All is great. Just wanted to suggest if you can stay a bit for 5-8mins in tokyo tower to take a decent photo just like skystree stop.

The most impressive part was the SUP! I was a beginner, but it was a stable experience without waves in the mangroves, unlike the ocean, so I was able to stand and sit relatively easily. I also think the personality of the guide played a big role. They had a wealth of knowledge about nature during the exploration, and I was very satisfied with how they talked about the plants we found and answered any questions I had.

1番印象に残ったのは、SUP！初心者でしたが、海とは違う波のないマングローブ体験だったので、立ったり座ったりとわりと安定してできたのが良かったです。あとは案内人の方の人柄も大きかったと思います。探索中自然の知識も豊富にあったので、見つけた植物の話しや、質問してもなんでも答えてくれたところも大満足でした。

On the first day, I arrived on a direct flight from Itami and was picked up for the afternoon tour, which then dropped me off at my accommodation.

On the final day, I participated in the morning tour and returned home on an afternoon flight. A taxi picked me up from the accommodation in the morning, and I joined the bus for a round trip around Yakushima, stopping at the Furusato Market to buy souvenirs before taking a direct flight back to Itami. It was truly an efficient sightseeing experience without any wasted time.

I was able to see two impressive waterfalls and encountered adorable Yakuzaru and Yakushika up close. Above all, the guide's stories were interesting, and I had a great time. Plus, the price was very reasonable, which was a bonus.

Since I can't drive, I really appreciated this kind of tour.

初日は、伊丹からの直行便を降りてすぐに午後コースに拾ってもらい、最後は宿まで送ってもらいました。

最終日は、逆に、午前コースに参加してから午後の飛行機で帰りました。朝宿までタクシーで迎えに来てもらい、バスと合流して屋久島一周、ふるさと市場で降りて土産物を買って直行便で伊丹までと、ホント無駄なく効率的な観光ができました。
迫力ある二つの滝が見られ、可愛いヤクザル、ヤクシカにも至近距離で出会えたし、何よりもガイドさんのお話が面白く、楽しい時間が過ごせました。しかも、お値段が安いのでいうことなしです。

私は運転ができないので、こういうツアーはほんとにありがたかったです。

I participated with my foreign husband. Since the explanation was in English, he enjoyed it as well.

I heard that there was no snow until the day before, but fortunately, there was snow on the roofs on the day of the tour. Shirakawa-go is a popular tourist destination, but there were many highlights, such as entering the houses and enjoying the view from the observation deck. Gokayama is smaller, but it was nice to see a village where people actually live and to compare it with Shirakawa-go.

Regarding lunch, there were many dishes, but most of them were cold. After being outside for about three hours, it was tough on our chilled bodies. Also, the portion size felt small, about the size of a woman's fist. The seasoning of the main meat dish was quite strong, and since there were many cold dishes, I wanted a second helping, but I was told that would incur an additional charge, so I decided against it. I was a bit disappointed.

As for the final rice cracker-making experience, it ended quite quickly. Honestly, there was quite a bit of time until the bus departure after that.

Overall, I’m really glad I went. Thank you!

外国人の夫と参加しました。英語で説明して頂いたので夫も楽しんでいました。
前日まで雪が全くなかったそうですが、ツアーの当日は運良く屋根の上にも積もっていました。
白川郷は観光地化していますがお家の中に入ったり展望台から景色を見たりと見所がたくさんありました。五箇山はこじんまりしていますが、実際に住んでいる方がいる村を見ることができたこと・白川郷との比較ができたのでよかっです。
1点お昼ご飯について、品数は多いですが冷たいものがほとんどでした。3時間くらい外を回って冷えた身体にこたえます。またご飯の量も女性の握り拳程度で少なく感じました。メインのお肉の味付けがかなり濃かったことと冷たい料理が多くておかわりしたかったのですが、それは別途料金が発生するとのことでやめました。少しがっかりです。
それから最後のおせんべい体験について、作ること自体はあっさりすぐに終わりました。その後バスの出発の時間までかなり時間があったなぁというのが正直なところです。
でも総合的に行って本当によかったです。ありがとうございました！

I participated hoping to see the snowy Shirakawa-go, but unfortunately, there was only a light dusting of snow. However, the weather was fantastic, and the gassho-zukuri roofs stood out beautifully against the bright blue sky. We had plenty of time to explore Shirakawa-go and leisurely look for souvenirs. We had considered taking the local bus ourselves, but it was definitely the right choice to join this tour. It would have been better if there had been a bit more snow, so I give it a minus one.

