Yakushima, known for its frequent rain. On this day, it was unfortunately rainy as well, but it lightened up a bit after passing Anbo, and the sun was shining at Inakahama. When we arrived in Miyanoura, it started raining again. It seems this is typical weather for Yakushima. I was surprised to find that a guide was included at this price. Moreover, the explanations were witty and entertaining, making it enjoyable. The lunch set was luxurious, and we even got to have coffee. I recommend this for tourists who cannot drive.

雨の多い屋久島。この日もあいにくの雨でしたが、安房を過ぎたあたりから小ぶりになり、いなか浜ではお日様が出ていました。宮ノ浦に来るとまた雨。屋久島あるあるのお天気だそうです。このお値段でガイドさんが付くとは思っていなかったので、びっくりしました。しかも説明が軽妙で面白く、楽しめました。ランチのお膳は豪華で、コーヒーまで飲めました。運転ができない観光客にはお勧めです。

On April 22, I participated in this tour as a solo traveler. I hope the following information is helpful.

- About the bus
This tour is said to have many foreign tourists, but on the day I participated, there were also many Japanese tourists returning, so I was able to join a large bus with only Japanese participants. Perhaps because it was only Japanese people, there weren't any loud or rowdy individuals on the bus. Additionally, since I was traveling alone, I was prepared to have someone sitting next to me, but the tour guide suggested that if I sat in the last row, there would be no one next to me. I ended up having a spacious seat in the last row.

- About clothing
I participated in late April, but I felt that a spring coat was too cold. The bus was warm, but when going outside, I wished I had something like Uniqlo's Ultra Light Down. Especially at Cape Erimo, where the wind is strong enough for wind power generation, I think it's better to take some precautions.

- About the tour content
They adjust the order of the stops based on road congestion and the crowd at tourist sites. They keep the sightseeing time strictly, which is reassuring. However, be careful if you decide to take the ropeway at Showa Shinzan, as there is a possibility you won't return in time. Also, you will receive discount coupons for souvenirs at some points along the way. They are slightly cheaper than buying at the airport, so I recommend it. If it becomes cumbersome, you can have them delivered for a fee.

- About the tour guide
The guide provides explanations about the tourist sites and dining options from the bus. They also give a brief guide once you get off at the tourist sites. (Of course, if you don't want to, you can simply return to the bus within the allotted time, so you can use the time as you like.) Additionally, as a solo traveler, I appreciated that they helped me take photos at the tourist sites.

- About the driver
The driver was Mr. Katayama, and I felt he was excellent. I was prepared for a lot of swaying due to the large bus and mountain roads, but it was stable enough that I could watch videos on my smartphone without any issues. Moreover, thanks to his precise driving, we were able to stick to the sightseeing schedule. Furthermore, since he made Sapporo Station our first drop-off point on the way back, we arrived at Sapporo Station at 17:40. (This change was made due to traffic conditions.) Because of this, I was able to board my flight from New Chitose Airport in the late evening without any rush.

4/22に私は一人旅として本ツアーに参加しました。下記参考になればと思います。

・バスについて
本ツアーは外国人観光客が多いツアーとのことですが、わたしの参加した日は日本人観光客が戻ってきているということもあり、日本人だけの大型観光バスで参加することができました。
日本人だけだったからかバス内はワイワイ騒いでいる人はいませんでした。
また、一人での参加ということもあり、隣は誰かいることを覚悟しておりましたが、最後列であれば隣に誰もいないけどどうするかとの添乗員さんからの提案もあり、自身は最後列でゆったりとした席でした。

・服装について
４月後半の参加でしたが、春物のコートでは寒く感じます。バス内はあったかいのですが、外に出る際はユニクロのウルトラライトダウンくらいのものが欲しいと感じました。
特に、地球岬は風力発電をするくらい風が吹いているので、何かしら対策しておいたほうがいいかと思います。

