I found this tour during my last trip to Ishigaki. Unfortunately, it was fully booked on the date I wanted to use it, but I finally got to try it this time. I was able to check my large suitcase on the bus, and we enjoyed a tour around Ishigaki Island with a hamburger lunch included. The guide's explanations were full of information about Ishigaki, making it feel fresh even though I had visited several times before. There were many sightseeing opportunities from the bus, but we also got to enjoy the scenery while getting off at various spots. (It was unfortunate that the optional glass-bottom boat was canceled due to strong winds.) The weather was bad, and carrying a large suitcase to the airport using the local bus was tough, so I was glad I made a reservation. Traveling hands-free was really convenient. We arrived at Ishigaki Airport early, which gave us time to buy souvenirs, making our last day fulfilling. I was dealing with a back injury, and my husband had hurt his arm, so it was great to have an easy and enjoyable experience. The driver positively advised, "It's rare to see such cold weather in Ishigaki!" Indeed, it was a memorable experience. I think it was worth the 4,700 yen.

前回石垣旅行に見つけたこのツアー。たまたま利用希望日に満席で利用できなかったのですが、今回初利用。大きなスーツケースをバスに預けられて、ぐるっと石垣本島の観光にハンバーグランチ付き。ガイドさんの説明も石垣情報満載で何度か訪れた石垣旅でも新鮮でした。車窓観光も多いのですが下車観光もしながら景色も楽しめました。（かなりの強風でオプションのグラスボートは全便運休で残念でしたが）お天気も悪く、大きなスーツケースを持ち歩いて空港まで路線バスを利用するのもきつかったので、予約できて良かったです。何しろ手ぶら観光が楽ちん。石垣空港にも早めに着いて空港のお土産も買える時間もあって最終日充実できました。ちょうど私自身がぎっくり腰、主人も腕を痛めていたので本当に楽ちんで楽しめて良かったです。運転手さんが『こんなに寒い石垣の観光もレアですよ〜』とポジティブアドバイス。確かに！といい思い出です。４７００円の価値ありかと。

During the bus ride after landing on Iriomote Island, the driver's commentary had a subtle wit that made me laugh. On Yubu Island, I was able to take a photo with a water buffalo, and if the weather had been good, it would have been the perfect location.

On Taketomi Island, the strong winds made it difficult to ride a bicycle, which honestly limited my activities quite a bit.

That said, it was generally a fun experience. However, in bad weather, the boat tends to rock a lot, so be sure to check the weather forecast before participating. Also, it might be due to the season, but it was quite cold. A jacket is a must in January!

由布島では水牛とツーショットも撮れましたし、天候さえ良ければ最高のロケーションでしたね。
竹富島では自転車の走行が困難なほどの強風で、正直かなり行動に制限がかかってしまいまね。

とはいえ、おおむね楽しい体験でした。
ただし、悪天候だと船が兎に角揺れるので、参加の際には天気予報にご注意を。
あと、季節的になのかも知れませんが、結構寒いです。

Since I didn't rent a car this time, I joined this tour to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Just the round-trip fare on the local bus and the entrance fee make this tour worth it. We were able to sightsee at Kouri Island and Manzamo, which felt like a great deal. On the way back, we got off at American Village, which was the perfect timing for watching the sunset at the hotel.

I was worried that the event might be canceled due to the heavy snowfall from the cold wave, but the bus operated safely in the snow. Some plans had to be changed because of the snow, and we couldn't see the mountains and scenery that should have been visible if the weather had been good, but the guide explained everything very thoroughly and made sure to take photos of even the smallest views, allowing us to enjoy the experience fully. ちょうど大寒波がやってくるということで、雪も多く、中止になるのではと心配でしたが、雪の中、バスは安全運転で運行してくれました。一部、雪の為に予定が変更になったり、お天気が良ければ見えるはずの山や景色が見えなかったりしましたが、ガイドさんがとても丁寧に説明してくれて、ほんの少しの景色も逃さず写真を取ってくれたりして、十分に楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

Although it was the end of the year, we were blessed with good weather and were satisfied to see the scenery we wanted to see. The guide was very polite, and the appropriate distance made it very comfortable. The lunch was delicious. I would like to see Shirakawa-go in the summer next time.

