It was incredibly crowded. I want to come back and try again when it's less busy. The distance from the parking lot to the entrance is quite long. It would be nice if the restaurant had a bit more variety.

The weather was wonderful, and my friends who I invited were very impressed. This was my third time participating, but after a six-year gap, the town had changed quite a bit, and my memories were a bit hazy, so it took me some time to find the bus stop that I thought I would easily locate. I also visited the nearby Umeda Sky Building's floating garden and the Christmas market, so I was happy to fully enjoy the Christmas season.

お天気に恵まれ、誘った友達も大変感激していました。私にとっては、3回目の参加でしたが、6年のブランクがあり、町の様子もかなり変化し、記憶もあいまいになっていたので、すぐにたどり着けるだろうと思っていたバス乗場を見つけるのに時間がかかりました。近くの梅田スカイビルの空中庭園や、クリスマスマーケットにも行ったので、クリスマスシーズンを満喫できて、幸せでした。

In a short amount of time, I was able to efficiently tour the islands, seeing various sights such as the Iriomote Mangrove Cruise, the water buffalo cart in Yufu, and the star sand beach in Taketomi through a bus tour. The buffet lunch was also great. I was back at the ferry terminal by 3:30 PM, which allowed me to take a bus to the Tamatorizaki Observatory. Thank you very much.

短時間で西表マングローブクルーズや由布の水牛者、竹富ではバス観光で星の砂浜等といろいろと見ることが出来る効率の良い島めぐりでした。お昼もビュッフェで良かったです。１５時３０分には離島ターミナルに戻れたので路線バスで玉取崎展望台に行くことができました。ありがとうございました。

It was my first time participating in a solo trip to Kyoto. With the influx of tourists coinciding with the autumn foliage season, everywhere was crowded with people. Joining this bus tour allowed me to sightsee very efficiently. The guide was easy to talk to, and I think it's highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto. Next time I go, I definitely want to participate in a different tour.

京都一人旅で初参加でした。　インバウンドと紅葉時期も重なって何処も人、人、人でしたのでこちらのバスツアーに参加させて頂きとても効率よく観光できました。ガイドさんも話しやすく京都観光の際はとてもオススメだと思います。次回も行く時は違うツアーに是非参加したいと思います。

Many people did not keep to the schedule, causing delays in departure and arrival times from the hotel, which shortened our stay and made the tour exhausting.

The response to those who did not adhere to the schedule was too lenient, causing inconvenience to others who were punctual.

Perhaps due to the language barrier, there were also issues with foreign passengers getting off the bus, which was quite frustrating.

Additionally, since the time spent includes the time for purchasing tickets, the actual time available for activities is even shorter.

It really ruined what could have been a wonderful trip.

時間を守らない人が多く、ホテルからの出発や到着時間も遅れ、滞在時間が短縮されたりして疲れるだけのツアーでした。

時間を守らない人に対しての対応が甘すぎるため、他の時間を厳守する人達に迷惑がかかっていました。

言葉が通じないためか、外国の方との下車トラブルもあり散々でした。

また、滞在時間にチケット購入時間が含まれるため、実際に回れる時間は更に短いです。

せっかくの旅が台無しでした。

I considered sightseeing without a rental car, but since transportation options were limited, I decided to join a tour. It allows you to explore Mishima very efficiently. The stories from the guide and locals are also interesting. The cows do their part moderately well. I think the relaxed atmosphere is largely thanks to the cows moving at their own pace. Thank you, cows.

レンタカーなしの観光を考えたが交通手段の融通が利かないのでツアーに参加。
三島を非常に効率よく回れる。ガイドや現地の人の話も面白い。牛もほどほどに頑張ってくれる。

I was researching places I wanted to visit, and they were all included in the tour, so I decided to participate. If you want to enjoy Ishigaki Island in one day, I highly recommend this tour. With this tour and sightseeing around the bus terminal, you can cover most of what you need. The guide's stories were also interesting.

行きたい場所を調べていたら全部ツアーに含まれていたので参加。
石垣島を一日で楽しみたいなら非常にお勧め。このツアーとバスターミナル付近の観光で大体事足りる。
ガイドさんの話も面白かった。

I used this tour on the last day of my trip (late November 2025). The tour departs from Sapporo Station at 8:30 AM and arrives back around 1:30 PM. Both the driver and the guide were Japanese. It was a weekday, and there were about six participants, all of whom were Japanese.

