We participated as a family of four. There were concerns about the typhoon, but it was clear and sunny on the day of our trip. I thought it would be cold and rainy, but during the trekking, the temperature was around 22 to 25°C, and even with just a long-sleeve shirt, I was sweating the whole time. At Taiko Rock, there were hardly any clouds, and the view was breathtaking.

The guide provided thorough explanations and planned our route considering our walking pace. On the way back, they offered various advice while keeping our flight schedule in mind. Thanks to them, it truly became a wonderful and enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

家族4人で参加。台風の心配はありましたが、当日は快晴でした。
雨で寒いかと思ってましたが、トレッキングの時は22～25℃くらいで、長袖1枚でも歩いているとずっと汗をかきます。太鼓岩では雲もほとんど無く、絶景で感動しました。
ガイドさんは丁寧に説明してくれて、私達の歩く速さを考えて、行ける所を計画してくれて、帰りは飛行機の時間を考慮して色々アドバイスして下さいました。おかげで本当に楽しく、すばらしい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

I participated using the GoTo campaign. According to the guide, before COVID-19, it was fully booked every day. After reopening, it seems to be quite empty. There were only five participants on the day I joined.
The main stops were Manzamo, Kouri Island, Okashi Goten, Churaumi Aquarium, and Pineapple Park.
Each sightseeing spot was enjoyable to some extent, but since Okashi Goten also has a store in Naha's Kokusai Street, I honestly felt it wasn't necessary. Still, the staff at the sales store were very pleasant.
Additionally, we had lunch there, but the Okinawa soba was lukewarm and honestly did not suit my taste at all. It might have been better to use the cafeteria at the Kouri Island rest area.
I had heard the song from Pineapple Park many times at Don Quijote on Kokusai Street, so I felt, "Is this the place?" Also, the renovations varied greatly from place to place, which made me confused about whether the route we were taking was correct, and it took a long time to get through. The commercial aspect was very strong, and I wondered about that. Personally, I imagined a place where I could compare and taste different varieties of fresh pineapples.
That said, for those who want to enjoy the northern part without renting a car, this might be the best tour option.

GoToキャンペーンを利用して参加。ガイドさんに聞いたところコロナ前は連日満席。再開後は閑古鳥が鳴いているということでした。当日参加者は5名と少数。
主な停車場所は万座毛、古宇利島、御菓子御殿、美ら海水族館、パイナップルパーク。
各観光箇所はそれなりに楽しめましたが、御菓子御殿は那覇・国際通りにも店舗があるので正直必要性は…という感じ。それでも販売店舗の方の店員さんの感じは非常によかったです。
更にそこで昼食だったのですが沖縄そばがぬるかったし正直わたしの口にはまったく合いませんでした。古宇利島休憩所の食堂を利用した方がよかったかも。
パイナップルパークは曲を国際通りのドンキホーテで何度となく聴いていたので「ここがその場所か」という感じでした。また、改装の具合が場所ごとに全く違うことから移動しているルートが正しいのか戸惑い、抜けるのに時間がかかるのと商業色がめっちゃ強くてどうなんだろうなぁという感じです。個人的には素のパイナップルを品種別に比較して食べられるようなところを想像していました。
それでもレンタカーを借りないで少しでも北部を楽しもうとする人には一番向いたツアーではないでしょうか。

I had plenty of time to explore each site, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing efficiently without having to drive myself. Although I was concerned about COVID-19, it was reassuring that everyone was sanitized when getting on and off. The tour didn't include lunch, but I was happy to receive a complimentary sandwich.

どこの見学も充分な時間があり、自分で運転せずに、効率よく観光することができました。コロナの心配もありましたが、乗り降りの際に全員除菌するので、安心でした。お昼ご飯が付いていないコースでしたが、サービスでサンドイッチも一枚頂けて嬉しかったです。

I made a last-minute trip reservation the day before, but everything was processed smoothly, and I am satisfied. The bus tour and the guide were both very dedicated, and I felt positively about it. I'm glad I participated.

突然、思い立った旅行で前日の予約でしたが

The guide taught us how to take photos and shared various stories while we waited, which made it enjoyable to walk even with our tired bodies. We were very satisfied to see both monkeys and deer! We were able to experience wonderful nature. Phytoncide is the best!