I thought it would be tiring to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots in Okinawa in one day by renting a car, so I signed up for a day tour. The bus guide provided clear and thorough explanations about the municipalities we passed through, which were very interesting, so I wasn't bored at all during the travel time. 私たちの元々の旅行は大雪のためキャンセルされました。幸運なことに、翌週の土曜日に予約を取ることができました。
旅行は組織されていて、日本人ガイドは熱心でした。一方で、英語のガイドは準備不足に感じました（自分の仕事が何か分かっていないようでした）。翻訳は雑で、時々情報が抜けていました。
ランチは美味しかったです :) （おかわりはプラスでした）
全体的に、素晴らしい旅行でした！

Our original trip was cancelled due to heavy snow. Luckily, we were able to make a reservation the following Saturday.
The trip was organized, and the Japanese guide was enthusiastic. The English guide, on the other side, felt unprepared (like she had no idea what her job was). The translation was sloppy, and information were left out from time to time.
The lunch was delicious :) (the okawari was a plus)
Overall, it was a wonderful trip!

It was great to be able to explore Kyoto in just one day. I don't think we would have been able to see everything if we had gone on our own... It was unfortunate that there was construction near Togetsukyo Bridge, but I was very satisfied with Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Fushimi Inari Shrine.

一日で京都観光できたのはとても良かったです。
自分達で行ってたら回りきれなかったと思うので…
渡月橋の近くを工事してたのは残念ですが清水寺や金閣寺、伏見神社はとても満足出来ました。

I had a great time riding and interacting with the water buffalo for the first time, creating wonderful memories. The mangrove tour was also filled with nature and was very enjoyable. However, since the weather was cloudy, I thought it would have been even better if it had been sunny. I regret not being able to visit Taketomi Island because we had a company party in the evening during our company training trip, but riding the water buffalo while listening to the shamisen was truly a lovely experience. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

I have taken this ride several times in the past. It's a convenient course for exploring Ishigaki Island in a short time. Day trips from Naha are also possible (you can get off at the airport).
On this day, there happened to be a marathon event, which caused a delay of about 30 minutes due to stops along the way. We also took a detour, running through different rural roads than usual.
Unfortunately, the charm of Kabira Bay, known for its blue waters, was somewhat diminished due to the drizzly weather. The lunch included in the course was a healthy menu, which might be suitable for seniors.

過去にも何回か乗車しています。短時間で石垣島をめぐるには便利なコースです。那覇からの日帰り利用もできます（空港下車可能）。
この日はたまたまマラソン大会とぶつかり、途中停車で３０分ほどロスがありました。また迂回のため、通常とは異なる農道なども走りました。
なお小雨まじりの空模様だったので、ブルーが売り物の川平湾の魅力は残念ながら半減していました。コースに含まれる昼食は健康的なメニューで、シニア向きかもしれません。

I look forward to what lies ahead, overcoming history and current challenges. This was my first time in Okinawa, and I wish I had come sooner.

The mangroves of Iriomote Island were very educational. I was happy to see the crested serpent eagle (laughs). The ox cart was funny because the ox was in a bad mood and stopped partway. Lunch was a bento, and it was delicious! Given the season, it can't be helped, but I think we could have enjoyed it even more if the weather had been a bit better!

I was able to learn about a sad history for the first time. Kabira Bay was truly beautiful, with fantastic weather and stunning views. There were sea turtles as well. The hamburger lunch was also very filling. I had a great time sightseeing!

On the bus ride there, the tour guide shared how to enjoy Shirakawa-go, and during our free time, we explored Shirakawa-go following her advice.

We drank the local sake doburoku, leisurely toured the gassho-zukuri buildings, and walked to the farthest edge of Shirakawa-go, which was cutting it close on time, but we had a very fulfilling experience.

