On the day of the tour, it rained heavily, to the point where our guide mentioned, "There might be a heavy rain warning." I was a bit worried as I didn't have much confidence in my stamina, but the guide was very considerate, managing our pace, taking breaks as needed, and even providing us with snacks! Thanks to that, we were able to see the Jomon Sugi safely. It's said to be between 2,000 and 7,000 years old, and it truly was a profound experience.

当日は、ガイドさんが「（大雨）警報がでているかもしれませんね。」
というほどの雨が降りました。
体力にはあまり自信がなく心配でしたが、ガイドさんが私たちのために気を遣ってペース配分、適宜の休憩、なんとおやつまで！いただいたので無事に縄文杉を見ることができました。
樹齢2000年～7000年とのことですが、やはり感慨深いものがありました。

I actually wanted to go to Kangaloo Valley, but since it was fully booked, I decided to go to Okinawa World this time. I would also like tickets to be distributed in advance for Okinawa World, as well as for Sefa Utaki. It would be nice if the time was a bit longer.

本当は、カンガラー谷に行きたかったのですが、予約がいっぱいとのことで今回は諦めて沖縄ワールドのほうにしました。
沖縄ワールドもですが、斎場御こくも事前にチケットを配布してほしいです。
もう少し時間長めだと嬉しいかも。

It seems both Veltra and JTB Sunrise Tours think its acceptable to sell a tour called "Mount Fuji Tour" when they know 100% in advance that you will not see Mount Fuji

1 hour into the drive - OH! sorry Station 5 is closed due to an avalanche we can only go to station 1 today, you wont see Mt Fuji

When we get to station 1 we ask the roadblock security when was the avalanche - 2 days BEFORE!!! so for 3 days they have been selling tours knowing its closed also knowing it will be several days before the avalanche is cleared

So JTB Knew Mt Fuji will not be seen before they sold the tour to myself and busses full of people who booked in the last 3 days, Veltra say they were not informed by JTB and JTB when asked say they only call for an update at 9am AFTER the bus leaves so you have no option to get off and do something else - convenient timing for them and too late for you, but they all knew 2 days in advance, yet no one takes ownership at either company blaming each other - neither company loose out only the customers

Had I known I would not see anything and be on a bus for several hours at the checkin at Niko Hotel JTB Desk I would have cancelled and got 50% refund and booked another tour for the day and done something more productive with my time

Feel quite cheated as did most of the other people on the same bus

JTB/Veltra snake policy is set so you basically can be sold ANY tour and they have a way to not refund you

The tour conductor seemed to lack experience, as there was a deficiency in explanations and attentiveness. Additionally, since the seats were unreserved, it was very disappointing that those who boarded later could not find good seats and ended up sitting separately.

ツアーコンダクターの方が経験不足なのか、説明や丁寧さに欠けておりました。また座席が自由席な分、途中から乗る場合は良い席が取れず、みんなバラバラに座ることになったことも非常に残念でした。

I participated with an American acquaintance who came to Japan for the first time. It was very crowded, but thanks to that, we were able to see everything efficiently, and my acquaintance was very happy. Thank you very much.

I saw beautiful coral! It was the most beautiful I've ever seen. I was also satisfied to see a sea turtle. The staff were all great! ^_^

綺麗なサンゴが見れました！今まで見た中で一番綺麗でした。またウミガメも見れて満足です。よいスタッフの方ばかりでした^_^

I had a great time.
I participated on May 1st, the first day of the Reiwa era.
The tour guide and the driver were very nice, and even though it rained and we got caught in traffic, I didn't feel any of the difficulties and spent a fulfilling time.
On the way to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we were almost late for the last dolphin show due to traffic, but thanks to the quick thinking of the two of them, we were able to see it safely.
They provided water, candy, and snacks at good points, which lifted my spirits and made me feel relaxed.

でしたが、楽しめました。
令和初日の５月一日に参加しました。
添乗員さん運転手さんのお人柄が良く、雨が降ったり渋滞にも巻き込まれたのに、そんな大変さも感じらことなく充実した時間を過ごしました。
美ら海水族館までの道中は、渋滞で最後のイルカショーに間に合わないところでしたが、お二人の機転で、無事に観ることが出来ました。
お水や、あめ、お菓子など良いポイントで提供していただき、疲れも吹っ飛び心が和みました。
どうもありがとうございました。
トレッキングは、楽しかったのですが、激しく雨がふってきましたが、バスに乗る時に、大変でしたね、お疲れ様でしたと、必ず優しい声をかけていただきました。

The guide was fun and provided thorough explanations, allowing us to visit several points even in half a day, which made for a very fulfilling and satisfying experience. We encountered deer and monkeys on the Western Forest Road, and they were adorable.

