If you're visiting Iriomote Island, you must see the various nocturnal creatures in the jungle and observe the beautiful starry sky, along with the limited-time Sagari-bana flowers! I thought such a luxurious tour wouldn't exist, but it did!

Aside from stargazing, we walked through the jungle (with rubber boots and lights available for rent), so having a guide was definitely reassuring. They answered questions like "What is this creature?" and "What is this plant?" accurately, and helped us discover creatures that we might have overlooked as amateurs, while also sharing various insights about Iriomote Island.

And the highlight was the starry sky. Honestly, it was the day I saw the most stars in my life. The Milky Way was beautifully visible, and we even spotted shooting stars!

Lying back and gazing up at the sky, which felt like wandering into a natural planetarium, is something I will never forget. I even whispered to my husband, "Propose to me here again," (laughs). It was such an emotional starry sky, so I highly recommend participating with someone special.

Overall, it was a thoroughly satisfying tour. I recommend it!

西表島にきたからにはジャングルの中の「夜行性」といわれる様々なイキモノを見て、キレイだと言われる星空を観測して、この時期限定のサガリバナも見られる！…そんな贅沢なツアーはさすがにないよなぁと思っていたら、ありました！
星空観察以外はジャングルの中を歩く（長靴やライトも各自にレンタルしてくださり、至れり尽くせり）ので、ガイドの方がいらした方がやはり安心です。「この生物は？」や「この植物は？」の質問にも的確に答えて下さり、素人では見過ごしてしまうようなイキモノを発見してくれたり、西表島について色々教えて頂きながらの見学ができました。
そして極めつけは、満天の星空。嘘偽りなく、人生で一番たくさんの星を見た日になりました。天の川もキレイに見えて、流れ星も発見☆
最後に寝転んで見上げた「天然のプラネタリウムに迷い込んでしまったかのような星空」は一生忘れることはできません。横にいた主人に「もう一回ここでプロポーズして」なんてつぶやいてしまいました(笑)。それくらい感動的な星空でしたので、ぜひ大切な人と参加してほしいです。
総じて大満足のツアーでした。オススメです。

I was able to see so many stars for the first time in my life! The photographer was very friendly and asked about my preferred poses for the shoot, which was very considerate. They also shared recommendations for spots in Miyako Island, allowing me to enjoy the following days even more!

We traveled to Miyako Island for the first time as a parent and child! I wanted to preserve a memory from our trip, so I booked this tour! On the day of the tour, we were blessed with good weather and were both moved by the breathtaking starry sky visible to the naked eye. I took my mother there secretly, and she was very satisfied with the beautiful photos taken, which made me really happy ( ¨̮ ). I made a reservation around the new moon. I never expected to see such a beautiful starry sky around Miyako Island, and I was truly moved. The view was incomparable to that from the hotel balcony; it really is a hidden gem for photography. The staff were also kind and attentive, which made me feel at ease while shooting. It became a once-in-a-lifetime experience for my family. Thank you very much.

新月前後のタイミングを狙って予約しました。宮古島周辺でこんなに美しい星空が見れるなんて思ってもいなかったので、心から感動しました。ホテルのベランダとは比べ物にならない景色で、さすが穴場撮影スポットだなと。スタッフの皆さんも優しく丁寧だったので、安心して撮影できました。家族で一生に残る経験になりました。ありがとうございました。

I urgently searched for a night tour, and I was very grateful that they picked me up at the hotel.

The jungle was more than I expected. There were a lot of bugs, and it was helpful that they provided insect repellent spray.

The paths were not as rugged as I thought, but there were a few steep spots here and there.

However, thanks to the penlight, we were able to move smoothly.

In the car, we talked about coconut crabs, and everyone was excited to search for giant coconut crabs. As soon as we entered the jungle, we found a coconut crab weighing about 2 kilograms! Our excitement shot up instantly!

Inside the jungle, we had some free time, and we shone our penlights around, getting absorbed in searching for creatures. …Unfortunately, there were no rhinoceros beetles… (laughs)

After exiting the jungle, we went to the beach, thinking we would see the starry sky there, but we moved to another location!!!

