Since I was traveling with small children, I couldn't participate in a tour that lasted too late, so I quickly decided on a plan that only included Asahiyama Zoo. With a guide, my child was able to stay engaged during the journey. Thank you to the driver for their very careful driving. (Both of you were very kind to the children, which made me happy.) The other participants were all very well-mannered as well. I enjoyed the zoo even more than I expected. Thank you! I will rely on you again when I visit Hokkaido.

小さい子連れだったのであまり遅くまでのツアーは参加できず、旭山動物園のみのプランがあってすぐ決めました。
ガイドさん付きで道中も子が飽きずにいられました。そしてとっても丁寧な運転をしてくださった運転手さん、ありがとうございました。（おふたりとも、子どもにもとても優しく接してくださってうれしかったです）一緒に参加された方々もマナーの良い方ばかりでした。
動物園も予想以上に楽しめました。
ありがとうございました！また北海道に行った際はお世話になります。

We decided to go on a family trip to Ishigaki for the first time and thought about visiting the outer islands. Since planning the itinerary seemed cumbersome, we opted to join a tour. We were able to make effective use of our time from early morning until 6 PM, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.

初めての石垣家族旅行で離島にいってみようということになり、日程をくむのが面倒なのでツアー参加することにしました。朝早くから18じまで、時間を有効に使え、大変満喫することができました。どうもありがとうございました。

I was able to adjust to the final travel itinerary, and they even took me to the airport. I was able to make effective use of my time. The explanation about the Gangala Valley was also very good. The bus guide had a very nice voice and provided great guidance.

旅行最終日程に合わせることが出来て、しかも空港まで連れていってくれる。時間を有効に使えました。ガンガラーの谷も説明があり、とてもよかったです。ﾊﾞｽ　ガイドさんもとてもいい声で案内してくれました。

At first, I was thinking of sightseeing by local bus, but it seemed like it would be difficult to visit various places in one day, so I decided to go with this tour. As a result, it was very good because we were able to visit efficiently. The stay at each location was a bit short, but the lunch at Kankakei was quite crowded for both ordering and receiving, so we were cutting it close on time, so that's something to watch out for.

最初は路線バスで観光しようかと思っていたのですが、一日で各所を回るのは大変そうな感じだったので、このツアーにしてみました。
結果、効率よく回れてとても良かったです。一カ所あたりの滞在時間は短めなのですが、寒霞渓での昼食が、オーダーも受け取りも大混雑して、結構時間ギリギリだったので、そこは要注意です。

I was worried about the rain forecast from the previous day, but I'm glad that the weather forecast for Ishigaki Island was unreliable. The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun. Additionally, it was inexpensive due to the ongoing campaign. I missed the free pickup bus, but I managed to board the boat on my own. I almost ended up having to cancel.

前日の雨予報でどうなるかと思いましたが、石垣島の天気予報はあてにならなくて良かったです。天気も良く、とても楽しかったです、また、キャンペーン中で安かった。無料のピックアップのバスに乗り遅れましたが、なんとか自力で乗船できました。危うくキャンセルになるところでした。

I arrived at Sapporo Station earlier than scheduled and made it to the airport with plenty of time. I was also satisfied with being able to see Showa Shinzan from above, as well as the guide and audio guide.

I participated from Tohoku and had trouble finding the meeting place, but I finally figured it out by asking someone who was preparing for the opening that day. I got tired from walking here. About 80% of the participants were from abroad, and the guide who quickly navigated us through the huge crowd was amazing.

東北からの参加で集合場所が分からず当日開店準備をしていた方に聞いてようやく分かりました。ここで歩きつかれました。参加者の８割が外国からの参加で大変な人混みのなか素早く移動案内するガイドさんは凄かったです。

I was glad to experience various recommendations from the tour guide. Also, if I have time at my travel destination, I would like to use them again. The bus tour in Hawaii that I went on last time was also great.

添乗員さんのお勧めを、いろいろ体験出来て良かったです。また、旅行先で、時間があれば、利用したいです。前回行った、ハワイのバスツアーも、良かっです。

Anyway, I was moved by how beautiful Kabira Bay is. There were foreign ships coming in, and it was fun to experience the atmosphere with so many Westerners around.

