The service from both the sightseeing taxi and the accommodation was wonderful. It was not as pushy as the hospitality in Kyoto, but rather had a subtle thoughtfulness that was lovely.

All the shrines and temples were fascinating and wonderful. Next time, I would like to stay for about three nights. It was a city I didn't want to leave.

観光タクシーの方も宿の方の対応も素敵でした。京都の接客のように押せ押せではなくてさりげない心遣いも素敵です。

神社仏閣はすべてが興味深い素晴らしいものでした。今度は3泊くらいで来たいです。

It was great; I went early in the morning and stayed until around noon. Coincidentally, the guide had the same name as me (though the kanji was different).

Kouri Island is beautiful. There were a few waves, but I enjoyed exploring the Churaumi Aquarium until just before closing time. It was great. At Manza Beach, it usually seems to be crowded, but it was surprisingly less busy this time, so I was able to see it quickly.

古宇利島は、キレイ　少し波はあったけど　美ら海水館は、時間ギリギリまで、開園の中を見ました、良かったです。万座毛は、いつもは、たくさん人がいるみたいで、珍しく人が少なかったので、早く見れました。　

I was able to see a coconut crab up close for the first time. The weather was nice, and I was able to see many stars as well. The staff were friendly, and it was an enjoyable tour.

ヤシガニを初めて近くで見ることができました。天気もよく、たくさんの星も観ることができました。スタッフの方も親切で楽しいツアーでした。

I was blessed with great weather and a wonderful team, allowing me to enjoy a challenging 10-hour trek. The veteran guide skillfully managed the pace and timing, so there were no delays from queues at photo spots or waiting for restrooms, which allowed us to take our time at Wilson's stump and Jomon Sugi. On the return trip along the trolley path, I also encountered Yakushima monkeys and Yakushima deer, creating wonderful memories. The recommended sightseeing spots introduced by the guide for the following day were also excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the great nature of Yakushima for the second time in two years.

天候にもチームにも恵まれ、10時間のハードなトレッキングを楽しめました。ベテランガイドさんがペース配分や時間をうまく誘導して下さり、写真スポットでの行列やトイレ待ちなどのロスもなく、おかげでウィルソン株や縄文杉ではゆっくりすることができました。帰りのトロッコ道で屋久猿・屋久鹿にも出会え、すばらしい思い出になりました。ガイドさんに紹介していただいた翌日のおすすめ観光スポットもとても良く、二年ぶり二回目の屋久島の大自然を堪能しました

My first trekking experience, wrapped in fluffy velvet and surrounded by Yakusugi, was incredibly healing and mesmerizing from start to finish! When I mentioned to the guide that I’m a self-proclaimed moss lover, we stopped in front of various mosses, and he shared fascinating stories that got me excited. The miso soup the guide made was deeply comforting and truly delicious. I had inquired about the transportation via email beforehand, and they responded with such kindness and thoroughness that I was genuinely grateful! Thanks to them, I was able to take home memories that feel like treasures. Thank you very much!

モフモフのベルベットにくるまれた屋久杉を愛でながらの初トレッキングは、終始癒され見惚れっぱなし！自称苔好きとガイドさんに話したら、様々な苔の前で足を止め興味深い話をして下さってワクワクしました。ガイドさんがいれてくれたみそ汁が、心身共に沁みてしみじみ美味しかったです。送迎の件で事前にメールで問い合わせしたところ、こちらが頭が下がるほど非常に親切丁寧に対応して下さって本当に有難かったです！おかげさまで宝物のような思い出を持ち帰れました。ありがとうございました！

The scheduled date I had reserved coincided with the aftermath of Typhoon No. 17 (2019), and due to damage to the Dolphin Pier and the safety barriers on the observation path caused by the typhoon, we had to change to a sightseeing cruise instead. Unfortunately, my long-awaited landing did not happen, but we took a route that is usually not covered, allowing us to slowly circle around the island and closely observe its exterior. It seemed like we were able to view it from angles that are not typically seen, and I think this turned out to be a good experience in its own right.

Fortunately, we were blessed with wonderful weather after the storm, the air was clear, and the sea was a stunning deep blue. Currently, there is no set date for when conditions will be restored for landing, but I hope to make a comeback and achieve that landing someday. If you're going for the first time, I highly recommend the optional Gunkanjima Digital Museum. You can virtually land using VR and explore the interiors of buildings that you can't visit in real life. I absolutely recommend it.

