Blair was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided a great experience at each stop!

On April 1, 2018, the courteous reservation confirmation process at the bus company's office and the sincere responses to questions about tours organized by other companies were excellent. I participated in the afternoon session on April 1, 2018, and it was truly wonderful. The sightseeing explanations were easy to understand. The organizing company was the bus company, and the driving was careful, a stark contrast to the buses in Naha City.

During the glass boat tour, the captain explored and discovered a green sea turtle clinging to a rock while checking on the passengers to see if anyone was feeling seasick. I am grateful and deeply moved by the customer service that aims to please tourists. It was truly wonderful. The handmade snacks served at "Auntie Poza's Table" were also delicious.

Two days later, before departing from Ishigaki Airport, I coincidentally ran into the tour guide from this tour, and I was thankful that she remembered me. At the same time, I caught a glimpse of her wonderful personality and the positive company culture at To Transport. It was a fantastic tour that taught me what professionalism is all about! I highly recommend this tour for its excellent service and the warmth of the staff.

とても素晴らしい。
観光説明も良く理解出来た。
主催会社はバス会社、運転も丁寧で那覇市内のバスとは大違い。
グラスボートも船長が岩にへばり付いた青海亀を乗船客の様子【船酔いしていないかどうか】見ながら探索し発見。
観光客を喜ばせる事が生き甲斐の接客対応に感謝感激。とても素晴らしい。
軽食スナック菓子の出た『ポーザーおばさんの食卓』も手作りで美味しかった。
2日後の石垣島空港出発前に偶然にもこのツアーのバスガイドにお声を掛けて頂き覚えて頂いていた事に感謝です。
と同時に彼女の人柄と所属の東運輸さんの日頃の社内風土の素晴らしさを垣間見ました。
とても良い素晴らしいツアーでプロとは何か！人柄の良さを教えて頂いた一押しのツアーでした。

It was good, but the seat was in the very front, and the small black roof part slightly in front was a hindrance. It made it difficult to take photos and see the view, which was disappointing. Time passed in the blink of an eye, and I had a great time.

Even though I applied through Belldra, there was no indication of Belldra at the bus waiting area, so I was confused. I would like to see more signage indicating Belldra at the waiting area. The guide was very helpful, and there were no issues. It was a fun trip.

ベルドラで申し込んだのに バス待合所のところには、ベルドラと書いておらず わからなかった。もう少し待合所には ベルドラとの記載をしてほしい。
ガイドの方は、すごくよくしてくれて 問題なし。楽しく過ごせた旅でした。

This year, the cherry blossoms bloomed early, and although I thought it was still too early at the time of my reservation, it seemed as if they bloomed just in time for my trip to Tokyo, allowing me to enjoy the cherry blossoms everywhere. I was lucky!

今年は、桜の開花が早くなり、予約の時点ではまだ早過ぎると思っていたのに、私の上京に合わせたかのように、いたる所で桜をめでることが出来ました。ラッキーでした！

On the last day of my Yaeyama trip, I took a flight in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it was drizzling and cloudy that day, so even though I was at Kabira Bay, the scenery wasn't as breathtaking due to the rain. When it comes to just viewing the ocean rather than swimming in it, nothing beats a clear sunny day. However, the great thing about this tour is that they took care of my luggage and dropped it off at Ishigaki Airport. If the weather had been nice, it would have been a very convenient and wonderful tour for the last day.

八重山旅行最終日に飛行機の便が午後でしたので利用しました。当日残念なことに小雨と曇り空で、せっかくの川平湾も、やはり雨模様だと海は絶景とはいきませんので残念でした。やはり海に入るのでなく見るとなると、晴天に勝るものはないです。しかしこのツアーの良いところは、荷物もバスに積んでくださり、石垣空港で降ろしていただけることですね。最終日の使い方として、またお天気が良ければとても便利で素敵なツアーになることと思います。

We really wanted to visit Fuji, and I was looking a way to do it by our selfes.