・ツアー内容について
道路の混雑状況や観光地の混雑状況を加味して、行く順番を変更してくださいます。観光時間はしっかりと守ってくれるので安心です。
ただし、昭和新山のロープウェイは行ってしまうと時間内に帰ってこれない可能性があるので、行く際は注意が必要です。
また、途中の箇所でお土産の割引のクーポンをもらえます。空港で買うよりは若干安くなるので、おすすめです。荷物になる場合はお金はかかりますが配達もしてくれます。

・添乗員さんについて
バス内から観光地の説明と食事処の案内をしてくださいます。
また、観光地に降りて軽くですが案内してくれます。（もちろんいらない場合は時間内にバスに戻ってこればいいので、好きに使い分ければいいかと思います）
また、一人旅としてはありがたいことに観光地での写真撮影を手伝ってくださいます。

・ドライバーについて
片山さんという方がドライバーでしたが、最高だと感じました。
大型バスで最後列×山道ということで左右の揺れが激しいことを覚悟しておりましたが、スマホで動画視聴をしても余裕なくらいでした。
また、時間も正確に運転していただけたおかげで観光を時間通りにすることができました。
更には、帰りの目的地を札幌駅をはじめにしてもらったため、17:40に札幌駅に着くことができました。（渋滞の状況から変更になったそうです）
おかげで19時後半の千歳空港発の飛行機に余裕をもって乗ることができました。

The weather was decent, but it was great to smoothly visit the tourist spots. I had plenty of time at the aquarium and was able to take my time exploring, which made me very satisfied.

天気もそこそこでしたが、スムーズに観光地を周れてとても良かったです。水族館はたっぷり時間がありゆっくり観て回れてとても満足しています。

I visited Yakushima without a car. The tour allowed us to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots around the island. At Ohkawa Falls, I was overwhelmed by the powerful water flow, and on the Western Forest Road, which is not accessible by public bus, I encountered many Yakushima monkeys and Yakushima deer!

At each sightseeing location, there was just the right amount of free time, so I was happy to be able to use the restroom and buy souvenirs.

What was most appealing was that the guide shared information about the island's specialties, industries, and the characteristics of each village, all while we enjoyed the views from the bus. I was able to experience the charm of the island that you can't find in guidebooks.

車なしで屋久島に行きました。ツアーでは、島全体の観光スポットを効率よくまわることができました。大川の滝では、迫力ある水量に圧倒され、公営バスでは行くことができない西部林道では、屋久猿や屋久鹿にたくさん出会えました！
それぞれの観光地では、ちょうどよい自由時間があったので、トイレに行ったりお土産を買ったりできたのも嬉しかったです。
何より魅力的だったのは、ガイドさんにバスから見える景色に合わせて、島の特産や産業、島の集落ごとの特徴などを教えていただいたことです。
ガイドブックでは分からない、島の魅力に触れることができました。

I had imagined a "male guide" based on the reviews, but it was a woman. There were many physically demanding locations, but she was powerful, kind, cheerful, and fun, making the half-day trip fly by. Since it was fully booked, I immediately made my next reservation upon returning. The driver was also kind. Thank you very much. The glass boat at Kabira Bay is optional, but I highly recommend it! I want to ride it again next time.

クチコミから「男性のガイドさん」をイメージしていましたが、女性でした。体力のいる案内場所が多かったですが、パワフルかつ親切で、明るく楽しく、あっという間に半日の旅が終わりました。
満席でしたので、帰ってすぐに次の予約をしました。
運転手さんも親切でした。ありがとうございました。
川平湾のグラスボートは選択制ですが、お薦めです！
次回も乗りたいです。

We participated as a couple on April 9th. My wife wanted to see the mangroves, and I was interested in the water buffalo cart. Since we had an evening flight that day, this tour allowed us to return to the hotel early and also visit Kabira Bay by rental car. We were able to make efficient use of our time. For those with limited time, this tour is highly recommended as it offers great content.

4月9日に夫婦で参加しました。妻がマングローブ、私が水牛車を希望しておりました。当日夕方の飛行機利用でしたので、このツアーを利用すれば早めにホテルへ戻れ、川平湾へもレンタカーで行けました。効率よく回れました。時間が限られている方は内容が大変良いツアーですのでおすすめです。

I used this service for a solo trip in my 60s and chose the half-day sightseeing bus tour. The visit to "Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley" was physically manageable. It was reassuring that they stored my large luggage on the bus.