ガイドさんが写真の撮り方も教えてもらえたり、待っている間に色んな話をしてくださり、疲れていた身体でも楽しんで歩くこ出来ました。猿も鹿も見れて大満足！素晴らしい自然にふれることができました。フィトンチッド最高！

This was my second time visiting Jomon Sugi, but I invited a friend who was going for the first time because I thought it would be great. However, I really realized how much the tour can differ depending on the guide. The guide's knowledge was lacking, and even though there were participants who fell multiple times, he ignored them. I fell once, and after a brief pause, I couldn't catch up anymore. My friend and I were saying that if it was going to be like this, it wasn't worth the money we spent to participate.

縄文杉へは2回目でしたが、初めて行く連れにとてもよかったから行こうと誘って参加したツアーでした。ただ本当にガイドさんでこんなにも違うツアーになるんだなと実感。知識は薄いし何度も転んでる参加者がいても無視、私は1度転んで少し間があいたら、もう追いつくことすらできず、連れと2人でこれだったらお金出して参加した意味無いねと言っていました。

I enjoyed the glass board, the bus, and the water buffalo. I was very satisfied with all of them. In particular, I felt a relaxed time with the water buffalo, which made me very happy.

Due to the impact of the typhoon, the planned activities were changed, but the staff's response was wonderful, so I was able to enjoy it without any issues. I would like to participate again.

The weather was perfect, making for an amazing trekking experience! The shuttle service to near the accommodation and the lunch arrangements were very helpful. The guide was great and matched our pace! Due to COVID-19 precautions, the guide took photos with their camera and sent them to us. The 10-hour trek left us exhausted, but it was a fulfilling time.

コロナ対策でガイドさんのカメラで写真を撮り送ってくれました。
１０時間のトレッキングはクタクタになりましたが、充実した時間になりました。

I made a reservation through Veltra, but I didn't receive any follow-up emails from the local provider, and there was no contact until around noon on the day of the event, so I reached out again. In the end, my reservation was confirmed, and I was able to have the photoshoot, but even though I had already completed the payment process with a credit card, I was still asked to pay in cash, and it wasn't until I pointed it out that they realized it was a double charge. After the session, I mentioned that I would appreciate it if I could receive the data not only in JPEG but also in LAW format, but they said that was not possible. The photos taken were very good, but I was a bit disappointed with the other aspects of the service.

veltraを通して予約したところ、現地からの折り返しメールが一向に入らず、当日の昼頃までなにも連絡が無かった為、こちらから再度連絡しました。結局、無事に予約が確定して、撮影することは出来たのですが、最後もすでにクレジットで支払いをする手続きをしていたにもかかわらず、現金でも支払いを請求され、こちらから指摘するまでは二重請求だと気づかれることもありませんでした。終了後、可能ならばデータをJPEGだけではなく、LAWで貰えたら嬉しいとお伝えしましたが、それも対応不可とのこと。撮っていただいた写真がとても良かっただけに、他の対応が少しがっかりでした。

The mangroves of Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, and the guidance from the bus driver were all enjoyable experiences for sightseeing.

西表島のマングローブ、由布島へ渡る水牛車、武富島の水牛車、バスの運転手さんのガイド、どれも楽しく観光出来ました。

I chose this tour because it was convenient for traveling to and from Shirakawa-go. I wanted to join a tour that also included Takayama, but since the schedule didn't match, I participated in this one instead. The guide's talk during the bus ride was informative, with just the right amount of detail—not too much and not too little. In Shirakawa-go, we visited the largest house and then had free time to stroll around, check out 2-3 souvenir shops, and leisurely head to the designated restaurant for our meal. The food was delicious. After that, we went to Gokayama and stopped by a rice cracker shop on the way back, making for a packed tour.

白川郷までの行き帰りが便利なのでツアーにしました。高山も一緒に回れるツアーに行きたかったのですが、日程が合わなかったためにこちらのツアーに参加しました。行き帰りのバスの中でのガイドさんのお話は、詳しいながらも多すぎることもなく少ないこともない適量でした。白川郷では一番大きい1軒のみ中を見学し、あとはゆっくり歩いて見て回り、お土産やさんを2～3軒みて、それから食事に決められた場所へゆっくり向かうくらいの自由時間でした。食事は美味しかったです。その後、五箇山に行き、更にお煎餅やさんに寄って帰るという、盛り沢山のツアーでした。

I also participated in the afternoon on the day I arrived. Since my return flight was in the afternoon, I joined the tour to explore half of the island in the morning (combined with the morning session). The same guide as last time was leading the tour. We visited several famous spots, and the guide provided a lot of information about Yakushima and the tourist sites even while we were on the bus.

