We requested a commemorative photo for our family trip. I was concerned that it might be difficult since our children are small and it was late at night, but the photographer was attentive not only to the kids but also to us as a couple, allowing us to take photos with peace of mind. We were able to capture a night sky like we had never seen before, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you very much.

It was a rainy day, but I had a great time. By asking the guide about when to wear rain gear and when to have lunch, I was able to enjoy myself even in bad weather.

あいにくの雨日でしたが、とっても楽しかったです。レインウェアを着るタイミングや昼食を取るタイミングなどガイドさんに聞くことで、悪天候の中でも安心して楽しめました。

I had never walked such a long distance before, so I was worried about whether I could make it, but with the support of our guide, I was able to reach my destination safely. The Jomon Sugi and the other Yakusugi trees were overwhelmingly impressive, and I was moved by the scenery as I walked and paused to take it all in. Our guide, Mr. Muramatsu, shared fascinating stories about the plants, birds, and Yakushima, and the photos he took were absolutely wonderful. I'm really glad I participated in this tour and had Mr. Muramatsu as my guide.

こんなに長い距離は歩いたこともありませんでしたので、辿り着けるかも不安でしたが、ガイドの方にサポートしていただいて無事に辿り着くことができました。
縄文杉も他の屋久杉も圧倒的な存在感で、歩いたり立ち止まったり、見える景色全て感動しました。ガイドの村松さんの植物や鳥、屋久島のお話もとても楽しく、撮っていただいた写真もすごく素敵でした。
こちらのツアーに参加して、村松さんにガイドしていただいて本当によかったです。

Although I had some anxiety, I booked this course because my time in Yakushima was limited. After working remotely since COVID and refraining from going out in my private life, it was truly moving to spend time surrounded by nature again. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't reach Taiko Rock, but it was a really satisfying tour. The sense of achievement and emotion upon arriving at Jomon Sugi and the moss-covered forest was incredible, but every part of the journey from start to finish was beautiful, and I was able to enjoy a happy time enveloped in delicious air and the scent of nature. Our guide, Tsugimura, adjusted the pace to match the guests, and during breaks, we enjoyed tankan juice, and for lunch, we had tonjiru, which was comforting for our chilled bodies due to the rain. During the trekking, not only did we receive explanations about Yakusugi, but we also participated in quizzes about Princess Mononoke and sea turtles, making the entire experience enjoyable thanks to Tsugimura. Thank you so much!! This time, I chose a plan with rental equipment, and that was a great decision. They delivered it to my accommodation the day before, and they came to pick it up afterward, which was convenient and hassle-free. I also borrowed a backpack cover and trekking poles, which were really helpful. A backpack cover is essential on rainy days. Although there is an additional fee, I highly recommend the rental!

若干不安がありつつも、屋久島滞在時間が限られていたこともあり、こちらのコースを予約しました。コロナ以降リモートワークで、プライベートでも外出を控えていたので、久々に大自然に囲まれた時間は感動ものでした。天候の都合で、あいにく太鼓岩までは行くことができませんでしたが、本当に満足できるツアーでした。縄文杉や苔むす森に到着したときの達成感や感動はもちろんですが、スタートからゴールまで、すべての道のりがとっても美しく、美味しい空気と自然の香りに包まれた幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。ガイドの津曲さんがゲストに合わせたペース配分をしてくださり、途中の休憩にはたんかんジュースを、昼食の時間には豚汁を用意してくださっていて、雨で冷えた身体にしみました。トレッキング中は、屋久杉などの解説だけでなく、もののけの姫クイズやウミガメクイズなどをやってくださり、津曲さんのおかげで終始楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました！！今回、レンタル装備付きのプランを選択しましたが、これは大正解でした。前日、宿まで届けに来て下さり、返却は宿に取りに来てくれるので、手間がかからず便利です。追加でザックカバーとストックをお借りしましたが、これが本当に役立ちました。雨の日のザックカバーは必須です。追加料金は発生しますが、レンタルをおすすめします！

