The guide at the Valley of Gangala was reminiscent of Disney's Jungle Cruise, and it was more interesting and fun than I expected. I didn't know that various things are still being excavated from there. The driving was careful, and with a bus guide accompanying us, it was easy to participate since it was only half a day, and the price was very reasonable, which was great. However, there were only early morning departure times, so it would have been better if there were options in the afternoon.

I booked this trip for three women: my mother in her 70s and my cousin in her 60s, as I thought we might struggle with getting on and off the sightseeing bus and wanted to make the most of our time sightseeing. The guide was a female driver who had a gentle tone and a lovely smile. She provided thorough explanations that were easy to understand. The photographer was not only skilled at capturing the shots but also at creating a great atmosphere, allowing us to forget our embarrassment and enjoy the experience like models!

Before the shoot: The parking area where we had our photos taken was a bit complicated to navigate, and since it was for starry sky photography, there was no light at all, so a flashlight is essential when heading to the meeting point.

After the shoot: The photographer kindly explained how to save the data, allowing us to keep the images in beautiful quality.

They really take wonderful photos, and as mentioned in the instructions, I think wearing light-colored clothing like white is a good idea. The ground can be unstable and dark, so wearing comfortable shoes is advisable, and it might be a good idea to be prepared to change shoes during the shoot if necessary.

撮影前:私たちが撮影していただいたポイントの駐車場は少々入り組んでおり、さらには星空撮影とのことであかりも全くないので待ち合わせ場所に向かう時も懐中電灯は必須です。

撮影後:データの保存方法も丁寧に教えていただけるので綺麗な画質のまま保存することができました。

本当に素敵なお写真を撮っていただけるので、説明にも記載がありましたが白などの明るめのお洋服がいいと思います。
足元は不安定な場所もあり暗いので、動きやすい靴で行き、場合によっては撮影時に履き替える準備をしておくのもいいかもしれません。

I usually have a job that requires me to stand, but I don't do any exercise like walking, yet I managed to go! However, I think if you do some light training before participating, you'll have more energy and enjoy it even more. It was a day with on-and-off rain, but the mist wrapped around Jomon Sugi like smoke, creating a majestic atmosphere! I believe you can enjoy it whether it's raining or sunny. The deer also came to see us off.

The weather was busy with rain coming and going, but thanks to that, I was able to see a wonderful rainbow three times in one day. Each experience was precious, but I was particularly impressed by the water buffalo cart to Yufujima. I don't think I'll forget that scenery. The guide's songs and stories were also great. My 3-year-old son seemed to have fun and said he wanted to ride the buffalo cart again. It was an emotional day.

It was a tour with many sightseeing spots and great cost performance. I would recommend it based on the content. However, there may be a significant difference in the level of the guides. The guide on the day I participated provided minimal information. There were beautiful autumn foliage views from the car window, but instead of explaining the scenery, the guide prioritized taking videos and photos for their own enjoyment. To be honest, I was a bit surprised and disappointed.

For this trip, even if you plan it individually, the round-trip bus fare from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go is 4,000 yen, and the Hida beef lunch is 2,000 yen; this is the minimum cost. Day 1 (Jomon Sugi): The forecast predicted rain starting at noon, but it actually began to rain from the pickup at 4:30 PM. I put on the rental rain gear and attached the rain cover to my backpack before setting off. Some people were walking with umbrellas, but I went without one. There was someone in our group who walked at a leisurely pace, which helped me keep up despite my initial anxiety. My shoes broke along the way, but I borrowed a rubber stopper from the guide and managed to continue. Overall, I think it was a slow-paced group.

Physically, I surprisingly managed well even in the rain. If the weather had been good, I might have been completely fine. (The return trip on the tramway was a bit boring and tiring, though.) I love taking lots of photos, so I was disappointed that I couldn't do that. The photo the guide took at the last tunnel ended up blurry, which was also unfortunate. However, this rain trekking experience, which I would never do on my usual mountain walks from home, was a good experience.

Day 2 (Shiratani Unsuikyo): When we left the accommodation, it was cloudy, and I thought we could go today... but as we got closer, it started to rain. We found out about the course restrictions, but we decided to go as far as we could, even if it meant slightly exceeding the limits. I was very disappointed that we couldn't go to the mossy forest or Taiko Rock, but I still enjoyed the atmosphere.

On the way back, I received advice about sightseeing for the afternoon and the next day. The weather was nice on the western side of the island in the evening, which was both enjoyable and disappointing.

The ability to rent gear was a great help for a mountain trip where you already have a lot of luggage. My first trip to Yakushima was very enjoyable.