ガイドさんが楽しい方で、説明もしっかりしてくれ、半日でもポイントを巡れるので、とても充実でき、満足でした。西部林道では、鹿や猿と遭遇ができ、キュートでした。

The mangrove cruise allowed for a relaxing experience while listening to explanations about the flora and fauna of Ishigaki Island. On Yubu Island, I rode a water buffalo cart and enjoyed listening to traditional sanshin music and songs, which gave me a sense of being in a foreign land. For lunch, we had a bento box featuring local dishes at a cafeteria-like place. Our stay on Yubu Island was an hour and a half, including the meal, so there wasn't time to visit a café, but it was just the right amount of time to take a look around. After that, we took a glass-bottom boat ride on Taketomi Island. The boat was quite rocky, and not many cute fish appeared, so perhaps another course would have been better. However, I did get to see a clownfish! During the bus tour on Taketomi Island, we listened to stories from the locals while getting off the bus for about ten minutes to visit the star sand beach and walked around the town for about fifteen minutes. I'm glad we were able to enjoy sightseeing without wasting any time throughout the day!

マングローブクルーズでは石垣島の動植物などの説明を聞きながらのゆったりとしたクルージングができました。由布島には水牛車に乗り、三線と歌を聴くことができ、異国感を味わえました。昼食は食堂のようなところで島ならではの料理のお弁当でした。由布島での滞在時間は食事を含め１時間半だったので、カフェなどによる時間はなかったですが、一周見て回るにはちょうど良い時間でした。そのあとは竹富島でガラスボートに乗りました。船の揺れが激しく、またあまり可愛い魚は現れなかったので、他のコースの方がよかったかもしれません。ですがカクレクマノミは見ることができました！竹富島のバス観光では地元の方のお話を聞きながらまわりバスから降りて１０分ほど星砂の海岸によったり１５分ほど街並みを歩いてみることができました。一日中無駄な時間をつくらず、観光できてよかったです！

Had to work around large crowds and traffic due to holiday. We still saw everything we wanted.

The young instructor seemed to be aware of my age and kindly offered his hand multiple times to snorkel together. It had been about 40 years since I held a young man's hand, and I felt shy, but it wasn't scary at all. Thank you very much.

年齢を把握しているのか、インストラクターの若いお兄さんが気を使ってくれて何度も手を差しのべて一緒にシュノーケリングしてくれました。若い男性の手を握ったのは40年ぶりくらいで、照れましたが、全く怖くなかった。ありがとうございました。

You taught us a lot, even though we were almost beginners. You shared information about plants, mountains, walking techniques, and how to use trekking poles, as well as about dangerous spots on the trail.

In the second half, I lost my stamina and tripped, but your first aid was spot on and really helped. Thank you so much.

It was a really fun tour. I want to challenge myself again and visit other places as well. The muscle pain the next day and the day after was intense, but it was a pleasant kind of pain.

The weather was great, too; it was perfect.

ほぼ初心者の自分たちに色々教えてくれました。植物のことや、山のこと、歩き方やストックの使い方など。足元の危険なところも。
後半体力持たず足がもつれて転倒してしまったけど、応急処置も的確で、助かりました。
本当にありがとうございます。
すごく楽しいツアーになりました。またチャレンジしたいし、ほかの場所にも行ってみたい。
翌日と翌々日の筋肉痛は半端なかったけど心地よい痛みでした。

天気も良く最高でした。

The trip was with my Adult daughter From start to finish our driver and the experience was delightful - getting picked up in the Toyota Century was simply classic old school and made us feel Presidential. Our driver had the right blend of very respectful Japanese manners coupled with a delightful and cheeky sarcasm ( which suited us because it was how we are ).

He walked with us through each of the venues to make sure the experience was far more in depth than simply driving us to each site. The genuineness of the experience was very special and I will definitely be bringing my wife to Kyoto so I can take her on the same journey.

It's absolutely worth it on so many levels.

The trip was generally good and was saved from an OK rating by actually seeing Mt Fuji from the bus and the first stop. After that we drove to the other side of the mountain where it was covered by cloud and we didn't see it again all day. (Cloudy weather can't be helped but guide said "we are driving to the other side as it is less crowded".) Everything ran on time but better explanation of how to manage Japanese lunch (our first such experience) would have been appreciated. Cruise on Lake Ashi was picturesque but boat was very crowded with standing room only for some guests.

