I participated in a tour that covered Ishigaki Island, Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. I was really grateful that it included all the remote islands I wanted to visit and allowed us to explore efficiently!

The great nature of Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart on Yufu Island, and actually riding a water buffalo on Taketomi Island created wonderful memories.

However, I felt a bit regretful that if we had a little more time on Taketomi Island, we could have explored other places as well. That said, I was very satisfied with how fulfilling the day was!

石垣島から、西表島・由布島・竹富島をめぐるツアーに参加しました。
行きたかった離島を全部網羅してくれていて、効率よく回れたのが本当にありがたかったです！

西表島の大自然、由布島の水牛車、そして竹富島では実際に水牛に乗れて、すごくいい思い出になりました。

ただ、竹富島ではもう少し時間があれば、他の場所も見て回れたかなぁ…と少しだけ名残惜しさもありました。
とはいえ、1日でここまで充実していたのは大満足でした！

The open-air bus is nice, but during the time we rode from 15:40, it was hot... Perhaps due to concerns about direct sunlight, they provided mist sprays and cooling patches, which was considerate. If there were an option, an evening tour (after 19:00) would have been perfect.

オープンエアのバスはいいのですが、私たちが乗った時間帯15:40～は、暑い…直射日光が当たることも懸念してか、ミスト噴射、冷えピタ等もい頂いて、気遣いを頂きましたが、もし選択肢があれば、夕方（19時以降）のツアーがあれば最高でした。

The Itoshima tour was great. At first, we were a bit anxious since we were the only two Japanese people, but the driver was very kind and considerate, and since he could speak Japanese, we were able to enjoy ourselves without any difficulties. We efficiently visited wonderful places, and it became a great memory.

日本人は私たち二人だけで最初少し不安もありましたが、ドライバーさんがとても親切で気を遣ってくださり、日本語も話せるのでなんの不自由なく楽しく過ごすことができました。素敵なところを効率よくまわり、いい思い出となりました。

I was busy visiting three islands in one day, but I was able to efficiently see the highlights, which made me excited for my next trip as a first-time visitor. Riding the water buffalo cart was a lot of fun since it was my first time. While traveling to Yubu Island on the water buffalo cart, I discovered a fiddler crab. I was moved to see the fiddler crab, which I had only known from songs, right in front of me! The oil miso from Yubu Island that we had on the tour was exquisite. I couldn't help but buy some at the souvenir shop. I was torn between exploring the mangroves of Iriomote Island by canoe or kayak or taking a sightseeing boat, but choosing this tour was definitely the right decision for me. It was great to ride the boat and leisurely reflect on the mangrove ecosystem while listening to the guide's explanations. The bus driver's sightseeing commentary while traveling on Iriomote Island was also outstanding. Although it was a short time, I was able to learn more about Iriomote Island than what is in the guidebooks.

一日で3つの島を回るので忙しかったです。が、見どころを効率よく見れたので初めて訪れた旅行者には次回の旅行への期待が膨らみました。水牛車に乗るのは初めてだったのでとても楽しかったです。由布島に水牛車で移動中に、シオマネキを発見。これまで歌でしか知らなかったシオマネキを目の前で見ることができ感動！ツアーで食べた由布島の油味噌は絶品でした。思わず土産物屋で買ってしまいました。西表島のマングローブをカヌーやカヤックで巡るか観光ボートにするか迷ったけどこのツアーにして私は大正解。ボートに乗り、船頭さんの解説を聞きながらゆったりとマングローブの生態系に思いを馳せれたのはよかったです。西表島を移動中のバスの運転手さんの観光案内も大変すばらしかったです。短い時間ですが西表島のことをガイドブック以上に知ることができました。

Despite the rain and strong winds caused by the typhoon, it was convenient that the bus was able to park right at the tourist attractions, except for the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Our guide, Kim, worked hard to manage the tour on time. The sightseeing information was provided in a style that could be read on smartphones, so opinions may vary on whether this is better than the traditional style. This tour was suitable for those who want to visit various places all at once when time is limited.