初日（縄文杉）：12時～の雨予報でしたが、実際には4時半のピックアップ時から雨…歩き出し前にレンタルのレインウェア上下着用、レインカバーをザックに付けての出発でした。傘をさして歩いている方もいらっしゃいましたが、私は傘無しで。おひとりゆっくりペースの方がいらしたので、おかげで不安だった私も着いていけました。途中で靴が壊れまして、ガイドさんにゴムのストッパーをお借りして乗り切りましたが、それでも着いていけたので全体的にはゆっくりペースのグループだったと思います。
体力的には雨でも意外と行けました。お天気良かったら全然大丈夫だったかもです。(帰りのトロッコ道はちょっと飽きちゃって　笑　しんどかったですが)
写真を撮りまくりたいタイプなのでそれが叶わず残念でした(最後のトンネルでせっかくガイドさんが撮ってくださった写真がブレていてそれも残念でした…)が、いつもの、家からの山歩きなら絶対やらない雨トレッキング、いい経験でした。

2日目（白谷雲水峡）：宿を出る時は曇りで、今日は行ける…！と思ったのですが、近づくにつれ雨が…そしてコース制限が判明しましたが、それでも行ける限り行こう、という事で少しだけ制限を超えてのんびり回っていただきました。
苔むす森も、太鼓岩も行けずにとても残念でしたが、雰囲気は感じられて楽しかったです。
帰りの車で、午後と翌日の観光のアドバイスもいただきました。夕方の島の西側と翌日はお天気良くて、楽しくもあり残念でもあり。

グッズレンタル出来るのは、ただでさえ荷物の多い山行きの旅行にとても助かりました。初の屋久島、とても楽しかったです。

Iriomote and Yufu were amazing! The lunch in Yufu was delicious.
Taketomi Island had too many people and bicycles, which somewhat ruined the atmosphere, but overall it was a very good tour!

I had ramen in Hakata, then took a taxi to the second pier. Check-in was smooth. Once on board, I was shown to a twin private room. We set sail in an hour, and I prepared my futon. I booked a tour for one day during my 4-night, 5-day trip when the weather was clear. At first, I thought I would plan it myself instead of joining a tour, but I was completely wrong. I'm glad I signed up for the tour. It was very efficient to visit three islands, and the guidance was accurate and wonderful. On Taketomi Island, I was able to explore freely by renting a bicycle. The return boat was extended to 5 PM, allowing me to fully enjoy my time there. Since the stay on Yubu Island is relatively short, it might be a good idea to decide in advance where to go. Overall, it was the best tour, and I highly recommend participating if you visit Ishigaki Island.

This time, I participated for the first time with my father and wife. Since my father is elderly, I was worried, but he really wanted to go, so I trained on my own until this day.

It's true that our understanding and interpretation of rain gear was at a beginner level. However, I honestly wished for more detailed instructions, such as "You need rain gear that is highly waterproof and retains warmth," from the confirmation the day before. If such instructions had been provided (ideally a few days earlier), we could have taken action to purchase or rent appropriate rain gear. I would like to express my strong opinion to prevent cancellations arising from ignorance for others like us in the future.

私の判断で、父が高齢という事もあり、私達３人だけ中止にするという決断を致しました。
今回、評価が「がっかり」という理由は、雨具に関する双方の相違があったのではないかと思います。私達の雨具に関する理解度や解釈は、初心レベルだったのは間違いないです。しかし、それならそれで、例えば、前日の確認から
「雨具も防水が強く、保温がもつようなウェアが必要です」などの細かい指示が欲しかったのが本音です。もしそういった指示があれば（※出来たらもっと前の日から）雨具を購入するか、レンタルするか、行動に移せたのではないかと思います。今後、私たちのように、無知から生まれる中止が出ないよう、厳しい意見を言わせて頂きます。

I was able to visit various places in one day, and I had plenty of free time to leisurely explore and enjoy myself. Although the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu was canceled due to strong winds, I quickly enjoyed climbing up to the observation deck and wandering around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious and very filling. I walked to the Wakasaimo Toya main store to enjoy freshly made "imo-ten" and had fun visiting the lakeside viewpoints. From the Usuzan summit station, I could also see Mount Komagatake from the Usuzan crater observation deck. The driver and the bus guide were both very nice, and participating in this tour was definitely the right choice. I would like to use this service again.

支笏湖は、強風で遊覧船は欠航でしたが、展望台に上がったり、散策してるとあっという間でした。
洞爺湖のランチもボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったです。わかさいも洞爺湖本店まで歩いて揚げたて「いもてん」を食べたり、湖畔のビュースポット巡りして楽しめました。
有珠山山頂駅から坂道を上がる有珠山火口原展望台からは、駒ヶ岳も眺めることができました。
運転手さん、バスガイドもとってもよい方で、このツアーに参加して大正解でした。また利用したいです。

I mistakenly thought it was a glass-bottom boat, so I couldn't see underwater with a regular boat, but I had a thrilling and enjoyable time on the boat. The water buffalo cart also pulled us along with great effort, and we had a wonderful time.