In the morning, I went to Taiko Rock, then joined the Torokko Path to Jomon Sugi. If you only take the Jomon Sugi route, you'll walk the long Torokko Path back and forth in full, but this way you can skip a bit. However, since both are included, there isn't much time to spare, so those who focus on taking photos might find it boring. I think it's great for those who want to walk quietly and see various things and finish the mountain in one day! I'm satisfied!

朝に太鼓岩、そのあとトロッコ道に合流して縄文杉へ。
縄文杉ルートのみだと、長いトロッコ道を往復ともフルで歩きますが、こちらなら少し省けます。
ただ、どちらもいくので時間的に余裕はなく、写真重視の方はつまらないかもです。
黙々と歩いて色々見たい、
1日で山を終わらせたい人に良いと思います！

The day we had planned had poor weather, but I appreciated the flexible response in changing to another day. On the day of the shoot, the photographer taught us posing, which made it enjoyable. Additionally, during the waiting time, I received recommendations about the island, which were helpful for my island exploration the following day.

Above all, I was overwhelmed by the stunning starry night sky.

予定していた日は天候が優れなかったのですが、別日に変更していただくなど、柔軟な対応がありがたかったです。
当日の撮影は、カメラマンさんがポージングを教えてくれたので、楽しく行えました。
また、待ち時間に島のおすすめ情報なども教えていただき、翌日からの島巡りの参考になりました。

何よりも、夜空の満点の星空に圧倒されました。

It was a great memory to take photos at several spots recommended by the guide. The explanations were easy to understand, and I felt a sense of wonder. The walking tips were helpful, and I was able to mimic where to place my feet while walking behind the guide.
However, I believe the satisfaction of the tour can vary depending on personal preferences regarding the guide's character. My guide had 12 years of experience and was knowledgeable, but was rather straightforward and lacked humor. Another guide from the same company was friendly and created a lively atmosphere where participants could bond. I think this isn't just a matter of luck but rather reflects the diversity of personalities. Everyone has their own preferences for what kind of guide they like, but since it’s a matter of chance which guide you get, I think if you consider that risk when booking the tour, you won’t have regrets.

写真をガイドさん一押しスポットの何箇所かで撮っていただけたのがいい記念になりました。説明もわかりやすくて、ふーん！という気分になれました。歩き方も参考になり、ガイドさんの後ろを歩くときは足場をどこにおくか真似することができました。
ただ、ガイドさんのキャラの好みや合う合わないによってツアーの満足度は左右されると思います。私のガイドさんは歴12年で知識は豊富でしたが、どちらかというとあっさりしていて淡白で笑いがありませんでした。同じ会社のもう1人のガイドさんは人懐っこくて笑いが絶えず参加者同士も仲良くなれるような雰囲気でした。これは当たり外れではなくキャラが多様だということだと思います。どういう人がいいかは人それぞれですがどんなガイドさんに当たるかは運なので、そのリスクを踏まえてツアーを申し込むと後悔がないのではないでしょうか。

Some people might think that it’s meaningless not to hike to Jomon Sugi. However, even if you can't climb it, you can still enjoy it at your own pace. You can encounter the Yakushima Cedar and Chihiro Falls, meet Yakushima monkeys and deer, and stroll through the forest, making for a surprisingly wonderful island trip.

縄文杉を見る登山をしないと意味がないと思う人があるかもしれません。でも登れなくても年相応に充分楽しめます。紀元杉や千尋の滝、屋久ザルや屋久シカにも出会えたり、森林を散策したり、思いの外良い島旅ができました。

It was a wonderful tour. Even during the busy Golden Week, the guide provided careful attention to each detail.

Regarding Jomon Sugi, there were many things that first-time visitors to Yakushima might not understand, and the guide thoroughly explained the rules, manners, and history of Yakushima. They pointed out places that one might overlook when exploring alone. Given the distance, I think it would be difficult for those who are not very confident in their physical fitness, but since I brought someone over 70 years old, I was worried. However, they considered everyone's condition and ensured a smooth experience while guiding us effectively. It was definitely the right decision to sign up for the tour. Thank you for a truly meaningful time. Thank you very much, guide Minida. The herbal tea we had along the way was delicious and really refreshed me.

