We took a one day tour with Veltra on Saturday 25 August. The tour commenced on time at Jolly's Coffee Shop opposite the Shin Kyoto Station. The tour gave us a comprehensive overview of the temples, shrines and gardens in Kyoto. There is a fair amount of walking to visit each site and this coupled with mid 30's temperatures was indeed a challenge for us in our mid 70's. Nevertheless the guide did point out shortcuts for us and still see the important sites. Lunch on this day was similar to a shabu shabu event with chicken & vegetable cooked at the table individually. It would have been even better in cooler weather. We found the tour ideal for the one day traveller to at least gain an overview of the beautiful historic sites of Kyoto.

I think this is a great tour for those returning on an afternoon flight, as I will be back at Naha Airport by 1 PM. I usually use a rental car, but this time I participated in this highly-rated tour due to time constraints. I wished I could spend a bit more time at Okinawa World and Gyokusendo Cave, but I have no complaints considering the price. I won't mention names, but the guide was very attentive and provided a lot of information about Okinawa's history and dialects, making the journey enjoyable. The song by BEGIN that the guide sang just before we arrived at the airport was also great! Of course, I felt safe with the driver's driving as well. I would love to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

午後1時に那覇空港に戻るので、午後便で帰る方にはとても良いツアーだと思います。いつもはレンタカーを使いますが、今回は時間が限られていて口コミの評価も高いこちらのツアーに参加しました。内容としては、沖縄ワールドと玉泉洞はもう少しゆっくり回りたいと思いましたが、この料金なら不満はありません。お名前は出しませんが、ガイドさんはとても丁寧に案内をしてくれて、沖縄の歴史、方言など、移動中も飽きることなく過ごすことができました。空港到着間際にガイドさんが歌われたBEGINの曲もグッドでした！勿論、ドライバーさんの運転も安心できました。また機会があればお世話になりたいです。

I wish I had a bit more time in Shirakawa-go! I couldn't explore enough. The lunch was very delicious! Both the guide and the driver were very kind, cheerful, and easy to talk to. Since it was a small group, it was very relaxed. They shared many enjoyable stories about Kanazawa, which were very helpful.

白川郷での時間がもう少し欲しかったです！十分に散策できなかったです。ランチは、とても美味しかったです！ガイドさん、ドライバーさんどちらもとても、優しくて明るくて話しやすかったです。少人数のグループだったのでとても気楽でした。金沢について楽しいお話をたくさんしてくれて役立ちましました。

This was such a great tour! My guide was Yurika and she was super sweet and very knowledgable! She took us to some very cool spots where I got nice pictures, as well as picked up some souvenirs. The street food venders near the shrine were delicious so I would recommend skipping luck so you can try as much as possible!

I lived in Osaka until 20 years ago, and I was thrilled to see how much the city has changed, beautifully, from an open-top bus like a panorama. The feeling of the street trees almost touching was dynamic. It was a hot day from the morning, but thanks to the "mist," the cute "fan" on the seat, and the "heat relief sheet," I had a refreshing bus trip. The guide's explanations were excellent, pointing out details we might have overlooked. I was happy to learn about the origins of names like "Midosuji" and "Sennichimae," as well as about "Kongō-gumi" and "Pine Ame." I would love to ride again.

20年前まで大阪に住んでいましたが、大きくきれいに変わった大阪の街を屋根のないバスでパノラマのように見ることができて感激しました。街路樹が触れそうになる感じもダイナミックでした。朝から暑い日でしたが、「ミスト」とシートについていたかわいい「うちわ」と「熱さまシート」のおかげで爽やかなバスの旅ができました。ガイドさんの案内も自分たちでは見過ごしそうなポイントを教えてもらえて最高でした。「御堂筋」や「千日前」の名前の由来、「金剛組」「パインアメ」などを教えてもらえてうれしかったです。また、乗りたいですね。

I was only worried about the weather, but fortunately, it was sunny, and I was able to fully enjoy the tour. I felt that if it had rained, visiting Saijo-ontake would have been quite tough.