There was no waste of time, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The guided tour of the Gangala Valley felt like a time slip, and I was captivated by the stories shared during the tour.

While reflecting on ancient times amidst nature, I was moved by the light filtering through. It was a place I wanted to visit, and I was lucky to have chosen the sightseeing bus tour and guide times so well.

60代のおひとり様旅で利用しました。半日観光バスツアーを選択。「斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷」で、体力的にもよかったです。大きな荷物もバスで保管してくれて安心でした。
時間の無駄もなく、十分楽しめました。ガンガラーの谷はガイドツアーのお話がついていて、タイムスリップするような感覚で、見学しました。
太古の昔を思い馳せながら自然の中で、差し込んでくる光を見ながら、感動しました。行きたい場所であり丁度、観光バスツアーやガイドの時間が上手くチョイスできたのは、ラッキーでした。

I was anxious because I made a reservation, but I had a great time.

During my stay, the weather wasn't good, so I couldn't see the blue ocean, but the guide's fun explanations and songs, although it was a bit tough through the mask, made it enjoyable.

予約したので、不安でしたが、とても楽しめました。

滞在中は天候が、良くなくて 青い海は、見ることは出来ませんでしたが、ガイドさんの、楽しい説明や、唄 、マスク越しで、少し辛そうでしたが、楽しめました。

It was a beautifully sunny season with cherry blossoms in full bloom. The weather was pleasant, and the guide's sightseeing information was easy to understand. It was a fun time seeing the iconic spots of Osaka! If I had to be picky, one hour wasn't enough, and I wanted to stay longer!

とてもよく晴れた桜満開の季節。気候的にも気持ちよく、ガイドさんの観光案内も分かりやすく、大阪と言えば！！の場所を見る事ができて楽しい時間でした。欲を言えば、１時間じゃ足りず、もっと乗っていたかった！

I enjoyed a tour of the magnificent mangrove forest. I was amazed by the guide's extensive knowledge. The witty conversation from the bus driver during our subsequent journey was also enjoyable. Along the way, I was moved by the bright red flowers of the deigo, and I found comfort in the sanshin music I listened to while swaying in the water buffalo cart. On Yubu Island, tropical plants, bougainvillea, and hibiscus were in full bloom. At the butterfly garden, I was able to see the elegant Papilio butterfly and golden chrysalises. As we leisurely traveled along the stone path adorned with blooming bougainvillea in the water buffalo cart, it felt like stepping into another world, filled with continuous amazement. Just gazing at the emerald sea from each island was moving, and I felt glad I came.

雄大なマングローブの森を遊覧しました。ガイドの豊富な知識に驚きました。その後の移動のバスのドライバーさんのウイットに富んだ会話も楽しかったです。途中、真っ赤なデイゴの花に感動し、水牛車では揺られながら聴いた三線の曲に癒されました。由布島では熱帯植物やブーゲンビリア・ハイビスカスが咲き乱れていました。蝶園では優雅なオオゴマダラ蝶と黄金のサナギも見る事が出来ました。水牛車でブーゲンビリアが咲き乱れる石垣の小道をのんびりと回ると、非日常というか、別世界の様で感動の連続でした。各島でエメラルドの海を眺めているだけでも感動し、来て良かったと思いました。

It wasn't the best weather for sightseeing, with rain and wind, but it was quiet because it was a weekday and rainy. Next time, I want to see blue skies and a beautiful sea.

Kawasaki's guide was very easy to listen to and enjoyable. Her stories about the hot springs at the witching hour were amusing, and the explanations about the Yakushima monkeys and souvenirs were informative. It was also fun to walk in the World Heritage area. However, I really wanted a hot miso soup for lunch. It's a shame because the flavor of the bento was good.

