Last year, I took the local bus to Kabira Bay. There were very few buses, and that alone took up my whole day. This time, I was able to efficiently visit the area with this tour. Before boarding, I showed my voucher at the bus company's counter to receive a sticker, and then I boarded the bus. The bus guide performed with a shamisen and sang for us.
The optional glass-bottom boat was extremely hot inside. The view outside was more beautiful than the underwater scenery I expected to see from the glass bottom.
Lunch was served warm. The hamburger was more like a meatball.
You can get a refill on the white rice.
The weather was nice, and both Kabira Bay and Tamatorizaki were very beautiful. It was a hot day, but the breeze in the shade of the trees was refreshing and soothing.

昨年は路線バスで川平湾に。路線バスの本数が少なくそれだけで１日が終わりました。今回はこちらのツアーで効率良くまわれました。乗車前にバス会社の窓口でバウチャーを見せてシールを貰いそれからの乗車です。バスガイドさんが三味線と歌を披露してくれます。
オプションのグラスボードの船内はとにかく暑いです。グラスボード目的の海の中を見るよりも外の景色の方が綺麗でした。
昼食は温かい状態で提供されます。ハンバーグはミートボールに近いかな。
白米はお代わりが出来ます。
お天気が良く川平湾、玉取崎ともとても綺麗でした。暑い日でしたが木陰の風が心地良くて癒されました。

First of all, the bus stop was hard to find, and the guide's flag was small and difficult to see. I wonder if they could at least tell us the name of the bus company in advance... I was grateful that they called my mobile phone.
However, the guide was very polite and kind, which was great.
Sefa Utaki was indeed a wonderful place. Perhaps because it was early in the morning, there were few people, and I could enjoy it in peace. (Still, personally, I would have liked to take my time more...)
I actually wanted to go to the Valley of Gangala, but there was no tour available, so I had no choice but to go to Okinawa World. It's quite a typical tourist facility... If you're not interested in the limestone caves and Eisa, it might be boring...
Even so, I was really grateful for the trip as a solo traveler without a car.

まず、バス乗り場が分かりにくかったし、ガイドさんの案内の旗？も小さくて分かりにかったです。バス会社の名前くらいあらかじめ教えてもらうことはできないのか…。携帯に電話もらえたので助かりました。
でも、ガイドさんはとても丁寧で親切、良かったです。
斎場御嶽はさすがに良い場所でした。朝イチだったからか、人も少なく落ち着いて見ることが出来ました。(それでも個人的にはもっとゆっくりしたかったですが…)
本当はガンガラーの谷に行きたかったのですが、ちょうど設定がなくて仕方なくおきなわワールドに行きました。コテコテの観光施設ですね… 鍾乳洞とエイサーに興味なかったら退屈かも…。
それでも車の無いひとり旅だったので、すごくありがたかったです。

When it comes to Okinawa, this is the place! I was able to see and enjoy it. The weather wasn't very good, so the scenery was disappointing, but I was able to fully enjoy the day.

沖縄といえばここ！
という所を見ることが出来て、楽しめました。
天気があまり良くなかったので、景色は残念でしたが、1日を満喫出来ました。

We did get to see Mt Fuji which was why we went on this tour. Because of this, I rated it fair rather than poor... The boat and sky tram filled in time out of the bus... neither was interesting or exciting. Our tour guide was very bland...he certainly did not make this an enjoyable day. For a couple to go on this excursion at a cost of $250 to 300USD... spend your money elsewhere.

The water buffalo cart slowly walks between the stones. The sound of the sanshin played by the guide. Occasionally, you can see the deigo, hibiscus, and bougainvillea. I think this tour is perfect for those who want a truly authentic experience. I participated alone, so it was a bit lonely, but I enjoyed it. By the way, it seems you can drink alcohol on the cart, which felt nice. You can choose the time for the return boat, so if you have time, I recommend opting for a later time and renting a bicycle to go to Kaiji Beach (the place with star sand).

ガイドのお姉さんの歌う三線の音楽。
たまに現れる、でいごやハイビスカスにブーゲンビリア。
いかにもな体験をしたい方には、とてもぴったりなツアーだと思います。
一人で参加したので、少し寂しかったのですが満喫できました。
ちなみに牛車の上でお酒飲むのはOKみたいです。気持ちよかった。
帰りの船の便を選ぶことができるので、時間があるなら遅い時間にして、自転車を借りてカイジ浜（星の砂がある場所）に行くことをお勧めします。

Completely recommend this tour and is well worth it. The scenery and guide are both terrific and it was an awesome day and experience overall. I must say that it is best to do your research regarding the train option before finalising your booking to ensure that you get the best deal. The tour operator offers a discounted ticket for the bullet train if it is bought through them as opposed to buying the ticket at the station.