台風の影響で雨や強風でしたが、「美ら海水族館」を除いて、観光名所にバスが横付け状態だったので、助かりました。ガイドのキムさんも、時間通りにツアーをマネージメントしようとがんばられていました。観光案内は、スマホで読み取るスタイルなので、従来のスタイルとどちらが良いかは好みが分かれるところです。時間がない時にいっぺんにいろいろなところを回りたい人向きのツアーでした。

At first, I thought my stay at one location would be short, but I enjoyed it. It would have been even better if there had been time for souvenir shopping at the service area.

The bus guide's wonderful guidance and the driver's skillful driving ensured a safe and enjoyable day. The tour's lunch was not great, but the optional boat ride was excellent.

1日バスガイドさんの素晴らしい案内とドライバーさんの運転も上手く無事に1日対応してもらいました。このツアーは昼飯はイマイチでしたが、別支払いの船が良かった。

I was worried that the tour of the three islands would be hectic, but overall, it was a well-organized and incredibly smooth experience! The staff were friendly, and the guide was experienced and easy to understand, making it enjoyable even for first-timers. I felt that the free time on Taketomi Island went by too quickly, and it would have been nice to have a bit more time, but it was still a very enjoyable tour!

3島を回るツアーで慌ただしくないか心配でしたが、全体的に流れに無駄がなく、凄くスムーズで完成されたツアーでした！スタッフの方も親切で、ガイドの方もベテランでわかりやすく、初めてでも最高に楽しめます👍竹富島のフリータイムがあっという間でもう少し長いと良かったと感じましたが、それでもとても楽しめるツアーでした！！

Cape Kamoi is incredibly windy, and there are parts where the path narrows and some stairs, so it requires quite a bit of stamina, but it's worth the visit! At Shimamukoi Coast, a breathtaking view awaits after passing through a short tunnel. I opted to ride a glass-bottom boat, but honestly, I didn't see many fish; however, feeding the seagulls was fun! The guide's stories were interesting, and they also recommended great souvenirs, making for a very enjoyable day. There were participants from other countries as well, but they were all well-behaved, so there were no issues.

神威岬はとにかく風が強く、道が一部狭くなっている所もあったり、階段もあったり結構体力が要りますが、行く価値ありです！島武意海岸では、短いトンネルをくぐると絶景が待っています。オプションでグラスボートに乗りましたが、正直魚は余り見えず、ですか、カモメの餌付けは楽しかったです！ガイドさんのお話も興味深く、オススメのお土産も教えて頂いたり大変楽しい一日となりました。他国の方も参加されていましたが、お行儀の良い方ばかりで問題ありませんでした。

I participated because I wanted to see Showa Shinzan. We started with two buses, and there were hardly any Japanese people. My bus was mostly filled with tourists from China, so it can't be helped, but the tour guide was also Chinese, and the sightseeing commentary was mostly in Chinese. Although they spoke some Japanese, the in-bus commentary was not fluent, and the endings were in Chinese, making it impossible to understand the important explanations. I believe the other bus with English speakers understood much better.

昭和新山を見たくて参加しました。バス2台でスタートし，ほとんど日本人がいませんでした。私のバスはほぼ中国からの観光客なので仕方ないのでしょうが，添乗員さんも中国の方で観光ガイドはほぼ中国語，日本語を話されますが，車内のガイドは流暢とは言えず，文末は中国語になっており，大事な説明が全く分かりませんでした。もう一台の英語圏の方が余程理解したと思いました。

It was convenient to visit places that are difficult to reach without a car, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing while taking breaks on the bus. The duration of the stay was just right, allowing us to efficiently visit major tourist attractions.

