Unfortunately, the cloudy sky made the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu a bit disappointing, but it was great that the weather was clear during the Lake Toya tour.
The view from the top of Mount Usu, which we reached by ropeway, was amazing!
Additionally, both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making for an enjoyable tour.
Every time we boarded the bus, we sanitized our hands, and since we listened to the audio guide individually, the atmosphere inside was quiet, and proper infection control measures were in place.

あいにくの曇り空で支笏湖観光はちょっと残念でしたが、洞爺湖観光の時は晴れて良かったです。
ロープウェーで上った有珠山頂上からの景色は最高でした！
また、運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じが良く、楽しいツアーでした。
バス乗車時は毎回、手指消毒をし、音声ガイドを各自で聞くタイプだったので社内も静かで、感染対策もきちんとされていました。

Even with a short stay, I was glad to be able to quickly visit various islands. On Iriomote Island, I enjoyed a mangrove tour with clear and polite explanations. The bus driver's announcements were also very entertaining. On Yubu Island, I rode a water buffalo cart while listening to the sound of the sanshin, and I was able to take commemorative photos with the water buffalo. After enjoying a delicious bento box, I leisurely strolled around the island. On Taketomi Island, I rented a bicycle and explored. I had a lot of fun planning my own route using a map to visit the places I wanted to see. However, when I encountered a water buffalo cart along the way and stopped to look around, I didn't know where to move out of the way. When I asked which direction they were going, I was told harshly, "You're in the way. We're going that way," which was intimidating. I've heard that being at a higher eye level can sometimes make people feel more confident, but the passengers on the cart looked at me and whispered, laughing derisively. I understand that stress can build up and make people irritable, but their aggressive remarks without answering my question were unpleasant. It might be better to silently and quickly move out of the way when encountering a water buffalo cart on the road. It's unfortunate that I couldn't end my experience on a good note due to the lingering frustration, but I think it was an efficient tour.

滞在日数が少なくても、色々な島をサクッと訪れることが出来て良かったです。西表島では、わかりやすい丁寧な説明を受けながらマングローブを遊覧出来て楽しかったです。バスの運転手さんのアナウンスもとても面白かったです。由布島では三線を音色を聴きながら水牛車に乗って、水牛と一緒に記念撮影が撮れました。美味しい幕の内弁当を食べたあと、島の中をゆったりと散歩しながら満喫する事も出来ました。竹富島では自転車レンタルをしてまわりました。地図を見ながら自分でルートを考えて見たいところを巡りましたが、とても楽しかったです。途中水牛車がいたので自転車を止めて周りを見ましたが、どこに避けたら良いのか分からず、どっちの方向へ行かれますか？と尋ねたら「邪魔なんだけど。そっち通るから。」とキツく言われて怖かったです。目線の位置が高くなると気持ちが大きくなったりする事があると聞いた事がありますが、乗っていた乗客もこちらを見てコソコソ話しながら馬鹿にしたように鼻で笑っていました。色々ストレスが溜まってイライラするのもわかりますが、質問にも答えず攻撃的な発言は不愉快でした。道で水牛車に出会ったら無言で急いで逃げるのが良いかもしれません。モヤモヤしたままで、気分良く終われなかったのは残念ですが、効率的なツアーだと思います。

I was worried about the weather due to the typhoon and thought I might not be able to go to the places I wanted, but unexpectedly, it was sunny. I was able to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Sesoko Beach, and since we had extra time, the driver suggested we cross the big bridge to Kouri Island. He also took us to a local supermarket where he recommended items like Spam and Jimami tofu that we could buy at local prices. We had many interesting conversations and I really enjoyed the experience! Thank you very much. I hope to request your services again when I come back to Okinawa.

台風で天気を心配し、行きたいところに行けないかなと心配してましたが、まさかの晴れ
行きたかった美ら海水族館と瀬底ビーチにも行けて、さらに時間があるからと運転手さんの提案で古宇利島の大橋を渡り、さらに地元のスーパーに連れて行ってもらい、スパムやジーマミー豆腐など、地元の価格で買えるものをすすめていただいたり、いろんなお話をしていただいて、とっても楽しめました！ありがとうございました。
また沖縄に来る時はお願いしたいなと思います。

The guide and the driver were both kind, and it was great to efficiently visit the highlights of summer in Hokkaido! There was also hand sanitizer available each time, and infection control measures were in place!