I reserved a set of five local appetizers. The tofu from Yakushima and the bagna cauda were all truly delicious. You can tell they provide really tasty meals that are satisfying even just with the appetizers. The main dish, the flying fish hitsumabushi, was very filling! It was piled high with plenty of flying fish on top of a bed of rice. I was worried I might not be able to finish it, but I was so hungry and it was incredibly delicious that I polished it off in no time! You can enjoy it as is, or add some bonito broth and condiments to make it like ochazuke, making it twice as enjoyable! For dessert, there was a chiffon cake made with Yakushima tea and a plum sorbet. The refreshing sweetness was perfect after the meal. Locals I met there all said, "Katagiri-san is highly recommended!" and it really was delicious. The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere, and they had excellent infection control measures in place. There are not only table seats but also seating areas, a kids' space, and a nursing room, making it safe for families with small children. This is a must-visit restaurant when you come to Yakushima. I go every time I visit! Thank you for the meal!

地元前菜四種盛りの5品セットを予約しました。屋久島の豆腐やバーニャカウダなど、どれも本当に美味しかったです。前菜だけでも満足してしまうほど、ほんとに美味しいお食事を提供されていらっしゃるのが分かります。メインのとびうおひつまぶしはボリューム満点！ぎっしりご飯の上に、たっぷりとびうおが盛り盛りです。食べきれるかな〜と心配でしたが、お腹ペコペコかつめちゃくちゃ美味しいので一瞬食べきりました笑　そのまま食べてもよし、あご出汁と薬味を入れてお茶漬け風にして食べるのもよし、一度で2度美味しい！デザートは、屋久島茶を使ったシフォンケーキとすもものシャーベットでした。さっぱりとした甘さが食後にぴったりでした。現地で出会った地元の方が口を揃えて「かたぎりさん、おすすめですよ！」とおっしゃっていましたが、本当に美味しかったです。清潔感溢れる店内で、感染症対策もばっちりでした。テーブル席だけでなく座席、キッズスペース、授乳室もあるので、小さな子供連れでも安心。屋久島に来たらマストで訪れていただきたいレストランです。屋久島に来るときは毎回行きます！ごちそうさまでした！

I always use this service whenever I go to Miyako Island or Ishigaki Island! The sea turtle snorkeling was wonderful, as I got to see many turtles of various sizes, which made me so happy. The stand-up paddleboarding experience was different from the usual; it wasn't just about standing and paddling. I was able to lie down, sit, and even learned a bit of SUP yoga, allowing me to freely swim in the beautiful waters of Miyako Island, which was very relaxing. The photos taken by the staff were also incredibly beautiful, and they were all perfect for social media! I especially recommend it for women since it’s great for Instagram. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you so much!

ウミガメシュノーケルは大中小色んなサイズのウミガメが沢山見れて幸せでした。supは普通のsup体験と違い、ただ立って漕ぐだげではなく寝そべったり、座ったり、supヨガも少し教えて頂き自由に宮古島の綺麗な海を泳ぐことが出来てとてもリラックス出来ました。
お姉さんに撮ってもらった写真も凄く綺麗で、映える写真ばかりでした！
インスタ映え出来るので特に女性にオススメです笑

On July 16, I participated with my family! When I received the confirmation of our reservation, it said the meeting time was 25:10, and I honestly felt anxious thinking, "Is that midnight??"

On the day of the event, I nervously went to the meeting place at the beach. When I got out of the car and looked up at the sky, I was amazed by the breathtaking starry sky! According to the tour company, they change the timing every day to ensure we see the best stars! True to their word, we could clearly see the Milky Way with the naked eye, along with shooting stars. They used a light to show us the Milky Way, which looked like a white misty band among the countless stars, and we took photos with it as the backdrop! It was incredibly magical, and the stars looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures.

I was so moved that I can't even put it into words. Thank you very much!

P.S. The tour guides were very friendly and not only shared about the starry sky but also recommended snorkeling spots and dining places. I definitely want to check them out!