The starry sky we saw at the beach was also very beautiful and moving.

After that, we moved to a park, spread out our mats by group, and enjoyed stargazing while lying down.

We could see the Milky Way, long shooting stars, and artificial satellites, which were beautiful and not visible in the city.

Our guide taught us about various constellations, how to see stars, and the Summer Triangle, and we even got to hear some personal stories from the guide (laughs). It was a very enjoyable time!!

Next, I want to stay longer on Iriomote Island and participate again.

急遽、探したナイトツアー
ホテルまで迎えに来てくれるのはとてもありがたかった。

思っていたよりもジャングル。
虫がとても多くて、虫除けスプレーも貸出してて助かります。

道も思っていた以上には険しくないが、所々険しいところも少々。

でも、ペンライトのおかげでスムーズに移動できた。

車の中でヤシガニの話をしていて、
巨大ヤシガニ探しましょう。とみんなで意気込んで
いざジャングルに入ると、入った瞬間、巨大では無いものの、約2キロ級のヤシガニが！！
いきなりテンションが上がりました！

ジャングルの中では、自由時間もあり、
色んなところをペンライトで照らし、
生き物探しに熱中しました。…カブトムシはいませんでした…(笑)

ジャングルを抜け、浜辺に行き、ここで、星空を見るのかと思いきや、
別の場所へ移動！！！

浜辺で見た星空も、とても綺麗で感動しました。

その後、公園に移動し、
グループ別でシートを敷き、
寝転がりながら、星空鑑賞をしました。

都内では見れない天の川も、長めの流れ星も人工衛星も、綺麗に見えた。

担当ガイドさんから、色々な星座や、星の見え方、夏の大三角形についても教えてもらい、
ガイドさんのプライベートの話も聞けて（笑）
とても楽しいひと時を過ごしました！！

次は西表島に長く宿泊し、
また参加したいです。

We participated as a couple because we wanted to capture our memories of Miyako Island. We were able to take wonderful photos and see a beautiful starry sky, which was the best! The shooting location is very dark, so the stars are incredibly clear. In my area, I can't see any stars at all, so I was really moved by this. The Milky Way also came out beautifully in the photos. During the shoot, they kindly suggested poses, which was appreciated. They also took Instagram-worthy photos using decorative items! The finished photos received great feedback from family and friends, making it a very satisfying tour!

宮古島での思い出を形に残したかったので、夫婦で参加しました。すてきな写真を撮ってもらえて、綺麗な星空も見れて最高です！撮影場所はとても暗いところなので星がとってもハッキリ見れます。わたしの住んでる地域では星が全然見えないのでこれだけで感動でした。ミルキーウェイも写真に綺麗に写っています。撮影時はポーズの指定をしてくださるのでありがたかったです◎電飾などの小物を使ってインスタ映えな写真も撮ってくれます！仕上がった写真は家族や友人にも評判が良く大満足のツアーでした！

Since it was Tanabata, there was the Milky Way, so I was able to take photos right under it. There were precise instructions for poses, and the shooting went smoothly. This was my first experience like this, and I was quite nervous, but it was very enjoyable. Thank you very much. I'm looking forward to the finished product.

七夕という事もあり天の川があったので天の川のすぐ下で撮っていただきました。ポーズなど的確な指示がありスムーズに撮影ができました。この様な経験は初めてで緊張しておりましたがとても楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。出来上がりも楽しみにしています。

It was the best view that you absolutely can't see on the main island. I made a reservation on Tanabata, and there wasn't a single cloud in the sky. The guide said it was such a beautiful sky that you rarely get to see, and I was able to take memorable photos at the perfect timing.

If I have the chance again, I definitely plan to make a reservation.