とにかく川平湾がきれいで感動しました。外国船が入国していて欧米人がいっぱいで外国気分も味わえて楽しかったです。

Saijo-ji Gokoku was disappointing as there were restricted areas due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and I couldn't see Kudaka Island. However, at the Gangala Valley, there was a guide, and I was able to quietly enjoy Okinawa's history and mystery.

斎場御獄はコロナ禍で立ち入り禁止エリアもあり、久高島も望めず、残念でした。
ガンガラーの谷はガイドもあり沖縄の歴史と神秘を静かに堪能できました。

Fourth visit to Okinawa, solo trip.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, it was about time to travel again, and with the nationwide travel subsidy, the bus was almost full and bustling.
Churaumi Aquarium:
There used to be three whale sharks, but now there is only one, and the large tank looks lonely (-_-;) The dolphin show at Okichan Theater was enjoyable even for a solo traveler, with the children's cheers adding to the fun. They are so talented!!
Kouri Island:
I only visited the beach and the roadside station for souvenirs, so I was disappointed that I couldn't go to Heart Rock Tower. The bridge leading to Kouri Island is beautiful no matter when you visit.
Chatan American Village:
It's Christmas Town all year round. The delicious food left me not only in a good mood but also completely satisfied. The sunset at the end was the best.
I appreciate the long bus journey, safe driving, and the support from the guide.

沖縄４回目の訪問で一人旅
コロナ禍でそろそろ限界、全国旅行給付もありバスはほぼ満席で盛況。
美ら海：
３匹いたジンベイザメが１匹になり大きな水槽がさみしそう(-_-;)
イルカショーのオキちゃん劇場はおひとりさまでも、子供の歓声もあり楽しめました。芸達者でいい！！
古宇利島：
ビーチ、道の駅でお土産のみで、ハートロックタワーに行けなかったのが残念。古宇利島へ続く一本橋は何時行っても素敵の一言
北谷アメリカンビレッチ：
一年中クリスマスタウン＊美味しいごはん、気分だけでなくお腹も大満足です。最後のサンセットは最高
長いバス旅、安全運転、ガイドさんのサポートに感謝です。

The driver's personality was very good, and he shared many recommendations not only about the highlights of the tour but also about Kyushu and the surrounding areas! I was quite surprised by the traffic on the way to the parking lot at Karato Market, but thanks to the driver's various considerations, such as encouraging participants to get out of the car and walk to the destination before reaching the parking lot, we were able to enjoy the market without wasting any time. The sushi made with local specialties like fugu and hamachi was fresh and very delicious! Eating sushi outside while looking at the Kanmon Bridge was the best. After that, the weather turned bad and it unfortunately rained, but the Tsunoshima Bridge and the shrine were still wonderful. It became a memorable tour. Thank you very much. I appreciate the driver's kind assistance throughout the long drive!

ドライバーさんの人柄がとても良く、ツアーの見所はもちろん、九州、近辺のおすすめなど沢山教えてくれました！
唐戸市場の駐車場につくまでの渋滞にはとても驚きましたが、
駐車場につく前に、車から参加者を下ろして目的地へ歩くよう促してくれたり、様々な配慮をして下さったおかげで無駄な時間なく市場を楽しむ事ができました。
フグやはまちなど名産品のお寿司が、新鮮でとても美味しかったです！
関門大橋を眺めながら外で食べるお寿司は最高でした。
その後は天気が崩れあいにくの雨でしたが、それでも角島大橋や神社はとても素晴らしかったです。
思い出に残るツアーになりました。本当にありがとうございました。長い時間の運転にも関わらず、最後まで親切な対応をしてくださったドライバーさんに感謝です！

The tour guide's explanations were very clear, and they provided great insider information, which was really nice. They also explained things in English, so I think it's good for international visitors as well.

I was able to visit almost all the famous spots in Yakushima, and the explanations were clear and very good. Thank you to the bus driver for skillfully navigating the narrow roads.

I got lost on the way back to the station in Arashiyama, and I stayed overnight in Osaka that day, which was very tiring! I would have appreciated prior notice about any changes to the itinerary.