申し込み確定の連絡がきたときに推行時間25:10と書いてあり真夜中？？と正直不安になりました。
当日恐る恐る集合場所の浜へ行き車を降りて空を見上げると鳥肌が立つくらいの満点の星空！！
ツアー会社さん曰く…最高の星空を見てほしいので毎日時間帯が違いますとの事！
その言葉通り流れ星は勿論肉眼でもはっきり天の川を見る事ができました。
沢山の星の中に白い靄のような帯が天の川ですよ。とライトを使って教えて下さりその天の川をバックに撮影！
とても幻想的で星空もめちゃくちゃ綺麗に写ってました。
言葉にならないくらいの感動です。

ツアーガイドさん達がとても気さくで星空だけでなくお薦めのシュノーケリングスポットや食事場所を教えて下さいました。
是非行ってみたいと思います！

I thought I could capture the starry sky of Miyako Island with my own camera, so I didn't make a reservation until the day of, but I couldn't take any photos. I quickly made a reservation and participated! The starry sky was stunning, the Milky Way was visible to the naked eye, and I saw many shooting stars! The conversation about Miyako Island after the shooting was also very enjoyable, and I really felt it was worth it. They even chose the best time to see the Milky Way (for us, it was at 12:30 AM), and the photos they took became a treasured memory that I will cherish for a lifetime.

実際に宮古島の星空を自分の一眼で撮れると思い、当日まで予約してなかったのですが、撮れず、急遽予約し参加させていただきました！
満点の星空が見え、天の川が肉眼で見え、流れ星もたくさん見えました！
撮影のあとの宮古島トークもとても楽しく、本当に頼んで良かったなと思いました。
天の川が1番綺麗に見える時間も選んでくれて（自分たちは24時半でした）、実際に撮ってくれた写真は一生記憶に残る宝物になりました。

The city was bright, and I was a bit worried because I couldn't see many stars, but the meeting place at the beach had a beautiful starry sky, and I was able to take photos just like in the examples.

One thing to note is that the road to the shooting location is quite dark, so it's best to allow extra time and drive safely. Also, since the beach is dark and the rocky area you climb during the shoot can be tricky, wearing sandals that are easy to climb in and won't slip off would be safer.

市内は明るく、あまり星見えなかったので少し心配でしたが集合場所のビーチは星空が広がっていて見本通りの写真を撮影していただけました

注意点は撮影場所までの道がかなり暗いので時間に余裕を持って安全運転で向かう事と、ビーチも暗い&撮影時に登る岩場に登りやすい脱げにくいサンダルだとより安全かと感じました◎

The shooting location had an incredibly beautiful starry sky visible to the naked eye, which was surprising. The photographer was very experienced and smoothly provided pose advice, allowing for natural shots. I received the photo data just a few days ago, and they are truly beautiful; I am very satisfied. Thank you very much for this opportunity! Since it was our first time climbing, we caused some trouble, but thanks to the quizzes about Yakushima and various games devised by Tsugimura-san during the trekking, we were able to push through both physically and mentally despite our fatigue! This tour was incredibly fun thanks to Tsugimura-san. At the photo spots, they always made sure to set aside time for taking pictures, so we also enjoyed the time to look back at the photos after the tour. If there’s another opportunity, I would love to do it again!

The content of the tour was excellent, and our guide, Tomo, was wonderful. He was a knowledgeable guide who answered any questions we had. I was impressed by how much he must study regularly. In the night jungle, I was glad to encounter rare creatures and plants like the sagaribana and okagani. After the jungle tour, we were taken to a spot where we could see the stars, and we were able to see a beautiful starry sky and the Milky Way. Living in the city, I rarely have the opportunity to see the night sky, and it was truly moving.

ツアーの内容はもちろん、ガイドのともさんが素晴らしい。何を聞いても答えてくれる博識なガイド。普段からめっちゃ勉強してはるんやろうなあ、、と感心しました。ナイトジャングルではサガリバナやオカガニなど珍しい生き物や植物に出会うことができて良かったです。ジャングルツアーの後は星の見えるスポットに連れて行ってもらいましたが、きれいな星空や天の川を見ることができました。都会に暮らしていると星空を見る機会はほとんどなく、本当に感動しました。

I tend to get a bit motion sick, but it wasn't too bad, and I arrived at the destination. Unfortunately, I couldn't disembark due to the waves... However, it was quite enjoyable just to circle around while listening to the explanations. There were various sights to see for a while after we set sail, and there were guides for those as well, so I was able to enjoy parts of the area outside of Gunkanjima.

