful sea, impressive buildings, and stunning nature. After that, we entered the aquarium, where we had plenty of time to see everything. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and made the trip even more enriching.

We started our journey back from the last stop at the Chinsuko Kingdom, and the guide's charm added a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful day. If I could wish for anything, it would have been perfect if it had been eligible for the national travel support program.

恩納村のホテル送迎付きで参加。レンタカーが無いのでとても助かります。安全運転のドライバーさんはバスが止まって乗客が降りる度にお疲れ様と声をかけて下さり戻るとお帰りなさいとの事。とても感じ良かったです。バスガイドさんはベテランの方でしたがお話が上手で声も聞きやすく素晴らしいガイドぶりで一日中楽しかったです。 雨の中の万座毛 パイナップルガーデンと進みました。パイナップルガーデンはガイドさんも言っていましたが、コロナを期に努力なさったそうで工夫が見られ 思った以上に楽しかったです。古宇利島に向かう頃には雨も止んで空が青く海も綺麗になりました。丁度お昼時でしたが思いがけず美味しいサンドイッチが配られて感動しました。道の駅でしたので特産のスイカを買ったりしてお昼を食べられました。その後は快晴になり美ら海水族館到着。約２時間ありましたので¥300の園内周遊バスで1時間掛けて回りました。広大な敷地ですがバスはのんびりと気持ち良く風が通り美しい海や立派な建物 見事な自然も把握できました。その後水族館へ入ったのですが充分見ることができました。ガイドさんの説明は分かりやすく楽しく旅が一段と濃厚になりました。最後のお菓子御殿から帰途に着きましたがガイドさんのアザトヤユンタは風情があって良かったです。良い一日をありがとうございました。欲を言えば全国旅行支援対象でしたら完璧でしたね。

I have wanted to see Jomon Sugi for several years. Given my age, I felt that now was the time to go, so despite the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the decision to make a reservation. I was prepared for the challenges, and although there were many difficulties in reaching Jomon Sugi, I was able to appreciate the importance of taking one step at a time. I am very happy that I could share this experience with my husband. We were also blessed with good weather, and I am grateful for the thoughtful care from our guide, Mr. Muramatsu, who matched our pace. Thank you very much.

数年前から縄文杉を一目見たいと思っていました。年齢的にも今しか行けないと思い、コロナ禍ではありましたが、思い切って予約をしました。覚悟はしていましたが、縄文杉に辿り着くまで数々の困難もありましたが、一歩ずつ歩き続けることの大切さを感じることができた事と、主人と同じ体験できた事をとても嬉しく思います。天候にも恵まれ、ガイドの村松さんのさり気ない心遣いや私達に合わせたペースにも感謝しております。ありがとうございました。

There were many explanations through videos, making it easy for elementary school students to understand and engage in the tour. In the end, I was able to take a lot of photos, and I am very satisfied.

映像での説明も多いので小学生でもわかりやすくきょうみを持って見学することができました。
最後に写真をたくさん撮らせていただき、大変満足しています。

I was drawn to the Jungle Night Tour and signed up. Although it wasn't raining, the weather was unfortunately not great... Sadly, we couldn't see the starry sky, but I had a great time encountering the unique plants and creatures of the Yaeyama Islands.

ジャングルナイトツアーにひかれて申し込みました。雨は降っていませんでしたがあいにくのお天気…残念ながら星空は見えませんでしたが八重山諸島ならではの植物や生物に出会えて楽しい思い出が出来ました。

They provided various explanations along the way, and I made new discoveries. I was very satisfied as they also took me to a fruit juice shop I had hoped to visit and guided me to a spot where I could see the ocean in its entirety.

道すがら色んな説明をしてくれ、新しい発見がありました。希望していたフルーツジュースのお店にも寄ってくれたり、海が一望できる場所に案内してくれたり、と大満足でした。

I participated in a one-day bus tour from Sapporo that included visits to places like Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. The weather was great, and it was a wonderful trip where I could feel the vast nature of Hokkaido. It was my first time visiting all these places, and we stopped at seven locations, each one more amazing than the last, which was truly moving. I think it would be quite challenging to visit so many tourist spots in one day on my own, so I'm really glad I participated. During the bus ride, it was also great that they talked about the next destination and the highlights of the places we were passing by. The two guides and the bus driver were wonderful people. Thank you very much. I would love to join a different tour next time!

札幌発で、支笏湖洞爺湖など巡る1日バス観光に参加させてもらいました。
お天気も良く、北海道の大自然を感じる、素敵な旅でした。どこも初めて行く場所で、7か所回ったのですが、すべて素晴らしいところばかりで、感動の連続でした。これだけの観光地を1日で回るのは、個人ではかなり大変だと思うので、本当に参加してよかったです。バスの中では、次に行く目的地や今走っている場所の見どころなど話してくれたことも、とてもよかったです。ガイドさんお二人、バスの運転手さん、素敵な方々でした。ありがとうございました。
また、次は違うツアーも参加したいです！

Since there was only one group of participants, we ended up touring with a sightseeing taxi. Therefore, I don't think this will be very helpful, but the driver and guide provided very detailed explanations, so I learned a lot about Yakushima. Knowing the overall picture of the island and even some ethnological aspects on the first day of the trip made this journey much richer.