Then I saw the Veltra tour and I knew that if we went to see all those things by ourselfs, we wouldn't see even half of it.

I was right and I'm realy happy we took the tour.

We saw everything on the list, exept we only went to the 4th stop on Fuji and not to the 5th like it said on the program.
At least we got on the mountain a bit :)

I wish we had more time in the Ninja Vilage. We had the best lunch (the one included in the tour for 2000¥ per person for all you can eat), and we immediately went on the Ninja show for 850¥ (not included in the price of the tour). After that we barelly had the time to visit the gift shop and didn't even strolled through the village it self. I gues we should've hurry with the eating.

All and all we couln't see all that by public transport, and it would've cost a lot more.

Having to line up for 45min at the ticket office to redeem our prepaid voucher when unreserved people could purchase tickets 15 mins before was frustrating to say the least. Not enough buses, had to wait over an hour for the next bus only to wait in line again for people who had not purchased their tickets. The audio recording stopped half way through the description and was often out of sync with the locations.
If your interested in historic or cultural sights and information, don’t waste your time and money on this tour.

We went around Kyoto and the tpur was very well managed. Chihiro was our guide and she was amazing. She was always smiling and made special efforts to talk to each of us. She welcomed as many questions as we had. It was an amazing experience. We fell in love with Kyoto thanks to you guys.

I can't drive because I'm a paper driver, but I wanted to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, so I joined this tour. It was a bit disappointing that it rained lightly, the temperature was low, and there was wind, which affected our enjoyment of places other than the aquarium. Still, the beach at Kouri Island was beautiful.

I was impressed by the whale sharks swimming gracefully in the large tanks at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I also thoroughly enjoyed the dolphin show.

Even on the bus, we had a great time with the guide's stories, songs, and dances. I would love to join again on a sunny day.

ペーパードライバーで運転できないけど、美ら海水族館と古宇里島に行きたくて、こちらのツアーに参加しました。
小雨が降ったり気温も低くて風もあり、水族館以外の場所は天気に左右されるため大満喫とはいかずに、ちょっと残念でした。それでも、古宇里島のビーチは綺麗でした。
美ら海水族館は、大きな水槽を悠々と泳ぐジンベイザメに感動でした。イルカのショーも十分楽しめました。
バスの車内でも、ガイドさんのお話や歌、踊りで楽しく過ごせました。
天気の良い日にまた参加したいです。

Since it's cherry blossom season, I was hoping to see the cherry blossoms at night, so I took the night bus, but I could only see a little. I think it's better to take the daytime bus if you want to enjoy the cherry blossoms.

I live in Kansai and took the bus to use my points, but it was nice to do some sightseeing from the bus as well.

桜のシーズンなので夜桜が見えたらなあ〜と思い、
よるびんにしましたが、少ししか見えませんでした。
桜を楽しむなら、昼便に乗った方がいいと思います。

関西在住で、ポイント消費の為に乗りましたが、
バスから観光するのも良かったです。

I boarded the Umeda route at 5 PM. The weather was great, and the guide's explanations were clear and very enjoyable. I appreciated the announcements that I could use any available seats and that it was fine to switch seats. There were also blankets, which made the ride comfortable. However, since I was coming from outside the prefecture, I found the boarding area a bit confusing. It would have been clearer if the voucher had mentioned something like "departing from platform number ⭕ at the highway bus terminal." Next time, I would like to try the Namba route as well. I also recommended it to a friend who is planning to visit Osaka next month.

17時発梅田ルート乗車。お天気にもめぐまれ、ガイドさんのお話しもわかりやすくとても楽しく乗車させていただきました。空席は自由に使ってよいですよ、とか席を移っても大丈夫ですよなどと声がけいただいたり毛布もあり快適でした。ただ県外からの予約乗車だったのですが乗り場がわかりにくくて。バウチャーに「高速バス乗場⭕番乗場口から発車」などとあればもう少しわかりやすかったかと思います。次回はなんばルートにも乗ってみたいです。来月大阪にいく予定の友人にもお薦めしました。

I would recommend the tour and to arrive as early as possible, furthermore it leaves the option of going back to explore further by using the “ hop on and off “ option...