やや乗り物酔いしやすい体質ですが、そこまで辛くもなく現地に到着。
その程度の波でも残念ながら上陸できず…
けど説明を聞きながら周囲をぐるっと回るだけでもなかなか楽しかったです。
また出航からしばらくは周囲に色々な見どころがあり、
それらのガイドも有るので軍艦島以外の部分も楽しめました。

I had a great time entering the forest at night and seeing animals that I usually can't see. The person who guided the tour was very wonderful. I would like to participate again.

Our honeymoon, which was postponed multiple times due to COVID-19, couldn't be delayed any further, so we decided to visit despite the state of emergency. We planned to travel from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island and then to Kohama Island. On the day we arrived at Iriomote Island, we participated in this activity after sightseeing at Yubu Island.

Our main goal was stargazing, but before it got dark enough to see the stars, we had a photo session with the sunset and then went on a jungle exploration.

The night jungle exploration was quite thrilling, and we encountered various creatures, which was captivating. If you're lucky, you might even see snakes or sea turtles! We are both in our thirties, but we were excitedly searching for creatures like kids, having a lot of fun.

The starry sky we saw on the beach and in the grass was undoubtedly the most beautiful I've ever seen in my life! We were moved by the many shooting stars. It felt like a dream compared to our usual busy office life with masks on or working from home.

Since it was nighttime, it wasn't hot, and the driving and equipment were taken care of, making it an easy activity to join. However, I think it might be tough for those who are not fond of bugs. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to create exciting memories unique to Iriomote Island!

コロナで延期延期になったハネムーン、これ以上は延ばせないとのことで、緊急事態宣言下ではありますが遊びに来させてもらいました。
石垣島→西表島→小浜島と回る予定で、西表島入りした日、由布島観光後のアクティビティとしてこちらに参加しました。

一番の目的は星空観察だったのですが、
星空が見える暗さになるまではまず夕日でフォトタイム→ジャングル探検しました。

夜のジャングル探検はかなり緊迫感あふれる感じで、色々な生き物に出会え、夢中になりました。
運が良ければ(!?)ヘビ、ウミガメ、なんかにも会えるみたい。
当方アラサー2人ですが、年甲斐もなく争うようにいきもの探しして、かなりはしゃいでました笑

浜辺で見た星空、草むらで見た星空、
間違いなく人生で見た星空で一番綺麗で！！
流れ星もいくつも見えて感動。
普段マスクしながらオフィスで縦横無尽にバタバタしてたり、在宅勤務で死んだように働いているのが嘘のような時間でした。

夜だから暑くないし、運転も装備もお任せで気軽に参加できるアクティビティですが、虫が苦手な人はキツイと思います。
西表島ならではのわくわくする思い出を作りたい人にはイチオシのツアーです！！

Two women nearing retirement participated. I was really glad I decided to join since I could never capture the starry sky with my own camera. I wasn't quite sure where the location was, but I heard it was close to the hotel, so I thought I would walk there. However, I was told it would be better not to because there were no streetlights, so even though it was close, I had them call a taxi to take me there. The taxi driver was a bit annoyed because it was too close, but it was definitely worth participating. The Milky Way was clearly visible, and the stars were shining brightly. The photographer was also very encouraging, which made for a great shooting experience. If I have the chance, I would love to visit Miyako Island again.

定年まじかの女子二人が参加しました。
自分のカメラでは絶対に星空は撮影できないので思い切って参加してよかったです。
場所がいまいちわからなかったのですがホテルから近いと聞いて、歩いて行こうと思いました。
でも外灯がないからやめた方がいいよと言われ、近いけどタクシーを
呼んでもらってその場所までいきました。
タクシーの運転手さんには近すぎて嫌がられましたが、参加して正解でした。
天の川は、はっきりと見えたし星が輝いていました。
カメラマンの人も上手にほめてくださるのでいい気分で撮影できました。
機会があったらまた宮古島に行きたいです。

Although the weather was unfortunate, the driver was resourceful and we were able to fully enjoy Shodoshima.