車がないと不便な所もまわってくれ、バスで休憩しながら楽しく観光地に行けた。
滞在時間もちょうど良く効率的にメジャーな観光地をまわれた。

I used the service the day after the expo. The view from the open-top bus was amazing, and although it was hot, the cooling sheet provided by the staff worked really well, making it comfortable. The boarding area was also close to Osaka Station's central exit, and the reserved bus was displayed on the electronic board, so I had no trouble boarding. I thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing from the bus and had a fulfilling experience exploring Osaka. Thanks to the city sightseeing bus, it became a trip where I didn't want to go home.

万博の翌日利用しました。屋根なしバスからの景色は最高で、暑かったのですが、スタッフが渡してくれた保冷シートがよく効いて、快適でした。乗り場も大阪駅中央口から近くて、電光掲示板に予約したバスが表示されるので、迷うことはなく乗車でき、車窓観光を満喫し、充実した大阪観光ができて満足です。市内観光バスのおかげで帰りたくない旅になりました。

It was a tour with three Chinese people, three Japanese people, and a driver-guide, totaling seven participants. The explanations were provided in both Chinese and Japanese with great care. Since it was a small group, we always departed early without any delays, and there was no concern about the dinner time. Although it was the summer vacation season, we only encountered minor traffic. The announcements regarding restroom breaks and the approximate travel time to the next destination were reassuring. It was my first time visiting Itoshima, and instead of a rural atmosphere, it felt like being in a foreign resort. I had a great time.

中国人3名、日本人3名とドライバー兼ガイドの7名のツアーでした。
中国語と日本語で丁寧に説明していました。
少人数なので時間に遅れることなく常に早めに出発して終了時間もおすことなく夕食の時間も心配ない程でした。夏休みシーズンでしたが、多少の渋滞で済みました。トイレの案内や次の目的地までの大体の時間など安心するアナウンスでした。初めての糸島観光でしたが、田舎の雰囲気というより、海外のリゾートに来た気分です。とても楽しかったです。

I chose a tour with a glass-bottom boat, but unfortunately, due to the impact of a typhoon, we had to change our plans. However, they kindly accommodated us with a different plan, and we were able to enjoy a fun sightseeing experience. Thank you very much.

グラスボート付きのツアーにしましたが、あいにくの台風の影響で結構となってしまってプランを変更しました。が、再度別のプランに快く対応していただき楽しい観光ができました。

You can have a lot of experiences at a reasonable price. The duration of stay at each location was also sufficient, allowing us to fully enjoy everything. Additionally, the tour guide was very kind and friendly. I think we were able to have a pleasant trip, as they communicated well with various guests from both domestic and international backgrounds.

The Sefa Utaki was a bit disappointing. However, the Gyokusendo Cave was very good. The tour guide at Gyokusendo provided interesting explanations, and I enjoyed it. I received detailed information about the banyan trees and the limestone caves. I heard that research is still ongoing, so there may be new discoveries!

斎場御獄ほちょっと残念でした。でもガンガラーの谷はとても良かったです。ガンガラーの谷のツアーガイドさんが興味を持てる説明をしてくださり楽しめました。ガジュマルの木や鍾乳洞について詳しく説明を受けました。今現在も調査が続いているとのこと新しい発見が見つかるかもしれませんね！

I had visited Sapporo many times, but it was my first time at Hitsujigaoka. However, you can't miss the classics. Despite being close to the city, there is a vast pasture, and I was able to see not only sheep but also a herd of deer against the evening scenery. It was a fulfilling tour combined with Okurayama Ski Jump! I had a great time.

何度も札幌を訪れていましたが羊ヶ丘は初めてでした。しかし、やはり定番は外してはいけませんね。市内近郊にもかかわらず広大な放牧地があり札幌ドーム、ヒツジはもちろんシカの群れも夕景に見れました。大倉山シャンツェと合わせて充実したツアーでした！とても楽しかったです。

I had participated in the same tour before, and this was my second time joining. Perhaps because it was during the hot summer season, or maybe it was just a coincidence, but it was nice to have a smaller group compared to the last time. The guide was wonderful, providing explanations in both English and Japanese, which was very educational. I am also very grateful for the photos taken. The driver was always driving safely, so thank you very much for that. My friends who came from overseas were also very pleased. Thank you for a wonderful tour in such hot weather.

