In November, it was a day with strong southern winds, and there was occasional light rain, but we were able to go sightseeing as planned. I had seen the gassho-zukuri style many times in photos, but the real thing was even more impressive and moving than the pictures. I believe there are challenges in maintaining it, but I hope it can be preserved for future generations. I also appreciate the staff's assistance with the tourist information.

11月ですが南風の強い日であり、時より小雨が降りましたが、予定通り観光することができました。合掌造りは、写真では何度も見ておりましたが、実物は写真以上のものがあり素晴らしく感動しました。維持していく大変さもあるとは思いますが、後世に残してもらいたいものです。

The glass-bottom boat took us out to the sea, and they worked hard to find fish, but there were fewer than I expected. When we threw out some bait, large, simple fish came around. I was hoping to see some more unusual fish, which is why I gave this rating. We visited three islands, and everyone guided us smoothly, so I didn't have any issues.

グラスボードは海のスポットに出て一生懸命魚を探してくださるけど、思っていたような魚は少なく餌をまくと大きなシンプルな魚がやってきました。
もう少し変わった魚が見えるかと思っていたのでこのような評価としました。
3島巡りをしましたが、皆さん流れ良く案内等をしてくださり、困る事もありませんでした。

I participated because we were scheduled to disperse at Kyoto Station at 5 PM! However, it actually ended up being 6 PM, which messed up my next plans. The guide mostly spoke English since there were many foreigners. I only understand Japanese, so I was completely lost! I feel like I wasted my money paying for the same thing.

At one point, a foreign participant didn't return on time, and during the initial explanation, we were told that if they didn't come back, we would be left behind and would have to chase the bus ourselves. We ended up waiting for that person for several minutes. However, they never returned, resulting in a significant loss of time!

I cannot recommend tours with many foreigners. The schedule was so different that I feel like I want a refund.

実際は18時解散となり、次の予定が狂いました。
外国人の方が人数が多いからとガイドはほとんどが英語でした。
こちらは日本語しかわからず、ちんぷんかんぷんですよ！同じ事お金を払ってとても損をした気分です。
途中、外国人の方が時間通りに戻らず、初めの説明では戻らないと置いていく、置いていかれたら自分でバスを追いかけてと言われていましたが、
戻らない方を数十分待つ事になりました。
しかしその方は戻っては来なく、大変なタイムロスです！！
外国人の多いツアーはオススメ出来ません。
あまりにも予定が違うので返金して欲しい気分です。

The weather was favorable, and I was very satisfied with the day's itinerary.

The tour guide was excellent and made for a fun experience. However, I was quite surprised by the number of tourists. As expected, Kyoto is popular... Moreover, I was astonished that more than 80% of them were international visitors. There are pros and cons to the inbound tourism that has been in the news, but I could really feel it.

I traveled from Ishigaki Island's ferry terminal to Iriomote Island and took a mangrove cruise. I knew the cruise wouldn't go too far into the mangroves, but I was a bit disappointed that we turned back much sooner than I expected.

Next, I took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. Yubu Island felt like a botanical garden and was very beautiful. The water buffalo cart was just as I had hoped.

Lunch at the island's cafeteria was also good.

Then, I visited Taketomi Island. Since I added all the options, we first went on a glass-bottom boat to see the corals and fish. The water clarity was a bit poor due to the typhoon that had just passed, but I was satisfied because I could still see corals and fish. It would have been even better if the water had been clearer, but that's just luck.

After that, we toured the island by microbus. I was a little disappointed by the number of people. Finally, I rode the water buffalo cart again to circle the island, and then we walked around the places we visited by water buffalo cart until it was time for the ferry. We were taken by bus to the ferry terminal and then took the ferry back to Ishigaki Island's ferry terminal.

I was very satisfied to have visited three islands in one day.