The duration at each stop felt just right for exploring alone. However, it might be a bit short for families or friends.

I think this tour is very good value for the price, as we were able to cover all the highlights in just the morning.

However, the meeting point was very unclear, so I would appreciate a bit more attention to that.

天候だけが心配だったのですが、無事、晴れてくれたのでツアーを満喫できました。
雨が降ってしまうと斎条御嶽はけっこう辛いかなぁと感じます。

それぞれの滞在時間は一人で回るにはちょうど良く感じます。家族や友達連れだとちょっと短いかも？

午前中だけで見どころをしっかり押さえられてこの値段はとてもよいツアーだと思います


ただ、非常に集合が分かりにくかったので、もう少し気を遣ってほしいところです。

The staff and Bus are good.The Bus is ok and sitting only on top floor and due to Sun Shine very inconvenient and very hot.
Need to take care of this.

We participated as a family of five. We joined a tour that included round-trip tickets, a glass-bottom boat, and a water buffalo cart, which was a great deal.

It took about 10 minutes by boat to reach Taketomi Island, and we arrived comfortably with hardly any rocking. We first boarded the glass-bottom boat, and the guide's explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. I really felt their customer-first philosophy.

The water buffalo cart tour was also satisfying, with the guide providing clear and detailed explanations. Riding the water buffalo cart while listening to Okinawan folk songs as we explored the island truly made me feel the essence of Ryukyu! It was a lot of fun! ♪

家族5人で参加しました。乗船券往復・グラスボート・水牛車がせっとになったツアーでお得なので参加しました。
竹富島まで船で10分程度、ほぼ揺れもなく快適に過ごし到着です。最初にグラスボートの乗りましたがガイドさんの説明が非常に丁寧でわかりやすかったです。お客様第一主義を非常に感じました。
水牛車ツアーもガイドの方が丁寧で分かりやすい説明で満足しました。水牛車に乗りながらの沖縄民謡を聴きながら島内を回りこれぞ琉球！を感じられとても楽しかったです♪

There was a fan at the seat, and it was cool at my feet.
If you go by taxi, it was difficult to understand how to get to the boarding area.
I recommend heading to the boarding area from Osaka Station.

席にうちわもあり、足元も涼しかったです。
タクシーで行くと、乗り場までの渡り方がわかりにくかったです。
大阪駅から乗り場へ向かうことをお勧めします。

This is a beautiful bus equipped with free Wi-Fi. The driver and guide were both very nice, making for a comfortable experience. I participated on a Saturday, and fortunately, there was no major traffic congestion.

I was able to fully enjoy the summer flowers of Hokkaido, which was the highlight of this trip. Shikisai no Oka is very vast, and the ground can be uneven, so I recommend using a cart. Even within the time allotted for the bus tour, you can reach distant areas of the grounds and see a variety of flower fields.

FreeWifi搭載の綺麗なバスです。運転手の方、ガイドの方もとても良い方で快適に過ごすことができました。土曜日の参加でしたが、幸い大きな渋滞もありませんでした。
今回の北海道旅行のメインである夏の北海道の花々を満喫することができました。
四季彩の丘はとても広大で、足元も悪いのでカート利用することをお勧めします。バスツアーの滞在時間内でも敷地の遠方まで行け、多くの種類の花畑を見ることができます。

The early morning departure allowed us to efficiently enjoy our time. The guide shared various stories during the drive, which helped us understand the places we were about to visit.
At Shinbara Beach, the glass-bottom boat took us to points where we could see many tropical fish.
I would like to use other courses if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

新原ビーチでのグラスボートは魚のいるポイントを回ってくれて沢山の熱帯魚を見ることができました。

The guide was wonderful! We had a great time throughout the tour! The Churaumi Aquarium was amazing, but the other stops were just at a level for taking commemorative photos.