雪の白川郷を狙っての参加でしたが、残念ながら雪はうっすらと残ってるだけでした。
でも、とてもいい天気で、真っ青な空に合掌造りの屋根が映えてました。
白川郷での散策の時間も充分にとっていただいて、お土産もゆっくり探せました。
自分たちで路線バスで行くことも考えていましたが、このツアーに参加して正解でした。
雪がもう少しあったらよかったので、マイナス1で。

I was able to see manta rays and sea turtles on the glass-bottom boat. The guide was attentive and fun, and I was very satisfied.

You can easily visit the main tourist spots without renting a car. There were other solo female travelers, so it felt safe. When I consulted the bus guide about the next day's sightseeing, they were very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend the optional glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay. I got to see turtles and manta rays!

レンタカーを借りなくても主要な観光地を手軽にまわれますよ。女性一人旅の方が他にもいましたので、安心です。バスガイドさんに次の日の観光について相談をしたらとても親切に対応してくれました^_^川平湾のオプションのグラスボードは絶対にオススメします。私は亀とマンタに会えました！

I think this is a perfect plan for exploring Ishigaki Island for the first time. There are various options to choose from, and I could select the return bus time, either 4 PM or 5 PM. If I had to say something, I would have preferred to get off and walk at Kondoi Beach instead of just viewing it from the bus window. In the end, I rented a bicycle for a few hours and rode to Kondoi Beach myself.

初めて石垣島をまわるにはちょうど良いプランだと思います。オプションも色々選べますし、帰りのバスの時間も、16時か17時か選べました。
強いて言えば、バス観光のコンドイビーチは車窓ではなく降りて歩いてみたかったです。結局自分で時間貸しで自転車をレンタルし、コンドイビーチまで行きました。

This is an amazing option for those who want to see Mount Fuji from different angles. The bus is super comfortable, the meeting point is easy to find and the guide is very sweet. We stopped in 5 different places from where we could see the mountain from a different perspective. The average time in each stop is around 20 minutes and then one of them takes 1h. It might seem to short but it isn’t, its good enough!The highlights for me where the small village with the mount Fuji in the background and the beautiful waterfalls. It was a very peaceful and interesting day!

I chose the bus tour and the water buffalo experience! It was just right since it was raining. The sea was beautiful even in the rain, but I would have liked to visit the other beach as well. It was a bit disappointing that it was hard to take pictures with the water buffalo due to the rain cover, but I enjoyed listening to the stories and songs. It seems that the glass-bottom boat was canceled that day due to strong winds.

バスツアーと水牛体験にしました！
雨だったのでちょうどよかったです。
雨でも海は綺麗でしたがもうひとつの海岸もおりたかったですね。
水牛はあめよけで写真撮りづらかったのが残念でしたが、お話や歌なども聞けて楽しかったです。
当日は風が強くグラスボートは中止になってたみたいです。

It seems that there have been snowless days due to the mild winter, but on the day of my visit, there was about 30 cm of snow from the previous night's snowfall, which was lucky. I thought it would have been nice to have a bit more free time to explore leisurely. The free time in Takayama was sufficient.

雪が積もっていて、ラッキーでした。自由時間がもう少し長いと
ゆっくり散策ができたのにと思いました。
高山の自由時間は十分でした。

In the morning, while waiting for the bus in front of the prefectural office, there were some tourists from China, which was a bit confusing, but I quickly figured out when the bus arrived.

Perhaps due to the coronavirus, there were few participants, so I was able to use the seats comfortably. The journey to the aquarium was quite long, but once I arrived, I enjoyed it so much that I forgot about the passage of time. I wished I had about 30 more minutes, but considering the return trip, I thought it couldn't be helped.

On the way back, we stopped at a theme park introducing Ryukyu culture, but it was already late, so there were few visitors, which felt a bit lonely. If someone had told me about the highlights, I might have enjoyed it more. However, seeing the manta rays at the aquarium made me forget about everything else.

朝、県庁前でバスを待っていたら、中国のツアーの方がいて紛らわしかったのですが、バスの到着はすぐわかりました。
コロナウィルスのせいか参加者は少なく座席をゆったりと使えました。
水族館までは結構の道のりでしたふが、到着したら時間のたつのを忘れるほど
楽しめました。もう30分くらい余裕があればいいなと思いましたが、
帰りを考えるとしょうがないかなと思いました。
帰り道で琉球の文化を紹介しているテーマパークに寄ったのですが、すでに
遅い時間なので入場者も少なくて寂しかったです。見どころを教えていただければ楽しめたかもしれません。でも、水族館のマンタの雄姿が見れて他のことは忘れました。

This was my second time participating. My main purpose was Oishi Forest, but when I participated two or three years ago, the meeting place after the walk was at the upper entrance. After the Gajumaru course, I was waiting for the bus alone at the lower parking lot. The staff at the parking lot contacted the bus, so there were no troubles, but... This time, the walking time was longer than last time, and meeting at the lower parking lot made a lot of sense. There was also a juice service, which was nice. While many might be there for the aquarium, I think it would be good to have a bit more time at Oishi Forest, even if it means cutting back on the aquarium a little.