解散が嵐山で帰りの駅まで迷い当日大阪泊でしたのですが大変疲れました!内容変更は事前にご連絡頂きたかったです。

The bus on the way got caught in traffic, which delayed the end of the tour and required us to change our dinner reservation, but we still enjoyed the sightseeing. The bus guide was very energetic and explained everything clearly, so we learned a lot about the Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival. Thank you very much.

行きのバスが渋滞に巻き込まれてしまい、ツアー終了の時間が押して夜ご飯のお店の予約を変更することになりましたが、観光としては楽しめました。
バスガイドさんがとても元気にハキハキと説明してくださったので、支笏湖氷濤祭りのことをよく知ることが出来ました。

I was glad that we arrived earlier than planned due to the lack of snow, allowing us to enjoy our time longer. It's a pity we missed the penguin walk...

I was interested in the Valley of Gangala and participated in the tour. It was a great tour since it's quite difficult to access places like the Sefa Utaki without a rental car. The Valley of Gangala was explained thoroughly by the guide, and I really enjoyed the nature that you can't experience in the city. I was very satisfied!

ガンガーラの谷に興味があり参加させて頂きました。
なかなかレンタカーがないと斎場御嶽等には行きにくい場所だったので、とてもいいツアーでした。
ガンガーラ谷は、ガイドの方からしっかり説明頂いて、都会では体感出来ない自然を楽しめるツアーでかなり満足しました！

It was great to easily visit the highlights. The weather was nice, and the sea was beautiful. On the way back, I got off at Ginpuura and walked home while enjoying Angel Road and the Maze Town. I think it's nice that the day ends early. However, I felt it was a bit expensive.

楽に、見どころをまわれてよかったです。天気もよくて海がきれいでした。
帰りは銀波浦で降りて、エンジェルロードと迷路の町を見ながら歩いて帰りました。終わりが早いので、それもいいと思いますよ。ただ、少し高いなと思いました。

When getting on the bus, the doors just opened without any announcement about which bus it was. I had to ask to confirm before boarding. There was no greeting until the end, and I didn't even know the driver's name.

Even during stops at tourist spots, if I didn't check, the time and meeting place were unclear. They said to meet at the parking lot, but there was no explanation about where that was, so I had no idea.

There was also no announcement about the drop-off location; the doors just opened. I noticed because I was looking outside, but the two people who were supposed to get off there (residents of Hakata) didn't realize it, and I had to call out to them to hurry and get off. What would have happened if they had been sleeping? It was nighttime, and they might not have known where they were... especially since they were from out of town!

There was no announcement about wearing seatbelts on the highway either. Rather than enjoying the experience, it left me with a lot to think about.

乗車時、バスのドアを開けただけで、どちらのバスかも？？何もアナウンスなし。こちらから聞いて、確かめて乗車する。最後まで挨拶なし、お名前もわからず。
途中観光地停車でも、こちらから確かめないと、時間、集合場所が、はっきりしない。駐車場集合といっても駐車場の場所も説明なし。どこかわからない。
降車場所もアナウンスなしで、ドアが開いただけ。私は、外を見ていたのでわかったが、そこで降りるはずのお二人(博多市内在住者)は分からず、私が声をかけてあわてて降りる。もし寝ていたらどうなったのか？？夜だし、外の場所わからないこともあるし…何より県外者！
高速で、シートベルト着用のアナウンスもなし
楽しさ半減というより、ちょっと考えるー。

I had a great time! The weather was nice, and we were able to enjoy sightseeing smoothly. The guide's explanations were detailed, and the driver's driving was very careful, so I didn't feel nauseous at all.

The itinerary was packed, and by the end of the tour, I was honestly exhausted, but I made so many wonderful memories that it was definitely worth participating. There were two places where the uphill and downhill were quite challenging.

Many people participated alone as well.

お天気が良く順調に観光できました。ガイドさんの案内は詳しく、運転手さんの運転もとても丁寧で酔うことはありませんでした。
内容が盛りだくさんで、ツアーが終わる頃には正直クタクタでしたが、疲れを上回る思い出がたくさんできたので参加してとても良かったです。途中2箇所、坂の上り下りがハードでした。
お一人で参加されてる方も多かったです。

The guide had extensive knowledge of hidden photography spots and recommended souvenirs, providing unique explanations filled with humor that made the trip enjoyable. Additionally, the service was excellent, as the guide also provided explanations in English for foreign tourists.