It was very enjoyable to experience the actual training with guidance from a current flight attendant and to wave at the pilots. I learned various safety measures as well. I believe it's a place where both children and seniors can have fun and learn.

現役のCAさんの案内で、実際の訓練の様子を見たり、パイロットに手を振ったりする経験はとても楽しかったです。安全のための工夫もいろいろ知ることができました。お子様からシニアまで楽しめるし学びになる所だと思います。

I was worried about whether we would make it safely, but our guide clearly explained the route, and we were able to reach Jomon Sugi smoothly!

The guide provided detailed instructions on how to walk, areas that required caution, and information about restrooms, making it accessible even for beginners.

For lunch, we were served miso soup, and at the rest area, we enjoyed warm sweet drinks, which gave us a boost of energy for the return journey! The guide also explained the history and various plants, and took many wonderful photos, so I truly felt it was a great decision to join a guided tour!

In addition to the Jomon Sugi trekking, the guide shared recommendations for souvenir shops and other places to visit, and was very approachable, making for an excellent experience.

We trekked with just the two of us and one guide instead of a group, and since the guide adjusted to our pace, it felt like a private tour, which I highly recommend!

無事に辿り着けるか心配していましたが、ガイドさんがルートの流れをしっかり教えて下さり、順調に縄文杉まで辿り着くことができました！

歩き方や注意が必要な場所、トイレの案内などもしっかりしてくれたので登山初心者でも行く事が出来ました。

お昼にはお味噌汁、休憩場所では暖かい甘い飲み物を提供してくれたので、帰り道に向けてパワーを貰えました！歴史や色んな植物などの事も説明してくれて、たくさん素敵な写真を撮ってくれたので、ガイドさん付きのツアーをお願いして本当によかったなと思いました！

縄文杉トレッキング以外にも、お土産やさんやおすすめのお店やさん、スポットも教えてくれて、話しやすくてとても良いガイドさんでした。

団体ではなく、夫婦2人にガイドさん1人でトレッキングをしましたが、私たちのペースに合わせてくれたので、貸切ツアーのような形でとても良く、おススメです！

The one-day tour was packed with a lot of content. I thought the sightseeing time for each stop would be short, but surprisingly, it felt quite relaxed. Although it was an additional fee, I was really glad to be able to enter the bear ranch. The tour guide was kind, recommended delicious places, and took photos for us at photo spots. I am truly grateful. Thank you! I would love to join another tour if there are any available!

1日のツアーにぎゅっと凝縮された内容がたくさん詰まっていました。ひとつひとつの観光時間は短いかと思いましたが、案外ゆったりできます。別料金ではありますが、特にクマ牧場に入れたのは良かったです。ツアーガイドさんも優しく、美味しいお店を教えてくれたり、写真スポットで写真を撮ってくれたり、本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございます！また他のツアーがあれば参加したいです！！

I participated with my son, who is a middle school student and loves animals. At the tour reception, they required confirmation of a student ID or insurance card. Luckily, I had an image of my passport, so they were able to verify it with that. However, I was told that if verification couldn't be done on-site, we might have to pay an additional fee. When I mentioned that he is a middle school student, they didn't say anything further, and we were allowed to enter.

The tickets issued included a bus ticket and an admission ticket for adults only, but entry to Asahiyama Zoo is free for middle school students, so I think it would be good to have some kind of ticket with a name on it to avoid any trouble. On the bus, only drinks were allowed, and the rest area we stopped at only had seating in the restaurant. During the trip, the guide's chatter made the journey enjoyable.

The number of participants was about 60%, making it a small group, but the seating is assigned based on the order of application.

中学生の動物が好きな息子と参加、ツアーの受付で学生証か保険証の確認が必要でした。
たまたま、パスポートの画像を持っていたのでそれで確認してもらえましたが、現地で確認が出来なかったら追加料金払うかもと言われましたが、現地では中学生ですと話すと特に何も言われず入場出来ました。
チケットは、バスのチケットと大人だけ入場チケットが出されますが、中学生迄は旭山動物園は無料対象なので、トラブル回避で無料でも何か記名があるチケットがあると良いと思いました。
バスの車内は、飲み物以外は不可で途中立ち寄るサービスエリアはレストランにしか座る場所がなった。道中、行きはガイドさんのお喋りで盛り上がってました。
参加者は6割位割位で小規模でしたが、座席は申し込み順だそうです。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, half of our planned activities were cut. I thought it was unavoidable, but I believe some people were unable to accept it. Still, they insisted on going to the candy castle.

