Beauty of urban planning at its best, Tokyo's megalopolis is a well planned development for the world to emulate. Integrated transport system that is accessible to everybody creates an environment that encourages its people to walk creating a healthy populace.

I participated in the course to visit Sefa Utaki and the Valley of Gangala. On the last morning, I felt like I wanted to relax at the hotel, but I was glad I joined the tour. The time spent at each destination was just right, and I was able to enjoy it thoroughly. It would have been nice if they could pick me up at the hotel, so I could have spent the morning more leisurely.

斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷へ行くコースに参加。最終日の朝はゆっくりホテルで過ごしたい気持ちもありましたが、参加して正解でした。それぞれの訪問先での時間も丁度良く、十分楽しむことができました。
出来ればホテルまで迎えに来てくれると、朝がもっとゆっくり過ごせて良いんだけどなぁ。

Online booking was easy and easy to understand . Very easy to find the place to get the ticket. Skyhop has everything provided for. from the blankets with this cold winter days. Heat pads and the earphones. They have though of everything. It be nice with the translation they should add also Spanish, Italian and some other European languages.

My family and I had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the scenery. Couldn't ask for more.

I have traveled to Okinawa several times, and the one-day bus tour was comfortable without having to drive. I would like to use a tour for my next trip to Okinawa as well.

何回か沖縄旅行に来ましたが、1日バスツアーで運転せずに快適でした。次の沖縄旅行もツアーを利用したいと思います。

Despite the rain, I had a great time. During the cruising, it was clear when we could take off the vinyl sheet and when we couldn't, allowing us to see the mangroves properly. For the cycling on Taketomi Island, we were able to borrow rain gear. Since the weather wasn't favorable, I'm thinking of trying again for a second chance.

クルージングでは、ビニールシートを取って良い時間もそうでない時間がはっきりしていて、しっかりとマングローブを見ることができました。
竹富島のサイクリングでは、雨具を貸していただけました。
お天気に恵まれなかったので、もう一度リベンジしようと思ってます。

The online registration and check in process was very smooth. We took the tour on a cold December day and they have provided covered bus option for certain times, which was great. For the double decker they have also provided hand warmers and blankets which were much appreciated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only improvement I would recommend would be to provide more historic information on the tour. Try this tour if you have limited time in Tokyo!

I did the same tour by myself last year and enjoyed it a lot! So this year I took my parents and they were overwhelmed with the city! So this tour just gives you a great overview and is quite informative too! Recommend (again) :)

The tour itself was fine but most people going from Naha have to be ready to waste 2-3 hours picking up people in other areas before actually going to the attractions. (Same with going back home)

The bus driver was rude af and racist towards the foreigners.

At first I thought the guide was fine but then oops nope changed my mind. In the aquarium it was very windy and we had to stop 3 times in random places outside the building to hear her explanation in Japanese so its like wasting 20-30 minutes while having yourself blown by the strong wind.

And when she distributed the ticket, she called in all of the Japanese passengers first by their names and after all the Japanese have their tickets. She gestured to all the foreigners to come to her and get the tickets by ourselves. Which is very rude and racist.

The tour says it will provide english, chinese and korean guides throughout the whole day but none. Only some random english tapes are played and the guide talks in Japanese a lot throughout the day.

And mind you 60% of the people who joined are foreigners and only 20% speaks English. I genuinely feel sorry for the Chinese and Korean who comes to the tour thinking it will provide them with some guides but no.

Also the bus driver, he makes noises from inside the bus every 5 minutes before the departure time at each spot as if reminding us to hurry up. And he talks to the tourguide keep blaming how the "foreigners" are slow blablabla probably thinking "foreigners" don't understand Japanese.

The bus driver is very racist and rude also the whole tour is just okay.

Went by another company the next day and was surprised at how interactive the guide was plus it was 100 times wayyy better.

I was able to learn about the southern region through the guide's explanations on the bus. The tour of the Gangala Valley had very clear and easy-to-understand commentary, which was great. Additionally, the service of Sanpin tea made it comfortable.

I usually drive a minivan, so I don't get to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace, but being on the open deck at a high position felt great. The signs were close by, and the highway was enjoyable as well. It was fun to see the night view from angles I usually can't, both from the side and above. The guide's explanations were easy to understand. Since it's this time of year, I was prepared for the cold and dressed warmly, so it didn't bother me at all. The blanket and heat pack service was also appreciated. I felt that the tour price was a good deal.