川崎さんのガイドはとても聞きやすく楽しかったです。彼女の丑三つ時の温泉話には笑いがありましたし屋久島猿のお話、お土産品の説明もためになりました。世界遺産エリアを歩けたのも楽しかったです。ただお昼ご飯の味噌汁だけは熱いのが飲みたかったです。お弁当の味は良かったのに残念でした。

The whale shark at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is something I definitely wanted to see. The first time I saw a whale shark, its size was beyond my imagination. If you haven't seen a whale shark before, I highly recommend it. I also felt that the cost performance was quite good.

やっぱり何と言っても、美ら海水族館のジンベイザメは一度は見たかった。初めて見たジンベイザメは、想像を絶する大きさ。ジンベイザメを見たことない方はぜひ。コスパもかなりいいと感じました。2022-11-24

The Valley of Gangala was great. The explanations on the easy-to-understand panels and the interesting talks made it enjoyable, along with the beautiful scenery. It also came with a complimentary sanpin tea.
The Sefa Utaki was just okay...
The guide's various insights were good. It felt smooth and pleasant.

Since it was my first time in Ishigaki Island, I wanted to experience island hopping, including Iriomote Island, so I applied for this tour that allows you to efficiently visit various places in one day. Although there wasn't a guide with us, we were smoothly greeted and shown around without getting lost.

Talking to locals and hearing various stories was very educational and really great. My main goal was to ride the water buffalo cart, so I chose the water buffalo cart option on Taketomi Island as well. Crossing the sea and enjoying the bougainvillea flowers were completely different experiences, and I'm glad I chose the water buffalo cart!

初めての石垣島だったので、西表島も含めた離島巡りも経験したく、1日で効率的に色々回れるこちらに応募しました。ガイドの方が一緒ではないですが、迷うことなくその場その場で出迎えて案内してもらえてスムーズでした。
やはり現地で色々話を聞くと勉強になるしすごく良かったです。
水牛車が目的だったので、竹富島のオプションも水牛車にしましたが、海を渡るのと、ブーゲンビリアの花の中を楽しむのはそれぞれ全然違って、水牛車選んで良かったと思いました！

It was very comfortable since we could just sleep and arrive at our destination on the bus tour. There were Japanese participants and some people from Korea, but the atmosphere inside the bus was very quiet and pleasant. The guide was also very good at Japanese, so we enjoyed many fun stories. The bear ranch was a lot of fun!

バスツアーということで、ずっと寝てても目的地に着くので、とても快適でした。
参加者は日本人と、韓国の方が居ましたが、車内はすごく静かで、過ごしやすかったです。
ガイドの方も日本語が上手だったので、楽しい話を沢山していただけました。
クマ牧場がとても楽しかったです！

You can take a full day to circle Yakushima. Renting a car is fine, but the bus guide provided detailed explanations, so it was worth the extra cost. The lunch was not anything special, so don't expect much. Chihiro Falls, Okawa Falls, Yakusugi Land, and the wild deer and monkeys were particularly great.

屋久島を一日かけて一周してくれます。
レンタカーでも良いですがバスガイドさんの詳しい説明があるので少し費用はかかりましたが良かったです。
お昼の食事はたいしたこと無いです。期待しないで下さい。
千尋の滝、大川の滝、ヤクスギランドと野生の鹿と猿が特に良かったです。

I participated alone, but I had a great time without any issues! The spacious bus was comfortable, and the schedule was just right, allowing us to efficiently visit many places. The tour guide was kind, and I thought it was a great tour.

Particularly, Lake Shikotsu is definitely worth seeing, and you won't be disappointed. Also, personally, I found the bear ranch to be very impactful and amazing, so I highly recommend stopping by!

一人で参加したのですが、全く問題なく楽しめました♪
広いバスにゆったり座れて快適でしたし、ムダなくちょうどいいスケジュールで効率よく沢山回れましたし、添乗員さんも優しくて、良いツアーだと思いました。
特に支笏湖は一見の価値アリで、感動すること間違いナシです。
あと、個人的にはクマ牧場がインパクト大でスゴかったので、ぜひ寄られることをオススメします！

I had a very enjoyable time on a packed day of island hopping. The staff were friendly, and I'm glad I participated.