We had a great view of Mt. Fuji, even on the road to the sites! Levin was very entertaining and informative. The 4-D ride was an amazing experience.

I enjoyed the northern route on a double-decker bus from Osaka Station with my granddaughter. I don't know if I should call it lucky, but there were only the two of us as passengers. Even with just two guests, the guide provided a thorough explanation. The view of Osaka Castle at night and the cherry blossoms were quite impressive, and my granddaughter was delighted. Thank you to the driver and the guide.

孫娘と一緒に大阪駅発2階建てバスで北回りコースを楽しみました。ラッキーと言っていいのかお客は私ども二人だけでした。たった二人の客なのにガイドさんが丁寧に案内してくれました。夜見る大阪城と夜桜は中々のもので孫娘も喜んでいました。運転手さん、ガイドさんありがとうございました。

We were all looking forward to this first experience as a family. The ride on the North Route took about an hour, which seemed like just the right amount of sightseeing time for the kids and grandkids. The bus guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I enjoyed looking out the window as my face turned right and left. Although it was just before the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, the cherry trees were still very beautiful. The sightseeing cost was also reasonable at 1,500 yen, which felt like a good deal. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides: the number of passengers was low, there were many traffic signal waits, there were no stops (even a short stop at one location would have made for better memories), and it seemed that the recognition from the outside was lower than expected.

初めての体験で家族共々楽しみにしていました。北ル－トで乗車時間は約１時間。子供や孫にはちょうどいい観光時間と思われました。バスガイドの観光説明も聞き取りやすくわかりやすい説明で自分の顔が右を向いたり左を向いたりと、楽しく窓見学できました。今回は桜満開前の時期でしたがとても桜がきれいでした。観光費用も１５００円と安価で回れるので割安感がありました。残念な事は、・乗車人数が少なかった事・信号待ちが多い事・停車する事が無かった事（短時間で１か所でも有ればより思い出として残ると思う）・外部からの目が思ったより認知度が低いと思われた事等でした。

They are a multi-talented person who performed an a cappella version of "Shima Uta" and "Okinawa Sanba," singing Okinawan folk songs with a sanshin, which really got the car lively! It was the best. However, the sightseeing was just okay... about that level.

多芸多才な方で、アカペラの島唄、沖縄さんばを使用してオリオンビール音頭、三線で沖縄民謡を歌って頂き、車内は大盛り上がり！サイコーでした。
が、肝心の観光はまぁまぁこんなもんかな…レベルです。

we were very lucky to join the Grand Tour of Tokyo organised by VELTRA with English guide.
This tour includes the paranomic view of Tokyo from Tokyo Tower. Next we went to Meiji Shrine and later the Imperial Palace East Garden and we were very lucky to see the Cherry blossom almost at full bloom.
The bus also brought us a drive though Ginza Shopping district, The Diet Building and Akasaka Guest House.
Typical delicious Japanese lunch was provided by this tour.
The Sumida River Cruise is one of the highlights of this tour which brought us to Asakusa Temple. We were able to experience a wonderful cruise with Sakura in full bloom on both sides of the river.
The shops lining towards Asakusa Kannon Temple is a must for Tokyo tourists. We bought a lot Japanese souvenirs and gifts from the many little interesting shops.
We had the opportunity to see Ueno and Akihabara in the evening when the bus drove though the area on the way to drop off point.
Overall is a fantastic experience for both of us,

I signed up at the last minute the day before and was able to participate. I chose this course because there are few half-day sightseeing options. The content was great, and it was a fulfilling course. The guide was also very nice. While there are many long sightseeing tours, I think it would be nice to have more half-day options available. I would like to participate again.

