I saw such a beautiful starry sky for the first time. It was so stunning that it didn't even feel like the same sky in Japan. I was worried about the unstable weather, but as expected, the reservation was postponed. However, the next day, I was informed that the stars would be visible, and I was able to see a beautiful starry sky. The photos turned out even better than I expected, and I was very satisfied. They also recommended some spots in Miyako Island, which I visited the next day. That place was wonderful as well. Thank you for your attentive service.

あんなに綺麗な星空を見たのは、初めてです。
同じ日本の空とは思えないほど、美しかったです。天気が不安定で心配してましたが、予想通り、予約は延期になりましたが、翌日、なんとか星が出ると連絡をくださり、綺麗な星空が見れました。写真も予想以上の仕上がりで大満足しました。宮古島のオススメスポットも教えてくださり、翌日に行ってきました。そちらも素敵な場所でした。丁寧に対応していただき、ありがとうございました。

It can be quite difficult to visit tourist spots without being able to drive, but I was glad to join this tour and efficiently visit various places. I was moved when I saw the large whale shark at the Churaumi Aquarium. The guide was fun and taught us the names of flowers, which I enjoyed. The steakhouse I opted for had an entertaining performance, and the staff were kind. When I requested, "I can't chew hard food because I'm undergoing dental treatment, so please cut the meat into smaller pieces," they cut it into about 2 cm cubes, making it easy to chew. I would like to join a tour with Veltra again if I have the opportunity.

車が運転できないと、なかなか観光地を回りにくいですが、このツアーに参加して、効率よくいろんな所に行けて良かったです。
美ら海水族館で大きなジンベイザメを見たときは感動しました。
ガイドさんが花の名前等を教えて下さって楽しかったです。
オプションで申し込んだステーキハウスはパフォーマンスも面白く、スタッフも親切でした。
「歯の治療中なので、かたい物が噛めないから肉を小さく切って欲しい」とリクエストしたら２センチ角くらいに切って下さったので噛みやすかったです。
また機会があればベルトラさんのツアーに参加したいです。

I participated since I had free time on the last morning. It's convenient and nice that they drop you off at the airport.

Visiting Sefa Utaki in the early morning when there are no people allows you to feel the atmosphere more and makes it easier to take good photos. I also passed by the Nirai Kanai Bridge, and it was great to capture beautiful photos reflecting the morning light. When traveling alone with a rental car, you can't stop just to take pictures.

It was the morning of the day Shuri Castle burned down, and while I was shocked, I was impressed by how composed the guide was. Before we landed at the airport, she sang Okinawan folk songs, and as I listened, I found myself in tears... I wanted to stay longer in beautiful Okinawa, where the climate and people are warm; I didn't want to go back. Even after arriving at the airport, I couldn't stop the tears from flowing for a while.

It was a wonderful conclusion to a great trip. Thank you very much.

最終日の午前中が空いていたので参加しました。空港下車させてくれるのが便利で良いですね。
斎場御嶽は朝一の人のいない時間に行けるので、雰囲気がより感じられるし、良い写真が撮りやすいのではないでしょうか。途中ニライカナイ橋も通り、朝の光を反射した美しい写真が撮れたのもよかったです。一人旅のレンタカーだと通るだけで写真は撮れないので。
首里城が燃えてしまった当日の朝でしたが、ショックを受けつつもガイドさんが気丈に振る舞っていたのが印象的でした。空港に降り立つ前に沖縄民謡を歌ってくださり、聞いているうちに涙が・・・。美しく気候も人も暖かい沖縄にもっといたかった、帰りたくなかったんでしょうね。空港についてもしばらく涙が溢れて止まりませんでした。
良い旅の良い締めくくりになりました。ありがとうございました。

The tour was very good, we picked this one because it didn’t stop at the shopping mall as we didn’t want that. The sight stops were very short but they had to be because we stopped at four different spots. The tour guide named Joy was The best tour guide we’ve ever had. She was informative about everything and gave us extra information on the way about anything that could be seen from the windows and she was funny too. We recommend this tour very much

My partner and I really enjoyed this tour. It took us to places that took our breath away as we bounced from temple to temple and immersed ourselves in Japanese culture. The tour was carefully organised with an outline and maps of the longer parts of the tour. There is a phone number provided in case you get split up from the group. I advise goers to take note of these in case you are lost. A small thing I would like for the tour to add is an online contact option as majority of tourists I know only take up data SIM plans and would not be able to contact the local number provided.

