Very professional staff at tour company. Good value and convenient as Upopoy is over an hour away. There was someone on hand to translate into English, I don't know if this person goes to all the tours. (Staff at Upopoy are poor at English but this isn't tour company's fault.)

In Okinawa, I was able to feel the charm of Ishigaki and the surrounding islands, and I was amazed by the power and strength of the water buffalo. I felt it was a tour I would like to experience again.

I participated in this tour from Yakushima Airport. I was worried about whether I would make it on time since there wasn't much time between the arrival of my flight and the meeting time for the tour, but the meeting place was easy to find, which was helpful.

At Yakusugi Land, you will be walking, but it's on well-maintained walking paths, so it's not really a mountain climb.

However, the road to Yakusugi Land is winding and located in the mountains, so those who are prone to motion sickness may need to take precautions.

屋久島空港からこのツアーに参加しました。
飛行機の空港着時刻からツアーの集合時間まで、間があまりなかったので間に合うか不安だったのですが、集合場所もわかりやすくて助かりました。

ヤクスギランドでは歩きますが、整備された遊歩道なので、登山というものではありません。

ただし、ヤクスギランドまでの車道は、山の中の曲がりくねった道なので、車酔いしやすい人は対策が必要かもしれません。

Last time we visited, there were only domestic travelers, but this time, apart from us, there were mostly international visitors. It might have been influenced by the fact that it was right after the earthquake. However, it was enjoyable to experience a foreign atmosphere. The guide was a bit inexperienced, which made it feel like a small event. 😊

前回利用した際は国内の方ばかりで、今回の旅行は私たち以外海外の方ばかり。
確かに震災直後だったので、影響があったのかも知れませんが。
でも、異国空間があり楽しかった。
ガイドさんも拙い感じ、ちょっとしたイベントでした(^^)

At first, we were given tickets and just moved in order, so it was very easy, straightforward, and we could enjoy the sightseeing smoothly without waiting.

In terms of content, we could see the mangroves well, crossed the sea on a water buffalo, and surprisingly, the food was delicious, which was great.

This time, we traveled with a group of tourists. They talked a lot, laughed loudly, and during the water buffalo ride, they played the sanshin and started singing. We had to wait because we couldn't gather at the meeting time, which delayed the arrival of other guests at their destination, Taketomi Island (although we didn't have that plan).

If we had been with people of the same age, we might have talked, but for us, it was a negative point.

I thought this plan was aimed at group tourism.

It's for those who don't want to move around much. We would have preferred to do the mangrove kayaking instead.

最初にチケットを渡され　順番に移動していくだけなのでとても簡単で、分かりやすく、待つこともなくスムーズに観光できました。
内容的にはマングローブもよく見えて、水牛で海を渡り、意外とご飯も美味しくて、良かったです。
今回私達は団体旅行客と一緒に回りました。とにかく　よくしゃべり、大声で笑う、水牛の時は三線を弾いてくれたのに、歌い出す。
集合時間に集合できず待たされる。その為他のお客さんの目的地　竹富島到着が遅れていた。（私達は行かないプランですが）
同じ年代の人達ならお話もしたかもしれませんが、私達にはマイナスポイントでした。

こちらのプランは団体向けの観光だと思いました。

あまり動きたくない人向けです。私達ならマングローブカヤックにすれば良かったです。

I have been using Beltora overseas for a while, and I chose them again for my trip to Hokkaido without hesitation. It's much cheaper and easier than renting a car or taking the train!

On the day before the 2024 Sapporo Snow Festival, there was an unprecedented heavy snowfall, and many flights were canceled, which made me anxious. It seems that there were cancellations due to the expressway being closed for two consecutive days.

Fortunately, I was able to enjoy my trip as I had a reservation that was fully booked! On the same day, you can check in at the regular bus reception desk inside Sapporo Station, and they will guide you.

Both the driver and the bus guide from Chuo Bus were wonderful and did a professional job. It truly became a great memory!