At one point on the Western Forest Road, we got off the bus and walked while receiving explanations about the World Heritage site, where we were able to see monkeys and deer right in front of us. The large souvenir shop at the end was convenient since the airport shop is small, allowing us to buy various items at the end of the tour. The staff was very kind and accommodating, making adjustments as needed.

While it might be different for repeat visitors, I think it's worth participating at least once if you're coming for the first time. Information that you might miss just by looking at the pamphlet sticks in your mind when you hear it in person, and it helps you remember the island's history and current situation. Knowing this enhances the experience, making it more enjoyable than just participating in activities at the site.

着いた日の午後も参加しました。
帰りも午後の飛行機でしたので午前中で島半分（午前の部と合わせて）観光できるとのことで参加しました。
前回と同じガイドさんでした。
名所を何ヶ所が回って行きますが、バスの車内でも屋久島について、観光地についての情報を沢山教えてくれました。
途中西部林道ではバスを降りて歩きながら世界遺産の説明を受けそこでは猿と鹿も目の前で見ることが出来ました。
大きなお土産屋さんが終点なのも、空港の売店は小さいので最後に色々買えて都合が良かったですし、色々融通を利いてくれたりとっても親切に対応して頂けました。
リピーターは別かもしれませんが、初めてくるなら一度参加した方が良いと思います。パンフレットを見ただけではすり抜けてしまう情報も実際に聞くと頭に残り島の歴史や現状が記憶に残ります。
それを知って観光するとその場だけアクティビティを楽しむよりより楽しめるなと思いました。

I participated alone. There was another person who also joined alone, so I didn't feel too awkward. The main attraction was the Churaumi Aquarium, and I was able to see various places in one day, including Manzamo and Nago Pineapple Park. It had been nearly 10 years since my last visit to Okinawa, but the beauty of the scenery was just as stunning, and I really enjoyed it.

1人で参加しました。他にも1人で参加されている方がいたので気まずい思いはそこまでしませんでした。
美ら海水族館をメインに、万座毛や名護パイナップルパークなど1日で色んな所を見れました。
約10年近くぶりの沖縄でしたが、景色の美しさは変わらずとても楽しめました。

I participated alone, but I was glad I could go to the places I wanted to visit. They had proper COVID-19 measures in place, and the seating arrangements were considerate, allowing me to spend my time comfortably. The Churaumi Aquarium, which I really wanted to visit, was breathtaking. There was plenty of free time to enjoy everything thoroughly.

I have visited Ishigaki Island before, but this was my first time participating in the night safari. Unfortunately, it was drizzling, so we couldn't enjoy stargazing, but instead, we were taken to the beautiful night view at Banna Park! During the night safari, I was able to see many rare creatures unique to the Yaeyama Islands, such as coconut crabs, black-breasted leaf turtles, and Ryukyu scops owls. I was surprised to encounter so many of them. The guide was also cheerful and a great storyteller, making it a fun tour.

石垣島には以前訪れたことがあるのですが、ナイトサファリは今回初めて参加しました。
あいにく小雨が降っており、星空鑑賞はできませんでしたが、そのかわりバンナ公園の素敵な夜景に連れていっていただきました！
ナイトサファリではヤシガニやセマルハコガメ、リュウキュウコノハズクなど八重山固有の珍しい生き物をたくさん見ることができました。こんなに出会えるとは思わなかったのでびっくりしました。
ガイドのお兄さんも明るく話上手で、楽しいツアーになりました。

It was a place that was a bit difficult to visit alone, but there was a sightseeing bus that took us to the two desired locations, allowing us to use our time very efficiently. I was very satisfied to visit the Sefa Utaki and the Valley of Gangala, as well as the caves and sacred sites that have remained since ancient times.

一人なのでなかなか行きづらい場所でしたが、観光バスで希望の2箇所周遊があり、とても効率よく回れる時間も有効に使えました。斎場御嶽と、ガンガーラの谷と、古代から残る洞窟や聖地に行けてとても満足です。

Despite participating during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was able to enjoy it without any worries. Although the weather was rainy, Shirakawa-go was still a breathtaking sight. The recommended photo spots and souvenirs from the tour guide were also very satisfying. I received an email on my way home saying that I would be eligible for a Goto Travel discount and would even receive a cashback. Thank you very much.

