I visited Shirakawa-go for the first time in winter, right after a heavy snowfall. Just a few days before we participated, the tour was canceled due to the heavy snow. The roads to Shirakawa-go and Gokayama were covered in snow and in an icy condition, making it impossible to drive there by car. However, thanks to the bus tour, we were able to travel to Shirakawa-go and Gokayama safely. I was truly impressed by the driver's skills and am very grateful.

The snowy scenery of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama was truly wonderful. It was a sight that made me think, "I definitely want to come back next winter." Moreover, not just next winter, but I genuinely want to revisit in spring, summer, and even autumn... It was a journey that made me feel this way. My second-grade daughter also joined us, and she said, "I want to go again!" It's not an amusement park, zoo, or aquarium trip, but I believe it left a lasting impression on us. It was truly a wonderful journey. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again!

始めて冬の白川郷、しかも、大雪の直後の白川郷に行きました。私たちが参加した数日前はツアーキャンセルとなるほどの大雪でした。白川郷、五箇山への道中も雪が降り積もり、アイスバーン状態の道路でした。とてもマイカーで行ける道中ではありません。しかし、バスツアーに参加させていただいたおかげで、安心して、白川郷、五箇山まで行くことができました。運転手さんの運転技術に脱帽、感謝です。
雪景色の白川郷、五箇山は本当に素晴らしかったです。「来年の冬のまた必ず帰ってきたい」と思える景色でした。また、来年の冬と言わずに、春になったら、いや、夏の季節も、そして、秋にも、、、と季節を変えて再訪したいと心から思える旅でした。小学2年生の娘も参加させていただきましたが、低学年の娘も、「また行きたい！」と言っています。遊園地でもない、動物園でも水族館でもない旅ですが心に残るものがあったのだと思います。本当にすばらしい旅でした。ありがとうございました。また、必ず、再訪させていただきます！

To be honest, all the island-hopping tours seemed similar to me, but I had the best day. First, I took a ferry to Iriomote Island. The weather wasn't great, so I was worried about getting seasick, but it was totally fine. After the mangrove cruise tour, I took a sightseeing bus to the water buffalo cart station on Yubu Island. Fortunately, one of the staff members could play the sanshin, so we enjoyed the ride both ways. I was impressed to learn that they train the buffalo without using whips. The lunch on Yubu Island was also delicious.

On Taketomi Island, I chose to go cycling. It started off with a light rain, but it stopped quickly, and I was able to enjoy visiting a traditional house café and the beach views, experiencing the charm of the island! It was great that I could choose between the 16:00 and 17:00 ferry for the return trip.

If I come to Ishigaki Island again, I would love to participate in this tour!

正直言って島巡りのツアーはどれも同じように見えていたのですが、最高の１日を過ごすことができました。
まずはフェリーに乗って西表島へ。お天気があまり良くなかったので揺れそうで船酔いを心配しましたが、全然大丈夫でした。マングローブクルーズのツアーの後、観光バスに乗って由布島の水牛車乗り場へ。たまたまスタッフの方が三線を弾ける方だったので、往復ともに楽しませていただきました。ムチなどを使わずに調教しているということで、感動しました。由布島でのランチもおいしかったです。
竹富島ではサイクリングを選択しました。スタート当初は小雨が降っていましたが、すぐに止んで古民家カフェに行ったりビーチの景色を楽しんだり、島の魅力を楽しむことができました！帰りの船の時間を16:00, 17:00から選べたのも良かったです。
石垣島に来たら、また参加したいです！

I was captivated by the beauty of the mangroves.
It's worth participating.
I was fortunate to encounter many wild birds.
Unfortunately, the lunch bento was not delicious.
A convenience store bento would have been better.

Since I only had one day for sightseeing in Shodoshima, I used this bus tour that takes you to all the main tourist spots on the island. The result was a great decision! The time allocation at each stop was perfectly set. On the way back, I requested to be dropped off near my hotel, and they kindly accommodated me.

小豆島観光に充てられるのが1日だけだったため、小豆島の主要な観光スポットを全て回ってくれるこちらのバスツアーを利用させていただきました。
結果は、大正解！
それぞれの立ち寄り場所の時間配分もベストな設定でした。
帰りはお願いして宿泊予定のホテルの近くで降ろしていただけました。

I went to Taketomi Island and rode a water buffalo cart! It was so much fun. I was happy to see the mangroves with my wife. I definitely want to go again.

This time, I traveled without a rental car and participated in a tour for the first time.
Although it was from morning until evening, there was not a single wasted movement; it was incredibly efficient!
This tour was perfect for someone like me who is impatient.
However, it might be a bit challenging for those who prefer to take their time or need to walk slowly...

