I chose a taxi tour for easy travel with my parents in their 70s. From the reservation stage, they were very helpful and incredibly kind. The driver on the day was also great at talking and knowledgeable about the history of Shirahama, making our conversation very enjoyable. Additionally, they efficiently took us to other recommended spots I requested, making it an outstanding trip. I am grateful!

70代の両親との旅行で、移動が楽なタクシー観光を選びました。予約の段階から細かい相談に乗っていただき、とにかく親切丁寧でした。当日担当してくださったドライバーの方もお話が上手で白浜の歴史にも詳しく、大変楽しくお話しさせていただきました。また、リクエストしたところの他のオススメスポットも効率よく回っていただき抜群な旅行になりました。感謝しています！

On the last day of sightseeing, I had planned to explore the southern area by transferring between local buses and shared transport. However, I realized that if I made even one mistake, I might not make it to my flight, so I decided to join a tour at the last minute. On the way back, I was taken to the airport and made it to my flight with plenty of time to spare.

The Sata Andagi recommended by the guide at the ticket booth in front of the Sefa Utaki was delicious!

One disappointing aspect was that the bus was old and had a bit of an odor. The bus from the tour I participated in the day before was new with three rows of seats, making for a very comfortable journey, so I couldn't help but compare the two.

最終日の観光で計画していました。
路線バスや地元の乗合バスを乗り継いで、南部を自分で回ろうと思っていたのですが、一本でもミスするとフライトに間に合わない可能性が見えたので、急遽ツアーに参加することに。
帰りは空港に送って頂き、余裕でフライトに間に合いました。

ガイドさんおすすめの、斎場御嶽チケット売り場前のサータアンダギーは美味しかったです！

一点残念だったのは、バスが古くて、少しにおいがしたことです。前日参加したツアーのバスが、三列シートで新しく、とても快適な旅でしたので、申し訳ないですが、比べてしまいました。

I was impressed by how enjoyable the bus guide's stories were! Visiting the Sefa Utaki and the Gyokusendo Cave was both fascinating and worthwhile. However, the most fun part was definitely the time spent on the bus. The guide shared insights about Okinawa's culture and history, which was very educational. By learning things that you wouldn't know just from sightseeing, I was able to imagine the era of the Ryukyu Kingdom, the time under American rule, and the period when it was returned to Japan. The guide talked the entire time during the journey, so there was never a dull moment. Even though it was a morning tour, it turned out to be a very fulfilling day! At the end, the guide sang a song by BEGIN (very well), which made me feel connected to Okinawa and created wonderful memories. Thank you!

バスガイドさんのお話が楽しかったことが印象的でした！
斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷を見学し、どちらもとても見応えがあって良かったです。
しかしなんといっても、移動中のバスの中がとても楽しいです。沖縄の文化や歴史をお話ししてくださり、勉強になりました。
ただ観光するだけでは知り得ないことを教えていただくことで、琉球王国時代のこと・アメリカ統治下にあったときのこと・日本に返還されたときのことをイメージできるようになりました。
移動中ずっとお話をしてくださるので退屈する時間が一切なく、午前のツアーでしたがとても充実した一日になりました！
最後にBEGINの歌を歌ってくださり(とても上手でした)、沖縄らしい気持ちになれましたし、いい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

I was moved to experience a world that I usually cannot. I am considering creating another opportunity to participate in the tour again.

日頃体験出来ない世界を体験することが出来て感動しました。
また機会を作って再度見学ツアーに参加したいと考えてます。

The ANA Blue Base tour I participated in felt like a theme park for airplane enthusiasts (is it a serious training facility for people working at ANA?).

We were able to observe the training facilities for ground staff, cabin attendants, cargo staff, mechanics, and pilots through glass, and there were displays introducing each job. There were plenty of trivia, such as the differences between the uniforms of ground staff and cabin attendants, and the clever ways mechanics keep track of their tools. I learned that the maintenance manual number does not start from No. 1; when I asked why, I was told that No. 1 is reserved for the helicopter manual. I felt a sense of awe knowing that ANA started as a company with two helicopters.

