We used this tour for our honeymoon as a couple. I was a bit anxious about not having a tour guide, but I decided on this tour after reading the reviews.

As expected from a tour that visits three islands, the local guide moved at a good pace! The water buffalo cart driver to Yubu Island was entertaining! For lunch, we had a bento box with Okinawan cuisine, which was filling and delicious! During the bus tour on Taketomi Island, the driver took us to a beach with star sand! Moreover, he kindly taught us how to collect the star sand, so we were able to gather more than we expected!!

Even as first-timers, we were able to explore the remote islands without getting lost! I highly recommend it!!

添乗員がいないとのことで不安でしたが、口コミを見てこのツアーに決めました。

3島も巡るツアーだけあり、現地のガイドさんがテンポよく進めてくれます！
由布島まで行く水牛車の運転手さんが面白かったです！お昼は沖縄料理が入っている幕の内弁当で、ボリュームがあり美味しかったです！
竹富島のバス観光で、運転手さんが星の砂があるビーチまで連れて行ってくれました！更に、星の砂の取り方まで丁寧に教えてくださったので、思ったよりたくさんとることができました！！

初めてでも、迷わず離島巡りができました！おすすめです！！

This is a definitive tour that efficiently covers the famous spots in Okinawa in one day. The Churaumi Aquarium, which I visited for the first time, was wonderful and I didn't have enough time to enjoy it fully. The dolphin show and Emerald Beach were also great. Kouri Island was beautiful as well. The entire journey was soothing thanks to our bus guide's lovely chatter and cute performances. Our guide, Erika Oshima, was very polite, bowing every time, and she was quite charming. The atmosphere on the bus was relaxed and enjoyable.

一日で、沖縄の名所効率よく回る決定的なツアーです。初めての、美ら海水族館は、素晴らしく時間が足りないくらいでした。イルカショー、エメラルドビーチも、良かったです。古宇利島も綺麗でした。全行程バスガイドさんの素敵なお喋りと、可愛いパフォーマンスに心が、癒されました。ガイドの大城えりかさんは、毎回お辞儀をされ、とても丁寧で、可愛いらしいかたでした。バスの雰囲気が、和やかな感じで、楽しかったです。

【Sefa Utaki】
From the parking lot to the famous rock area that you often see in photos, there was surprisingly quite a distance. I think it's better to prepare for a light trek (laughs). If you keep this in mind, it was a nice power spot!

【Okinawa World】
I focused on two things: the limestone cave and the Okinawan traditional costumes. I was a bit rushed, but I managed to see both. We had a great time, but be cautious about the time.

【Himeyuri Monument】
*Here, I didn't have enough time to see much (;'∀'). However, I was grateful to receive a couple of sata andagi, which helped tide me over until lunch. You could get them without having to buy anything! (^^)! (laughs)

In the end, I was able to spend my time meaningfully until my flight on the last day, which was great!

【斎場御嶽】
駐車場から、写真とかでよく見る有名な岩の場所までは、意外と距離がありました。軽いトレッキングくらいの準備で行った方がいいと思います(笑)これさえ覚悟して行けば、良い感じのパワースポットでした！
【おきなわワールド】
鍾乳洞と沖縄民族衣装の２つに目的を絞って行き、
少し急ぎ気味で、なんとか両方行けました。
私たちは十分楽しめましたが、時間には少し要注意です。
【ひめゆりの塔】
※ここでは、時間が短すぎて特に何も見れてません(;'∀')
ただ、サーターアンダギーを１つずつもらえたのが、
昼食までの繋ぎになり、有難かったです。
何も買い物しなくても貰えました～!(^^)!笑

結果的に、最終日の飛行機に乗るまでの時間を、
有意義に過ごすことができて、よかったです！

This tour is packed with activities, so I'll introduce each part individually!

【Tropical Dream Center】
I was able to relax quite a bit. However, it seemed like there was only one place to have lunch in the very large center, so it would be wise to keep an eye on the time. The observation area visible from the café can be accessed, so be sure to check that out!

【Kouri Island】
The time was a bit short, but I was able to take super beautiful photos with the bridge and the bright blue sea in the background!