Since the schedule was tight, even for someone like me who doesn't usually take their time, I didn't have any extra time.
It wasn't my first time visiting these places, and I wasn't looking to relax, so it felt great to see them again after a while! The time management was excellent!
Moreover, on the way back, we took the highway and had a light sandwich (which was simple but delicious), and with the entrance fees and everything included, along with a guide, this price... is too cheap!!
I thought that from now on, tours might be the way to go for sightseeing in Okinawa!

今回レンタカーなしでの旅行にしたので初めてツアーに参加しました。
朝から夕方までの時間ですが何ひとつ無駄な動きはなく、ものすごく効率的でした！
せっかちの私にはピッタリのツアーです。
もしかすると、ゆっくりめに見たい方、ゆっくり歩かないといけない方にはちょっと大変かもしれません…

時間がタイトなので、せっかちでゆっくり見たつもりは全くない私でも時間が余ることはなかったです。
私にとっては初めて行く場所な訳でもなく、のんびりしたい訳ではなかったので久々にまた見れた〜！って感じで時間配分とっても良かったです！
しかも帰りは高速乗って帰って軽食のサンドイッチ(シンプルで美味しかったです)もあり、入館料もろもろ入ってガイドさんもついてこの値段…安すぎます！！
これから沖縄観光はツアーでいいかも！って思いました！！

I enjoyed the cruise on the boat, was charmed by the cute cows while riding in a cart to Yufu Island, and had a wonderful time interacting with the plants. The large butterflies were very cute.

船のクルーズで楽しめ、牛車で可愛い牛さんにやられて由布島へ渡り、植物とのふれあい、大きな蝶々がとてもかわいかったです。

I was glad to be taken to the places I wanted to go.
For lunch, I would have preferred local specialties from Ishigaki Island instead of hamburgers.
I recommend the natural juice from Papa-ya and the mineral-rich salt in front of the parking lot at the Yonabaru Tropical Rainforest.
The view from Tamatorizaki Observatory is a spectacular spot where you can see the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice.
The guide's folk songs were also great.

行きたい所へ連れてって貰えたので良かったです。
昼食はハンバーグではなく、石垣島特産物が出ると良かったです。
米原熱帯雨林の駐車場前のぱぱ屋天然ジュースとミネラルが多いお塩はオススメします。
玉取崎展望台からの眺望は東シナ海と太平洋が望める絶景スポット。天気が良ければもっと良かった。
ガイドさんの民謡も良かったです。

一日楽しく有効なツアーでした。
ぜひぜひお勧めします。

I wanted to visit a remote island, so I went to Ishigaki Island for the first time. This tour was efficient, and I really appreciated being able to choose what I wanted to do. However, we chose to rent bicycles on Taketomi Island, and it was a shame that we didn't have enough time. After the two-hour bike rental, we planned to walk around the village for about 30 minutes, but we were quickly taken by car to the ferry terminal. Since we had a longer stay on Yufu Island, I wished they could shorten that time a bit and increase our time on Taketomi Island instead.

離島に行きたくて、初めての石垣島に行きました。このツアーは無駄がないし、やりたい事を選べるのがとても良かったです。ただ１つだけ私達は竹富島でレンタサイクルを選んだのですが、時間が足りなかったのが残念でした。２時間のレンタサイクルが終わったら、歩いて集落を30分程回ろうと考えていたのですが、すぐに車でフェリー乗り場まで送られました。それなら由布島滞在時間が長かったので、時間をもう少し短くして、その分を竹富島の時間を増やして欲しいと思いました。

I participated with my 83-year-old mother. We hesitated to join because she walks slowly, but since she wanted to visit the Sefa Utaki and the Gyokusendo Cave, we decided to go. I was worried about causing trouble for the other participants, but the driver, the guide, and the local guides were all very kind and helpful.

We had plenty of time for sightseeing without feeling rushed, and we were able to walk slowly while receiving explanations. It was a tour that even elderly people could participate in. My mother was very happy to have made wonderful memories. I was moved by the beauty of nature. Thank you very much!

８３歳の母を連れての参加。歩くのが遅いので参加を迷いましたが、母が行ってみたい斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷だったので、参加しました。同行している皆さんにご迷惑かけてしまうのではないかと心配しながらでしたが、運転手さんガイドさん現地案内ガイドさん、皆さん親切で助かりました。
観光時間も慌てることもなく、ゆっくり歩いて説明案内があり、お年寄りでも参加できるツアーでた。母も良い思い出ができたと大変喜んでいました。自然の素晴らしさに感動しました。ありがとうございました!

