Since the weather forecast predicted rain, I changed my plans from an island-hopping tour to a bus tour around Ishigaki Island at the last minute. The forecast turned out to be accurate, and it rained with strong winds, so it wasn't the best location, but I was prepared for that, so it couldn't be helped. Thanks to the fun stories and wonderful songs from our guide, I was able to have an enjoyable time despite the rain. The lunch was delicious, and it was great that I could use the GOTO campaign, making it very affordable. However, I still wanted to see the beautiful sea on a sunny day, so I would like to visit Ishigaki Island again.

雨が降る天気予報だったので離島巡りの予定を中止してこちらの石垣島を巡るバスツアーに急遽予定変更しました。
天気予報は外れてくれず雨が降り風も強く最高のロケーションとは言えなかったですがその点は覚悟していましたので仕方ありません。
ガイドのおじさんの楽しいお話や素敵な歌のおかげで雨の中でしたが楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
お昼ご飯も美味しかったですし、GOTOキャンペーンも使えて大変安かったのもよかったです。
でもやっぱり晴れた時の綺麗な海を見たかったのでまた石垣島に行きたいと思います。

This was my second visit to Jomon Sugi, and I was excited after a long time. I had imagined it would be similar to my last visit, which had only two participants, but this time there were five. I was a bit worried since I'm not great with large groups, but I can say that those concerns were completely unnecessary; I had an amazing and satisfying experience. The guide was very knowledgeable, and their consideration and warmth made the experience pleasant. Everyone I was with was also very nice, which made the time enjoyable. I now have more things I want to challenge and places I want to visit on Yakushima for next time, which has made my experience even more fulfilling. Thank you for a wonderful time!

今回2度目の縄文杉で、久しぶりでドキドキしており、前回が参加者2名だったため、同じ感じを想像していたところ実際は5名。大人数が苦手なためやや心配していたのですが、そんな不安は無駄だったと言えるくらい大満喫、大満足でした。ガイドさんは知識が豊富で、また配慮や温度感が心地よく、ご一緒してくださった方々も感じが良い方ばかりで、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。また、次回屋久島でチャレンジしてみたいことや行ってみたいところもでき、ますます充実度が増しました。素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

I had never been north of Nago in Okinawa Main Island, and since the tour included attractions I had wanted to visit, such as Cape Hedo and the Oishi Forest, I signed up for it. The lunch was also luxurious and very delicious. I was able to experience feeding Kuu-chan, the Okinawa rail, and the content of the tour exceeded my expectations. I even received four types of small gifts as a little present. The guide was kind, making it the best day ever. Plus, it was part of the Go To program, so it was very affordable.

沖縄本島は名護より北には行った事が無く以前から行きたかった辺戸岬や大石林山等々の観光が含まれていたのでツアーに申し込みました。
昼食も豪華でとっても美味しかった。
ヤンバルクイナのくーちゃんの餌やりタイムにも遭遇出来思った以上にツアーの内容が良く、ちょっぴりプレゼントとしても4種類も頂きました。ガイドさんも親切な人で最高の1日でした。そしてGo To対象だったので凄く割安でした。

I was looking forward to riding the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay, but the weather was so bad that it was canceled. However, the highlight of the tour was the guide's talk and singing. Since I had to get off halfway to the airport on the last day, I couldn't listen until the end, but it was a very memorable bus tour.

川平湾でグラスボートに乗るのを楽しみにしていましたが、欠航するほどの悪天候に。しかし、ツアー中の魅力はガイドさんのトークと歌ではないでしょうか。最終日で空港に途中下車だったので、最後まで聞けませんでしたがとても思い出深いバスツアーでした。

Asahiyama Zoo was not crowded and I enjoyed it. I was disappointed that I couldn't experience the polar bear dome due to COVID. The guide and the driver were moving us along quickly, even though we were ahead of schedule, which made me feel uncomfortable. When we stopped by "Ningle Terrace," it was closed and the lights were off.