It was close to take a boat from Ishigaki Island to Taketomi Island, and we quickly boarded a glass-bottom boat. I was a bit anxious after booking online, but everything went smoothly without any issues. The guidance was clear, which was great.

石垣島から竹富島まで船でも近く、すぐにグラスボートに乗りました。
ネットでの申し込みで、現地に着いてから不安でしたが、トラブルなくスムーズでした。
案内もわかりやすく、良かったです。

We booked the tour only day before and were impressed by the quick confirmation response from Veltra office. We throughly enjoyed the tour. The guide was very good and she had a good sense of humour. During the trip up she gave explanations about different sites we were passing. During the ride back she entertained us by showing us how to make an origami. The bus was nice and clean. The lunch was a pleasant surprise stop at a French style restaurant on the way. We had lunch with spectacular view of Mt Fuji. We were not rushed and had time to enjoy each stop and take photos.
Highly recommend, it was very relaxed and enjoyable not to be missed.

I participated the day after making a round trip to Jomon Sugi. My legs were still fatigued, and I joined while feeling exhausted. Since I had anticipated this, I chose to go only to the Mononoke Forest instead of the Taiko Rock course, but I was very satisfied with the healing scenery.

前日に縄文杉往復した翌日に参加。
足の疲労が抜け切れておらず、ひーひー言いながらの参加でした。
事前に予想していた事だったので、太鼓岩コースではなくもののけの森までにしましたが、とても癒される風景に大満足でした。

Since I was participating with elderly family members, I booked a private guided tour to avoid causing any inconvenience with our pace. The guide adjusted to our speed and provided precise advice at key points, such as, "If we keep this pace, we can avoid getting stuck in traffic at Jomon Sugi, so let's keep going." As a result, my companions were able to reach Jomon Sugi, and we are very satisfied. Thank you.

高齢の家族との参加だったため、ペースで迷惑をかけてはいけないと貸切ガイドツアーを申し込みました。
こちらのペースに合わせて頂きつつ、ポイントポイントで「このペースだと○○杉では渋滞に巻き込まれないで済むので頑張りましょう」など、的確なアドバイスを頂きました。
結果として、同伴者も縄文杉までたどり着くことができ、非常に満足しております。ありがとうございます。

We were really lucky to have beautiful weather for our hike, with clear skies. Although we couldn't see the sparkling moss because it hadn't rained, the view from Taiko Rock was breathtaking. Our guide was like a master of iPhone photography, skillfully using the panorama feature to take various photos, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed seeing many Yakusugi trees, starting with Jomon Sugi. Since we descended about two and a half hours earlier than planned, we took a break by the Anbo River, took off our hiking boots and socks, and splashed our tired feet in the water, which was a lovely experience. It was an 11-hour journey, but there wasn't a moment when we felt exhausted, and we were able to enjoy the entire route. I think this is a tour I would recommend to everyone.

天気に恵まれ、快晴のハイキング日和だったのは、本当にラッキーでした。
雨が降ってなかった分、キラキラの苔は見れませんでしたが、太鼓岩からの眺めは絶景でした。
ガイドさんが、iPhoneカメラの達人のような方で、パノラマ機能を駆使して色々な写真を撮ってくださったのがとてもありがたかったです。
縄文杉をはじめ、色々な屋久杉を満喫できました。
下山が予定より2時間半ほど早かったので、途中安房川の沢に降りて、登山靴と靴下を脱いで川の水でちゃぷちゃぷしながら、疲れた足を癒したのもステキな時間でした。
11時間の行程でしたが、しんどくなる時間帯もなく、全ての道のりを楽しむことができました。
皆さんにオススメしたいツアーだと思いました。

I signed up for a popular tour. At first, I thought about getting a bus unlimited ride ticket for 1000 yen and exploring on my own, but it seemed like there weren't many buses if I excluded the airport to Ishigaki Port route, and since meals were included, I’m glad I signed up.

The guide also played the sanshin and made the atmosphere lively and entertaining on the bus. We departed from the bus terminal at 9:30 and arrived after 14:00. It went by in a flash. If I have the chance to come back to Ishigaki Island again, I will definitely use this service again.