The guide at the Valley of Gangala provided clear explanations, making it easy to listen with interest. Additionally, the bus guide also offered a thorough tour, touching on place names and historical backgrounds. Personally, I felt that if the viewing time at the Sefa Utaki had been 10 minutes longer, I could have explored it more leisurely. I think it would be even better if this were included in the guided tour as well.

ガンガラーの谷のガイドさんの説明がわかりやすく、興味を持って聞くことができました。
また、バスガイドさんも地名など、歴史的背景などにも触れながら丁寧にガイドしてくださいました。
個人的には斎場御獄について、見学時間があと10分長いとゆっくり見学できたと感じました。こちらも、ガイドツアーになるとより良いと思いました。

The hotel had a pick-up service, which was very convenient. Since I was participating alone, I decided on the "Yakuzaru-go." It was a great plan as it allowed me to circle around Yakushima and visit various tourist spots.

ホテルに迎えがありとても便利にはです。一人での参加でしたから『やくざる号』に決めました。屋久島一周ができ観光スポットを回れとても良いプランです。

It was a tour that took us around the island for a whole day. The female guide was cheerful and made the explanations interesting, keeping the atmosphere lively throughout. The male driver was also kind, always saying "Have a good time" as we set off. Yakushima is larger than I expected, and it takes time to get around. The roads to the West Coast Forest Road and Yakusugi Land are narrow and long, so if you're not very experienced at driving, it might be a hassle for others. I think everyone would be happier participating in the tour.

島を一周して、一日まるごと案内していただけるツアーでした。
ガイドの女性は明るく、説明も面白く終始盛り上げてくださいます。運転手の男性も、いつも行ってらっしゃいと言ってくださって優しかったです。
思っていたより屋久島は大きく移動に時間がかかりますし、西部林道やヤクスギランドへは道も細く長く、運転に相当慣れていないとまわりに迷惑になりそうなので、ツアーに参加したほうが全員幸せだと思います。

I was able to efficiently enjoy the Midosuji Illumination in a short time. Since the bus is always moving, it's difficult to take good photos. It's better to see it with your own eyes. When I was on board, a group of loud women lacking in decorum made it hard to hear the onboard guide. I can only say it was unfortunate. I wish the guide had addressed them as well.

短時間で効率よく御堂筋イルミネーションの観光ができました。
バスは常に動いているので写真を巧く撮ることは困難です。目でしっかりと観るのが良いでしょう。
私が乗車した時は、品位に欠けたおばさんグループがあまりにも煩くて、車内ガイドが殆ど聞き取れませんでした。不運としか言いようがありません。ガイドさんからも注意してほしかったです。

I used to work during the New Year's holiday, but this time I was able to take a break, and I thought it would be nice to spend it somewhere other than home. So, I suddenly decided to go to Hokkaido in winter. When I visited Hokkaido at other times of the year, I would rent a car to get around, but this time, since it was winter, I was looking for a tour. I found a budget-friendly tour that was available even on New Year's Day, so I immediately signed up. Participating in the tour allowed me to fully enjoy winter in Hokkaido, and I was very satisfied. Both the guide and the driver were very kind, which made me feel at ease during the trip. I am convinced that participating in a tour in winter Hokkaido expands the enjoyment. 今まで年末年始は仕事でしたが、今回から休めるようになり、思い切って、自宅とは別の場所で過ごしてみたい…ということで、冬の北海道へ行くことに急遽決めました。冬以外で北海道へ行く場合は、レンタカーを借りて行動していましたが、今回は冬ということで、ツアーを探していました。そうしたところ、格安でしかも元旦でも可能なツアーがあり、即参加を申し込みました。参加してみて、冬の北海道を満喫できる旅でとても満足でした。ガイドさん、運転手さんともにとても親切な方で、参加していて安心でした。冬の北海道の場合はツアー参加することで、楽しみの幅もひろがると確信しました。元旦から本当にありがとうございました。

New Year's Day sightseeing in Kyoto was popular. Many people returned to visit the shrines. By the way, according to the guide, it was "still manageable."
If you're looking for a quick one-day experience in Kyoto, this is the perfect course to recommend!
Two guides accompanied us, taking turns. Both were very friendly and provided heartfelt hospitality, even taking photos at key spots. Their ability to adapt to the traffic situation was impressive, truly professional.
Since I live overseas, I definitely plan to use Veltra again when I return to Japan for sightseeing. If I can request a specific guide, I hope to ask for the same person again.

