The bus stop at the North Gate was not clearly known to the taxi driver, but we managed to find it. Although it wasn't raining, it felt quite chilly, making the open bus a bit of a challenge, but the sense of openness was fantastic! The tour guide announced the highlights, so we were able to enjoy the hour in no time.

バス乗り場のノースゲートと言う場所がタクシーの運転手さんも定かではなく、でも当たっていました^_^雨は降っていなかったものの急な花冷えという感じでオープンバスは試練な感じでしたが、開放感は最高です！添乗員さんが見所をアナウンスしてくれるのであっという間の1時間楽しむことができました。

When I come to Okinawa Island, I always participate in this tour. This time, as soon as we arrived at the Churaumi Aquarium, the weather improved, and I was able to enjoy the Okichan Theater, which was fantastic. American Village was also great.

沖縄本島に来た時は、必ずこのツアーに参加します。
今回は、美ら海水族館に到着と同時に、天気が良くなり、
おきちゃん劇場も楽しく鑑賞出来て最高でした。

I was disappointed that I couldn't get on the bus I wanted because I didn't have much knowledge and made a reservation. I reserved a designated seat and went to the bus center to confirm, only to find out that this reservation was only for a bus with unreserved seats. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to board. As an elderly person, I thought I had secured a designated seat, so I was quite disheartened.

乗りたいバスに乗れなくて残念でした。
バスの指定席を予約してバスセンターに行って確認したらこの予約は自由席のみのバスしか乗れなくて30分ならんで乗りました。高齢者なので指定席がとれていたと思っていたのでがっかりでした。

I absolutely do not recommend using this tour company.

I have used various travel companies and sites before, but this was the worst experience.

Despite making a reservation for a single passenger one month before the departure date, I was assigned a seat on the day of the tour that was an unfavorable aisle seat where I couldn't see the scenery out of the window.

Other seats on the bus were available for single passengers without anyone sitting next to them, so I was really frustrated and upset.

As a result, I could hardly see the scenery that the guide was explaining, ruining the value of the trip.

A well-organized travel tour would consider changing seats during the itinerary to avoid any advantages or disadvantages, but there was none of that here.

If I had known I would get such a seat from the seating chart at the time of booking, I wouldn't have made the reservation. Moreover, this tour was already overpriced, lacking meals, activities, or souvenirs, and I was completely dissatisfied to be charged the same price as everyone else for such a seat.

To make matters worse, I had to sit next to an unfamiliar elderly woman of the opposite sex in a cramped seat, who repeatedly dozed off and leaned on me during the journey, which was infuriating.

The final straw was the female guide.

She talked incessantly, and it seemed like she wanted to show off her proficiency in Chinese. She would take about two minutes to explain something in Japanese, then spend three times as long repeating it in a high-pitched voice in Chinese, which was utterly exhausting.

Even during the time outside of guiding, she chatted in Chinese with inbound Chinese tourists on the bus, making me want to tell her to be quiet!

In addition to Chinese, she also repeated similar guidance in broken English for inbound guests, making me wonder if this was even a domestic tour in Japan.

If this is the kind of tour guide they have, I would prefer to have her assigned to a bus exclusively for inbound passengers.

It was so noisy that it doubled my fatigue.

I will never use a tour company that lacks such consideration again!

ここのツアーは絶対利用しない方がいいです。

今までいろんな旅行会社、サイトのツアーを利用しましたが最低でした。

一名利用の予約を出発日の１ヶ月前にしたにも関わらず、当日のガイドから割り振られた座席が、車窓の景色が見えない不利な通路側。

バス内他の座席では隣席に人のない一名利用をさせていたので納得いかず本当に頭にきました。

おかげでガイドの案内する車窓の景色は殆ど見えず、旅の値打ちは台無し。

気の利いた旅行ツアーなら席を旅程中に入替え、有利不利などないように配慮しますがここはまるで無し。

こんな席だと予約時の座席表で分かれば予約などしませんでしたし、只でさえ食事もアクティビティも土産も何もつかない割高のツアーなのに、こんな席で全員同一の料金をとられたことに全く納得がいきません。