The tour is packed to the brim with important places you would want to see in Kyoto in a day so understandably some parts can feel a bit rushed. However, I felt this is needed and balance was kept between the guided part of the tour and free time we can roam around ourselves. I definitely recommend people to take up this tour if you are short in time and want to see Kyoto. The tour guide was even flexible enough to let us remain at Kyoto after the tour finished so we can visit other places like the Gion district etc!

Due to the impact of the typhoon, the pier was damaged and we couldn't land, but the island tour was still satisfying. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice, but we still enjoyed ourselves despite the rain. I thought the view would change depending on the seats on the cruiser, but I was pleased to see that consideration was given so that both sides could enjoy the scenery. The staff's response was also polite. Next time, I hope to time it right with the weather to see the clear skies of Gunkanjima and make the landing happen.

台風の影響もあり桟橋が壊れていて上陸できませんでしたが、島の周遊でも満足いける内容でした。天気が良ければもっと良かったのですが、雨であっても楽しめました。クルーザーの席によって景観が変わると思っていましたが、左右とも見られるように配慮がされていたのも嬉しいサービスです。スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。次回は天気を見計らって、快晴の軍艦島を見て、上陸も叶えたいと思います。

The day after the rain turned into a perfectly clear day, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the stunning autumn leaves along the White Road, as well as exploring Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. There were also participants from overseas, and the guide's wonderful explanations in both Japanese and fluent English were very pleasant. I completely recovered from the fatigue of the marathon the day before, making it a highly satisfying day. It was said to be a rare good weather day, so I felt very lucky. I highly recommend this course.

前日の雨天から雲一つ無い晴天となりホワイトロードでの紅葉の絶景と白川郷と五箇山の散策を最高に楽しむことができました。海外の方も参加しガイドさんの日本語と堪能な英語での素晴らしい説明も心地よく前日のマラソンの疲れもすっかり取れて大満足の一日でした。めったにない好天とのことでとてもラッキーでした。お勧めのコースです。

This tour is an excellent introduction to some of the amazing historical sites that Kyoto has to offer. The tour meeting point is across from the main railway station (where there are loads of luggage lockers, 500-700y per day) so is very convenient for day trippers. On the day we went the weather was wet and the guide provided umbrellas which was a nice touch. The temples and shrines we visited were busy despite the weather and our excellent guide (Jorge) informed us that crowds were lighter than usual, so be prepared. Some of the sites were also being renovated (Olympics next year?) which was a shame but didn't detract too much from the overall experience. Lunch was a proper Japanese affair which we found tasty and educational, but if you want beer/sake with your food you will have to pay extra. Our tour group (about 40) was a bit unwieldy for a whistle stop tour but we were given a bit off time at each of the sites to explore. Our also guide pointed out other historical sites on the bus route which was helpful to those with more time. An enjoyable day!

On the day of the visit, I participated in the course at the Seifa Utaki and the Gangala Valley despite the light rain. I had been to Seifa Utaki before, so I was aware of its beauty, but since it was early, there were few tourists, allowing me to experience a solemn atmosphere amidst the light rain and tranquility. As for the Gangala Valley, I had no prior knowledge about it, but the guide from the Gangala tour was very dedicated and provided clear explanations, making it a fun exploration experience.

当日は小雨の降る中、斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷のコースに参加しました。
斎場御嶽は行ったことがあったので良さは知っていましたが、早い時間だったので観光客も少なく、小雨と静寂の中で厳かな気分で回れました。そしてガンガラーの谷は全く予備知識の無かったのですが、(ガンガラーツアーの)ガイドさんが一生懸命で説明も分かりやすく、探検気分でとても楽しめました。

I participated in this trip with my mother. We efficiently visited tourist attractions and enjoyed the entire day without getting bored thanks to the guide's explanations and stories during our travels. Considering the idea of renting a car and driving in an unfamiliar place, I think this tour is a great deal.