They provided us with great information about the island and Kagawa, maintaining a comfortable distance, which made for a fun trip.

I would like to visit again during the beautiful autumn foliage season.

I participated with my daughter in search of a wonderful starry sky that we can't see in Tokyo. The day we joined was a new moon, so the moonlight was minimal, and the stars were incredibly beautiful! I'm not very knowledgeable about constellations, but the guide carefully explained the Big Dipper, the Milky Way, and Scorpio while shining a light on them, making the stargazing even more enjoyable. During the jungle exploration, we were lucky enough to spot two coconut crabs! We also discovered frogs and crabs crossing the road along the way! I was moved by the kindness of our guide, who carefully avoided running over them while driving. We encountered many creatures of Ishigaki Island at night, including owls and bats, making it a truly wonderful tour. The guide was very friendly and shared various stories about Ishigaki Island, which was very educational. Thank you very much!

東京ではまず見れない素晴らしい星空を求め娘と2人で参加させて頂きました。参加させて頂いた日は新月だったため月の明かりが控えめで、とっても星空が綺麗でした！星座には詳しくないのですが、ガイドさんがライトを当てながら北斗七星、天の川、さそり座など丁寧に説明してくれて、星空鑑賞がさらに楽しめました。ジャングル探検ではヤシガニを2匹も発見出来てラッキーでした(^^)
道中でも道路を渡るカエルやカニたちを発見！そのたびに車で轢かないように避けて走るガイドさんの優しさに感動しました。空にはフクロウやコウモリなどもいて、夜の石垣島の生き物たちとたくさん出会えて本当に素晴らしいツアーでした。ガイドさんはとても気さくな方で、石垣島の色々な話を聞かせてくれて勉強になりました。ありがとうございました♪

We participated as a couple. The weather was nice, and the sunset was very beautiful from the start of our departure.
It was a lot of fun to encounter creatures like coconut crabs that you wouldn't see on the mainland in the forest.
It's best to wear clothes that expose less skin, but they provide insect repellent spray and rubber boots, so it's all good.
After that, we went to the beach to observe the starry sky. With the new moon and good weather, countless stars spread out like a planetarium. We were very lucky to see shooting stars as well. It was an experience that made us forget the time.

夫婦２人で参加しました。天候がよく、出発後から夕日が非常に綺麗でした。
森林の中でヤシガニなど本土では見られないような生き物に出会いとても楽しかったです。
服装は肌の露出が少ない格好が良いですが、虫除けスプレーや長靴を貸してくれるので大丈夫です。
その後ビーチに出て星空観察しました。新月で天候がよく、無数の星がプラネタリウムのように広がっていました。流れ星も見れてとても幸運でした。時間を忘れるような体験でした。

I was guided to a hidden gem located away from the city, a place that would be hard to find on my own. I truly enjoyed seeing a wonderful starry sky, reminiscent of a planetarium, accompanied by the sound of the waves in nature. On the way there and back, I spotted various things like owls, crabs, and frogs, and learned many interesting stories about Ishigaki Island, making for a very meaningful and enjoyable time. Additionally, I received recommendations for some shops, which I definitely plan to visit. Thank you very much.

市街地から離れた場所にある、個人では見つけようの無い穴場スポットに案内して頂きました。本当に、自然の中で波の音と共にプラネタリウムのような素敵な星空を見る事が出来ました。行き帰り道にも、フクロウ、カニ、カエル等、色々見つけながら、石垣島の色々な話を教えて頂き、とても有意義で楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。また、お勧めのお店の情報も教えて頂いたので、是非訪問して見ようと思いました。ありがとうございました。

I arrived at the meeting time, but the weather was bad. I was able to wait until the clouds cleared and take the best photos! The location was also amazing, and after the shoot, I lay on the grass under the starry sky and gazed at it for a long time! It became a memorable trip! Thank you!!

The friendly guide shared trivia about Iriomote Island during the drive to our destination.