2度目の参加でした。
大石林山が主な目的でしたが、2、3年前に参加した時は、散策後の集合場所が上の入り口でしたので、ガジュマルコースの後、私だけ下の駐車場で、バスを待っていました。
駐車場の係の方が、バスに連絡してくれたので、何もトラブルはありませんでしたが………
今回は、散策時間も前回より長く、下の駐車場集合と、とても理にかなっていましたし、ジュースのサービスもあり、良かったです。
水族館が目的の方も多いのかもしれませんが、水族館を多少削って、もう少し大石林山の時間があってもいいと思いました。

This year, I had almost given up on the wonderful snowy landscapes of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama due to the lack of snow, but the scenery transformed from rain to snow the day before, just as I had hoped. I was able to take many photos of the snowy landscapes, and I am very satisfied. I look forward to printing the photos large and enjoying them. Thank you to the driver and guide for their hard work.

今年は、雪が降らずで、白川郷、五箇山の素晴らしい雪景色は半ば諦めていましたが、前日の雨から雪に変わっての雪景色は、希望通りでした。たくさんの雪景色の写真を撮ることも叶い満足しています。これから、写真を大きく印刷して等と楽しみが膨らみます。ドライバーさんガイドさん御苦労様感謝です。

I participated in the Ganagara Valley tour for the first time. It was a guided tour, and the guide's explanations were great, allowing us to explore this mystical place.

初めてガンガラーの谷ツアーに参加しました。
ガイドツアーですが、ガイドさんの案内も良く神秘的な場所を散策できました。

I think the best course for beginners in Okinawa is to visit the Churaumi Aquarium. It was my first time at the Okashi Goten.

美ら海水族館に行きたい沖縄初心者向けとしては、ベストなコースではないかと思います。
お菓子御殿は初めてでした。

Iriomote… While riding the bus, it passes by so quickly that it's easy to miss. I understand it must be difficult to drive, but I wish there had been an explanation a little earlier so we could see it at the right moment. The mangrove tour was a bit cold due to the season, but it was nice to take our time.

Yubu Island… The working cows were adorable. They take proper breaks, have two days off a week, and even understand when it's the last ferry, which makes them speed up when they walk. It was heartwarming to see that they are just like humans. The affection from each guide was evident, and I could feel the bond with the cows.

The child who accompanied me mentioned feeling sorry for the cows, but when I explained that they are part of a tourism resource that helps pay for their food, they understood and it became a good lesson in social studies.

Although the tide was mostly out and it wasn't exactly as I imagined walking in the sea, I suppose that's just a natural phenomenon.

Taketomi… There was a bus waiting in a different location than what was explained at the tour desk, but thanks to local coordination, everything turned out fine. However, it was unfortunate that my adherence to the instructions made everyone else wait. The tour desk should have communicated that the pattern changes when there are many participants. After all, customers can't know in advance if there will be a large number of participants.

西表…バスに乗っている間、サッと通りすぎるため見落としてしまう。運転しながらで大変と思うが少し前で説明して間もなく見えてくるというタイミングであってほしかった。マングローブ周遊は季節がら寒かったがゆっくりできて良かった。
由布島…お仕事している牛さんがかわいかった。ちゃんと休憩も取って週休２日、早退、病欠もあり、最終便だと牛さんが理解していて嬉しくて歩くスピードが早まるとか聞くと人間と同じだな～と微笑ましかった。それぞれの先導さんの愛情が伝わり牛さんとの絆が感じられた。
同行した子どもは、牛さんがかわいそうだと話していたが、こうして観光資源になっていることで、牛さんのご飯代につながっていることを知らせると納得してくれ社会勉強にもなった。
ほぼ潮が引いており海の中を歩くというイメージ通りというわけではなかったが、こればかりは自然現象なのでしょうがない。
竹富…ツアーデスクで説明を受けた場所と違うところにバスが待っており現地の連携で事なきを得たが、忠実に守ったがゆえに他の皆さんをお待たせしてしまったのが残念。参加者が多い場合はパターンが変わるということがツアーデスクと周知徹底していなかった。そもそも参加者が多いかもお客にはわからないこと。

I used it for the first time! While I watched the city bus stop overflowing with people, I enjoyed a very comfortable bus journey here as it was quite empty. At the beginning, we were each given headphones, and when connected to the guide installed in our seats, information about our destinations was provided, which was great. Most of the passengers were foreigners, so in a way, I didn't have to worry about anything and could relax freely! However, I think it's better to dress warmly as you feel the wind directly during the cold season. I always rely on Veltra for great deals during my travels. Thank you for your continued support!