The bus was large and red, making it easy to avoid getting lost at tourist spots. The interior was warm, and there was no need for jackets. Large luggage (like rolling suitcases) could be stored in the bus's luggage compartment. Upon boarding, we received disposable earphones, which we plugged into the sockets near our seats to listen to the tour guide. The explanations were very clear, providing insights into both the tourist sites and the history of Sapporo. By the way, it seems you can listen in Japanese, Chinese, and English (if I remember correctly).

First, we viewed the former Hokkaido Government Office from the bus as we headed to the Okurayama Jump Stadium. The visit lasted exactly one hour. After the guide's explanation upon arrival, we had free time. We took the lift to the observation deck, where we could leisurely enjoy the beautiful scenery and see where the athletes actually start. One hour was sufficient for this.

Next, we went to the Shiroi Koibito Park. The visit here also lasted one hour. If you take your time to look at each part of the factory tour, it might cut into your shopping time. We moved through the factory tour quickly and then chose our souvenirs. It might be tight on time to see the entire process of the large mechanical clock outside, but it's beautiful, so I recommend at least taking a quick look. It might also be a good idea to check out souvenirs online in advance.

Then we headed to the Sapporo Outer Market. Since we moved smoothly, we had about an hour and a half here. The guide provided a map of the entire market and discount coupons for some shops. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were fewer people, allowing us to explore comfortably. There are many places to eat, as well as shops selling vegetables and seafood, all lined up on either side of the road. It felt like we made a complete loop.

Overall, the tour was tight, but we enjoyed each stop sufficiently. The driver was very careful, and even though I was with a child who tends to get car sick, we were completely fine. The guide was warm, kind, and thorough, making the conversation enjoyable. I made wonderful memories on the last day of my trip. Thank you very much.

After the tour ended, I was able to catch the Rapid Airport train departing from Sapporo Station at 1:34 PM, which allowed us to arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare (our flight from New Chitose Airport was scheduled for 5:30 PM). Just for reference.

旅行最終日に利用しました。（2025年11月下旬に利用）8時半札幌駅出発、13時半頃札幌駅到着のツアーです。運転手さん、ガイドさんともに日本人の方です。利用日は平日、利用者の方6名ほど。全て日本人の方でした。
バスは赤くて大きく、観光地での乗り間違いなどがなさそうな感じのバスです。
車内は暖かく上着は入りません。
大きな荷物（コロコロ）はバスの荷物入れに入れてもらえます。
乗車とともに使い捨てのイヤフォンをもらい座席付近にある差し込み口に刺して利用します。イヤフォンで観光ガイドを聞きながら進んでいきます。説明はとてもわかりやすく観光地と合わせて札幌の歴史なども教えてくれます。ちなみに日本語、中国語、英語（だったかな）などでも聞けるそうです。
まずはバスの中から北海道庁旧本庁舎を見ながら大倉山ジャンプ競技場にいきます。見学時間はピッタリ1時間。到着後ガイドさんの説明があった後は自由時間。リフトに乗って展望台に上がりキレイな景色や選手が実際にスタートする場所などをゆっくり見学できます。1時間で十分でした。
次に白い恋人パークへ。こちらも見学時間１時間。工場見学は一つ一つをじっくり見ると買い物の時間が短くなると思います。工場見学をさらっと見ながら進み、お土産を選ぶという流れで動きました。外にある大きなからくり時計が動く工程を全て見るのは時間的に厳しそうですが、キレイなのでちょっとだけでもご覧になるのをオススメします。あらかじめお土産をインターネットでチェックしていくのもいいかもしれません。
次に札幌場外市場へ。スムーズに回れたのでここでは1時間半ほど時間が取れました。ガイドさんから市場全体の地図と一部店舗で使える割引券がもらえます。平日だったせいか人が少なくゆったり回れました。お食事ができるところ、野菜、海鮮などたくさんのお店が道路を挟んで両端にあります。ぐるーんと一周まわるような感じです。

全体的にタイトにまわりますがそれぞれ十分楽しめました。
運転手さんはとても丁寧な運転をしてくれます。車酔いしやすい子供と一緒でしたが全く大丈夫でした。ガイドさんも暖かく親切、丁寧な方でお話も楽しかったです。
旅行最終日にとても良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

ツアー終了後、札幌駅13時 34分札発の快速エアポートに乗れたので空港にはかなり余裕を持って到着することができました。（千歳空港17時半発の飛行機の予定）参考までに。

I thought the price was a bit high, but the tour was enjoyable. It was a little disappointing that many shops in Shirakawa-go were closed on Thursday. I think it would have been nice to hear more guidance and stories from the tour guide, even if it was just for those who wanted it. It became a good memory. Thank you very much.

