Iriomote Island: It seems that 90% of the island is a protected area, truly giving it a jungle feel. The mangroves were quite impressive!

Yubu Island: The water buffalo carts are a must-see! The buffalo driver plays Okinawan songs on the sanshin.

Taketomi Island: The sea was incredibly beautiful! I think the combination of the sandy beach and the emerald green sea is among the best in the outlying islands. Riding a bicycle in the midsummer heat can be a bit tough, though... haha.

There are repeated transfers by boat and bus, which can be quite strenuous. Be careful of motion sickness. However, this tour is perfect for efficiently exploring three completely different islands and finding your favorite one!

西表島　　島の９割が保護区域だそうで、まさにジャングルという感じ。マングローブにはかなりの迫力がありました！
由布島　　なんといっても水牛車！牛者さん？が三線で沖縄の歌を演奏してくれます。
竹富島　　海がとっても綺麗でした！砂浜とエメラルドグリーンの海の綺麗さが離島の中でもトップクラスだと思います。真夏の自転車が少しきついですが…笑
船やバスでの移動が繰り返しあり、かなりハードではあります。乗り物酔い注意です。ですが、全く違う三島が効率よく回れ、お気に入りの島を見つけるにはもってこい！のツアーです。

We participated as a family of three. Since there were only five groups of participants, everything went very smoothly and on time. However, even though the bus seats were quite empty, we were instructed to fill in from the front, which made me uncomfortable as we were sitting close to another group. I hope that when there are fewer participants, they can consider leaving some empty seats for COVID-19 precautions. It was a shame that we couldn't see the sheep being herded back home since the temperature was high that day. Nevertheless, I think it was great that we were able to see various places in just half a day.

参加者が5組だったので、時間通りとてもスムーズでした。
ただ5組のみでバスの席がガラガラなのに前から詰めて乗るように言われ、別のグループと距離が近かったのが気になりました。参加者が少ない時はもう少しコロナ対策で空席をもうけるなど配慮してほしいなと思いました。
その日は気温が高かったので羊が家に帰っていて放牧してるとこを見られなかったのが残念でした。
でも半日で色々なところを見れたので大変良かったと思います。

I was a bit anxious about participating alone as a woman, but on the day of the event, I had a great time trekking with the guide and others from different groups! We talked about Yakushima, shared stories, and even included some quizzes, making it a fun experience from start to finish.

And the breathtaking view from Taiko Rock! I will never forget it. I fell in love with Yakushima, a place that makes you want to take deep breaths all the time. Thank you for the wonderful time! I will definitely come back!

女性1人参加で当日まで不安もありましたが、当日はガイドさん、一緒に参加していた他グループの方と楽しくトレッキングが出来ました！
屋久島の話はもちろん、お互いの話をまじえつつクイズ等も交えてお話をして頂き、終始楽しく過ごせました。
また、太鼓岩からの絶景！一生忘れられません。
常に深呼吸していたくなる、屋久島が大好きになりました。

It was a tough plan to visit Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day, requiring a bit of stamina. However, we were blessed with an amazing guide, and we were able to reach our destination while having fun along the way. Everyone made it back safely without anyone missing, making it a wonderful summer memory.

The view from Taiko Rock was captivating and brought me to tears... It's a sight you definitely should see at least once! (Though it does depend on the weather.)

1日で縄文杉と白谷雲水峡に行く、ちょっと体力のいる過酷な？プランでした。が、最高のガイドさんに恵まれ、登山中もワイワイと楽しく目的地に辿り着くことができ、誰一人欠けることもなく無事に下山もでき、最高の夏の思い出になりました。

太鼓岩からの景色は、心引き込まれうるっとしてしまいました。。。是非一度は見ていただきたい景色です！(天気に左右はされますが)

I signed up for snorkeling, and the visibility was even better than I expected; the time flew by! I was able to see sea turtles, and the staff took photos and sent them to me, so I was satisfied to have those memories captured. When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I would love to sign up again!