That day, I saw peach cabin attendants seriously training with a mock-up, ANA cabin attendants desperately performing CPR during a lifesaving training session, and pilots undergoing intense simulator training where the machines shook violently, showcasing their high awareness of safety.

At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a fun corner with photo opportunities and inspiring videos, making it a delightful experience until the very end.

Next time, I definitely want to try the ground staff experience and the simulator experience.

　今回参加した、ANAブルーベースの見学ツアーは飛行機好きにとってのテーマパークみたいでした（ANAで働く人たちのための真面目な研修施設なのですか）。
　グランドスタッフ、CA、貨物スタッフ、整備士、パイロットの研修施設をガラス越しに見学でき、また各職種のお仕事紹介の展示がありました。グランドスタッフとCAの制服のちがいとか、整備士の工具を無くさない工夫とか、トリビアもいっぱいでした。整備士のもつ整備マニュアルのNo.が1から始まっていないので、理由をきいたらNo.1からはヘリコプターのマニュアルとのこと。ANAはヘリコプター2機から始まった会社ならではだと思い畏敬の念を覚えました。
　その日はpeachのCAさんがモックアップで真剣に研修をしている所、ANAのCAさんの救命講習で心臓マッサージを必死にやっている姿、パイロットのシミュレーターでは機械が激しく揺れるほどの操縦訓練をしており、安全に対する意識の高さも見ることができました。
　ツアーの最後にお楽しみコーナー？で写真撮影や感動的な映像を拝見して、最後まで楽しませていただきました。
　次は、ぜひグランドスタッフの体験とシミュレータの体験をしたいと思いました。

I think the small group tour was a good response to COVID-19. It was great to learn about the efforts and training of ANA staff through the tour.

It was a fun tour that made me want to see and know more. I would like to participate in this tour again in the future.

少人数での見学ツアーは、コロナ対応として良かったと思います。
ANA職員の取り組みや訓練など見学を通じて知る事が出来て良かったです。

もっと見たいもっと知りたいと思わせてくれる楽しい見学ツアーでした。

I was mainly looking for Submarine 2 and the Churaumi Aquarium, and I found it. The tour guide didn't talk unnecessarily, and the transportation was comfortable. I think the cost performance is very good, especially with lunch included.

サブマリン2と美ら海水族館メインで探していて見つけました。添乗員も余計な話をせず、移動も快適でした。ランチもついて非常にコスパは良いと思います。

This tour provides a great explanation of the various training activities from active cabin crew members, and it's clear that they are making efforts to improve their skills every day. I definitely want to participate again. Next time, I would like to go at an earlier time. Since it was a later tour, there wasn't much training happening.

現役のCAさんの説明で各種業務の訓練内容を教えてくれ、日々スキルアップのために努力しているのが良く分かるツアーです。また是非とも参加したいです。
次回は早めの時間帯で行きたいです。

It was a school trip after 50 years, just as the guide said. I didn't have much interest in the national treasure statues during my student days, but at this age, I found myself intrigued and had a fulfilling experience directly appreciating their magnificence.

ガイドさんの言う通り50年ぶりの修学旅行でした。学生時代には余り興味もなかった国宝の仏像もこの歳になって興味も湧きその素晴らしさに直に触れて観られた充実した観光でした。

The express bus terminal at Osaka Station was the starting point, and the seats were reserved. Although it started at 5 PM and it wasn't dark yet, I gradually enjoyed the wonderful illuminations while looking at the high-end boutiques on Midosuji. It was a bit cold, but I was prepared with a blanket and a hot pack, so I didn't feel the chill, and the 45 minutes passed by in no time.

大阪駅の高速バス乗り場がスタート、座席は指定席でした。5時からでスタートは、また日が暮れてなかったけれど、徐々に素晴らしいイルミネーション、御堂筋の高級ブティックを眺めながら、高速道路へと、少し寒かったけど膝掛けにホッカイロの準備もあり寒さを感じずに45分があっという間でした。

Shirakawa-go was a place I had always wanted to visit, but it’s not easy to get there without a car, and you need to do some research to navigate efficiently, so I’m glad I chose a tour.