In the morning, one of the participants asked, "Aren't we going to the Blue Pond?" and the response was, "This tour does not go there." The guide then said something like, "Why is it closed? We should at least borrow the restroom." Another participant mentioned that the tour company had notified them that "Ningle Terrace" is closed at this time of year, so they would be going to the Blue Pond instead. The guide responded, "I didn't hear that from the company!" and then said, "I didn't know that. We're going back the way we came to go to the Blue Pond, everyone please cooperate." As a result, we ended up significantly delayed from our scheduled return time.

I felt so uncomfortable being rushed like that, only to end up returning later than planned, which made what should have been a fun trip feel disappointing.

旭山動物園は空いていて楽しめました。
シロクマのドームをコロナで体験できなかったことが残念でした。
ガイドさんと運転手さんが、予定時間より早く移動できているのに、終始、巻きで移動させる感じでなんだか嫌だなぁと思っていたところ、「ニングルテラス」に立ち寄ったら明かりがついてなく閉まっていました。
朝の段階で、参加者のひとりが、「青い池には行かないのですか」と尋ねたところ、
「このツアーは行かない」と言うやりとりがありました。
ガイドさんは、「なんで、あいてないの。トイレだけでも借りましょう」的なことを言ってきました。
また、参加者の方が、「今の時期
「ニングルテラス」はしまっているから青の池に行くってツアー会社からの通知にある」とお話しされたところ、
ガイドさんは「会社から聞いてない！」といった後、「会社から聞いてなかった。今から、元来た道を戻り青の池に行く、皆さんご協力ください」といい、結果、終了時間は予定時刻から大幅に遅れました。
あんなに不快に感じる位巻きで移動させられたのに、結果帰る時間が遅くなるとはと思い、楽しい旅行が悲しい気持ちになりました。

It was my first time seeing such a beautiful starry sky; it felt like I was in a planetarium, and I even saw shooting stars, which was truly moving. During the photo shoot, the photographer kindly gave posing instructions, and after the tour, he recommended spots and helped plan the next day's itinerary, making the whole day enjoyable. The photos were of high quality, and I'm really glad I participated! It became my best memory in Miyako Island.

あんなに綺麗な星空を見るのは初めてでプラネタリウムを見ているようでたまに流れ星も見えて本当に感動しました。
撮影の時はカメラマンさんは優しくポージングの指示をしてくれてツアー終了後にはおすすめスポットを教えてくれたり次の日の予定を立ててくれて1日楽しめました(^^)
写真も高クオリティで本当に参加して良かったです！

I participated in the morning tour. The weather was cloudy and a bit cold, but fortunately, we were able to land and enjoy the tour. The guide's explanations were clear, fun, and educational. The presentation of easy-to-see photos during the explanations was also great. The round-trip boat ride included a video guide about the island, so I wasn't bored. If you participate during this season, please make sure to wear warm clothing like a scarf.

午前のツアーに参加しました。天候は曇りで少し寒かったですが、運良く上陸でき、ツアーを楽しむことができました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、楽しくて勉強になりました。説明の際の見やすい写真の提示も良かったです。往復の乗船時間も、島の案内動画がありますので、退屈しませんでした。この時期の参加は、マフラーなど、防寒対策をして参加してください。

The bus ride was filled with various information, making it a very enjoyable experience. The rapid-fire conversation was the best! It was a wonderful performance, and I would love to meet again. Thank you very much.

This tour covers several places that are difficult to visit alone, with a reasonable amount of time spent at each location. The meals were quite delicious, making for a highly satisfying experience.

The stunning views at the Great Stone Forest (it might be tough for very small children as it can be a bit steep), and the mangroves that you can walk through are definitely worth it. You can generally see what you expect. If you're lucky, you might even spot some wildlife, though I found it a bit scary (laughs).