金額設定が少し高いかなと思いましたが、ツアーは楽ですね。
木曜日の為白川郷の店がお休みが多くて少し残念でした。
希望者だけでも良いと思うのですが添乗員さんから案内やエピソードをもっと聞きたかったです。

I traveled at a time when there were just a few Chinese tourists, and about 80% of the group was from English-speaking countries. Everyone acted on time and had very good manners.

We visited Gujo Hachiman, Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go in that order. The bus rides between each location took about an hour and a half, and we moved along at a good pace, stopping for breaks. The foreign guide was fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and provided the same explanations in each language. The speed, volume, and tone of their voice were very easy to understand, which was great. My Chinese partner, who has been living in Japan since this year and understands Japanese, found it challenging to grasp difficult Japanese, so they appreciated the Chinese announcements.

The guide also provided detailed information about recommended souvenirs, the Gujo Odori dance in Gujo Hachiman, and the closing times of the pudding shop. After getting off the bus, they used a local map to explain the route, making for a wonderful guiding experience. The bus was parked in an easy-to-find location, and the driver also made efforts to drive safely. When the sun set, they dimmed the lights inside the bus, which was a nice touch.

Since it was during the middle of a three-day weekend, Takayama was crowded with people, but Gujo Hachiman and Shirakawa-go were quieter than I expected, allowing us to experience the peaceful countryside. Although our sightseeing was a bit rushed, it left me wanting to return, so I definitely hope to visit again.

ちょうど中国旅行者が少ないタイミングで、8割英語圏の方でしたが、皆さん時間通りに行動しマナーもとてもよかったです。

郡上八幡、飛騨高山、白川郷の順に行きました。それぞれの箇所のバス移動は1時間半くらいで、休憩をしたら着くという感じでテンポよく進みました。外国人のガイドさんは日本語、中国語、英語が堪能で、それぞれの言語で同じ説明を繰り返しアナウンスしてくださいました。とても聞き取りやすい速さ・音量・声質ですごく良かったです。一緒に行った中国人のパートナーは今年から日本に住んでおり日本語もわかりますが、難しい日本語は理解するのに大変なので、中国語アナウンスがあって良かったとの事でした。

ガイドさんはおすすめのお土産や、郡上八幡の郡上おどりのこと、プリンのお店が閉まる時間など細かくいろいろアナウンスしてくださいました。降りてからも、現地の地図を使いルートの説明もあり、素晴らしいガイドでした。
バスの駐車場もわかりやすい所に停めてくださり、また、運転手さんも安全運転に努めてくださいました。日が落ちると、車内の照明を暗くしてくださり気配りが良かったです。

三連休の中日の昼時ということもあり、高山の街並みは人で混雑していましたが、郡上八幡や白川郷は思ったより人が少なく静かな田舎を体験できました。
各箇所は急足での観光になりましたが、また行きたいなという余韻を残す程度に観光できたので、またぜひ観光したいなと思いました。

Manza Beach and Kouri Island's sea were very beautiful! I was able to enjoy various things little by little, making it beginner-friendly for Okinawa. Next time, I want to take my time exploring!

[Feedback] My first trip to Fukui. I chose Heisenji from several sightseeing options. I learned about a bus tour that included the famous Dinosaur Museum and decided to use it.

On the way to the first destination, the museum, which took about an hour, the guide provided fun explanations about Fukui Prefecture and the highlights of the museum, and we arrived in no time. One of the advantages of using this bus tour was that it included museum tickets. Receiving the tickets while waiting in line before the opening allowed for a stress-free entrance. Additionally, since the museum is located far from Fukui Station, a car is essential for visiting. Not having to deal with arranging a car or the hassle of traffic to the parking lot was a significant benefit of the bus tour.