挙げ句に、狭い座席なのに隣席が見知らぬ年配女性と異性で、道中、居眠りを繰り返し何度も当方にもたれかかってくる始末で、怒鳴りたくなるほどでした。

極めつけは、添乗員の女性ガイドです。

とにかくよく喋ることこの上なく、しかも自らが中国語を堪能なことひけらかしたいのか、日本語で2分ほど話した内容を中国語でその3倍ほども時間をかけて延々と中国後で甲高くまくし立てて話すのにはほとほとうんざり。

ガイド案内以外の時間も、バス内のインバウンド中国人と中国語でお喋りする始末で、少しは黙ってろよ！と言いたくなりました。

中国語以外にも、カタコトの拙い英語でインバウンド客に同様のガイドを繰返すため、ここは日本の国内ツアーではないのか？と首をかしげたくなりました。

こういう添乗員ならば、いっそ、インバウンド乗客だけを乗せたバスに配置してもらいたい。

うるさすぎて疲れも倍加しました。

こんな配慮のかけらもないツアー会社は二度と利用などしません！

これは私の沖縄への2回目の訪問ですが、主要な観光地を一度に巡るツアーを強くお勧めします。とても親切なガイドがいて、沖縄の主要な観光地を選んで案内してくれ、沖縄旅行を楽しむための素晴らしい場所に導いてくれました。もし後で機会があれば、再度参加したいと思います。

This is my second visit to Okinawa, but I highly recommend this tour if it is to tour all the major attractions at once. They showed you a very friendly guide and a selection of major attractions in Okinawa, and guide you to a wonderful place to enjoy your trip to Okinawa. If I have a chance later, I would like to attend again.

It was a very windy day, and the boat ride from Ishigaki to Iriomote was extremely bumpy. (This was due to the weather, and not because of any issues with the tour!) It felt like being on a roller coaster, and even though I took motion sickness medication beforehand, it was quite tough. There were quite a few screams echoing inside the boat.

After a challenging journey, we finally arrived at Iriomote Island, but I felt unwell for a while. In my case, I had to take a mangrove cruise right away, which made me fearful of being on another boat, but this one was stable and well-ventilated, so I was okay.

After that, I was able to enjoy the tour smoothly!

I was very worried about the return trip to Taketomi Island, but the wind calmed down, and the boat was less rocky, so it was fine.

On Taketomi Island, I had chosen a free walk option because the bus tours were fully booked at the time of reservation, but it was a hot day, making walking quite difficult. We walked to the center, but my child got tired, and we didn't feel like walking to the beach, so we turned back and returned.

During the hot season, if you're good with the heat, renting a bicycle might be a good option, but there are quite a few hills, so that could also be tough.

風の強い日だった為、石垣～西表までの船がもの凄い揺れでした。
(※天候のせいであって、ツアーが悪いわけではありません！)
ジェットコースターに乗っている様で、酔い止めを飲んでから乗ったにも関わらず、かなり辛かったです。
船の中で結構悲鳴が響いていました。

やっとの思いで西表島に着いて、しばらく具合が悪く、私の場合はすぐにマングローブの遊覧船だったので、また船かと恐怖でしたが、こちらは揺れずに、風通しも良い船だったので、大丈夫でした。

その後は順調にツアーを楽しめました！

帰りの竹富島までの移動がとても心配でしたが、風が落ち着いて、船の揺れも少なくて、大丈夫でした。

竹富島では、予約時にはバスツアーがもういっぱいで、フリーウォークを選択しましたが、暑い日だったので歩くのが大変でした。
中心部まで歩きましたが、子供が疲れてしまい、ビーチ等まで歩く気が起きずに、そのまま引き返して帰りました。

暑い季節は、暑さに強い方はレンタサイクルでもいいかもしれませんが、坂道多めなので、それも辛いかもしれません。

The weather was mostly cloudy, and it was lucky that it cleared up for a moment at Kabira Bay. However, thanks to the humorous storytelling of our male guide, we enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere throughout the tour. I was thrilled to see sea turtles swimming while on the glass-bottom boat! The tour was nearly full, but it was packed with highlights, which explains its popularity. I highly recommend it. I would like to try again on a sunny day.