It was a short tour, but I was able to enjoy both Sefa Utaki and the Gyokusendo Cave. The bus guide was also very good at speaking. I thought it would be difficult to visit on my own due to transportation and time constraints, so I’m glad I chose this tour. At Sefa Utaki, I was able to do some shopping at a place like a local product center, even if just for a little while. I initially thought that having a dedicated guide at Gyokusendo Cave was unnecessary and that going on my own would be better, but the guide's stories were actually very interesting, and I understood why a guide is essential. Additionally, I was concerned about whether we would arrive at the airport on time due to my next schedule, but it was helpful that we arrived with plenty of time to spare.

Even a 2-year-old can enjoy it.
There is a diaper changing area at the Ishigaki Island terminal, and we changed there.
I believe there were child chairs at the Iriomote Island terminal and the restaurant on Yubu Island, and I think there was also a diaper changing table (though I'm not entirely sure).

During the mangrove cruise, my child was very fussy due to nap time coinciding with the "terrible twos." Although it was said to be a tour that three generations could enjoy, there were hardly any families with children around; most participants were young couples or groups of female friends. When we struggled during the cruise or while moving, we received disapproving looks, which was tough for a parent with a child in the "terrible twos." The only people who were kind were some participants from abroad (China?), who smiled and interacted with my daughter, which I greatly appreciated.

The ride on the water buffalo to move between Iriomote Island and Yubu Island takes just under 15 minutes, but it was peaceful and allowed us to soak in the Okinawan atmosphere.
We explored Yubu Island from end to end, but the butterfly garden didn't have many butterflies, possibly due to the season, and there were dead ones collected in the net on the ceiling, giving a somewhat haphazard impression. The main attraction seemed to be the water buffalo.
The view from Manta Beach was beautiful, and there were many hermit crabs, which my daughter found interesting. While there are some driftwood and seaweed on the sandy beach, if you don't mind, you can enjoy a stroll.

The mangrove cruise only goes partway, so we ended up seeing the mangroves of the Nakama River, crab fishing nets, and white herons. It's more of a tour that gives you a glimpse of nature rather than a deep dive into it.

However, for a tour that includes easily fussy toddlers, this was about the right level.

The family campaign (free for children) that was scheduled until the end of March was suddenly canceled right before, and I couldn't sign up, resulting in a price increase of about 5,000 yen, which I found puzzling. But since it depends on the weather, I accepted it and participated.
Even though toddlers are charged 6,600 yen, there is no meal included, and sometimes they have to sit on laps, which feels a bit overpriced.

If the participants in the same tour are mostly families, or if there is another family campaign, it might be better.

西表島のターミナルと由布島のレストランにはチャイルドチェアはあり、おむつ交換台(うる覚えです)もあったと思います。

マングローブクルーズ中、お昼寝の時間と被り眠さとイヤイヤ期と重なってグズりが大爆発。
親子3代が楽しめるツアーとのことだったのですが、周りに子連れはほぼいなく、若いカップルや女性の友達同士等が多く、クルーズ中や移動で手間取った際に白い目で見られ、イヤイヤ期の子を持つ親としては辛かったです。
唯一、外国(中国？)から参加されていた方は、微笑ましく見てくださり、娘に笑顔で接して下さったので大変有り難かったです。

水牛に乗っての西表島、由布島移動は15分弱ですが、のどかで沖縄らしい雰囲気に浸かれました。
由布島は端から端まで見たのですが、蝶園は時期的なものか余り蝶が見られず、死骸が天井の網に溜まっていたり、割りと雑に展示されている感じでメインは水牛という印象でした。
マンタビーチからの景色はキレイでヤドカリも沢山いて娘も興味深そうに見ていました。
砂浜は海藻等の漂流物がありますが気にならなければ散策して楽しめます。

マングローブクルーズは途中までしか行かないもののためか仲間川のマングローブとカニ漁の網、シロサギ等を見て終わりました。
大自然に触れるというよりは、大自然の入り口を少し見るくらいのツアーです。

しかしグズりやすい幼児も参加するにはこの程度かなというツアーでした。

3月末まで予定されていたファミリーキャンペーン(子供無料)が直前に無くなっており、申し込みできず五千円位値上がったのが解せませんが、天候に左右されるため仕方ないのかなと諦めて参加しました。
幼児でも6600円取られるのですが、食事はなく、(幼児故仕方ないのかも知れませんが)席は膝上の時もあり、割高な感じがします。

同じツアー参加者がファミリーが多いなど客層が合えば、またファミリーキャンペーンであれば良いかもしれません。

I would like to revisit the Blue Pond on a sunny day, but I was satisfied with the photos I took that captured the essence of Hokkaido. This was my first time participating in a bus tour, and I would like to use this service again.

It was truly amazing!
I participated in a bus tour on the second day of my sightseeing in Kanazawa, coming from Okinawa. The timing from 10:00 to 15:00 was just perfect♪
And of course, it included lunch!
Moreover, it was the best lunch.
If I had to say something, I think the rice cracker grilling experience on the way back was unnecessary... (laughs)
I would have preferred to spend more time in Shirakawa-go (sweat).
The bus was also very comfortable, and I enjoyed the travel time without it feeling burdensome.