After an hour and a half of exploring the museum, we headed to the highly anticipated Heisenji. I am very grateful to the guide who provided enjoyable explanations about the history of Heisenji during the transfer. On the approach to the main hall, the guide pointed out spots that could easily be overlooked, providing knowledge that one wouldn't gain on an individual trip.

While we were strolling, the guide alerted us that a bear had been spotted in the area two hours earlier, so we had to be cautious during our visit. I was moved by the guide's efforts to communicate not only with the participants but also with other visitors. I believe such actions are not easy to perform.

The guide's relieved expression when everyone gathered safely at the meeting point on the way back was memorable. On the return trip to Fukui Station, we received information about delicious restaurants, and before we knew it, we arrived at Fukui Station. In the end, the loud applause from the participants confirmed that using this bus tour was the right choice.

[感想]初めての福井旅行。いくつかの観光地候補から平泉寺を選択。
有名な恐竜博物館とセットになったバスツアーを知り利用する事にした。
最初の目的地、博物館迄
約１時間の道中、ガイドさんが福井県の情報や博物館の観覧ポイントを楽しく説明してくれて、あっという間に到着。
今回のバスツアーを利用した利点の1つが博物館チケット付きと言う事。開館前の行列に並ぶ際にチケットを貰い、ノンストレスで入館出来た事は大きい。また、博物館の立地が福井駅から離れている為、訪れるには車が必須。車を手配する事や駐車場への渋滞を我慢する煩わしい行程が無いのも、バスツアーの大きなメリットであった。
1時間半の博物館観覧を終え、楽しみにしていた平泉寺へ。移動中も平泉寺成り立ちの歴史を楽しく説明してくれたガイドさんには、非常に感謝です。
本殿までの参道では、見過ごしてしまいそうなスポットを教えて貰い、個人旅行では味わえない知識を得られた。
散策中、平泉寺周辺で2時間前に熊が出没したとガイドさんから参加者への注意喚起が来て、気をつけながらの参拝となった。ガイドさんは参加者だけでは無く、一般も参拝者にも声を掛けている姿に感動を覚えた。なかなか出来る行動では無いと思います。
帰りの集合場所に、無事全員揃った時のガイドさんの安堵の顔が印象的だった。
福井駅への帰路も、美味しいお店の情報を教えて貰い、いつの間にか福井駅に到着。
最後、参加者からの大きな拍手が今回のバスツアー利用が間違いでは無かったとの証明になった。

The bus driver's stories on Iriomote Island were very enjoyable and memorable. I felt a bit sorry for the water buffalo, as its lack of motivation was evident in its walking style, but I was grateful for the leisurely time I got to spend with Genki the water buffalo! On the way back, it was a girl instead of Genki, but the ride was very smooth, and we arrived first.

I enjoyed cycling on Taketomi Island, but there were some gentle slopes, and perhaps due to my age, it was more challenging than I expected.

西表島のバスの運転手さんのお話がとても楽しくて、印象的です。
水牛さんのやる気のなさが歩き方で伝わってきて、申し訳ないと思いつつも、のんびりした時間を過ごさせてもらえて、水牛のげんきくんに感謝です！帰りはげんきくんではなく女の子でしたが、とてもスムーズで1番に到着しました。
竹富島でサイクリングを楽しみましたが、軽い坂道もあり、歳のせいか思ったより大変でした。

The itinerary for each attraction was well arranged, and the guide, Sun, was very attentive. The explanations for each spot were very detailed, and there were also great product recommendations. I hope to have the opportunity to join again next time!

The guide from "Eiheiji Tour Guide" was not only interesting but also very easy to understand, which was great. During the three-day weekend, the parking around Eiheiji was crowded, but I was glad I chose the bus tour with Happy Bus, as there was no need to worry about that. Although there was a small additional fee, the reconstructed townscape of Ichijodani Asakura was also fascinating. Lastly, the Ichijodani Asakura Clan Ruins Museum we visited at the end was a must-see.