シュノーケルを楽しみに申し込みましたが予想以上に透明度がすごく、あっという間の時間でした！ウミガメも見れたし、スタッフの方が写真撮って送ってくれたので思い出を写真で残すことができて満足！石垣島にもう一度くる時はまた申し込みたいなと思います！

The explanation was thorough and very good. The photos were also really beautiful and became a great memory. I would like to use this service again when I come to Miyako Island.

Overall, I felt that I would definitely like to request this again. The reasons are the guide's calm judgment, attentiveness, and extensive knowledge of Yakushima.

It started to rain a little when we entered the forest, and it became a heavy downpour after we arrived at the moss-covered forest, which forced us to descend quickly. Trekking is inevitably affected by the weather, and there was a point where we had to cross a river, but due to the heavy rain, the current was fast, making it very dangerous to cross. The guide decided to wait for over an hour for safety. Indeed, crossing the river in such a fast current is extremely dangerous, and the guide coordinated with other group tour guides to prioritize safety.

Additionally, the guide was always attentive to participants who were not very strong on their feet, helping them over uneven terrain, which left a strong impression. Although the guide appeared to be a bit older, they had good physical strength and an incredible breadth of knowledge about Yakushima.

I hope that next time we can trek in clear weather. I would like to use this service again.

総合的な感想として，ぜひともまたお願いしたいと感じました。その理由はガイドさんの冷静な判断力と気配り，そして屋久島に対する知識の広さです。

入林の時から少し雨が降っていて，苔むす森に到着してから本格的な大降りとなり，すぐに下りることとなりました。トレッキングは天候に左右されるのは仕方なく，途中で川を渡るところがあったのですが，土砂降りのせいでそこの流れが速く，渡るのが非常に危険な状態になり，ガイドさんの判断で１時間以上待機することになりました。確かに流れの速い状態で川を渡るのは非常に危険で，ほかのグループツアーのガイドとも連携して安全を優先しておりました。

また，足腰があまり強くない参加者に対しては常に気を配って，段差のあるところでは手をとって誘導しておられたのが印象的でした。少し高齢のガイドさんかと見受けられましたが，体力もあり，そして屋久島に対しての知識も半端なく広かったです。

また次回は晴れた状態でトレッキングできると良いですね。また利用したいと思います。

In mid-August, my mother and I participated. The weather was cloudy with occasional rain throughout the day, but unlike the hot and humid place we usually live in, the climate was comfortable, and we were able to efficiently visit the tourist spots, which was great. The lunch was delicious, the portion sizes were just right, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand. Thank you very much.

8月中旬に母娘で参加です。天気は一日中曇り時々雨でしたが、普段住んでいる蒸し暑い地方と違って気候が過ごしやすく、効率的に観光地を回る事ができてよかったです。ランチも美味しく、量もちょうど良かったし、ガイドさんの説明もよく分かりました。ありがとうございました。

Day 1: Jomon Sugi Trekking
Day 2: Shiratani Unsuikyo

On the first day, rain was expected, but it was determined that the trek could proceed within a manageable range. The first three hours of trekking went smoothly, with beautiful scenery and thorough explanations from our guide, making it an enjoyable experience. However, as initially planned, the rain clouds rolled in, and all participants donned their rain gear as we continued on to the end of the trolley path. After waiting for about 20 minutes there, the guide informed us that the rain had developed unusually this year, and although we were in the middle of the trek, we would need to return (cancel). While I felt disappointed, I believe it was the right decision considering the recent nationwide accident situations.

On the way back, the calm river was now turbulent, the trolley path was filled with water, and the small spring area was pouring down like a waterfall. I could feel the natural threat up close as the scenery changed 180 degrees from the way in. There was a point where we crossed a bridge without handrails, and it was clear that falling would be fatal. Although it was frightening, the guide provided careful support, allowing us to descend safely. As the guide mentioned, I think it's important to make the decision to turn back when necessary. Although we couldn't see Jomon Sugi because of this consideration, I had no complaints and instead felt very satisfied to witness the duality of nature on the first day.

On the second day, in contrast to the previous day, we were blessed with clear weather. The guide was different from the day before, but he provided detailed explanations, which was great. We safely reached Taiko Rock, and although we were tired, we felt a sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend experiencing the view with your own feet!