母娘での旅行で参加いたしました。効率的に観光名所を回り、移動中もガイドさんの説明やお話で飽きることなく一日中楽しめました。レンタカーを借りて慣れない場所を運転する事を考えたら、とってもお得なツアーだと思います。

Due to physical limitations, my parents can no longer walk far without balance or pain problems, so we needed personal transportation to take us around at our own pace. Based on a very sour experience in Tokyo in all aspects of customer service & complete disrespect/unprofessionalism/lack of manners+courtesy w/respect to accessible needs (yes, I was taken aback but city freneticism & savageness has taken over the city & it's not good!), we had zero expectations when we arrived in Kyoto.
BUT....what we got was a complete 5 star experience from Yuka. Not only did she communicate in perfect English (no where to be found in our "top" hotels in Tokyo that cost an arm+leg), she planned the trip around all my parents' needs with much care & thoughtfulness, went above & beyond her duty to help w/pushing the wheelchair & always attentive to shield my parents' from the pouring rain with her umbrella, staying a bit over allotted time to allow my parents to slowly finish their meals w/o rush, all the time being the most pleasant & entertaining host & safe driver! Mind you, she is not certified as a tour guide (she has the driver's license) and yet she puts both of the other licensed Tokyo tour guides to shame. She single-handedly salvaged this 9-day trip from being a complete rotten disaster! She was so amazing that my dad considered adopting her on the spot! Anyway, thank you Yuka - you have no idea what good you have done. I wish you only the best returns & if we ever come back, we will request you & only you! Please take care of yourself until then <3

Due to the typhoon, the Dolphin Pier was damaged and repairs have not been completed, so we were unable to land. However, we had a great time experiencing a virtual landing at the museum and listening to stories from people who lived there at the time. Additionally, the waves were calm and the weather was nice, allowing us to take our time and see the island from various angles. Although we couldn't actually land, I was very satisfied.

上陸ができなかった。
しかしミュージアムでバーチャルな上陸体験をし、
当時暮らしていた人の話を聞けてとてもよかった。
また、波も穏やかで天気も良かったので
時間をかけて、いろいろな角度で島をみせてくれた。
上陸はかなわなかったけれど大変満足した。

We had a great tour guide named Jorge and we were taken to all the great places in Kyoto. I think we were given enough time to take pictures and explore the areas. Jorge explain each place with great passion and very easy understand and take in. Loved every moment of it. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing full day tour.We travelled with the family with two young children and starting from booking the tour till the end,it was all great,stress free and the travel consultant Jazz,communicated very well with all our queries at every point.We got to see the highlights of Kyoto in a day which would have been very difficult otherwise with young kids.
Our guide Hiromi was very nice,knowledgeable and she spoke good English and she was very helpful.We struggled the previous day to find vegetarian food and she advised us of the places to eat.She spoke about several interesting facts throughout the day.Beautiful temples,Shrines and Bamboo forest and the day was very well organised.We had itinerary at the start of the tour and we knew exactly whats happening.Lot of walking so make sure you get your comfortable walking shoes.Lunch was superb and it was all set on the table when we arrived.We were a bit hesitant initially to book as some had mentioned about the tour felt a bit rushed but overall pace was fine even with the buggy!
Overall its a must one if you have less time in Kyoto and want to visit the highlights of Kyoto in a day and I would definitely recommend this tour!

Perfect way to see the best of TOKYO in one day. The Odaiba cruise and inclusive lunch was a plus.

Upon arrival at Yakushima Airport, the staff came to the airport for a meeting and provided guidance on what to prepare and the pickup location for the day. Since it was the middle of a three-day weekend, there were many participants in the tour. The large bus was almost full. We were divided into groups of about eight, with one guide assigned to each group. It was a fulfilling trekking experience with explanations of various highlights and appropriate breaks. The instant miso soup we had for lunch was very delicious.