雨模様でしたが白川郷も感動の景色でした。
添乗員さんおすすめの撮影スポット、お土産も大満足でした。

The sea conditions the day before were poor, so we changed our plan from snorkeling to SUP and canyoning. It was both of our first times, but with the thorough explanations, we were able to enjoy it safely.

On the SUP, we spent a relaxing time surrounded by plenty of greenery in the mangroves. The changing scenery over time was also captivating. The gentle current made it possible for beginners to stand up.

Canyoning was a bit scary at first, but once you jump into the river, the fun takes over. The river water might be a little cold. Playing in the midst of nature in 360° was the best way to refresh both mind and body.

Additionally, our guide took photos and shared various information about the flora and fauna and the island, allowing us to fully enjoy Iriomote Island. Next time, I would like to try snorkeling as well.

前日の海の状況が悪く、シュノーケリングからSUP +キャニオニングのプランに変更。
どちらも初めてでしたが、丁寧な説明で安全に楽しむことができました。
SUPはマングローブ内で沢山の緑に触れゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができます。時間で変わっていく景色も魅力的でした。流れが穏やかなので初心者でも立つことができました。
キャニオニングは最初は怖さがありますが、１度川に飛び込めば楽しさの方が勝ちます。少し川の水は冷たいかも。360°大自然の中で思いっきり遊んで心もカラダもリフレッシュできて最高でした。
プラスαでガイドさんが写真を撮ってくださったり、動植物や島のことなど色んなことを教えてくれるので沢山西表島を満喫できました。次は、シュノーケリングも体験してみたいです。

It was my first time walking for 10 hours, and I was a bit worried, but I had a great time. Our guide, Tsugimura, was excellent! The long trolley path was filled with games and quizzes, keeping everyone laughing, and we were able to take photos with the guests, which became a nice memory. On the mountain path, using earphones made it easy to hear the conversation even from a distance. On the second day, we had to cut our visit to Shiratani Unsuikyo short due to heavy rain, but we were still able to go sightseeing around the island afterward. It was truly a fun tour! I would love to request this again when I come to Yakushima.

長いトロッコ道もゲームやクイズで笑いが絶えず、お客さん達の写真を撮って最後に頂けて記念になりました。
山道ではイヤホンを使い離れていても話が聞きやすかったです。
2日目の白谷雲水峡は大雨で途中までになってしまいましたが、その後島内観光に行って頂けました。
本当に楽しいツアーでした！屋久島に来るときはまたお願いしたいと思います。

The tour guide was very polite and taught us many things, making it easy to talk and walk comfortably! Due to the impact of COVID-19, we couldn't go abroad for our honeymoon, but this trip became our honeymoon! It turned out to be a wonderful memory!

It rained from the morning, and the rental raincoat and backpack cover were very helpful! The guide was fun and worked hard to teach us various things, which made it really enjoyable! They also pointed out great spots for photos, and at Taiko Rock, we were able to relax. Although we couldn't see anything at Taiko Rock, it was still a lot of fun!

The weather was unstable until the day before, and I was worried about rain, but it turned out sunny. The tour guide matched our personalities well, making it easy to talk, listen, and walk, which allowed us to participate with great peace of mind and enjoyment! From the moment we arrived in Yakushima, they carefully helped us with our shoes, so we could look forward to the next day with confidence! There were many amazing cedars before reaching Jomon Sugi, and when I finally saw the cedar I wanted to see the most, it was a bit disappointing that it was far from my viewing position, but it became a precious moment! It turned into a wonderful memory! Thank you very much!

前日まで天気が安定せず雨が心配でしたが、晴れてくれました。ツアーガイドさんが私たちの性格にあっており、話しやすく聞きやすく歩きやすく、とても安心して楽しく参加することができました！屋久島到着してすぐの靴の合わせから丁寧にしていただき安心して次の日を待ってられました！縄文杉を見るまでにすごい杉がたくさんあって、一番見たかった杉を見たときには、見る位置から遠くて少し残念でしたが、貴重な時間となりました！！

I live in Kyoto, but I decided to do some sightseeing in the city and tried a hop-on, hop-off bus! Even on familiar roads, seeing them from the second floor of the bus felt fresh and gave me a new perspective. Both kids and adults were excited. Occasionally, there were regular sightseeing buses mixed in, but when I asked the staff, they informed me that the next one would be a double-decker, so I waited for just under an hour while enjoying the sights.