素晴らしいツアーでした。ゴールデンウイークの忙しい中、一つ一つ丁寧ににガイドしていただきました。
縄文杉については、初めて屋久島に来られた方にはわからないことも多く、屋久島でのルールやマナー、歴史など、色々丁寧に教えていただきました。個人だと素通りしてしまうようなところも教えていただきました。さすがに距離が距離だけに、体力に本当に自信がない方は難しいと思いますが、70以上の高齢を連れていったので、不安でしたが、みんなの状態を考えてくれて、スムーズに運び、うまく導いてくれます。やっぱりツアーに申し込んで正解でした。本当に有意義な時間ありがとうございました。ガイドの箕田さん、本当にありがとうございました。途中にいただいたハーブティは美味しく、疲れが吹き飛びました。

The weather was great, and it was the perfect day. I was worried about the long walking time and distance of the program, but thanks to the guide's accurate judgment, we were able to avoid crowds while taking breaks for restrooms and meals, making it very efficient.

天気も良くて、最高の日でした。歩行時間も距離も長いプログラムで心配でしたが、ガイドさんの的確な判断で混雑を回避しながらトイレや食事タイムを取ることができた非常に効率が良かったです。

Considering the admission fee and round-trip transportation costs, the price of 4,900 yen is reasonable. On the way there, the bus guide enthusiastically introduced us to Okinawan culture. We also stopped by Hanasaki Marche, Pineapple Park, and Okashi Goten, but those felt like extras. The stay at the Churaumi Aquarium is three hours, so it's impossible to see everything in the spacious facility, but we thoroughly enjoyed the main attractions like the dolphin show and whale sharks.

入館料と往復の交通費を考えれば、４９００円という価格は良心的です。
往路は、バスガイドさんが熱心に沖縄文化を案内してくださいました。
ハナサキマルシェ、パイナップルパーク、御菓子御殿にも立ち寄りましたが、オマケみたいなものでした。
美ら海水族館の滞在時間は３時間ですので、さすがに広い館内の全部は見きれませんが、イルカショーやジンベイザメなどのメインどころは十分に楽しめました。

Since it was my first time in Yakushima and I didn't know the highlights, I honestly felt that 8,000 yen was expensive, but I decided to book this tour. The group consisted of two couples and myself, making a total of five people. I enjoy photography, so I was hoping to hear about the highlights while taking lots of pictures. However, right from the start, the guide said, "Since there are two couples and you, please stay at the back and follow along. If you want to take pictures, go ahead, and if you want to move ahead, we'll wait for you!" I thought this guide was suspicious from the beginning, but I took my place at the very back of the line as the tour started. As expected, being at the back meant I couldn't hear the guide's explanations, and while I was taking pictures, I was left behind. Even when I caught up, there were no additional explanations given. To top it off, while we were still on our way, the guide casually said, "You probably don't want to take pictures, so I'll leave your stuff that you left in the car at the entrance, and you can just take the bus back!" I was truly at a loss for words. I love traveling and visit various places, but I don't think I've ever encountered such a irresponsible and careless guide (T-san). At the very least, if they had offered to reduce the tour price to half or one-third after the cash payment, I could have understood, but the tour fee was already paid by credit card. To be treated like a nuisance and told to leave before even halfway through the tour was shocking.

After that, I was made to walk at the very back again, and even when I was delayed, there was no concern from the guide. At a restroom stop, even though I intended to go, I was told, "You're slow, so just go ahead without using the restroom." When I arrived at the break point with the other couples, I was greeted with, "Oh? You made it, huh?" I really wondered what this guide thought of themselves. The scenery was incredibly beautiful, which made T-san's attitude even more disappointing. Since I can only give a rating of one, personally, I would give it minus 100 points. They probably have a decent amount of guiding experience. As I was leaving, the guide said, "Please use us again!" and I was shocked at how they could say that. I will never use this company's tour again, but if they cut corners because I was a solo participant this time, I hope they treat every customer with care in the future, regardless of who they are, since everyone pays the same amount.

This was the only disappointing point of my trip. For those who love photography or are participating individually, not all guides are like this, but I strongly recommend going solo instead of joining a tour.