屋久島空港到着時に、スタッフの方が打ち合わせに空港まで来てくれて、準備する物や当日のピックアップ場所などの案内をして下さいました。
三連休の中日だったため、ツアー参加者は大勢。大型バスがほぼ満席になっていました。８人づつ程のグループに分かれ、ガイドさんが一人づつ付いて下さいました。いろいろ見どころの説明をしながら、適度な休憩もとりながら、充実したトレッキングとなりました。昼食時にいただいた、インスタント味噌汁はとてもおいしかったです。

On the day after Tokyo's massive typhoon and large earthquake, Ken Takahashi met us at the Yokohama port to provide the day tour in Tokyo we had reserved, originally planned the day earlier. Ken took us to all the places we wanted to see, with a few of them off the regular tourist path, with Tuck, our driver. We were so pleased to see the usual places tourists want to see, as well as take us to a bamboo forest. My wife also wanted to find an artisanal fan, and Ken found an excellent shop with wide choices with a 5th generation owner, and he helped her purchase one with a stand. Ken also took us to a tea ceremony, and then a tempura lunch, the best tempura we've ever eaten. He has an excellent knowledge of history and of the city, and with his experience, and our interests, he curated an active and meaningful 8-hour day. After the day, he created an edited video of our day (taken with his Go-Pro camera) and promptly sent it to us along with a journal of the day. One of the things we found most thoughtful was the coordination of Tuck's dropping us off close to the places we wanted to see, and then magically Tuck picked us up at a very close location, to maximize our valuable time that day. Wonderful day with Ken, and proactive communication with Veltra (Taiji) when we all realized that the typhoon was going to hit Tokyo on exactly the day we had planned our tour. We were so grateful that our tour could be pushed back one day.

Amazing tour with an absolutely wonderful tour guide. She was so polite and attentive, Hiromi was the best! I have been to Kyoto many times before and this was the easiest and best way to see the historical sites in Kyoto. Highly recommend for anyone on a short visit to Kyoto.

The day I signed up was unfortunately cloudy, and the event was canceled, but they rescheduled for the next day, and we were lucky to have clear skies (it was said to be the first clear day in two weeks). I was moved to see the Milky Way and a sky full of stars! We were already excited as a family before taking the photos, thinking that those pictures weren't edited but real. However, since I was only focused on taking the pictures, I hadn’t thought about poses at all, but they suggested poses, and we were able to take great photos! ☺️

Everyone else was quite young, so I was a bit worried about whether my mother, who is turning 60, would be okay, but there were no issues, and the shoot went smoothly! After it was over, they kindly shared recommendations for places to visit in Miyako Island.

As a note, I think it would be good to ask about when to expect contact in case of cloudy weather and about parking at the shooting location, which is quite dark, especially for those driving (it might be mentioned somewhere, but I couldn't find it).

Taking photos against such a beautiful starry sky is challenging for amateurs. Since this was a trip to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, I hoped it would become a lifelong memory, and my mother was very happy as well. I recommend this experience to people of all ages!

申し込んだ日はあいにくの曇りで中止だったのですが、次の日に変更してくださり無事に晴れ（2週間ぶりの晴れだったそうです）天の川と満天の星空が見れたことに感動！あの写真は合成でなく本当だったんだ…と撮る前から家族で感動していました。しかし、撮るということだけしか考えていなかったので全くポーズなど考えていなかったのですが、ポーズを提案してくださり無事に撮ることができました☺️
私達以外は若い方達だったので、還暦の母でも大丈夫かな…と思っていたのですが全く問題なくスムーズに撮影できました！
終わった後も宮古島のオススメの場所を教えてくださったりと終始親切な対応でした
注意事項としましては、曇りの場合何時頃に連絡があるのか、撮影場所は真っ暗なので車で行かれる方は駐車場はどうなのかをお聞きした方がいいと思います（どこかに書かれているかもしれませんが私は見つけられませんでした）
こんな綺麗な星空をバックに写真を撮るというのは素人には難しいものです。母の還暦祝いの旅行ということもあり、一生の思い出になることを…と思い申し込んだのですが、母も大変喜んでくれました。どの世代の方にもオススメします！

We had such an awesome time with this Mt. Fuji tour. The activities are well-organized, we enjoyed walking around the villages, taking photos with Ninja and beautiful Mt. Fuji almost every where we went to. The lunch was super delicious and since it was a buffet so our 4 kids enjoyed all their favorite food. Ami is such a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, we loved the way she taught us how to make a small origami and I like her poems too. The price of the tour is higher than others but it is worth the money.