【Okashi Goten】
In the souvenir corner where non-sweet items are sold, there’s a glass-walled area where you can see the beautiful sea, so it might be worth checking that out too.

【Manzamo】
That famous cliff! It’s more about viewing the cliff from a distance.

【American Village】
I didn’t do much shopping and instead went to Sunset Beach to relax. I thought it was just in time for the sunset, but it was a bit early.

On the way back, we arrived a little early, which was helpful.

The guide played the sanshin and sang, making the bus ride enjoyable too! I was able to fully enjoy Okinawa all day long.

【熱帯ドリームセンター】
そこそこのんびりできました。ただ、とても広いセンター内で、昼食を取れるところが１カ所しかない？ようだったので、時間には気を付けた方がよさそうです。カフェから見える展望台的な場所は、出て行くことができるので、要checkです！
【古宇利島】
時間は短めですが、橋と真っ青な海をバックに超きれいな写真が撮れました！
【御菓子御殿】
お菓子じゃないものが売っているお土産コーナーの奥は、ガラス張りできれいな海が見れるので、そこも見てみるといいかも。
【万座毛】
あの有名な崖です(笑)
崖を遠くから眺める、って感じです。
【アメリカンビレッジ】
あまり買い物はせずにサンセットビーチへ行き、のんびり過ごしました。
ちょうどサンセットかな、と思ったのですが、ちょっと早かったです('Д')

帰りは、少し早めに着き、助かりました。

ガイドさんが三線を演奏してくれたり、歌を歌ってくれたり、バスの移動時間も楽しかったです！！一日中沖縄をガッツリ満喫できました。

It was an early morning departure, but we had a hotel pickup. About 80% of the participants were foreigners. Since we arrived at Mount Ontake early, it was great that there were no other tourists around. By the time we returned to the bus, there were many tourists...

At Okinawa World, we got caught up with a group of school trip students, but that was expected. We then got off at Naha Airport. I recommend using it on the last day.

The guide seemed to not speak any English at all, which was unfortunate for the foreign participants. They couldn't even explain where to get off... I thought it would be helpful to have some tour information written in English.

早朝の出発でしたが、ホテルピックアップでした。８割は外国人参加者。
早い時間に御嶽到着なので、他の観光客が居なくてとても良かった。
バスへ戻る頃には沢山の観光客が....
おきなわワールドでは修学旅行集団に巻き込まれましたが、それは想定内。
そのまま那覇空港に下車。
最終日の利用がおすすめですね。

ガイドさん、全く英語できないようで、
外国人参加者がかわいそうでした。
下車の場所も説明できずに....
何か英語で書かれたツアー説明あれば良いかもと思った。

We did the all day tour. Our guide in the morning was wonderful great English and did a good job of keeping group together and on time. The afternoon tour was very unorganized and rushed. Tour guide English was average talked muffled into microphone and did not keep the group together would walk a few steps stop and wait for everyone very disappointing! Also return service to hotel is long and exhausting!

It depends on the weather, but I recommend it if it doesn't rain. We toured the sightseeing spots by bus. The guide provided explanations, and I heard very interesting stories. I wanted to join the northern course as well, but I regrettably had to give up due to scheduling conflicts. Since I participated on the first day, I was able to understand the layout of Osaka, which was very good.

北コースも参加したかったですが、時間が合わずに断念したのが心残りでした。初日に参加したので、大阪立地も理解出来て、とても良かったです。

That day, since there were only a few of us, we took a taxi around the area. The taxi driver who assisted us had an impressive amount of knowledge! His explanations about Yakushima's plants, as well as the natural environment, culture, and the lives of the people in Yakushima, were very interesting.

その日は、少人数だったので、タクシーでの一周でした。担当して頂いたタクシーの運転手さんの知識量の多いこと！
屋久島の植物のことはもちろんのこと、自然環境、文化、屋久島の人々の生活など広く深い知識による説明はとてもおもしろかったです。

I had a full day of fun! I was unsure about renting a car, but I'm glad I chose this option. The guide was wonderful and taught us about the various attractions, songs, and Ryukyu culture. The Churaumi Aquarium, as well as Ryukyu Village and the stunning views, were all enjoyable. It's an experience that you can't have with a rental car.