予約していた日程が、台風17号（2019年）の通貨直後となってしまい、台風によるドルフィン桟橋と見学通路の落下防止柵が損壊し危険とのことで、急遽周遊クルーズに変更しての催行となってしまいました。
残念ながら念願の上陸はかないませんでしたが、普段は回らないというルートをとってゆっくりと島の周囲を回ってくれて、島の外観をじっくりと観察することができました。普段は見られない角度からの見学となったようで、これはこれでいい体験ができたと思います。
幸い嵐の後の素晴らしいお天気に恵まれ、空気も澄んでおり海の色も素晴らしい真っ青でした。
今のところ、上陸できる状態に復旧する時期は未定とのことですが、いつかまたリベンジして上陸を果たしたいと思います。(^^♪
もし、初めて行くなら、オプショナルの軍艦島デジタルミュージアムはお勧めです。VRで仮想上陸して、リアルでは行かれない建物の内部まで巡ってみることができます。絶対おすすめです。

The guide provided various explanations to keep us entertained both on the way to the island and during our return. It was enjoyable. Hashima Island was an impressive sight, just as I imagined, and I think it's definitely worth seeing at least once. The boat was also clean, and I'm glad I participated in this tour.

乗船して島に着くまでも、帰るときも退屈しないように色々ガイドさんが説明してくださいます。楽しかったです。軍艦島はイメージ通り圧巻の光景で一度は見ておいて正解だと思います。船も綺麗でこのツアーに参加してよかったです。

A very well organised day trip to Mount Fuji, including lunch, lake cruise and cable car ride.
Fantastic experience, although we only had a brief view of Fuji San (you can't control the weather!!).
Lovely light lunch at a "French Themed" restaurant in the theme park at the base of Fuji.
20 minute lake cruise and a cable car ride, with cracking views of Mount Fuji (if weather plays ball!!), expertly guided by Hiro!!
Thoroughly recommend this trip.

I had a very, very enjoyable day! The meeting time wasn't too early, and the meeting place was easy to find near Sapporo Station. Plus, since it was by bus, we could listen to explanations while traveling.

We visited the Rokkatei souvenir shop, had cheese fondue and hamburgers for lunch, went to Farm Tomita, saw the roller coaster from the bus window, visited Shikisai no Oka, the Blue Pond, saw the patchwork hills from the bus window, and then returned to the city.

Both the driver and the guide were kind. We were able to efficiently visit many places, take lots of photos, and I ended up sleeping soundly on the way back, enjoying the sightseeing.

I visited in early October, but I would like to use this tour again in the middle of summer. Thank you very much!

集合時間も早くなく、待ち合わせ場所も札幌駅近くと分かりやすいです。
そして、ﾊﾞｽなので解説を聞きながら移動が出来ます。
六花亭のお土産屋さん→ﾁｰｽﾞﾌｫﾝﾃﾞｨｭとﾊﾝﾊﾞｰｸﾞのﾗﾝﾁ→ﾌｧｰﾑ富田→（車窓からｼﾞｪｯﾄｺｰｽﾀｰの道）→四季彩の丘→青い池→（車窓からﾊﾟｯﾁﾜｰｸの丘）→市街地へ戻り
運転手さん、ｶﾞｲﾄﾞさん共に優しいかたでした(^^)
効率良く回れ、写真もたくさん撮れ、帰りは爆睡して観光を楽しめました。
訪れたのが10月初旬でしたが、次は真夏にまたこのﾂｱｰを利用したいと思いました、

Overall we had a beautiful day with excellent weather that made it possible for us to see Fuji.
I gave this tour only 3 stars because:
1. When I book the tour, they advertised false picture of the Pagoda and Fuji in the background view, and added details about this stopping point that made me think I will get there and that was the main reason I booked this tour. In reality, the point was just another shrine, not something special with almost no view of Fuji to take pictures of.
2. The tour was suppose to end 18:30-19:30 according to the itinerary, in reality, we ended at 15:00 and it felt like we were rushing to get to the next stop, and came back to Tokyo at 17:30. So 1 hour less in the Fuji area...
This is not what I was paid for. When I wrote Veltra about their false advertisment, they just told me they took off the wrong pictures, but gave no compensation at all.
Also- our guide was from Japanican- so I wonder why even bother ordering from Veltra if it cost a bit less ordering from Japanican if we got their guided tour anyway?
My suggestion, if you really want to see the entire Fuji mountain- take a different tour in the lakes area, because we only saw half of it every stop. And each stop was super crowded.

The overall impression of the experience was great and everything was on time.
We're a couple and liked the most about the mountain and scenery nearby. However, it depends on the weather as well. We're a bit unfortunate because we could not see the top of the mountain as it was cloudy (indeed, we could not predict the weather accurately, because we booked earlier based on forecast and it supposed to be sunny). But, we had enough time to walk and explore at the 5th station. The staffs were all great and friendly: from the lady who welcomed us, the guide who speaks both japanese and english, and of course the driver. We expected to have a light lunch provided, but the trip included a proper course lunch which was great and delicious. Also, they have options for special dietry and you must make sure to let them know. We can advice future participants to book in advanced as the tour can easily get fully book, please state clearly if you have any special dietry for lunch, and enjoy your trips! Overall, it's highly recommended especially for those travelling with kids, couple, and old people. All the seighseeing, lunch, cruise, cable car, and return transport are included.