Overall, I was very satisfied.

However, please note that in addition to the tour fee, you will need to prepare some cash on your own, so it's advisable to bring extra before entering Yakushima. Please keep this in mind.

一日目　縄文杉トレッキング
二日目　白谷雲水峡
に参加しました。

一日目は当日から雨が予想されておりましたが、実行可能な範囲だと判断があり実行をしました。
トレッキングが始まって最初の３時間は問題なくキレイな景色や丁寧なガイドさんの説明もあり楽しく進めることができました。
しかし当初の予定通り雨雲がかかってきて参加者全員雨具を着用して進んでいき、トロッコ道の終わりまで到着しました。そこで２０分ほど待っていた後にガイドさんから今回の雨が例年にないほど発達をし途中ではあるが帰宅（中止）になることを伝えられました。
残念な気持ちがありましたが、昨今の全国的な事故状況を省みると正しい判断だと思います。
帰り道は行きとは違い穏やかな川はうねりをあげ、トロッコ道は水で満たされ、小さかった湧き水エリアは滝のように降り注いできており、行き帰りで１８０度変わった景色に自然の脅威を間近で感じることができました。
途中手摺がない橋を渡るポイントがありましたが、そのいずれも落ちたら命がなくなるのが一目瞭然であり、恐怖もありましたがガイドさんが丁寧にフォローをしていただいたので安心して下山できました。
ガイドさんもいっていましたが引き返す判断をすること（出来る）ことが大事だと思います。
そこを第一に考えてくれたので縄文杉は見れませんでしたが不満はなく逆に自然の二面性を見ることができとても満足した初日でした。

二日目は前日とうってかわって天気に恵まれて快晴でした。ガイドさんは前日と別の人でしたが細かい部分も丁寧に教えていただけたので良かったです。太鼓岩まで無事到着し、疲れもありましたがその分達成感を感じることができました。是非一度自分の足で登って味わってほしい景色が広がっています！

トータルでいうと非常に満足しました。

ただし、ツアー費用とは別に、個人で用意する現金がいくらか必要になるので、参加される際には、屋久島に入る前に多めに用意する必要があります。参考にしてください。

I set out for Jomon Sugi at 5 AM and it took about 7 hours to get there! Even though it was mid-August and the temperatures were high, it was cool during the trek due to the elevation and the breeze. I hiked without wearing a mask.

I went specifically to see Jomon Sugi, but the breathtaking view from Taiko Rock that I visited along the way is something I will never forget! The stories and games shared by our guide, Tsugimaki, were very interesting, and I enjoyed the long hike without getting bored until the very end!

朝5時から約7時間かけて縄文杉へ行きました！8月の中旬で気温は高かったのですが、トレッキング時は標高もあって風も抜けるので涼しかったです☺️登山中はマスク着用無しで登ってます。
縄文杉目当てで行きましたが、途中で訪れた太鼓岩からの絶景はもう忘れられません！！ガイドをしてくださった津曲さんのお話しやゲームもとても面白く、長時間の登山も飽きることなく最後まで楽しめました！

On the first day, we experienced heavy rain while visiting Jomon Sugi, but we were able to see it safely and return without any injuries. The long-distance trekking was quite tough, but it became a lifelong memory!

On the second day, although there was a rain forecast for Shiratani Unsuikyo, we didn't get caught in the rain and were able to enjoy walking while taking lots of photos and videos. We were lucky to see both Yakushima deer and Yakushima macaques.

For those who are not used to exercising, I recommend Shiratani Unsuikyo, but since you're in Yakushima, I definitely think you should see Jomon Sugi as well!