It would have been nice to receive a small gesture of sympathy for the activities that were canceled.

I recommend this for those who do not have a rental car. Also, please note that the bus does not have a restroom, so make sure to take care of that before departure. Since it was an early morning, I was relieved to find a restroom inside the city hall in front of Palette. The restrooms at Palette were not open yet, so they couldn't be used.

台風の影響あり、半分の予定がカットされました。私は仕方ないと思いましたが、中には諦めきれずといった方がいらしたかと。
それでもお菓子御殿は行くんだとも。
中止になった分のささやかなお見舞いがあれば、嬉しかったです。
レンタカーのない方にはおすすめです。
あとバスにトイレは着いてないので出発前に済ませておくこと。朝早いので、パレット前の市役所の中にトイレがあって助かりました。パレットのトイレはまだ開店前なので使えません。

The tour was initially canceled due to bad weather, so I rebooked. Since it was drizzling, they lent us raincoats. We had to wait because a couple arrived late, even though everyone else checked in early. Despite being late and causing the departure to be delayed, the couple participated without any apology. If they had shown some common courtesy and apologized, I might have enjoyed it more. The tour itself was well-explained, and the captain shared personal stories, stopping along the way to let us take photos. I think it would have been fantastic if it hadn't been raining. Ultimately, the delayed departure made us return late, which changed our plans afterward, and that was disappointing. I hope to go again when the weather is nice and there are no latecomers.

一度天候不順で欠航になり、再度申込みました。雨がしとしと降る中なので、カッパは貸してもらえました。一組の夫婦が遅れて来たため、皆さん早くにチェックインしたのに待たされました。出港が遅れる程遅刻なのに、遅れて来た夫婦は何の謝りもなく平気で参加しました。常識のある人で一言謝罪があったらもっと楽しめたかもしれません。ツアー自体は説明が詳しく、船長さん自身の話もあり途中で止まって写真を撮らせてくれたり、雨が降っていなかったら最高だったと思います。結局、出港が遅れたせいで帰りが遅くなりその後ので予定が変わってしまい、それだけは残念でした。天候の良い時に、遅れる人がいないことを願いまた行ってみたいとは思います。

We participated as a family of four adults and three children. The coral we saw from the glass-bottom boat was more vibrant and breathtaking than anything I had ever seen before. It was a different kind of excitement compared to snorkeling! Both adults and children were thrilled. The water buffalo tour allowed us to see the town of Taketomi Island at a leisurely pace, and we also enjoyed the lovely songs from our guide. It was a hot day, but the water buffalo cart was cool in the shade.

大人4人、子供3人の家族で参加。グラスボートから見る珊瑚は、今まで見たことがないほど、色鮮やかで、感動的でした。シュノーケリングとはまた違った感動があります！大人も子供も大興奮でした。水牛での周遊は、竹富島の町中をゆっくり見られ、また、ガイドさんの素敵な歌も聞けてよかったです。暑い日でしたが、水牛の荷台は、日陰で涼しかったです。

This time, I visited Shirakawa-go in the summer. Next time, I definitely want to see it illuminated in winter. The guide, Mr. Kuroda, was also excellent. I had a great time!

Thanks to the knowledgeable explanations from the guide, I was able to enjoy my Okinawa sightseeing even more. However, the audio guide had poor sound quality, making it difficult to understand most of the content, so I hope for improvements in that area. Other than that, it was a satisfying tour. I will use your services again if the opportunity arises.

I arrived at Yakushima in the morning, so I joined an afternoon tour. The buses to Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Sugi are infrequent, and the winding mountain roads, along with the sight of landslide remnants, made it a good decision to join the tour. As soon as we arrived at Yakusugi Land, it started to rain, but the driver guided us through Yakusugi Land, allowing us to enjoy the sights without getting lost. By the time we were leaving, the rain had stopped, and we even encountered a Yakushima deer. I also heard some fun stories about Yakushima, making it a satisfying tour despite the short duration.

午前中に屋久島に着く飛行機だったので午後からのツアーに参加しました。ヤクスギランドや紀元杉へ行くバスは本数が少なく、またくねくね曲がった山道、しかも崖崩れの跡を見ながら進んでいくので、ツアー参加にして正解でした。ヤクスギランドについた途端雨が降り出したのですが、ドライバーさんがヤクスギランドの中も案内してくださったので迷わずにポイントを押さえた観光ができました。帰る頃には雨も上がり、ヤクシカにも出会えました。屋久島にまつわる楽しい話も聞けて短時間でしたが満足できるツアーでした。

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be cancellations right before the event, so even if your desired date is sold out, I recommend checking the application page's calendar daily without giving up.