市バスなどはバス停に人が溢れかえっており、大変だなあと横目で眺めながら、こちらはとても空いていて快適なバスの旅でした
始めに一人一人イヤホンを渡され、席に設置のガイドに繋ぐと、行く先々の情報が流れており、それもまた良かったです。
乗客はほとんど外国の方々でしたが、ある意味気を使わなくてよかったので、自由に過ごせました！！
ただ、寒い時期は風をもろに受けるので沢山着込んだ方が良いと思いました。
旅行ではいつもお得なベルトラさんにお世話なっています。

I thought the guide on the bus was wonderful.
I was able to learn about Okinawan dances while traveling on the bus, and I enjoyed the events at Ryukyu Village.

I also received great recommendations for awamori, which I was able to bring back as souvenirs.

It was a lovely guide who made me want to meet again.

I participated in the Odaiba course. The moment the bus enters the water is exciting. Also, while driving on the sea, many seagulls come close. You can feed them. It was a beautiful and fun experience to have the seagulls surround us and move along together.

お台場コースに参加しました。バスが水に入る瞬間は盛り上がります。
また、海の上を走っている際、ユリカモメたちがたくさん近くに来ます。餌をあげることができます。ユリカモメたちが周りを囲んで一緒に進んでくれるのが、きれいで楽しい体験となりました。

We had an amazing experience at the aquarium it is a long bus ride but there is a lot to see on the way there including the beautiful ocean once at the aquarium seeing the whale sharks was magnificent watching them feed the whale sharks was absolutely amazing and to think that they actually release them back into the ocean after they’re done studying them is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I participated alone in mid-February. It just so happened that the shop at the stop we visited was closed for its monthly day off, so I was able to see three places: Shirakawa-go and Gokayama (Aikura and Suganuma villages). This information was provided when I made the reservation, and since these were places I wanted to see, it was a pleasant surprise!

The guide was very polite and explained everything clearly. They also prepared alcohol disinfectant as a measure against the coronavirus, which made me feel safe participating in the tour. Perhaps due to the pandemic, there were hardly any noisy foreign tourists around, allowing me to enjoy the traditional scenery at a leisurely pace.

I was grateful that the guide shared their experience from guiding daily at various locations, pointing out hidden photo spots and important tips. There was also plenty of free time for sightseeing.

It would have been quite challenging to navigate on my own, but I was able to smoothly and comfortably visit these places for this price, making it a wonderful day. If I have the opportunity, I would love to participate again.

２月中旬に一人で参加しました。ちょうど立ち寄り箇所のお店が月１の定休日とのことで、白川郷と五箇山(相倉集落と菅沼集落)の３ヶ所をみることができました。上記連絡は予約時に告知され、私は見たいと思っていた所だったのでタナボタ、でした！
ガイドの方はとても丁寧に分かりやすく案内をしてくださり、コロナウイルス対策としてアルコール消毒も準備されていて安心してツアーに参加できました。コロナの影響か、各地で騒がしい外国人はほぼいなかったので昔ながらの風景をゆっくり楽しむことができました。
ガイドの方は、各所 毎日のようにガイドされているご経験を生かして隠れ写真スポットや注意点などを教えてくださってありがたかったです。自由観光の時間も充分に確保されていました。
自力で回ろうとしたらかなり大変な行程を、この金額で楽にスムーズに回ることができ、素敵な一日になりました。機会があればまた参加させていただきます。

I have read good reviews for this trip and just nice that we lucky to get the rebate ( 2 for 1) promo.. So we book the trip!!!

Meeting point : The pick up point is not clearly indicate .. We just know that is at the hotel.. We reached early and scare that we might miss the bus .. Lucky we ask the hotel lobby, yes is the correct place... I suggest that can take picture where is the pick up point and shown at booking page is the best.. Attendance was smooth and easy.. Puncture and fast.. The tour leader couldn't speak english .. But anyway we still OK ..

Lunch at the restaurant opp the sweet potato shop is great.. The udon is nice !