以前から海外でベルトラさんにお世話になっており、今回の北海道旅行でも迷わずチョイス。
レンタカーや電車よりも全然安く楽ですよ♪
2024年札幌雪祭り前日、例年にない大雪、欠航しまくりの航空便で不安でした。やはり2日間連続で高速道路通行止めの影響でキャンセルになったらしいです。
予約は満席運良く満喫出来ました❗️
同日は札幌駅構内の定期バス受付窓口に行けばチェックイン出来て、案内されます。
中央バスのドライバーさん、バスガイドさん共に素晴らしく、プロの仕事をされておりました。
本当に良い思い出になりました♪

It was great to efficiently tour Ishigaki Island without renting a car, while also being able to sightsee and enjoy meals. The bus guide provided detailed information that helped me understand Ishigaki Island better, which I wouldn't have known on my own. Even in January, the blue sea and blue sky of Ishigaki Island were amazing.

The guide was considerate of each passenger. The announcements regarding precautions just before arriving at each spot and the departure times were clear. I was impressed that the driver bowed every time we got on and off the bus. The timing of the tour's schedule was just right. There were several restroom breaks, which were very helpful.

One disappointing thing was that the timing of the restroom break at the Mushroom Kingdom in Otaki Town was just before lunch. There were so many delicious options like mushroom curry bread and tempura that I really wanted to try, but in the end, I had to settle for just mushroom soup.

The announcements about the tourist spots and the history of the Sapporo area could be heard in multiple languages through a recording. I was surprised at first that it wasn't the guide's voice, but since there were many foreign tourists, I thought this was the best approach. The audio information was plentiful, so it was very educational.

ガイドさんが、乗客一人一人を気遣ってくれていました。
各スポットに到着する直前の注意事項のアナウンスや出発時間のアナウンスも分かりやすかったです。
ドライバーさんも私達がバスを乗り降りする度に、会釈をしてくださり感動しました。
ツアーの内容の時間配分もちょうど良かったです。トイレ休憩も何度もあり、助かりました。
ひとつだけ残念だったのが、トイレ休憩で大滝町のキノコ王国に寄るタイミングが昼食の直前だったことです。キノコカレーパンや天ぷらなど、沢山の美味しいものが並んでいて、凄く食べたかったけど、結局、キノコ汁だけで我慢しました。

観光地や札幌近郊の歴史のアナウンスは、録音されたものを多言語で聴くことができました。はじめはガイドさんのアナウンスでないことにびっくりしましたが、外国人の観光客が多いのでこれが一番いい対応だと思いました。
音声での情報が多かったので、とても勉強になりました。

It was great to leisurely and efficiently visit the island's attractions with a charming guide who spoke with a smile. Not only did we see the tourist spots, but we also received explanations about various places on the island that we wouldn't have known about on our own, which felt like a great value.

For lunch, we enjoyed Ishizaka beef hamburgers and Miminga at a restaurant with a nice view, and everything was very delicious.

Lastly, we got to listen to some sanshin songs, which made for wonderful memories. I highly recommend it! ❣️

笑顔語り口魅力的なガイドさんとのんびり、しかも無駄なく効率的に島の名所を回れてとても良かったです。観光地だけでなく、自分達で回るのでは知り得ない島内の随所の説明もありお得感満載。
昼食は眺めのよい店で石坂牛ハンバーグ、ミミンガ等土地の食べ物網羅されとても美味しかったです。
最後に三線の唄も聞けとてもよい思い出となりました。オススメします❣️

If you're planning to explore Sefa Utaki thoroughly, I recommend wearing sneakers that allow you to walk quickly. The path is made of stones and has some slopes, so you need to be careful with your footing as it can be dangerous. It's understandable since it's a sacred site rather than just a tourist spot. I was glad it was sunny, but I thought that if it were rainy, you should be cautious about slipping on the stone paths. Considering the distance from the bus parking lot, you need to walk briskly to have enough time to see everything. Since it's a half-day tour, it's important to prioritize what you want to see.

Next, Okinawa World’s Gyokusendo Cave was amazing. It was on a scale I've never seen before, both internationally and within Japan. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been; it offers an otherworldly experience. I spent so much time there that I mostly skipped the events above ground. If I had walked more efficiently, I could have enjoyed the mongoose and habu exhibits and had a more fulfilling tour, but I took my time. I would love to participate again someday.

