The stargazing and night safari tour was a nature-based experience, so it's understandable, but during the tour, we saw plenty of hermit crabs. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, and we couldn't see the starry sky at the observation deck, which was disappointing. Next time, I want to see a sky full of stars on a clear day.

星空観賞とナイトサファリのツアーということで、自然相手のツアーなので仕方ないですが、ツアー中、ヤドカリはたくさん見れましたが、天気が曇で星空が展望台で全く見れなかったのが残念です。次は晴れた日に満天の星空を見たい。

I used the service on the afternoon of my arrival day. I took a flight that arrived at Ishigaki Airport at 12:30, and after quickly moving to the city and dropping off my luggage at the hotel, there wasn't much time before the meeting time, but I was glad I made it in time. This was my second time on Ishigaki Island, but my first visit was decades ago, and I remember using the regular sightseeing bus then as well. I recall visiting the Tomb of the Chinese and Kabira Bay, but the Tomb of the Chinese was under restoration during my first visit, so it was quite beautiful this time. It was also my first time riding a glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay. On the glass-bottom boat, I saw beautiful seas, coral reefs, colorful fish, and even sea turtles. Additionally, the shop we stopped by for tea time had a nice atmosphere, and I don't remember exploring the primeval forest before, so that was a new experience for me. I had a great time.

到着日の午後に利用しました。12時半に石垣空港に着く飛行機ですぐに市内に移動し、ホテルに荷物を預けたら集合時間まであまり時間がありませんでしたが、間に合ってよかったです。石垣島は2回目なのですが、1回目は何十年も前でその時も定期観光バスを利用したので、唐人墓と川平湾に行ったのは覚えていますが、唐人墓は前来た時は修復前だったので今回かなりきれいになっていたし、川平湾でグラスボートに乗ったのは初めてです。グラスボートでは、きれいな海にサンゴ礁、色とりどりの魚にウミガメも見れました。あと、ティータイムに立ち寄ったお店も雰囲気があったし、原生林?の散策も前はした覚えがないので、初体験でした。とても楽しかったです。

Although I was a bit anxious about the bus meeting point, it was easy to find. However, since many tour buses were arriving, I felt nervous until my bus showed up.

During the journey to our destination, the guide provided information about Okinawa and the destination, which enhanced my enjoyment.

We had to choose between the Valley of Gangala and Okinawa World, but since they are located in the same area, it would have been even better if we could visit both.

The Valley of Gangala has quite a high entrance fee, so compared to the cost and time of going individually, I think the tour bus is a great deal.

バス待ち合わせ場所に不安があったもののすぐわかる場所でした。
ただ、何台もツアーバスがやってくるので、自分のバスが到着するまでドキドキしました。

目的地に向かうまでの間、ガイドさんが沖縄について、目的地について、ガイドをしてくれたので、楽しみがより深められました。

ガンガラーの谷か、おきなわワールドか、どちらか選ぶのですが、場所が同じところにあるので両方行ければ、なおよかったです。

ガンガラーの谷は入場するのに結構費用もかかるので、個人で行く費用と時間に比べるとツアーバスはかなりお得だと思います。

The sightseeing tour in a clean, large bus was comfortable despite the low price, and the weather was clear. There were only a few participants, and both the driver and the guide were friendly, making the experience truly enjoyable. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

快晴の中、低料金にもかかわらずきれいな大型バスでの観光は、快適でした。参加人数も少なく、ドライバーさんもガイドさんもフレンドリーで、本当に気持ちよく観光できました。大満足です。ありがとうございました。

It was a great tour that allowed us to see a good amount of Kyoto in just one day. My spouse and I, along with my parents, participated as a group of four, and I think this tour would be very convenient for those who find it troublesome to arrange transportation like trains and buses on their own. The flow of the tour was smooth, and we were able to stick to the schedule without any delays, which was wonderful! I would love to join this tour again if the opportunity arises.

１日である程度の京都観光が出来てとてもいいツアーでした。
夫婦二人、両親二人の四人で参加しましたが自分で電車やバスなど移動手段の手配が面倒な方はきっとこのツアーがとても楽だと思います。
ツアーの流れもスムーズで遅れる事なく時間通りに行けてとても良かったです！
また機会があれば参加したいツアーです

I was satisfied because it was cheap with the ferry and water buffalo! I was able to take pictures with the cows, and the guide sang a song, which was soothing! I really felt like I was in Ishigaki!