We were able to see coconut crabs, babus, frogs, crabs, and the Sagari flower, as well as a sky full of stars. I had hoped to see the Sagari flowers clustered together like in the pictures, but nature doesn't always cooperate.

I was hoping there would be a photo service to take commemorative pictures against a starry background like the one on the tour cover image, but there was no such information provided. I'm glad I brought a tripod and camera just in case.

All the participants were well-mannered, and there was no one talking loudly without a mask.

感じの良いガイドさんが目的地到着まで車内で西表島のトリビアを話してくださいました。

ヤシガニ、バブ、カエル、カニ、サガリ花、満点の星空、全て見ることができました。サガリ花は写真で見るような鈴なりになっているものが間近で見られるのかと期待していましたが、自然はそんなに都合よく見つかるものではないですね。

このツアーの表紙画像にあるような星空を背景にした記念写真の撮影サービスがあったらいいなと期待してましたがそういう案内はありませんでした。念のために三脚とカメラを持参しておいてよかったです。

参加者の皆さんもキチンとした方々ばかりでノーマスクで大声で話すような人はいませんでした。

I signed up for a tour to show my children the coconut crab! This time, we were taken care of by our guide, Ryu! We set off with two cars! While driving, we encountered 5 to 6 Ryukyu Scops Owls perched on the power lines! I was impressed that we spotted them while driving. Then, together with other guests, we headed into the jungle! At the beginning of our jungle exploration, we thought it would be hard to find coconut crabs, so we first enjoyed the stunning starry sky☆ The Summer Triangle was beautifully visible☆ Then we went to the cave, and just when I thought we found a coconut crab, we discovered two with eggs!! After that, we also spotted three coconut crabs climbing the rocks!! This was my first night tour in Ishigaki, where I've visited several times, and it far exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied♪ Thank you very much!! I look forward to seeing you again!!

そして洞窟へ〜そしてヤシガニ発見！！と思ったら子持ちのヤシガニ2匹！！その後3匹のヤシガニが岩を登っているのも発見！！
何度か訪れている石垣でナイトツアーは初めてでしたが期待を遥かに上回る結果になり大満足です♪

At first, I cautiously entered the jungle. It was dark and quiet, but soon I hit it off with a very reliable staff member and a couple I was with, transforming the scary jungle into an exciting treasure hunt! Everyone got really excited when we discovered a sleeping little bird! From there, we started to find one amazing creature after another that I had never seen before, as if I had wandered into a movie world—coconut crabs, hermit crabs, snakes, and more. Time flew by, and when we emerged from the jungle, we were greeted by a sky full of stars. I learned for the first time in my life just how beautiful the stars can be. You can't experience something like this anywhere else. I definitely encourage everyone to join in and experience it for yourselves! Socks and long sleeves are essential. And just wait for what the staff has in store for you!

でもすぐにとっても頼もしいスタッフなお兄さんと同行したカップルの方と意気投合一変して怖いジャングルからワクワクの宝探しへと変換⁉︎みんなで大盛り上がり小鳥の寝てるのを発見❗️そかからover heat次次々にみつかる見たことのない生物まるで映画の世界に迷い込んだようヤシガニやヤドカリや蛇などなど時間はあっとゆうまにすぎジャングルを抜けるとそこは満天の星⭐️
生まれて初めてあんなに星が綺麗な事知りました

It was a tour with only three people. The guide was great at keeping the energy up and shared recommendations for spots and shops in Ishigaki Island during our travel time, making it a fun experience throughout. The tour took us to a pitch-black beach near Cape Hirakubo, where we encountered the Ryukyu scops owl, coconut crab, sea snake on land, and the natural monument, hermit crab, which left us very satisfied. We were also able to see the starry sky on a beach with no one around and no light, which was very beautiful. Thank you to the guide for making the quick tour so enjoyable! (^o^)/

この日は３人のみのツアーでした。ガイドのお兄さんが盛り上げてくれ、移動時間も石垣島のおすすめスポットやお店などを教えてくれて、終始楽しい時間でした。ツアーは御神岬近くの真っ暗なビーチへ行き、琉球コノハズク、ヤシガニ、陸に上がった海蛇、天然記念物のオカヤドカリ、などに出会うことができて大満足です。誰もいなく光のないビーチで星空も見ることができてとてもきれいでした。あっという間のツアーを楽しく盛り上げてくれたガイドのお兄さん、ありがとうございました(^o^)/