They also informed us about the main spots and the best photo locations, and the lunch was very delicious. I even bought the miso that was served for lunch afterward.

Recently, I've heard about accidents involving sightseeing buses, but I felt very safe with their careful driving. The guide was enjoyable to listen to and had a friendly demeanor, which was great. I thought I would recommend it to my friends if they plan to go. Thanks to this experience, I was able to create wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

白川郷はずっと行きたかった場所でしたが、車がないとなかなか行けないし、要領よく回るのも下調べが必要なのでツアーにして良かったです。

主要な場所やベストショットの位置も教えていただき、お昼ご飯もとても美味しく、昼食に出ていた味噌も食後に購入しました。

近頃は観光バスの事故も耳にしますが、とても安全運転で安心しました。ガイドさんのお話も楽しく、話しかけやすい雰囲気の方で良かったです。友人が行くならば勧めようと思いました。おかげでいい思い出作りができました。ありがとうございました。

I'm glad I chose a twin room. I was worried that using the shower might be difficult, but I was able to use it relatively comfortably.

ツインの個室にして良かったです。
シャワー利用も難しいかなと思っていたのですが、割合ゆっくり利用出来ました。

The meeting place is indicated to be under the kamaboko roof, but I thought it was taking a while, so I went to check the bus display and found it. It's better to go look for the bus yourself as the time approaches. Others were waiting for a long time too.

Due to last-minute cancellations and other customer-related incidents, the departure was delayed. It's not just acceptable to have an attitude of "it's fine since I'm paying the cancellation fee." If customers don't contact the bus company in advance, it causes inconvenience for both the bus company and the punctual customers. Even if a reserved customer decides not to go, they should fulfill their responsibility to inform.

After getting off the bus, you have basically free time, but during the ride, they explained Okinawa's geography and history in an easy-to-understand way, and the atmosphere on the bus was very enjoyable. I felt lucky to have a veteran and skilled guide. Thank you to the driver for safe driving. It was a fun half-day.

集合場所はかまぼこの屋根の下にいてくださいと案内がありますが、なかなか来ないなーと思って並んでるバスの表示を見に行ったらありました。時間が近くなったら自らバスを探しに行った方がいい。他の人もずっと待ってた。
ドタキャンやらなにやら、客側のハプニングで遅延して発車。キャンセル料払うからいいだろみたいな態度ではなく、事前に客側が連絡しないと、バス会社にも時間を守った客側にも迷惑なので、予約した客は行かないにしても連絡という責任を果たしてほしい。

バスを降りてからは基本的に自由行動ですが、バスの中では沖縄の地理や歴史をわかりやすく教えてくれて、車内はとても楽しかった。ベテランの敏腕ガイドさんにあたった気がしてラッキーだった。
運転士さんも、安全運転ありがとうございます。楽しい半日でした。

I really appreciate being able to tour the actual training facility for just 1,000 yen. I realized how difficult it is to become a pilot and how high the awareness of safety is—it's more stringent than I imagined. I've always thought everyone looked so cool, and I have great respect for them. Although photography is not allowed in the viewing area, it's nice that they have prepared some great spots for photos. One thing to note is that souvenirs cannot be purchased with cash. I was also able to stop by Anamori Inari Shrine, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, making it a great day.

実際の訓練施設を千円で見学出来るなんて、本当ありがとうございます。
機長になるのがとても大変な事だとか、安全への意識が想像以上に高くて厳しいものだとか、実感出来ました。
みなさんいつもカッコいーなんてみてましたが、尊敬です。
見学エリアは撮影出来ませんが、映えスポットを用意してくれてるところも良いですね。
注意点としては、お土産は現金不可です。
こちらに来るついでに以前から行きたかった穴守稲荷神社にも寄ることが出来て、良い一日になりました。

Two sisters in their 50s decided to take the plunge and were very satisfied. The driver's driving and explanations were attentive, allowing for a relaxed sightseeing experience. They took many photos of the two sisters, which became a wonderful memory. They definitely want to use this service again.