終始曇りで、川平湾で一瞬晴れたのがラッキーくらいの天気でした。
しかし、男性のガイドさんのユーモアあふれる話術で、終始和やかな雰囲気で楽しめました。
グラスボートで泳いでいるウミガメを見ることができて感激です！
ほぼ満員のツアーでしたが、見どころがぎゅっと詰まった内容で人気もうなづけます。オススメです。
また晴れた日に再チャレンジしてみたいです。

The mangrove tour was fascinating. We were able to observe the roots well at low tide. I've heard that the characteristic roots of the mangroves are not visible at high tide, so I think participating on a day when low tide occurs from the morning to noon would be more enjoyable. The ox cart on Yubu Island was peaceful, and it truly looked like a slow-life scene straight out of a guidebook. I didn't have high expectations for the lunch bento since it was part of the tour, but it was very delicious, featuring local ingredients. The glass-bottom boat tour in Taketomi Island was great; the captain was very knowledgeable about where to find fish, and we were able to see a lot of tropical fish, which made my elementary school-aged child very happy.

マングローブツアーが興味深いです。ちょうど干潮のタイミングで、根っ子がよく観察できました。満潮だとマングローブの特徴の根っ子が見えないそうなので、午前中からお昼にかけて干潮になる日に参加した方がより楽しめると思います。由布島の牛車も長閑で、まさにガイドブックで見るスローライフの景色そのものでした。昼食の弁当はツアーなのであまり期待していませんでしたが、地元の食材を使った品々でとても美味しかったです。竹富島のグラスボートは船長さんが魚がいるポイントを熟知していらっしゃって熱帯魚を沢山見ることができ、小学生の子供も大喜びでした。

It was unfortunately rainy, but I enjoyed the gifts of raincoats and the explanation of the earphones on the bus. However, I would like to ride on a sunny day next time! (*^^*)

生憎の雨でしたが、カッパのプレゼントやバスないでイヤホンの説明があったりと楽しめました。でも次回は晴れた日に乗りたいですね(*^^*)

Since I have a one-year-old child, I chose the course that included Seifa Utaki and Okinawa World. Seifa Utaki was a very sacred place that felt both uplifting and relaxing. At Okinawa World, I had a fulfilling time enjoying the Eisa dance and the limestone caves. There were many other areas like the tropical area and the Ryukyu area that I wanted to visit, but I simply didn't have enough time. I could have used another two hours to fully enjoy everything. Since I traveled in Okinawa without a rental car, public transportation to Seifa Utaki and Okinawa World was inconvenient, so the bus tour was a great help.

１歳の子供がいるので、斎場御嶽と沖縄ワールドのコースにしました。斎場御嶽は、とても神聖な場所で身が引き締まるような、でもリラックスできるような場所でした。沖縄ワールドでは、エイサー、鍾乳洞ととても充実した時間が過ごせました。他にも熱帯エリアや琉球エリア等沢山あったので、行きたかったのですが、時間が全然足りませんでした。後2時間程ほしいくらい充実した時間が過ごせました。沖縄旅行はレンタカーなしで過ごしたので、公共交通機関で斎場御嶽、沖縄ワールドは不便なのでバスツアーはとても助かりました。

It was a highly satisfying tour that allowed us to efficiently visit three islands. I participated on a slightly cloudy day, but it was not too hot, making it a perfect temperature for strolling around.

３つの島を効率よく巡ることができて、とても満足度の高いツアーでした。少し薄曇りの日に参加しましたが、暑すぎず、散策にはちょうど良い気温でした。

About half of the group was made up of foreign tourists, and the guide provided information in both Japanese and Chinese. The guide was really nice, which doubled the fun. On the last day in Hokkaido, we were able to see all the highlights, and it became a memorable experience.