実際にANAで働いている方々を見学できる貴重な体験ができます。小学校高学年から高校生くらいにいちばん刺さるのでは。コロナの影響なのか直前にキャンセルも出るようなので、希望日が売り切れていても諦めずに申し込みページのカレンダーを毎日覗くことをおすすめします。

Everywhere I looked, there was beautiful nature, and I had a great time trekking. The water was also clear.

There were some unexpectedly steep paths, and since it was a long journey, I was worried about my legs. However, the guide taught us how to climb and descend in a way that minimized strain on our legs, which I think helped conserve our energy.

I was surprised when I was told that we would have breakfast after walking a bit, even though other groups had already eaten before setting out. However, by moving ahead, we were able to reach the scenic viewpoint before it got crowded, and I was really happy to take photos at a leisurely pace.

The guide shared various stories about the history of Yakushima, which was very educational.

It was a lot of fun, and I want to go again.

どこを見ても綺麗な自然があり、すごく楽しくトレッキングができました。水も綺麗でした。
思った以上に険しい道があったりして、長時間の道のりなので足が心配でしたが、ガイドさんが足に負担のかからない登り方、下り方を教えてくださり、体力の消耗が最小限にできたと思います。
他のグループが朝ごはん食べてから出発していたのに、朝ごはんは少し歩いてから食べると言われた時は驚きましたが、先に進むことで、混む前に絶景ポイントに行って、ゆっくり写真を撮ることができたので、すごく嬉しかったです。
屋久島の歴史から、色々なことをガイドさんがお話ししてくれ、とても勉強になりました。
楽しかったです、また行きたいです。

I participated with my third-grade son. The flight attendant who guided us explained everything clearly, incorporating her own experiences. We were able to see the training scenes of ground staff and mechanics, as well as the flight training of pilots. Even in departments where we couldn't see the training, we gained a lot of knowledge through exhibits and videos. I've always used ANA and was originally a fan, but I realized that the safety and security of operations are maintained through the tireless efforts of all the staff and crew, which made me even more anxious. Both adults and children enjoyed it. It was a tour that made me want to go again.

アテンドして下さったCAさんがご自身の経験を織り交ぜながら分かりやすく説明して下さいました。
グラウンドスタッフさんと整備士さんの訓練風景、パイロットさんの飛行訓練の様子を見ることが出来ました。
訓練が見られなかった部門でも、展示やビデオで色んな知識を得ることが出来ました。
いつもANAを利用していて元々ANAのファンでしたが、スタッフ乗組員の皆さんの日頃からの弛まぬ努力の元に安心安全が運行されていることが分かり、益々不安になりました。
大人も子供も楽しめました。また行きたいと思えるツアーでした。

The one-day course allows you to circle the island and visit all the main attractions, so it's recommended if you have a day free. The guide shares various interesting facts, so just listening will make you knowledgeable about Yakushima. We were able to see many monkeys and deer up close on the Western Forest Road. The flying fish for lunch was also delicious. The main event in the afternoon is Yakusugi Land, but unfortunately, it rained, and since it's at a high elevation, it was cold... However, the atmosphere was very nice, and I think those who find the Jomon Sugi trekking too long can enjoy enough charm at Yakusugi Land.

1日コースでは島内を1周して主な見どころを全て周れるので、1日空いているならオススメです。ガイドさんは色々豆知識とかをずっと話してくれるので、聞いているだけで屋久島に詳しくなれます。西部林道ではたくさんの猿や鹿を間近で見れました。お昼の飛魚も美味しかったです。午後からがメインのヤクスギランドですが、あいにく雨が降ってしまって標高も高いので寒かったです…。しかし雰囲気はとても良く、縄文杉トレッキングが長すぎて無理…という人はヤクスギランドで十分魅力を味わえると思いました。

I walked for a total of 10 hours round trip. That said, we took quite a few breaks and had lunch, so I guess I was actually walking for just a little over 8 hours? Fortunately, it was sunny, so it felt really nice, and I was able to enjoy the scenery while seeing many Yakusugi trees. Most of the path is a flat trolley road, and even after we started climbing, it wasn't a steep mountain trail, so it's basically not too difficult. However, the distance is long, so it can be tiring, haha. I used trekking poles for the first time, and thanks to them, the strain on my legs was significantly reduced. So I definitely recommend using trekking poles. You should consider buying them in advance and bringing them along.

