It was a day course with lunch included, and both the tour guide and the driver were very polite and provided various explanations. The weather was nice, a bit hot, but I thoroughly enjoyed Shirakawa-go. There were only three participants, including myself, but we were able to spend our time comfortably. The lunch featured local specialty dishes, and I was satisfied with the content. There was plenty of time for sightseeing in Hida Takayama, and I walked around every corner of the town. The retro atmosphere and the streets filled with Showa-era charm were wonderful. The final experience of making hand-baked rice crackers was also interesting. I think I will participate again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

１日の昼食付きコースでしたが添乗員さんも運転手さんも丁寧で色々な説明をしていただきました。天気も良くちょっと暑かったですが白川郷も堪能いたしました。参加者は私を含めて3名だけでしたが気持ち良く過ごすことができました。昼食も地元の名物料理でしたが内容も満足いたしました。飛騨高山の観光も十分な時間があり街の隅々まで歩いてまわりました。レトロで昭和感の溢れる街並みが素敵でした。最後の手焼き煎餅体験も面白かったです。また機会があれば参加しようと思います。ありがとうございました。

I had some time before the return ferry, so I signed up for a morning tour. Both the guide and the driver were very kind. The guide's narration was wonderful, and I was able to feel the charm of Yakushima even more during the trip. I strongly felt that I want to come back to Yakushima. The driver's driving was also very reassuring. I was able to spend a very enjoyable last moment in Yakushima with my family. Thank you very much for your help. Next time I come, I would like to join the afternoon course.

帰りのフェリーまで時間がありましたので、午前のみのツアーを申し込みました。
ガイドさん運転士さんともにとても親切でした。ガイドさんの案内はとても素晴らしく、道中、屋久島の魅力をより感じることができました。また屋久島に来たいと強く思いました。運転士さんも安心できる運転でした。とても楽しく屋久島の最後の時間を家族と過ごすことができました。本当にお世話になりました。

I participated because I could enjoy both a popular zoo and a spot featured in the guide. The zoo was great, but I was simply amazed by the beauty of the blue pond! The all-you-can-eat lunch and melon were nice, but it was a shame I got full after just four pieces. The driver was from China and was very courteous. There were also participants from China on the same tour, which must have been reassuring. Due to COVID, many events at the zoo were canceled, so I would like to visit again when I have the chance.

人気の動物園とガイドにも載っているスポットがどちらも楽しめるということで参加しました。
動物園はもちろんの事、青い池の綺麗さにただただ感動！
お昼とメロン食べ放題も良かったですが、4切れでお腹いっぱいになったのが残念。
ドライバーさんは中国の方でしたが、丁寧に対応してくださいました。同じツアーに中国の参加者がいらっしゃったので、心強かったのではないでしょうか。
コロナということで、動物園もイベントが色々中止になってたので、また機会があればゆっくり行ってみたいです。

Thank you for participating in our tour this time. That day was right in the middle of Silver Week, and on our way back, we noticed that the oncoming lane heading to Shirakawa-go was experiencing a major traffic jam. We were very lucky to avoid that traffic.

This tour offers a great value as you can visit both Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, which are registered as World Heritage Sites, in just one day. I believe you could really feel the different atmospheres of each place. We are very pleased that you, along with everyone else, enjoyed it.

Both the driver and the guide were friendly and kind. They were knowledgeable and had great conversation skills.

In Shirakawa-go and the Aikawa settlement, I was able to gain information that only participants of the tour would know, and I took the best photos. They also shared various insights about the World Heritage site, which linked well with what my daughter is currently learning about Japanese history and culture, making it a valuable study experience for her.

The final experience of making rice crackers was fun, and I was pleasantly surprised that we could take a detour to Toyama Prefecture. We were able to visit three places: Kanazawa, Gifu, and Toyama.

I highly recommend this tour.