一日たっぷり遊べました！レンタカーと迷いましたが
こちらにしてよかったです。ガイドさんも素敵な方で
各名所の説明や歌や琉球文化などを教えてくれました。
美ら海水族館はもちろん琉球村や絶景も楽しかったです。

Good trip! But poor lunch! It would be better if your staff can speak some english.

I participated with my university student son. A typhoon was approaching, but we were lucky to have good weather. There were many places we wanted to visit, and we were unsure whether to rent a car for sightseeing, but choosing this tour was the right decision. The in-car guidance is through headphones, but since there is a guide for the full day tour, we felt reassured. It's a recommended course where you can enjoy beautiful lakes and vast nature.

大学生の息子と２人で参加しました。
台風が近づいていましたが、好天に恵まれてラッキーでした。
行きたいところがたくさんあり、レンタカーで観光するか迷いましたが、このツアーを選んで正解でした。
車内の案内はヘッドホンですが、丸１日のツアーもガイドさんがおられるので安心でした。
美しい湖、広大な自然を満喫できおススメコースです。

I was glad that I could travel by bus for this amount. I was disappointed to hear that if a tour cannot be conducted due to a disaster, there is no cancellation fee, but unlike hotels, if transportation stops and you cannot reach the location while the tour is still conducted, a cancellation fee will apply.

この金額でバスでまわれたのでよかったです。
災害の影響でツアーが遂行されない場合はキャンセル料は発生しないが、ホテルとは違い交通機関がストップして現地に行けずツアーが遂行される場合キャンセル料がかかるとの返答でそこが残念だなと思いました。

When you're older, it's tough to deal with fatigue, crowds, and walking, so it's great to be able to enjoy all the sightseeing easily! The sense of openness was also fantastic!

高齢だと疲れと人ごみと歩行大変で、観光名所あちこち回れないので楽に全部観光出来る！開放感も最高でした-｡

I came to Osaka from Hiroshima with my mother to listen to my eldest son's research presentation at university. My mother, who has Alzheimer's disease, can only retain memories for about 10 minutes, but her dedicated doctor told us that if there are enjoyable and happy moments, even for just that short time, it can slow the progression of the disease. So, we decided to participate in the two-story bus tour on the Namba route. The season was perfect, the view was amazing, and my mother was very happy.

The guide provided detailed and thoughtful information, and even I, who have been to Osaka many times, learned things I didn't know. Especially on the Namba route, since it also goes on the highway, we were able to see buildings from above that we usually only see from below, offering a different perspective!

After getting off the sightseeing bus, the driver took a photo of my mother and me with the bus in the background, allowing us to enjoy the experience until the very end.

大学に通っている長男の研究発表を聞きに行く為に母と広島から大阪にきました。
アルツハイマー型認知症の母は10分程しか記憶が出来ませんが 専属のドクターから その瞬間だけでも 楽しい事、嬉しい事があれば 病気の進行をゆっくりする事が出来ると言われ 今回 2階建バス なんばルートに参加してみました。季節もよく 見晴らしは最高で 母も凄く喜んでくれていました。
ガイドさんは 丁寧に細やかな情報も話してくださり 何度も大阪に行っている私も知らない事も知ることができました。特になんばルートは高速道路も通るので 普段下からしか見ない建物を上から見下ろすことも出来て 違った景色も見ることが出来ました❣️

観光バスを降りてから バスをバックに私と母の写真を運転手さんが撮ってくださり 最後まで いい気分で過ごす事が出来ました。

We went on this tour the day after a typhoon, this was a good and bad choice. Good because we had extremely clear skies to see the mountain from far away. Bad because the road up to the 5th station was closed.

The Guide was informative and funny, the tour bus was comfortable and clean. Lunch was really tasty buffet and the Ninja show(an extra cost) was very cool.

all in all it was amazing.

I participated in a course to visit the Valley of Gangala. It was scheduled to include Okinawa World, but we actually didn't go there (laughs).

(Okinawa World and the Valley of Gangala are right in front of each other, but the activities are separated by course. While the participants of the other course went to Okinawa World, we joined the Valley of Gangala tour.)

I had been to Okinawa World before and didn't particularly want to go this time, so it was fine, but since it seems to be included in the course details, it's something to be aware of.