I noticed a mist coming from the front of the bus, but the water in the mist smelled bad, making me wonder what kind of water they were using. That was my first impression. After that, it got extremely hot, and while I was sweating profusely, we went around the sightseeing spots, but due to the traffic, we quickly passed by them, and I couldn't see the attractions well. I raised my hand to get off at Abeno Harukas as instructed, but I wasn't let off and had to go to the final stop. This significantly disrupted my sightseeing plans, which was very disappointing. I also couldn't hear the bus guide's announcements well. I was just enduring the heat while being shaken around on the bus. That's the impression I had. I found and booked this through a guidebook, but I never want to ride it again. It's really unfortunate.

バスの前方からミスとが出ましたが、ミストの水が臭くてどんな水を使用してるのかな?、これが第一印象。その後もの凄く暑くて汗がしたたり落ちながら、名所を廻りますが、道路の混み具合で観光スポットがあっという間に過ぎて行き、観光スポットがよく見られませんでした。あべのハルカスで降車可能とのことで手を挙げてとのことで、手を挙げましたが、下ろしてもらえず終点までいかざるおえませんでした。なので観光予定が大幅にくるってしまいました。とても残念です。バスのガイドアナウンスもよく聞こえませんでした。暑いなかじっと耐えながらバスに揺られていた。こんな印象です。ガイドブックで見つけて予約しましたが、もう2度と乗りたくありません。残念です。

The tour was more relaxed than I expected, with no rush or long waits. It included the main attractions of the Yaeyama Islands and was a fulfilling plan.

急かされることもなく待たされることもなく、思った以上にゆったり出来たツアーだった。
八重山の主要な観光が入っており充実したプランだった。

There was no roof, but it wasn't as hot as I expected. They also provide cooling patches as a service. The guide talks about food, so I wish I had taken this bus first to gather information; then I could have enjoyed a delicious dinner.

I had never been to a remote island, so I joined a tour.

Since we took the boat and bus multiple times, my elementary school-aged child was getting a bit bored!

I wanted to go at least once, so I'm satisfied with this. Next time, I might just go to Taketomi Island.

離島に行ったことがなかったのでツアーで参加。

船、バスに何回も乗ったので、小学生の子供は飽き気味！

一回は行ってみたかったので、これで満足です。
次は行っても竹富島くらいかなぁ〜

I wanted to visit various places under the hot sun, but I didn't have the energy to walk, so riding the double-decker bus was the best way to sightsee. I got to see all the places I wanted, like Abeno Harukas, Tsutenkaku, and Dotonbori. I recommend that everyone try it at least once!

暑い日差しの中いろいろな場所にいきたかったのですが、歩く元気もなかったので、二階建てバスは、乗ってるだけで観光が出きて最高でした。あべのハルカス、通天閣、道頓堀、観たい所ばかりだったので、みなさんも一度乗られるといいですよ！おススメします

Hop on/off bus offer convenient way for quick sightseeing. Bus schedule is on time. Be aware there is no lower deck seating. Passenger need to be able to ascend steep steps to upper deck.

I finally visited the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. It was crowded during the Obon season, but I was able to see the main attractions. Unfortunately, my walk on Kouri Island was in the rain, but I'm sure the views would have been wonderful if it had been sunny. Manzamo was very crowded with tourists, so I had a hard time taking photos. Overall, I didn't have much time, but I was very satisfied with how much I was able to see in a short period. The bus ride was long, but the guide shared stories about Okinawa's history and folklore, making the ride enjoyable.

念願の美ら海水族館。お盆の時期で混んでいたのですが、主なみたいものは見ることができました。古宇利島は残念ながら雨での散歩となりましたが、きっと晴れていたら素敵な景色が見れたことでしょう。万座毛は観光客がたくさんいたので、写真撮るのに苦労しました。全体的に時間の余裕はあまりないですが、短時間でいろいろ巡ることができたので大満足です。バスの乗車時間が長いのですが、ガイドさんが沖縄歴史や昔話などをしてくださったりしたので乗車時間も楽しむことができました。

Despite the rain, we went on a bus tour and rode a water buffalo cart. My 6-year-old was delighted to swing on the star sand beach that we visited during the bus tour. We were also able to find some hermit crabs. The bus attendant was very kind, which made our time enjoyable even in the rain.

