It was a very enjoyable tour. The guide was very knowledgeable about plants, and if it had just been me, I would have just stared blankly, but they explained everything in detail. The driver was also very skilled at driving. I was also happy to see many Yakushima monkeys.

I wanted to listen more carefully to the guide's explanations, but I couldn't hear well because it was small. However, the guide provided detailed information about various things, which made me feel closer to Osaka.

I participated alone. I was worried about the cold, but I didn't feel much wind by the window... however, complete cold protection is essential. Wearing the hood of my coat kept me warm and my hair in place. There were blankets and hand warmers available for loan. There wasn't much space between the seats in front, behind, and to the sides, and we were instructed to sit closely together in the front. Since I was alone, I thought about moving to the empty seat in the back. It was a great memory to see the beautiful illuminations while the guide was talking! The cold was manageable, and the timing was just right.

寒さが心配でしたが、窓際ではそこまで風を感じませんでした…が、やはり完全防寒対策必須。
コートの帽子をかぶってると暖かいし、髪も乱れません。ひざ掛け&カイロの貸出ありました。
座席の前後左右にゆとりはなく、前の方に詰めて座り位置が指定されていました。
一人だし空いていた後ろの席にうつりたいな〜とは思いました。
ガイドさんがお話しながらキレイなイルミネーションが見られていい思い出になりました！
寒さもあり、時間的にもちょうどよかったです。

I was considering downloading a Chinese translation app halfway through the tour. But overall, it was fun!

The round-trip cable car ride, including lunch, allowed us to enjoy the experience for 10 hours, and it was a great value. The automatic audio guide via earphones was available in multiple languages, and it was convenient to just remove the earphones when we didn't want to listen. The mushroom soup and lunch were satisfying as well. The views at all the sightseeing spots were fantastic. Although it was sunny, the snow from a few days prior made the snowy scenery very beautiful. I'm glad we visited the bear ranch too. The guide took a lot of photos for us. Thank you very much.

The passenger ratio was about one-third Japanese, with the rest mainly from China and South Korea. The guide was from China and spoke alternately in Japanese and Chinese. I thought I would get tired from the long bus ride, but the guide's skillful storytelling and the beautiful winter scenery outside made the time fly by. If I had to mention one thing, the exploration time was short, and I wished we could stay longer, but it seems unavoidable since the days are shorter in winter in Hokkaido. The guide mentioned that summer is more enjoyable. The snow-covered Hell Valley and Showa Shinzan were really beautiful, so I’m glad I visited in winter. The plan was well thought out, especially with the timing for sunset at Lake Shikotsu. I would like to book a different tour next time I visit Hokkaido.

I was able to visit four main tourist attractions in one day, including lunch. After searching various options, I thought this was the best and made a reservation.

About 30% of the participants were Japanese, but our guide Maria provided a thorough tour of Kyoto in both English and Japanese. Visiting the main attractions in one day with lunch at this price is very affordable. Thanks to Maria's kind and heartfelt service, I created wonderful memories of Kyoto. She was such a lovely guide that I took a commemorative photo with her at Fushimi Inari.

It was a cold day in mid-November, but with a lap blanket and a heat pack, it felt like no time at all.
The open ceiling made it impressive to see the buildings right in front of me at the station.
The street trees along Midosuji were beautifully lit with colorful illuminations, and the view from the highway was also lovely and enjoyable.
I highly recommend the night view from the double-decker bus.

We participated as a couple in our 60s. We joined a day trip to Shirakawa-go as an extension of our Kanazawa trip. Since we had to move to Tokyo after the tour, I emailed to inquire if it was possible to store our suitcases, and I received a quick reply confirming it, which was reassuring. It was great that we could use Wi-Fi on the bus, and there were about five or six foreign travelers, so the tour guide's fluent English explanations were refreshing. The lunch was even more delicious than I expected, and the foreign guests were going for seconds. Although it was unfortunately rainy, we still made some good memories. I had prepared one umbrella, but it seemed there were some guests who hadn't brought one. Was there an umbrella rental available?

ツアー参加後に東京への移動があったのでスーツケースの預かりは可能かメールで問い合わせをしたら直ぐにOKの返信をもらえて安心しました
バスの中ではWi-Fiが使えて良かったし　海外の方も5、6人程おられてツアーガイドの方の流暢な英語での説明が新鮮でした
お昼ご飯も思ってた以上に美味しく頂き外国の方はご飯のお代わりをされてました　あいにくの雨でしたがそれなりに思い出ができました
傘は一本用意してましたが　用意してないお客さんもいたようです　傘の貸し出しはあったのでしょうか？

久々の楽しい旅行になりました。
紅葉も綺麗でしたし、雨模様で行くまでは少し残念だと思っていたのですが、逆に霧と紅葉とで幻想的な景色を楽しめました。

I participated in the tour on November 30th. The bus guide was able to communicate clearly in both English and Japanese without favoring one over the other, making it easy for both foreigners and Japanese people to understand. Despite the large number of tourists, we were able to enjoy the entire experience comfortably. We were on a course that did not require an admission fee, but thanks to the guide asking if we would like to pay together at Kinkaku-ji in advance, we were able to enter smoothly. There was also plenty of time to buy souvenirs at each stop, and this course allowed us to visit so many famous sites in just one day, which was fantastic. I would like to use this service again next year. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

バスガイドさんも英語、日本語をどちらかに片寄る事もなく、わかりやすく外国人にも日本人にもガイドが伝わっていました。観光客が多かったにもかかわらず、全て気持ち良く回れました。私達は拝観料を頼んでないコースでしたが、金閣寺では前もってガイドさんが一緒に払いますがどうですか？と聞いてくれたおかげですんなりと入場できました。
お土産を買う時間もその都度、充分ありましたし、1日でこんなに名所を回れるコースは最高でした。
また、来年も利用させて頂きたいと思っております。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

This was my first experience like this, so my mother and I excitedly boarded the bus. I was surprised to find that we had an open-air seat on the second floor. They provided hand warmers and blankets for the cold, which was very thoughtful. Thank you!

It was so much fun to see the sparkling Christmas illuminations!

During the day, we enjoyed various views from the Aqua Liner on the river, but at night, we were able to see the same places from the bus, experiencing a different atmosphere. Additionally, I was amazed by the various views we were shown from the highway at the end. Thank you for your consideration.

It was cold, and it snowed a little along the way, but both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya had wonderful scenery. Riding the ropeway provided a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view. We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was a satisfying experience that felt far beyond a day trip bus tour. The day trip lasted a long time, from around 8:30 in the morning until the evening, and I thought the price was very reasonable. This trip to Hokkaido became my best memory.

寒くて途中雪が少し降りましたが支笏湖、洞爺湖とも素晴らしい景色でした。ロープウェイにも乗り360度のパノラマの景色は絶景でした。ランチもホテルで頂き、日帰りバスツアーとは思えないほどの満足感のある内容でした。朝の8時半くらいから夕方まで長い間の日帰りツアーで色々と連れて行っていただいて、料金はすごくお安いと思いました。この度の北海道旅行の1番の思い出になりました。