知識が豊富なうえ、冗談を交えたユニークな説明をされ楽しい旅を満喫できました。また、外国人観光客のために英語でも説明されるなど接客が素晴らしくガイドさんでした。

The aquarium took a long time to get to, so I felt a bit regretful that we didn't have enough time to explore. The guide not only provided sightseeing information but also shared insights about the current situation of the U.S. military bases and the feelings of the people of Okinawa, helping us understand the true nature of Okinawa. I found it very relatable and educational.

水族館は移動に時間がかかるので、その分、見学時間が足りなかったのが、少し心残りです。
ガイドさんは、単に観光案内だけでなく、米軍基地の現状や、沖縄の人たちの心情をしっかりとお話されて、沖縄の真の姿を理解させてくださいました。とても共感し、勉強になりました。

The weather wasn't very good, but the high-speed boat was fast and had little sway. It's great that you can step on Iriomote Island and see all the islands in one day! The water buffalo is cute.

てんこうはあまりよくなかったが、高速艇は早く揺れも少ない。一日で西表を踏めてすべての島を遠望できるのでGOOD！
水牛がかわいいぞ。

The explanations during the car ride were helpful. They distributed maps and were very responsive to individual questions at that time, which was great. It was nice to be able to go around without wasting any time.

This time, I traveled without a car, but I wanted to go on a little trip before getting on the plane, so I chose this option. Two-thirds of the group chose Okinawa World. I chose the Gyokusendo Cave, and I enjoyed learning about Okinawa's nature and ancient stories. The guide was also very nice. At the beginning of the tour, we received a metal bottle filled with tea. I thought it was heavy and unnecessary, but since we walked quite a bit, my water supply might not have been enough. However, I wish they had informed us that the bottles would be distributed before getting off the bus.

Unfortunately, the bus seatbelt was broken, and there was trash in the seat, which is why I rated it ★-1. We arrived at the airport a little before 1 PM.

今回は車なしで旅行しましたが、飛行機に乗る前に少しだけ遠出したいなと思い選びました。2/3の方は沖縄ワールドを選ばれていました。
私はガンガラーの谷を選び、沖縄の自然や太古の話を知れて楽しかったです。ガイドさんもとてもよい方でした。ツアーの最初にお茶が入った金属のボトルをいただきます。重いのにいらないよーと思いましたが、それなりに歩いたので、手持ちの水だけでは足りなかったかもしれません。ただバスを降りる前にボトルが配られることを教えてほしかったなと思いました。
残念だったのは、バスのシートベルトが壊れていたことと、座席にゴミがあったことです。このため★-1としました。
13時少し前には空港に到着しました。

I was able to efficiently visit the sites and enjoyed a great lunch with the cable car included. The snowy scenery was beautiful. The driver's driving was careful and felt calm, which made me feel safe. The guidance through the headphones was also good. The bus guide was experienced, and there were a few moments that made me go "hmm," but overall it was very good!

効率よく周って昼食、ロープウェイ付きでとても楽しめた。雪景色がキレイでした。
ドライバーさんの運転は丁寧で穏やかに感じ安心できました。
ヘッドホンによる案内も良かった。
バスガイドさんはベテランさんでそこが少し、ん？とくるところがありましたが総合してとても良かったです！

It's an efficient tour. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, I think it would be better to allocate a bit more time at Hell Valley instead of Showa Shinzan.

This time, I participated with my sister and children. As adults, it's hard to gather in such an environment, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. The timing was also very good, and I felt my heart fluttering at various places after a long time. The weather was pleasant, and the scenery was breathtaking. The tour guide was very kind, taking the time to take photos for us. I did some shopping at souvenir shops here and there, and there were many delicious things that could only be found there. I definitely want to participate again. I want to create more memories in life.

今回、姉と子供と参加させてもらいました。大人になり、なかなか集まらない環境の中とても楽しい観光になりました。時間設定もとても良く、行くところ所で久々に心がウキウキしました。気候も心地よく景色は絶景でした。添乗員さんに声をかけてもらい写真を撮っていただいたりとても親切でした。所々のお土産屋で買い物したりそこでしか食べれない物がたくさんありとても美味しかったです。また是非参加したいと思います。また人生の思い出を作りたいです。