人気のツアーとのことで申し込みました。
最初は、バス乗り放題チケットも1000円で売っているから自力で回ろうか、とも思いましたが、空港～石垣港間を外すとなかなか本数が無いようなのと、ご飯もついていたので申し込んで良かったです。

ガイドさんも三線を演奏して下さったり、面白く車内を盛り上げて下さいました。
バスターミナルを9:30に出発、14:00過ぎに到着しました。
あっという間でした。
今度また石垣島に来る機会がありましたら、また利用させて頂きます。

I used this service on the afternoon of my return from Ishigaki Island to Naha. The ferry departed from Ishigaki Port at 13:20 and from Taketomi Port at 17:00.

They also took care of my luggage, which was very helpful. I chose the water buffalo cart plan and spent the remaining two hours cycling around. The water buffaloes on Yubu Island each have their own personalities, and since the locations are different, you can enjoy a unique atmosphere at each place, so I highly recommend it. (It seems that it costs 1,200 yen for adults if you decide to take the water buffalo cart after arriving at Taketomi Island, so I think it's better to book the water buffalo cart plan from the start.)

Riding a bicycle on sandy paths was quite challenging at times, but I thought it added to the charm of Taketomi Island.

The coastal roads were easy to ride on.

I was very satisfied to see the traditional landscapes of Okinawa.

石垣島から那覇に戻る日の午後に利用しました。
13：20石垣港発、17：00竹富港発でした。

荷物も預かってくださり助かりました。
私は、水牛車プランを選んでから、残りの2時間をレンタサイクルで回りましたが水牛車は由布島で乗っていても水牛ちゃんの個性がそれぞれありますし場所も違うので、それぞれ違う雰囲気を味わえますからおすすめします
（竹富島についてからだと、大人1,200円かかるようですからはじめから水牛車プランを申し込まれるといいと思います。）

自転車で砂道を走るのは、なかなか大変なところもありましたがそれもまた竹富島の味と思いました。

海岸沿いの道は走りやすかったです。

昔ながらの沖縄の風景を見せて頂き、大満足しています。

It was a tour with 11 people, so it felt like a regular sightseeing bus tour. Lunch included a set meal with fried flying fish. Since it was a trip without a rental car, it was good that we were able to circle Yakushima and visit the main tourist spots.

11名でのツアーでしたので、普通の観光バスのツアーという感じでした。昼食はトビウオの唐揚げがついた定食でした。レンタカー無しの旅行だったので、とりあえずは屋久島を一周できて、主な観光スポットを廻れたので良かったです。

Enjoyed the morning tour better than the afternoon tour. Lunch should include alternatives for Western tastes.

I was able to efficiently visit the main spots while comfortably spending time in the spacious car. After checking out of the hotel, I was directly taken to the airport with a sightseeing stop in between, and there were no issues at all with my large luggage. I highly recommend it.

ゆとりある車内で快適に過ごしながら、主要なスポットを効率良く周れました。ホテルチェックアウトから観光を挟んで空港まで直接送迎してもらい、荷物もジャンボなので全く問題無かったです。おススメです。

We assembled at the pick up point which was very centrally located ( directions were well given)and were well greeted by the English speaking Staff. Enroute we were informed that the tour to the 5 th Station of Mt. Fuji cannot be done as the road was icy due to the snow the day before. Alternatively we were taken to a different location “ Oshino Hakkai” with 8 different sacred pools all originating from Mt. Fujiyama. We instantly fell in love with this small Quaint Village.

We were taken for lunch to a European Style Restaurant which was overlooking the Fuji Q Highland . The lunch was a real treat, delicious and sumptuous. We were served Soup, Chicken, Salad, bread, desert and finally coffee/ tea. The ambience of the Restaurant was very very Royale. VELTRA was very kind in providing a vegetarian lunch for my wife.

We were then taken to the Mt Fuji Museum where we were shown a Fantastic Introductory film.

Later we drove to the Scenic Lake Kawaguchico for a Cruise. We had an ice cream treat from the souvenirs shop compliments VELTRA!!!.

We then took the rope way up the mountain to have a spectacular view of the Lake and the surroundings of the Base of Mt Fuji.

We would highly recommend this tour with VELTRA AS IT WAS VERY COST EFFECTIVE CONSIDERING THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION THE SIGHTSEEING, LUNCH, CRUISE RIDE, THE ROPEWAY AND NOT THE FORGET THE ICE CREAM.

I was taught very clearly about the plants and scenery that are easy to overlook. I was very satisfied that I could see all the points I wanted to visit, starting with Jomon Sugi. Considering how easy it was to talk, it was definitely the right choice to have a private guide.