初日の縄文杉は大雨の中でしたが、無事縄文杉も拝め、怪我もなく帰ってくることができました。
長距離のトレッキングはなかなかしんどいですが、一生の思い出になりました！
2日目の白谷雲水峡は雨予報ではありましたが、雨に打たれることはなく、たくさん写真や動画を撮りながら楽しく歩くことができました。
ヤクシカもヤクザルも見ることができてラッキーでした。
普段運動に慣れていない方には白谷雲水峡の方がオススメですが、屋久島に来たからにはぜひ縄文杉も見ていただきたいなと思います！

I thought it would be difficult to visit the Churaumi area because rental cars are expensive, but I found out there are bus tours and signed up. I was able to see the whale sharks and manta rays at the aquarium, and we were blessed with clear weather to enjoy the beautiful emerald green sea unique to Okinawa. I also got to visit the Kouri Ohashi, which I had seen in commercials but didn’t know where it was and thought it was too far to go. Manzamo was closer than I imagined and very impressive. It was extremely hot on that sunny August day, but the bus ride, while listening to the guide's explanations, became a pleasant break, allowing me to enjoy the day without getting tired.

レンタカーは高いため、美ら海方面の観光は難しいとおもっていましたが、バスツアーがあるのを知り申し込みました。水族館のジンベエザメやマンタはもちろんのこと、晴天に恵まれ沖縄ならではの美しいエメラルドグリーンの海を見ることができました。また、ＣＭで見たことがあるけども何処にあるかも分からず、遠くて行けないと思っていた古宇利大橋へも行くことができました。万座毛も想像していたより近く、迫力がありました。８月の晴天の日で非常に暑かったですが、バスの移動がガイドさんの案内を聞きながら心地よい休憩になり、疲れずに一日を満喫することができました。

The sanshin live performance at "Hateruma" was incredibly disappointing.

All of this was served at the table all at once, 30 minutes before the live performance started. I wish they had at least asked about the timing for serving the Okinawa soba. The sanshin live also had some strange customers, which made it the worst. The live performance itself was not exciting at all.

The tour itself felt like a whirlwind tour, but the bus guide was fantastic ❤️. Their attentiveness was very good. They lent us an umbrella when it rained, and during the trip, there was one close call (a car in front suddenly stopped), but thanks to the calm handling by the driver and the bus guide, nothing happened.

In any case, the driver was very safe.

三線ライブで行った　「波照間」がものすごく残念でした。
＜ご夕食内容＞ 野沢菜の漬物／ミミガー／落花生豆腐／もずく酢／ソーキの煮込み／チキン南蛮と野菜サラダ／じゅーしー／沖縄そば／パイナップル
が入店後　ライブが始まる30分前までに
一気にテーブルに出されました。
せめて沖縄そばを出すタイミングくらい聞いて欲しかった。
三線ライブも　変な客がいて　最悪だった
ライブ自体も全然盛り上がりませんでした。

ツアー自体は弾丸ツアー的だったけど
バスガイドさんが当たりでした❤️
気づかいがとても良かったです。
雨が降れば傘を貸してくれたし
道中
一回ヒヤリ(前方の車が突然停止した) があったけど　冷静な運転手とバスガイドさんの対処で
何事もありませんでした。

とにかく運転手さんが安全運転でした。

It was quite hot until we reached Sefa Utaki, so I recommend wearing light clothing and sneakers. You'll be walking more than you might expect.

時間通りのスケジュールで、斎場御嶽と玉泉洞楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございました。
斎場御嶽までがかなり暑かったので、軽装でスニーカーをおすすめします。意外と歩きます。

We participated in a one-day tour as a family of four. In the morning, we did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at Ingyamarine Garden, and in the afternoon, we moved to Shinjo Coast for snorkeling. We intended to do both SUP and kayaking, but there was a miscommunication (even during our correspondence with VELTRA and when confirming with the shop the day before...), so we ended up doing only SUP. I was a bit worried since we have small children, but the waves were calm in the bay, so they were able to ride on the parents' SUP and join in. The older child got close to the guide, who pulled them along at speed on the SUP, and they also learned how to dive for snorkeling, which they really enjoyed. We were satisfied to see turtles and clownfish as well. In addition to commemorative photos at the points, we could also ask for pictures during our free time.

