It's great that even those without a driver's license can conveniently go to various places. The timing was just right, and I had a wonderful day.
However, all the tourist information was delivered through earphones, and the guide didn't speak at all except for ticket and time information, which was a bit disappointing and felt a little lacking in energy.
It really dampened the excitement for sightseeing.
I will use this service again. Thank you!

免許を持っていない方でも、便利にいろんなところへ行けるのはとても嬉しいです。時間の調整もちょうど良くて、一日満喫で楽しかったです。

Fortunately, the weather was nice and warm, and I was quite worried about the splashes of water due to the lack of windows, but that didn't happen. It was a lot of fun, especially with the seagulls around.

The tour is guided by a current cabin attendant, and it's a great opportunity to hear real stories from them. You can see the facilities used for training right in front of you, and sometimes actual training is taking place, which is fascinating.

On the day I visited, there was training for ground staff. The trainees looked a bit confused as they watched us. Additionally, the simulator where pilots train was right in front of us and was actively in use.

For airplane enthusiasts, this content is irresistible, and I would love to go again! Finally, I also got some souvenirs, making for a very satisfying half-day experience.

ツアーはガイド役のCAさんの案内で進んで行きます。現役CAさんのREALな話も聞けてお得なツアーです。そして、実際に訓練に使われている施設が目の前で見られるうえ、実際の訓練が行われていたりもして、おもしろいです。
私の見学日には、グランドスタッフの研修が行われてました。研修生もこちらを見てチョット困惑気味でした。更にはパイロットさんが訓練しているシミュレーターもまさに目の前で動いてたいました。
飛行機好きにはたまらない内容、また行きたいと思います！
最後にお土産もゲットし、大満足の半日でした。

The view from the road was different and very beautiful. Also, the guide provided various information, allowing us to learn about places we usually wouldn't notice, which made me very satisfied. However, I think sitting towards the back would be better.

道から見る風景とは、また違う風景でとても素敵でした。あと、ガイドさんが色々案内してくれるので、普段気が付かないような所まで知ることが出来、とても満足でした。ただ席は後ろの方が良いと思います

The educational training facility was opened to the public, allowing users to directly experience the company's efforts in training, which helped them understand that it is a clean organization. Additionally, the employees undergoing training were aware of being observed, which motivated them and allowed users to deeply understand that safety is ensured precisely because of such training. I believe this is a win-win initiative for both the organization and the users. Experiencing that a major airline has not had a fatal accident in 51 years since 1971 is a testament to the corporate efforts like those of Blue Base Tour.

I had the opportunity to tour the training facility guided by an active flight attendant. The entrance modeled after a boarding gate, two state-of-the-art theaters, and the chance to see the training sessions up close were all impressive and left me very satisfied!

現役のCAさんによるガイドで、訓練施設を見させていただきました。搭乗ゲートを模した入場口、最先端のシアター2つ、申し訳ないくらい間近で見られる訓練の様子など、完成度が高く大満足でした！

I unknowingly made a reservation for a tour exclusively for foreigners, and I was the only Japanese participant. The guide, Michelle, spoke in four languages, which I imagine was quite challenging. Her explanations were very clear, enjoyable, and thorough. She was kind and addressed each participant individually. The driver, Kimishima, was also cheerful and engaging. It was a safe and comfortable day. I felt lucky to have met both of them and to have participated in this tour. I was satisfied with the tour content as well. All the participants were punctual and displayed good manners. Thank you very much! ♪

知らずに予約したのが外国人専用で、日本人一人の参加でした。ガイドのミッシェルさんは4ヶ国語で話してくださり
大変だったと思います。説明がとても分かりやすく、そして楽しく丁寧でした。参加者一人一人に声を掛けて親切でした。ドライバーの君島さんも明るく声かけされていました。安全運転で快適な1日でした。お二人と出会えたこと、このツアーに参加出来たことがラッキーでした。ツアー内容も満足でした。参加者さんもみなさん時間を守りマナーもよかったです。ありがとうございました♪

Without any explanation, I might have just lazed around Shirakawa-go, but thanks to our knowledgeable guide, I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery from one end of Shirakawa-go to the other.