You can't get too close to Jomon Sugi, but you can experience its majestic atmosphere, and there are many large Yakusugi trees along the way. It's an early morning start, and it really is tiring for a long time, but I thought that if you come to Yakushima, you have to visit Jomon Sugi!

往復10時間歩きました。といっても途中休憩や昼食の時間も結構とってくれたので、実質歩いてるのは8時間ちょっとくらいでしょうか？運良く晴れてたので、とても気持ち良く、景色を眺めながら、たくさんの屋久杉を見ながら歩けました。道中のほとんどが平坦なトロッコ道ですし、登りに入ってからも急な山道というわけではなく基本的に大変ではないのですが、とにかく距離が長いので、疲れます笑 ストックを初めて使いましたがこれのおかげで足への負担は相当減りました。なのでストックおすすめです。事前に買ってでも持っていくべきかと。
縄文杉は近くまで行けませんが、雄大な雰囲気を味わえますし、途中にたくさんの大きな屋久杉があります。早朝スタートですし本当に長時間疲れますが、やはり屋久島に来たら縄文杉には行かないと！と思いました。

As soon as we arrived, we received an explanation. During that time, they created a relaxed, homey atmosphere with jokes, allowing us to approach the shoot feeling at ease! The conditions were perfect, so we started the shoot! When we checked the photos on the spot, we not only captured the Milky Way but also a shooting star—what a miracle! The guy was a pro.

I had a wonderful time on my first trip to Okinawa with my girlfriend! I was really looking forward to it.

I thought it would be difficult to get to the Churaumi Aquarium since we couldn't rent a car, so I made a reservation for a bus. It wasn't that expensive, so I thought it would be a good option.

The guide shared stories about Okinawa and even performed some folk songs, which was educational! There are so many tourist spots in Okinawa that I was a bit confused about where to go. However, since the tour took us to must-see places in the Churaumi area, I think joining a tour is the right choice if you're unsure. Okinawa is just the best!

The admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium was included, which made it a great deal. I understand that the road conditions might have affected it, but I wish we could have spent a bit more time at places other than the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village.

I look forward to the next trip as well. Thank you so much! Okinawa was amazing!

レンタカーが取れず、路線バスで美ら海水族館まで行くのは大変…と思い、予約しました。そんなに高くないでしたし良いかと思いました。
ガイドさんの沖縄にまつわるお話や民謡なども披露してくださり、勉強にもなりました！
沖縄はたくさんの観光地があるので、どこに行くか決めるのも迷っていました。美ら海方面に行くならここは外せない、という場所に連れて行ってくれるので、迷ったらツアーが正解！だと思いました。やっぱり沖縄って

美ら海水族館の入場料金が入っているので大変お得でした。
道路状況の影響だとお察ししますが、美ら海水族館とアメリカンヴィレッジ以外の滞在時間が少し短かったので、もう少し長くとってもらえると嬉しかったです。

I had a feeling that going to Shirakawa-go would be quite challenging, but I learned that there are bus tours from Kanazawa Station that make it easy to visit, so I decided to join immediately.
On the bus ride there, I received a local map and various pieces of information, which I think helped me to tour efficiently.
The time spent at the site, including lunch, is about two and a half hours, but if you take your time to explore, it might not be enough. I heard there was a campaign at a certain café offering a 50 yen discount on all drinks, but I don't think there will be time to relax and enjoy tea.
I participated in the summer this time, but I thought it must be incredibly beautiful to visit in the winter when the snow is piled up.

白川郷へ行くのは結構大変なんだろうなとなんとなく思っていたのですが、金沢駅から気軽に行けるバスツアーがあると知り即参加を決めました。
行きのバスの中で現地の地図もいただき、色々と事前情報をいただけたので効率よく観光できたと思います。
現地滞在時間は昼食時間も含めて2時間半ぐらいあるのですが、じっくり見て回っていたら足りないぐらいです。某カフェでドリンク全品50円引きのキャンペーンをやっていたようですがゆっくりお茶している時間はないと思います。
今回は夏の参加でしたが、雪の積もった冬に来るとさぞかし美しいのだろうなと思いました。

I participated in early August. It was great to actually see monkeys and deer, and the guide was wonderful! I'm glad I decided to join!