1日ツアーに家族4人で参加しました。午前はインギャーマリンガーデンでSUP、午後は新城海岸に移動してシュノーケルをしました。SUPとカヤックのつもりでしたが、うまく伝わっておらず（VELTRAさんとのやりとり＆前日確認時にもショップさんと会話したのですが。。。)全部SUPになりました。小さい子供がいるので大丈夫かなと思いましたが、湾内で波も穏やかだったので親のSUPに乗って一緒に出来ました。上の子はガイドさんに懐いて、SUPをスピード出して引っ張ってもらったり、シュノーケルも潜り方教えてもらったりですごい楽しんでいました。カメやニモも見れて満足でした。ポイントでの記念撮影の他、自由時間に声をかけると写真も撮ってもらえました。

I participated in a one-day tour. There were about 10 participants in 4 to 5 groups for one guide. In the morning, we did stand-up paddleboarding at Ingyamarine Garden, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Shinjo Coast. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to enter the sea from the parking lot and receive a briefing, and the tour lasted about 40 minutes. After the tour, we took group photos and then dispersed at the parking lot.

As for important notes:
- Each participant needs to travel to the meeting point by rental car, and we will receive information about the meeting point the day before.
- Lunch is also on your own, but many shops are still closed even though the morning tour ends around 10:30.
- At Shinjo Coast, the parking lot was full, which took time to enter, and there was also a parking fee of 1,000 yen.

1日ツアーに参加しました。ガイドさん1人に対して、参加者は4～5組の10人位でした。午前はインギャーマリンガーデンでSUP、午後は新城海岸でシュノーケルをしました。いずれも駐車場から海にエントリーおよび事前説明に15～20分、ツアーが40分位、ツアー後にグループごとに写真撮影し、駐車場で解散でした。
注意事項として、
・集合場所へは各自レンタカーで移動で、前日に集合場所の連絡もらいます。
・お昼も各自で取るのですが、午前のツアーが10:30頃に終わるもののお店がまだ開店していないところも多いです。
・新城海岸は駐車場がいっぱいで入るまで時間がかかったのとともに駐車場料金も1000円必要でした。

I had high expectations because of the great reviews and the beautiful photos shown as examples. I was told, "If you write a review, you'll get 10 photos; if not, you'll get 8," so I immediately replied that I would write one!

The starry sky was wonderful, and I wanted to have as many photos taken as possible. There were several other groups present, and the photographers were shooting simultaneously in different areas. The person in charge was a bit intimidating, but they provided the necessary explanations and were considerate, signaling to other photographers if their lights were too bright and interfering with the shoot.

However, I feel bad not giving a high rating because I was honestly disappointed with the final results. As a beginner, I followed the professional's posing instructions, but the pose with the wings was puzzling and not cute, and the shape of the wings was... It seems there might be differences in skill among those who are good at drawing with light and those who are not. I wish there was a way to identify who was responsible for the final photos, so it could become a system where you can request specific photographers. Since it's not something I can do often and I am paying for it.

The starry sky itself was amazing! There was one photo that I could potentially display, so my wonderful memory of the starry sky is that one photo and the memory of the sky itself. If there’s a place that can take photos more like the examples next time, I would like to try again. I'm sorry.

とても評価が高いのと、見本で載っている写真が素敵なので期待していました。
「レビューを書いたら10枚、書かないなら8枚撮影します」と説明を受けたので、もちろん即答で書きます！と答えました。
星空は素晴らしかったし、なるべくたくさん撮っていただきたかったので。

他にも何組もおられ、業者の方もあちこちで同時に次々撮影する流れです。
担当の方は少し怖かったのですが、必要な説明はしてくださったし、他の業者の方のライトが明るすぎて撮影に支障があればそちらに合図をしたりと配慮しながら撮ってくださいました。
なので、レビューを高く付けないと申し訳ないのですが仕上がりに正直ガッカリしました。
こちらは初心者なのでプロの言われる通りのポージングで撮っていただいたのですが、羽の時のポーズが謎でかわいくないし羽の形も...。
ライトで描くのが得意な方とそうでない方がいるのかもです。
どなたが担当でこの写真の仕上がり...というように見られるようになり、指名制になったらいいのにと思います。
そうそう行けないしお金を払うので。
星空自体は最高！！でした。
1枚だけ飾れそうなのがありましたので、素晴らしい星空の思い出はその1枚と記憶の中の星空です。
もしももっと見本の写真のような写真を撮ってくれる所があれば次回やり直したいです。ごめんなさい。

I participated in the SUP tour and sea turtle snorkeling! I was supposed to receive a call the day before, but there was no contact by 5 PM, so I reached out myself. The staff at the reception seemed unaware of my reservation, which made me quite anxious. They said they would get back to me, but I ended up receiving a call at 7 PM. I wish they had informed me if it was going to take that long.