フェリーと水牛付きで安かったので満足です！牛と写真撮れたり、案内のお兄さんが歌を歌ってくれて癒されました！石垣に来たって感じがしました！

I thought there would be a larger number of people in one vehicle than I expected, but it was enjoyable and friendly, which was great. The staff were all very approachable and nice as well.

思っていたよりも一台に大人数かなと思いましたが、和気あいあいと楽しくて良かったです。
スタッフの方も皆さん気さくで良かったです。

Had a great time with Tour Guide Levin and Angela! English was very good with lots of good insight on all the stops along the way. Plenty of time to take photos and explore each stop with some breathtaking views! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience Mt. Fuji close up.

It might be the season, but there were only half the number of people on the bus, so one person could use two seats, and the free time was set just right, which made me very satisfied.

時期が時期かもしれないけど、バスの半分しか人数いなくて、1人ふたつ席使えたり、自由時間の設定時間がちょうどよくて、大満足でした。

Informative introduction to Tokyo and value for money.

We usually work as guides, so we thought it would be nice to be on the receiving end of a tour for a change! We participated in the tour with that mindset. Both the tour guide and the driver were friendly, which made for a really enjoyable time.

Aside from the two of us, everyone else was a traveler from abroad, and at first, we felt a bit out of place. However, the guidance in both English and Japanese was very educational. Traveling by bus was convenient, and we were able to try the food we were curious about and enjoy some drinks, which left us very satisfied!

私達は、普段案内する側の仕事なのでせっかく旅行するなら案内される側もいいのでは？っという思いでツアーに参加させて頂きました！
添乗員さんも運転手さんも気さくな方だったのですごく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
私達2人以外は外国からの旅行者さんで最初はとまどいましたが、英語での案内、日本語での案内として頂いて大変勉強になりました。
バスでの旅は移動が楽で、気になっていた食べ物も食べれてアルコールも飲めて大満足でした！

I wanted to explore freely on my own, and I recommend this for those who feel the same! I used a bicycle, and there weren't many steep hills, which made it essential for getting around. In the summer, it gets hot and you sweat, so staying hydrated is crucial.

一人で自由に周りたいと思って利用しましたが、そういった方にはおすすめです！自転車を利用しましたが急な坂も少なく回るには欠かせなかったです。夏は暑く汗をかくので水分はかかせませんね。

I think the sightseeing time is too short. Especially at Lake Toya, the time allotted is not enough for women to enjoy the hot springs. I would like to see either some activities cut or the time extended.
Regarding the meals at Lake Toya, I had asked in advance, but the carrots were not pre-boiled and the tempura was cold.
With so many people giving feedback about the meals, isn't there any consideration to change the dining location?

観光時間が短すぎかなと思います。とくに洞爺湖での温泉は、この時間じゃ女性にはまず無理ですね。どこか削るか時間を伸ばすかしてほしいです。
洞爺湖は食事について他の方のコメントがあったので、こちらで事前に質問したにも関わらず人参が下ゆでされていないし、天ぷらも冷たかった。
こんなに、色々な方から食事について意見があって、食事の場所を変えるとかの検討はされないんでしょうか？

The weather was bad, so the points where you could see the beautiful scenery lacked impact. It's better not to have high expectations for lunch. It's a shame that there is only a round tour available in the morning. The guide's stories and songs were very good.

天気が悪かったので、せっかくの絶景が見られるポイントも感動がなく。
ランチは期待しない方が良いです。
午前発は一周ツアーしかないのが残念。
ガイドさんのお話や歌はとても良かったです。

I was able to efficiently visit three islands! I had no particular complaints and was able to enjoy myself! Since I could return to Ishigaki Island before 6 PM, I was able to relax and enjoy dinner and sightseeing in the evening. I think about five hours is enough for sightseeing in the downtown area of Ishigaki Island, including meals, so for those staying for two nights and three days, I believe it's worth spending a day visiting the outer islands!

３つの島を効率よくまわれました！
特に不満もなく、楽しむことができました！
6時前には石垣島に戻れるので、夜もゆっくりご飯や観光ができました。
石垣島の繁華街観光はご飯も含めて5時間ほどあればいいと思うので、2泊3日で行かれる方は1日使ってでも離島に行くのが楽しめると思います！

This was my first bus tour, and I was filled with anxiety about whether my reservation was really confirmed, if traveling alone would be awkward, and what if the bus was cramped... However, thanks to the very pleasant hospitality from the guide, driver, and interpreter, it turned out to be the best trip.

Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy the wonderful history, cuisine, and scenery of Kanazawa and Shirakawa-go.

I plan to use their services again.