本島では絶対見られない最高の景色でした。
私は七夕に予約をしたのですが、雲一つ無く、
ガイドの人もこんなに綺麗な空は滅多に無いと言うほど最高のタイミングで思い出の写真が撮れました。

I made a reservation for 11:50 PM, and even with a short stay, I saw the Milky Way for the first time and witnessed shooting stars multiple times! It was said that the stars are more beautiful at later hours! The photos were taken wonderfully, and the staff were very kind. I'm really glad I went!

I was worried about whether I would be able to see the coconut crabs on the night tour, but I was glad to see them one after another! We saw coconut crabs climbing trees, coconut crabs with eggs, and larger coconut crabs… My son, who loves creatures, was also very happy to join. It was fun to see creatures like geckos and stick insects that we can't encounter in the city. Although it started to rain heavily, so we could only see a few stars, meeting the coconut crabs made for a great memory. Thank you to our kind and lovely guide for the photos and everything!

ナイトツアー、ヤシガニを見れるか不安でしたが次々と見れて良かったです！
木に登ってるヤシガニ、卵を持ったヤシガニ、大きめのヤシガニ…一緒に参加した生き物大好きな息子も喜んでました。
ヤモリやナナフシなど都会では出会えない生き物たちも見れて楽しかったです。
途中、大雨が降ってきたので星は少ししかみれませんでしたが、ヤシガニに会えたので　いい思い出になりました。

I went on my first trip to Miyako Island for two nights and three days. On the second night, I made a reservation and had some photos taken. The weather was quite good over the past few days, and I was able to take pictures under a starry sky. The night sky was beautiful to the naked eye, but with the photography by Hoshizora Navi Subaru, I was able to capture an even more stunning starry sky in photos. The photographer was friendly, and the shoot went smoothly, allowing me to have a wonderful night. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to take starry sky photos in Miyako Island. ２日目の夜に予約をし、写真を撮って頂きました。
ここ数日の中では天候もかなり良く、満点の星空の中で撮影をして頂くことができました。目視でも綺麗な星空でしたが、星空ナビすばるさんの撮影で、もっと綺麗な星空を写真で収めることができました。
カメラマンさんも気さくな方で、スムーズな撮影をすることができ、とても素敵な夜を過ごすことができました。

I apologize for the limited options and short notice for the reservation due to my circumstances, but I received a quick response regarding available times and was able to book smoothly. On the day of the shoot, the starry sky was truly beautiful. I didn't have any specific poses in mind and left it up to them, but they made the experience very enjoyable. Both the guide and the photographer were friendly, which made me very satisfied. They also shared a lot of recommendations for spots in Miyako Island, and I am very grateful for that. I would love to do this again!

It was fun to see rare animals like coconut crabs, frogs, and crabs up close. I was also able to see firefly larvae nearby.

The starry sky was beautiful, and I was able to enjoy shooting stars and satellites in a short amount of time, which was great. The guides worked together to search for various animals while moving around, ensuring we had a wonderful experience.

They also provided explanations about the stars, making it a recommended way to experience the highlights of Ishigaki Island in a short time.

ヤシガニやカエル、カニなどの珍しい動物が手軽に近くで見えるので楽しいです。
蛍の幼虫も直近で見られました。

星空も綺麗に見えており流れ星や人工衛星も短い時間でしっかりと楽しむ事が出来て良かったです。
ガイドの方も2人がかりで色々な動物を探しながら移動しており、しっかりと楽しめるように案内頂けました。

星空の解説もして頂き短時間で石垣島の醍醐味を味わう事ができるのでオススメです。

The Milky Way was visible to the naked eye! Although clouds came in partway, I was able to wait a bit and get some great shots! Since it’s such a special experience, I think it’s definitely worth capturing beautifully, so for those who haven’t tried it, please take photos under the starry sky! I highly recommend it! The guy who took my pictures also told me about great restaurants and spots to visit, which was really nice!

I made a reservation for the night of my arrival. It was scheduled for 10:30 PM, but it was nerve-wracking waiting for the start due to the rain that kept coming and going after sunset. There was also a situation where the previous group's shoot was delayed, pushing our start time to 11 PM. However, since we were able to wait at the shooting location, we enjoyed looking at the starry sky during the wait and ended up with many beautiful photos!