As for the activities, the SUP tour in the morning was my first experience, and I was worried about whether I could stand up, but in the end, I managed to do it and had a lot of fun. There was a staff member at the back who provided helpful advice on how to paddle, which was very clear and easy to understand.

During snorkeling, it was low tide, so the coral reefs were very close, and I was able to see colorful fish, which was truly moving. I even encountered a sea turtle, and I was very satisfied. Although I was anxious about the communication issue, the activities themselves were fantastic!

SUPツアーとウミガメシュノーケリングに参加しました！！
前日に連絡が来るはずが17時になっても連絡がなく、こちらから連絡をしましたが、受付の方が予約を把握していないのか色々と不安になりました。折り返しの連絡をくれるということでしたが、結局連絡がきたのが19時でこんな時間になるなら一言言って欲しかったです。

肝心のアクティビティですが、
午前中はSUPツアーで、初めてのSUPなので乗れるか心配でしたが最終的には立つこともできとても楽しかったです。
後方にもスタッフさんが付き、乗り方のアドバイス等も丁寧に教えてくださり分かりやすかったです。
シュノーケリングは、ちょうど干潮だったのでサンゴ礁がとても近く色とりどりの魚も見れて、とても感動しました。ウミガメとも遭遇できて大満足でした。
連絡の件で不安になりましたが、アクティビティ自体は最高でした♪

I finally made it to my long-awaited trip to Ishigaki Island! One of the things I planned was a night tour, which I booked from here! On the day of the tour, despite a few clouds in the sky, it started with the guide saying, "You rarely see a sunset like this!" and they kept the energy up with lots of conversation in the car!

When we arrived at the point and the tour began, the guide provided detailed explanations about various plants and creatures, as well as the terrain, making it really enjoyable! We spotted two coconut crabs, and even though there were some clouds, we were able to see the Milky Way at the guide's special spot!

This was the perfect start to my three-year-awaited trip to Ishigaki Island! The guide, Moepi, was amazing!! Thank you!!!

色んなことを計画した中の一つにナイトツアーを選びこちらから予約しました！
当日、空に少し雲がかかる中、いきなりガイドさんの「こんな夕焼けなかなかないですよっ！」の一言から始まり、車中でもたくさん話してくれてテンションをあげてもらいました！
ポイントに着きツアーが始まると、色んな植物や生物の説明を詳しく教えてくれたり地形の説明などもおりまぜ楽しませてもらいました！ヤシガニも2匹見つかり、少し雲がかかっていた空もガイドさんのとっておきのポイントで天の川も見れました！
三年越しの石垣島旅行の最高のスタートになりました！

I experienced SUP and snorkeling. It was my first time doing SUP, but the staff were kind and taught me carefully, so I was able to do it well right away! The scenery at Ingyamarine Garden was also wonderful, allowing me to experience the essence of Okinawa.

I did snorkeling at Shinjo Beach, and I was lucky enough to encounter four sea turtles! I thought it would be lucky if I saw one, so I was extremely excited! The staff also explained how to do it carefully at the beginning, so I think beginners can participate with confidence.

Overall, it was a very satisfying day. Thank you!

SUPとシュノーケリングを体験しました。
SUPは初めてでしたがスタッフの方が優しく丁寧に教えてくださり、すぐに上手くできるようになりました！
インギャーマリンガーデンの景色も素晴らしく沖縄らしさを体験することができました。
シュノーケリングは新城海岸で行いましたが、なんとウミガメは４匹も出会うことができました！会えたらラッキーぐらいに考えていたのでテンション上がりまくりです！
こちらも最初に丁寧にやり方を教えてくださるので初心者の方も安心して参加できると思います。

I only saw two coconut crabs, but thanks to the incredibly clear weather, I was able to see a sky full of stars! The Milky Way was so visible that I could even capture it on my smartphone.