50代の姉妹2人、思い切って利用しましたが大満足でした。
ドライバーさんの運転も説明も丁寧で、ゆったり観光が出来ました。
姉妹2人の写真をたくさん撮っていただけ、よい記念になりました。

I was able to see almost all the places I wanted to visit on the Noto Peninsula in a day, so in that sense, I'm satisfied.

However, the scenery is completely different from the right side and the left side of the bus, and especially on the Chirihama Beach Drive, you can only see it from the left side, which feels very unfair.

The guide also mentioned, "We often hear complaints about not being able to see from the right side," but if that's the case, the prices should be separate.

日帰りで能登半島の見たい場所はほぼ見られたのでそういう意味では満足。

ただバスの席の右側と左側で全然景色が違い、特に千里浜ドライブウェイは左側しか見えないので不公平感満載である。

ガイドも「右側の席で見えないというクレームはよく聞くのです」と言うが、そこまで言うなら値段を別々にするべき。

I made a reservation for a foreign family. They had a wonderful half-day tour of beautiful Kyoto, and the driver spoke English, so they felt safe and had a great time. I'm really glad they made good memories! Thank you!

外国人家族のために予約しました。半日ですごく綺麗な京都を案内してくれ、英語も話せるドライバーの方だったので安心して楽しく過ごせたそうです。良い思い出ができて本当によかったです！ありがとうございました！

I used this service on the day I moved from Hilton Chatan Resort to DoubleTree Naha. They also took care of my suitcase. The guide's explanations were detailed and very helpful. It was a great deal for this price, including the entrance fees for Nago Pineapple Park and the aquarium. In the morning, I had a full breakfast at the hotel buffet, but the sandwiches provided for lunch were more than enough.

ヒルトン北谷リゾートから、ダブルツリー那覇に移動する日に利用しました。スーツケースも一緒に預かってもらいました。ガイドさんの説明が詳しく大変参考になりました。名護パイナップル、水族館の入場料金込みでこの価格では大変お得でした。朝、ホテルのバイキングでお腹がいっぱいにでしたが、サービスのサンドイッチでお昼は十分でした。

I initially planned to just see the illumination on Midosuji, but since I was taking the Hanshin Expressway on the way back, I was surprised to find out that we would be going halfway around the loop. The speed was fast, and I was able to see views that are usually blocked by walls, which really boosted my excitement.

I noticed that when I made the reservation, it mentioned that seats couldn't be specified, so I thought it would be unreserved seating and arrived early, but it turned out to be reserved seating. I also found out that I wouldn't know which platform to go to unless I asked someone on-site, so I wish there was a poster or something indicating the platform.

Once on board, I was told I could move to any open seat until departure, so I moved to the front row. However, since the front row has a ceiling, I think the seats in the back offer a better sense of openness. Next time, I would like to sit in the back.

After getting off, while I was taking pictures of the bus, the guide asked me if I was traveling, but I’m actually a local. I had a great time! Thank you!

御堂筋のイルミネーションを見るだけのつもりでしたが、帰りは阪神高速に乗るということで、そんなに短い距離を乗るのかと思ったら、環状線を半周してくれたので、速度の早いしいつもなら壁で見えない景色が見れましましたし、テンション上がりました。
気がついた事は、予約時に席が指定できない、とありましたので自由席かと思い、早めに行きましたが、指定席でした。乗り場も何番乗り場なのか、現地に行って聞かないとわからないのでポスターか何か乗り場に貼っておいていただけたらと思いました。
乗る込むと、出発までな開いてる席に移動しても良い、ということで最前列に移動しました。
最前列は天井がありますので、後方の席の方が解放感が味わえると思います。
次回は後方席に座りたいと思いました。
降りてからバスの写真を撮ったりしてましたら、ガイドさんにご旅行ですか？と聞かれましたが、ガッツリ地元人です。

We used this for our second day of our 4-night, 5-day honeymoon trip! The water buffalo cart and mangrove tour were fun. The schedule was quite tight until we reached Taketomi Island, so we kept our time there free and enjoyed parfaits at a café on the island. By using the tour from morning until evening, it turned into a fulfilling day that will remain a memorable experience for both of us!