たまたま、参加者が一組だったので観光タクシーでの周遊となりました。
ですので、参考にはならないとは思いますが・・
運転手兼ガイドの方が、大変詳細に説明してくださったので、屋久島のことがよくわかりました。
旅の初日に、島の全体像や民俗学的なことまで知りえたことは、この旅を豊かなものにしてくれました。

It was great that there were no loud or disruptive people, even with foreign guests present. The guides included a Japanese person and a foreigner who spoke Chinese, and both were cheerful, taking photos and being very kind.

We changed our initial plans and visited Lake Shikotsu first. It was sunny, and the beautiful surface of the water was a delight to see. Lake Toya was also lovely. The view from Cape Erimo was spectacular. I wasn't very familiar with Showa Shinzan, but the scenery was great, and I found the history with the volcano very interesting to explore.

外国人の方も一緒でしたがうるさく騒ぐ人もおらず良かったです。ガイドさんは日本人の方と、外国人の、中国語を話す方と2人いらっしゃり、2人とも明るく写真を撮って下さったり親切にしてくれました。
当初の予定から変更になり、支笏湖には最初に訪問しました。晴れていてきれいな水面が見られて良かったです。洞爺湖も綺麗でした。地球岬からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。昭和新山はあまり知らなかったのですが、眺めもよく、また火山との歴史も興味深く見学しました。

The guide's talk was filled with useful tidbits, which was great. It was also fun to experience making rice crackers.

There was plenty of time in Shirakawa-go, allowing for a leisurely stroll.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the lunch menu (it would be nice if there was an option for a plan without lunch given the menu).

ガイドの方のお話がプチ情報満載で良かったです。お煎餅焼きも、体験できて楽しかったです。
白川郷も十分な時間があって、ゆっくり散策できました。

ただ、お昼のメニューは少し残念でした（あの内容なら、お昼なしのプランも選べると嬉しいです）

We wanted to go to the Shakotan Peninsula for our honeymoon, but since neither of us drives, we decided to book a guide, even though it was a bit pricey.

In the end, it was a great decision!

Ikuta was not only personable but also very knowledgeable! You could really feel his veteran skills!

He guided us to the places we wanted to visit with lots of interesting stories and took many photos for us! It was really helpful since it’s hard to take selfies just the two of us!

He also took us to delicious smoked food places, seafood, and sake shops! We were introduced to places that locals go to!! (The next day, we went to the restaurant recommended by Ikuta for lunch, and it was also exquisite!)

It was a packed day, and we were very satisfied! I’m so grateful that Ikuta will definitely come up in our wonderful memories from this trip.

I would love to book him again for our next trip to Hokkaido!

新婚旅行で積丹半島へ行きたいけど2人とも運転をしない為、少しお値段するけどお願いするか〜と予約しました。

結果、大正解！

生田さんは人柄も良く知識も豊富！ベテランの腕を感じました！

事前にお願いしてた行きたい場所へは色んな面白い話と共に案内してくれて沢山写真も撮ってくれました！2人だとなかなか自撮りでしか撮れないからありがたかったです！

他にも燻製の美味しい店や海鮮、日本酒のお店も回ってくれて！地元民が行く店を紹介してもらいました！！(翌日ランチは生田さんおすすめの店へ。これまた絶品でした、、、！)

盛りだくさんの1日で大満足！
この旅での素敵な思い出話に生田さん絶対出てくるくらい感謝いっぱいです

次の北海道旅行でもまたお願いしたいです♪

I participated in the afternoon course. The weather wasn't great, but the boat didn't sway much, so I was able to enjoy the cruise with peace of mind. The guide, who was knowledgeable about Nagasaki's industries, provided explanations, so I wasn't bored during the trip. The view of Gunkanjima from the boat was wonderful.

午後のコースで参加しました。天気はイマイチでしたが、船が大きく揺れることもなく、安心して船旅を楽しめました。
長崎の産業に詳しいガイドさんが解説をしてくださり、道中も退屈しなかったです。船上から見た軍艦島の眺めは素晴らしかったです。

Reception
It's hard to find where the reception is. There was no explanation after checking in. I was left unattended.
Bus Seats
I was moved from the assigned seat I was sitting in. Even though the seats were designated, others were also seated randomly.
Lack of Knowledge about Toilet Facilities at Tourist Spots
I couldn't grasp where the toilets were or how many there were. I didn't have time to ride the ropeway at Showa Shinzan. For those who don't go to the bear ranch, there was no place to rest, so I didn't know how to spend my time.
Compared to other tours, this was of a lower level.

指定された座席に座っていたら移動させられた。座席が決まっているのに他の人も適当に座らされていた。
観光地のトイレ事情など無知
トイレの場所や何箇所あるか把握出来ていない。昭和新山でロープウェイに乗車する時間がなかった。熊牧場に行かない人は何をして過ごすか、休憩場所がなかったのでどう過ごせばいいのかわからなかった。
他の観光ツアーと比べて低レベル