普段はワンボックスカーを運転している側で、あまりゆっくり景色を見れないので高い位置でのオープンデッキは気持ちよかったです。
看板が近かった～高速道路も気持ちよかったです。夜景も横から上から普段見れない所から見る事ができて楽しかったです。
ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすかったです。
この時期なので寒いのは覚悟していたし、防寒ばっちりして行ったので気になりませんでした(^^♪ブランケットとカイロのサービスもありがたかったです。このツアー料金はお得だと感じました。

It was my first visit to Shodoshima, and since I loved the book and movie "Twenty-Four Eyes," I was really looking forward to this tour. The guide's reading of the book was wonderful. I was also impressed by the various episodes shared and the songs sung about the island. Shodoshima, known as the Island of Peace, is a place I would like to visit again! Thank you very much.

初めて訪れた小豆島でしたが、「二十四の瞳」の本や映画が大好きだったので、このツアーをとても楽しみにしていました。ガイドさんの本の朗読が、素晴らしかったです。またいろいろなエピソードを話して下さったり、島の歌を歌って下さったりしたのが、印象に残りました。平和の島と言われる小豆島、また訪れてみたいです！ありがとうございました。

The walking time feels just right for moving around thoroughly. While you can't cover everything if you're drinking doburoku and eating mitarashi dango, it seems just enough to keep things interesting. Shirakawa-go has a touristy vibe, while Gokayama has a strong sense of community, making them a perfect pair to visit together. The viewpoints in Gokayama don't require too much effort, so it's just right to soak in the village atmosphere. Senbei is perfect for the cold winter, but it might be tough on hot days!

散策時間は、がっつり動き回ってちょうどという感じ。どぶろく飲んだり、みたらし団子食べたりしてると全体は回れませんが、飽きない程度でちょうどよいのかな〜と思います。

セットでちょうどよい感じです。
五箇山のビュースポットはそれほど頑張らなくてよいので、集落感に浸るくらいがちょうどいいです。
煎餅は寒い冬にはちょうどよいですね。暑い日だと辛そうw

I was worried about not being able to drive, but I had a fulfilling day on the bus tour! I was able to take a nice long nap on the bus too! I had to leave the tour partway due to hotel arrangements, but the bus guide and driver were very kind, and a taxi arrived quickly, so I was able to get to the hotel right away! It was truly the best. I recommend spending a day relaxing on the bus too!

車が運転できなくて、どうしようかと思っていたけど、バスツアーで充実した１日を過ごせました！
バスの中はたっぷりお昼寝もできましたよー！
ホテルの都合で途中離団したのですが、バスガイドさんと運転手さんがとても良くしてくれて、タクシーもすぐに来てくれて、ホテルにもすぐ行けました！
本当に最高でした。

Upon departing from Sapporo Station Bus Center, we immediately encountered a major traffic jam, arriving at our first sightseeing spot, Lake Shikotsu, an hour later than scheduled. The bus was nearly full, with the second bus joining us later. The composition of passengers in the first bus seemed to be about 60 to 70 percent tourists from Asia. The bus guide's main job was coordinating the timing in Japanese and English, and the explanations were provided in four languages through headphones. The timely explanations made the experience enjoyable. The lunch at Lake Toya was surprisingly delicious, and we also enjoyed the extremely cold summit tour via the Usuzan Ropeway. Given that winter roads in Hokkaido are icy, it would have been impossible to follow this schedule with an unfamiliar rental car, so participating in the tour was a good decision. We arrived in Susukino a little after 7 PM, which was an hour later than planned, but it was within the expected range.

札幌駅バスセンターを出発するといきなりの大渋滞、予定時刻より1時間遅れで最初の観光地支笏湖へ到着。
乗客はほぼ満席で2号車も後から合流。
１号車の乗客の構成は、アジアからの観光客が全体の６から７割程の印象。
バスガイドは、日本語と英語で時間のコーディネートが主な仕事で、解説はイヤホンで4ヶ国語で対応していた。
タイムリーな解説で充分楽しめた。
洞爺湖の昼食も思った以上に美味しかったし、有珠山のロープウェイで極寒の頂上観光も楽しめた。
冬の北海道の道路は路面凍結で慣れないレンタカーではこのスケジュールは無理なのでツアーに参加して良かった。
ススキノ到着は予定の１時間遅れの１９時過ぎだったが、想定範囲内。

I participated in the tour because I wanted to efficiently see various sights during my short solo trip. The only downside was that I couldn't see Kabira Bay in clear weather. It was my first experience in Ishigaki Island, and I enjoyed visiting various places. During the transfers, the guide's explanations and the sound of the sanshin made it a special tour, organized by the local bus company.