初めてのバスツアー、予約は本当にとれているのか、一人旅は敬遠されるのではないか、狭いバスだったら…等々、不安だらけで参加させていただきました。
が、ガイドさん、ドライバーさん、通訳さんのとても心地好いもてなしで最良の旅となりました。
おかげさまで、金沢、白川郷と素晴らしい歴史、料理、景観を満喫させていただきました。

I participated in a tour on November 1, 2019. Here’s some information I found out by actually going there.

• Footbath at Lake Toya
After lunch at Manseikaku, I found a footbath while strolling around the area. It’s about a 2-minute walk if you enter the road on the mountain side. The footbath is located under the red roof in the photo, and there was also a towel vending machine.

• Lake Toya Milk Pudding at the Silo Observation Deck
This is a souvenir sold exclusively at Lake Toya. There are also other items available that are exclusive to the observation deck. Since it was crowded and the stay was short, I recommend buying your desired souvenirs first and then enjoying the view.

• Comfortable even on a long tour
Perhaps because I participated on a weekday, there was plenty of space, and even though I was alone, the seat next to me was empty, so I could relax without worrying. There were power outlets, so I didn’t have to worry about charging, and the headphone guide made the tour feel shorter.

• Affected by the weather
While Lake Shikotsu was sunny, the boat was canceled due to high waves. There was light rain at Mount Usu, but the ropeway was fine. There was no snow and no traffic jams, so the bus was on time.

As mentioned in other experiences, it was a bit disappointing that lunch was slightly cold.

2019/11/1(金)のツアーに参加しました。実際に行ってみてわかった情報を紹介します。

• 洞爺湖の足湯
万世閣での昼食の後、周辺を散策したところ足湯を見つけました。一本山側の道に入った場所で2分くらいで行けます。写真の赤い屋根の下に足湯があり、タオルの自販機もありました。

•サイロ展望台の洞爺湖ミルクプリン
洞爺湖限定で販売しているお土産です。他にも展望台限定のものが置いてあります。混雑していたうえに滞在時間が短かったので、目当てのお土産は先に買って景色を楽しんでください。

•長いツアーでも快適
平日に参加したためか席に余裕があり、1人参加でしたが隣が空いていたので気を遣わず過ごせました。コンセントがあるので充電の心配もなく、ヘッドホンのガイドもあるのでそれほど長く感じませんでした。

•天候に左右される
支笏湖は晴れていましたが、船は波が高く欠航でした。有珠山は小雨、ロープウェイは大丈夫でした。雪が全くなく渋滞もなかったのでバスも遅れなしでした。

他の体験談にもいくつか書かれていますが、昼食が少し冷めていたのが残念でした。

I decided to take a trip to Okinawa as a birthday present for my mother and signed up for a tour.

I thought the bus guide would talk to us along the way, but instead, we were given an audio guide to listen to together before reaching the tour locations, which felt very impersonal and not very interesting.

Also, why was the guide so condescending? From the moment we arrived at the meeting point, the attitude was really unpleasant. When picking up various people from different locations, there was no explanation, and we were just left waiting, circling around the city. Before I knew it, we hadn’t left Naha City for an hour after getting on the bus. Other tours had bathroom breaks along the way, but this one didn’t have any. I understand time constraints, but when we arrived at Pineapple Park, I wanted to use the restroom, but I was rushed onto the cart and ultimately couldn’t go until we reached the exit.

At other locations, we were told to keep to the schedule in a very strict manner, like a military drill. I had no intention of being late, but I believe there’s a way to communicate that.

I wanted to film while crossing the Kouri Bridge, but the guide’s poor performance on the sanshin and singing ruined it. Additionally, when I met the guide at the smoking area and was told “Thank you for your hard work,” it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The guide may do this every day, but we are participating in the tour to create memories. Especially since I planned this to make my mother happy, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. I truly regret spending money on this tour after having such an unpleasant experience.

The aquarium is also quite a distance from the bus parking lot, so even though they say we have three hours, considering the round trip, it’s more like two and a half hours.

At the very end, the guide mistakenly called out loudly for the drop-off location, which was very frustrating. I will try to avoid participating in tours with this company in the future.