半分くらいは外国人の観光の方で、ガイドさんは日本語と中国語両方で案内していました。
ガイドさんがとってもいい人で楽しさ倍増でした。
北海道最終日にぐるりと見所を一周できて思い出に残りました。

It was in the order of Ishigaki > Iriomote > Yufu > Taketomi!
On Iriomote, not only did we take a boat, but the bus driver also guided us during the ride, and we got to hear various stories.
In Taketomi, I chose to do a free walk, but my legs were completely exhausted, so I ended up renting a bicycle on-site.
I felt it might have been better to have that arranged from the start.

石垣〉西表〉由布〉竹富〉石垣の順でした！
西表では船はもちろん、バス移動の間も運転手さんがガイドしてくださり、色んなお話しが聞けました。
竹富ではフリーウォークを選択しましたが、足が疲れ切っていたので、結局現地でレンタサイクルを借りました。
最初からつけといてもいいかも？と感じました。

It was a short trip, but I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island from the morning, and return to Ishigaki Island before the evening, making good use of my time.

短い旅行でしたが朝から西表島・由布島・竹富島の見どころを効率的に回り、夕方前には石垣島に戻れるので時間を有効に使えました。

I decided to travel to Osaka for the first time in several years, and I wanted to visit places that are characteristic of Osaka. It was fun to discover the new Osaka. The bus guide was amazing!

何年ぶりかに大阪旅行をする事になり大阪らしい所に行きたいと言われ選びました。新しい大阪が知れて楽しいかったです。バスガイドさん最高でした♪

We participated as a couple on April 5th. We were informed in advance that most of the bus passengers were foreigners and that the guide's announcements would prioritize English, which made us feel a bit blue. However, the attentiveness of our guide, Maria, was wonderful, and she frequently checked in with us at the sightseeing spots, making it a memorable experience. We will use this service again if we have the opportunity. Thank you, Maria.

4月５日に夫婦で参加しました。バスの同乗者が、ほぼ外国人の方でガイド案内も英語優先になると事前に伝えられ、少々ブルーな気分になりました。しかしガイドのマリアさんの気配りが素晴らしく、観光地でも度々声掛けをしていただき楽しい思い出となりました。また機会があれば利用します。マリアさんありがとう。

The timing was accurate, but Akama Shrine was skipped.

It was good that I was told at the beginning, "I'm just a driver," so I didn't have any unnecessary expectations.
There were many places that couldn't be accessed by public transportation.

I booked during the cherry blossom peak season, but unlike the photos, the cherry blossoms weren't close enough to see, and I didn't really need to ride the cold double-decker bus. I only saw one cherry blossom tree at the entrance of Ueno Park as I passed by, so I couldn't see anything inside. It felt like a trip just to visit tourist spots. It was inexpensive, and the guide was decent.

桜は満開シーズンで予約しましたが、写真とは違い桜が近くにあって見えるわけでもなく、寒い二階建てバスに乗る必要もないかなと。
上野公園は入り口の一本の桜を見たのみで横を通ったので中は全く見えず。
観光地を回る旅だったかな。
お安かったし、ガイドさんもそれなりかと。

I saw wonderful views! The historical explanations of each sight and the descriptions of what to see were rich and interesting. Discount information for products was also provided. It was very helpful.

素晴らしい景色を観ました！また各景色の歴史説明と見ることの説明が充実且つ面白い。商品の割引情報も提供されました。非常に助かった。

We were able to go to the desired route, but the guide mentioned that they would make a group reservation for us to enter Kinkaku-ji, and they asked for the children's ages. Even though I told them my child is a middle school student, they immediately asked my child, "How old are you?" to confirm. Since the answer was the same as mine, the guide chuckled a bit.

I felt very uncomfortable about that interaction, especially since I wasn't lying as a parent. Even after returning from the trip, I am still filled with unpleasant feelings about that response. I have never experienced such treatment with other tour companies.