島巡る盛りだくさんの1日で、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフの方も気さくな方で参加してよかったです。

The most challenging aspect was that the lunch venue did not have chair seating, and it was uncomfortable to sit on cushions on the floor. There was no way to order drinks, only tea served in a pot. I would have liked to have a beer since I was thirsty. Additionally, there was a lack of information about why it is a UNESCO World Heritage site and what makes it special; the explanations were very superficial. There were many foreign guests, but the English announcements were inadequate. I hope for improvements.

昼食会場が椅子席ではなく、床に座布団で座りにくいことが一番大変でした。
飲み物も注文を取ることも無く、ポットに入ったお茶だけ。
喉が渇いたのでビールをいただきたかったです。
また、世界遺産登録の所以、何が珍しいのか、などの情報が乏しく、通りいっぺんの説明しか無かったのが残念でした。
外国の方が多かったですが、英語のアナウンスも貧弱でした。
改善を望みます。

I participated in various bus tours from Tokyo, but this course in Shodoshima was the most moving. The course design was efficient, and both the guide and driver were highly skilled. I had no expectations for "Twenty-Four Eyes" since I wasn't familiar with it, but the nostalgic set and beautiful sea were so emotional that I found myself in tears. I could sit on that bench all day, gazing at the ocean. Although the cherry blossoms at Kankakei had already finished blooming, the fresh greenery provided a wonderful view. I would love to visit during the autumn foliage season as well. By the way, you must purchase tickets for the Monkey Kingdom and the Movie Village, so be sure to sign up for a course that includes the ticket set. As for the meeting time, just be at the meeting place in time for the 9:45 AM departure. It’s difficult to kill time if you arrive early. On the way back, you can get off not only at Tonosho Port but also at Olive Park, Ikeda Port, or Angel Road if you wish. Next time, I will watch "Twenty-Four Eyes" to prepare before going. Shodoshima is amazing!

東京発の色々なバスツアーに参加してきましたが、小豆島のこのコースが一番感動しました。コース設計に無駄がなく、ガイドさんとドライバーさんのレベルも高い。二十四の瞳は全く知らなかったので期待していなかったものの、昭和感のあるセットと美しい海がエモすぎて涙が溢れてきました。終日あのベンチに座って海を眺めていたい。寒霞渓も桜は終わっていたものの、新緑が素晴らしい景色でした。紅葉の時期にも訪れてみたい。ちなみに、おさるの国と映画村は入場券購入必須なので、入場券セットのコースに申し込みましょう。集合時間は9時45分の出発時刻に間に合うよう集合場所に居れば大丈夫です。早めに着いても時間を潰すのは難しいです。帰りは土庄港だけではなく、希望したらオリーブ公園や池田港、エンジェルロードで降りることも可能です。今度は二十四の瞳を見て予習してから行きます。小豆島最高！

The bus guide shared various stories, making the bus ride enjoyable without any boredom. You might want to lower your expectations for lunch.

・バスガイドさんはいろいろな話をしてくれて飽きることなくバス移動を楽しむことができました。昼食は期待しない方が良いかも。

I could only find a boat during this time in the afternoon through this tour. It was a satisfying tour that allowed us to use the morning for other activities and still have plenty of time on Taketomi Island.

午後のこの時間帯からの船はこちらのツアーでしか見つかりませんでした。
午前中を他のアクティビティに使え、竹富島でも十分な時間が取れる満足のいくツアーでした。

When you go to Okinawa, it's efficient to visit the must-see tourist spots. The ticket includes admission to the Churaumi Aquarium, so it's a good value. The Churaumi Aquarium takes about 150 minutes, and during lunchtime, you have to wait in line. If you take time for a meal, you'll have to give up on the dolphin show. If you subtract the round-trip time to the meeting place, the stay at American Village is too short at just 50 minutes.