The photographer quickly took several shots in no time! I can't take photos like these myself, so if I come back to Miyako Island, I definitely want to have another shoot.

到着した日の夜にお願いしました。22時半からの予約でしたが、日没後から雨が降ったり止んだりで、開始までヒヤヒヤでした。
雨の影響で前の方の撮影が遅くなり23時からとなってしまうハプニングもありましたが、
撮影場所で待たせて頂いたので、待っている間もゆっくり星空を見れ、とても良い写真を沢山とって頂きました！

撮影は、素早くあっという間に何枚も撮ってくれます！
自分ではこんな写真はとれないので、
また宮古島に来たら、ぜひ撮って頂きたいです。

Upon arriving at the meeting place, we received a brief explanation from our bright and refreshing guide, Ryusei Suzuki, who expressed some concern about whether we would be able to see the stars tonight. We then started our journey to the exploration site by car.

During the ride, he asked about our plans and provided helpful recommendations for smoothie shops and restaurants. We also chatted about Suzuki's background, and before we knew it, we had arrived at our destination.

The exploration site was truly dark, feeling almost like a pathless wilderness, which brought back childhood memories and made the experience incredibly enjoyable as time flew by.

As a result, according to Suzuki, we were treated to a stunning starry sky that we hadn't seen in a month, showcasing a view that is impossible to find in the city. I had hoped to see various wildlife, and we were able to discover many creatures, including the highlight, the coconut crab, as well as sleeping wild birds and scorpions.

On the way back, Suzuki used the sounds of nature to help us spot the Yaeyama big bat and the brown hawk owl.

From start to finish, Suzuki was full of hospitality, and we had a wonderful time.

It had been a long time since I visited Ishigaki Island, but this tour reaffirmed that Ishigaki Island is truly the best.

At the end of the tour, I was grateful to receive the photo data taken with Suzuki's personal digital camera.

集合場所に着くと、明るく爽やかなガイドさん(鈴木流星さん)から今日は星空よく見えるか少し心配しているという状況説明を受け、探索地まで車で移動開始。

移動中もこちらの予定などを聞いておすすめのスムージー屋さん、ご飯屋さんを教えてくれたりと、とても助かる情報を教えていただきました。
鈴木さんの経歴なども聞いて話は弾み、あっという間に探索地に到着してしまいました。

探索地は本当に暗くて、殆ど道なき道という感じで子供の頃に帰ったように楽しくなってきて、あっという間に時間は過ぎていきました。

結果として、鈴木さん曰く1ヶ月振りの満天の星空となり都会では見ることのできない景色を見ることができました。
そして、私は多様な野生の生き物を見たかったのですが、目玉のヤシガニを始め、寝ている野鳥やサソリモドキなどたくさんの生き物を発見できました。

帰り道では、鈴木さんが鳴き声などを頼りに、ヤエヤマオオコウモリとコノハズクを発見していただきました。

最初から最後まで、鈴木さんはホスピタリティに溢れていて、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

とても久しぶりの石垣島でしたが、やはり石垣島は最高と感じることができるツアーとなりました。

ツアーの最後には鈴木さんが自前で持ってきていたデジカメで撮影した写真のデータもいただいて感謝しかありません

Since we were beginners, they considered our pace and guided us accordingly. At the main photo spots, they took the initiative to handle the photography, and along the way, they kept the conversation lively, which made us feel their high level of hospitality.

初心者2名だったため、ペース配分など考えて進んでくれました。
主要な写真スポットでは率先して写真撮影を引き受けてくださり、道中も会話で盛り上げていただくなど、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。

It was the best trip ever!! The tour guide was amazing! They always took care of our physical and mental well-being, and their explanations about the ancient cedar trees motivated us to keep going during the climb! Also, their sense of how to take photos was outstanding; they would say, "Let me borrow your phone!" and took the best pictures for us! Since it was a full course of ancient cedars, they also considered our pacing, and I really think we wouldn't have been able to see everything without the guide. Thank you so much!! It was really tough, but the sense of accomplishment was greater, and I definitely want to go again when I forget the fatigue!