初めての屋久島だった事もあり、見所も分からないので、８０００円は正直高いなと感じながらもこちらのツアーを申し込みました。人数構成としては、カップル２組、私の計５名という形でした。私は写真撮影が好きなので、見所も聴きつつ、沢山写真が撮れればと考えていましたが、スタート早々、今回はカップル２組と私という構成なので、カップルの方を前で、私(〇〇さん)は後ろからのんびり付いてきて下さい。写真を撮りたければ撮って、先行っちゃうようでしたら待ってるんで！とのこと。開始早々、このガイドは怪しいなと思いながらも隊列の一番後ろについてツアー開始。案の定一番後ろなのでガイドの案内も聞こえず、写真を撮ってればどんどん置いていかれ、追い付いても追加の説明は何もされず、極め付けは、まだ行きの途中で〇〇さん(私)は写真撮りたんないだろうから、車の中に置いてきた荷物は入口に置いておくから帰りバスで帰れば！！と何食わぬ顔で言われました。これには流石に言葉を失いました。私も旅が好きなので、色々な場所に行きますが、これほど無責任で適当なガイド(Ｔさん)は他を探してもそうそう居ないと思いますし、初めて遭遇しました。せめて現金決済後払いで、ツアー代金を半額にします。１／３にしますならまだ話は分かりますが、ツアー代金はクレジット決済で入金済み。ツアー半分も来てないで、厄介者扱い、帰れは本当に衝撃でした。その後も隊列の一番後ろを歩かされ、遅れてもなんの心配もせず、また途中のトイレのポイントではトイレに行こうと思ってたにも関わらず、〇〇さんは遅いからトイレ行かずに先に言ってて下さいと言われる始末。休憩ポイントに他のカップルと一緒に着いた時には、あれ？〇〇さん来てたんですねと声を掛けられ、本当にこのガイドは何様なんだ？と感じました。景色などが凄く綺麗だっただけに、本当に今回のガイドのＴさん(下の名前)の態度は本当に残念なものでした。今回の評価が一からしか付けられないので一ですが、個人的には−１００点くらいです。おそらくガイド歴はそこそこ長いのでしょう。帰り際にまた使って下さい！と声を掛けられましたが、どの口が言えるのかとビックリしました。私がまたこの会社のツアーを使うことは二度とありませんが、今回は若者の一人参加相手で手を抜いた部分があったのだとしたら、次回からどんな相手にでも、同じお金を払ってるお客様として一人一人丁寧にガイドをしてもらいたいものです。
今回の旅で唯一残念に感じたポイントです。
カメラ好きな方や個人参加の方はガイドさん皆が皆こうではないですが、ツアーには参加せず単独で行くのを強くお勧めします。

We were able to enjoy various vegetation explanations and observations on the way to Jomon Sugi, taking over 5 hours just on the outbound journey! The return trip was in heavy rain, but it felt like an adventure through an untouched forest. The guides were very friendly, and the long day passed in no time.

縄文杉に着くまでに様々な植生を解説・観察でき、往路だけで5時間越えの道を楽しみながらたどり着くことができました！
また、帰りは豪雨の中でしたが、これぞ手付かずの森というような、アドベンチャー感溢れる道のりでした
ガイドの皆さんもとてもフランクに話してくださり、一日中の長い時間もあっという間に過ぎてしまいました。

As expected from a classic bus tour, it was very reliable. You can efficiently visit the main sightseeing points in one day. Although there was traffic during the holiday, you can either sleep during the ride or listen to the guide's explanations. You can also enjoy some alcohol along the way, and there’s no need to worry about parking. The guide shares information and highlights that only locals might know. It would be quite challenging to do the same thing on your own (including research), so I’m really glad I participated in the bus tour. For those who have a clear purpose from the start, the time at each location might feel short, but I think it’s an efficient tour for those who want to explore widely.

After the bus tour, I chose a dinner cruise, but it was just average, including the food. It was operated by a cruise company, and from Palette Kumoji to Naha Port, everyone moved on their own (about a 20-minute walk, or just under 10 minutes by taxi). Those who booked directly with the cruise company could choose from a wider menu, and they seemed to ask if you wanted options like cake, flowers, or bottle messages. There were a few people on board who had pre-ordered. If you’re celebrating a birthday or anniversary and others around you are being celebrated, it might feel a bit inconsiderate if the person who made the reservation didn’t arrange anything similar. I think it would be great if this could be an option through VELTRA as well. It’s a shame, especially since the bus tour was so good.