希望のルートへは行けましたが、金閣寺へ入館する為ガイドさんが団体申し込みをしてくださるとの事で子供の年齢を聞かれ親が中学生ですと伝えて居るのにその側ですぐさま子供に年齢は幾つ？と言い確認しておりました。
親と同じ答えなのでガイドさんはクスッと笑っておりました。
親が嘘を言ってるわけでもなくお伝えしたのに、旅行から帰ってからもあの対応に不愉快な気持ちで一杯です。
他のツアー会社でもこの様な扱いはされた事がありませんでした。

The tour guide was lovely. She didn’t speak much English but she had a book of phrases she needed to tell us written out so we knew what was going on. The bus ride had an English audio guide which was generally interesting. The train was beautiful, and the scenery was amazing. The boat trip was unfortunately cancelled due to the heavy rain the day before, so we had a long coach journey instead. The bamboo forest was incredible but very busy so if you want quiet maybe go by yourself instead of on a tour. we had three hours at Arashyama which was actually perfect, if we’d had a boat trip too it would have only been an hour which would have been too short!

It was great to take photos while leisurely exploring. The cherry blossoms were just blooming, but it was a shame about the rain. I made the reservation the day before knowing there was a 100% chance of rain, and I was happy to see the main attractions with my overseas friends.

It was a tour for overseas travelers, but the tour guide was kind and explained everything in Japanese individually, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing without any worries.

海外向けツアーでしたが、添乗員さんが親切で個別に日本語で説明してくれたので、何も不安にならず楽しく観光出来ました。

It was a packed and fulfilling tour. The sightseeing boat and the water buffalo cart were experiences I wouldn't normally have, so it became a wonderful memory!

The weather was cloudy, but for this tour, cloudy weather is actually better. If it were sunny, it would be hot and tiring.

It was a tour that was quite enjoyable, with the guide's words being educational and keeping us engaged. It was a shame that the Churaumi Aquarium was crowded and we couldn't see much, but we had fun playing in the ocean. However, it was a rather busy tour (￣∀￣), but it was good because we got to go to various places.

退屈せず、ガイドさんの言葉は勉強になり、かなり楽しめたツアーでした。
美ら海水族館が混雑してて、あまり見れないのが残念でしたが、海で遊んだり楽しかったです。
ただ、かなり忙しいツアー内容ですが(￣∀￣)色々行けたから良いです。

I couldn't board the bus at the Ginkaku-ji stop because it was full, which caused a delay of two hours from my original schedule, and it was quite difficult. Moreover, we were told that only three people could board, but for some reason, the person who was at the very front couldn't get on, while a group of three people did. I felt sorry for the foreign man who was at the front. Since we are paying for expensive tickets, I hope they can increase the number of buses during peak times.

銀閣寺の停留所で満員状態で乗車できなかった
ので予定より2時間のズレが生じ大変だった。
しかも、3人までと言われ1番最前列にいた方が何故か乗れずグループ3人でいた人達が乗っていった。最前列にいた男性外国人の方が気の毒でした。高い切符を支払っているのだから混み合う時間帯はバスの台車を増やして欲しいです。

The tour guide was approachable, very kind, and it was great. There are set meeting times at each sightseeing location, but they pass relatively quickly, so I think it's best to confirm any places you definitely want to visit in advance (including regular shops and many stalls, which can be confusing!).

添乗員の方が接しやすく、とても親切で良かったです。各観光場所で集合時間が決まっているのですが、わりとすぐに経つので必ず行きたい場所などは事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思います（普通のお店を含め屋台なども沢山あるので迷ってしまいます！）

A trip with my elderly mother. We usually enjoy freedom and spontaneity, so initially, we thought about taking a highway bus from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go on our own. However, we decided to join this tour because it allows us to visit both Shirakawa-go and Gokayama in one day. It was the right choice. Having the tour guide manage the time made it easy for us, and during the ride to our destination, we learned about the route we were taking, local specialties, recommended spots in Shirakawa-go, and interesting facts about the history of Gokayama. This increased our satisfaction with the tour and sparked further interest. My mother was also happy to be able to enjoy the trip without any strain. Thank you for your assistance.