前日ギリギリの申し込みで、参加させていただきました。半日観光が少なく、こちらのコースを選ばせていただきました。
内容もよく、充実したコースでした。ガイドの方も良い方でした。
長時間の観光が多いのですが、半日観光で色々なコースがあれば、良いなあと思います。
まだ、参加したいです。

Since it was a family trip with my elderly parents, I was a bit concerned about their physical stamina and the cost was not cheap, so I hesitated until the end, but in the end, it was the right decision to book!
Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island were all wonderful!
However, the cycling on Taketomi Island was bumpier than I expected and there were some hills, so it did take quite a bit of stamina, but the distance was short, so my parents in their 70s managed just fine. Especially, Kondoi Beach had a stunningly beautiful sea color!
The taste of the lunch bento was just okay, but it was convenient not having to search for a restaurant or wait in line.
On the way back, you can choose the time of the boat, but at 4 PM, it felt a bit rushed.
Overall, considering the content, I didn't think it was expensive at all. I'm really glad I went!

高齢の両親と一緒の家族旅行だったので、体力的に大丈夫かなという事と、価格的にも安くはないので最後まで迷いましたが、結果、申し込んで正解でした！
西表島、由布島、竹富島、どこも素晴らしかったです！
ただ、竹富島のサイクリングは思った以上にガタガタ道で坂道もあるため、結構体力を使いますが、距離は短かったので70代の両親も何とか大丈夫でした。特にコンドイビーチは海の色が素晴らしく綺麗でした！
昼食のお弁当の味はまあまあでしたが、お店を探したり並んだりせずに済むので簡単に済ませられて良かったです。
帰りは船の時間を選べますが、16時だと少々バタバタしました。
全体的にこれだけの内容だと高いとは思いませんでした。本当に行って良かったです！

Taketomi Island is a wonderful place. The water buffalo cart ride made me feel relaxed. It was also great to be able to move freely, like going to the beach on a rental bicycle. I thought this kind of plan is enjoyable because you don't have to worry about what to do next.

As for my mistake, I panicked because I was unsure about where to park the rental car and almost didn't make it on time for the meeting. It's better to allow a little extra time.

竹富島はいいところですね。水牛車ものんびりした気持ちになれました。レンタサイクルで海岸に行ったりと自由に動けたのもよかったです。こういったプランは次どうするかをいちいち気にしなくて済むので楽だと思いました。
私の失敗としてはレンタカーの駐車場をどうするか迷ったために集合時間に間に合いそうになく本当に焦りました。ちょっと時間に余裕をみたほうがいいですね。

This tour was great for accomplishing a lot in one day. The free food was of good quality and there are many chances to get souvenirs. It's a great deal since travelling in Okinawa can be quite complicated and expensive, especially since the bus routes aren't available on Google Maps. This tour was good compared to others because you have 3 hours to explore the aquarium and its surrounding attractions; any less and you'd be in a rush. The tour guide was also very kind and did some great singing of Okinawan songs! The tour is in Japanese with English audio guides; if you are learning Japanese and want to try and listen to the Japanese explanations, the language was quite complicated, so I recommend the audio guide as a backup.

We found this tour to be well worth the money. It was easy to exchange the online voucher at the office and immediately catch the purple line. The purple line was significantly more interesting than the blue line, but both were worth it. This was an effective way to get around Tokyo and see many beautiful areas. Highly recommend.

It was a day with quite a bit of rain, and we were ready to give up on sightseeing ourselves, but since we were picked up at the hotel and efficiently taken to the sightseeing spots, we were glad we participated.

結構な雨降りの日で、自分達では観光は諦めてしまうところでしたが、ホテルまで迎えに来て貰えるし、観光のポイントを要領よく回って貰えるので、参加してよかったです。

It was disappointing that it rained, the weather wasn't good, and it was a bit cold. The only saving grace was being able to see the emerald green sea. Also, I was able to see the corals clearly from the glass-bottom boat.