I used this service before heading to the airport on my return home. It's a great tour that allows for sightseeing and drops you off at the airport. The guide played the sanshin and sang on the bus. It's a very good tour.

観光もできて空港で下車できていうことないツアーです。バスの中でガイドさんが三線を弾いて歌ってくれました。とてもよいツアーです。

The cost performance was excellent. I was able to enjoy both the lake and the mountains at this price. The view is beautiful and very soothing. The lunch was also quite delicious.

I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't enter Saijo-otake due to the impact of the typhoon after arriving. It might be unavoidable, but they did adjust the tour time for Saijo-otake flexibly. At the Gangala Valley, the guide provided thorough explanations, which was very good. During the transfer, the bus guide also shared various information about Okinawa, which I enjoyed.

斎場御嶽に着いてから台風の影響で入れないことが分かり残念でした。仕方ないことかもしれませんが。ただ、斎場御嶽のツアー時間を短くするなど臨機応変に対応はして下さいました。
ガンガラーの谷ではガイドさんが丁寧に説明して下さり、とても良かったです。
移動の最中はバスガイドさんが色々沖縄のことについて説明してくれたためそれも楽しめました。

I had a great time participating in a beautiful and safe cruise from start to finish. The guide's explanations were thorough and easy to understand, and I was satisfied to gain knowledge that I wouldn't have been able to acquire on my own.

綺麗で安全なクルーズで終始楽しく参加できました。ガイドの方の説明が丁寧でわかりやすく、個人の参加ではかなわない知識の涵養も得られたことに満足しています。

I was looking for snorkeling in Barasu Island and chose this tour because it had very high reviews. The weather on the day was a bit iffy, but the underwater scenery was beautiful, and I saw a lot of fish. I have participated in other snorkeling tours before, but this one was different as we didn't disperse at the points; instead, we searched for fish together, and the guide provided proper assistance, which made me feel safe while swimming.

Additionally, I actually didn't have high expectations for the SUP experience in the mangroves of Iriomote Island, but it turned out to be very enjoyable. It was my first time, but they taught me carefully, so I felt secure doing it. I also got to take many beautiful photos, which made me very satisfied.

This is a fulfilling plan that allows you to enjoy two types of activities in one day, so I highly recommend it.

バラス島でシュノーケリングがしたく探していたら、こちらのツアーの口コミ評価がとても高かったので、選ばせていただきました。
当日は天気が微妙でしたが、海の中はとても綺麗でたくさんのお魚が観れました。
今まで何度か他のシュノーケリングのツアーに参加しましたが、ポイントで自由解散ではなく、一緒に魚を探したりきちんとガイドしてくださったので安心して泳げました。
そして実はあまり期待していなかった西表島マングローブのSUP体験がとても楽しかったです。初めてでしたが丁寧に教えてもらえるのでこちらも安心してできました。綺麗な写真もたくさん撮っていただけて大満足です。
1日で2種類のアクティビティが楽しめる充実プランなので本当におススメです。

I wanted to see the starry sky of Miyako Island from the best spot and capture it in photos, so I signed up for the tour.

On the day of the reservation, it was pouring rain, and I was disappointed when it got canceled. However, the next day, they smoothly rescheduled it, and I was able to participate without any issues.

The starry sky I actually saw was a view I will never forget for the rest of my life. Additionally, the photos turned out really beautifully. Among the various tours I researched, I chose this one because I thought the photo quality was high, and it lived up to my expectations. It's a precious treasure.

The meeting place was in a completely dark area without streetlights, and I got lost. Fortunately, the person in charge happened to call out to me while I was wandering, which I really appreciated. I would definitely like to participate again.

宮古島の星空をベストな場所で観たかったのと写真に残したかったので申し込みました。

申込み当日は大雨で中止になりがっかりしていたところ、次の日はスムーズに振替えていただき無事に参加できました。

実際に観た星空は今後一生忘れることのできない景色でした。
また、写真も本当に素敵に撮っていただきました。様々なツアーを調べた中で写真のクオリティが高いと思ったので選んだのですが、思った通りでした。大切な宝物です。

集合場所が街灯のない真っ暗な所で道に迷ってしまったのですが、迷っていた所担当の方が偶然にも声を掛けて下さりありがたかったです。
ぜひまた参加させていただきます。

This trip was in general very good. It was easy to find the meeting spot and the person who was standing there waiting was very helpful and made sure that everyone got on the bus etc. The bus was very comfortable and when arriving at the fifth plateau it was unfortunately cloudy. However the bus driver stopped at a second stop that was not in the plan and there we were able to see the top. Very appreciated! The lake cruise and the ropeway ride was okay, would probably be more fun if it was sunny. The time at this stop was too long as well. In the end, everyone was standing around and waiting for the bus to go back to Tokyo so maybe reduce the time there during the off season. But in general, a very good 1-day trip that I would recommend.