母親の誕生日プレゼントで沖縄旅行へ行く事になり、ツアーに申し込みました。　

バスガイドの方が道中お話をしてくれると思っていたのですが、音声ガイドを渡されてツアーの場所に行く前にみんなで聞く為業務的であまり面白くはなかった。

そしてガイドの方はなぜあんなに高圧的なんでしょうか？
集合場所に行った時から本当に気分が悪い対応でした。
いろんな場所へいろんな方を迎えに行く際もなんの説明もなく、ただ待たされグルグル市内を回り気がついたら乗車してから1時間那覇市内から出ていなかったです。
他のツアーでは途中トイレ休憩があったりしましたが、こちらのツアーでは途中トイレ休憩もなかったです。
時間の関係もあると思いますが、パイナップルパークに着いた時トイレに行きたいと思ったのに急かされカートに乗せられ結局出口までトイレに行けなかったです。

その他の場所でも時間を守るよう軍隊のようにキツく言われ、遅れるつもりもないですが言い方はあると思いました。

古宇利橋を通る際に動画を撮りたいと思っていましたが、ガイドさんの下手くそな三線と歌で台無しです。
そして喫煙所でガイドの方と会った際に[お疲れ様です]と言われた事も気分が悪かったです。

ガイドさんは毎日のお仕事かもしれませんが、私達は思い出を作りにツアーに参加しています。
特に今回は母に喜んでもらおうと企画したのに心から楽しむことができませんでした。
こんなに不快な思いをしてこのツアーにお金を払ってしまった事に本当に後悔しました。


水族館もバスの駐車場から距離がありますので3時間と言いつつ往復の時間を考えると2時間30分くらいです。

最後の最後で降車場所をガイドさんに間違えられ大きな声で呼ばれましたが、本当にいい加減にして欲しかったです。
今後はなるべくこちらの会社のツアーには参加しないようにします。

The sea, mountains, and snow were beautiful. The hot springs were nice, and the view from there was also lovely. I would like to use it again. ^^*

水海も山も雪も綺麗でした　温泉も良かったし　そこから見えた景色も綺麗でした　また利用したいです　^^*

I saw Oishi Forest Mountain on TV, so it was a great help for me since I don't have a driver's license! If I had to say anything, I wish I could have stayed at Oishi Forest Mountain a little longer! I rushed to see the yellow course and the banyan tree, but it was just in time.

I was also satisfied with the Churaumi Aquarium, as I felt like I didn't have enough time! Since it's this time of year, I was a bit intimidated by the presence of Chinese tourists... but everyone is looking forward to it, right?

When I talked to my local friends, they said that this price for the content is incredibly cheap! I think so too. Thank you to the driver and the guide for the long time spent together! 😊

テレビで大石林山をしていたので免許がない私はとても助かりました！
しいて言うなら大石林山にもう少し長く居たいくらいです！私は黄色コース＋ガジュマルだけ見たくてダッシュしましたが、ギリギリでした。
ちゅら海水族館も私は時間が足りないくらいだったので満足です！
あとはこの時期なので中国人の方が居て怯んでしまいましたが。。みなさん楽しみにされていますもんね。
現地のお友達に話すとこの価格はこの内容ですごい安い！とのことでした。私もそう思います。

I applied to visit Okinawa for the first time, wanting to go to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. At the aquarium, I was healed by the size of the whale sharks and the fish living in the coral reefs. I'm glad I visited. The only disappointing thing was that the weather was cloudy and the wind was strong, so I couldn't see Okinawa's blue sea. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I hope to see the wonderful scenery of Okinawa. I was anxious about participating alone, but I felt the care and kindness of the tour guide and the driver, and I was able to enjoy the day. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄、美ら海水族館に行きたくて申込ました。美ら海水族館では、ジンベイザメの大きさやサンゴ礁に住む魚たちに癒されました。訪れて良かったと思います。ただ１つ残念な事は、天気が曇で風が強く沖縄の青い海が見れなかった事です。再度訪れる機会があれば、素晴らしい沖縄の景色を見れたらと思います。1人参加で不安でしたが、ツアーガイドの方と運転手の気遣いと優しさを感じ、1日楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

You can receive a call before departure. If there are clouds and it seems like the stars won't be visible, same-day cancellations are possible. In the end, I felt uneasy about the thickness of the clouds and requested to change the date, but they kindly accepted my request. For those who definitely want to see the stars, you can apply without hesitation and feel assured. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the Southern Cross, but walking in the pitch dark nature, relying on a flashlight, is an experience that you can't easily have alone. I participated with a focus on the stars, but I also enjoyed the wildlife, and I highly recommend it.

