This was the worst sightseeing bus tour I've ever been on, and I won't participate in such a tour again. At the very least, it should have an audio guide format like the ones in Hokkaido, available in Japanese, English, and Chinese; otherwise, essential Japanese tourists won't join. Since the explanations of the sightseeing content are not in Japanese, it sounds boring and just like noise.

今までの観光バスツアーで最低で、こんな観光バスツアーには参加しない。
せめて、北海道観光のように音声ガイド【日本語、英語、中国語】様式にしないと肝心の日本人観光客は参加しないでしょう。観光内容の説明が日本語でないので、退屈で雑音にしか聴こえない。

Visited on October 30, 2023. Due to the unusually hot temperatures lasting for a long time, the autumn leaves were about 80% changed. The weather was clear, so it was a great opportunity for sightseeing. Most of the passengers were foreigners, but the atmosphere on the bus was quiet. The guide's explanations were mostly in Chinese, but it was nice that they also provided information in Japanese. When most of the passengers are foreigners, it's beneficial to have some prior knowledge about the sightseeing spots. Understanding what the locations are like before arriving can enhance the enjoyment, even if the guide's Japanese explanations are limited. The guide was very proactive in taking photos, which was appreciated for solo participants.

At the Toyako Onsen area, we had free time for lunch, but there were fewer restaurants. The restaurant I had researched had a four-person wait. Since lunch time was limited, I couldn't eat there and had to go somewhere else, which was a bit disappointing. I regretted not buying food at a convenience store before boarding or at the Seicomart near Lake Toya. We got caught in traffic just before arriving at Shikotsu Lake and arrived 40 minutes late. It was too dark to enjoy the sights of Lake Toya. The tour was planned to arrive just before sunset in Hokkaido, but that didn't happen, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a packed itinerary, and I thought it might have been better if the time at the two souvenir stops was reduced. Thank you to the guide and driver for their long hours of service!

2023年10月30日利用。異常に暑い気温が長く続いたため紅葉は８分位。晴天だったので良い観光ができました。殆ど外国人の乗客でしたが、車内は静かでした。ガイドさんの説明時間は殆ど中国語でしたが日本語でも対応いただき良かったです。乗客が殆ど外国人の場合、事前に観光地の情報、知識等を自分で把握しておいて、ガイドさんの少な目な日本語の説明がなくても現地に到着してどういう所なのか、理解していると楽しみも増します。ガイドさんが写真を積極的に撮ってくださるので一人参加者の場合、ありがたかったです。洞爺湖温泉街で各自に自由な昼食になっていますが、レストランが少なめ。事前に調べていたレストランは4人待ち。昼食時間が限られているため、このレストランでは食べられず、別の所で食べましたがちょっと不満足感。集合前にコンビニで食物を買って乗車あるいは、洞爺湖近くにセイコーマートがあるのでそこで買えばよかったと悔やまれました。支笏湖到着間際に渋滞に巻き込まれ、40分遅れて到着。真っ暗で洞爺湖観光どころではありませんでした。ツアー予約前にぎりぎり北海道の日没時間前に間に合うかと思うプランでしたが、叶わず、ちょっと残念。総合的に盛りだくさんで、お土産2か所の時間を減らすと、いいかも？と思いました。ガイドさん、ドライバーさん長時間にわたってありがとうございました！

I took a night bus to see the illuminations. The views of the North and South were, of course, very beautiful.

The guide's talk was not stiff and formal; it included humor typical of Osaka and stories from that day, making for a fun ride.

Since I was traveling alone without a car, I participated in this tour that seemed great for exploring Ishigaki Island. It turned out to be very good. The view of Kabira Bay on a sunny day was beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles from the glass-bottom boat. The scenery from the observation deck was also incredibly stunning and left me in awe.

The guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to enjoy the bus ride without getting bored. I highly recommend this for solo travelers!

The weather was great, and of course, the sightseeing was excellent, but the highlight was our guide, Catherine. She provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and was attentive to everyone from all countries. As a solo participant from Japan, she always reached out to me. She did this for the entire group. Just watching her made me feel good.

I viewed the city landmarks from the window of the car and explored the suburbs on foot. I wanted to visit the Okurayama Jump Stadium. Although there is an additional fee, I recommend taking the lift to the top. You can get a panoramic view of Sapporo city and see the jump platform up close.

When we arrived at Iriomote Island and transferred to a bus, the driver provided a lot of explanations about the island, which helped me understand more and made the sightseeing more enjoyable. On Yubu Island, which we crossed by water buffalo cart, there was a lush subtropical botanical paradise. It felt like being in another country. There were flowers and various types of plants that can only be seen in Okinawa.