一人旅で滞在期間が短いので効率良くいろいろ見て回りたいと思い参加しました。最高とできなかったのは、川平湾が晴天ではなかったため。
石垣島は初体験、いろいろ見学して、移動中はガイドさんの説明と三線の音色、現地のバス会社主催のツアーだけのことはあります。

I only had about 10 minutes to see the waterfall, so I felt it was a bit of a waste after climbing up. However, I think you can still feel a sense of achievement just by going.

Honestly, I think Kondoi Beach is prettier than Kabira Bay, so it might not be worth going out of your way for it.

The water buffalo experience is quite unique, and since it was in the afternoon, there were fewer tourists, which was nice.

It's a good tour for quick sightseeing, but it might be a bit pricey!

とにかく滝を見る時間は10分くらいしかないのでせっかく登ってももったいないと感じました。ただ行ったという達成感は得られると思います。
川平湾は正直コンドイビーチの方が綺麗なのでわざわざ行かなくてもいいかと思います。
水牛はなかなかできない経験だし、午後なので観光客も少なくいいかも。
手っ取り早く観光するには良いツアーです。でも少し高いかな！

I had originally made a reservation for the 8 PM slot, but I was able to change it to the 7 PM slot because there was availability. The city of Osaka was crowded due to the three-day weekend before Christmas, but it was really nice to enjoy the night view slowly from the bus! It was wonderful to see the night view not only from Midosuji but also from the highway.

予約をしたのが20時の回でしたが、19時の回に空きが出たからと変更してもらえました。クリスマス前の三連休で、大阪の街は混雑していましたが、バスの上からゆっくり夜景が見られてとっても良かったです!
御堂筋だけでなく、高速道路からも夜景が見れて素敵でした。

The course returns to Umeda, but I believe it would be much more worthwhile to set it up so that passengers can get off at Abeno Harukas for sightseeing, which would also be appreciated as part of the bus company's programming.

梅田へUターンするコースですが、あべのハルカスで下車して観光できるように、セットした方が断然、見応えもあり、バス会社のプログラミングとして評価されると考える。

I had been to Kyoto several times before, but this time I wanted to do some serious sightseeing, so I signed up for a tour.

First of all, my honest impression is that it was a very satisfying tour. We visited four famous spots in one day, which was a bit physically demanding, but I was aware of that when I joined, so I have no complaints. The time spent at each location was just right—not too long and not too short.

Our tour guide, Shimizu, was very kind and attentive, making sure to accommodate us Japanese participants among the foreign tourists.

Although the participants were mostly foreign tourists, surprisingly, they were punctual and smiled a lot. We enjoyed taking photos of each other and had fun conversations.

I recommend this tour for those who want to explore Kyoto thoroughly in one day and enjoy seeing the city with foreigners.

何度か行ったことのある京都でしたが、今回はガッツリ観光がしたかったので申し込みました。

まず率直な感想としては大満足なツアーになりました。
有名どころの4ヶ所を1日で周ったので体力的に少し大変な部分もありましたが、それも承知の上での参加だったので不満はありません。
ひとつひとつの場所も長すぎず短すぎず丁度良い滞在時間でした。

添乗員の清水さんも外国人観光客ばかりのなか、日本人の自分達にも心地よく親切丁寧に対応して頂きました。

参加者は外国人観光客ばかりでしたが、失礼ながら意外にも集合時間も守るし笑顔も多くお互いに写真を撮りあったら会話も楽しかったです。

ガッツリ1日で京都を周りたい方、外国人と楽しく京都を見て周りたい方にオススメのツアーです。

You can take a ride on a water buffalo cart to see the streets lined with traditional Ryukyu architecture and guesthouses. The guide's explanations and the sanshin performances were also enjoyable.