My first trip to Iriomote Island. I had booked another tour during the day, but unexpectedly had some free time at night, so I quickly reserved a night tour. The slots for the same day were full, but I was able to book for the next day.

On the day of the tour, the weather wasn't great with many clouds, so we couldn't expect to see the stars. However, they made sure to enhance the night safari experience. I was able to enjoy the unique ecosystem, including the Sagari flower, habu snake, and coconut crab, along with the guide's thorough explanations.

Venturing into the jungle at night with only a flashlight was truly an adventure! It was a really fun tour.

初めての西表島の旅。日の出ている間は別のツアーを入れていましたが思いのほか夜に時間があったので急遽ナイトツアーを予約させていただきました。当日枠は埋まっていましたが翌日枠で予約することができました。
ツアー当日、雲が多くあまりいい天気とは言えず星空は望めない状況だったのでその分ナイトサファリを充実させるよう考慮してもらえたみたいで、サガリバナ、ハブ、ヤシガニ等普段は見ることが出来ない生態系をガイドさんの丁寧な解説と共に堪能できました。

街灯のない夜のジャングルを懐中電灯だけを頼りに進んでいくのはまさしく冒険！本当に楽しいツアーでした。

It was my first time trying SUP, and I had a great time. They explained the points clearly before we started and taught us at a good pace, which was perfect for someone like me who wanted to jump right in. I was able to stand up and enjoy it right away! The snorkeling was also great, and I’m glad I participated because they took us to places I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Honestly, I was skeptical about whether we would really see sea turtles, but we did, and I was very satisfied! They also took a lot of photos during the tour, which created wonderful memories. The group size was just right, not too big, which was nice. The guide was cheerful, kind, and very pleasant! I would definitely like to do this again if I have the chance! Thank you very much for this experience.

At the beginning of July, my partner and I experienced snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) together!

It was our first time for both activities, but the guide was kind and taught us very carefully, so we quickly grasped the techniques and were able to enjoy ourselves!

The waters around Miyako Island are incredibly clear, and during snorkeling, we were able to see many colorful fish and corals from a distance! We were lucky enough to find our target sea turtles right away, and during the tour, we got to swim with six of them, which was very satisfying!

The experience of looking out at the blue sea from the SUP board was also very pleasant! I think even those who aren't very good at sports can enjoy it right away, so I would recommend it to many people!

7月初めにシュノーケル＋SUPをカップルで体験しました！

シュノーケルもSUPも初めてでしたが，ガイドの方が親切でとても丁寧に教えていただけたのですぐにコツをつかむことができ，楽しむことができました！

宮古島の海は透明度がとても高く，シュノーケリングではカラフルな色の魚やサンゴを遠くからでもたくさん観賞できました！お目当てのウミガメもすぐに見つけることができ，ツアーでは運よく6匹と一緒に泳ぐことができ大満足でした！

SUPボードの上から青い海を眺めながらの体験もとても気持ちよかったです！あまり運動が得意でなくてもすぐに楽しめると思うので，いろんな人にオススメしたいです！

We visited Miyako Island for our honeymoon for 5 nights and 6 days. On the second night, we had a reservation, but due to bad weather, we received a call a few hours earlier to cancel. We were looking forward to the stargazing tour, so we were able to reschedule it for our last night and successfully participated in the tour on the final day. We gathered at Yonaha Maehama and took photos at the golf course. We were able to see many stars that we couldn't see from our hotel, and it was wonderful. Since photo shooting requires staying still for several seconds, a fluttery skirt might make the pictures a bit blurry.