以前にも同じツアーに参加したことがあり、今回で2回目の参加でした。暑い夏の時期だからなのか、たまたまかなのか前回と比べると少人数のツアーでよかったです。ガイドさんが素晴しく、英語でも日本語でも同じように、たくさんの事を説明してくださり、たいへん勉強になりました。写真まで撮っていただき大変感謝しております。ドライバーさんも常に安全運転で本当にありがとうございました。海外から来ていた友人も大変喜んでおりました。本当に暑い中、素晴らしいツアーをありがとうございました。

The experience was certainly fulfilling, but what made it even better was our wonderful guide. They anticipated the crowd situation and adjusted our schedule accordingly, took photos for us, and provided explanations about many things beyond just the tour stops. Thanks to them, it turned into a rich tour experience!

体験内容はもちろん充実していたのですが、ガイドさんがとても素敵な方で、混雑状況を予想して当時の予定を組み替えてくださったり、写真を撮ってくださったり、案内先以外のこともたくさん説明してくださる方で、そのおかげで充実したツアー体験になりました！

As a way to show filial piety, I traveled with my mother in her 60s from the metropolitan area. The meeting place was easy to find, but after that, I felt like I had come to a foreign country. After all, 90% of the participants were from China, and the bus guide was also Chinese. At first, they spoke both Japanese and Chinese equally, but pretty early on, it was about 90% Chinese for the entire time. The guide was getting excited with the customers on their own... The beautiful scenery felt more like a trip to China than Hokkaido. Fortunately, I had been studying Chinese, so I could vaguely understand what was being said, but if I hadn't, I think I would have felt quite exhausted. The calls of "Japanese people!" and "Chinese people!" were also somewhat unpleasant. The serene and quiet scenery was completely ruined by the loud Chinese announcements. Moreover, there was hardly any time to rest. It's understandable due to the busy schedule, but with only 20 to 30 minutes of stay, everything felt rushed. I was exhausted from the shower of Chinese in the bus!

親孝行として、60代の母と2人で首都圏から旅行しに来ました。集合場所は分かりやすかったけど、それ以降はまるで異国へ旅しに来たかのような気持ちに。なんたって参加者は中国の方が9割。バスガイドさんも中国の方。最初は日本語と中国語の両方を半々ずつ話してくれていたけど、割と序盤から9:1くらいでずーーーーーっと中国語を聞かされてました。ガイドさん、勝手にお客さんと盛り上がってるし、、。折角の風情ある景色も、なんだか北海道ではなくて中国旅行しにきたみたい。たまたま私は中国語を勉強していたのでうっすら何を話しているか分かったんですけど、全く分からなかったとしたらかなり疲労感がたまると思いました。日本人の方ー！中国人の方ーー！という声掛けもなんか嫌でした。せっかくの穏やかで静かな景色が中華の大きな声アナウンスで本当台無し。しかも休む間が全然無い。忙しいスケジュールだから仕方ないけど滞在時間が20,30分しかないから超駆け足。バスの中では中国語のシャワー笑つかれました！

Since it was a weekday, there were fewer than 20 travelers on the large bus. There was plenty of space on the bus, allowing us to leisurely visit the sightseeing spots. Each seat on the bus was equipped with an AC 100V outlet, which was convenient for charging portable fans and smartphones via USB.

On other tours, the bus seats were unassigned, which led to our group being scattered and feeling bored. However, with LIMON, we were assigned seats in advance to keep our group together, showing their thoughtful consideration.