It was good because it was more efficient and cheaper than going individually.

ガンガラーの谷へ行くコースに参加しました。
予定ではおきなわワールドも記載されていますが、実際は行きません(笑)
(おきなわワールドとガンガラーの谷は目の前なのですが、コースによって別れて行動になります。もう一つのコース参加者がおきなわワールドに行っている間に、ガンガラーの谷ツアーに参加するので。)
おきなわワールドは以前に行ったことがあり、今回は特に希望してなかったので、よかったですが、コース内容を見ると含まれている感じなので気を付けた方がいいです。
個人で行くより効率的に安く回れたのでよかったです。

The overall day was fantastic, great guide... very engaging. my only hindrance from a 5 star review was the weather at the final stop. certainly not the fault of the tour. Overall, I recommend this trip... its well worth the yen and your day.

I was traveling with a 4-year-old, and I was happy that they paid attention to the children. They also helped by providing information about the showtimes at the aquarium, which was very helpful. The travel time from Naha is long, but I think it's a cost-effective tour.

４歳の子連れでしたが、子供にも気を配ってくれて嬉しかったです。水族館でのショーの時間の案内などもしてくれ助かりました。那覇からの乗車時間は長いですが、コスパが良いツアーだと思います。

It was a day where we could truly feel Okinawa! The water buffalo cart ride became a wonderful memory, and my husband and I said we definitely want to go back to Ishigaki Island again. We had a reservation for the afternoon, so we only had 50 minutes after the water buffalo cart ride to return to Ishigaki Island, and it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't explore more with the rental bicycles. I think it would be even better if there was enough time to ride around with the rental bicycles in the afternoon as well!

沖縄を感じられた1日でした！
水牛車も良い思い出になり、夫婦でまた絶対に行きたいねと言いながら石垣島に戻りました(^^)
午後の予約をしたので、水牛車終わり後、石垣島に戻るまでに50分しかなく、レンタル自転車して、回れなかったのが少し残念でした。。
午後からのものも、レンタル自転車で周れる時間があればもっと良いと思います！

Overall, I think I can recommend it, but there are a few things that raised some doubts.

1. Discrepancy between the designated location and the meeting point.
(The vehicle was parked on the opposite side of the road from the recommended location. Since I had plenty of time, I decided to cross the road and ask the driver, and it turned out to be the correct vehicle.)

2. The driver's words.
"This is my first time going here, haha," was said right at the start, which made me feel uneasy. Even if that is true, I don't think it's something you should tell the customer.
(As a result, the person at the stop pointed it out to him.)

3. The plan was to visit Tsunoshima during the day and in the evening, but the driver said, "We just went to this place, so we don't need to go again, right?" On that day, the weather was cloudy, and I thought the scenery would be the same as before, so I replied, "Oh, we don't need to stop there." However, if the weather had been nice, I believe we should have made a proper stop.

4. Insufficient communication between the driver and the company.
When I made the reservation, I changed the return stop to a different location and got confirmation, but the driver was not aware of it. I felt uneasy during the trip and asked, "What time will we arrive at the return location?" to which he replied, "Huh? Isn't the return at [location]?" He seemed surprised. Thankfully, I noticed it early and was able to catch my flight, but it was quite stressful.

基本的には薦めてもいいかなと思いますが､ちょいちょい疑問に思う事があるのが難点。

①指定場所と待ち合わせ場所の相違。
(勧められた場所とは反対側の道路に車両が止まっていた。
時間に余裕をもって待機していた為､とりあえず聞いてみようと道路を渡って運転手さんに問うと該当車両だった。)

②運転手さんの言葉
「私ここ行くの初めてなんですよね笑。」と初っ端に言われ不安しかなかったです。たとえそれが事実であっても客に言う事ではないと思います。
(結果､停留地の係の人に注意されていました。)

③角島に昼間と夕刻に行くプランとなっていますが､
運転手さんが「ここ先程行った場所なんで行かなくていいですよね？」と言ってきました。
当日､天気は曇りだった事もあり景色は先程と変わらないなと思い「あ､寄らなくていいです；」と答えましたが､天気がいいのであればきちんと寄っていくべきだと思います。