京都市内に住んでいますが、あえて市内観光をしてみようと思い、乗り降り自由なやつに乗ってみました！
いつも通る道でも、バスの2階から見ると、目線が高く新鮮に感じました。
子どもはモチロン、大人もウキウキできました。
たまに、普通の観光バスのタイプが混ざっていたのですが、スタッフの方に聞けば、次に来るのは2階建てであることを教えてくださったので、1時間弱、観光しながら2階建てを待ちました。

The tour was conducted with a small group, and everyone participated individually! I usually feel uncomfortable, so it was a relief mentally, haha. At Oishi Bunsan, we went trekking while chatting together. At Churaumi Aquarium, some programs were temporarily closed, but it was less crowded, and we had a longer stay, so we could take our time and enjoy it thoroughly.

いつも居心地悪いしてたので、気分的にも楽でしたww
大石林山では、みんなで雑談しながらのトレッキングでした。
美ら海水族館は一部休止のプログラムもありましたが、空いてた上、滞在時間も長めだったので、のんびり•じっくりできました。

I participated with a friend who isn't very fit. There were 5 participants, and we had one guide. I was worried about keeping up physically, but I was able to see the Jomon Sugi safely! Additionally, I learned a lot about the cedar trees, mountains, and islands from our guide, which made for a very satisfying experience. It was great to have other participants, as it motivated me to do my best and I enjoyed hearing various stories. Thank you very much!!

体力のない友人と2人で参加しました。参加者5名に対し、ガイドさんが1名ついてくれました。
体力的についていけるか不安でしたが、無事縄文杉を見ることができました！
また、ガイドさんだからこその杉や山、島に関することを教えてもらい大満足の時間でした。
他の参加者がいたからこそ、頑張ろうと思えたし、いろいろな話を聞けて良かったです。

It was my family's first trip to Hokkaido, and although we were worried about COVID, we had no problems and were able to see a lot of things. My family was really happy. The all-you-can-eat melons were the best—sweet and incredibly delicious. The Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were very beautiful. I want to use Veltra for my next trip.

家族も凄く喜んでくれました。

甘くてめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
青い池と白ひげの滝は凄く綺麗でした。

I have traveled to Okinawa many times, but since I'm not good at driving, I decided to take the bus to the northern part and joined this tour!
It was my first time visiting the Tropical Dream Center. The orchid flowers were very vibrant and beautiful. Also, the view from the observation deck inside the facility offers a panoramic view of the blue ocean. It was breathtaking!
At the Okashi Goten, the fresh purple sweet potato tart was delicious.
During the bus ride, the bus guide sang Okinawan songs, and I had a great time.

沖縄旅行は何度もしているのですが、車の運転が苦手なため、北部へはバスで行こうと思いこのツアーに参加させていただきました！
熱帯ドリームセンターへは初めて行きました。ランの花がとても鮮やかでキレイでした。また施設内の遠見台から見る景色は青い海を一望できます。絶景でした！
お菓子御殿では生の紅イモタルトがおいしかったです。
バス乗車中は、バスガイドさんが沖縄の歌を歌ってくれるなど楽しい時を過ごせました。

It was amazing to tour on a double-decker bus while feeling the breeze. The scenery I always see looked fresh and new. The cherry blossom season and illuminations also seem enjoyable.

I participated in a bus tour and arrived at Seifa Utaki earlier than scheduled. During the waiting time, I was able to stroll around Chita Peninsula Park. The weather was nice, and Kudaka Island looked beautiful.

The guide's explanations and the handmade picture story were great. After visiting Utaki, I bought some sata andagi.

At Okinawa World, the limestone cave was impressively long. But the highlight was the Eisa performance, where five women took turns dancing for 30 minutes. They jumped while playing drums and lifted their legs high; it was amazing. If you check the Eisa schedule and prioritize watching it, you'll have a lot of fun.

There were also coupon discounts, which made it relatively easy to enjoy the less accessible Nanjo.

バスツアー参加、当日予定よりも早くせーふぁ御嶽に着いて、待ち時間、知多岬公園を散策できた。天気も良く久高島が綺麗に見えた。

ガイドさんの解説も手作り紙芝居もあり、良かった。御嶽見学後、サータアンダーギを買って摘んだ。

沖縄ワールドでは、鍾乳洞が長くすごかった。でも一番良かったのは、エイサー、女性5人が入れ変わり立ち代わり30分、動き回る。太鼓を叩きながらジャンプしたり足を高く上げたり、凄かった。エイサーの時間確認して優先して見ると楽しいです。

クーポン割引もあり、比較的行きにくい南城をうまく楽しめました。