The driver was very accommodating to the whims of my 8-year-old and 4-year-old grandchildren, and both the kids and their parents had a truly enjoyable experience. Despite the extended emergency measures during the COVID-19 pandemic leading to many places being closed, we were able to see turtles, which is rare on the glass boat, and we also enjoyed the wonderful scenery at places like Mikazuki. ドライバーさんには、8歳と4歳の孫達の我儘なペースにも色々対応いただいて、子供夫婦も孫達も本当に楽しい体験ができました。コロナ禍の緊急事態延長であちこち閉館にも関わらず、グラスボートでは珍しく亀にも会えたし、御神崎など素晴らしい景色も堪能できました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour that allowed us to see all the highlights of Iriomote Island in one day! We were blessed with good weather and followed the schedule perfectly. The stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) was done in a river with a depth of about 50 centimeters, so it was safe even if you fell. It was fun to navigate while avoiding the trees that were stretching right above our heads in the mangroves of Iriomote Island! The guide constantly introduced us to various plants and insects, making the experience enjoyable and time flew by. I think it would be difficult for beginners to explore the mangroves on their own, so I felt it was the right decision to join this tour.

Regarding clothing, while it’s suggested to wear something that can get wet, I think it’s better to wear something like a rash guard top and bottom. I made the mistake of wearing a bikini underneath and a T-shirt and skirt on top that could get wet. In the limestone cave, we had to pass through a narrow area where the ceiling was about 50 centimeters high and the ground was wet. During the tracking, there were some really large bees and spiders that I had never seen before. Fortunately, I wasn’t stung, but I think long sleeves and long pants are safer. The shoes provided were mesh types that you can wear all day, so any footwear is fine. Although it was hot on Iriomote Island, we were mostly walking in water, which kept us cool. At the end, we were also able to use a shower, so we could change.

We stayed at Hoshino Resorts, and they even provided recommendations for accommodations and restaurants for dinner! Thank you for everything!

西表島の見どころを1日で全部回れるツアーでした！
お天気にも恵まれて、スケジュール通りに進みました。
SUPは水深50センチくらいの川でやるので転倒しても安心です。西表島のマングローブを見ながら頭のすぐ上に伸びている木を避けるように通ったりと面白かったです！
常にガイドさんが植物や虫の紹介をしてくれるので面白くてあっという間でした。
初心者が自らマングローブを見に行くのは難しいと思います、今回ツアーで参加して正解だったと思いました。

服装についてですが、濡れても良い格好とありますが、できればラッシュガードの上下のようなもので行った方が良いと思います。
ビキニタイプの水着を下に着て、上に濡れても良いTシャツとスカートで行って失敗でした。。。
鍾乳洞では下が水辺で天井が50センチほどの狭いところを通りますし、
トラッキング中は見たことないくらい大きなハチや蜘蛛もいました。幸い刺されるようなことはなかったですが、長袖長ズボンが安全だと思います。
靴はメッシュタイプのものを1日中貸していただけるので、何で行っても大丈夫です。
西表島の暑さはありますが、ほとんど足元が水辺の状態で進むため涼しく過ごせました。
最後にはシャワーも貸していただけるので、着替えもできます。

星野リゾートの宿泊でしたが、宿までの宿泊と夕食のオススメレストランまで教えていただきました！

You can smoothly participate even with same-day reservations, so if you have the time, definitely give it a try! If you're lucky, you might encounter sea snakes, coconut crabs, unique insects, and a beautiful starry sky. Since you'll be wearing boots, I recommend bringing long socks if you're concerned. There are quite a few bugs, so wearing long sleeves and long pants is reassuring, but it was pretty hot, so short sleeves and shorts are also manageable. Be sure to ask the staff for their recommended dining spots; they can tell you about everything from cafeterias to desserts. Every place we went to was a hit. Thank you!