The tour to mount Fuji overall was great. Tour guide is very nice, scenery was beautiful and so much fresh air comparing to city. The sky was abit foggy but it cleared up near afternoon. The ropeway is very crowded, didnt get a good view but Kawaguchi lake cruise was relaxing and fun. Would love to go on more of these.

I went on the tour with my sister two days after the October typhoon. Due to a landslide caused by the typhoon, we had to take a detour, which resulted in additional travel time. Unfortunately, we were not able to travel up to the 5th station due to the change in schedule/timing. We were also not able to see Fuji-san due to the cloudy weather. But we understand that this is beyond the tour company's control. On the flip side, the tour guides were extremely friendly and tried to make up for cancelling the 5th station trip by providing some snacks, which were quite thoughtful. Overall, I like how the tour guides were organized and upfront about the change in schedule. They also incorporated some humour when interacting with us, which made us feel welcomed. The ice cream at the end of the tour was a nice touch to complete the experience (we recommend having the peach flavour!). I can imagine that the itinerary would be perfect if the weather was accommodating. We will definitely come back again, perhaps during spring time when Mt. Fuji is more visible.

It was a great tour! It was the best way to get the highlights of Kyoto. It’s very historic place with lots to see. This tour was a great experience, the tour guide was wonderful. The entire day was spent efficiently traveling from one location to another and see what each had to offer. The tour guide took us to some very nice spots in the temples and shrines where We got nice pictures. The street food venders near the shrine were delicious. There’s a lot of little stores along the way going to the temples and you can buy little souvenirs. You have free time to walk around the temples and just had to be back by a certain time so we could move on to the next activity. We got the tour that included a lunch, the food was great! You also have the option of picking vegetarian food. Overall, the experience was great and we never felt like we were confused as where to meet next. if you take this tour you will see some truly beautiful sights and views. There is on temple where I couldn’t take pictures but that was probably my favorite beside the golden pavilion. The bamboo forest was also very beautiful. Make sure you take very comfortable shoes, it’s a lot of walking and take lots of pictures! Can get somewhat crowded at different locations but still a very nice experience! Definitely would do this tour again!

I disembarked at Ishigaki Island from the cruise ship and switched to this tour by Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism, which was a great decision. It was a full course tour of Taketomi Island with multiple activities, and everything was well coordinated, allowing us to enjoy the tour without any unnecessary waiting time according to the schedule. The counter inside the remote island terminal was also kind and attentive. I want to enjoy this company's tour again next time!

クルーズ船で石垣島に上陸したが、船のエスカッションから石垣島ドリーム観光社のこのツアーに乗り換えたが、大正解だった。アクティヴィティが複数ある竹富島フルコースだったが、各所キチッと連携が取れていてSCHEDULE通り余分な待ち時間も無くツアーを楽しめた。離島ターミナル内のカウンターも親切丁寧です。次回もこの会社のツアーを楽しみたい！

Brought mom on this tour today! It was her first time in Tokyo, and I was quite worried how the tour would turn out given the weather forecast (rain!) and the reported closures of certain attractions caused by the recent typhoon. As it turned out, our worries were unfounded! While it was indeed raining as we were boarding the bus this morning, the weather started to clear as we head closer to Mt Fuji. The tour agency also made very good arrangements for us to have a great time. Coupled with the enthusiastic tour guide Jane, I would say our whole bus-load of people truly had an unforgettable day out! And guess what we found at Mt.Fuji? None other than Mt.Fuji!! I know this may not make sense, but you'd be surprised how many people went to Mt Fuji without seeing it...mainly due to weather issues. Well, we thought we wouldn't be able to catch it, but we did...snow-capped no less!