斎場御嶽はしっかり見学しようと思ったらサッサと歩けるスニーカーがおすすめです。
石を敷き詰めた小道で勾配もあるので足元気をつけて歩かないとあぶないこともあります。
観光地としてよりも聖地なのだから仕方ないですが。
晴天でよかったですが雨だと石畳の小径は滑らないよう注意した方がいいかなと思いました。バス駐車場からの距離も考え早めの足取りでないと全部みる時間はありません。半日ツアーなので仕方ありません。みたいものの優先順位決めておくといいです。
次に沖縄ワールドの玉泉洞最高でした。海外でも日本国内でも今迄見たことのないほどのスケールの場所でした。行った事のない人に是非見てもらいたい異次元の感動が得られます。
ここで時間とってしまったので地上のイベントはほとんどスルーしてしまいました。
もっと要領よく歩けばマングースとハブや民族的な所も楽しめて充実したツアーを体験できたのにゆっくりしてしまいました。いつかまた参加してみたいと思いました。

The guide's tips on how to enjoy each destination and stories related to Okinawa were helpful and enjoyable. It was windy and cold near the sea. Food was being sold at various locations. The Hikan cherry blossoms were also in bloom. I'm glad we took the bus since it would have taken over two hours to drive from Naha.

ガイドさんの、各行き先での楽しみ方や沖縄にまつわるお話がためになり、楽しかったです。
海の近くは風が強くて寒かったです。
各所で食べ物を販売していました。
ヒカン桜も咲いていました。
那覇から車で行ったら2時間以上運転しないといけないのでバスで行って良かったです。

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to our guide, Shu, due to the accident. The tour itself had many highlights, and the travel time was not too long for a tour in Hokkaido, so I recommend it.

アクシデントでガイドのシュウさんにご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、申し訳ありませんでした。ツアー自体は見どころも多く、北海道のツアーにしては移動時間もさほど長くなく、お薦めです。

I have visited Kyoto multiple times. The combination of sightseeing and meals at four locations was better than expected. No complaints.

Guide Mr. Oshima did a great job. Double circle ◎◎◎.

The only concern I had was Mr. Oshima's English pronunciation and grammar. I apologize for this comment, but Mr. Oshima:
1. Lacks the third-person singular 's'
2. Uses the present tense instead of the past tense
3. Makes many mistakes with plural forms

However, despite some grammatical errors, Mr. Oshima communicated effectively in English. I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person.

I'm glad I was able to see both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and to attend the Shikotsu Lake Ice Waterfall Festival, which is only held in winter. If I had to say something, I wish I could have stayed for the light-up longer.

I was surprised that out of 45 tour participants, I was the only Japanese person. It seems that more people are coming from abroad now.

登別も昭和新山も見れて
冬場しか開催が無い支笏湖氷瀑祭りに行けて良かった
強いて言えばライトアップ過ぎまで滞在したかったな。

It was great to efficiently tour each island while hitting all the key points. I recommend it for those who may have concerns about their stamina or are visiting the islands for the first time.

各島、ポイントを押さえて効率良く周遊できて良かったです。体力に不安な方や初めての島巡りにおすすめです。

It was an easy trip since it was a half-day bus tour. The visit to the Shiroi Koibito factory was short, and it ended up being just shopping; I wanted to see more of the inside.

半日バスツアーなので移動が楽でした。白い恋人工場見学は時間が短く、買い物だけで終わってしまい、もっと中をみたかったです。

Lunch spots were crowded everywhere, and individuals had to wait in line, but it was really great that our tour included meals. The highlights that could have been confusing were explained by our guide, which was fantastic. The Shirakawa-go bus terminal on Saturday was packed with tourists, and it seemed like buying bus tickets would be quite a challenge. I felt that coming on a tour was definitely the right choice!

昼食はどこも混雑していて、個人で来られた方は行列ができてましたが、ツアーに食事がついているのでほんと良かったです。
迷ってしまいそうな見どころも、ガイドさんから教えていただき最高でした。
土曜日の白川郷のバスターミナルは観光客でいっぱいで、バスチケット買うのも大変そうに思えました。
ツアーで来たのは正解だったな！っと思いました。

You can efficiently visit the tourist spots in Shodoshima. There was plenty of time to stop at each location. The bus guide's explanations were clear and fluent, and despite the loud conversations from a group seated at the back of the bus, she professionally recited a passage from the novel "Twenty-Four Eyes." On the way back, you can also get off at the International Hotel, allowing you to visit Saikoji Temple, the Maze Town, and Angel Road.