「永平寺案内人」ガイドさんの説明が面白い上にわかりやすくてとても良かったです。三連休で永平寺周辺の駐車場は混んでましたがハピバスはその心配もなくバスツアーにして良かったと思いました。別料金を少し払いますが、一乗谷朝倉市の復元町並みも面白かったです。最後に寄った一乗谷朝倉氏遺跡博物館も必見でした。

I am from another prefecture. Every time my friends come to visit, we take this ride. Even though it's the same course, it felt fresh on the second time. Next time, I will try a different course. I will arrive at Osaka Station before noon, so if I can make a lunch reservation, I will definitely be satisfied.

他県出身者です。友人が遊びにくるたび、乗車しています。同じコースなのに2回目でも新鮮でした。次回は別のコースにしてみます。昼前に大阪駅に到着するので、ランチの予約があれば満足間違いなしです。

I was satisfied with the efficient visit to the Dinosaur Museum and the Hiraizumi Haku-san Shrine. The Dinosaur Museum takes about 90 minutes to tour, and the Hiraizumi Haku-san Shrine takes about 60 minutes, which might not be enough time to see everything leisurely. However, considering the transportation options, this was the most efficient way to go, and once you get on the bus, they take you everywhere, making it very easy. During the bus ride, the tour guide explained the highlights and provided handmade illustrations to describe the places we were visiting, which was really enjoyable. They also pointed out must-see spots, which increased my satisfaction. I also bought some recommended souvenirs!

I would like to join a different route tour the next time I travel to Fukui.

恐竜博物館や平泉寺白山神社を効率よく回れて、満足でした。
恐竜博物館は見学時間が90分ほど、平泉寺白山神社は60分ほど、じっくりゆったり見るには少し時間が足りないかと思います。
しかし交通の便を考えると一番効率が良いし、バスにさえ乗ればあとは連れて行ってもらえるのでとても楽でした。またバスの移動中はバスガイドさんが見所を説明してくれたり、手作りのイラストで見学先の説明をしてくれたりと、すごく楽しかったです。見所もあわせて教えてもらえ、絶対見るべきポイントは抑えられたので、より満足度が高まりました。お土産もおすすめしてもらったものを購入しました！

また福井旅行の際は違うルートのツアーで参加したいと思いました。

I remembered that the tanks at the Churaumi Aquarium are made of acrylic and are designed to allow for close observation of the movements of the whale sharks, but seeing it in person was truly impressive. Having some prior knowledge changed my perspective, so I’m glad I participated in this tour.

After walking a lot in the aquarium, I got quite tired, so I returned to the bus early at other locations. There were people who arrived late at the meeting times, and I thought it must have been tough for the female guide, as she had to make phone calls and go looking for them.

美ら海水族館の水槽がアクリルで出来ていて、特にジンベイザメの動きを観察出来るように工夫されていることを記憶していたのですが、実物を見て、これは凄いと思いました。予備知識があって、見ると見方が変わるので、このツアーに参加して良かったです。
水族館で、かなり歩き疲れたこともあり、他の場所では、早めにバスに戻りました。
各場所での集合時間に遅れて来る人がいて、女性ガイドの方が電話したり、探しに行ったりしていたので、ガイドさんも大変だなと思いました。

The end time is stated to be around 5:30 PM, but when I participated, it was a busy time with many tourists, and it was 6:40 PM. I would like the tour company to specify the actual end times based on the last three years during busy tourist seasons in the future.

We had two hours of free time in both Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, but it felt a bit tight. Given the travel time, it might have been unavoidable, but I think having two and a half hours would have given us a little more leeway. Most of the tour participants were foreign tourists, and the tour guide was also from China (I found it a bit difficult to understand their Japanese). We were blessed with good weather, and it turned out to be a great trip. Thank you very much.

飛騨高山、白川郷それぞれ二時間の自由時間でしたが、ややタイトでした。
移動時間の関係で仕方がないのかもしれませんが、2時間半あれば少し余裕があったかなと思いました。
殆どが外国人のツアー客で、添乗員さんも中国の方でした。（日本語が少し聞き取りづらかったです）

If you have some free time, this two-island tour of Iriomote Island and Yufu Island is a great way to enjoy a relaxed island atmosphere. You can sway gently in a leisurely water buffalo cart, stroll through the botanical garden on Yufu Island, and enjoy a peaceful mangrove cruise. You can return to the hotel by 3 PM, which is nice for elderly couples, as it allows time to take a shower and rest a bit before dinner.