④運転手と会社の連携が不十分。
予約した際に帰りの停留所を出発場所と違う場所に変更し了承を得たが､運転手さんは把握していなかった。
なんとなく道中不安を感じて「帰りの場所へは何時に到着しますか？」と聞くと「え？帰りは〇〇じゃないんですか?!」と驚かれました。
早い事気付いたのもあり無事飛行機には乗れましたがこれは結構焦りました。

The weather was cloudy, and it was a bit disappointing that the scenery wasn't very clear, but it was nice to efficiently visit two lakes and Mount Usu. The meal felt like something you would eat after being awake for a long time and wasn't very tasty, so I thought it would have been better to eat whatever we liked at the Mushroom Kingdom. The view of Lake Toya from the Silo Observation Deck was beautiful.

お天気が曇りで、あまり景色がきれいに見えなかったのが少し残念でしたが、効率よく2つの湖と有珠山へまわれたのは良かったです。食事は、長時間起きっ放しのような感じのもので美味しくはなかったので、これなら、きのこ王国で各自好きなものを食べられたほうがよかったなと思いました。サイロ展望台から見た洞爺湖は綺麗でした。

I participated alone while on a business trip to Osaka. From what I saw, about 90% of the participants were foreigners (from China, South Korea, India, Australia, etc.). The guide provided information in both Japanese and English (there were comments from others saying that there was little guidance in Japanese, but in the session I attended, the announcements were made in both languages without any issues). The guide was very good at managing time and keeping participants informed, so we departed on time from all the sightseeing spots. When I asked the guide questions, they provided very polite and thorough answers.

In one day, we were able to visit Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama/Sagano, making for a very fulfilling experience. I wouldn't have been able to navigate all of this as efficiently on my own, so participating was definitely the right choice.

大阪出張ついでに一人で参加。見た感じ参加者の9割は外国人だった（中国、韓国、インド、オーストラリアなど）。ガイドさんは日英2ヶ国語で案内（他の方の体験談で、日本語の案内が少ないと言ったコメントがあったが、私の参加した回では、日英全く同じ案内をしていて問題なかった）。ガイドさんの時間管理や参加者への時間周知がしっかりしていたため、全ての観光地において時間通りに出発。ガイドさんに質問するととても丁寧にご案内頂いた。
1日で、伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山・嵯峨野全てを回ることができ、とても充実した内容。自分自身ではここまで効率的に回れなかったので、参加して大正解だった。

I participated because I wanted to go to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and Kouri Island was also nice.
At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we had plenty of time and even enjoyed a dolphin show.
Additionally, Manzamo was breathtaking.
The guide sang cutely, performed Ryukyu dances, and taught us, making it a very satisfying day.
If you buy the snacks recommended by the guide, you can't go wrong.

However, more than half of the passengers were not Japanese.
Please be cautious if that doesn't suit you.

美ら海水族館に行きたかったので参加しましたが、古宇利島も良かったです。
美ら海水族館では時間もたっぷりあり、イルカショーまで楽しめました。
また、万座毛も絶景でした。
ガイドさんが、可愛く歌ってくれたり、琉球踊りを踊ってくれたり、教えてくれたり、大満足な一日でした。
お菓子もガイドさんオススメを買えば間違いないです。

ただ、乗客は半数以上が日本人ではありません。
合わない方はお気をつけて

There is a reason why it's cheap.
The facility usage fee is not included in the tour price (it's clearly stated).
Since different plans can be chosen by participants regarding facility usage, it was easier to use than if it were included uniformly.
At Okinawa World, we didn't want to enter the Gyokusendo Cave, but we wanted to use the Ryukyu Village and the attached cave café, so we utilized it this time.
This tour only covers the bus guide's commentary and transportation fees.
Throughout the journey, the guide joyfully introduces the scenery and the origins of place names.
I had a lot of fun participating.
Southern Okinawa tourism inevitably carries the image of war.
I think it's better to tour with a guide and hear about the situation back then rather than going individually.
The explanation at the Himeyuri Monument was very rich in content, which you wouldn't hear when visiting individually.
I'm glad I participated in this tour.