小豆島の観光地を効率よく廻れます。各見学先での立ち寄り時間も充分でした。バスガイドさんの説明は、明瞭で、淀みなく、車内の後方に座っていた中華圏グループの大声での話にもめげずに、「二十四の瞳」の小説の一節を暗唱する姿はプロフェッショナルでした。帰りは国際ホテルも下車可能ですので、西光寺、迷路の町、エンジェルロードにも行けます。

The boarding area is hard to find, and not having a company phone number to make inquiries is a big problem.

It's not acceptable to not receive a confirmation call even when the time has come.

The tour guide was very good at speaking and didn't waste any time with unnecessary talk. There was a foreign language interpreter. The driver was friendly, which made me feel safe getting on the bus.

I wanted to visit the filming location at Kamino Iro Mi Kumanoza Shrine and was looking for a tour, but there were none available. I found a comment about a tour for foreigners, and the driver was also a foreigner, with only one Japanese person in the group. I was worried that if I got lost while wanting to explore the walking paths at Takachiho Gorge, I might not be able to return. However, I felt more anxious about renting a car, so I decided to take the bus instead. I saved a photo of the bus number and its features (this time it was blue, which made it easy to identify). I made sure to confirm the meeting time every time and participated alone. The driver was Japanese, and the guide spoke three languages, which was a relief. During lunch, I met someone from my hometown who had their trip postponed due to snow the day before, and we agreed that we should travel while we are still able to move!

Although the lunch provided on the tour often differed from the photos, I was surprised to find that it even included alcohol for such a reasonable price. There were some areas of the walking path at Takachiho Gorge under construction due to the typhoon, and I mistakenly thought we could ride the shuttle bus multiple times. My companion and I ended up getting on a different tour bus. I felt that it would have been better if the guide had explained, "We will meet here at this time to take the shuttle bus back to the bus area." Additionally, there was a woman listening to music without headphones. There were two instances of people not adhering to the meeting time, and when it was time to board the bus, they didn’t apologize, which felt quite natural to them. I think it would be better to firmly communicate at the beginning that "In Japan, if you are late for the meeting time, you will be left behind!" I would like to visit again after the construction on the walking path is completed.

映画撮影場所の上色見熊野座神社に行ってみたくてツアーを探していたものの他になく、コメントで外国人向けツアー.ドライバーも外国の方で日本人は1人きり等あり、高千穂峡で遊歩道周りたいのに迷って乗り遅れたら帰れないかもと不安でしたが、レンタカーの方が不安で帰りは寝ていられると、バスの番号と特徴(今回青で分かりやすい)を写真に保管.毎回集合時間さえ必ず確認しようと独りで参加。ドライバーさんは日本人·ガイドさんも3ヶ国話されたのでひと安心。昼食時に前日雪で中止でずらされた方が同郷の方で、身体が動く内に旅行するべきと意気投合しました！
ツアーの昼食では写真と違うこと多いものの、お酒まであってこの料金で良いの？と思う程でした。
高千穂峡の遊歩道が台風の影響で工事中の箇所あり、シャトルバスは何度も乗れるかと勘違いして違うツアーのバスに2人で乗ってしまったので、ガイドさんと歩き解散する場所で「ここに何時何分に集合してシャトルバスに乗ってバスの所まで送って貰う」と説明が良いと感じました。あと音楽をイヤホンなしで聞いてる女性.2回集合時間を守らない方がいて、バス乗る時に謝りの言葉なく当然という感じだったので「日本では集合時間に遅れたら置いて行く！」と初めにきつく伝えるべきかなと思います。遊歩道の工事完了後にまた行きたいと思います。

Most of the participants were from overseas. However, the tour guide was kind and attentive, allowing us to have a comfortable time.