さすが定番のバスツアー、安定感あり。
一日で効率よく主要観光ポイントが回れる。
連休中で渋滞していたが、移動中は寝ててもいいし、ガイドさんの説明を聞いていてもいい。途中でアルコールも飲めるし、駐車場で悩むこともない。地元の人しか知らないような情報や見どころも教えてくれる。自分で同じことをやろうとすると（下調べなど含めて）かなり大変だろうから、バスツアーに参加して本当によかったと思う。はじめから目的が絞れている人にとっては、各場所の時間は短く感じるのかもしれないが、幅広く観光したい人には、効率が良いツアーだと思う。
バスツアーの後は、ディナークルーズを選んだがこちらは料理含めて普通だった。クルーズの会社に委託されており、パレット久茂地から那覇埠頭までは各自移動（徒歩20分前後、タクシーなら10分弱）。直接クルーズの会社に申し込んでいる人は、料理も、もっと多くのメニューの中から選ぶことができ、ケーキ・フラワー・ボトルメッセージなどの希望の有無を聞かれるようで、船内にはあらかじめ頼んでいた人が何人かいた。誕生日や記念日で周りで祝ってもらっているのに、同様の立場で何もなければ、予約者が気が利かなかったような感じになることもあるだろう。VELTRA経由でもオプションとして選択できるといいと思う。バスツアーが良かっただけに残念。

I highly recommend this for those who want to explore the remote islands. To efficiently visit the islands, you'll need to arrange multiple boats based in Ishigaki Island, but they handle all the arrangements for you, which saves a lot of hassle. Additionally, the water buffalo cart allows you to experience a relaxed flow of time. Also, during the bus ride on Iriomote Island, the bus driver's storytelling was excellent and brought laughter throughout the bus. And because it's a tour, you can learn about the deep culture of the islands. I was very satisfied with my participation.

離島巡りをしたい方にはオススメです。
効率良く島を巡るためには石垣島を拠点にいくつも船の手配が必要になるのですがまとめて手配してくれているので手間の短縮になります。
また、水牛車はゆったりとした時間の流れを感じることが出来ます。
あと、西表島のバス移動でバスの運転手の方の語りがとても上手でバス中の笑いを誘ってました。
そしてツアーだからこそ島のディープな文化を教えてもらうことができます。参加して大満足でした。

The initial schedule had a confusing time allocation of two and a half hours of travel followed by only a 20-minute stay. After that, we spent two and a half hours at the aquarium, which left us with extra time.

It might be better to shorten the initial part to about 40 minutes and extend the aquarium visit to two hours. The route was popular with tourists.

最初を40分ほどにして、水族館を2時間にしてもいいかも。
観光客が多いコースでした。

I arrived at the parking lot of Sefa Utaki around 8:50, and walked to the entrance to arrive before it opened at 9:00. I entered as soon as it opened and was able to visit leisurely while it was still quiet. I was able to experience the visit with a solemn feeling.

9:00拝観開始の斎場御嶽、駐車場に到着したのが8:50頃。そこから歩いて開園前に到着。開園と同時に入場し、ゆっくりと空いている内に拝観できました。
厳かな気持ちで拝観できました。

On the day I arrived in Yakushima, I picked up my rental items at the port and then returned them to the hotel front the next day after the tour. It was very helpful since I had little luggage and it didn't take much time to go pick up the rentals. I think the prices are reasonable too! The guide was very knowledgeable, and I was able to enjoy climbing even the tough paths. They also taught us how to take secret photos... Although I participated alone, it was nice that they made an effort to help everyone get along.

It would be even more helpful if the preparation for the lunch boxes could be clearly stated. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the different accommodations for departure and return, but thank you for your kind assistance.

屋久島到着日に港にレンタル品を受け取り、
ツアー翌日ホテルフロントに預ける流れです。
荷物も少なく、レンタルしに行く手前もかからず、大変助かりました。
お値段的にも良心的だと思います！
ガイドさんも知識が豊富で、しんどい道も楽しく登れました。
秘密の写真の撮り方も教えてくれたり…
1人参加でしたが、みんなが仲良くなるよう工夫してくださったのもよかったです。

お弁当の準備について分かり易く明記頂けるとなお助かります。
出発の宿と帰着の宿が異なることでご迷惑をおかけしてしまいましたが

Unfortunately, it rained while I was trekking at Oishi Forest Park, but there were free umbrellas available in various spots, allowing me to fully enjoy the power spot without any inconvenience. I think it would have been even better if the weather had been nice...

あいにくの天気で大石林山をトレッキングする時に雨に降られましたが、無料の貸し傘がところどころに置かれていて、不自由することなくパワースポットを満喫できた。
天気が良ければなお良いとは思いますが・・・。

This half day tour included a number of key sights in Tokyo. We were fortunate to have booked (purely by chance) on the first day of the new Era following the inauguration of the new Emperor. The guide was clear and helpful and we gained much from this tour.