沖縄ワールドで自分達は玉泉洞には入りたく無かったが、琉球村や併設してる洞窟カフェは利用したかったので今回利用しました。
このツアーはバスガイドさんのお話と移動料金のみの値段です。
道中も常に風景についてや、地名の由来を楽しく紹介してくれます。
参加して非常に楽しかったです。
南部観光はどうしても戦争のイメージが付いて回ります。
個人で行くよりツアーガイドさんから、当時の様子を聞きながら観光した方が良いと思いました。
ひめゆりの塔での説明は個人で訪れた際には聞けない非常に内容濃いお話でした。
参加して良かったと思えるツアーでした。

I rode with my child. Before we departed, we received a present for the child. I was worried about the weather, but it didn't rain during the ride, so the roof was open the whole time. The bus was slower than I expected, allowing us to properly see each landmark. We got off at Abeno Harukas, and at that time, the guide kindly asked, "Are you okay after getting off the bus?" I appreciated that thoughtfulness. My child also said they want to ride this bus again next time. Next time, I would like to ride all the way to Osaka Station.

子どもと２人で乗りました。出発前に子どもにプレゼントをいただきました(^^)お天気が心配でしたが、乗車中、雨は降らなかったので屋根はオープンのままでした。思っていたよりバスはゆっくりで、各名所をちゃんと見ることができました。あべのハルカスで途中下車をしましたが、そのときガイドさんが「この（バスを降りた）あとは大丈夫ですか？」というような声がけをしてくださり、その心遣いがうれしかったです。子どもも、また今度このバスに乗りたいと言っていました。次回は大阪駅まで乗っていきたいです。

Shirakawa-go and Gokayama were of course great, but the scenery along the White Road was even more wonderful than I had expected. Above all, the guide was a very nice person, and their stories were interesting, which made the experience very enjoyable. I confidently believe this is a tour I can recommend to others.

白川郷と五箇山はもちろん良かったのですが、ホワイトロードの景色も期待していた以上に素晴らしかったです。何よりガイドさんがとても良い方で、しかもお話が面白かったので、とても楽しむことができました。

I was able to efficiently visit the main tourist attractions of Shodoshima, which is difficult to navigate without a car. It was also great that the guide read excerpts from "Twenty-Four Eyes" and sang songs of the island, allowing us to experience the local culture.

車がないと移動しにくい小豆島の主要な観光地を効率良く観光できました。
ガイドさんが「二十四の瞳」を朗読してくれたり、島の歌を歌ってくれたりして、島の文化に触れることができたのも良かったです。

I wanted to visit Shirakawa-go, so I joined a tour. We departed from Kanazawa Station, traveled through the White Road to Shirakawa-go, and then explored Takayama and experienced making rice crackers before returning to Kanazawa Station. During the bus ride, we were able to look at brochures while receiving explanations about the highlights and delicious food, which made for an efficient sightseeing experience. It took about 10 hours from departure to return, but they created quiet time for us to rest during the journey, allowing us to enjoy the entire trip! There was also an interpreter on board, so about half of the participants were from overseas, and they accommodated vegetarian meals as well. I was very satisfied with both the tour content and the staff's service. Thank you!

白川郷に行ってみたくてツアーに参加しました。
金沢駅を出発して、ホワイトロードを通って白川郷に行き、そのあと高山散策とお煎餅焼き体験をして金沢駅に戻ってくるツアーでした。
バスの移動中にパンフレットを見ながら見所や美味しい食べ物の説明をしてもらえたので、効率よく観光できたと思います。
出発から戻ってくるまで10時間くらいかかりましたが、移動中に寝れるよう静かな時間を作ってくれたので、最後まで楽しく過ごせました！
通訳さんも乗っていたので、参加者の半分くらいは海外からの参加者で、ベジタリアン食とかも対応してました。
ツアーの内容も、スタッフの方々の対応も大満足でした。ありがとうございました！

Since it was a family sightseeing day after Universal Studios, I was wondering if there was a way to do sightseeing without using our feet. We were able to enjoy the city tour very comfortably, so everyone was satisfied.

ユニバーサルスタジオの翌日のファミリー観光だったので足を使わずして観光できないものかと思ってました。とても快適に市内観光できたのでみんな満足しました。