水牛車に乗って渡った由布島では自然豊かな亜熱帯植物楽園がありました。
海外に来たような雰囲気でした。
沖縄でしか見られない花やいろんな種類の植物があります。
蝶々園とたくさんの水牛がいる池、水牛ふれあい体験までできます。
昼食も付いてて大した期待はありませんでしたが、ボリュームもあって沖縄料理を楽しめるおいしい食事でした。
最後のマングローブ遊覧はマングローブ林をのんびり船から見学ができ、ガイドさんがマングローブの生態や植物、生き物について解説しながら案内してくれて学びの多い時間でした。
景色だけを楽しむ旅行ではなく、様々な情報も一緒に学びながら楽しむことができて、その点にとても満足しました。

I had seen the gassho-zukuri style many times in photos, but the real thing was even more impressive and moving than the pictures. I believe there are challenges in maintaining it, but I hope it can be preserved for future generations. I also appreciate the staff's assistance with the tourist information.

11月ですが南風の強い日であり、時より小雨が降りましたが、予定通り観光することができました。合掌造りは、写真では何度も見ておりましたが、実物は写真以上のものがあり素晴らしく感動しました。維持していく大変さもあるとは思いますが、後世に残してもらいたいものです。

I was hoping to see some more unusual fish, which is why I gave this rating. We visited three islands, and everyone guided us smoothly, so I didn't have any issues.

I traveled from Ishigaki Island's ferry terminal to Iriomote Island and took a mangrove cruise. I knew the cruise wouldn't go too far into the mangroves, but I was a bit disappointed that we turned back much sooner than I expected.

Next, I took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. Yubu Island felt like a botanical garden and was very beautiful. The water buffalo cart was just as I had hoped.

Lunch at the island's cafeteria was also good.

Then, I visited Taketomi Island. Since I added all the options, we first went on a glass-bottom boat to see the corals and fish. The water clarity was a bit poor due to the typhoon that had just passed, but I was satisfied because I could still see corals and fish. It would have been even better if the water had been clearer, but that's just luck.

After that, we toured the island by microbus. I was a little disappointed by the number of people. Finally, I rode the water buffalo cart again to circle the island, and then we walked around the places we visited by water buffalo cart until it was time for the ferry. We were taken by bus to the ferry terminal and then took the ferry back to Ishigaki Island's ferry terminal.

I was very satisfied to have visited three islands in one day.

マングローブクルーズはあまり奥まで行かない事は分かっていたが、期待していたよりも全然手前で戻ってしまったので少し残念。

次に水牛車で由布島へ。
由布島は全体が植物園の様な感じでとてもキレイでした。水牛車も期待通りで良かったです。
島の食堂でのランチも良かったです。

そして三島目の竹富島。
オプションを全部付けたので始めはグラスボートでサンゴと魚を見に行きました。
台風直後だったので水の透明度が少し悪かったですが、サンゴも魚も見れたので満足。
水が透明だったらなお良かったですが、こればかりは運ですね。
その後マイクロバスで島内観光。人の多さに少しがっかりでした。
最後は水牛車に乗ってもう一度島内をぐるりと回り、その後船の時間まで歩いて水牛車で回った場所をおさらい。
フェリー乗り場までバスで送ってもらい、フェリーで石垣島離島ターミナルへ。

1日で三島巡りできてとても満足でした。

The Japanese guide's polite and cheerful explanations were very good. The walking time was just right, and I was able to enjoy it. Thank you very much.

I made a reservation because it was trending on TV and social media, and I definitely wanted to experience it. The weather was also favorable, and I was able to have a rare experience. Diving from land to sea was impressive, and the view after getting out to sea was wonderful. I enjoyed seeing the Rainbow Bridge from below and being surrounded by many seagulls while cruising. It was so much fun that I wished I could do it twice.

On the last day of my trip to Yakushima, I participated in the Yakuzaru bus tour. Since I had been trekking to Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo, it was great to be able to do some sightseeing on the last day. I was very satisfied to be taken to various places that are not easy to visit individually, such as Kuriohama, Ohkawa Falls, Chihiro Falls, Nakama Gajumaru, and Kigen Sugi. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and I was able to spend a wonderful, relaxing time. The souvenir shop we stopped by had a rich selection, and I was able to make some great purchases. I was taken past Akama Shrine without any announcement. Other than that, I thought it was great to visit various places. There were many convenient pickup locations, but I felt that it made us run behind schedule. There were even some foreign travelers who missed their flights because of it.

I was surprised to find that out of more than 40 passengers gathered at the meeting point and boarding the bus, only four were Japanese. With over 30 being Chinese and the guide also being Chinese, I felt quite out of place and started off with low energy. However, the guide spoke fluent Japanese, recommended famous spots, and provided explanations, showing great enthusiasm for taking photos, which made the experience very enjoyable. This was my second bus tour in Sapporo, and it was a tour where I could truly feel the great outdoors, leaving me very satisfied. I even thought I would like to request that guide again next time!

集合場所に集まりバスに乗り込んでみて、なんと４０人を超える乗客の内、日本人はたったの４人と言う事に先ずは驚いた。
３０人以上が中国人で、ガイドさんも中国人と言う事に、かなりアウェイ感があり、テンション低めで、スタートしたが、ガイドさんが流暢な日本語で、名所おすすめや説明をしてくれ、写真を撮ってくれサービス精神旺盛でとても楽しめた。
札幌のバスツアーは2回目だが、大自然を感じる事の出来るツアーで大満足でした。
次回もあのガイドさんにお願いしたいなぁと思えるほどでした！