サクッと京都を一日体験という目的ならば最高のコースでお勧めです！
二人のガイドさんが交代でついてくださいました。お二人ともとても気さくに接してくださり、要所で写真撮影をしてくださるなど、心のこもるおもてなしに感謝！そして道路の混雑状況に柔軟に対応されるところは、さすがプロです。
私は海外在住なので、また日本へ戻って観光する際には是非Veltraを利用させていただくつもりです。ガイドさんの指名ができるなら、また同じ方にお願いできればいいな。

I was unable to take this bus from New Year's Day. Despite having made a reservation through this system and receiving a confirmation voucher from the bus company, the bus did not arrive even though I was waiting at the designated boarding location before the specified departure time. When I called the company, I couldn't get through, and after a while, I received a call saying they would check on it. In the end, I had to take a taxi along the same route as the bus (of course, at the bus company's expense). If you plan to join a tour with this company, please be cautious.

元旦からこのバスに乗れませんでした。
このシステムで予約して、バス会社から確認のバウチャーが来ていたにも関わらず、指定の出発時間の前から、指定の乗車場所で待っていたにも関わらず、バスは来ませんでした。
会社に電話をしても繋がらず、しばらくしてから確認をしますとの電話が来ました。
結局はバスのコースと同じところをタクシーで回る事になりました。（もちろんバス会社の負担で）
この会社のツアーに参加予定の方は注意して下さい。

At Karato Market, while it was cold, I took a bite while standing in front of a slightly open shop, and a man in his 40s came over and yelled, "Hey! Go eat over there!" I thought it was terrible towards the people in their 60s. Since we didn't understand, it would have been nice if he had at least said something like, "I would like you to eat over there." There was no place to eat, and there were few restrooms, so it was a tough experience in the cold.

立ち食いをしたら、40代位のお店の人が来て
《おい！あっちへ行って食え！》と怒鳴られました。
60代の人達に向かって酷いと思います。私達がわからなかったので、せめて《あちらで食べて欲しいとか》言ってくれたら良いのに・・。食べる場所は無いし、トイレも少なく寒い中辛い思いをしました。

I participated in a tour on December 31. In many tours I've been on, there is usually one guide who leads from start to finish, but in this tour, it felt like the guests were moving around as if being passed along to different guides for each segment, such as gathering, moving, and participating. The coordination was quite good, and there were few issues. However, that doesn't mean there were no problems at all. While the location of the dining venue was indicated, there were times when I didn't know where to go inside. Additionally, depending on the guide, there were moments when I felt a lack of enthusiasm. Overall, there were few difficulties, and I enjoyed myself, but I believe it can't compare to a tour where one guide is responsible for entertaining the participants from start to finish.

12月31日にツアー参加しました。
今までの多くのツアーでは一人の添乗員が最初から最後まで案内することが多かったのですが、このツアーではツアーの各部、集合、移動、参加など各部の担当添乗員にリレーするかのように客が動いていく感じでした。なかなかの連携で困ることは少なかったです。ですが、困らない事が無かったかというとそういうわけではありませんでした。食事会場の場所は案内されるものの、中のどこに行けばいいかわからないとかありました。また、担当添乗員次第ではやる気がないと感じる場面もありました。
全体的には困ることも少なく、楽しめましたが、一人の添乗員が最初から最後まで参加者を責任持って楽しませるツアーには勝てないと思いました。

The driver and guide were both pleasant, and I was able to enjoy a fun day.

They shared stories related to the area along the way, which made it enjoyable.

Also, it seems convenient that it's possible to leave the tour at certain points.

運転手さん、ガイドさんとも感じが良く、楽しく1日を終えることができました。

途中途中でその土地にゆかりのある話しをして下さり楽しむことができました。

また、途中でツアーを抜けることも可能とのことで使い勝手も良さそうです。

I could see a nice view of the precipitous cliff at Manzamou.

I enjoyed Churaumi Aquarium. I thought it was not enough time to see all of it.

Lastly, I joined a Sanshin Live at the restaurant. It was quite nice.

The tour conductor was working hard. She even played the Sanshin.

I had a good time on this bus tour.

Indeed, winter in Okinawa tends to have cloudy and rainy weather. Currently, rental car prices in Okinawa are soaring, so a bus tour might be a good option for a day. The advantage of a bus tour is that the guide shares insights about Okinawa's culture and history, which is very educational.

やはり冬の沖縄は、曇り雨の天気が続きます。今沖縄ではレンタカー料金が高騰しているので1日程度ならバスツアーでもいいと思います。バスツアーの利点はガイドさんが沖縄の文化や歴史などを語ってくださるので勉強になります。

The guide named Mr. Son kindly introduced the culture and souvenirs. It was great that the schedule was on time. I would like to participate again in the summer.