Everyplace given time is just nice except that I prefer the churaumi aquarium to have longer time..
The tour leader bring us to the entry , give us the tickets and also give clear instructions where is the meet up point .. I thk 150min is not enough because what if is elderly ? They have no enough time to look around .. And walk back the carpark is a super long distance for them ..

Pineapple park: it a just mini park wit shopping area .. Time spent here is just nice .. Those do not want shopping can go take pictures outside the shop ..

Overall : it is a good experience .. Those who do not drive can join this tour!!!

I couldn't go cycling or walking around Taketomi due to the bad weather, so it was great to be able to leisurely explore on a water buffalo. The price included the round-trip boat fare, the water buffalo tour, and transportation to the hotel, which made it very affordable, and I was extremely satisfied. The staff who assisted us were kind and attentive, making for a fun trip.

悪天候の中での竹富観光でサイクリングも散策も出来なかったので
水牛に乗ってゆっくり散策できてよかったです。
往復の船代に水牛観光とホテルまでの送迎までついての価格で
安く利用できたので大満足です。
対応してくれた人も親切丁寧で楽しい旅行ができました

This tour lasts half a day and provides transportation to Naha Airport around 1 PM, making it an excellent option for sightseeing during the time before your flight.

The tour uses a shared bus, and everyone first goes to the Sefa Utaki. After that, participants split at the Okinawa World parking lot, with some heading to Okinawa World and others to the Valley of Gangala. The meeting point is back at the Okinawa World parking lot, where you will be transported to the airport and other locations.

However, the bus tour does not include entrance fees for the attractions, so you will need to purchase tickets separately, which can be a bit of a hassle.

I went to the Valley of Gangala, and it was great to participate in this tour because you can only enter the Valley of Gangala with a guided tour, and they coordinate the departure times. Okinawa World was also fun, but the Valley of Gangala tour was incredibly enjoyable, and I’m very glad I participated.

　このツアーは、半日で終わり、およそ13時に那覇空港へと送迎してくれるものなので、空港から帰る時間を利用して観光するには、非常にもってこいのツアーだと思います。
　また、ツアーは混載バスで、最初は全員で斎場御嶽に行き、その後、おきなわワールドの駐車場で、おきなわワールドへ行く人と、ガンガラーの谷へ行く人に分かれます。そして、集合場所は、先ほど分かれた、おきなわワールドの駐車場に集合し、空港等へと送迎してもらうというスタイルです。
　ただ、バスツアーに観光地の入場料は入っていないために、別途入場料が必要で、個別にチケットを購入する手間があるのは少し面倒な所でした。
　今回私は、ガンガラーの谷へと行きましたが、ガンガラーの谷はガイドツアーではないと入場することができないことや、ツアーの出発時間も合わせてくれるために、このツアーに参加して非常に良かったです。おきなわワールドも楽しかったのですが、こちらのガンガラーの谷ツアーも非常に楽しく、参加して大正解でした。

We participated as a family of 6 adults and 3 children in March 2019. The timing was just right, and there were no issues at all. The weather was also nice.

大人6人子供3人の家族で参加しました。2019年3月に参加しました。
時間などもちょうどよく、問題は一つもありません。
天気もよかったです。

I am satisfied both in terms of time and content.
I think the price is reasonable as well.
However, I wished the stay time at each destination could be a bit longer.
In that case, it would be better if the meeting time for the tour started a little earlier.

時間的にも内容的にも満足です。
価格的にも適正だと思います。
ただ訪問先の滞在時間が　それぞれもう少し長くあればいいなと思いました。
その分　ツアーの始まりの集合時間がもう少し早くもいいと思います。

The aquarium was a wonderful experience it’s just amazing to see whale sharks in captivity I hope they do catch and release like what I was told The aquarium by far was the best aquarium I have been to little bit of a long bus ride but the scenery along way spray nice all in all it was worth the adventure.

The guide provided information carefully in both Japanese and English.
I was traveling alone, but since I wasn't seated with others, I appreciated that consideration and enjoyed the experience. However, the inefficiency and unfriendliness of the reception staff stood out. I would like to see improvements, such as having clearly organized reception desks by type and visual aids for bus number announcements. This is especially important since there were many foreign tourists.

難波発です。
ガイドさんが丁寧に日本語と英語に分けて案内していていただきました。
１人旅でしたが、相席ではなかったので、その点も配慮されていたので、楽しめました。しかし、受付スタッフの手際の悪さや不親切さが目立ちました。種類別に、わかりやすく受付デスクを用意したり、バスの号車案内も視覚化するなどして工夫していただきたい。外国人観光客も大勢いたので尚更。