沖縄に行ったら押さえておきたい観光スポットを効率よく周り
美ら海水族館のチケット込みなのでコスパいいです。
美ら海水族館は150分でランチは時間帯的に並ぶし
食事を取ると時間的にイルカショーは諦めないとダメですね。
集合場所の往復時間を差し引いたらアメリカンビレッジの滞在時間が50分は短すぎます。

I had high expectations because the guide received wonderful comments, but I don't think it was that guide. Also, the English-speaking guide seemed to be someone who was not a professional and appeared to have been thrown into the role by the company that day. It seemed difficult for them to explain and communicate in English, and I truly felt sorry for them.

I believe unforeseen circumstances led to having that kind of guide, but if they are going to be given a microphone as a professional, I hope they receive appropriate training.

ガイドさんが、素晴らしいとコメントにあったので期待してたのですが‥恐らくそのガイドさんではなかったと思う。
又、英語のガイドさんは‥きっとプロではなく、その日会社から無茶振りされたような人だった。
英語での説明、コミュニケーションを取るのが厳しいようで、英語がなかなか出てこず、本当に気の毒になった。

不測の事態が生じて、あのようなガイドさんになったのだと思うが、プロとしてマイクを持たせるのであれば、それ相応の研修などをしてあげて欲しい。

This time, I used the SkyHOP bus.
Since you can get on and off freely, I was able to enjoy sightseeing at my own pace.
With COVID-19 calming down, most of the passengers were foreigners.
So even though I was sightseeing in Kyoto, the bus felt very international, which was truly amazing.
The view from the second floor was fantastic, especially since the weather was just right.
It was Sunday, and all the tourist spots were crowded, but I never had a problem getting on the bus.

Next time, I want to use the SkyHOP bus in Hiroshima as well.

今回、SkyHOPバス利用しました。
乗り降り自由なので自分時間での観光が楽しめました。
コロナも落ち着き、乗車されえいる方はほとんど外国人の方達でした。
なので京都観光なのに車内は異国感満載でホント最高です
中でも２階からの眺めは、天気もちょうど良かって最高です。
日曜日で観光地はどこも人がごったがいしていましたが、バスに乗れないような事はなかったです♪♪♪

次回、広島でもこのSkyHOPバスを利用したいと思っています。

I participated from Kyushu, and it was my first time at Kyoto Station, which was large and difficult to find the meeting place. I finally figured it out after checking with people around me.
About 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the guide efficiently provided information in both English and Japanese, which seemed challenging, but I felt reassured and was able to participate comfortably.
We visited Kyoto's famous sites in one day, and since most of the travel was by bus, we could smoothly reach our destinations and had a fulfilling day.
If I have another opportunity, I would like to participate in other plans as well.

九州からの参加でしたが、京都駅が初めてで広く、集合場所が分かりづらかったです。周囲の方に確認してようやく分かりました。
参加者の8割が外国の方で、ガイドの方が英語、日本語とテキパキと案内され、大変そうでしたが、安心して参加出来ました。
京都の名所を1日で廻り、ほとんどバス移動なので、スムーズに目的地に行けて、充実した1日を過ごすこてが出来ました。
また機会があれば、他のプランで参加してみたいと思います。

It was my first family trip to Kyoto, and I was glad that we arrived at our destinations smoothly without getting lost during the bus transfers. Occasionally, the guide changed, but they were very kind and attentive, which made me feel at ease. We were able to visit all the sightseeing spots in one day, but since the COVID situation has settled down, there were many other tourists at the spring attractions. Because of that, we couldn't take our time sightseeing, and if we have another opportunity, I would like to join other plans as well. It was great that even small children could participate without any difficulty.

初めての京都家族旅行でしたが、バス移動で迷わずスムーズに目的地に到着出来たので良かったです。
時々、担当のガイドの方が変わられることがありましたが、とても親切丁寧で安心できました。
行きたい観光地を1日で廻ることができましたが、コロナが落ち着き、春の観光地は他の観光客も多かったです。そのため、ゆっくり観光ができず、また機会があれば、他のプランにも参加したいです。
小さな子供でも無理なく一緒に参加できて良かったです。