見逃してしまいがちな植物や景色について、非常に分かりやすく教えて頂けました。縄文杉をはじめ、行きたいポイントを漏れなく見ることが出来たのでとても満足です。話しやすさを考えると、貸し切りガイドで正解でした。

This was our best guided tour ever – guided by Akiko sana. We went on this tour to see the Hiroshima Peace memorial mainly.
We are proud of what she shows you, what she says; we are proud of her emotional way of giving narrative. Yes, she is thoughtful and passionate about her work. This was wonderful holiday in Japan.

I signed up for a tour with my grandfather and mother. It was enjoyable to visit the sightseeing spots without walking around the city.

The traffic signals and signs overhead were exciting. The best part was how pleasant the highway drive felt. The guide was friendly, so I think it was a great experience that I won't forget!

信号とか看板が頭上でテンション上がりました。１番は高速が気持ちよかったです。ガイドさんが感じ良かったのでいい経験で忘れないと思います！

You can't go individually, so I recommend the tour with a bus guide because they are wonderful...

The Gangala Valley doesn't feel like Okinawa, but you can sense something mystical; the tour guide's talk was also enjoyable...

個人では行けません、バスガイドさんが素晴らしいのでラド観光をオススメします…

We had a very fantastic experience from Vetra. We were able to see a beautiful Mt. fuji , the weather was great for us . Its all worth it the whole trip even our tourist guide Ms. Yoko .

The night views and factory flames are not attractions, so there seems to be some variability depending on the day (on the day I participated, they mentioned it was a medium flame). There were some disappointing aspects, but when we reached the highlights, they made an effort to guide us to good viewing spots and opened the windows for better visibility, which conveyed their desire for us to enjoy the experience. At one point, we went to the front of the boat and picked up some speed, adding an element of excitement. In the end, we were able to see the beautiful night view of Minato Mirai, making it a satisfying tour.

夜景や工場の炎などはアトラクションではないので当たり外れは日のよって有るようで（参加日は中くらいの炎と言ってました）残念な部分も有りましたが見どころの場所に来ると見やすい場所への案内や見えやすいように窓を開けてくれたりなど一生懸命楽しんでもらおうとしていてくれた感じが伝わりました。
途中船の先端に出てちょっとスピードを出してくれたりアトラクション的要素も有り、最後はみなとみらいのきれいな夜景も見れ満足できるツアーでした。

This tour begins at the Saga-Arashiyama station and ends in Arashiyama. However, the meeting location is at the Kyoto station, approx. 35 min away by train. As guests at the Suiran Kyoto in Arashiyama, it was discouraging to travel the distance for this tour. Suggestion...It would be nice for those staying in Arashiyama to have the opportunity to meet at the tour departure station...the Saga-Arashiyama. As for the tour itself, our family had a fun and exciting time!

My family and I visited Kyoto on April 12th, and could not be any happier with our tour. A big thanks to our friendly driver and tour guide Ichiro who made the extra effort to give us some history of the sights we visited throughout the day. Ichiro made sure we were able to visit what we had planned for the day, and he didn’t worry about the time too much when I was worried myself that our 8hour time was nearly over!
Kyoto is a beautiful place, I would go back time and time again to explore and use this service.

The day before, I was worried about whether I could make it since I had been trekking to Jomon Sugi, but it turned out to be less difficult than I expected. It was helpful that we walked slowly according to our physical strength. Thank you very much for your support.

I felt the power of nature and the strength of life. Also, I was fully healed both mentally and physically with plenty of negative ions.

Next, I would like to try going to Taiko Rock.

前日、縄文杉トレッキングだったので
無事行けるか心配でしたが、思っていたより
険しくなくて大丈夫でした。
私達の体力に合わせて、ゆっくり歩いてくれたので
助かりました。大変お世話になりました。

自然の力、生命力の強さを感じました。
また、マイナスイオンたっぷりで
心も体もいっぱい癒してもらいました。

次は太鼓岩まで行ってみたいです。

The sightseeing spots are limited, but you can visit them efficiently. They keep the atmosphere lively during the bus ride, so you won't get bored. The lunch location was also excellent. It was very helpful that we could get off at Ishigaki Airport on the way back. It was a day well spent with half-day sightseeing and a direct transfer to the airport without any waste of time.

観光箇所は限られていますが、効率よく回る事が出来ます。
バス移動中も飽きずに盛り上げてくれます。
昼食のロケーションも最高でした。帰りは石垣空港で下車出来たので
大変助かりました。半日観光、空港までの送り無駄なく過ごせて1日でした。