The guide's explanations were exquisite, and I enjoyed walking along Midosuji, which I usually commute on, thinking, "Is it really like this?" Riding on the highway felt like a roller coaster due to the height of the vehicle. It was great that the weather was clear. My elderly parents, who came from afar, also said it was beautiful! I would love to ride again.

ガイドさんの説明も絶妙で、普段通勤で歩いている御堂筋も、そうなのか？という感じで楽しめました。
高速道路を疾走するのも、車高があるためジェットコースターみたい。晴れていたのでよかったです。遠方から来ていた高齢の両親もきれいでよかっ　た！とのこと。また乗りたいです。

We gathered at 8:30 and had a tight schedule visiting Ryukyu Village, Manza Beach, Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and Okashi Goten, but the day flew by in no time. The time spent at each location was a bit short, but given the itinerary, it was unavoidable, and we still managed to enjoy each spot thoroughly. We ended with a course that included steak at this price. Since the entrance fees for both Churaumi Aquarium and Ryukyu Village are included, I think it's a great deal. I appreciated how the guide kept us engaged with interesting stories and made efforts to ensure we adhered to the schedule; it must have been challenging.

8:30に集合し、琉球村、万座毛、美ら海、古宇利島、お菓子御殿と、タイトなスケジュールでしたが、あっという間に１日が終わりました。
その場その場での滞在時間は少し短めですが、これだけの行程を楽しもうと思えば仕方ないし、それでも、そこをしっかり楽しめました。
最後ステーキ付きのコースにして、この値段。美ら海も琉球村も入場料込みなので、お得なコースだと思います。
ガイドさんは、飽きさせないように話したり、また、時間厳守を伝えるために工夫したり、大変だと思いました。

For lunch, not only was the Hida beef delicious, but the rice was surprisingly chewy and tasty!

Fortunately, it was a clear night for the operation. The illumination was, of course, good! Even more so, the thoughtful comments from the tour guide and the comfortable driving techniques of the driver were very good! I will definitely use this service again next time.

This was my third time diving in Ishigaki Island. On the last day, I had been on island tours to Taketomi Island and Iriomote Island, but I was hoping to find a land tour that would drop me off at the airport. I was lucky to come across this option.

The meeting time at the bus terminal was just right, not too early, and I was really grateful that I could store my heavy luggage in the bus's storage space.

Above all, the guide was amazing! Thanks to the bus guide, I had a wonderful time filled with smiles on my last day in Ishigaki Island. I was able to learn about the highlights and the history of various places.

I viewed Momorin Temple from the bus window, so I prepared in advance by renting a bicycle to visit. This temple is accessible by bike from the city center.

ダイビングで3回目の石垣島、最終日これまで竹富島や西表島への離島ツアーでしたが、陸のツアーで最後空港で降ろしてもらえないかなぁ、そんな都合のいいことないかなと探していたら、願ったり叶ったりのこちらへたどり着きました。
バスターミナルの集合も早過ぎることなくちょうどいい、重たい荷物はバスの預けスペースに入れてもらえるので、とっても助かりました。
何よりガイドさんが、素晴らしい！！
バスガイドさんのおかげで、石垣島のラスト笑顔の絶えない楽しい時間になりました。
見どころをおさえた、また各地の歴史についても、
お話を聞けました。
桃林寺は車窓からなので、事前にレンタサイクルで予習して行きました。このお寺は市街地から自転車で行ける場所です。

On the morning course, you can also get off at the airport on the way back, so those returning on an afternoon (evening) flight should be able to participate on the final day. It would be nice to have the tickets for Sefa Utaki prepared in advance, as they can be added to the participation fee. I've visited Sefa Utaki multiple times and have listened to detailed explanations from the guide, so I didn't have any issues, but I think it's better for first-time visitors to choose a guided tour. Okinawa World’s Gyokusendo Cave was beautiful and impressive. The Eisa show was also great. Gyokusendo Cave can get crowded depending on the timing, so if you don't keep track of the schedule, you might not make it to the meeting time.

午前中のコースで、帰りは空港下車もできるので、午後（夕方）便で帰る方は最終日参加も出来そうです。
斎場御嶽のチケットは参加料に加えても良いから、先に用意して欲しいですね。
私は何回も斎場御嶽に訪れていて、ガイドさんの詳しい解説を聞いているから、特に問題は無かったけど、初めて行く方はガイド付きを選ぶ方が良いと思います。
おきなわワールドの玉泉洞は美しくて感動しました。エイサーショーも良かったです。玉泉洞はタイミングで混み合うので、スケジュール感を持って見学しないと、集合時間に間に合わないかもです。