ヤシガニ二匹しか見れませんでしたが、天気がめちゃめちゃ晴れてたおかげで満天の星空が見れました！天の川もスマホでも映れるくらいばっちり見えました。

While planning a 3-night, 4-day trip from Kansai to Hokkaido, I found that researching public transportation to Asahiyama Zoo seemed quite troublesome... So, since I was staying in front of Sapporo Station, I prioritized the advantage of just riding and arriving at the destination, and I decided to use this service. I think both the bus guide and the bus driver were considerate, ensuring that the guests were comfortable and had an enjoyable time. In particular, when I consulted the female bus guide about where to eat upon disembarking, she kindly offered her advice without any unpleasantness, and I was able to have a warm experience. 関西から北海道に3泊4日のうち、旭山動物園に行く計画を立てる際に公共交通を調べるとなんだかメンドクサそう…
なので札幌駅前に宿泊していたので今回乗ってるだけで現地につく、というメリットを重視し利用させていただきました。
バスガイドさんもバス運転手さんもお客さんが不自由していないか、楽しく過ごせるように気遣いされていたと思います。特にバスガイドの女性が降り際に食べるところについて相談したらイヤな顔せず親身に相談に乗って下さり温かい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます

The night tour was definitely the right choice!
I was able to see many creatures that I wouldn't normally encounter, such as coconut crabs, fireflies, and camel crickets.
Along the way, the guide shared many stories about Ishigaki Island. They were a wonderful guide.
The starry sky was also amazing.
This time, I participated with just my child, but the next time I come to Ishigaki Island, I want to join with the whole family.

I encountered a sea turtle while snorkeling in the Blue Cave. The tour guide was also very kind, making it a wonderful memory!

I made a reservation to go sightseeing in Kanazawa with my parents and my son for a little trip. Unfortunately, due to the rain, our sightseeing options were limited, but our taxi driver, Mr. Kitani, kindly and attentively guided us according to our request for indoor sightseeing, and we had a wonderful time. It's great that there are three different options. It was helpful to be able to choose according to my schedule. I think having a microphone for the outdoor explanations would be better, as those in the back can't hear.

It was a fulfilling experience.
My mother and I participated, both of us inexperienced in trekking and lacking in exercise.
As complete beginners, we were able to get through it thanks to our guide, Yukitake, who was very knowledgeable, attentive, and kind, teaching us various things along the way.

I truly felt it was a great decision to ask for their help.
We were both exhausted and a bit worn out at times, but they encouraged us patiently and discreetly, and they promptly attended to any minor injuries, providing specific advice as well.

As someone who loves to travel and has been to various places, including overseas and remote areas, I believe this was the best experience and service in every sense.

完全初心者でしたけど、ガイドのゆきたけさんが知識豊富で大変親身且つ親切で最後まで乗り切ることができ、また様々な知識も教えてもらったり体験させてもらいました。

疲労困憊で途中ふたりともぐったりしていましたが、さり気なく根気よく励まして頂いたり、軽く怪我をすればすぐ応対してくださり、具体的アドバイスももらいました。

For our 20th wedding anniversary trip, we had a starry sky portrait taken as a keepsake. As expected from a professional photographer! They were efficient and took great photos. We are extremely satisfied with the finished pictures. We will definitely use them for our New Year's card next year (laughs). Also, since I do photography myself, I asked a few questions and they kindly and patiently taught me. I would like to request their services again when I go to Miyako Island.

I often visit Minato Mirai, and I participated with my daughter because we could enjoy the night view of Minato Mirai along with the factory district's night scenery from the boat. It was a delightful 90 minutes filled with the refreshing sea breeze and enjoyable stories from the captain!

みなとみらいにはよく遊びに行くのですが、船上から工場地帯の夜景と一緒にみなとみらいの夜景も楽しめるという事で娘と参加させていただきました。気持ちいい潮風を感じながらの夜景鑑賞や船長さんのお話も楽しく、あっという間の90分でした！