出発前にお電話をいただけます。雲が出ていて星が見えなそうであれば、当日取消も可能ということでした。結局、雲の厚さに不安を感じ、日にちの変更をお願いしましたが、快く受けていただけました。星を必ず見たいと思っている方は、躊躇なく申し込んでも安心です。残念ながら、南十字星は見られませんでしたが、一人では絶対いけない、真っ暗な自然の中を、懐中電灯を頼りに歩くのは、なかなかできない体験だと思います。星重視で参加しましたが、野生も楽しめておすすめです。

I thought 10 hours might be long, but there were so many places to visit that the time flew by. Since the Ice Festival was being held at Lake Shikotsu, I wished I had a bit more time to enjoy the sights, considering the time spent navigating the unfamiliar snowy roads. At Lake Toya, we had a regular lunch and took photos outside, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the hot springs. Overall, I was more than satisfied and had a great time. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making for a wonderful trip. Among the participants, my mother was the oldest at 74 years old, but even older guests can enjoy it without getting tired.

10時間長いかなぁと思っていましたが、周るところが多いので、あっという間に過ぎました。
支笏湖では氷濤まつりが開催されていたので、慣れない雪道を往復する時間を考えたらもう少しゆっくり見る時間が欲しかったです。洞爺湖でも普通に昼食取って外に出て写真撮っていたら、残念ながら温泉に入る時間までは取れません。でも、全体的には十二分に楽しめて満足出来ました。運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じがよくていい旅になりました。今回参加した中では母が74歳で最高齢だったようですが、年配の方でも疲れず十二分に楽しめますよ。

The bus terminal was conveniently located right in front of the remote island terminal, making it easy to find, and since we returned to the same place, it was very convenient for shopping and dining afterwards. During the tour, the guide shared behind-the-scenes stories about famous people from Ishigaki Island, sang using a sanshin, and provided detailed information about the island's nature, which kept us engaged throughout. We visited several spots, but the beauty of Kabira Bay was truly breathtaking. On the glass-bottom boat, we were lucky enough to see many marine creatures like sea turtles, rays, and clownfish, which was a lot of fun!

離島ターミナル目の前のバスターミナル集合だったので分かりやすく、帰りも同じ場所で解散のため、その後の買い物＆食事をするのに非常に便利でした。
ツアー中はガイドさんが石垣島出身の著名人の裏話を話してくれたり、三線を使って歌を聴かせてくれたり、島の自然について詳しく話してくださるなど、飽きることなく過ごせました。
いくつかスポットを回りましたが、川平湾の美しさは群を抜いて感動しました。
グラスボートでも、運良く海亀やエイ、ニモなど沢山の海の生物を見ることができ、とても楽しかったです！

I visited with my high school daughter and 5-year-old son. Since we couldn't cover everything individually, I was glad to join the tour. About 90% of the participants were foreigners, but the explanations in both Japanese and English were easy to understand. It was a satisfying tour.

Lake Shikotsu is very beautiful and well worth a visit. The highlight of this trip is lunch. Very nice environment. Sitting by the window, while eating Japanese food, while admiring the snowy scenery of Lake Toya, very fantastic. There is also a foot onsen near the hotel. The ropeway of Mount Usu is also very interesting. You can see both Lake Toya and the volcano.

On January 31, we participated as a couple. After signing up, we watched the live camera of Shirakawa-go every day, but there was no snowfall, and I had given up hope thinking that this year would be an unusually warm winter without snow. On the day of the trip, we departed from Kanazawa Station at 8 AM, and it started snowing as we got on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway. By the time we arrived in Shirakawa-go, it was a world covered in silver. In Gokayama, the snowfall was so heavy that we had to push through the snow to reach the observation deck. I can only say we were lucky, but we were able to experience the snow-covered Shirakawa-go and Gokayama that we had longed for. The explanations in Japanese and English by the veteran guide were easy to understand, and it was a very satisfying day.

1月31日、夫婦で参加しました。申し込みしてから毎日ライブカメラで白川郷の様子を見ていましたが積雪はなく、今年は異常な暖冬だから雪は期待できないなと諦めていました。当日8時に金沢駅を出発、東海北陸道に乗る頃から雪が降り始め、白川郷に到着する頃は一面銀世界。五箇山は展望台に上がるのも雪をかきわけて進むほどの積雪でした。運が良かったとしか言えませんが、念願の雪の白川郷と五箇山を体験できました。ベテランのガイドさんによる日本語と英語の説明は分かりやすく、大満足の一日でした。

a must do tour if you are in Tokyo. Fantastic tour guide and a great way to get the best views of Mt Fuji.

The bus guide kindly explained various things, and the water buffalo cart moved slowly and quietly, with many beautiful flowers blooming. It was a healing tour.