The lunch at Kiyomizu-dera was surprisingly luxurious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the traditional yudofu from a long-established Kyoto restaurant. Thanks to our guide, Toshi, and his lively storytelling and vocabulary, we were never bored while visiting the attractions. I believe that knowledge of history, geography, and notable figures is important for touring, but current events and humor are also necessary. His engaging storytelling made the trip enjoyable and will remain in our memories for a long time.

If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use LIMON's tour services. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

平日と言う事もあってか、大型バスに乗車された旅行者の方は２０人弱となりました。バスの中も余裕があってゆっくり観光地を回れました。
バスの各座席にAC100Vのコンセントも設置されおり、USBで携帯扇風機を充電したりスマホを充電したりと便利に使わせていただきました。
他社のツアーではバスの座席が自由席との事でグループでバラバラになってつまらない思いをしましたが、LIMONさんでは事前にグループがまとまるように座席指定していただきLIMONさんの気遣いを感じました。
清水寺での昼食は想像以上の豪華さでビックリ、京都の老舗の湯豆腐を満喫させていただきました。
ガイドさん（トシさん）の軽快な話術とボキャブラリーのお陰で退屈することなく観光地をアテンドして頂きました、観光地を巡るには歴史・地理・偉人についての知識も大切だとは思いますがそれ以外の時事ネタそしてお笑いの要素も必要です、その点のポイントを掴んだ話術で楽しく旅行できたのはいつまでも記憶に残る事と思います。
また機会がありましたら、LIMONさんのツアー利用したい思います。楽しい旅をありがとうございました。

I had read in reviews that there would be a lot of explanations in English, so I was prepared for that, but on this tour, they provided explanations in Japanese at various points, which allowed my elementary school son to enjoy the entire experience. The explanations included information beyond what was in the guidebook, which was very good.

Additionally, the driver was very courteous and drove carefully, so even though it was a full-day tour, I didn't feel fatigued at all.

口コミで英語の説明が多いと書いてあり、覚悟していましたが、今ツアーでは随所で日本語でも説明してくださったので、小学生の息子も終始楽しめておりました。
説明はガイドブック以外の事を話してくださったので、非常に良かったです。

また、ドライバーさんも非常に丁寧に運転してくださったので、丸一日のツアーでしたが、疲労感はありませんでした。

About 70-80% of the participants were Chinese. You are assigned a specific seat number when you check in. Our guide, Lee, spoke Japanese very fluently and was easy to understand, providing explanations with a map for each family. He informed us in advance about key points and important notes, so we didn't encounter any issues.

On the way from Nagoya Station to Takayama, there was one restroom break at a service area, and there were no breaks from Takayama to Shirakawa-go, but there was one break from Shirakawa-go back to Nagoya Station. Even when we hit traffic, the driver used his knowledge to avoid delays by getting on and off the expressway, allowing us to arrive on time.

Everyone was punctual, and there were no loud or disruptive individuals; good manners were observed. If you have a free day, I think it would be a good idea to make a reservation.

中国人が７〜８割。座席は受付する時に何番目の席ですと指定されます。
ガイドさんのリーさんは日本語とても流暢で聞き取りやすいし、ひと家族毎に地図で説明をしてくださいました。ポイントとなる所や注意事項を事前に教えていただき困ることはありませんでした。
名古屋駅から高山行くまでにPA1回トイレ休憩、高山から白川郷は無し、白川郷から名古屋駅までにPA1回休憩あります。渋滞はまっても運転手さんの知識で高速降りたり乗ったりして回避しながら時間通りに到着できました。
みんな時間厳守ですし、ギャーギャー騒ぐ人は居なくてマナーが守られていました。ちょっと一日暇があったら予約してみても良いと思います。

It was a very fulfilling tour where we could efficiently see the World Heritage sites in one day. The guide was very good and provided clear explanations! The travel time and the flow in between were smooth, and I’m really glad I participated.