We started with a rice cracker-making experience, and on the way back, we were able to return non-stop to Kanazawa Station, which gave us extra time to visit Kenrokuen Garden, so that was great.

I'm glad I chose this tour. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again in a different season. Thank you very much.

何も説明なく白川郷で自由行動していたらダラダラとしていたかもしれませんが、知識豊富なガイドさんのおかげで白川郷の端から端まで綺麗な景色を堪能することが出来ました。

最初にお煎餅焼きの体験があって帰りはノンストップで金沢駅まで帰れて時間に余裕が出来、兼六園の観光まで出来て良かったです。

このツアーを選んで良かったです。機会があれば今度は季節を変えて参加したいものです。

The view from a sightseeing bus offers different discoveries compared to a passenger car, and you can also listen to the guide's explanations, so it is recommended depending on your purpose.

観光バスからの目線は乗用車とは違う発見があり、ガイドさんの説明も聞けるので、目的によってはおすすめです。

I signed up for this kind of bus tour for the first time. I was nervous, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable day. There were many participants, both Japanese and foreigners, but since my husband and I were not used to it, we tried to stay close to the tour guide throughout the day. The guide was from China and was very friendly, teaching us various historical facts and kindly suggesting great spots for photos. We took a lot of couple shots together.

I thought a bus tour would mean not having to walk much, but we actually walked quite a bit, so I feel like a bit of stamina is needed. Since I don't usually walk much, I might have felt it more than others. However, the weather was nice, and after all the walking, I felt healthy and good, and I've been looking at the photos many times since returning home. Thank you very much!

ドキドキしましたが、結果とても楽しい1日でした。
日本人や外人さんなど多くのお客様も一緒に参加されていましたが、私達夫婦は慣れないので
なるべく添乗員さんの近くをキープして
1日過ごしました。中国の方でしたがとても気さくな方で色んな歴史も教えてくれたり、ここ写真撮るのすごく良い場所だからと親切でした。主人とのツーショット写真もたくさん撮ってもらいました。
バスツアーって歩かないで良いかと思っていたら
結構、歩いたので体力は少しいるかなという気がします。普段あまり歩かないので特にそう感じたかも？
でも、天気も良くてたくさん歩いた分、健康的で気持ちも良くて帰ってから写真を何度も見ています。

A trip to Okinawa without a rental car. On the last day, I was considering sightseeing at places like the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Initially, I had planned to take a high-speed boat to enjoy the view from the sea, but due to rough seas, the service was canceled, and I switched to a bus tour. The guide was kind and shared various stories about Okinawa, which were very helpful. Although the weather forecast predicted rain, we were blessed with good weather. Additionally, I had heard that traffic has been terrible lately, but it flowed relatively smoothly, and we arrived at the airport earlier than planned. Thank you very much.

レンタカー無しでの沖縄旅行。
最終日は美ら海水族館等の観光を考えていて、当初は高速船で海からの眺めを計画していたのが、海上時化のため欠航となりバスツアーに切り替えました。
ガイドさんも親切で沖縄について色んな話をしていただき参考になりました。
天気予報も雨☔予想だったが好天に惠まれ、
また、このところ渋滞が酷いとのことだったが、比較適用スムーズに流れて予定より早めに空港に到着出来ました。

Although I made a last-minute reservation, I received guidance the day before, which made me feel at ease as a trekking beginner. First, the tour company provided the names of the guide and the person who would bring the rental equipment, and I was able to confirm my questions. The three-piece rental set was great. I didn’t know what to choose, and since I wasn’t sure how often I would use them, it was helpful not to have to think about storage. It was a relief to leave the preparation and cleanup to them. The communication from the guide also boosted my motivation.

As the guide mentioned the day before, it rained from the morning, and I was advised to wear the rented raincoat from the start. My casual clothes weren’t suitable for trekking, so it was a lifesaver in keeping me warm. I didn’t have a backpack cover, so I put my items in a plastic bag before placing them in my backpack. I apologize for getting my backpack wet…

The guide provided information on the way to the site, allowing me to learn about Yakushima that isn’t in the guidebooks. There was one other person with my son and me, and thanks to the guide’s thoughtful attention, we ended up taking a photo together as a group of four at the end. The guide was someone I could rely on and open up to. I was reminded once again that nothing surpasses experience.