新婚旅行4泊5日の2日目の予定として利用させてもらいました！
水牛車、マングローブ遊覧は楽しかったです。
かなり竹富島まではキツキツのスケジュールだったので竹富島での時間はフリーにし、竹富島のカフェでパフェを食べました。
朝から夕方までツアーを利用したことで充実の1日で2人の思い出に残る1日になりました！

During the bus ride, we were able to enjoy the fun local stories from our bus guide that were unique to Hokkaido. The tour included a lunch break at the zoo, allowing us to explore the grounds first and then take a break for lunch when we started to feel tired from walking. The timing was just right. As often featured on TV, the animal behavior exhibits were very well done, and we could see each animal up close, which was fantastic.

バス乗車中はバスガイドさんの楽しい北海道ならではの地元のお話を聞きながら過ごすことができ、動物園ではランチタイムを挟んでのツアーだったので、先に園内を見学して、歩き疲れてきたところでランチ休憩で時間を持て余すことなく、ちょうど良い長さでした。
よくTVで取り上げられているように、動物の行動展示がとても上手で、どの動物も非常に間近に見ることができ、とてもよかったです。

When it comes to bus tours, the bus usually stops at a parking lot near the sightseeing location, allowing you to leave your heavy luggage on the bus and explore in a light outfit. However, we had to walk for 10 minutes to get back to the parking lot after the tour. My shoulders were sore from carrying my luggage.
There was no alcohol disinfectant when boarding the bus. What about ventilation?
It didn't seem like a proper response during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The tour guide who joined us later was kind and helpful, but overall, I have participated in several bus tours, and this was the worst one yet. I will not participate in any tours from this company again.

　バスツアーと言えば、見学地の近くの駐車場にバスが停まり、重い荷物はバスに置いて、身軽な格好で見学なのに、電車で移動。見学後の駐車場まで、徒歩10分も歩く。荷物で肩がバキバキになってしまいました。
　バス乗車の際のアルコール消毒なし。換気は？
コロナ禍での対応とは、思えません。
　途中からの添乗員さんは、親切で良かったけど。何度かバスツアーに参加していますが、今までで最悪でした。
こちらの会社のツアーには、2度と参加しません。

The shooting took place in the dark, but it progressed smoothly, and we finished in about 30 minutes. I requested a last-minute change of date due to the weather, and I was very grateful for their flexible response. They also shared recommended spots in Miyako Island, which were very helpful for the subsequent itinerary!

暗闇での撮影でしたがスムーズに進行して頂き、30分ほどで撮り終わりました。
天候の都合で急遽日時の変更を依頼しましたが、柔軟に対応いただき大変助かりました。
宮古島のおすすめスポットも教えていただき、その後の工程も大変参考になりました！

I was able to enjoy the famous sights and scenery. The views of Lake Toya and Cape Earth were particularly wonderful. The weather was also favorable. I suppose Lake Shikotsu is better in the longer days of spring or summer? One disappointing thing was that some people were late for the meeting time, which occasionally delayed our departure. Let's make sure to follow the basic etiquette of the bus tour. I would like to participate in a different tour next time.