雨降りの中でしたが、バス観光と水牛車に乗りました。
6歳の子供はバス観光で連れて行ってもらった星の砂の浜辺のブランコに喜んでました。ヤドカリも探せました。
バスの添乗員の方が親切だったこともあり、雨降りでも楽しく過ごせました。

The trip is fun.
Our tour guide seiji-san is cheerful, has good command of english and thoughtful. He shared information on the places we went to.
I didnt get to see the peak of mt. Fuji because it was very foggy that day. Nevertheless, i enjoyed the very cold breeze.
The 4d experience of mt. Fuji was a blast.. Fun, fun, fun.
I guess the only thing that i regret is that time allotted for each activity is quite short. But it is understandable considering the time constraint we had and the traffic that day.
All in all, i enjoyed the experience. Thank you veltra, seiji san and funabashi san for driving us safely backto shinjuku.

It was a very good tour. We stayed at a hotel in Naha City, and since we couldn't drive, we were grateful to be taken to places like the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village, which are difficult to reach without a car. The price, including the aquarium admission fee, was a great deal. The time management was excellent, and we enjoyed each location. Our guide, Mr. Kajino, was wonderful, and he even performed songs and dances to the sanshin in the car. During our stay, I tried most of the things recommended by the guide, which was also appreciated. The root beer was delicious! I believe there are many challenges with so many international guests, but please keep up the good work.

とても良いツアーでした。那覇市内のホテルに泊まり、私達は車の運転が出来ない為、美ら海水族館やアメリカンビレッジなど車がないと行かれない所へ連れて行ってもらえて有り難かったです。水族館の入場料込みでこの金額はお得です。時間配分もよく、各所で楽しめました。またガイドの梶野さんが素晴らしく、車内では三線に合わせて歌や踊りも披露してくださいました。滞在中、ガイドさんに勧められたものだいたい食べました。こういう情報も嬉しかったです。ルートビア美味しかったですよ！
海外からのお客様が多くご苦労も多々あると思いますが、これからも頑張って下さい。

It rained from the morning, and during the tour, a typhoon hit us directly, making it a very memorable experience. There were a total of 9 participants, and it was a very fulfilling tour for the price. If you're planning a sightseeing trip to Okinawa, I definitely recommend this tour. The guide was very friendly and kind, and the explanations during the tour were easy to understand and very educational. I was extremely satisfied.

朝から雨が降り、ツアー中台風が発生して直撃最中に移動し、とても印象に残るツアーになりました。総勢9人での参加でしたが、値段の割にとても充実したツアーでした。沖縄に観光旅行するなら絶対このツアーはオススメです。ガイドさんもとても気さくな優しい方でツアー中のガイドもわかりやすくとても勉強になりました。大満足でした。

Although we ended up sharing seats since it was a popular tour, the seats were spacious enough that it didn't bother us. The mini fondue cheese with bread at Furano Wine House for lunch was delicious. At Farm Tomita, the pleasant scent of lavender and other flowers made for a lovely view. By the time we arrived at the Blue Pond, it started to rain, but the water remained clear, allowing us to enjoy the mystical scenery.

人気のツアーだけに相席になってしまいましたが、座席が多少広く気にはならなかった。昼食のふらのワインハウスでのパンのプチフォンドュチーズが美味しかったです。
ファーム富田ではラベンダー等のいい匂いがしていて景観共に良かったです。
青い池に着いた頃には雨が降って来てしまいましたが、水が濁る事も無く神秘的な景観を楽しむ事が出来ました。

Since I came all the way to Osaka, I wanted to extend my trip a bit further to Kyoto, and I decided to join this tour that seemed efficient for visiting various places. Even though I was exhausted from the summer heat in Kyoto, I was able to enjoy a fulfilling time without the hassle of navigating trains or checking timetables. At Kiyomizu-dera, I ran out of time and could only manage to grab lunch without being able to worship, which I regret a little. I understand there are limits to the time spent on-site, but it seems there was no strict need to adhere to the prior notice stating, "Lunch will be on your own at Kiyomizu-dera." I wish I had eaten my bento during the transfer from Fushimi Inari Taisha, but I’ll take this as a lesson for next time.