高齢の母との二人旅。いつもは自由、気ままが好きなので、当初は自分達で金沢駅から高速バスに乗って白川郷へ行こうかと思っていたのですが、こちらのツアーでは白川郷と五箇山両方を日帰りで回れるということで、申し込みました。選んで正解でした。添乗員さんに時間管理をして頂くので楽であったことは勿論、目的地までの車中にて　どんな経路で向かっているのか、名産品や白川郷おすすめスポットの紹介、五箇山という土地の今昔に関する豆知識なども教えて頂き、ツアー後の満足度も上がりましたし、更なる興味も湧きました。母も無理なく回れて喜んでいました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

This was my first time sightseeing in Kyoto with my wife, and it was a one-day bus tour for us after 40 years. We arrived at the meeting place an hour early and waited for the guide to check in. Even 15 minutes before the start, no one had arrived at the designated meeting point on the map (Hachijo-guchi Bus Terminal).

In a hurry, I called the emergency contact, and they asked if there was anyone in a yellow happi nearby. Looking around, I spotted three people in yellow happi about 30 meters away, so I went over. A large number of participants had already gathered there. However, there was no sign for "Veltra," and the staff with "LIMON" written on their backs were checking in. You might think, "It’s just 30 meters away, how could you not find it?" but when you're in an unfamiliar place, it's hard to spot something even if you're close to the indicated location on the map. I might be being a bit unreasonable, but the tour schedule ended up being significantly delayed by over an hour, causing us to miss our dinner reservation, and we had to leave the tour during the last sightseeing stop in Arashiyama, unable to participate in the bus ride back to Kyoto Station.

I walked over a kilometer from JR Saga-Arashiyama back to JR Kyoto Station on my own. I even paid for train fare that wouldn’t have been necessary if I had returned with the tour. Other participants on different days have also commented that they wished they had been informed of the final disbanding time during the tour.

Above all, if you are conducting sightseeing tours every day, you should plan the sightseeing schedule with more flexibility! Since "Veltra" is used by many people around the world, I let my guard down and failed to manage the risk of lost time. Unfortunately, my initial impression of the tour's potential was confirmed by the error at the meeting point.

I don't think I will be able to participate again, but I hope our disappointment leads to improvements for future participants, allowing everyone to enjoy a better sightseeing experience in Kyoto!

今回は初めて京都観光をする妻と私は40年ぶりの京都1日バスツアーでした。
最初に集合場所に1時間前に到着しガイドの点呼を待っていました。15分前になっても誰も地図の集合場所（八条口バス乗降場）には来ませんでした。
あわてて緊急連絡に電話すると近くに黄色いハッピの者はいませんか？と言われて見渡すと約30ｍ離れたあたりに黄色のハッピの方が３名見えたので行って見ました。既に大勢の参加者が集まっていました。しかしそこには「ベルトラ」の表示はなく「ＬＩＭＯＮ」と黄色のハッピの背中に書かれたスタッフが点呼していました。結果で見ると「たかが30ｍぐらいの離れた場所ぐらいわかるだろう」とおっしゃるでしょうが、初めて訪れる土地で、自分は案内地図の示された場所にピンポイントにいれば少し離れてもなかなか見つけられないものです。甘えているかもしれませんがツアーのスケジュールも最終的には大幅に1時間以上遅れ夜の食事処の予約に間に合わなくなり最後の嵐山観光の途中でツアーを離れてツアーバスでの京都駅解散まで参加できませんでした。
1㎞以上歩いてＪＲ嵯峨嵐山からＪＲ京都駅に自分で戻りました。
ツアーで戻れば必要ない電車賃も払いました。
このツアーの別日の参加者の方もコメントされていましたが、ツアーの途中案内で最終解散時間を連絡してほしかったです。
なにより毎日観光ツアーしているのなら観光時間スケジュールをもっとゆとりをもって組むべきでしょう！
世界中のたくさんの方が利用しているＶＥＬＴＲＡ”なので、私もつい安心してロスタイムの危機管理ができていませんでした。
ツアーの始まり（集合場所）の誤差からツアーのポテンシャルが低そうな予感が当たってしまい残念でした。
この先、何度も参加はできないと思いますが「私共の残念」がこれからのツアー参加者様達に改善されて皆様がより良い京都観光ができますように！