時間に余裕があれば、この西表島と由布島の２島ツアーはゆったりとした島時間を楽しむのにいいです。のんびりした水牛車に揺られて、由布島でぶらぶら植物園を散策し、そしてマングローブ遊覧はのどかです。ホテルに15時には戻れるので年寄り夫婦には、晩御飯前にシャワー浴びて、少し休憩できるのもいいです。

I only had one day to freely explore, and since I couldn't drive, I joined a bus tour. The guide provided announcements in multiple languages, which made it comfortable for foreign visitors. I think it's more cost-effective than renting a car since we could visit all the major famous spots. However, there are many places to go, so you need to keep an eye on the time. Also, if you don't remember the location of the bus parking lot, you won't be able to return, which can lead to being late... I'm not good at remembering places, so I ended up returning late during the visits to the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village, which caused some inconvenience.

1日しか自由に観光できる時間がなく、車の運転もできないためバスツアーに参加しました。ガイドさんは、多国語でアナウンスされており、外国人も安心できます。主要な有名スポットが回れてレンタカーを借りるよりお得感だと思います。ただ、いく箇所が多くきちんと時間を見ないと厳しいです。また、バスの駐車場の位置をしっかり覚えておかないと戻れず、結果遅刻します…。私は場所を覚えるのが苦手のため、美ら海水族館の時とアメリカンビレッジの時に遅く戻ってしまいご迷惑をおかけしました。

I was able to tour the streets of Taketomi Island while riding a water buffalo. The local guide was friendly and provided explanations about the town along the way, as well as performed a shamisen song. I recommend this experience for those who want to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Taketomi Island.

It was a tour full of highlights. Thanks to Mei, our tour guide from Hong Kong, who spoke Chinese, Japanese, and English, I made unforgettable memories. Her explanations were interesting and thorough, and her wonderful personality really shone through, making the tour very satisfying. I would love to participate in another tour in a different area.

見どころ満載のツアーでした。中国語、日本語、英語でのツアーガイド香港出身のメイさん、あなたのおかげで忘れられない思い出ができました。説明も面白く丁寧で、人間性の良さが伝わる方、ツアー自体がとても満足のいくものとなりました。また別方面で参加してみたいです。

I was moved to actually see and experience the scenery I had seen in books and encyclopedias as a child. I truly realized that you can't understand the air and scents unless you visit. The exploration of Taketomi Island, which I didn't know much about, was very impressive. Walking along the white sandy paths allowed me to immerse myself in nostalgia. Even though it had an exotic atmosphere, it gave me a strange feeling.

子供のころに本や図鑑で見た景色を実際に見て体験できたことに感動しました。
空気や匂いなど、足を運ばなければわかないとつくづく思います。
あまり、知らなかった竹富島の散策はとても印象的で、白い砂の路を歩くとノスタルジアに浸れます。異国情緒なのに不思議な気持ちになりました。

I was impressed by the guide who was cheerful and doing a great job in fluent Japanese. The weather was nice, and the places we visited were very good! I felt that the size of the bus and the number of participants made it easier to stay organized.

流暢な日本語で元気に頑張っていたガイドさんに関心しました。
お天気も良く見学先はとても良かったです！バスの大きさ、参加人数もこれぐらいがまとまりやすかったとかんじました。

It was mid-November, but there was more snow than I expected, so the bus transportation was very helpful.

It was unfortunate that there were many foreign tourists who were late.

I came to Ishigaki Island for the second time in 30 years! The weather wasn't great, but I rode in an ox cart and felt rejuvenated! I was really moved by the quietly pulling oxen!

30年ぶりに2回目の石垣島に来ました！
天候は良くなかったですが、牛車に乗って、
癒されました！とても寡黙に引っ張る牛さんに感動しました！

It was a cold day for the ride, but I felt that experiencing the cold was one of its charms. The best part was the female guide, who was very polite, easy to understand, had a pleasant voice, and even made us laugh. The staff at the reception were also courteous, and I felt that everyone was kind. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to take the ride.

寒い日の乗車でしたが、寒さを体感出来るのも魅力のひとつとも思わせてもらえました。
1番良かったのがとても丁寧で分かりやすく、笑いもあり聞きやすい声の女性のガイドさんでした。受付の方も丁寧でスタッフの方々が優しい人ばかりだと感じました。
また機会があれば是非乗車したいと思います。