*Make sure to wear comfortable clothing for walking. While you won't be walking for long periods, there are some quite rugged areas.*

一人では行きにくい場所をいくつも網羅してくれているツアーで各ツアーでの滞在時間もほどよく、食事もかなり美味しく相当満足感の高いツアーでした。

かなり絶景の大石林山(ちょっと険しいので小さすぎる子供は大変かも？)、歩いて見ることが出来るマングローブ、そう言うニーズあるんじゃないでしょうか、概ね想像通りのものが見れますよー。
野生動物も運が良ければ善きに悪きに目撃できます、私は少し怖かったけど(笑)

※必ず歩きやすい格好で行きましょう。
　長時間は歩かないですが結構険しい場所もあります

Overall, it was the tour I expected, but I thought the time spent at the main Churaumi Aquarium was a bit short. I think it would have been better if they had cut out some of the disappointing tourist spots and extended the time at Churaumi Aquarium by about an hour. However, I have no complaints.

だいたい思った通りのツアーでしたが、メインの美ら海水族館は滞在時間短めかなと思いました。
一部のがっかり観光地カットして一時間くらいでも美ら海水族館の滞在時間伸ばしていただけたら良かったかなと思いました。
でも不満はないです。

It was a bus tour with everyone going to the nearby Churaumi Aquarium. If you're planning to visit the Dream Center, this tour is just the right amount of time, providing a great sense of satisfaction and convenience!

近隣の美ら海水族館にいく皆様と一緒のバスでの移動ツアーでした。
ドリームセンターを回るとしたら時間的にも丁度良く、満足感と利便背が高いツアーでした！

The tour, centered around the Churaumi Aquarium, lasts from 8:30 AM to just past 7 PM, making it a full day experience. However, the highlight was unexpectedly the coral reef and tropical fish viewing from a semi-submersible boat at Manza Beach. It felt like snorkeling without actually getting in the water. The bridge to Kouri Island, while lacking the beauty of the arch shape compared to Miyako Island, promised beautiful views of the sea on both sides if the weather was good.

At the aquarium, there are three full hours for free exploration, but if you watch the dolphin show, you’ll be cutting it close on time. I knew it, but I was still overwhelmed by the size of the whale shark. Seeing is believing, as they say. While the manta rays seemed less impressive in comparison, their size was also stunning. The American Village at the end wasn’t necessary, but if you think of it as a bonus, it adds value, and since it’s a tourist spot, it’s worth a visit.

The guide, El, had a Japanese that was a bit hard to understand, but the audio guide covered the important parts, so it wasn’t an issue. He seemed more comfortable speaking English. Overall, I think it was a highly satisfying tour in terms of content and duration for the price.

朝の8時半から夜の7時過ぎまで本当に丸1日の美ら海水族館をメインにしたツアーだが、はじめに行った万座ビーチの半潜水型ボートでのサンゴ礁と熱帯魚鑑賞が思いのほかよかった。海に入らずにシュノーケリングしているような気分を味わうことができる。次の古宇利島への大橋は宮古島に比べると直線でアーチ形の美しさには欠けるが天気が良ければ両側の海が綺麗だろうなと思われた。水族館ではたっぷり3時間の自由散策だがイルカショウまで見ているとギリギリの時間。わかってはいたけれどジンベイザメの大きさに圧倒される。百聞は一見にしかずとはこの事。ジンベイザメに比べると影が薄くなるがマンタの大きさも圧巻だった。最後のアメリカンヴィレッジはなくても良かったがおまけだと思えばお得感が増すし観光名所でもあるのだから見ておいても損はない。添乗のエルさんの日本語は少々意味が掴みかねたがガイドの部分は音声案内がしてくれるので問題はなかった。彼は英語の方が得意なようだった。価格の割には内容、時間的にも満足感の高いツアーであったと思う。

The forecast was for rain, but it was nice that we didn't need our umbrellas. I bought some local sake at a recommended sake shop by a young tour guide. I'm looking forward to it. I found Gokayama to be more charming than Shirakawa-go. The fact that people live there gave it a more lived-in feel, allowing us to sense history up close. Travelers need to observe manners, though. The tour guide's insights about Kanazawa during the ride back were very good. They helped me with souvenir ideas. I had a great time. Thank you!