5泊6日の新婚旅行で宮古島を訪れ、二日目の夜に予約をしていましたが、天候が悪くその日は数時間前に電話で中止のご連絡をいただきました。星空ツアーは楽しみにしていたので最後の夜に予約を動かしていただき、最終日に無事にツアー参加できました。与那覇前浜集合し、ゴルフ場で撮影しました。ホテルからは見えなかった星空がたくさん見れて素敵でした。写真撮影は数十秒間じっとしている必要があるので、ひらひらしたスカートは写真が少しぼやけてしまうかもしれないです。

This time, we participated with small children. It is perfectly fine to join even with young kids. The children showed great interest in seeing animals and plants they had never seen before. However, regarding the starry sky, there was no explanation; it was simply about enjoying the beautiful night sky. For those who want to know more about constellations, I recommend a plan that specializes in stargazing. You can see unique flora and fauna that can only be found in Okinawa, so I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy Okinawa's wildlife and the starry sky.

小さい子供がいても問題なく参加できます。
子供も見たこともない、動物や植物を見て大変興味をしめしておりました。
しかし、星空に関しては説明がある訳でなく綺麗な星空を眺める内容です。

沖縄でしか見れない動植物をみれますので、お気軽に沖縄の動植物と、星空を見たい方には大変おすすめします。

During the day, the jungle is beautiful as you can see everything around you, but at night, I hardly go in, so I encountered many insects, animals, and plants that I had never seen before. Since they are natural monuments, I couldn't touch them, but I was able to take pictures, and there were cute frogs that I could carry on my back.

I was able to see an incredible number of stars, far more than you can see in places with many streetlights. I saw constellations that I had only seen in books, and I was able to see the Milky Way as well.

I also got to see shooting stars. I didn't even have time to make a wish before they disappeared, which made me realize how quickly they vanish.

昼間のジャングルは周りがよく見えてそれはそれで綺麗なのですが、夜のジャングルはほとんど入らないので見たことない虫や動物、植物たちがたくさんいました。天然記念物なので触ることはできませんでしたが、写真を撮ることができたりおんぶしているカエルさんもいて可愛かったです。
星は街灯が多いとこでは見ることのできないほどの数を見ることができました。本とかでしか見たことのない星座を実際に見ることができたし、天の川も見ることができました。
あとは流れ星を見ることができました。お願い事を言うどころか気づいたらもう無くなってたので、そんなに早くなくなるのかって思いました。
とても貴重な時間を本当にありがとうございました。めちゃくちゃたのしかったです。

This time, I came to Iriomote Island to see the seasonal Sagarihana. I participated in an early morning canoe tour and an afternoon tour at Ida Beach, enjoying the Sagarihana, beautiful beaches, and fish. However, when you think of Iriomote Island, you think of the jungle! I wanted to explore on foot and enjoy the starry sky, so I joined a jungle night tour to fulfill that desire. Since I was staying at a hotel in the Uehara area, transportation was included, along with free rentals of rubber boots, insect repellent spray, and a small flashlight. Guided by a friendly, refreshing, and reliable young man, I encountered special spiders, small crabs, frogs, hermit crabs, and even a habu snake. Just when I was about to give up, I was thrilled to see two coconut crabs in quick succession. The starry sky on the beach was breathtaking, and at the perfect timing before the moon rose, I enjoyed various constellations like Polaris and Scorpius. Finally, I saw the beautifully blooming Sagarihana, concluding the night tour of just over two hours with great satisfaction. Exploring the jungle at night with a flashlight is exciting and fun, but there were many places where water had pooled, and it was difficult to walk on the unmarked paths filled with roots and stones. I really appreciated having the tour guide to introduce me to various creatures, making it a truly worthwhile experience.