I admired the guide’s determination as they climbed while holding an umbrella, and I felt I wanted to emulate that spirit. Additionally, I learned how to take panoramic photos and was impressed by the guide’s flexibility in capturing them. While trekking was the main goal, it also became a life lesson.

Although it seems that locals consider it a hiking level, for someone like me who grew up in flatlands, it felt like mountain climbing. The rain came and went at a comfortable pace, and it wasn’t hot enough to make me sweat, so my visibility was clear. In fact, walking through puddles without a care felt like returning to childhood, and walking among the wet moss and trees was mystical. It was a strange feeling to think that this was a path created and walked by people from long ago, as the guide described.

I considered trekking on my own, but there were places where I might have gotten lost and struggled with time management, so it was a good decision to join the tour. I hesitated about whether to go to the mossy forest, but I’m glad I pushed on to Taiko Rock. The mossy forest has its own charm as well. Taiko Rock might be short for a trek, but standing there felt deeply moving.

Trekking in the rain was the best!

直前の予約でしたが、前日から案内をいただきまして、トレッキング初心者としては安心いたしました。
まずは催行会社から、ガイドさんとレンタルを持ってきてくださる方のお名前の案内があり、また質問事項の確認ができました。
3点セットのレンタルはよかったです。
何を選んだらいいのか分からない上、何度使うかわからないものであり、収納場所も考えなくてよかったからです。
準備も後片付けもお任せで助かりました。
ガイドさんからの連絡も、モチベーションが上がりました。

前日のガイドさんの話の通り朝から雨で、レンタルしたレインコートは初めから着て来るようにとのことでした。
私服はトレッキング用ではなかったこともあり、寒さもしのげて大活躍でした。
リュックカバーはなかったので、リュックに入れるものはビニル袋に入れてからリュックに入れました。
リュックを濡らしてすみません…

現地に到着までの間もガイドしてくださり、ガイドブックにはない屋久島を知ることができました。
私と息子以外にもうお一方とご一緒でしたが、満遍なく心配りをしてくださったおかげで、最後に4人で写真を撮るまでになりました。
それだけ頼りになり心開けるガイドさんでした。
経験に勝るものはないと改めて実感しました。

ガイドさんの傘を差しながら登っていく姿は、気持ちだけでも見習いたいなと思いました。
また、パノラマ写真の使い方も教えていただき、撮ってくださる体の柔らかさも見習いたいと痛感しました。
トレッキングの目的はさることながら、人生の学びにもなりました。

また地元の方はハイキングレベルらしいですが、平野で育った私にとっては山登りでした。
雨は降ったりやんだり程よく、暑くて汗だくになることもなかったので、視界が遮られることはなかったです。
むしろ何も気にせず水溜りを歩くのは童心に帰ったようになり、雨で濡れた苔や木々の中を歩くのは神秘的でした。
ガイドさんが噛みしめて話してくれるように、昔の方が造って歩いたところと思うと、不思議な感覚でした。

個人でのトレッキングも検討しましたが、どの道を歩いていいのか迷いそうな所もあったり、時間配分等、初心者はツアーにして良かったです。
苔むす森までにしようか迷いましたが、太鼓岩まで頑張ってよかったです。
苔むす森までも、それはそれで趣があっていいものです。
太鼓岩はトレッキングにしては短いのかもしれませんが、そこに立ったとき、感慨深く感じられました。

The explanations and commentary were incredibly easy to understand. I was able to spend a pleasant day. The attention to detail was wonderful, and we were able to share enjoyable moments with travelers from abroad. The guide's alternating explanations in Japanese and English were quite impressive. I would like to visit the winter scenery of Shirakawa-go again. Thank you very much.

The weather was very nice, and the autumn leaves were beautiful. It was the sightseeing season, and thanks to the quick thinking of the tour company, we took the usual reverse route, but the roads were smooth, allowing us to stroll leisurely, and the food was delicious. I was a bit anxious since it was my first solo trip, but I enjoyed it.