The weather was great, and the guide was very polite, which made it enjoyable. However, we experienced a bus breakdown in the mountains, and since our phones had no signal, we were stuck for two hours. We couldn't communicate about meal times, which made us very anxious. Eventually, a replacement bus arrived, but instead of arriving at the hotel at 5 PM, we got there at 7 PM. This was the first time I experienced something like this.

天気にも恵まれ、ガイドさんもとても丁寧な方で楽しかったです。
最後に山中でバスが故障し、携帯もつながらず2時間動きがとれませんでした。食事の時間の連絡もできなくてとても不安でした。
なんとか代わりのバスが来て、ホテルに17時に、着く予定が19時でした。
このような事は初めてでした。

The waves were high and the ferry was really rocky because it was right after the typhoon! All three islands were great! I especially loved the relaxed atmosphere of Taketomi Island. It's a shame that if the weather had been better, I could have taken even more beautiful photos...

I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of Yakushima. The sightseeing bus had hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the windows could be opened for ventilation. Perhaps because the windows were open, a giant fly got in, but the guide killed it with a towel.

For those who want to see Yakusugi but feel that walking to Jomon Sugi is a bit much, you can easily visit Yakusugi Land to see the ancient cedar trees. They took 50 minutes to walk the 30-minute course, making it a tour that is friendly for small children and the elderly. Of course, you don't need hiking boots, but a friend who participated in sandals got bitten by a tick. I recommend sneakers.

Overall, it was a very good tour!

屋久島の見所を効率的にまわれました。観光バスには入り口に消毒薬があり、かつ、窓を開けて換気ができました。窓を開けてたからか、巨大アブがはいりましたが、ガイドさんがタオルで殴って殺してくれました。
屋久杉はみたいけど、縄文杉まであるくのはちょっとという方には、気軽に屋久杉を見れるやくすぎランドにもたちよれます。30分コースを50分かけてあるいてくれて、小さい子や老人にも優しいツアーです。登山靴などもちろん不要、ですが、サンダルもどきで参加した友人はヒルにかまれていました。スニーカーをお勧めします。
全体的にとてもよいツアーでした！

Due to COVID-19, I traveled around Yakushima while being mindful of social distancing. Since it was a solo trip and time was limited, I was really happy to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots in just one day. The guide provided detailed explanations, and I fell in love with Yakushima's nature. Thank you very much. I would like to visit again to receive the power of the gods.

I had no expectations for the monkey park, but once we went, we really enjoyed activities like feeding the animals. The soy sauce shop we stopped by along the way had great products, and I was able to make some good purchases. On the narrow road returning from the movie village, there was a moment when we had to pass an oncoming car, but the driver skillfully navigated the difficult road in reverse, and I thought the driver was very skilled. I searched for a tour that wouldn't be crowded for my elderly mother, who has health issues, and decided to join this one. On the day of the tour, it was just me, my mother, and her friend participating. They took thorough measures for temperature checks, sanitization, and maintaining distance between guests, so the COVID-19 precautions were excellent. Both my mother and her friend were very satisfied and said they wanted to try this in all four seasons! I was also thrilled by the beautiful night view of Tokyo, and I can't forget the impressive sight of Tokyo Tower that day. We were fortunate to see the adorable sight of a mother water buffalo and her newborn calf, as it coincided with the calving season. Although it was a short time, we enjoyed a relaxing experience with the sound of the sanshin and the boatman's singing. If I had to say something, there were many explanations about the Iriomote wildcat, so I wished I could have seen a specimen or photos somewhere.

In the afternoon on Taketomi Island, we initially planned to only rent bicycles and not ride the water buffalo cart. However, as soon as we arrived at the Taketomi Island Tourist Center, a female employee quickly asked, "What about the water buffalo? Aren't you riding? Bicycles? Fill this out!" I was confused about where to write what, and as I hesitated, she let out a big sigh and left the area, glaring at us from a distance. We were left unattended, but later, another employee helped us, and we were able to rent bicycles. While the response from the other employees was good, it was disappointing that just one person left a negative impression. Of course, Taketomi Island itself was a wonderful place, so when I visit again, I hope to enjoy my trip without relying on the Taketomi Island Tourist Center.