今回は西表島に季節限定のサガリバナを見るためにやってきました。早朝のカヌーツアーと午後のイダの浜ツアーに参加して、サガリバナと美しいビーチとお魚は堪能したのですが、やはり西表島と言えばジャングル！しかも自分の足で歩いて動き回りたい、そして、星空を堪能したい、ということで、その欲求を満たすべく、ジャングルナイトツアーに参加しました。上原地区のホテルに宿泊していたので送迎付き、長靴と虫除けスプレーと小型懐中電灯の無料レンタル付きで、気さくで爽やかで頼もしいお兄さんガイドの案内で、特殊な蜘蛛や小さな蟹や蛙、ヤドカリやハブに遭遇した後、諦めかけた時にヤシガニに2匹も立て続けに出会え、とても感動しました。ビーチでの満天の星空、月が上がる前の最適なタイミングで北極星や蠍座などの各種星座も堪能し、最後に一夜花の美しく咲くサガリバナを見て、2時間強のナイトツアーを大満足で終えました。夜のジャングルを懐中電灯で散策するのは、ドキドキワクワクして楽しいですが、足元は水が溜まっていたり、根っこや石ころで道なき道で歩きにくい所も多く、いろいろな生物も紹介してもらわないとわからないので、ツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。

The weather forecast had predicted thunderstorms on the day of our activity, which made me quite worried. However, we received a message the day before suggesting, "How about we move the meeting time up by an hour since the waves will be high in the afternoon?" This allowed us to enjoy the experience until the end!

It's reassuring to leave things to the sea professionals for a safe and enjoyable time.

On the day of the activity, we gathered at the Imugya parking lot, where three groups, including ours, participated. One group chose SUP while another opted for canoeing. I fell into the sea early on during SUP (laughs), but the instructors provided tips on how to stand, and by the end, I was able to paddle while standing.

We then moved to Shinjo Beach for snorkeling. Since we wore life jackets and fins, I felt safe even though I couldn't swim well. The instructor pointed out where to find clownfish and helped us look for sea turtles, showing great care for the participants, which made it enjoyable. I was thrilled to see three sea turtles at once!

The photos taken by the instructor captured both the sea turtles and us perfectly! They took many pictures, creating wonderful memories!

I would love to request this experience again when I visit Miyako Island! Thank you very much!

天気予報ではアクティビティの日は雷雨の予報でとても心配でしたが、前日の集合場所連絡で「午後は波が高いから集合時間を1時間早めませんか？」という提案をいただき、最後まで楽しむことができました！
やはり海のプロにお任せすると安心安全に楽しめます。

当日はイムギャー駐車場に集合で私たちも含めて3組が参加していて、私たちともう1組はSUP、1組はカヌーを選択していました。
SUPでは早々に海に落ちましたが(笑)、立ち方のコツなど随時指摘していただけて最後は立って漕げるようになりました。

場所を新城海岸に移動してシュノーケルをやりました。
ライブジャケットとフィンを付けるので泳げなくても多分大丈夫です。
インストラクターさんにクマノミの場所を教えてもらったり、ウミガメを探してくれたり、参加者のことを気にかけてくれたので楽しめました。
ウミガメが3匹同時に見れたのはとても嬉しかったです！

インストラクターさんが撮ってくれた写真にはウミガメと私たちがばっちり写っていました！
ほかにもたくさん撮ってくれて良い思い出になりました！

また宮古島に行ったときはお願いしたいです！

Unfortunately, the starry sky was not visible due to the cloudy weather. Instead, I was shown the night view of Ishigaki. I thought it was quite urban and it was beautiful. I heard that about 90% of the population lives in the southern part. Indeed, as I went further north, the houses became sparse.

The jungle tour was reassuring. It was nice to see a different side compared to the daytime.

生憎の曇り空で星空は見えなかった。 その代わり、石垣の夜景を見せてもらった。 結構都会だなぁと思いました。綺麗でしたね。 南部に人口のおよそ9割がすんでいるとのこと。確かに北部の方へ行くと人家もまばらでした。

ジャングルツアーは、安心感のあるものだった。
日中とはまた違う顔を見ることが出来て良かったです。

We participated as a couple. Both of us are in our 30s, but since we lacked stamina, we opted for a private tour where we could go at our own pace. Although private tours are more expensive, I think they are definitely better for those who are not confident in their physical strength. This tour included trekking poles, which made climbing up and down the mountain much easier. The guide also took beautiful photos for us, and since it was a private tour, we had a lot of flexibility.