雨降りで、天候が良くなく、少し寒くて残念でした。救いはエメラルドグリーンの海が見れたことです。それからグラスボートでサンゴの様子がしっかり見えたことぐらい。

We used the bus that stops at our hotel in Ginowan City, which was convenient. The bus made stops at various hotels, so the ride was long and tiring. However, I think the young bus guide made an effort to keep us entertained by sharing Okinawan folk tales and singing songs. I was surprised by how large the whale shark tank was. I'm glad I came, but by the time we returned to the hotel, it was nearly 8 PM and I was exhausted. I think this tour is convenient for those who do not rent a car.

私達が宿泊している宜野湾市のホテルにも寄ってくれるバスで便利なので利用しました。色んなホテルに寄って行くのでバスに乗る時間が長くて疲れました。
でも、若いバスガイドさんが沖縄の民話を教えてくれたり、歌を歌ってくれたりと飽きないような配慮があったと思います。
ジンベイザメの水槽はとても大きくて驚きました。来て良かったと思いますが、ホテルに戻る頃には夜8時近くになって疲れました。レンタカーを利用しない方には便利なツアーかと思います。

For just under $50, the tour included the bus ride-round-trip, the tickets for Pineapple Park, Butterfly Garden, Churami Aquarium, and the souvenir shop that is quite cheap (plus they give you a coupon). It was really worth it and they give you adequate time to see the attractions!

I was surprised that I could make a reservation just two days ago! The bus guide's dance was cute! It was fun even though it was cloudy!

It was great to leisurely explore the island by water buffalo cart. The cute water buffalo and the sound of the sanshin were also wonderful!

水牛車でのんびりと島内を散策できてとてもよかった。
かわいい水牛との記念写真や三線の音色もよかった！

On March 16, I participated in this tour with my elderly parents, two children, my wife, and myself, totaling six people. The tour included transportation from the hotel to the remote island terminal, a high-speed ferry from Ishigaki Port to Ohara Port on Iriomote Island, a mangrove tour boat on the Nakama River, and a sightseeing bus to the ox cart boarding area for Yufu Island, all of which were well coordinated, allowing us to participate with great peace of mind.

Moreover, the boat driver for the mangrove tour and the bus driver to the ox cart boarding area provided explanations that rivaled those of a guide, making it very interesting to listen to them. In particular, the bus driver shared many details about the uniqueness of Iriomote Island, including the food chain where special natural monuments eat other special natural monuments and various efforts made for the protection of the Iriomote wildcat, all while mixing in some jokes, which made it very enjoyable. My parents, who joined us, also said, "That bus guide was really great," and I believe it was a tour that left us all very satisfied. Thank you for the truly wonderful memories. It was a great way to show appreciation to my parents.

3/16に高齢の両親、子供2人、妻と私の6人でこのツアーに参加しました。
ツアーは、ホテルから離島ターミナル間の送迎が付いていた上、石垣港から西表島大原港までの高速フェリー、仲間川マングローブツアーの遊覧ボート、由布島への牛車乗り場までの観光バス等、全てが連動していて非常に安心して参加できました。
おまけにマングローブツアーの遊覧ボートの運転手さん、由布島への牛車乗り場までの観光バスの運転手さんがガイドさん顔負けの説明をしてくれて、興味深く聞かせてもらいました。
特にバスの運転手さんは、時折ジョークも交えて西表島の特異性(特別天然記念物が特別天然記念物を食べるという食物連鎖が起きていること、イリオモテヤマネコ保護にいろいろな工夫がなされていること等)を非常に詳しく、楽しく聞かせていただきました。一緒に行った両親も「あのバスガイドさん、凄く良かったね」と言っておりましたし、大満足のツアーだったと思います。本当に楽しい思い出をありがとうございました。良い親孝行ができました。