西表島のクルーズでは女性の船長さんでガイドも操縦も上手、マングローブを詳しく説明してくれてとても分かりやすかった。送迎バスのドライバーさんも島内の案内をしてくれるので思っていた以上に西表島の話しを聞くことができて良かったと思う。由布島の水牛もちょうど子牛が生まれた時期と重なり可愛らしい親子の姿を見せてもらうことも出来ました。水牛車を引く水牛はとても大人しくお利口さんで重たい私達を運んでもらうのが申し訳なくなるほど。短い時間でしたが三線と船頭さん？の歌声でのんびりした時間を楽しむことが出来ました。しいて言えば西表やまねこの説明が沢山あったのでどこかで剥製や写真などでも見てみたかった。

午後の竹富島では水牛車には乗らずレンタサイクルのみの予定でしたが、到着後竹富島観光センターに着くなり女性の従業員が水牛は？乗らないの？自転車？これに記入して！と矢次早に言われどこに何を書いて良いのか分からずに戸惑っていると「はぁーっ」と大きなため息をつかれその場を離れていき離れたところからからこちらの様子を伺いを睨みつける始末。放置された私達でしたがその後他の従業員さんが対応して下さり無事に自転車を借りることができたのですが、竹富島到着後すぐにこのような子供じみた対応をされ楽しみにしていた気分は台無しにされました。暑い中毎日同じルーティン作業で観光客が思った通りに動かないと面倒になり不貞腐れる従業員。はっきり言わせてもらいますが観光業、接客業は向いていない。自分のペースで仕事をしたいのならデスクと向き合う在宅の仕事を選んだら？と言いたい。というか今となればその場で叱り飛ばしてやれば良かったとさえ思うほど腹の立つ対応だった。竹富島観光センターの最初に担当した従業員がこれを見たら自分の事だと察しが着くでしょう。
他の従業員さんの対応は良かっただけにたったその1人のせいで残念な思いが残ってしまった。
もちろん竹富島自体はとても素敵な所でしたので次回訪れる時は竹富島観光センターにはお世話にならず楽しめる旅にしたいと思います。

The wind was strong, but it was a beautiful sunny day, perfect for a tour! I chose the glass-bottom boat and bus sightseeing plan on Taketomi Island, and the bus driver was really great—he took photos for us, showed us how to find star sand, and told us about power spots. I was torn between this plan and cycling when I made the reservation, but choosing this plan was absolutely the right decision! I'm sure if I had chosen cycling, I would have been drenched in sweat (laughs). The bus was cool and perfect! We saw two families of wild boars in the mangroves, and the water buffalo was fun too. I had a wonderful time. Thank you!

On the last day in Okinawa, I was wondering where to go until my flight time, and I found this plan that included the limestone cave I wanted to visit, so I made a reservation.
I had a great time at Okinawa World, enjoying the Gyokusendo Cave, an Eisa performance, and taking photos in traditional costumes.
The bus was spacious, and the guide was very cheerful, a great singer, and kind. The price was reasonable, and I was able to make good use of my time, so it was a very satisfying tour.
I highly recommend it!

We chose this tour for our three-generation family trip, as my parents didn't want to engage in active activities like snorkeling. Although it wasn't sunny due to the day after the typhoon, the guides for the mangrove cruise, the bus, and the water buffalo cart were all very skilled at storytelling, making the sightseeing enjoyable.

At Yubu Island, we had 90 minutes of free time, which included a pre-prepared traditional lunch. If the meal takes a while, I think 90 minutes might be a bit short (we couldn't fully explore the island). After this, we returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart for the second time, and then took a boat back to Ishigaki Port to conclude the tour.

My child and I felt a bit unsatisfied due to the lack of activities in the sea, but my parents said, "Since there isn't much walking, this tour is just right for older people." I think it would be enjoyable for elderly individuals or families with small babies.