世界遺産を一日で効率的に見ることが出来、非常に充実したツアーでした。ガイドさんも分かりやすい説明で、とても良い方でした！！移動時間や、合間の流れもスムーズで、本当に参加して良かったです。

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be cloudy and we managed to proceed. Asahiyama Zoo was small and easy to explore, and it was enjoyable. I also enjoyed the Blue Pond.

心配していました天気もなんとか曇りで進みました。旭山動物園はこじんまりとして見学しやすくてたのしかったです。青い池も楽しみました。

The tour on July 19th started with cloudy weather and rain in the forecast. I thought, "This is the worst," as I got on the bus, but our tour guide, Wan, brightened my mood! He was very friendly and kind, and his talks were enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face and worked hard for us without showing any displeasure. Thanks to him, it turned out to be the best tour.

He mentioned that he loves the phrase "ichigo ichie," but I couldn't help but say, "Let's meet again!" The tour itself was a fun experience, but I was very satisfied thanks to Wan. Thank you very much!

7/19日のツアーでしたが朝から曇天で、天気予報では雨。「最悪」と思いながらバスに乗りましたが、そんな気分を晴れにしてくれたのが添乗員のワンさん！　とても気さくで優しくて、トークも楽しかったです。嫌な顔もせずいつも笑顔で、私たちのために一生懸命動いて下さいました。おかげで最高のツアーとなりました。
「一期一会」が大好きな言葉とおっしゃいましたが、私は思わず「また会いましょう！」と言ってしまいました。
ツアー自体も楽しい企画でしたが、ワンさんのおかげで大満足です。本当にありがとうございました。

It was a meaningful day on a tour that efficiently covered a tourist spot located in a rather challenging area to reach on your own. The guide kindly and thoroughly explained everything in both Japanese and Chinese.

I heard that a popular souvenir from Yufuin is "Mayu," and I initially thought it referred to a decoration made from the cocoons produced by silkworms. However, it turned out to be "horse oil," and we were taken to a shop selling horse oil located within "Mokuami no Mori."

However, we spent quite a bit of time there, and since we were informed of the regrouping time in advance, some Japanese participants left midway, and the rest of us wandered around on our own. Yufuin isn't very large, so I don't think you'll get lost.

Although it was a full-day itinerary, the distance from Fukuoka to Oita takes up most of the travel time. Thanks to the driver's smooth driving, I was able to get plenty of sleep on the bus.

Due to the phonetic structure of the language, when people from China (Taiwan? Hong Kong?) start speaking all at once, it can often sound noisy to Japanese people. However, everyone I was with this time spoke very little, and the bus was consistently quiet, so I felt no stress at all.

By the way, I was surprised to see that all the places we visited were filled with foreign tourists! I really felt the impact of inbound tourism.

自力で行くとなると結構大変な場所にある観光スポットを効率良くまわるツアーで、有意義な一日になりました。
ガイドさんは日本語と中国語で交互に親切で丁寧に説明してくださいます。
湯布院の人気のお土産が｢マユ｣と聞き、蚕が作る繭(まゆ)の飾りか何か？と思ったら、正しくは馬油(マーユ)で、『もくあみの杜』の中にある馬油のお店に案内されました。
ただ、そこで結構な時間を費やし、再集合時刻を先に通知されていたこともあって、日本人の参加者は途中で離脱し、あとは各自で適当に散策…。
湯布院はさほど広くないので迷子になることはないと思います。
終日の行程ですが、福岡から大分まではかなり距離があって移動時間が大半を占め、運転手さんの揺れが少ない運転のおかげで、バス車内ではたっぷり睡眠をとることができます。
言語発音構造上、中国(台湾？香港？)の方々が一斉に話し出すと、日本人にとっては騒がしく聞こえるケースが少なくないのですが、今回ご一緒した皆さんは口数が少なく、バスの中は始終とても静かで、全くストレスを感じませんでした。

それにしても、立ち寄った場所は全て、外国からの観光客ばかりでビックリ！
インバウンドを肌で感じました。