せっかく大阪まで来たので、もう少し足を伸ばして京都まで行きたいと考えていて、効率よく色々回れそうなこのツアーへの参加を決めました。真夏の京都の暑さにぐったりしながらも、自分で電車などで移動するわけではないので、地図を見たり時刻表を確認する手間もなく、すごく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。清水寺では時間が足りず、ランチをとるのがやっとで参拝には至らずだったのがちょっと心残り。現地での滞在時間には限界があるのはわかっていますが、事前の案内に『清水寺で個々で昼食です』というお話を忠実に守る必要もなかったようなので、稲荷伏見大社からの移動中にお弁当を食べちゃうみたいなことをすれば良かったなぁと後悔してますが、次回の教訓にします。

We took a bus tour with five of us and another family of four, traveling in a jumbo taxi (if there are more than ten people, it seems a microbus is used). The pick-up from in front of our accommodation was very convenient.

We visited almost all the popular spots, received detailed explanations, and had photos taken for us, which was greatly appreciated. Unlike typical group tours where you're often rushed, there was no pressure, allowing us to explore at a comfortable pace.

The tour goes around Yakushima, so you can enjoy the sea to your heart's content. On the Western Forest Road, you are sure to encounter monkeys and deer. If you add trekking courses like Shiratani Unsuikyo, which are not included in this tour, Yakushima will be absolutely perfect.

I highly recommend this for first-time visitors to Yakushima!!! (The "Ono-no-Ma Onsen" recommended by our driver (who also served as our guide) was also fantastic.)

「バスツアー」ですが、私たち5人と他の家族の4人がいっしょで、ジャンボタクシーで回りました（10名以上なら、マイクロバスになるらしいです）。
宿の前からの送迎で、大変便利でした。
人気スポットをほとんど回り、詳しい説明もあり、また、写真も撮っていただきまして、大変お世話になりました。
普通団体ツアーでは時間に催促されがちなのですが、そういう圧迫もなく、余裕を持って、見て回れました。
屋久島を１周しますので、海も心行くまで見れます。西部林道では、サルと鹿にも必ずあえます。
このツアーに含まれない、白谷雲水峡などのトレキングコースなどを加えれば、屋久島はもうぱっちりだと思います。
初めての屋久島には、お勧めです！！！
(ドライバー(兼ガイド)さんに教えてもらった「尾の間温泉」も最高でした)

I participated with my child. I found that joining this tour was more efficient than using public transportation, and it was a great deal with a very helpful and attentive guide, as well as discount coupons. I wanted to take my time exploring Okinawa World, and when I inquired about leaving the tour early before making a reservation, they agreed. Although I had to cover transportation costs afterward, I was able to fully enjoy everything I wanted to do. I am very satisfied with participating in this tour, even if it was just for part of the way.

子どもと二人で参加しました。
公共交通機関を利用するより、こちらのツアーに参加した方が効率的で、懇切丁寧なガイドさんや割引券もついて大変お得だと思いました。
おきなわワールドからゆっくり見学したく、予約前に途中離団の相談をした所承諾して頂けたので、その後の交通費等はかかりますが、やりたかった事を全て満喫する事が出来ました。途中まででもこのツアーに参加して大変満足です。

I was glad to be able to visit various places, but the time set for each location was quite short, so I ended up running around in a bit of a rush while sightseeing. I couldn't see everything at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium; I only managed to see about half of it in a hurry! The dolphin show had a lot of people, but it was great. The bus guide was not only kind but also talented, singing and playing the shamisen on the bus, which was entertaining. Thank you very much!

あちこちに周れて良かったのですが、結構設定時間が短く、結構走り回ってドタバタと観光しました。
美ら海水族館は全部見て歩く事は出来ず、とにかく駆け足で半分くらい見れたくらいです！イルカショーはとにかく人が多かったのですが、良かったです。バスガイドさんは歌も上手で三味線もバスの中で弾いて頂き親切かつ、面白かったです。ありがとうございました