とても良い天気で、紅葉が綺麗でした。
行楽シーズンで、観光会社の方の機転でいつもの逆コースでしたが、道路もスムーズで、ゆっくり散策出来て、食事も美味しいかったです。始めての一人旅で少し不安でしたが、楽しめました。

I participated in a tour that takes you to the classic sightseeing spots in Kyoto in one day. We efficiently visited Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama using buses and trains! The plan included a kaiseki lunch and admission fees, so I was able to enjoy the city of Kyoto without any hassle. It's an excellent value for money and highly recommended!

紅葉 京都の定番観光地を1日で巡るツアーに参加しました。伏見稲荷大社→清水寺→金閣寺→嵐山と, バスと電車を利用して効率良く観光する事が出来ました！懐石の昼食と拝観料付きプランだったので,手間なく京都の町を楽しむ事が出来ました。コスパ抜群でオススメです！

I experienced a view I've never seen before. The nights in November are getting chilly, but it's manageable with a little extra clothing. The air is clear, and I encountered a wonderful scenery. I would like to see a different view in another season.

初めて見る景色、体感を味わいました。
11月の夜は冷えてきていますが、ちょっと着込めば大丈夫。空気は澄んで素敵な景色に出会えました。また別な季節に違う景色を見てみたいです。

Unfortunately, it rained heavily all day. To be honest, I was worried, thinking, "Can we really climb in this rain...?" I didn't get to see the beautiful scenery with light shining through the trees that I had initially hoped for.

However, the engaging conversation kept things interesting even in the rain. There were mystical views that could only be enjoyed because of the rain. By the end, I was actually enjoying the rain while going through the tour.

If I visit Yakushima again, I would definitely sign up for the same tour. It was such a wonderful day.

あいにく一日中大雨。
正直「この雨で登れるの・・・？」と不安になるレベル。
当初期待してた木々の間から光が指す美しい風景は一切見れませんでした。

ただし、雨の中でも飽きさせないトーク。
雨だからこそ楽しめる神秘的な景色。
途中からはむしろ雨を楽しみながらツアーを回れました。

また屋久島に訪れたとしても、同じツアーを申し込むと思います。
それくらい素晴らしい一日を過ごせました。

This was my first time boarding. It swayed more than I expected, but the private room was comfortable without worrying about others.

However, there was one issue... At the Hakata Port ticket counter on the way, I showed my voucher and received a ticket, but it was only for one way... Upon checking, I was told that although I had made a round-trip reservation and payment, the return trip was not secured. Huh? What does that mean? Since it was nighttime at the Hakata counter, I couldn't get assistance and was told to confirm at the reservation counter during business hours the next day. Feeling anxious, I boarded the ship. When I called the next day to confirm, they said it was a confirmation error... Fortunately, since there was a private room available, I was able to board the return trip without any issues, but I wonder what would have happened if it had been fully booked. If there were no problems with the reservation system, I would have wanted to rate it as 'excellent!'

思ってたより揺れましたが、個室は周りを気にせず快適です。

ただ一点…
行きの博多港の窓口でバウチャーを見せてチケットを貰ったのですが、片道分しかなく…
確認すると往復予約で決済はされているものの帰りの便が確保されてないとのこと。
ん？どういうこと⁇
博多の窓口は夜間だったため対応してもらえず、翌日の営業時間内に予約窓口で確認してくれとのことで不安ながらも乗船しました。
翌日電話で確認したところ確認ミスだったと…
個室が空いていたため無事復路も乗船することができましたが、満席だったらどうなってたんでしょうね。
予約システムさえ問題なければ評価も『最高でした！』を付けたいところでした。

The Jomon Sugi tour, including the guide, was really great! I felt lucky considering the weather when I saw people coming down the mountain. The footing was poor, and honestly, it was a tough climb, but seeing Jomon Sugi made it all worthwhile. It became a lifelong memory. For those who will participate in the future, I recommend minimizing your luggage as much as possible. I thought it would be cold, so I overdressed and ended up suffering from the heat. Lastly, thank you so much to the instructor!