琉球建築の民家や民宿が立ち並ぶ街並みを水牛車に乗って見学します。ガイドさんの説明や三振演奏などもあって楽しめました。

I recommend this for self-guided travelers; you don't have to worry about transportation, which is very considerate. Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu have beautiful scenery, and I recommend them to those who want to explore rural Hokkaido.

On a nearly full bus with foreigners, I was the only Japanese person, but the tour guide was considerate and provided guidance in both English and Japanese.

I live in Nagoya and don't know much about Kyoto, but when my foreign friend came to Japan and expressed a desire to visit Kyoto, I searched for a course to help us navigate. We were able to visit various places, and my friend was very satisfied, which was great. I recommend it!

ほぼ満席のバスで外国人の中、私1人が日本人でしたが、添乗員さんは気を使ってくれて、英語と日本語で案内してくれました。

自分が名古屋に住んでいて京都の事はよくわからないのに、外国人の友達が日本に来て、京都にいきたいと言われ、どうやって回ろうか考えていた時に探したコースです。
いろいろ場所にいけて、友達も満足してくれてとても良かったです。

I went to the meeting place for the bus tour and when I announced my name, it wasn't on the list. While the tour company was checking, I was left waiting in the rain and couldn't get on the bus. Eventually, I was allowed on, but there were no seats available, and I was made to sit in the front row where I couldn't stretch my legs, which was very painful for me since I have a knee injury. I was glad I brought the voucher, but I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I hadn't, since it said, "Submission of the voucher to the local operating company is not required."

This time, since it was in Japan, I could communicate, but I shudder to think what would have happened if it were overseas. I had a good experience with your company in Bangkok and Phuket, and my wife was happy, so I requested your services again, but I was disappointed.

The good thing was that the bus guide was very considerate, and the sight of the whale sharks and manta rays at the Churaumi Aquarium was magnificent. Next time, I will be going to Vietnam during Golden Week, and I plan to rely on your company again. Please ensure there are no troubles.

バスツアーの待ち合わせ場所に行き名前を告げると名簿になく、ツアー会社に問い合わせ中、バスの中に入れてもらえず雨の中待たされるはめになったり、ようやく乗せてもらえることになったが、席がなく普段座らせない足が延ばせない一番前の席に座らせれ、膝を痛めている私にとって大変苦痛でした、バウチャーを持って行ったから良かったけれど、「現地催行会社へのバウチャー提出は不要です」と持って行かなかったどうなっていたか。
今回、日本だったから言葉が通じたが、これが海外だったらと思うとゾッとします。御社とは、バンコクやプーケットでお世話になり妻も喜んでくれたので今回もお願いしたのですががっかりでした。
良かった事は、バスガイドが大変気遣って頂いた事と美ら海水族館のジンベイザメやマンタの水槽の壮観さ素晴らしいものでした。

I was able to efficiently visit two locations as a solo participant. I had plenty of time to see Sefa Utaki. At the Valley of Gangala, I walked with about 20 people, including the local guide and other guests, and enjoyed the tour thanks to the guide's easy-to-understand explanations. There were a few other solo participants, so it was fun to chat while walking.

1人参加で、効率よく二か所を回ることができました。斎場御嶽も見る時間はたっぷりありました。ガンガラーの谷は現地のガイドさんと他のお客さんと一緒に20人くらいで歩きますが、ガイドさんの分かりやすい説明で楽しく回ることができました。一人参加の方も何人かいたので途中お話しながら歩けて楽しかったです。

I stayed in Kanazawa for two nights, so I participated in this tour for one day. Half of the participants were foreigners.

In Shirakawa-go, I enjoyed the snow, and the tour guide informed us that we could use the hot spring at the lunch hotel, so I took a bath. The temperature was just right, and the water was soft, which warmed my chilled body and added an extra layer of enjoyment.

Although I participated alone, I was able to use two seats on the bus, allowing me to relax comfortably. I think it was great since it's not easy to go alone.

金沢に二泊だったので１日を使って参加しました。半数は外国の方でした。
白川郷では雪も楽しみ　添乗員さんが昼食ホテルで温泉に入れることを教えてくれたので入浴してきました。温度も良く、お湯も柔らかく、冷えた体も温まりプラスアルファの楽しみもできました。
一人参加でしたがバスでは２席を一人で利用でき、ゆったり過ごせました。
なかなか一人では行かれないので、良かったと思います。