日で名所や景色が堪能でしました。特に洞爺湖や地球岬の景色が素晴らしかったです。天候にも恵まれ良かったです。最後の支笏湖は日が長い春や夏の方がいいのでしょうね？残念なことは、集合時間に遅れる方がおられ出発時間がたまに遅れることでした。バスツアーの最低限のマナーは守りましょうね。
また、次回は違うツアーに参加したいと思います。

It took about 5 minutes to arrive from the nearest station along a flat path. There were lockers with locks at the entrance, allowing us to store our bags and explore freely. Since there were only five groups for the tour, it felt like a small group experience where we could take our time. Photography was not allowed inside the training facility, so there was a locker to store smartphones during the tour, which we locked with a four-digit code. At the simulation area with the pilots, one of the pilots waved at us, and the kids were thrilled. In the photo-taking area, because of the small group size, we were able to take plenty of pictures. Finally, in the souvenir area, shopping was smooth with credit card or QR code payments. We were able to enter an area that is usually not accessible, and both adults and children returned very satisfied.

最寄り駅からは平坦な道で5分くらいで到着しました。
入り口に鍵つきロッカーがあり、荷物を預けられるので身軽な状況で見学できました。
見学は5組だったので、少人数でたっぷり見学できた印象です。
訓練施設内の撮影は不可だったので、見学途中でスマホを預けるロッカーがあり、4桁の数字でロックしました。
パイロットの方のシュミレーションをされる所で、パイロットの方が手を振ってくれて、こどもは喜んでました。
写真撮影可能エリアでは、少人数の見学ということもあり、存分に写真を撮ることができました。
最後におみやげエリアで買い物はクレジットカードか、QRコード決済でスムーズに買い物できました。
訓練施設という普段みることができないエリアに入ることができて、大人もこどもも大満足で帰ってきました。

I was able to see real training happening up close, and it felt very transparent. The entire staff was serious yet had great smiles, which was moving.

実際にやっているホンモノの訓練が間近で見れて、とても透明感を感じました。
スタッフ全員が真剣であったり、良い笑顔であったり、感動しました。

I was able to visit various places in one day, and the guide provided a lot of explanations. The price was also reasonable, which was great. I wish I had a bit more time at the Churaumi Aquarium, but I understand that we had to move around to see everything. I had a wonderful day!

いろんなところを1日で周れ、ガイドさんがいろいろ説明もしてくれて、価格も安く、とてもよかったです。
美ら海水族館でもう少し時間があればいいなと思いましたが、あちこち周るのでしょうがないですね。
1日満喫できました。

It felt like a throwback in time.
I was able to relax and forget about my busy daily life.

It was a rainy Sunday, but I was still able to enjoy myself without any issues. The Hell Valley, which I wanted to visit the most, was on a scale beyond my imagination, and I truly felt it was worth going. Above all, the care shown by the three guides was wonderful. I especially want to thank the female guide named Ri, who took many photos for us in the rain and was very considerate despite the cold. Thank you so much! ✨

天気は雨の日曜でしたが、それでも問題なく楽しめました。
特に一番行きたかった地獄谷は想像を超える規模で、本当に行って良かったと思いました。
また、何よりも良かったのが、ガイド3名の方々の気遣いが素晴らしかったです。
特にリさんと言う女性ガイドさん、雨の中でもたくさん写真を撮って下さったり、寒い中でも色々と気遣って下さり、本当にありがとうございました✨

I found a night tour around 4 PM when I didn't want to waste the evening after another tour ended! The tour itself was short, but it wasn't a very well-organized tour, so I hurriedly made a reservation on the same day.

The young and energetic guide was very enthusiastic and made everyone laugh, which was a lot of fun. We were able to find some snakes and crabs that are usually hard to see, which was really exciting!

Unfortunately, I couldn't see the stars on the day I went, but instead, I was able to see fireflies!! Super lucky!

I recommend this for those who want to make good use of their evening time or for families with children!

午後4時ぐらいに他のツアー終わって夜の時間を無駄に使いたくなかった時見つけたナイトツアー！！ツアー自体に時間は短かったが、あまりよくできるツアーではなかったので急いで当日に予約のお決まり★

若くて元気なガイドのお姉さん、やる気満々で凄くいい感じでみんなを笑わせて楽しかった。普通には見ることがなかなかできない蛇やカニなど結構見つけられて嬉しさ上々★

私が行った日は残念ながら星を見られなかったが、代わりに蛍みることできた！！超ーラッキー