石垣島離島ターミナルより西表島に渡り、仲間川マングローブクルーズ。
マングローブクルーズはあまり奥まで行かない事は分かっていたが、期待していたよりも全然手前で戻ってしまったので少し残念。

次に水牛車で由布島へ。
由布島は全体が植物園の様な感じでとてもキレイでした。水牛車も期待通りで良かったです。
島の食堂でのランチも良かったです。

そして三島目の竹富島。
オプションを全部付けたので始めはグラスボートでサンゴと魚を見に行きました。
台風直後だったので水の透明度が少し悪かったですが、サンゴも魚も見れたので満足。
水が透明だったらなお良かったですが、こればかりは運ですね。
その後マイクロバスで島内観光。人の多さに少しがっかりでした。
最後は水牛車に乗ってもう一度島内をぐるりと回り、その後船の時間まで歩いて水牛車で回った場所をおさらい。
フェリー乗り場までバスで送ってもらい、フェリーで石垣島離島ターミナルへ。

1日で三島巡りできてとても満足でした。

I made a reservation because it was trending on TV and social media, and I definitely wanted to experience it. The weather was also favorable, and I was able to have a rare experience. Diving from land to sea was impressive, and the view after getting out to sea was wonderful. I enjoyed seeing the Rainbow Bridge from below and being surrounded by many seagulls while cruising. It was so much fun that I wished I could do it twice.

I traveled with my high school daughter and my 80-year-old mother, and I was worried about keeping both of them entertained, but they both had a great time, and we really enjoyed ourselves! On the last day of my trip to Yakushima, I participated in the Yakuzaru bus tour. Since I had been trekking to Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo, it was great to be able to do some sightseeing on the last day. I was very satisfied to be taken to various places that are not easy to visit individually, such as Kuriohama, Ohkawa Falls, Chihiro Falls, Nakama Gajumaru, and Kigen Sugi. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and I was able to spend a wonderful, relaxing time. The souvenir shop we stopped by had a rich selection, and I was able to make some great purchases. From the bus window, I could also see monkeys and Tanegashima, making it a worthwhile experience.

屋久島旅行最終日に屋久島周遊やくざる号に参加しました。縄文杉と白谷雲水峡のトレッキング続きだったので、最終日に島内観光が出来て良かったです。個人ではなかなか行きにくい栗生浜、大川の滝、千尋の滝、中間ガジュマル、紀元杉等々、様々な場所に連れて行っていただけて大満足です。ガイドさんのお話も楽しく、素敵な癒しの時間を過ごすことができました。途中、立ち寄ったお土産さんの品揃えも豊富で、お得な買い物が出来ました。車窓からは、親子猿や種子島などを眺めることも出来、参加して良かったです。

The mangrove tour in Iriomote Island was a valuable experience. I was moved by the scenery that was so different from my daily life. I also rode the water buffalo cart twice on Yufu Island and Taketomi Island, but it was a special experience with different landscapes, making for a memorable day. It's quite difficult to pack such a schedule into one day on your own, so I'm glad I could participate.

西表島のマングローブ遊覧も貴重な体験でした。
日常からかけ離れた景色に感動しました。
水牛車も由布島と竹富島で２度乗りましたが
又違った風景で特別な経験ができて思い出深い１日になり大変よかったです。

I was taken past Akama Shrine without any announcement. Other than that, I thought it was great to visit various places. There were many convenient pickup locations, but I felt that it made us run behind schedule. There were even some foreign travelers who missed their flights because of it.

何のアナウンスもなく赤間神宮を飛ばされました。それ以外は色々な場所に行けて良かったと思いました。ピックアップ場所が多く便利ではあるが、そのせいで時間が押してる様に思えた。帰りの飛行機に間に合わないと、途中下車した外国人の方もいました。

I was surprised to find that out of more than 40 passengers gathered at the meeting point and boarding the bus, only four were Japanese. With over 30 being Chinese and the guide also being Chinese, I felt quite out of place and started off with low energy. However, the guide spoke fluent Japanese, recommended famous spots, and provided explanations, showing great enthusiasm for taking photos, which made the experience very enjoyable. This was my second bus tour in Sapporo, and it was a tour where I could truly feel the great outdoors, leaving me very satisfied. I even thought I would like to request that guide again next time!