予報は雨でしたが、傘の出番もなくまずまずだっのはなによりでした。若い添乗員さんのお薦めの酒屋さんで地酒を購入。楽しみです。白川郷より五箇山の方が風情がありよかったです。人が住んでいることがより生活感があり、身近に歴史を感じることができたのかもしれません。旅人にはマナーを守ることが必要ですが。帰りの車中の添乗員さんの金沢のうんちく、とてもよかったです。お土産の参考にさせていただきました。楽しかったです。ありがとうございました！

I used this service on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. The driver and guide were very kind, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the regional common coupon email, and after inquiring, I finally got the email. Since it was the last day and I had limited time to use it, I was quite anxious.

沖縄旅行の最終日に利用しました。
運転手さん、ガイドさん、とても親切で楽しく観光できました。
残念なのは地域共通クーポンのメールが届かず問い合わせをしてやっとメールが来ました。
最終日で使う時間も限られていた為、ヤキモキしました。

I have traveled to Okinawa several times, but it was my first visit to places that were difficult to access. The bus guide's explanations were very easy to understand. I was disappointed that I could only go partway to Sefa Utaki due to the impact of COVID-19, but I could still feel the atmosphere.

沖縄は数回旅行していますが、アクセスが面倒で初めて訪問するところばかりでした。
バスガイドの事前の説明もとても分かりやすいです。
斎場御嶽はコロナの影響で途中までしか行くことができず残念でしたが、雰囲気は伝わります。

During my stay in Ishigaki Island, the weather was poor. As a result of the explanation I received over the phone about the possibility of seeing the starry sky and wildlife, I changed my reservation from the originally planned date. I appreciated that they considered the weather right up until the last minute before the tour started.

The tour was fantastic. I was very satisfied to see the coconut crab, the owl, and the land crab. Although I couldn't see the stars due to the cloudy sky, it was enjoyable to see fireflies that were out of season.

Including the phone support, all the staff were very pleasant. They were always polite and attentive. Their explanations about the wildlife were also well done, making it enjoyable to listen to them.

　石垣島に滞在期間、天候が不良でした。星空や生き物が見られる可能性をあらかじめ電話で説明していただいた結果、当初予定していた日から予約を変更しました。開始前ギリギリまで天候を考慮してもらえるので、ありがたかったです。

　ツアーは最高でした。ヤシガニ、コノハズク、オカガニなど見られて大満足です。曇り空のため星は見られませんでしたが、季節外れの蛍も見られて楽しかったです。

　電話対応含めて、スタッフの皆様とても感じが良かったです。都度、丁寧に対応していただきました。生き物の説明も上手にしてくれるので、お話を聞くのも楽しかったです。

It was a tour that could be joined from a hotel in Onna Village. They were attentive to COVID-19 measures, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind. It was a well-organized one-day sightseeing tour that was very satisfying.

恩納村のホテルから参加できるツアーでした。コロナ対策にも気にかけておられ、安心して楽しめました。要所を抑えた１日の観光ツアーで充分満足のいくものでした。

I visited Kanazawa for a 1-night, 2-day trip through GOTO Travel. On the second day, I participated in a Shirakawa-go tour. We were blessed with good weather, and the explanations from our guide, Mr. Kuroda, made the time in the car enjoyable, and it flew by. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!

I had always wanted to visit Jomon Sugi. It was my first time trekking, but I was taught how to walk with minimal strain, and along the way, I was guided through various plants, which made it very enjoyable. One guide led a group of seven of us. Since it’s early in the morning and dark, a flashlight is essential.

一度は行きたいと思っていた縄文杉。
トレッキングは初めてだったのですが、負担の少ない歩き方から教えていただいたり、道中はいろいろな植物をガイドしていただいたので、とても楽しかったです。
1人のガイドさんで7人を案内いただきました。
朝早く暗いので、懐中電灯必須です。

The tour itself was good, but the bus guide would rush ahead without particularly checking on the participants when guiding us to the destination. The explanations about the Okinawa area on the bus felt like she was just reading from a guidebook, and since it was during the COVID period, I thought I would have preferred to just take a nap instead. However, the tour guide at the Valley of Gangala was very good.