When I visited, there was quite a bit of snow, but the snowy Shirakawa-go had a lot of charm, and I'm glad I went.

行きのバスの中で、バスガイドさんが白川郷の楽しみ方を教えてくださり、自由時間はそれに従って白川郷を散策しました。

白川郷の地酒どぶろくを飲み、合掌作りの建物内をゆっくり見学し、白川郷の1番端まで歩いていくと時間はギリギリでしたが、とても充実の時間を過ごせました。

私が行った時はかなり雪深かったですが、雪の白川郷もとても趣があり、行ってよかったです。

Although the morning was a bit early, we arrived at Ishigaki Port with plenty of time and were able to check in smoothly without any rush. The boat was somewhat crowded, but I felt like we arrived at Iriomote Island in no time while dozing off and enjoying the view from the window. Upon arrival, a sightseeing bus was waiting for us, and we quickly set off for a mangrove tour. Along the way, the driver provided information and stories about Iriomote Island, which kept us entertained. During the mangrove tour, we were shown clusters of mangroves that you wouldn't see on the main islands, allowing us to experience a sense of the extraordinary.

After that, we boarded the bus again and moved to the water buffalo cart boarding area, where we leisurely crossed over to the neighboring Yubu Island on a water buffalo cart. It was nice that there were guides and performances of the sanshin (Okinawan musical instrument) during the ride.

Yubu Island felt like a botanical garden, and the butterfly breeding facility was particularly interesting. Additionally, the lunch bento was quite satisfying. On the way back, many people got off at Taketomi Island, but since this plan was to return to Ishigaki Island, we were able to return to Ishigaki Port with plenty of time to spare, allowing us to leisurely explore the area around Ishigaki Port. The shuttle bus was also appreciated.

船は多少混雑していましたが、西表島まで座ってうとうとしながら車窓を眺めあっという間についた感じでした。西表島では観光バスが待っていてくれ、すぐにマングローブ遊覧に出発。途中、運転手さんの西表島の案内やエピソードの話もあり飽きることはありません。マングローブ遊覧も本州では見られないようなマングローブの群生を案内してもらいながら鑑賞し、非日常感を味わうことができました。
その後、再びバスに乗車して水牛車乗り場まで移動し、水牛車でのんびりと隣の由布島までわたりました。水牛車の中での案内や三線の演奏など楽しめるようにされていてよかったです。
由布島では島全体が植物園のようで、特に蝶の飼育舎が面白かったです。また、昼食のお弁当も十分満足のいくものでした。帰りは多くの方が竹富島で降りられたのですが、このプランは石垣島へ帰るプランだったので、石垣港に余裕をもって戻ることができ、石垣港周辺を見て回るなどゆっくりと過ごせました。送迎バスもありがたかったです。

Being able to see the scenery I had only seen on TV or in photos in person, as well as being able to explore inside the buildings, became a lifelong memory.

I participated on January 1st. I am grateful to have been able to join the tour, especially since there aren't many options available during this time. We visited Nakayama Pass, Lake Toya, Hell Valley, and Showa Shinzan. Thank you for safely guiding us through the poor road conditions due to the snowstorm.

The tour guide, Sachi, provided announcements in both Japanese and English, which made it feel like an overseas trip and left a strong impression on me. It was our wedding anniversary that day, and I truly felt happy to have participated, creating wonderful memories.

The driver must have had a tough time navigating the large bus in such bad weather, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the tour guide, who took photos and succinctly shared points of interest. I would love to participate again.

I recommend that anyone joining during the winter snow season be well-prepared for cold weather (shoes, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.).

参加される方は冬の雪の季節であれば、防寒に関して万全にしていくことをお勧めします。(靴・マフラー・手袋・帽子など)

I was impressed by the continuous guidance from the tour bus guide in the morning. My husband, who said he didn't like the water buffalo cart because it smelled, was delighted to find that the water buffalo are cute and smart. We also enjoyed the optional glass-bottom boat at a great price. We were able to see turtles, and since we spotted them close to the shore, it felt even better than in Guam.