It was a trekking day in the rain, and the guide was very kind, applying heat packs to my wife's cold, wet body and wrapping tape around her feet. When we had lunch near the summit, they served us warm miso soup, which was incredibly soothing and delicious for our chilled bodies. I believe that seeing Jomon Sugi is worth it at least once in a lifetime. Although we are a couple without much physical confidence, it’s not easy, but I think if you go at a manageable pace, you can complete the trek.

Since there are fewer tourists during the COVID period, now is particularly a great opportunity to see Jomon Sugi at a leisurely pace. They have proper infection control measures in place, and we didn’t feel unwelcome from the islanders, so I felt that we need to gradually help revive this tourist spot, which has seen a decline to less than one-tenth of its usual visitors.

夫妻で参加させて頂きました。
夫妻共に30代でしたが、2人共体力がなかったので、自分達のペースで行ける貸切のツアーにしました。
貸切のツアーなので割高ですが、体力に自信がない方は特に貸切の方が断然いいかと思います。
このツアーにはストックが付いていたので、ストックもあると山の登り降りがとても楽です。
綺麗な写真もガイドさんが撮ってくれますし、貸切なので色々と融通がききます。
雨の中のトレッキングだったので、妻が雨に濡れ体が冷えた所をガイドさんがホッカイロを貼ってくれたり、足にテーピングを巻いたりとても親切にして下さいました。
山頂付近で昼食を食べる際にも、温かいお味噌汁を出していただき、冷えた体に凄く染み渡りとても美味しかったです。
縄文杉は一生に一度は見に行く価値はあると思います。
体力に自信がない夫婦でしたが、決して楽ではないですが、無理のないペースでいけば完走出来ると思います。
コロナ時期で観光客が少ないので、今の時期が特に縄文杉をゆっくり見にいけるチャンスです。
感染対策もしっかりしてますし、島の人たちからも煙たがれるような事もなかったので、観光客が、10分の1以下になってしまった観光地をこれからは徐々に回復させていかないといけないと感じました。

Since it was my first time visiting Iriomote Island and I had limited time in my schedule, I could only fit an activity in that evening, so I participated in this nature experience.

The friendly and entertaining guide shared various knowledge about Iriomote Island and its wildlife while driving, making for an enjoyable time. We walked through a place that truly felt like a jungle, using only flashlights, and observed various creatures and plants while listening to explanations. They provided insect repellent spray and rubber boots, allowing us to walk comfortably and enjoy the experience.

We were able to see pink and white sagari flowers, large crabs, frogs, and snakes. It was refreshing to see so many rare things in the great outdoors that we don't usually encounter.

Additionally, the other guests were eager to see a large crab, which was hard to find, but the guide drove us around the island to search for it, and when we finally found it, it was amazing. I was really impressed with the guide's skills.

Personally, I was most moved by the starry sky (I saw the most stars I've ever seen), and I heard that it's even more incredible during a new moon. I hope to participate again during such a time.

西表島に初めて行くのに予定上時間がなく、この日の夜にしかアクティビティを入れられなかったので、大自然を感じられそうなこちらのアクティビティに参加させていただきました。
優しく面白いお兄さんが運転中も色々な西表島や生き物関する知識を話してくださり、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
まさにジャングル！というような場所を懐中電灯のみ使って歩き、解説を聞きながら色々な生き物や植物を見ていきました。虫除けスプレーや長靴を貸していただけたので、安心して歩きながら楽しめました。
ピンクや白色のサガリバナ、大きな蟹やカエル、蛇が見ることができました。普段接することはない大自然の中で珍しいものをたくさん見れてとても新鮮でした。
また、他のお客さんが一番の目当てとしていた大きなカニがなかなか見つからなく、残り時間少ない中で島中を運転して探してくださり、無事見つけた時はすごかったです。さすがガイドさんだなと思いました。
個人的には星空が1番感動したのですが(今までで1番たくさんの星を見れました)、新月の時はもっとすごいそうです。またそういった時期に参加できたら良いなと思います。