The tour that efficiently covers the mangrove forest cruise in Iriomote, the ox cart ride to Yubu Island, and the charming star sand beach and ox carts in Taketomi Island was absolutely satisfying. I really felt it was worth going, especially since the weather was just right. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Nansei Islands for the first time.

西表でのマングローブの林のクルーズ、牛車で行く由布島、星砂の浜と牛車が魅力的な竹富島を効率的に周れるツアーは大大満足。
ギリギリ天候にも恵まれてほんっとに行って良かったなと思います。初めて南西諸島に行く人には絶対お薦めです。

We were blessed with good weather and were able to land safely. It seems that during typhoon season, there are often more instances where landing is not possible, so it might be best to avoid times when the weather is prone to deterioration. The guide's explanations were also great.

天気に恵まれ、無事に上陸することができました。やはり台風の時期は上陸できないことの方が多いようなので、天気が崩れやすい時期は避けた方がよさそうです。ガイドさんの解説もよかったです。

The weather was favorable, with the blue of the clear sky and the white of the snowy mountains, and the gassho-zukuri houses below were truly wonderful. The explanations were also thorough and good. However, I thought it was questionable that even though eating was discouraged on the bus, they did not pay attention when someone was having breakfast.

天気にも恵まれ、青天の青と雪山の白、その下の合掌造りはとても素晴らしかったです。
説明も丁寧で良かったです。
ただ、バス内でものを食べるのはご遠慮となっていましたが、朝食を食べていても注意をしないのはどうかと思いました。

I took a double-decker, open-top bus from Tokyo Station, passing through the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, and Rainbow Bridge.
Check-in was smooth.
Since the seats are assigned, there's no need to compete for a spot.
When there are fewer customers, you can sit more freely, further avoiding close contact.
I usually live and work in the metropolitan area, but riding the bus slowly and taking in the scenery was refreshing and different.
I actually wanted to ride during the time when I could see the night view, but I enjoyed it enough during the day.
Just keep in mind that since it's open, it's good to have warm clothing and glasses.

東京駅から皇居を通り東京タワー、レインボーブリッジを通る2階建て屋根なしバスに乗りました。
チェックインはスムース。
席も決まっている為、席取り合戦にならなくても済みます。
お客様が少ないと自由咳になるので、3密を更にさけて座ることもできます。
普段首都圏に住み働いてますが、ゆっくりバスに乗って案内されて見る景色はまた違って新鮮でした。
本当は夜景の見れる時間に乗りたかったですが日中でも十分楽しめました。
ただオープンなのでかなりの防寒対策メガネなどがあると良いです

We participated as a family. Autumn in Kyoto was very beautiful with clear air. It was great that we could visit various places in one day. The guide was kind and helpful. They were also friendly to foreign visitors. It was a very enjoyable day.

家族で参加しました。秋の京都は、空気が澄んでいてとても綺麗でした。一日で、色々回れるので良かったです。ガイドさんも親切で良かったです。外国の方にも親切にガイドされていました。とても楽しい一日でした。

I believe the tour can be either excellent or terrible depending on the guide. The guide who was in charge provided only the bare minimum of explanations. At the rest area, they mostly talked about a common game with one of the participants. On the way down, the guide was at the back.

Additionally, there was a lack of consideration for those who were slower, and the guide spoke in a way that felt accusatory, making those who were lagging behind desperate to keep up. The atmosphere was clearly different from the surrounding teams.

Based on past experiences I've read, it seems others have had similar experiences. I hope improvements are made so that future participants do not have an unpleasant experience, and I wanted to share this comment.

ガイドさん次第で、最高にも最低にもなるツアーだと思います。
担当してくれたガイドさんは必要最低限の説明のみでした。休憩所では参加者お一方との共通したゲームの話ばかり。下山時はガイドさんが最後尾です。
また、ペースが遅い方への配慮が無く、責め立てるような物言いで、遅めの方々は遅れずに歩くことに必死でした。明らかに周りのチームと雰囲気が違います。
過去の体験談を見ても、同様の経験をされている方がいるようです。今後の参加者が不快な思いをされないよう改善を願い、コメントさせていただきます。