ツアー自体はよかったですが、バスガイドさんが目的地に案内するときスタスタと参加者を特に確認せずに行ってしまったり、バスでの沖縄周辺の説明もガイドブックを棒読みしている感じでコロナ時期だったのでだったらゆっくり眠っていたかったなぁと思いました。
ガンガラーの谷のツアーガイドのお姉さんはとてもよかったです。

I had a wonderful trip to Hokkaido. The driver was very nice, and I feel like I would like to use the service again next time.

It was truly a wonderful tour where we were taken around by bus for a whole day! The guide was also very entertaining, making it a lot of fun! The duration of the stay was just right—not too long and not too short.

For lunch, we had a delicious meal at Hakusui-en, a place I had wanted to visit after seeing it on TV just two days prior. The hand-made rice cracker experience was easy, tasty, and enjoyable.

After the tour, I bought the souvenirs that the guide recommended at Kanazawa Station. It was a very satisfying tour, and I would definitely recommend it to acquaintances who plan to go. I also feel like I would love to join this tour again. Thank you very much!

バスで一日連れて行ってもらえて本当に有難いツアーでした！ガイドの方も面白い方で楽しかったです！
滞在時間も長すぎず短かすぎず、丁度よかった。
ランチもたまたま2日前にTVで見て行きたかった白水園での美味しいランチ。
手焼き煎餅体験も、手軽で美味しくて楽しかったです。
バス内でガイドさんがお勧めだと話してくださったお土産も解散後、金沢駅で買って帰りました。
大満足のツアーで、知り合いが行く際にはお勧めしたいです。
私もまたこのツアーで行きたいなぁと思えるツアーでした。ありがとうございました！

The day before, I went to Jomon Sugi, so my legs were worn out, but I really wanted to go to the moss-covered forest, so I pushed through. Next time I go, I’ll take on Taiko Rock for a revenge trip.

前日に縄文杉まで行ったので足がボロボロ、でも苔むす森までは行きたかったので頑張っていきました。次回行くなら太鼓岩までリベンジです。

The course included a visit to the Valley of Gangala and Sefa Utaki. I joined thinking it would just be a way to pass the time on the last day of my trip to Okinawa, but each spot was impressive, and it was a very meaningful tour where I could learn about the roots of the Japanese people. The in-car guide, the local guide, and the driver were all very courteous, which left a good impression. On the way back, I was dropped off at Naha Airport, and even though my flight was at 2 PM, the itinerary allowed plenty of time to make it, possibly due to traffic conditions. This is a tour I would like to join again when I come back to Okinawa.

ガンガラーの谷と斎場御嶽を周るコースでした。沖縄旅行最終日の時間潰し程度のつもりで参加しましたが、どのスポットも見応えがあり、日本人のルーツについて学べる大変有意義な充実したツアー内容でした。車内ガイドさん、現地ガイドさん、運転手さん、皆さん対応が丁寧で印象も良かったです。帰りは那覇空港で降ろしてもらえる事もあり、午後2時のフライトでしたが交通事情もあってか、十分間に合う行程でした。また沖縄に来たら参加したいツアーです。

There was a guide available on the bus at all times, and I really enjoyed my first solo trip to Okinawa. Since the sea looks different depending on the weather, I would like to participate again on a sunny day.

随時車内でのガイドがあり、初沖縄一人旅でとても楽しめました。
天気により海の表情が違うため、晴天の日にまた参加したいです。

The staff were great, and the food was excellent. I wish there were more activities. Without snow, there wasn't much to do, so it was just a stroll.

The regional common coupon had expired. I added a day trip bus tour, so it can't be helped, but I didn't notice that the main two-night coupon could be used until the next day.

地域共通クーポンが期限切れになってました。
日帰りバスツアーを追加したんで仕方ないんだけど、メインの２泊のクーポンは翌日まで使えたので気が付きませんでした。

Despite the sudden increase in COVID-19 infections and the precarious travel situation due to national measures, we were taken care of with great attention and care. My spouse and I are extremely grateful and moved by this experience. We were very happy.

急なコロナ感染増に伴い、国の対策等危うい旅行の最中ではありましたが注意に注意を重ねながら丁寧に対応して、連れて行って下さり夫婦二人して超とても感謝感激でありました。嬉しかったです。