My husband and I did this great tour together. It was filled with fantastic views and sceneries. The boat cruise was amazing and Mount Fuji is stunning. It's 100% recommended to do this tour if you want to experience Mount Fuji from different points of views. It might get cold out there, so we recommend you bring a sweater. The tour leader was a sweetheart and the Veltra team did a great job organising every part of the trip. We highly recommend this tour.

In the morning, I thoroughly enjoyed nature in the mangroves! The guide shared various stories, allowing us to savor a leisurely time. In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Baras Island! I even encountered sea turtles, making it a truly satisfying day! I would love to use this service again when I come back!

First, we paddled through the jungle on stand-up paddleboards (SUP). It was my first experience, but anyone can easily ride! We arrived at the waterfall basin and took photos! They took so many pictures for us, so I felt at ease without bringing anything.

For lunch, we each had loco moco and taco rice at a nearby café! The café had a great atmosphere, and the food was very delicious.

After a short break, we went snorkeling in the afternoon! I was thrilled by the blue sky and the pure white coral island.

I thoroughly enjoyed the nature of Iriomote Island, and it was a very satisfying day!

初体験でしたが、誰でも簡単に乗れました！
滝つぼに到着し、写真撮影！沢山お写真を撮って下さるので、何も持参せず安心でした。

お昼は各自近くのカフェでロコモコやタコライスを食べました！
カフェは雰囲気もよく、お食事もとても美味しかったです。

少し休憩した後、午後はシュノーケリング！
青いお空と真っ白なサンゴの島に感激でした。

西表島の自然を満喫でき、大満足の1日でした！

Since it was on a Sunday, many people participated. I made a reservation about a week in advance, but my first choice of date was not available. I think it's a very popular tour. There were not only Japanese participants but also many tourists from Europe and America.

The guide was very friendly and engaged with the participants, which made me feel very comfortable joining. They shared stories about life on the island with such vividness that it felt like I was time-traveling back to that era. The temperature on the island was quite high, but drinks were not available for purchase. I recommend bringing your own or buying them on the boat and staying hydrated regularly.

日曜日の参加だけあって、多くの方が参加されました。予定の1週間ほど前の予約でしたが、第一希望の日時は、通りませんでした。
それだけ人気のツアーだと思います。
日本人だけでなく、欧米の観光客も沢山いました。

ガイドさんは、とてもフレンドリーに参加者に声をかけて下さり、とても安心して参加できました。
当時の島の生活ぶりも臨場感たっぷりにお話して下さり、その当時にタイムスリップしたかのようでした。
島内では、大変気温が高かかったのですが、飲み物は販売されていません。持参か、船の中で買って、小まめに水分補給されることをおすすめします。

The overall experience was outstanding. Both the tour leader and bus driver were very friendly and offer assistant in any way they can. At every stop the tour leader explained very carefully what to do and when we need to get back to the bus. The 5th Station was cloudy and we did not get the chance to see Mt. Fuji. Same for Lake Kawaguchi. However after riding the ropeway to the top of the mountain and wait for a while, we could finally see the peak of Mt. Fuji. Such an amazing experience. The best part of the tour is the western-style lunch at a very cozy restaurant, and the $3 coupon. We did not use the coupon to buy ice cream but to buy souvenir because there are many selections.

The entire process of booking the trip, partaking in the day’s activities, and returning back to Tokyo was all seamless. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear views of Mt. Fuji, which was a huge bonus. Lunch was great. If you are a big eater, I would recommend bringing or buying a snack for the ride home in the evening. Overall, very satisfied!

Had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide communicated clearly and effectively with the guests. He made sure everyone knew when and where to come back at and willingly answered everyones questions. The weather was perfect!! We saw Mt. Fuji in all its beauty. Lunch was pretty good with a fun spot at FujiQ theme park. Lots of photo opportunities! The boat ride was great, you get to see mt. Fuji without interruptions. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend a day seeing the famous mountain

I was satisfied with the bus tour I booked this time. The tour guide was cheerful, and the bus driver was kind. I think it was great that we were able to visit many sightseeing spots, but I wish we had a bit more time. It felt like there wasn't much time to buy souvenirs leisurely. However, overall, compared to traveling alone using public transportation, it was stress-free, and I would like to use this service again next time.

観光名所をたくさん訪れる事が出来て良かったとは思いますが、時間にもう少し余裕があれば良かったと思います。お土産などをゆっくり買う時間はあまりなかった感じです。
でも、全体的には、個人で公共の交通機関を利用してまわることを考えたらストレスがなくて、次回も利用したいと思いました。