8月の上旬に参加しました。猿や鹿を実際に見ることができ、ガイドさんも素敵な方でとてもよかったです！参加を決めて正解でした！

As the saying goes, "If the event is sunny, it's 90% successful," we were blessed with clear skies and had the best experience of our lives. On the day of the event, our guide picked us up at 4:30 AM near Awa Port. It took about 40 minutes by bus to the meeting point, so I took a nap during the ride and arrived at the trailhead. Most of the group had breakfast on-site, but our group introduced ourselves and set off right away. We walked along the trolley tracks without masks, as it was said that natural cedar releases disinfectant components, and we aimed for Jomon Sugi while climbing rocks and taking breaks along the way. After about five hours of hiking, we took a lunch break, but instead of eating my bento, I replenished myself with candies, chocolate, and nutritional supplements. The guide instructed us to leave our backpacks, except for valuables, at the lunch spot, so we headed towards Jomon Sugi with lighter loads. Finally, we had the emotional moment of meeting Jomon Sugi. After taking commemorative photos and soaking in the atmosphere, we began our descent. The return journey was tougher than the way up, and the guide shared walking techniques for the dangerous sections. I felt that each guide brought their own personality to the tour. My guide boiled water at the rest area and served miso soup, and during the descent, he helped ice my feet in the river and massaged my legs and shoulders. It was a tiring yet fulfilling 13-hour round trip. I am grateful to the members who encouraged me and to the guide.

イベント事は晴れれば9割成功の言葉通り晴天に恵まれ人生最高の経験が出来ました。当日は4時半に安房港近くの民宿までガイドさんが迎えに来て下さいました。集合場所からバスで40分かかるので走行中に仮眠を取り登山口に到着。その場で朝食を摂る班がほとんどでしたが、我が班は自己紹介してすぐに出発。天然杉から消毒効果のある成分が発散されるとの事で、マスクを付けずにトロッコ線路の上を歩いて山道、岩登りして、途中休憩取りながら縄文杉を目指しました。出発して5時間位して昼食休憩でしたが、私は弁当を食べずにアメやチョコ、栄養剤を補給しました。ガイドさんから昼食場で貴重品以外リックを置いて下さいと指示があり、身軽な格好で縄文杉を目指しました。そして縄文杉との感動のご対面。記念撮影をして余韻に浸りながら下山、山道は行きよりも帰りが辛く、危険な箇所はガイドさんの歩き方テクニックを伝授して頂きました。このツアーはガイドさんそれぞれの個性が出ると思いました。私のガイドさんは休憩所でお湯を沸かして味噌汁を振る舞い、下山途中の川で足をアイシングして足や肩をマッサージしてくれる方でした。くたくたになりながらしかし達成感のある往復13時間の一日でした。励ましてくれたメンバーに感謝、ガイドさんに感謝です。

I highly recommend it for those who don't have much time and aren't confident in driving. You can take a tour around the island's attractions!

The guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to relax during the travel! In addition to the light meal sandwiches, we were also given snacks like chinsuko and discount coupons, which made for a meaningful experience! I originally considered renting a car, but since it was a trip with three female students, I felt that choosing the bus tour was the right decision. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to use this service.

ガイドさんの話も面白く、移動中はゆったり過ごすことができました！軽食のサンドイッチに加え、お菓子のちんすこうや割引クーポンもくださって、有意義な時間を過ごすことができました！元々はレンタカー移動を考えていましたが、女子学生3人旅だったので、バスツアーにして正解だなと思いました。また機会がありましたら是非利用させていただきます。

The instructions for the meeting place were unclear, yet they showed displeasure for not arriving on time. There were no other tour participants, so it wasn't a situation where anyone would be inconvenienced. I didn't feel any hospitality. I didn't see a single animal. I would have been better off relaxing in my room. I cannot recommend this at all.

待ち合わせ場所の指示が不明確なのが悪いのに、時間通りにつかなかったことに不機嫌をあらわにしてくる。他のツアー参加者もおらず、誰に迷惑かかる状況でもないのに。ホスピタリティを感じない。1匹も動物も見れなかった。これなら部屋でゆっくりしてたほうがマシだった。全くお勧めできない。

I also booked the feather art, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime memory. They were very meticulous in taking photos, redoing them multiple times to capture one beautiful shot.