参加者のほとんどが、海外の方たちでした。が、添乗員さんが、親切丁寧に対応くださり、快適な時間を過ごせました。

Due to the off-season, there were only two pairs of participants, including one solo participant. Our driver and guide, Mr. Adachi, had an extensive knowledge of Yakushima, and I felt like my understanding of the island expanded while listening to him. Additionally, the flying fish set meal for lunch was my first experience with flying fish, and it was very easy to eat and delicious. Thank you very much.

シーズンオフのせいか1人参加が二組の二人参加でした。ドライバー兼ガイドの足立さんは大変屋久島についての知識が豊富で、聞いていて屋久島についての知識が広がった気がしました。また、昼食のトビ魚の定食は、初めてトビ魚を食べたのですがとても食べやすくて美味しかったです。どうもありがとうございました。

I had a great time. The guide was very experienced and explained things while occasionally playing the sanshin. It was a sunny day, so the scenery was fantastic, and there were moments when the guide took photos for us. The optional glass-bottom boat ride was also wonderful; the sea was very beautiful, and we were able to see sea turtles and coral.

とても楽しかったです。ガイドさんがとても慣れた方で、ところどころ三線も引きながら説明してくださいました。この日は晴れていたので景色も最高で、ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくださる場面もありました。オプションで乗ったグラスボートも、海がとても綺麗でウミガメや珊瑚なども見ることができました。

Since I was traveling alone and didn't have a car, I was glad to be able to visit many tourist spots in a short amount of time. Both the guide and the driver were great, and I had a lot of fun.

I participated on a snowy day typical of Hokkaido. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was closed for lift use because there was a competition the next day. I felt disappointed as I headed there, but it was amazing to watch the young athletes practice. My time at Shiroi Koibito Park was short and a bit rushed, but I think those who don't buy souvenirs can enjoy it quite a bit. At the outer market, I encountered some great shops, bought plenty of souvenirs, and was very satisfied. Given the weather made it difficult for us to move around, I'm really glad I participated.

北海道らしい雪の日に参加しました。大倉山ジャンプ競技場は翌日に大会があるとのことでリフト使用中止。残念な気持ちで向かいましたが、若い選手たちの練習風景を見学できて最高でした。白い恋人パークは滞在時間が短くバタバタしましたが、お土産等買わない人は割と堪能できるかと思います。場外市場では良きお店に出会い、しっかりお土産も買って、大満足でした。自分たちでは移動もままならない天気だったので、参加して本当に良かったです。

The plan was to visit the main tourist attractions in Kyoto by bus. Unfortunately, there was traffic in the city, and popular spots like Fushimi Inari Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple were crowded with tourists, which caused delays in the bus arrivals and reduced our free time. However, I was very satisfied that we were able to visit Arashiyama while it was still light out.

The tour guide was very kind, and their detailed explanations for foreign visitors showed their dedication. This trip was a wonderful experience for me and my son. I think the tour planning was excellent. It would be difficult to visit all the scattered attractions in one day on your own.

京都の主要観光地をバスで廻れるというプランでした。残念ながら京都市内も車で渋滞、伏見稲荷神社や清水寺など人気観光地も観光客でいっぱいだったため、バスの到着に遅れが生じて自由時間が少なくなって残念な一面もありましたが、明るいうちに嵐山へ行く事が出来てとても満足なツアーでした。
添乗員さんもとても優しく、外国人への説明も詳しく一生懸命さが伝わってきました。
今回は息子との二人旅でしたが、とても楽しい旅行になりました。
ツアーの企画としてもとても良かったと思います。個人ではあちこちに点在してる観光地をまとめて一日で回ることは難しいと思います。

We participated in a New Year's tour in Kyoto with our family. At first, I was a bit worried about the traffic since it was New Year's, but everything went very smoothly and efficiently. If we had gone by our own car, I think we would have had concerns about parking and access, but since we took the bus, those worries were eliminated, making it stress-free. It was really great. 家族でお正月の京都のツアーに参加させて頂きました。
初めはお正月だし、車も混んで時間がどうなるんだろう、と少し不安でしたが、
問題なくとても効率良かったです。
自家用車で行っていたら、駐車場の心配やアクセスの心配があったと思いますが、バスなので、
それがなくてストレスフリーでした。

I recommend exploring Taketomi Island by renting a bicycle.