集合場所に集まりバスに乗り込んでみて、なんと４０人を超える乗客の内、日本人はたったの４人と言う事に先ずは驚いた。
３０人以上が中国人で、ガイドさんも中国人と言う事に、かなりアウェイ感があり、テンション低めで、スタートしたが、ガイドさんが流暢な日本語で、名所おすすめや説明をしてくれ、写真を撮ってくれサービス精神旺盛でとても楽しめた。
札幌のバスツアーは2回目だが、大自然を感じる事の出来るツアーで大満足でした。
次回もあのガイドさんにお願いしたいなぁと思えるほどでした！

It was great to see various places and hear about Yakushima from the guide. There were also people getting off at the airport. They might be flexible with arrangements. The bus was not very large, and the seats were a bit tight. I recommend making an early reservation.

I visited Nikko Toshogu Shrine for the first time after its renovation. It was during the autumn foliage season, so there were quite a lot of people, which would have made it difficult for individuals. However, we were able to view the shrine as a group without waiting in line for tickets, but even an hour and a half felt insufficient. The traffic on Irohazaka was terrible, and unfortunately, we couldn't see Kegon Falls as it was already dark. I participated in a tour in Chinese and English for the first time, and even with just one Japanese person, the perspective changed. It was a great opportunity to study English and feel like I was traveling abroad, making it an enjoyable experience.

I have never participated in such a terrible tour. After gathering in Shinjuku, there was no announcement when the bus departed. I had no idea where we were going or how long it would take. Even when we arrived at the destination, there was no information about where we had arrived or when to regroup; everyone was checking on their own. I chose this tour because it was supposed to be in English and Chinese, but there was absolutely no explanation at each sightseeing spot. I regretted not joining a regular Japanese tour instead.

At Toshogu Shrine, the bus parking was a bit far away, and I was relieved that everyone (mostly Chinese) returned safely without any accidents. I participated in this tour thinking it would be nice for my overseas friends, but I was disappointed. I believe this is not just a problem with the guide but a quality control issue with Veltra. If the customers had been Westerners, I think there would have been complaints on the spot, and accidents like getting lost could have occurred.

I hope they work on improving the quality of the tours.

新宿集合後、バスが出発しても何のアナウンスもありません。どこに行くのかどのくらい時間が掛かるのか全く分かりません。バスが到着してもどこについたのかいつ再集合かボード、アナウンス全くなく各々確認していました。英語、中国語のツアーとのことで選んだのですが各観光地の説明は全くありません。これなら日本語の普通のツアーに参加すればよかったと思いました。
東照宮ではバスの駐車場は少し離れた場所で良くみんな（ほとんどが中国人）無事に事故無く帰ってきたと思いました。
ベルトラさんの海外のツアーに参加して今回は海外の友達にいいかなと思い参加しましたががっかりです。
これはガイドさんの問題でなくベルトラさんの品質管理の問題だと思います。お客が欧米人ならその場で文句が出ていたと思いますしはぐれて帰ってこないなどの事故が起こっていたかと思います。
ツアーの品質改善に取り組んでほしいと思います。

次の日は　自分達でレンタカーで見て回りました。
寒霞渓の紅葉はまだ少し早かったのが残念ですが　シーズンには大変混雑する為　ロープウェイの行列で　往復にはとても時間がかかるそうですのでツアーがおすすめです✨✨
次の日レンタカーの受付で寒霞渓には行かれました？と聞かれて　何故そんな質問をするのかというと　急な山道が続くので運転に慣れていない女性は気をつけてくださいね、結構大変ですよ！と… 　確かに見上げる山頂にロープウェイ駅でした…前日に行って来て良かったです。
今回のツアー箇所それぞれ離れています。
レンタカーも自由度から言うと良いですが　こちらのツアーお勧めです！！