Really appreciate the quality of the tour, the seamless arrangements from one destination to another, and the professionalism show by the tour guide, and our bus driver. Couldn't have asked for more. Thumbs up!

We really enjoyed this sightseeing tour. You get to see the best spots in Kyoto in only one day. However, some spots (such as Arashiyama) require more time to explore. Our guide Jorge was really good, he speaks English fluently and provided just the right kind of information and details. The one thing I did not like was the lunch, so if you are a picky eater, there are other lunch options in Arashiyama.

You can go around the island. The Yakushima monkeys were very cute. The guide was also very enjoyable. I thought it might be good to use a rental car, but I'm glad I participated in the tour.

At Sefa Utaki, I was delighted to see rare spiders (which are said to resemble shisa) and butterflies. I also felt a surge of energy. Previously, when I visited Okinawa World, I learned about the Gangala Valley and wanted to go there, so I joined a tour this time. I thought it might be difficult to walk, but the paths were paved, making it easy and comfortable. It was also a meaningful opportunity to reflect on ancient Japanese people, such as the artifacts from the Minatogawa people.

斎場御嶽では、珍しいクモ（シーサーに似ているとのこと）や蝶も見かける事が出来、嬉しい気持ちになりました。パワーももらいました。以前、おきなわワールドに行った際に、ガンガラーの谷があるのを知り、行ってみたくて、今回、ツアーに参加しました。歩きにくいかと思っていましたが、舗装がされており、歩きやすく、快適でした。港川人の遺跡など、古代日本人に関しても、考える機会になり、とても有意義でした。

I highly recommend participating in this when you visit Taketomi Island! Riding a water buffalo to tour the streets lined with red-tiled roofs and white sand, typical of Okinawa, is the best experience. The guide had a shamisen and sang for us, which was another great highlight! The tour lasts about 30 minutes, so I think you can spend the remaining time exploring the beach or cycling around the island!

竹富島に訪れたら1度は参加オススメします！赤瓦のいえ、白い砂が一面に広がる沖縄らしい街並みを水牛に乗って観光するのは最高です。
ガイドさんが三味線を持っており、歌ってくれました。それも加えてよかったポイントですね！
30分ほどでツアーは終わるので、余った時間は、砂浜や自転車で島観光してもいいと思います！

I received a message to gather in front of Makishi Station at 7:40, so I started waiting around 7:25. At around 7:30, I received a confirmation call and informed them that I was waiting in front of Makishi Station. When it was past 7:40 and they still hadn't arrived, I started to worry. Then, around 8:00, I received another call saying they were now waiting in front of the Prefectural Office and would come to pick me up. After a while, I got another call asking me to come to the Prefectural Office instead of them picking me up.

I was following the instructions and waiting at Makishi Station, so I wondered why I had to go to the Prefectural Office now. However, considering there were other participants waiting, I headed to the Prefectural Office. I felt very sorry for causing a lot of trouble to the other participants despite waiting as instructed. The bus guide apologized for the lack of communication, but since the guide wasn't responsible, I couldn't say much. In the end, the company running the tour provided no explanation or apology, making it a day that left me feeling quite unsettled.

7：40牧志駅前集合という連絡を受けていたので7：25ぐらいから待っていた。
7：30頃確認の電話があり牧志駅まえで待っていること伝える。
7：40に過ぎても来ないので心配していると8時前頃に再度電話がありいま県庁前で待っているこれから迎えに行くとの連絡あり。またしばらくすると電話ありこちらが迎えに行くのではなく県庁前まで来てくださいと言われた。
こちらは指示どうり牧志駅で待っているのにまぜ私が県庁前まで今から行かなければならないのかと思ったが他の参加者おり待っていることだろうと県庁前まで向かった。
私は連絡してもらった指示どうりに待っていたのにそれにより同じツアー参加者に大変迷惑をかけ申し訳ない気持ちがいっぱいであった。
バスのガイドからは連絡の不徹底で申し訳ないとのお詫びをもらったがガイドに責任があるわけでもないのでなんとも言えなかった。
ツアーを運営している会社からは結局何の説明、お詫びもなく1日中気分のすぐれない日であった。
